We're We're deep into it now. We are. All right. Well, how was everybody's weekend? Come on. This is the small talk
- 0:52
part. It was chill. I a small talk with me. do too much. Well, what' you do? Something happened. Why you so What's
- 0:58
up? Come on. Let's do Let's get it over right there. Anyway, Mall's a little Come on. More laidback than usual.
- 1:04
Come on. Give it to up front. Laid back. What you talking about? Your team just won the Super Bowl. How why you you little more laidback than
- 1:10
usual? Come on, man. You know that. I know, but I'm telling you. Wait, so what did you do instead on Sunday?
- 1:15
Uh my homeboy uh my homeboy Dre, his pops passed last week, so we all went to his crib. That was nice of you guys.
- 1:21
Keep it spirit over there. No more jokes for me now. There's his weekend.
- 1:28
Watch. We didn't really watch the game. It was on, but the music was playing. It was like one of those type of things.
- 1:33
Yeah. Yeah. It was one of the more boring Super Bowls, but uh should I congratulate Rory and Maul
- 1:39
for their team winning? I mean, we didn't really do much, but Yeah. I mean, you know, I don't watch
- 1:44
football. That was the worst. But we knew we we knew that the Patriots that was just like like a eyeball.
- 1:50
Yeah. Definitely wasn't super mid bowl. It wasn't even the mid bowl.
- 1:56
Actually, like a smaller bowl than the one you you're looking for. Yeah. You had to do dishes that day and
- 2:02
had to go with like the smaller bowl in the kitchen. This was a horrible bowl. A cereal bowl. Yeah. But the bad cereal bowl.
- 2:08
Cereal can be good. This is like the thing that they bring like the dressing in on the side. Oh, it was one of those bowls. It was a dipper.
- 2:14
Everybody's favorite cereal bowl. Yeah. When you can't find that bowl, it's cereal. Whatever the next bowl is,
- 2:21
that's his bowl, man. Okay, this was horrible. It It was uneventful to say the least.
- 2:26
Crash it with me. Well, I mean, I like the result, so I can't be mad there. But during the game, I will say I was losing interest by the
- 2:33
minute. And I never lose interest in a Super Bowl. It was second worst Super Bowl I ever saw. Hey, and don't take this personally, all
- 2:39
of our Adidas people that may be listening. Do they have uh Don't they have nothing to do with Super
- 2:45
Bowl? Oh, probably. But like any other like any other sponsor or
- 2:50
sorry they don't you lost me. Oh well I don't know. I'm just asking. I know. I think Wait, is this a is this thing?
- 2:56
Definitely. Yeah. Wait, even the commercials were trash. Yeah, a little bit. It wasn't even a good commercial. Commercials used to be a thing in Super
- 3:02
Bowl and the halftime show used to be a thing, man. Went right through the kitchen during the halftime show. Wait, hold on.
- 3:08
Wasn't even enticing. All that with Travis Scott ended up being for 10 seconds. Yeah.
- 3:13
Like you could have skipped that, Travis. Eight bars. He did the beginning of sicko mode and then the song changed
- 3:18
back to Maruna 5. He didn't even get into the song. Put a couple guitars on it and called it He could have skipped that.
- 3:24
Mhm. Definitely could have skipped that one. Travis, is that all we're going to give Travis Scott? Cuz he had a great album. Damn,
- 3:30
Trav, you could have skipped that. I mean, the amount of heat that he got. Come on. This is why they say we're PC.
- 3:36
Come on, let's trash Travis. No, it was trash. I It'd be quite the opposite if we didn't. Did he have a sound guy with him?
- 3:41
Because he didn't sound like it. It was like he had a sound cool. He never sounds like him though when he's live. He sound He sounds better than that
- 3:47
usually though. Who the [ __ ] Why? Travis Scott and Maroon Five's fans
- 3:54
triangulate. I I don't think so. It's definitely interesting. Everything about that looked awkward to
- 4:00
me. Yeah, it's like wearing Yeezys with Joe But the photo op looked awkward. Wait, did Roy make it funny? What you said? He
- 4:06
made it funny. Oh, I heard what you said about Savon, right? Yeah. the the
- 4:11
another few weeks you get the whole D. Pause. But you know, I said pause. You thirsty. You thirsty.
- 4:16
Anytime we boy with tats, you know, our culture, we accept him. So that's what it is.
- 4:22
Yeah. You know, we know we we accepted him years ago. Well, do you guys like Maroon 5? Like aside from that whole
- 4:28
Yeah, for sure. Okay. I'm Maroon 5. I like Maroon 5, too. Yeah. I don't know who I like anymore.
- 4:33
Yeah. It's hard to tell. Nobody. You like Anita Baker still. You still wait. No, no. Come on. Come on. Come on. Still
- 4:40
waiting for her new [ __ ] to show. Waiting for her new [ __ ] We waiting for that Nita Baker. That's Oakland Bay.
- 4:47
Waiting for God. I watched the Freddy Mercury uh The Queen story. Oh, the movie.
- 4:52
Yeah. How was it? It was good. It was good. Right.
- 4:57
That's deep. We're potting. How do y'all feel about Queen? Love Queen.
- 5:02
Bohemium rapsity is like that'll get me in my bag. I mean, I know the hits. I can't say I
- 5:08
know like the Queen B cuts for me to really give if I love Queen if I sat here and say I
- 5:14
spin I stream Queen records like I don't think I ever listen to a whole Queen album. Your entertainment system doesn't get
- 5:20
the Queen records. Yeah. No, but I know the hits obviously. Yeah. You appreciate them when it comes on for sure.
- 5:25
I mean that's why they had to name the movie that. Well, we're taught that's the song we knew. We're taught to kind of gauge people on
- 5:31
the amount of hits they have. Uh, and Queen has delivered hits over how many
- 5:37
generations, right? Yeah. But watching this flick kind of reminded me of all the different generations that
- 5:43
they had hits in. And as much as the movie tried to make it seem like they were being innovative,
- 5:51
and maybe they were, after a while, you could tell where they were just doing whatever the scene called for at the
- 5:58
time. Yeah, that's probably true. They got in a little bit of a disco bag in the late 70s and
- 6:03
Yeah. Yeah. Some funk [ __ ] earlier. Yeah. But that's just the signs of being great
- 6:08
at what you do. That's true. You change with the times, you change with the sound. You even sometimes you're able to create the new sound
- 6:14
or most times you're able to just fit in with the new sound. I disagree totally with that. That that's what great artists do.
- 6:20
Yeah. Just mimic whatever the sound is. No, not mimic. I'm saying you can adapt. Yeah. You adapt to what the new climate
- 6:26
is. I mean some very few artists completely change. What's the difference between adapting and mimicking enlighten me?
- 6:34
Uh you don't you don't lose your whole essence and sound of who you are. It doesn't sound like a whole new artist,
- 6:39
but you will keep up. I know we use Drake a lot. Drake doing uh if you're reading this is too late to me was
- 6:45
adapting to the time. We don't talk about Drake on this podcast. Okay. But that was adapting. That wasn't He wasn't mimicking.
- 6:50
Hov was always adapting. Hov was adapted. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. All right. I'm just asking.
- 6:56
Yeah. Um, but I didn't I we weren't we weren't starting with No, you just wanted to [ __ ] on Queen. I
- 7:01
No, I didn't want to [ __ ] on Queen. I just watched it and figured I'd tell you guys what I thought.
- 7:07
Um, what were we starting with? Oh, the Super Bowl being trash. Are we done with that? What does boycott mean? What does
- 7:12
that word mean? Uh, it means nothing in 2019. I'm going to get mad on Twitter, but not actually do anything.
- 7:18
Huh? Yeah, I'm going to post something on my Instagram, but I'll be tuned in. A lot
- 7:23
of hip-hop was at these Super Bowl parties and these Super Bowl sanctioned
- 7:29
events. Yeah. And I saw a lot of hip-hop people defending it.
- 7:35
Saying, "Uhuh. You know, the parties don't even be from the NFL."
- 7:41
Well, is that a point? Not to me. No. No. Cuz all right, you
- 7:46
somebody talk and I'm going to look up boycott. So, if I'm if Adidas happens to be doing something that weekend,
- 7:52
hi Adidas. And they give me a bag to talk about something that isn't really football
- 7:58
related or me to perform at something that isn't brought to you by the NFL. I think you're still participating in
- 8:05
the economy. Yeah, but more towards the city of Atlanta and the brand Adidas. If you
- 8:12
have an issue with Adidas, sure, don't do that. But the NFL is not benefiting from any event you do that just happens
- 8:17
to be in the greater area of Atlanta that weekend. I can see that point of view. I can see that point of view. I can also see the point of view if you're
- 8:23
trying to boycott the NFL, which is to take money away from them, you should not participate in anything that has to do with their weekend.
- 8:30
I can see I can see how how do you argue against that one? Because you're not actually putting money in the NFL's pocket by performing
- 8:38
at an Adidas event. you are in support of the NFL by
- 8:44
performing at any event during their weekend.
- 8:50
I can see someone saying that it's not the NFL's like, "All right, if you're boycotting
- 8:56
the Grammys and do something this coming weekend that has nothing to do with the Grammys."
- 9:01
No. Yes, it does. Yeah, but if it's still a result of the Grammys, I think that's still participating in the economy.
- 9:07
I agree with you guys. I'm just trying to give the other I can see someone saying that you're not Hov When Hovind them boycotted was
- 9:14
boycotting the Grammys. They wasn't at the preg Grammy party, right? They wasn't at the post Grammy
- 9:20
celebration. They wasn't at the uh La Matage [ __ ] celebrating privately.
- 9:25
They boycotted. Boycott. But let's I found it. Hold on. Let's look it up real quick. Uh let me just say what I
- 9:30
mean. Boycott to abstain from or act together in abstaining from using, buying, dealing with or participating in
- 9:38
an expression of protest or disfavor or as a means of coercion.
- 9:44
By that definition, uh, no, you can't do anything that weekend cuz that's not boycotting. And
- 9:50
listen, I'm not saying who should and who should not boycott. I am not the boycott police. What I'm saying is I
- 9:57
wish some of these [ __ ] just keep it a buck and say, "I'm getting my coin, my [ __ ] Yeah,
- 10:02
you can also say I completely disagree with the NFL. I'm not boycotting them. I just disagree with the decisions they've
- 10:07
made. That I think that's fair. But everyone has to see the the night and day of it. Like you have to stand by
- 10:14
and say I boycott it. But to that definition, you're not boycotting it. All right, let's take Meek for example.
- 10:20
I never heard Meek say he's boycotting the NFL. I never heard him say anything like
- 10:25
that. So to see him there, I really didn't have anything to say toward him. I never heard him say that.
- 10:31
Right. I've heard Cardi B say, "I'm not doing or I've heard reports that say she had
- 10:36
turned down performing uh with Maroon 5 cuz I'm standing in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick." No, I've heard I think I've heard Meek
- 10:42
say that he was with Cap. Well, okay. Can you can you be with Cap
- 10:48
and not boycott the NFL? No. I don't see how you He's boycotting NFL,
- 10:54
but he would play in it. I was going to say that there's been reports he would play in it. Yeah. Early I don't know about now but before
- 11:00
that he would have taken the job had it been I think he's boycotting something much bigger but that's a conversation that's neither here nor there
- 11:05
which has turned into this for some weird reason cuz that's not what Cap was saying. Okay. So maybe I'm wrong. Maybe maybe I'm wrong and you're not enlightened.
- 11:12
But I would I wouldn't expect to see Cardi on stage doing the Millie Rock with Robert Craft. Uh after all that
- 11:20
I've heard in reports is what I'm saying. She might as well performed at the halftime. Well, that's what I would think.
- 11:25
I agree. Especially after listen, especially after Jamal Hill uh reported who and I
- 11:33
put I put some credence into what she says. Uh she lost her job behind behind
- 11:38
her thoughts and how she felt and speaking her mind and just freedom of speech and standing for something. This
- 11:44
is a a misreports of Jamal Hill uh tweeting. Look at all this [ __ ] uh
- 11:49
going on, especially when Robert Craft is the person who basically uh coerced all of the owners to black ball cap.
- 11:56
Now, I can't substantiate that. I I don't I can't argue different,
- 12:02
but if that's true, I don't really know how I feel. Yeah. The thing is people don't care, Joe. And
- 12:09
that's what we just got to get [ __ ] People don't care. People like, you know, people people say, "Oh, I'm
- 12:15
with Cap. I'm with Cap." and they'll wear his jersey and, you know, wear his t-shirt or whatever and post on
- 12:20
Instagram, but you're not really with him. You're doing it for you're doing it just to seem like you're down with the with the hashtag and you're down with
- 12:27
the support and the wave. But people really don't give a [ __ ] People more concerned about being famous and rich
- 12:33
than they are about making change and like this this country and this world. People want to be famous and people want
- 12:39
to be able to take care of their family. While you may be while you're right there, I won't be as pessimistic as you.
- 12:45
It felt like uh well, it's been reported now that this was the lowest rated Super
- 12:51
Bowl in the past 10 years. That's awesome, right? But before that news even came out, it felt kind of trash.
- 12:59
The NBA kind of took stole the week. That's how it felt for certain. They kind of stole the press. That's how
- 13:05
it felt. If you weren't in Atlanta, it didn't really It felt like just football on a Sunday again.
- 13:10
Yeah. I mean, do you guys remember when like press day was a big thing? Yeah. I didn't see a clip.
- 13:15
I don't think I did either. Nothing Nothing compelling occurred. Right.
- 13:20
Well, that's cuz we get a lot of our information on social media now. Like we know even as much that'd be
- 13:27
easier for like some of those really cuz you know press day is all that quirky ask you weird questions and [ __ ] I feel like that would spread very
- 13:33
easily on social media. Listen, did Saints hang over hang over a little too longer? I mean a little too
- 13:40
long. I know a lot of people felt like the Rams just shouldn't have been there. The Saints held a parade. They The Rams
- 13:46
put up three points. Yeah. Todd Gurley rushed 10 times. Like I would have much rather see the
- 13:51
Why did they waste my [ __ ] time with that [ __ ] Come on, Shawn McVey. That's a name, right? Shawn McVey. Yeah.
- 13:57
Come on, Shawn McVey. That was some [ __ ] That was some [ __ ] It was just, you know, going up against
- 14:03
the legend Bich. Yeah, that their defense played crazy. Yeah, the Patriots defense was nuts. Well, no.
- 14:09
I'm just arguing the game that I watched and and my theory, my conspiracy theory
- 14:14
in my head about how the NFL wanted the Rams in the Super Bowl due to all the money on the line with the new stadium
- 14:20
and the new team over there. Yeah. Mhm. Feels that way. Yeah. And it felt like it just didn't feel
- 14:25
like this was the people Super Bowl outside of the Saints [ __ ] It just didn't people didn't really seem very
- 14:30
invested. That's all. And and after the year Drew Brees had, Breeze vers Brady is definitely more of a a pull I think for viewers. No
- 14:38
disrespect to golf. He had a good season. No, we can disrespect golf. [ __ ] golf, man. Me and you [ __ ] is too PC. [ __ ]
- 14:44
golf. Wait, cuz I don't cuz I don't hate golf. PC. Disrespect somebody. If it had been Rams Chiefs, that would
- 14:51
have been different. I think we saw what that's like, whatever week that was, week 12 or whatever when it was a shootout. One of the best football
- 14:58
games. It was a great game in a long time. But Rams versus Pats was just it wasn't even it wasn't fun.
- 15:06
Chiefs versus Patriots would have been fun, but that won't happen obviously, right? Well, they had a good really good AFC Championship. Yeah.
- 15:12
Yeah. All right. We don't care that much. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. I care about the health of uh young Shad Moss over Super Bowl
- 15:18
weekend. I knew some [ __ ] was going to go down Super Bowl weekend and and Bow
- 15:24
would be somewhere involved in Yeah. Did you think Bow would be in the middle of the [ __ ] Why Bow can't ever just not be in the [ __ ] Even after this [ __ ] occurred and
- 15:31
he went to jail and he got out and then he went to the club by himself and he got out and then he got got in the truck. Somehow his whole torso went
- 15:38
through the window of the truck now and he was talking to TMZ and then one of his friends, a bigger guy, someone who
- 15:45
looks like uh he's a bit more responsible. He came over and he kept tapping Bao saying, "Yo, get in.
- 15:53
Yo, yo, stick your torso. Get in, my nigga." He kept doing that. You know what Bow did?
- 15:58
He kept talking to him. Right. He needed that. Yeah. Yeah. That's what happened.
- 16:03
He needed that. Um, what happened with B, man? Come on. I know all of you have been in that situ.
- 16:08
We've all been in that situation. He wasn't having it. Oh, that's not the version. I heard cat daddy.
- 16:14
Oh, what' you hear? [ __ ] is Maul talking about? What' you hear in your fantasy football group? What version? Yeah. What version did you
- 16:20
hear? I heard the version where he was whing. Oh, okay. So, she wanted to go to the club.
- 16:25
No, no, no, no. They went to the club together in the in the version that I heard. Oh, okay. They went to the club together.
- 16:32
He catch a tug in the bathroom. It was It was Shaq's Shaq's big time party. You know, Shaq has been having the big time party or the comedy allstar
- 16:40
jam session 30 years for like Yeah. your whole life if you're listening out there. Um, so they went to the Shaq
- 16:45
party. Uh, and somehow somehow they must have split up.
- 16:50
Mhm. And the next time B knew it, she was hugged up all over Shaq.
- 16:56
Damn. So when they left and B said something about it
- 17:01
and he lost. Why he ain't Well, he's got to step to Shaq instead. He He lost to his girl.
- 17:07
You think he's going to beat Sha. But you still got to You still got to crack you. You got to hit Shaq in the head with a
- 17:12
hookah or something. I like Bow. It don't sound like you like him bow. That Yo, disrespect someone. Stop being so PC.
- 17:18
Disrespect somebody. Yo, Bow, you supposed to crack that [ __ ] in the head with a hookah or something. Who? Shack. Yeah. Hit his kneecap where you can reach.
- 17:25
Shaq could get knocked the [ __ ] out. Let's not act like he can't. I'm put I'm All right. If it's If it's
- 17:30
Bow and the hookah versus Shaq, I'm rolling with Shaq. Now put some more stuff on Val side. Let's see.
- 17:36
You know, you must have never seen how [ __ ] act when that blow piece of coal fall. [ __ ] hurts. That [ __ ] clears everybody.
- 17:42
My last three fights have been around hookah. Clear. Sounded all right. Yeah, the whole area will clear out.
- 17:47
It did. Let that coal drop somewhere. See how many [ __ ] hop on the couch. Yeah, the whole area did clear. And two times I was looking for people.
- 17:53
Yeah, I know. Yeah, that's all he had to do. Thanks, Mom. Your girl can't be hugged up on a [ __ ]
- 17:58
Then you go home and beef with your girl. What part of Shaq was she hugged up on? Cuz if she's dating Bow, she's probably
- 18:04
not that big. Sounds like we should we should throw correspond to Savon for this one. What is Maul talking the duck?
- 18:10
Yeah, Savon. Savon the duck. What part of the dawn? Okay. All right. Wait, so y'all have
- 18:18
never been y'all have never been in Y'all never went to the club with a young lady and then the young lady
- 18:23
ditched you and hugged up with a [ __ ] more popping at the club. She went I went we went together.
- 18:30
That's what I'm saying here. Nah, fam. Not if we went together. Not if we went together. I've maybe been trying to pursue a chick
- 18:35
I knew in the club and then she left me for more popular. We ain't go but together. That's wild. Disrespectful.
- 18:41
Yeah, that's crazy. Okay. Okay. Well, give me a time a time. Then what what's her game plan of leaving if we both took a car together?
- 18:48
First of all, if she's hooked up with a dude, we not leaving together. Like, [ __ ] it's over. She went home.
- 18:54
Yeah, I'm out. How does that even go? Like, walk through that girl, fam. If you Okay, if you go to a club
- 19:00
with a chick and you don't mean I'm just saying, but don't even just say, and you come out, you come back from the
- 19:06
bathroom, you know what I'm saying? You still air drying your [ __ ] No way. I pissed on myself. Not going to the bathroom either.
- 19:11
But you come back and she No, you can't leave her side. You want you going to tell her like, "Yo, we leaving?" Like, you want to tap her while she laid up on
- 19:17
the dude? Yeah. Yo, excuse me. They laid up. Excuse me. Excuse me.
- 19:24
You can't do that. Yes, you can do that. Nah, you tripping. You got to just walk out. No,
- 19:30
that's exactly what you could do. I don't understand what No, you got to just walk out. You got to just leave. Yo, you know why I hate when [ __ ] like
- 19:35
this happen? Cuz I can't come here and kick it with y'all. Cuz y'all always too cool for school when nothing like this would have ever happened to any of
- 19:40
y'all. How come I've been in this situation a few times? I didn't maybe react that way, but I know a bunch of men who have been in this exact
- 19:46
situation. Was this a girl that you were intimate with or just a a friend? Cuz you roll
- 19:52
with girls that are your friend. You said the word intimate like the intimacy is what's going to keep the bond sacred. Yes. You went to the club
- 19:59
with a chick that you were intimate with that there was no title with. Let me talk. That you were intimate with there was no title with.
- 20:04
Well, this is Bow's girl by the way. But go ahead. We're in a new situation. That's Ba's girl. Yes. From my understanding. Yeah. Well,
- 20:10
Savon, is that is that Bal's girl? Yes, it is. Yeah, but that's Shaq. What the
- 20:17
What that mean, man? Come on, man. That's Shaq. No, no, no. That's crazy. That's crazy.
- 20:24
You know, you got you can't go home. That's it. Relationship is over. You got to just text your girl later with your argument.
- 20:30
No, damn. You got to just You know where he was at these last few hours.
- 20:36
Yo, at that that's the point where you just lying like, "Yo, now I don't even know if you safe. Hit me back."
- 20:42
I don't even know. Now tell me nobody in here. Now tell me nobody in here has ever hit
- 20:48
their girl with a yo or a girl. I know how yall semantics. I just need to know if you're safe.
- 20:55
I have I will [ __ ] you up to fight. [ __ ] I'm telling you. You You think the comed tell me you think I've text a
- 21:01
girl and said I don't even know if you safe. I'm just trying to see. No, I'm trying to find I need to know if you're safe.
- 21:07
After we was hanging out. Yeah. After maybe she disappeared and you and you were suspicious.
- 21:12
Come on, Mo. You don't What the [ __ ] I'm done. I'm done. I'm
- 21:17
done. Yo, bro. You know how I know you're lying? Cuz you How you know I'm lying? Because you are a gentleman. All right.
- 21:22
You are. And this is a gentlemanly thing to tell. I've done that if me and the girl like we leave together and she gets goes her
- 21:29
way to go home and I go I'm like, "Yo, just hit me when you get in." No, but you saying that once you see her like hugged up with a dude and like you just
- 21:35
bounce and then you hit her like, "Yo, I don't even know if you say like shorty disappear."
- 21:40
Oh, if you don't even know what happened to Oh, of course. If you don't even know what happened. Would you have a slight suspicion? I thought he was saying
- 21:46
she hasn't replied. I thought Joe was saying like you see her like laid up with the other dude in the club, you go home, you leave, and
- 21:53
then once you leave, you be mad. You have you never been threatened by another individual in your whole life in
- 21:59
terms of women. You know where I'm from? Oh, as a woman. No, a woman has never threatened me. No. No. Have you been threatened by another
- 22:04
man in connection to a woman you may like? What do you mean threatened?
- 22:10
That he might not physically threaten your girl. She might like him better.
- 22:16
Yeah. Oh, no. I mean, that happens. Girls like a bunch of [ __ ] I'm not That doesn't bother me. I'm talking about I thought
- 22:21
you was saying if you see a chick laid up in the club with a [ __ ] that she you y'all came together and all of a sudden
- 22:27
she laying on some other [ __ ] It's like I'm not texting her. Yo, I just don't know if you safe. Yeah. No, I'm not either.
- 22:33
Yeah, this [ __ ] seven homie was 73. She's safe, man. Like, [ __ ] Shaq is under
- 22:40
safe than I am right now. You know why it's [ __ ] up? You know why it's [ __ ] up for Bow? Because Shaq like them little chicks.
- 22:45
Well, Shaq like all the chicks that's shorter than Bowwow. Yeah, that's [ __ ] up.
- 22:51
He do. No, I'm off. No, he do. Listen. So Bowwow should Boww should have known
- 22:57
not to bring his little short girl to that party. It was mad parties to go to.
- 23:02
That's crazy. See, that's why I would have stayed right in my [ __ ] crib with my girl.
- 23:07
Nah, but she want she wanted to go to go to the shack party. Maybe she got the invite. No shack there. She's a fan of
- 23:13
I'm not doing none of that. Get your ass over here. Why not? And hang out with past.
- 23:20
But why not though? Why you can't just go out with me like to the club? Ain't no future, man. It's present time.
- 23:25
Okay. Present. It's rough out there. I'm joking, by the way. I'm totally kidding. And I have to joke this way cuz
- 23:32
my co-host are trash. So, I just got to make it overzealous a little bit. No, we're not trash. Y'all [ __ ] are too cool for school.
- 23:37
No, you're too cool. I just want to hear about some embarrassing [ __ ] that happened to y'all and y'all upbringing in regards to the opposite sex. At one point at one point.
- 23:44
See, Rory and Parks got girls so they can't do nothing. You just you Why don't I talk about No, I don't have a past.
- 23:51
I have a past. A dark pass at St. Peters. Oh, hell yeah.
- 23:57
That St. Peters St. Peters track team biopic come out. That [ __ ] better be on HBO. That [ __ ]
- 24:03
better be on Pornhub. What was co What was coach doing, y'all? All right. See, that's how [ __ ] go left.
- 24:10
See that quick? Never mind, man. Never mind. What were we talking about?
- 24:15
Bow and Shaq. All right. Y know, y'all don't want to talk about Bow. You would. But But you would get that
- 24:20
story, though. I I haven't heard anything remotely close to that. Well, what was the story you heard?
- 24:26
That they was arguing. I heard a few heard he went through the phone or she went through the phone.
- 24:32
It's always a go through the phone action. But but why do why do dudes do that? Do what?
- 24:37
Go through a phone. To find something. It's bad business. But why? For either gender to do it. Bad business.
- 24:43
Cuz I'm looking for something. But what are you looking for? Exactly what he's looking for. And he's
- 24:49
going to find it. What what is the topic? What are you looking for? Why are you looking for Shaq? Why you put through your girl phone?
- 24:54
We're looking for for Shaquille. Yeah, I'm definitely searching Shaq. But here's my here's my thing. What do you think she has him saved as?
- 25:00
But but here's my thing. You feel like you have to go through You know what's [ __ ] up? You go you go through the phone
- 25:08
now. She probably just got the S. Yo, if she got shack saved as Diesel
- 25:13
now she just got the letter S. That's it. Or or maybe just the Superman emoji.
- 25:19
32. I was never that cool. [ __ ] always just saved me as Joe Button.
- 25:25
And here I had to come. Yo, change it. What if you lose your phone?
- 25:31
Yo, but why do you do that though? Like why do you why do if you feel like you have the need to go through your girl's phone? Like it's already over.
- 25:37
That's what I'm saying. Like I don't understand that. Like you are not the person to speak to about this stuff. Why not? I'm asking you. I'm asking the
- 25:44
guys that I'm not I'm not a guy that does it. So you can't talk to me about it. You just said you've gone through.
- 25:49
I haven't planned in my life. I've gone through a phone. So I'm asking you why. I was a teenager, [ __ ] Okay. But I'm asking you like what is
- 25:55
the you know the leadup to that? What was your thought process? Like why did you feel like that was okay? I don't remember.
- 26:00
Now you don't remember. What do you want me to remember everything from? So PC years old. Yeah. He's trash, bro. You can't talk
- 26:06
about You can't talk about [ __ ] with yourself. He's trash, bro. All right. No, listen. I'd like to hear one embarrassing story
- 26:11
from your life. Yeah. Come on. Cuz the one time I actually caught a girl doing something, I didn't go through her phone. I called AT&T.
- 26:20
That's not I called I called AT&T. I was her
- 26:26
dad. I I knew the social. I knew the the fourdigit pin security. I knew your
- 26:33
mom's maiden name. You knew her first pet name, which is why you should never give your girl your social. And listen, back in
- 26:39
the back in the day, listen, [ __ ] is [ __ ] up now. Back in the day, you could go do that and read whole texts.
- 26:45
They stop they stopped that. Boy, was I. That's when it was no point going. I message probably killed that.
- 26:51
Yeah, it was no point going. You couldn't really do anything. Yeah. But yeah, I called the phone service and just got the records emailed to me.
- 26:59
So, I didn't have to go through a phone. I was just in my email. But you did that. Why? What was your reason for doing that? Cuz she was [ __ ] somebody.
- 27:05
But how did you know that? Cuz I know when somebody's [ __ ] somebody. How do you know that?
- 27:11
What are you talking about? How do you know that? I'm ask you. How do you know that? Cuz other other guys might it might be different for them how
- 27:16
they can gauge that. How do you gauge that? When All right, let me let me say that. Let not me when this is one of the
- 27:22
luxuries that you're afforded when you live with someone. I guess when you live with someone,
- 27:27
patterns, people have habits. Yeah. How they respond to things. They think they things were a little
- 27:32
funny. Mhm. Mhm. What was the Do you remember what the first red flag was? No. No, I don't I don't want to take
- 27:38
you. So, the phone thing is just the the final like the stamp. You just need to stand going through the phone like boom, here it is.
- 27:44
Well, I'm not a go through the phone guy. No, I'm just saying going to AT&T was the you just needed
- 27:49
I'm asking what you mean. I'm asking you that was the you just needed that, but you felt things before that is what
- 27:55
I'm asking you. Okay, I'm I see where you're going. That's all because I've never I've never I'm just saying I feel like if I'm
- 28:01
dating somebody and I feel like I need to go through her phone because I feel like she may have Yeah. I feel like it's
- 28:07
just like yo like I'm cuz the trust is gone now. Not quite the way that love works but okay. Oh no. Here goes that word.
- 28:13
And Joe I mean he he was living with her so it's a little trickier. No that's what I'm saying. It's different when you're living with somebody patterns and schedules and you
- 28:19
kind of get a understand that part. Yeah. Also need confirmation before you burn a bunch of clothes.
- 28:24
Back to the word hope. Sometimes when you're in a relationship, you have hope that maybe you're wrong. Yo, y'all make y'all making Savon sad.
- 28:31
Savon, I hope we not bringing you back down a dark a dark road. No more playlist checking. No.
- 28:36
Okay, cool. Oh, that's true. That's good. Yo, wait. So, Apple Apple emailed Rory.
- 28:42
I got the Shaq story. Shaq has his uh his side of the story. Shaq hit you.
- 28:47
Not not not Diesel himself. Don't call another man Diesel. Don't do that.
- 28:53
This is from an unnamed source. This is a Joe Buddton podcast exclusive before TMG.
- 28:58
Wow. Uh, he said, "This is Shaq.
- 29:03
He doesn't mess with her, but he knows her. He said she DM'd him about something. He responded. She asked for
- 29:08
his autograph in a picture and then Young Shad flipped the [ __ ] up." All right. That's [ __ ] Nobody asked
- 29:14
for autograph in 2019. Number one, I thought that's not that's that's like what are you signing? Total [ __ ] Nobody DMs for a
- 29:21
picture. Yeah. Like nobody asked for for autograph. Let's flick it up when I see you and then will you sign in the picture?
- 29:27
How? Print it out. Yeah, Shaq was over there inviting her to NBA on TNT.
- 29:33
And Shaq hang out with Charles. See, Shaq flirt game is different. Like Shaq could flirt different. Like he say
- 29:38
[ __ ] in the flirt that No, he said he was buying cars. Yeah. Like that's what he do. He like, "What up? You need a car?"
- 29:44
[ __ ] what? I can't [ __ ] with that. Can't flirt like that, [ __ ] Like [ __ ] you mean like, "Yo, so you need a car like that to send to Lil something?"
- 29:51
Nah, I ain't flirting like that. Shaq Shaq's sending a brand new Benz to your chick.
- 29:56
N can't keep up with that, man. Endorsement like Yeah, but you could ride in the bins. Nah, you wouldn't ride in the bins that Shaq
- 30:02
bought you. Bought y'all. No, bought y'all. There's no more. There's no more y'all. I don't know about you to
- 30:07
understand. Yes, that's her. She I'm her roommate now. Damn.
- 30:13
I'm her roommate. That's not my girl. Oh, so you got to have financial control over your queen. Damn.
- 30:18
Listen, man. Shag want to send her a Benz. Oh, wait. Lastly, before I move on to the next
- 30:24
topic, uh I think I asked Rory this over the weekend and I'm not sure I got an answer, so let me ask Parks and I'm
- 30:29
scared to ask you more, but I ask you anyway. How much money does a guy need to make for his girl not to work anymore?
- 30:36
How much money? It depends on uh your bills, your living situation,
- 30:42
your overhead. Her overhead. Yeah. What does she What does she need to You got to have double. You got to have double. You got to be making double
- 30:48
whatever your bills are. I'd think more than more than that. Yeah. For shorty to start working. Yeah.
- 30:53
At at least double. It depends on what she need. Is she Is she used to like designer bags and designer clothes? Oh, no. We cut Listen, we cut those
- 30:59
things out when you ain't working. Yeah. All them things. All them things.
- 31:05
Yeah. We trim some of the fat off. We trim some of the fat off of that. Like, listen. Won't be no Chanels. Won't be none of
- 31:10
that. Like, we ain't doing that. We going to get this good, you know, uh, Kipling.
- 31:16
We gonna start going to Kipling and you know what I mean? Like H&M. Yeah, that's what we doing. Yeah, we we parting now.
- 31:22
Yeah. Yeah. At least double though. At least. Come on. When are we getting into 21
- 31:28
Britain, man? Listen, man. It's just, you know what's interesting to me? How how did this go
- 31:35
under the radar so long? Like, nobody he went to school with came out and was like, "Yo, I remember when he checked into school, he moved here from London."
- 31:41
Yeah. Like, how he never Nobody has ever like, "Yo, he could not have done that and been in Harlem."
- 31:47
The accent never slipped. there. That's what I'm saying. Like there's no way that would happen. Like what year did he move there? Did that
- 31:52
ever He's been here for 13 years and he's moved here at 13. He's 26 or 27.
- 31:58
Okay. Yeah. He moved here I think. So he went to high school. He would have had an accent. That's what I'm saying. Like you can't go to school, high school in Atlanta, be
- 32:05
from London and nobody knows this. He would hit someone with a brother or in it or something at some point. He has one of the more Atlanta accents
- 32:11
that I've heard. Is this the most egregious thing in here though? No. No. starts.
- 32:18
I'm just I'm just I don't know how this went under the radar so long. Like you went to high school somewhere. You're
- 32:23
from another country and nobody has ever come out like 21 Savage is not just some like local artist. Like he's a known
- 32:30
artist at this point. Nobody has come out say yeah we went to school together. I remember when he checked in he he moved in from London. He used to talk
- 32:36
like that. We I still haven't seen nobody on on Instagram saying yo yeah we had class together.
- 32:41
I've actually seen the opposite. Y'all went to elementary school with them. People in London though. No. No. People in Atlanta. Oh, people here.
- 32:48
Yeah. Okay. Anyone had an accent? No. They just said, "No, he's from Atlanta. I went to elementary school with him."
- 32:53
All right. London. He's not from there anymore. No, he's from zone six.
- 33:00
Yeah. Yeah. Well, where do y'all stand on the whole uh where you from versus where you were?
- 33:06
I feel like if you went to high school and that's when it starts. Yeah. Because that's when you kind of, you know, find yourself. High school for
- 33:12
the most part is really those four years are pretty important. And I think once you've lived somewhere for like a decade, you can kind of start
- 33:17
claiming it. You know what I'm saying? Like I'm from I just was laughing cuz he that [ __ ] went under the radar so long and people killed Dave East saying he not from
- 33:24
Harlem. At least he from New York. Like if Dave was from London. Yeah. Like where Dave East from? Well, they say Queens. He's from Queens.
- 33:31
And then I hear Maryland. Yo, that is a really trash disc in hip-hop. That's not a No, no, no. It's not a
- 33:36
diss. It's just saying like, "Yo, rep, where you from?" No. Well, no. Oh, there you go. No, I'm not going to rep. I'm repping a
- 33:43
whole another block. But you can't do that, though. I do what the [ __ ] I want to do. Joe did it. Okay. But then also, you can do it.
- 33:49
You get people like Soulja Boy that move to LA and are claiming streets. They've actually never They're literally not
- 33:55
even remotely from like Chris Brown and Soulja Boy rep a part of Compton. They're from Virginia and
- 34:01
Mississippi. I went to high school and Well, I dropped I went to high school. You kind of from Queens. Yeah, exactly.
- 34:07
You from Queens? No. Joe say he from Queens. I'm from Queens by I'm from Jersey by way of Queens. That's what I always say.
- 34:12
Okay. But then I say Harlem, too, cuz I was born in Harlem. But what if you join Gang Gang? Then where you from?
- 34:18
Join? I thought I was Oh, my bad. Oh, you didn't get the memo? No. Too busy getting emails from Apple.
- 34:23
Yeah, wait until I sell Spotify. Why? Why is that noise?
- 34:30
Snitch. See, that's why you're not gang gang. Tell us about that Apple email you got. Uh, Young Blood, they was hating.
- 34:37
I don't I'm still waiting to see what it mean. Subject. You know what it mean, [ __ ]
- 34:43
Subject reads Apple podcast rejection. Suck our dick. From removals at apple.com.
- 34:50
Damn. Oh, removal. We've been removed. Dear podcast provider. That's us.
- 34:56
We still provide. The following podcast has not been included in the iTunes podcast delivery.
- 35:02
Name the Joe Buddton podcast with Rory Mo. Feed URL. I'm not going to say that
- 35:07
submission may not be included on Apple podcast for a variety of reasons. Apple, you and your variety could kiss
- 35:15
our ass. We're not trying to be distributed by you guys. We're not trying to provide you guys with our Stop
- 35:21
emailing us. You're [ __ ] spam. Stop stealing our information from wherever you're getting it from and leave us
- 35:27
alone. Suckerberg. We are [ __ ] Spotify gang. Goddamn it. Yeah. So, back to 21 Britain.
- 35:34
Uh, yeah. Yeah, I don't care that he's not that he's from wherever he's from either. Like I don't that maybe if I was interest I'm just saying
- 35:41
I don't understand how it went this long without anybody bringing it up. But well, not to say this hasn't happened before. I was surprised at him having
- 35:47
felonies and it's just getting through and not being deported, but I know that happens. But well then they reported that he doesn't
- 35:54
have any felonies. H All right. I don't know then. Yeah, I read that too. Yeah, let me read let me read the
- 36:00
statement. Really? I thought he had like more than one. 21 Savage was the guy that I thought
- 36:06
fall for the persona, huh? No, I'm saying I fell for the 21 Savage persona off RIP.
- 36:12
I would name him and the people that I didn't think were ever lying. I believed every word he said. The whisper adlibs are very started. He
- 36:19
didn't even rap. He just talked over beats in a really aggressive way. Official statement on behalf of 21
- 36:25
Savage. I'll try to read this quickly. ICE detained. I won't even attempt to pronounce his real name. Sh. Sha Shaya
- 36:32
bin Abraham Joseph uh pardon me if I'm [ __ ] that up. Uh the well-known Atlanta based recording artist and
- 36:38
songwriter also known as 21 Savage based upon incorrect information about prior criminal charges and now refusing to
- 36:45
release him on bond of any amount despite the fact that he has a pending U visa application as the victim of a
- 36:51
crime with USCIS and that he has relief from removal available to him. Mr.
- 36:56
Abraham Joseph has never hid his immigration status from the US government. The Department of Homeland
- 37:02
Security has known his address and his history since filing for the U visa in 2017. Yet, they took no action against
- 37:08
him until this past weekend. ICE can only continue to detain individuals who are a threat to the community or a
- 37:14
flight risk to not show up at their hearings. Obviously, our client is not a flight risk as he is widely recognizable
- 37:20
and a prominent member of the music industry. Likewise, Mr. Abraham Joseph's uh Mr. Abraham Joseph's is clearly not a
- 37:27
danger to the community. And in fact, his contributions to local communities and schools that he grew up in are
- 37:33
examples of the type of immigrant we want in America. ICE has not changed Mr. Abra uh ICE has not charged Mr. Abraham
- 37:41
Joseph with any crime. As a minor, his family overstayed their work visas and he like almost two million other
- 37:47
children was left without legal status through no fault of his own. This is a civil law law violation and he continued
- 37:53
detention of Mr. Abram J. They continue with a few threats, but uh yeah, they said uh all that [ __ ] that was reported
- 38:00
was false. Uh he did not he did not have a felony when he was arrested in 2014 and yet again in 2016. Uh and they
- 38:08
should be letting him go, but they won't. Yeah. I mean, outside of the jokes, you know, this is a kid now that is in some
- 38:16
serious situation. Yeah. with being deported and clearly
- 38:22
providing to the US in a good way. It's kind of just an example of how our immigration laws are a little [ __ ] up.
- 38:30
Well, that and boy, what a bad time to be going through this when, you know, uh
- 38:38
my my assumption would be that this is exactly the type of case that somebody would be looking to try to get famous
- 38:44
off of or make an example out of like with all of the immigration topics that's been going on lately.
- 38:49
Yeah, they're definitely going to try to make an example out of him. I I feel I feel like that's exactly what they trying to do.
- 38:55
Yeah, I really hope that he's released. Um and he should be. I mean, come on.
- 39:02
Should and what happens with the law sometimes just different. Very different.
- 39:07
Don't really coincide. So, uh I sure hope I sure hope uh that his lawyers and
- 39:13
his team have a great case to get him out. Um [ __ ] up. This happened during All-Star weekend. I won't even provide
- 39:19
my conspiracy theories, but right in line with the kind of [ __ ] I talked about last week on this podcast, um P
- 39:25
from Quality Control was trying to gather money from all the entertainers. I thought it was I thought it was a
- 39:30
really good idea, even if uh 21's people didn't need the money, the support.
- 39:36
Yeah. The the show of support from from the hip-hop community to say we're behind
- 39:42
you and you're not just going to do ours any type of way. Um, I thought that was
- 39:48
great. Even though 21's people put some out that said they don't need the money, but the support is real important. But even so with the lawyers, too, I'm
- 39:54
sure someone of that stature is the bread winner of their entire family. So, they may they may need the money
- 39:59
eventually, but still still the support just would have been nice. I know when I went
- 40:05
through when I went through my uh my case a few years ago, uh the false
- 40:10
allegation case, and it was time for me to bail out, uh I couldn't bail out in my name. So, my mom posted the bail and
- 40:16
my pastor, God bless his uh God bless his soul. Rest in peace, Ron at the time was angry because we didn't let him post
- 40:24
the bail. Um he said in times like that, they need to know that you have the
- 40:30
support of the church, your neighborhood, the you know that you're not just alone up there,
- 40:36
right? Same same thing here. Um, and I saw a lot of people in there,
- 40:42
myself included, saying, "Yeah, we with the shits." I do like that there seems to be some type of organization within
- 40:49
hip-hop. I won't say higherups, but infrastructure. There seems to be uh a developing
- 40:56
infrastructure in times of need. Yeah. Am I off in that? No. I've seen a lot of support for him
- 41:02
online at least. I don't know about, you know, how that extends in real life, but that's the only that's that's my only thing though, Joe. Like I
- 41:10
it's just it's certain [ __ ] that I I just feel like it's just for that just for show.
- 41:16
Okay. You know what I mean? Like it's a great idea. I think it it would be super dope if it was something that we actually do
- 41:22
a lot more often. Um support each other and not just in times of need just in
- 41:28
general like you know what I mean? It would be dope for hip-hop to support hip-hop and come together and support each other. But, you know, I seen that
- 41:35
post and I seen a lot of people that was under the post saying, "Yeah, where do we send the money and all this and all that?" You saw me, you judge me.
- 41:41
No, I mean, I saw it was a bunch of people, but it's like, you know, and not to bring her up and bring, but it was
- 41:46
like when Nikki said she would pay for tuition for, you know, students and stuff like that. And then it came down
- 41:52
to it and some students say, "Yo, they they still haven't received any money for their tuition and stuff." It's like you can't
- 41:57
That's a false. Yeah, it's a little different. No, no, but it's it's not different in terms of when people do things. Sometimes they say [ __ ] they jump out
- 42:03
there and then when it's time to really like now if somebody like if if if people started hitting people like yo you said you wanted to send some money
- 42:09
well so we need like 5 grand 10 grand. Then when that happens people like oh [ __ ] well talk to my manager talk to my
- 42:15
I understand what you're saying. Let me let me just say I don't think that that P is viewed that way.
- 42:22
No, not him. I'm talking about the people in the comments that were saying yeah I'm with it. Like let's send that to say some of the people I saw saw in
- 42:28
there like I believed them. Like it didn't seem like people that didn't have it. Like I saw Nick Cannon in there.
- 42:34
No. Yeah. It's not about not having it. I'm saying when it's time will they will they right. I'm not saying [ __ ] ain't
- 42:40
got the money. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. I'm just saying when if it really came down to it like them phones start ringing saying, "Yo, we need that. Send
- 42:45
that." How many of those people would actually send that wire through? It looks good when you type it on Instagram. That's all I'm saying.
- 42:51
I agree with y'all, but I think that I said this before on here. I think that anybody showing support
- 42:57
is a positive thing. Even if no action comes of it. No, I think it's still a positive thing.
- 43:03
I need action. I ain't with that. Yeah. Well, it depends on the situ. If the no action is called for, then it's almost selfish.
- 43:08
Why do you say that? Cuz now you're just doing it to make yourself looks better to the general public and we read things online and run
- 43:15
with them. Now I'm thinking, for example, obviously not Nick Cannon because he backs his words up, but now
- 43:20
people see that be like, "Oh, Nick Canon, he's so positive." And then pee call him and it's like, get a hold of him.
- 43:25
If that was the case, I would agree. I would say that raising awareness in any type of social issue or political issue
- 43:31
is as important as being there financially. But you know that but you do know that
- 43:37
that's a a marketing tool now, right? People jump behind politics and Yeah. For sure. As long as you know that. As long as you
- 43:43
recognize. That's all I'm saying. Of course. But I just think that spreading awareness is a good No. So yeah, spreading awareness is
- 43:48
always a good thing, but I like I'm I'm more for action. I agree. Like I like when artists do [ __ ] in their communities and never post
- 43:54
anything about I agree completely and I agree that first like I don't need the the clout. I don't need people to know what I'm doing. Like
- 44:00
Yeah, me too. I like [ __ ] like that. That's all I'm saying. I'm not with the posting it and everybody under post. Yeah. Yeah. We
- 44:05
going to do that. But then it's like once that you know once you post something else now tomorrow nobody even looking at that post anymore. You know
- 44:10
what I'm saying? So it's kind of like it's for the moment. It's for the it's for the it's for the right now. But it's like what about next week? You know what
- 44:17
I mean? Like that's my thing. Like we get caught up in the moment too much. Like we get caught up and somebody post something right now, we all in.
- 44:23
I agree. Two days later, ain't nobody calling, checking on, you know what I mean? It's like, come on, man. That [ __ ] is fake.
- 44:28
Like, I'm not with none of that just for the social media look and for the hashtag. And I'm not with that. I don't
- 44:34
I think that doing something is better than doing nothing. Yeah, I agree. And I And I think the opposite of what Maul is saying. Um I
- 44:42
don't I don't think we're in the uh the age of uh posting for two days and [ __ ]
- 44:48
leaving. I I think the opposite. I think we're in the age of [ __ ] just creating a whole bunch of hashtags and maybe too
- 44:54
many of them sticking maybe because of some of the fake support or people just bandwagoning and doing [ __ ] just for the
- 44:59
look. But u by that hashtags are sticking around longer to me.
- 45:05
Certain hashtags. Yeah. Yeah. I guess depending on the cause. Mhm. Who you talking about again just now?
- 45:12
Well, no. I think it's maybe worse for people that have like real actual platforms to make change that don't do
- 45:17
anything. That's the issue with me. I think it is great when a a bunch of people are talking about a topic so it really gets to the mainstream. I know
- 45:23
Twitter has been a huge reason why certain things have been changed because people it brings awareness.
- 45:29
But I think what Maul's talking about and I agree those people that are of a certain stature and have a platform that
- 45:35
are just doing it as a PR move to make themselves look better and not doing anything behind the scenes. No, I I understand that. My my response
- 45:42
to that is sometimes when you talk about people that are trying to do positive,
- 45:47
we don't even have to mention the people who are are responding negatively or moving in a negative light.
- 45:54
Like we don't have to always say, "Yeah, but these [ __ ] know about them, right? We we we only focusing on the people who
- 46:00
are here for the long haul." I just think there's a lot of those people. That's why that's why bring them up.
- 46:05
I was real happy. No, because they don't matter when real [ __ ] is around. That and that's why I don't really like to pay any mind to them. Like there's been
- 46:12
an Well, actually, this 21 [ __ ] is a great case in point. When the news first broke, I mean, I thought it was fake
- 46:18
because it sounded fake and it looked fake. Uh, but that was for that lasted 3 seconds. Then we saw a wave of people
- 46:24
with jokes, right? Because some of the memes were funny, uh, sounded funny. And the internet's
- 46:30
uh, instinctual nature is to laugh at [ __ ] Yeah. That was very short-lived. And
- 46:37
then real [ __ ] came around. Yeah. It's the same as when the OG's come around, the younger [ __ ] that's make
- 46:42
doing some inappropriate [ __ ] When real [ __ ] come around, they start to speak of this the severity of things and and
- 46:49
then then you saw an overwhelming amount of support. Um,
- 46:55
how did y'all feel about the little the Demi Lovado girl and all of that [ __ ] that went on? I think from someone that
- 47:04
went through a really trying time in her life the same way 21 is about to right now and got a bunch of Twitter support
- 47:11
and had the whole world behind her is a [ __ ] idiot for trying to say she
- 47:17
thinks this [ __ ] is hilarious when someone else is going through something who's really going to Demiy's page for some jokes.
- 47:22
Well, she had just said, "Oh, the 21 memes are my favorite thing on the internet now." Or something along those lines. I don't care. Why do white people why
- 47:30
white people can't just shut the [ __ ] up when certain black people or when black people are going through turmoil or
- 47:35
hardship? It's It's called getting in the on the mix, riding the wave. Some of that
- 47:40
attention. Yeah. And I think a lot of white privilege has white people not even
- 47:46
considering the feelings or the the severity of the situation that people are going through. Then you saw how compassionate hip-hop
- 47:53
responded. You saw you saw uh you saw 21's people come out and say, "Damn, Demi, when you was going through that
- 47:59
[ __ ] we was on tour. Uh 21 I heard I was sitting next to 21 when he was like, "Damn, I hope she get better. I hope we
- 48:05
rocking with her." I saw W say the same thing. Um uh I saw a couple of other people
- 48:10
express kind of the same sentiment. Boy, hip hop is so welcoming to all and just
- 48:16
forgiving and loving and compassionate no matter who it is. For sure. That's actually my comment
- 48:21
with this other white girl that I That's one of the things I wish black people would learn. Another one of the things I
- 48:27
wish black people learn from white people. Why we keep talking about that white girl that white people ignore. I won't talk about her. I'm not saying her
- 48:34
name. I'm never saying her name. But why do black people get why do she get why
- 48:41
do y'all get such a rise? Like it's counterproductive to me. [ __ ]
- 48:47
her. I'll say we we keep making that look the we keep
- 48:52
making people hot. Hey, let me tell you something. Hate makes people hot, too. It's true.
- 48:58
It's a quicker way to make someone hot. Yeah, hate is the fastest way to make somebody hot. Leave that little Man,
- 49:05
I don't even I I still don't pay no attention to her. I've never never have really. Me neither. I have her blocked on Twitter.
- 49:11
Me I I have never had a reason to block her because she is totally non-existent in my world. Yeah.
- 49:16
I don't want to see retweets of her. I don't want to see people I feel like those I do cuz I need to unfollow those
- 49:21
people. Fair. I need to unf the people that are investing that much time in this little
- 49:27
white girl that the white people don't even really enjoy. Yeah. Yeah. I'm cool. I have the president blocked too. I
- 49:33
don't want to see his [ __ ] He don't want to see your [ __ ] He don't want of course the report just the
- 49:38
report just came out. He he works 30% of the the time or whatever the [ __ ] report is. Um, we were talking about
- 49:46
something before that. Oh, Demi, Demi, Demi, Demi Lovado, Demi Lovado. Yeah. Yeah. I don't have anything else to say about
- 49:51
Demi Lovato. It was It was just unfortunate only because like I do remember when she went through that and so many people were
- 49:56
shocked. So many people were concerned about her health and you know cuz we genuinely like Demi Lovado like you know
- 50:03
we we like her. She was one of the people that people look at like yo she's dope. She's talented. That when that
- 50:09
came out we didn't even know that she had an abuse problem. So that that took I know for me it took me I wasn't I wasn't very familiar with her
- 50:16
but you know I empathize with people with substance abuse. Yeah but that's the thing. So you you still felt some type of way about it
- 50:22
like because you can recognize and you can we're we're a passionate people mo I mean we're a compassionate people.
- 50:27
Yeah. Very very the hip-hop culture is very welcoming and and just cuz her situation it's not
- 50:34
tasteful to make memes of people overdosing, right? That's what makes it even more sick to
- 50:39
me. And granted I I was guilty too. I laughed at a few of the 21 Savage memes, but it's bad that that those are fine.
- 50:45
Mhm. But her situation, that'd be tacky. We couldn't couldn't make fun of her for overdosing. We can make fun of a kid
- 50:51
getting deported back to [ __ ] England, getting taken away from his [ __ ] family. His kids whom are are US
- 50:59
citizens. Yeah. Active father there uh raising, supporting, providing for. I I I don't
- 51:05
see the joke either. Not in that. Bad time. Bad time, Demi.
- 51:13
Yeah. [ __ ] Damn it, Demi. While we at it, y'all want to cover uh
- 51:19
Liam? Good old Liam. That's your guy. It's not my guy.
- 51:24
I saw I saw one and a half. One in a possible taken. You saw seven takings. I did not.
- 51:29
He was taking seven. I saw one in a pop. I didn't even see the other taken. He did. We was like a different non taken. Yeah.
- 51:34
He was like, "Oh, they stole my son now. He stole my Why do his kids keep getting
- 51:40
stolen?" Like, look at the [ __ ] awful father. Yeah. Like what the [ __ ] Yeah. They been say he should stop going
- 51:45
outside. But so Liam Liam uh he should have he should have taken this with him
- 51:51
to the grave. Yeah. He had to say that. Was this him trying to being like a moment of of
- 51:58
vulnerability? No. Liam. Tell me cuz he's on a press run for a movie. Correct.
- 52:04
Yeah, I think he does have a movie coming up. Which I believe is called Revenge. Yeah, it's called Taken Again.
- 52:10
Is it called Revenge? I believe so. Yeah, but revenge is just another word. So, he tried to tried to tell a
- 52:16
[ __ ] out of here. Yeah. Oh, that was the tiein. That's crazy. He tried to tell us about a time where
- 52:23
he went outside to get revenge. Got wild racist in the tie in real life though. Yeah. Tried to kill some black people in
- 52:30
the block. Yeah. So now y'all tell me because I see people arguing this. I do see people
- 52:35
arguing that what makes them racist about this. The fact that everything.
- 52:40
Now I know my opinion. All of it. All of it. Literally. There's nothing
- 52:46
non-racist about any of any part of it. But if he I get why some people saying this they can see that it they don't
- 52:52
think it's racist because he was he was talking about how he thought about doing
- 52:58
something but it was like he realized like nah that's not anger much like
- 53:04
money will just reveal your true thoughts. Yeah
- 53:09
for sure. So he didn't confuse I wasn't thrown off when he started talking about a friend
- 53:15
of his was sexually abused. Mhm. Told him and then he went outside with the hammer or what? It was a hammer,
- 53:22
right? Some [ __ ] Crowbar or some [ __ ] Yeah. A bat. Some [ __ ] A weapon. Yeah.
- 53:27
Liam going to get [ __ ] up in real life. Think he's still on set.
- 53:32
You don't have those special set of skills, my guy. Yeah. [ __ ] will shoot your [ __ ] top off. Yeah. He had a long day. Long night
- 53:40
walking down the block. Him crowbar. [ __ ] going to sit you right back in that crowbar in your ass.
- 53:46
[ __ ] white racist [ __ ] be trying to come outside with the club. Didn't we say that on the show? The club. Well, that was me that wanted to use the
- 53:53
club. Okay. You get one swing with the club. That's what people don't understand. You have like a bat or like a club or so.
- 53:59
You get one swing. What was the weirdest weapon that you ever owned in your life or that you ever attempted to use in your life?
- 54:05
Weapon. I'll go first. Uh somehow my brother, man. My older my older brother who's five years. Not the
- 54:14
That was definitely the weirdest weapon you ever utilized. Don't say that I utilized it. I definitely utilized it. It was
- 54:21
utilized. You were very You were very resourceful. I will say that for you to look around and just notice that rocks
- 54:26
were available. That's very resourceful. They were very big. Or you just know your property, which is good, too. Very resour
- 54:36
outside. He placed them. That's very resourceful. Very resourceful. And I guess I did utilize them. They were you brandished them.
- 54:42
Yeah, those are dark times, man. I came up in three years. That wasn't that long ago. It's like
- 54:47
racism. Yeah, that's true. There you go. That's what I'm saying. What was I talking about before y'all threw me off. Oh, weapons. Uh my my older brother, 5
- 54:54
years older than me. I'll make a long story less long. Uh he was in like Chinese stars back. I had ninja stars. He had these ninja
- 55:01
stars and he used to [ __ ] throw them at me. That's [ __ ] up. Sounds really That's what you're supposed to do to your little brother
- 55:07
though. I can't throw ninja stars at stars smiling at the buttons.
- 55:13
Imagine somebody just throwing ninja stars at you. Like how do you even defend yourself? You can't. I know
- 55:19
you can't. At least like the dull ones that you have to No, they're like the real sharp razor joint
- 55:24
from Harlem. You got them from the Army Navy store from the uh right over there by Lost.
- 55:29
Oh, they stopped selling them store. I don't know if you're seriously younger. I'm not.
- 55:34
Yeah, you was too young, but they stopped selling by then. Yeah. I've never seen a ninja star. Yeah, you can get those from what? The Army Navy
- 55:40
stores. Like you used to be able to get them. I don't know if they still can. He did try to go join the military, too, man. Oh, yeah.
- 55:46
He was prepared. Then they told him they don't have ninja stars and he was out. He was out. What army is this? I've been training for years.
- 55:52
I can't use my skills. The ninja stars overseas. Like, no, I don't want I had a crossbow. A cross? What the [ __ ] was she?
- 55:58
Yeah, you were on some white boy [ __ ] Where did you Where did you tuck that? I would have No, I didn't tuck it anywhere. I had one.
- 56:04
Okay. When did you get your first nine? your Glock like the normal weapons in the hood. Uh 17.
- 56:09
Okay. So, the crossbow came before the Glock. That was your train. The crossbow came next.
- 56:15
Like during my gun collecting days, I was like, man, let me get something else. Let me let me get a crossbow.
- 56:21
Really? Keep on guessing. Yeah. I had a little I had I allegedly had a deuce deuce deuce, a little 380,
- 56:28
and a nine. And then the crossbow. The crossbow. And then I that didn't
- 56:34
really work out so well. Then I graduated to uzies and texts and then those jammed. Did you have a blow dart gun?
- 56:40
And then I got a 50 and my [ __ ] stole it. He needed it more.
- 56:45
That's usually what That's usually how That's a crazy graduation. But that was my favorite But that was my favorite gun. That was my favorite gun
- 56:53
ever. And I was still hurt. I was hurt about that for a long time. But like I said, somebody else needed it.
- 56:59
Well, there you go. It's okay. And I never got it back. It's okay. I probably didn't say I brought you
- 57:06
man. Come and get your [ __ ] and leave for about two weeks. Don't bring that [ __ ] back here. Yeah, fan. That's yours.
- 57:11
You have a bl Hey, I don't even know you no more. Why you at the door? Yeah, you can have that. That's yours
- 57:16
now. Um I don't know how we got on weapons. What was we really supposed to talk about? Liam crowbar.
- 57:22
Oh, Liam and his crowbar. Liam went outside with his crowbar. Yeah. I wasn't thrown off by his his uh
- 57:28
uh friend getting raped because granted, cool. That don't give you an excuse to
- 57:33
go outside and want to kill all black people. No. Yeah. You can want to kill that person. It looks a little strange
- 57:39
that you felt cool and comfortable saying that. Mhm. That's the most racist part of Well,
- 57:45
it's the mo It's racist that you don't see the racism in it. Right. Right. Because that's the thing. Black people
- 57:52
keep trying to get racist to see that they're racist. Like that's why I want people to stop
- 57:57
talking to that little white girl. Yeah. Like why we even acknowledge her? We know what that is. We done.
- 58:02
Liam, the fact that you got this this happened and you grabbed a crowbar, came outside and immediately projected all
- 58:09
black people to to be the same. I didn't even hear you search for another identifiable trait.
- 58:17
Were like that's the That is the sick part,
- 58:22
right? Yo, shorty came back said she was raped. I grabbed the crowbar, went outside, was looking for blacks.
- 58:28
Yeah, she said he was black. You didn't do any further investigation, Liam. Yeah, Liam was going
- 58:34
with all your [ __ ] special set of skills. Yeah, he didn't utilize any of them.
- 58:39
Not a [ __ ] thing. I utilize the Chinese stars way more than he utilized a special set of skills. I got a special
- 58:45
set of skills. That [ __ ] went across the world off the voice on the phone in uh he was able to find out who it was.
- 58:51
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Liam Liam might be cancelled. I don't know if it's a might about it.
- 58:57
M. The [ __ ] said that uh he power walked to end his racist thoughts.
- 59:04
I'm I'm dead serious. First of all, power walking is weird. Power walking is super trash.
- 59:12
First of all, if you see a white older man power walking, you're definitely getting scared. That's definitely a racist. Yeah.
- 59:18
You can't power walk and be a old white man. Don't power. You're about to go do something or you you're leaving from
- 59:23
doing something. Power power walk toward me. You can close line. Clos line.
- 59:28
Well, he How long did he power walk to have such a change of heart? And that's what I want to know. Like halfway through it. He's like, well, you
- 59:35
know, maybe some of them are okay. Oh, now I'm starting to like, oh, all right. I think I'm not racist anymore. Like,
- 59:40
what mile did it get where he was trying to figure out? I don't know, man. That's the mind of a
- 59:46
racist. You just can't figure it out. And the mind I can't I can't figure out the mind of racist. How you go from
- 59:52
I'mma kill all the blacks to I'mma take a walk around the block. Yeah. Let me briskly.
- 59:57
I'm gonna cool off. That was a great idea though. Liam's ass. Walked up on the wrong one.
- 1:00:03
Liam still going to get his [ __ ] ass beat. Oh, wait. So now they announced count to 10.
- 1:00:09
So now they announced that they have cancelled the red carpet at the premiere for Liam Nil uh Nissan's latest action
- 1:00:16
movie has been cancelled a day after the actor told a British a British journalist a shocking story of racist
- 1:00:22
revenge. A person familiar with the matter. I they never find out who that
- 1:00:27
person is. He's familiar though. So they're familiar with the matter though. So sources with intel close to [ __ ] shut
- 1:00:33
the [ __ ] up. Um, a person familiar with the matter told deadline that the New York event wouldn't be appropriate under
- 1:00:39
the circumstances. The premiere screening at AMC Lowe's Lincoln Square itself will go on as planned. Movie come
- 1:00:45
Moon comes back girls with actors admission and interview with the independent and he once took to the streets decades ago with a mission to murder a random black bastard and
- 1:00:51
revenge over a black man's rape of one of the actors friends. Damn, he can't even power walk the red
- 1:00:57
carpet at his own premiere. They got a power sit.
- 1:01:03
Power chill at home. Hey, power chill your ass out, Liam Niss. Yeah.
- 1:01:09
[ __ ] out of here. That's over for him. Defend it, Rory. Go ahead. Why do you think I would defend that?
- 1:01:15
I don't I don't I don't think you would. I will defend I'll defend power walking cuz you guys just kind of [ __ ] on power
- 1:01:21
walking real quick. Power walking power. How do y'all walk in the city? We New Yorkers genuinely we we we power
- 1:01:26
walk. That's my We don't call it that though. But that's our normal walk. just walking cuz if we we go anywhere out of town, we
- 1:01:31
start walking, people like, "Why you walking so fast?" That's true. That's my walk. Yeah. That's just my natural walk. I don't have a a an acceleration into
- 1:01:39
power walking. That's from my walk is the light jog. Yeah.
- 1:01:45
Yeah. You got to jog. Two gears there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. From the light jog is quick acceleration. Danger
- 1:01:51
is behind us. Yeah. Something has happened. Yeah. We out of here. There's a dog on the loose. That's the only time we really run is if we
- 1:01:57
ain't running dog, [ __ ] That's true. We know. [ __ ] the dog up. What if there's no hoes?
- 1:02:03
What if there's no hoes? No hoes, then I'm out. Who wants to be at the spot that wants
- 1:02:08
We are in relationships. First of all, [Laughter] that's true. But he's definitely
- 1:02:14
But horrible [ __ ] like that is how you get unfortunately situations like George Zimmerman
- 1:02:19
just hunting down kids or people of a certain race and then trying to find some reason why. Another [ __ ] name I
- 1:02:26
don't never say him. Yeah, he's on that lets you know that the the the
- 1:02:31
state of the country when he got off and sold the murder weapon for a quarter mill. Sick.
- 1:02:37
Yeah. Sicko mode. That's where we live at. That's sicko mode. I think it was Trayvon's birthday. It I was just about to say, let's say
- 1:02:43
happy birthday to Trayvon. He would have been 24 years old today. Uh yeah, let me give I'm not going to
- 1:02:48
give a round of applause cuz I don't know how that would come off, but you know what I'm trying to say. He would have been 24 years old. Yeah. Yeah. here
- 1:02:54
and I never want to do that. So, salute to them and salute to Trayvon May forever. Rest in peace. Um,
- 1:03:00
with that said, yeah, about that time. Check this out.
- 1:03:07
All week long, we keep getting new details about Jesse.
- 1:03:13
Oh, well, we kind of we kind of First of all, Maul is mad that Jesse is the gay Tupac.
- 1:03:18
Why am I mad? I'm not mad about I'm mad that he I'm mad he said that out of his mouth.
- 1:03:25
Maybe that's the name of your new artist you trying to sign and then he came out and crushed it. So now you got to go
- 1:03:30
back to the Bronx like yo gay Tupac. Yo yo gay Gaypac is taken. You got to be gay now.
- 1:03:36
Gay is taken. Yeah, he's canceled though. I can't [ __ ] with that dude. That's he's
- 1:03:42
I'm not going to actually see the clip. I just heard that he said is there a clip of him saying, "Yo, I'm the gay
- 1:03:47
Tupac." Yeah. Everything about that was was corny. Oh, wait. You saying he's canceled? Jesse? Yeah. I was about to say I can't cancel.
- 1:03:54
Liam's not cancelled cuz I already stopped seeing watching Takans. You seen one, you seen them all? Yeah. No, Jesse is out of here. We can't
- 1:04:01
[ __ ] You canceling Jesse? Fam. He went on stage and gave a speech off of Q cards about him getting beat
- 1:04:06
up. That says fake to me. So, you didn't write that. If I get beat up, I don't need Q cards to go on stage and tell you
- 1:04:12
I was jumped and [ __ ] violated me. I don't need Q cards. I don't need to read from that. We just finished saying we're
- 1:04:17
compassionate people. Nah. is that that whole story is fishing. All right. Well, let me let the hook ride. Hold on. You mad aggressive over
- 1:04:23
outstanding. Hey.
- 1:04:29
[Music]
- 1:04:38
Oh, great. When you wake up feeling lucky. Oh, no. When a girl make you feel lucky.
- 1:04:44
Damn, that is nice.
- 1:04:49
Look to your neighbor. Look to your left, to your right. Let them know you love them now.
- 1:04:56
[Music]
- 1:05:03
Why does this song always work? I feel amazing right now.
- 1:05:09
It's a great record. Oh man. All right.
- 1:05:14
Oh man. Hey yo, salute to everybody at work. Uh, listen, don't be afraid to
- 1:05:20
just walk up to the cubicle of the [ __ ] that be trying to get [ __ ] popping on a conference call and show out in front of
- 1:05:25
the boss and just slap that [ __ ] man. Oh, you trying to get [ __ ] fire. Don't do that. You trying to get [ __ ]
- 1:05:30
fired fire. Don't do that. Don't bring your crossbow to work or your crowbar. I ain't the [ __ ] that's passive
- 1:05:36
aggressive on the conference. That's the worst. Oh yeah, that's the worst.
- 1:05:42
Joe, did you do that, [ __ ] Just hit me on the side.
- 1:05:48
Ask me if I did whatever we like in my previous email.
- 1:05:53
Like I said in my previous email. Yeah. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that to me. I'll shoot I'll shoot your email. I'll shoot your
- 1:05:59
previous email, [ __ ] Um I thought there was some more people I wanted to shout out, but I'll get into that later.
- 1:06:04
Come on. Uh oh. Oh. Oh. Now wait, Jesse,
- 1:06:09
what other deal emerged? I don't know if this is accurate,
- 1:06:15
but if this is accurate, then I might be with Maul Super Engineer Parks. Um,
- 1:06:23
I heard that when the cops searched his crib, they found the the rapper of the Subway sandwich.
- 1:06:30
[Laughter] Y'all not sick. Y'all not listening to
- 1:06:36
me, dog. What kind of sandwich was it? A foot long. I didn't. Jesse definitely got the foot long.
- 1:06:44
Look at Savon flagging all this. Yo, listen.
- 1:06:49
First of all, you nasty for going to Subway. I didn't believe the story when I said, "Don't do that." Uh, uh, Soulja Boy owns
- 1:06:54
a Subway. Subway is nasty. Subway is nasty. Subway is disgusting. That smell when you walk
- 1:07:01
in the door. Fam, if that [ __ ] got If that [ __ ] walked down the street and
- 1:07:07
the two white dudes in the MAGA hat and the long frock nor faces jumped him, put
- 1:07:13
a noose around his neck, poured bleach all over him, then ran away without him
- 1:07:20
being able to know the direction that they ran in. And then he call No, he don't call the cops. He called Lee Daniels. He rush
- 1:07:28
home with the news still on. And he the first thing he do is eat the sandwich that he probably picked up off the
- 1:07:34
ground. He picked the sandwich up off the ground with the bleach.
- 1:07:39
He ate the bleachy [ __ ] sandwich at home with a noose on his neck. Is that
- 1:07:44
what y'all want me to believe? Now, let me address some of the people out there who are saying, "Yo, y'all act like the
- 1:07:51
Chicago police ain't been grimy." Hey, who the [ __ ] said I'm riding with them?
- 1:07:56
Right. I'm not riding with them. I'm just listening to all the sides and using
- 1:08:02
critical thinking. Listen man, it's [ __ ] Bottom line. So you never roll with getting too
- 1:08:07
fam. You don't you don't get beat up and then give a speech your first public appearance reading from Q cards.
- 1:08:14
Listen, when I got beat up when I got beat up at Crowns, I don't know where that Italian cheeseburger went.
- 1:08:24
That's the last thing you [ __ ] remember is your wisdom food. [ __ ] that food, man. That food was scattered front. I had the
- 1:08:30
extra ketchup and mayo tomato on your face. I don't know where that burger went.
- 1:08:35
That burger, [ __ ] All I was searching for was a friend that would help. Yeah, this [ __ ] got the sandwich home
- 1:08:41
after getting bleached and [ __ ] goose on his neck. Come on, man. Knock it off. Come on, Well, in his defense, you can't
- 1:08:47
taste the difference from a Subway sandwich to bleach. So, yeah. All right. Probably about the same. No, he he he he full of [ __ ] is what he
- 1:08:54
is. Get Jesse Smlette. smile at whatever you call him. Get him out of here. You wouldn't judge yourself if you died
- 1:09:00
from carbon monoxide or from a Subway sandwich? No, just from carbon monoxide. Like the [ __ ] that be locked in the garage for
- 1:09:06
too long. Oh yeah, I feel trash. Yeah, I wouldn't feel great about myself. I think that usually happens on purpose
- 1:09:12
though. But you got you got to be locked in there for like 19 hours or some [ __ ] Like you kind of lazy.
- 1:09:18
No, you meant you meant to do that. Maybe you got you got to have like a spa in your garage to get locked in there
- 1:09:23
that Yeah. 19 hours in your garage. What you doing, man? I would be the [ __ ] to
- 1:09:29
you. No, I would be a [ __ ] to storm out the house mad and sin, lock herself in the
- 1:09:35
car so she can't get in, fall asleep with BLS on be dead as hell.
- 1:09:42
BLS, I'll be finished. That's what you going out listening to? BLS? [ __ ] it. Oh, speaking of BLS, all right,
- 1:09:48
the Grammys of this weekend. Uh, Alicia Keys. Still still nobody still nothing to say? Little
- 1:09:54
No, wait. Did you see the commercials? Did you see the commercials? Were she just saying everything?
- 1:10:00
No. I think that's what's going to happen. I think she's going to be at the piano with all her Grammys on it and sing all the jokes
- 1:10:05
like m like a medley of Yeah. twoour medley.
- 1:10:11
That's my [ __ ] Y'all y'all talk I thought you was
- 1:10:16
trying to touch. I'm letting y'all vibe out. I'm letting y'all find the vibe. No, we we've been said when the the [ __ ]
- 1:10:23
was announced, our opinions aren't going to change. The [ __ ] is trash. We trying to laugh. She could do she could perform. We love Alicia. Listen, I love Alicia
- 1:10:30
Keys. I'm confused by this though. I'm confused. Oh, I love Alicia Keys. I want to hear her perform. I don't want to hear her tell jokes. Yeah.
- 1:10:35
Or hope. Unless she's very funny. We just don't know. Well, you know, they do have writers, so that's true.
- 1:10:40
It's delivery means a lot though. Well, besides that, the other crazy [ __ ] I saw is that JLo will be doing the
- 1:10:46
Mottown tribute. Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer Lope. Yes. Jenny from the block.
- 1:10:51
We'll be doing a Mottown tribute. Mottown tribute at the Grammy Awards this Sunday.
- 1:10:59
Guess who? JLo. That's why why do why Jennifer Lopez?
- 1:11:07
Oh, Fab thought he was leaving us on this one. Tell the truth. Fab thought he was
- 1:11:14
leaving the hood on this one. Get your ass back over the preboard, [ __ ]
- 1:11:20
He even tried to
- 1:11:29
All right. All right. Simmer down, Jenny. JLo, you don't think you don't think
- 1:11:35
Mottown and then think like the legacy ended with JLo? The legacy of Mottown ended with JLo.
- 1:11:40
Like you don't think Mottown and think JLo. If there's anybody that would end the legacy of Mottown, it would probably be
- 1:11:46
JLo. I totally disagree with you. You think she'll keep the Mottown legacy going? She doesn't have a Mottown sound. What
- 1:11:52
you talking about? That's now. Look, if you don't know how to work nothing now,
- 1:12:00
that's actually what it's going to sound like. That's blended. See, I was going above. You ain't know y'all talking about JLo. Now, how y'all
- 1:12:07
think JLo going to sound when she sneak out the bed at 3:00 a.m. Hit the
- 1:12:13
elevator button in the mansion. Go down to the basement in the secret vault while Alex is asleep. Go in the private
- 1:12:20
MLB vault. Get some of them special steroids.
- 1:12:26
What? What's that going to accomplish? Yeah. What's that going to do for market
- 1:12:31
those high notes? Yeah. What's that going to do for her vocal performance? Like she might she might have some more RBI. Steroids do do something. They have
- 1:12:37
steroids for your vocal course. Yeah. If you got Trust me, Trust me, I know. I don't I don't think Alex Rodriguez has
- 1:12:43
those on deck. Oh, he might. Oh, you didn't follow the case. Steroids for the vocals,
- 1:12:49
[ __ ] He got whole 92 bra. He had everything. He had [ __ ] he ain't
- 1:12:54
need. He was like, "No, wait a minute. I took that with that." But that I just had I
- 1:13:01
just was in case. Yeah. I'm a case. Yeah. I don't know how JLo sounds. She gets some steroids in her ass.
- 1:13:08
That's how you take them. I'm not trying to be funny. Okay. I'm not trying to be funny. JLo doesn't need steroids. Damn. So, what what Mottown hit is JLo
- 1:13:14
going to body? That's what I was trying to figure out. Rory, watch yourself. Watch your little snarky black jokes.
- 1:13:20
Watch yourself. You know, Rory tried to sneak a snarky one in there. Listening for it.
- 1:13:25
I'm not quite sure what song JLo will cover. I don't know what the [ __ ] is going on. JLo is doing a Mottown medley. Like,
- 1:13:31
what the I hope not a whole medley. I hope there's a medley. Yeah, but I hope she's just doing a part
- 1:13:37
of it. Oh, Puff must be back. You know what? Maybe that comment worked. Here we go.
- 1:13:43
Here you go. Puff got to be producing this one. A-Rod ain't behind this. That ain't got the
- 1:13:48
That ain't got the drip we looking for. Yeah. Well, you see you see bum ass A-Rod when when Puff commented under the pick.
- 1:13:55
Yeah, [ __ ] I'm right here. Wait, I know you here, [ __ ] I need you to know I'm here. I didn't move. I'm I know you here.
- 1:14:01
I said what I said anyway. Yeah, but I'm still right after what Puff said. OMG. Ah, you know what? OMG coming through.
- 1:14:07
And A-Rod said I'm lucky or something like that. Yeah, lucky me. smack the [ __ ] out of A-Rod.
- 1:14:13
No, you would. I'm not talking about me. I'm talking about Puff. He won't. And let me stop talking about Puff because the [ __ ] might think I'm really talking about Puff and I'm not. I
- 1:14:20
certainly am not. Yo, let me ask y'all something real quick. I'm corny if the Knicks get the number one pick in draft
- 1:14:25
Zion if I play Lauren Hill Zion all summer. Yes. Yes. Yes, you are. I thought you were going to play it the other uh when we talked about Zion a
- 1:14:31
while ago. No, I won't do that. I think you are, but whatever.
- 1:14:36
It'll be worse. It'll be worse if the Garden plays it when he walks out. You know, they're playing now. The joy
- 1:14:42
of my world is Holy [ __ ]
- 1:14:48
[ __ ] are you doing, man? What's wrong with you? Singing. You was in the old choir now. Like the [ __ ] is No, I'm just trying to figure out why
- 1:14:54
you just broke out like you got into your bag real quick. Um, what else? What else is there
- 1:15:00
important? Oh, shout out to Freeway, man. And I'm not going any further without shouting out the Freeway saying
- 1:15:06
congratulations to Freeway who got his kidney uh his kidney donor. Oh man, I'm
- 1:15:11
so so so happy for you. Uh he had a successful surgery. Pictures are online.
- 1:15:18
I almost teared up a little bit. Very happy for Freeway, his family, his people, his camp, his everybody. Round
- 1:15:24
of applause for him. Let me hit the button real quick, man. Speedy recovery to Freeway.
- 1:15:29
Press. Press. Yeah, that was great, man. While we got the round of applause going, let's give
- 1:15:34
a round of applause for uh Lights and Heat being back on over in MDC. That was
- 1:15:40
a whole week-l long thing that was going on. Yandy ran up in there, got maed. Now her
- 1:15:45
arm is is broken. It was horrible. She broke her arm. I don't know, man. I don't know what happened.
- 1:15:51
I saw my son out there a lot. Shout out to my son. I'd say my mice is everywhere where there's injustices.
- 1:15:56
Yeah, that's dope. That is true. You know, I'm talking about action. I'm I'm appreciative. Yeah. Thanks, Mike.
- 1:16:01
Word. Uh but I'm just happy they got that done over there. Uh that's a long time to be
- 1:16:07
without heat and electricity. Zero degrees out and no showers. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We got
- 1:16:12
great weather in New York right now. Now they got the heat turned back on. Well, now I'm talking about currently,
- 1:16:17
right? Not last week, right? Um Yeah. It's sick. Yeah. What else is important?
- 1:16:25
Now the joy of my world is in Zion.
- 1:16:32
[Music] I don't know if those are the right notes.
- 1:16:38
You doing the miseducation medaly of the Grammys? I'm not going to grand boycott. Him and JLo. Boycotting.
- 1:16:44
Yeah, I ain't giving me nothing. That's why you boycott. You didn't put nothing out. They didn't
- 1:16:50
give me nothing. I put mad [ __ ] out. Look how I got tight just now. What are you reading? Come on. What are we doing?
- 1:16:55
I was looking at the list. That's why I said uh hold. Well, actually, hold on. Nikki just put out some freestyles that no one seemed to even listen to.
- 1:17:02
Damn. I didn't even What's up with you? I'm being honest. I couldn't believe that no one spoke about the freestyles.
- 1:17:08
It was like they didn't exist. I didn't know that that happened. Put out two records. Did you hear? Yeah, I heard them.
- 1:17:14
How would I? You don't sound enthused. Did somebody play them? Come. We get a piece of a snippet or something. They were okay. I just didn't I didn't
- 1:17:20
understand the timing of it. Uh I don't know. It was kind of just came out of nowhere. Were they like freestyle freestyles?
- 1:17:26
Like rapid over one was over the Drake and and Meek record. Uh and then the other one was
- 1:17:31
just a freestyle. Okay. Oh, that's the one you thought was going to get it moving. Yeah.
- 1:17:36
No, it wasn't a slight It wasn't a slight tour. I just thought it was really odd that that was the one. Well, it sounds like it's going to be
- 1:17:42
spicy. Fam, why you w you can't can't rap on your ex's beat. Yeah.
- 1:17:47
Yeah, that come on and not think that it's going to be a little spicy. Yeah, it's definitely going it hints at some
- 1:17:53
spice coming. Oh, she on the going bad. Uh oh.
- 1:17:58
Uh oh. That's what you would say. Does this make it better than uhoh? You would. I wouldn't not
- 1:18:04
like uh oh, hold. I got to listen to this. Uhoh. Uhoh.
- 1:18:09
That's what Mo was waiting for. Okay. I wasn't waiting for this word. Hey.
- 1:18:17
Hey. Yo. I pause this
- 1:18:22
too. Too much. She got more slaps than line, man. I just don't want to hear
- 1:18:27
that line. I keep saying that. Go ahead.
- 1:18:33
You can't say back to back.
- 1:18:39
She's smoking Joe right now.
- 1:18:54
Double sleeves. Am I sleeve? Yeah, you are.
- 1:19:01
Shut up. Oo, I'm JB.
- 1:19:08
Wait, wait, hold up, man. What's going on? Have you been in court before?
- 1:19:13
What, man? What? What? Why you calling me? Because I'm JB. No. No, you're not. I'm JB. Who's calling you JB? I'm not
- 1:19:19
JB. No. No. Your name is Joe. JB.
- 1:19:26
JB. Hey. [Music]
- 1:19:34
This is Vulgar. All right. We enough. We don't have to play the whole thing. How much promo we going to give Apple?
- 1:19:39
Through the shorts. This is audio back. Actually, I don't want my dick sucked through my shorts. No. Do y'all? No, no.
- 1:19:46
Can't say that's on my list. Saying anything on the [ __ ] verse.
- 1:19:52
No. Pull my [ __ ] out. Like you talking about suck on my basketball shorts. Like
- 1:19:58
I didn't want to kiss. Yeah. No. Pull the hammer out. Like [ __ ] I need my [ __ ] out. I'll suck you through.
- 1:20:03
Give me head. Give me head the traditional way. I'm not with this. What? Cuz what's homeboy doing? Call me old fashion. Call me old school.
- 1:20:09
Like whatever. I'll take some old school head. I don't want 2019 head through my basketball shorts.
- 1:20:14
No, no, no, thank you. Give me the old give me the 1988 head. Give me that
- 1:20:19
head. Like 2018 is fine. Last week head is fine with me. Yeah, for sure.
- 1:20:25
Well, yeah, it was uh that and then Barbie Drip was the next one that came out on Queen Radio. You like a snippet? I think we heard
- 1:20:31
enough. Okay. Yeah, I don't need Barbie Drip. Cool. Barbie now. For now. I'll take her word. She's dripping.
- 1:20:38
Well, your shorts going to be dripping. I like that freestyle though. The uh the first one. I didn't think it was bad.
- 1:20:43
No, that's why I was shocked. Both B both the records are not that bad. That's why I was shocked that there wasn't more people talking about it.
- 1:20:49
Even if it was to kill Nikki, that's why I was shocked cuz even now she just get
- 1:20:54
killed. Everyone will talk about it. There was just nothing. But see, Joe, back to what you said earlier. That's mimicking
- 1:20:59
what she did. That would be mimicking. Mimicking the original record. Yeah. Yeah. But that's kind of part for the
- 1:21:05
course of a freestyle. A freestyle. No, I'm just saying. But that's what mimicking is in comparison to adapting. Oh, okay.
- 1:21:12
Yo, I know they say that this podcast is entirely too PC now. And they might be right.
- 1:21:18
They say anything. They say they say I don't like black women after I call black women trophies. I don't get it. I don't get it. Like
- 1:21:26
So they say you with me now. Yeah. Oh, I don't get it. All right. They swear I don't like black women. I don't I don't like black women. And
- 1:21:32
something else they said I don't I see I sound like I don't I'm anti-woman. Then if they see the black woman that
- 1:21:37
day, they're going to do all my dick. It's like, "All right, man. You know what? I don't I don't I'm not sure
- 1:21:42
anymore. I don't I don't know what's going on anymore." Whatever. Horrible to say. Um, where was I getting
- 1:21:48
to just now? I was getting to something important. Damn. What was we talking about just now? You was about to get into uh
- 1:21:53
Nikki mimicking. Oh, yeah. Y'all listen. You asked for the boy, so they sent me.
- 1:21:58
They didn't. We didn't ask for anybody. Yeah, we didn't ask. And I'm definitely not the person who said that they sent.
- 1:22:04
Actually, if I asked for somebody and they sent you, I would be mad. Like, I'll be like, "All right, you know what?
- 1:22:09
Let me talk to Let me talk to whoever else you got doing here. Let me talk to whoever else is back there. I don't want to talk to him.
- 1:22:17
Imagine Joe come out like, "Can I help you?" No, fam. Not you. I'm not the boy in this. Joe would definitely hit you with that. I am the manager line.
- 1:22:23
No. No. He can't wait to hit somebody with that. No. No. I am the manager. It's me. There's nobody above me. I'm
- 1:22:28
here. They asked for the boy. [ __ ] Drake. He didn't say that.
- 1:22:34
He didn't tell. He said he didn't say that. What he said? What he said? You asked to see the ball. So they sent me. That's what he said.
- 1:22:41
Okay. See, that's different. You be Joe. We try to like change. See how
- 1:22:46
quick a word to change a whole narrative or a line. Like look at you. You have to see the boy.
- 1:22:52
Like he wouldn't say that though. It's not far off. You're right. Damn it. And they said him.
- 1:22:58
Yeah. He's the boss. That's the boy. He is the boy boss.
- 1:23:04
That is creepy. But quickly back to these Nikki freestyles. I have to think at this point that she's managing herself. All
- 1:23:11
of this just seems like chaos. You just throwing [ __ ] at a wall. I Who is in your corner at this point? Everything
- 1:23:17
seems so organized in the beginning of your career. Mhm. Now I feel like you're literally just doing this on your own.
- 1:23:23
G manages Nikki right still. Right. From my understanding. Mhm.
- 1:23:28
And I know he's been in the background of some of those Queen Radio joints like being like, "No, don't say that."
- 1:23:34
And and while I was about No, don't say that. right there. Well, I was about to say there's the
- 1:23:40
section of people who believe that Nicki Minaj can't is not taking instruction
- 1:23:45
from anybody, G. Roberson included. Mhm. G L probably true to an extent. Someone
- 1:23:50
of her her caliber probably can do what she wants.
- 1:23:56
And that's where artists [ __ ] up. In some degree, I guess if you see the beginning of her career, you'd want to listen to that artist if she was very
- 1:24:02
much hands-on, right? But this is where the importance of a manager comes into play when you're
- 1:24:07
sitting here and everything you did in the beginning of your career is no longer working. So maybe you need to shut up and listen to somebody else. Bounce some ideas off.
- 1:24:14
Yeah. I was about to say, is there a such thing as as not listening to your manager at all?
- 1:24:20
Yeah. You've done that? No, I haven't. No, I've never done it.
- 1:24:26
You've never not listen? Never. I have never done it. I've always attempted.
- 1:24:32
As an artist, you gota you got to get with your manager the plan, right? So now the plan may not get executed
- 1:24:39
correctly. And you and your manager could have difference of opinions and [ __ ] but
- 1:24:45
your manager is somebody who who shares the vision normally. So if if I got to
- 1:24:51
argue with you to get you to see some [ __ ] I'm firing you. Or if I'm not listening to you, I'm firing you. some managers aren't necessarily as hands-on
- 1:24:57
as other managers, but I think sometimes with artists, especially because you're dealing with with art that you're creating, you can
- 1:25:03
be too close to it. And you do need someone that still is with you on the vision, but isn't as close to the art
- 1:25:09
that you're creating as you are. You You need that other person to bounce that
- 1:25:14
idea off of. No, we're saying the same thing. That's why I'm trying to figure out how do you
- 1:25:20
have a manager that you don't fire that you also don't listen to. Well, what if they're doing really good
- 1:25:26
with um you know getting commercial placements or you know whatever they're they're doing things that are good
- 1:25:32
managerial tasks but not necessarily uh visionary.
- 1:25:38
Not every manager is a visionary manager. Parks Parks is right. Some of them are just good at going through the motions.
- 1:25:43
All right, I got you a tour. you're gonna tour, right? Whatever you Oh, this is the album you want to use. Setting up infrastructure like you
- 1:25:50
shouldn't have a manager that you uh that you make unable to do their job.
- 1:25:55
So, a manager is supposed to is supposed to have your best interest and protect you from even yourself uh if need be.
- 1:26:01
For sure. If the manager can't do Well, I guess you'all answer my question cuz if the
- 1:26:06
manager is getting good placements or just keeping money coming in, then [ __ ] it. And so maybe some manager don't want to
- 1:26:12
lose a job. Yeah. But at some point you got to, you know, artists because artists get to a point where they get so big and they
- 1:26:19
don't want to listen to their manager. They don't they don't want to listen to the person that got them in this position in their career to where they
- 1:26:24
at now and they feel like they outgrow their manager and they're like, I don't want to listen to you no more. Or or arrogance sets in cuz you think
- 1:26:30
you've made it this far and in the back of your head, no, I did all that [ __ ] Yeah, exactly. Uh artists out there, if you are
- 1:26:36
listening, uh you're only as good as you are managed. It took me probably 13 14 years to pick
- 1:26:44
that up. But you are only as good as you are managed. Which brings me to my
- 1:26:50
question to you gentlemen. Uh how under or overstated is the manager position in
- 1:26:57
hiphop? I think it's we've had this talk with producers at some point. We've had this talk with engineers at some point. We never really
- 1:27:04
gotten into the managers, the people who make the wheels go round, the glue to it all. Well, I think now more than ever,
- 1:27:12
[ __ ] the managers almost like celebrities now. I know more managers today than I knew
- 1:27:17
when I was younger. Like, I didn't know who the [ __ ] was managing. Well, now there was big managers back in the day for sure. No, there always will be some big man
- 1:27:23
that just like manager kind of replaced the big execies,
- 1:27:30
your dames. Yeah, Suge. It almost feels like that's where it is now. So, I I guess the question is, are they
- 1:27:36
overpaid or underpaid? And of course that's subjective. Well, the standard for a manager to be
- 1:27:42
paid is 20%. 15 to 20 I say would be the average. Yeah, that's the standard. Somewhere in
- 1:27:47
that range. Um I think it depends on the manager what kind of work they do. Cuz if they're just doing administrative kind of stuff, then 20% is a lot.
- 1:27:54
I I think 20% is a big chunk of money. If they're only doing administrative stuff, then they shouldn't be a manager.
- 1:28:00
Um but what if they're really good at doing administrative stuff? They shouldn't be a manager. You can be an assistant. Yeah, there's
- 1:28:05
there's plenty of other positions for them to only do administrative stuff. The a manager is a little more hands-on
- 1:28:11
than just administrative, just paperwork. I'm not talking about just paper. When I say administrative, I mean um like I
- 1:28:16
said, finding corporate people to, you know, put [ __ ] in commercials or put it to TV. What if they're very good at
- 1:28:22
finding very valid income sources but are not necessarily visionary? But so to me, I would call them
- 1:28:27
underpaid then cuz I think now, and I know we're going back to our age old conversation, is it easier to get on now
- 1:28:33
or back then? Oh Lord, no. Please not going to go there. But uh I think they're underpaid in this day and age
- 1:28:38
because rappers have to be so much more than just a rapper. Yeah. It's so much more than just delivering
- 1:28:45
an album. And that's where you can't look to an art an artist to actually want to go out and do all those things. Like we use QC a lot. I think P getting
- 1:28:52
the Nautica [ __ ] with Yachty and like all the different areas that he puts these artists. I hope to God he's making
- 1:28:58
more than 20%. Right. He deserves more than 20%. Yeah. because 20% is, you know, it's
- 1:29:04
it's a good chunk, but it's not that much compared to how much work you're putting in if you're not putting in 20%
- 1:29:09
of the work. But QC is a production company. Yeah, of course they and I was using them as an example. But managers do operate the
- 1:29:15
way nowadays because people are so independent and you can't really rely on labels. That manager is the most
- 1:29:20
important person in there. Like if your label is getting more of a split from your music than your manager is making off of it, I think that's [ __ ] up.
- 1:29:27
Manager needs to be paid more. The label's definitely getting better. Yeah, they're good managers.
- 1:29:32
Of course. For sure. Sorry. That's not even a You don't need You don't need If you have a good manager, who the [ __ ] needs a label?
- 1:29:38
That's true. I mean, well, depending on I'd rather give my manager more money and not have to deal with a label and let him really run how good your manager
- 1:29:45
is and how good the label is. You could foresee a you could foresee a scenario where uh you pay a manager 30%.
- 1:29:53
Yeah, subjective of course, but yeah, I could see paying a manager 30% if he's really
- 1:29:59
carrying that weight and changing my career to a degree that that 30% is warranted.
- 1:30:04
Parks, yeah, it's valid. 30 is a lot though. It's a [ __ ] ton. But you're you're partners at that point
- 1:30:10
pretty much. More or less. That that's a business and that's what a lot of these artists are now with their man. I think that can be a much better
- 1:30:15
strategy because then again, a lot of managers have to bring on a lot of clients to really make a lot of income,
- 1:30:21
right? Well, that's the other thing. I'm I'm not ever hiring a manager that's bringing on a bunch of clients.
- 1:30:27
That's where that's where it gets a little tricky to What if that manager has a team? What if it's a management company, more or less?
- 1:30:32
What if it's QC? I I would never get with a management company. What if it's Q? They have a lot of artists. Would you Well, would you consider that a lot?
- 1:30:38
That's a lot of artists, right? But again, but they do a great job. That they're also a production company.
- 1:30:44
True. And a production company's job is to kind of encompass everything, right? So, they'll handle some of the
- 1:30:50
management. They'll handle ANR should they're a production company, right? I'm talking about management. But even in a QC situation, if I'm
- 1:30:56
little baby, I need a good manager cuz I'm look who I'm competing against in my own office,
- 1:31:02
right? Well, that's why I I never I never wanted to go I never wanted to go to one
- 1:31:07
of the big management firms with a whole bunch of different department that that had a whole bunch of acts because it's
- 1:31:14
easy to get lost in the sauce there. For sure. Um, I was more I was more of a
- 1:31:20
dayto-day type of dude. Like I needed somebody who I could get in the trenches with every day on the phone whenever I
- 1:31:26
felt like it who would have enough attention to pay to me and me only. I've seen people that went to the big
- 1:31:31
management companies that still have also a manager, of course, which is crazy, you know, which now you're busting down.
- 1:31:37
I'm not No, I'm I'm not handing out 30% that way, right? I'm not giving 15% to
- 1:31:43
the day-to-day manager or 10% to the day manager, most of the times the big management company is not taking 10%.
- 1:31:49
Right. They're taking So now before you even go out there and and try to solicit your services, you're
- 1:31:55
working with 70%. Nah. Right. No, I'm not. The best way I've seen that work before
- 1:32:01
is you give the big management company a percentage and then you give your day-to-day a stipen. Like you get a monthly three grand
- 1:32:08
like a salary. Just Yeah. like you just do it that way cuz you're probably making more significant amount. And your day-to-day is really more of your assistant in the
- 1:32:15
sense that the big management company is saying, "Hey, he needs to be here at this time." It's usually someone close to you, someone you can be around for 12
- 1:32:21
hours a day. That's more of the dayto-day. And that's not really a percentage gig. That's a here's some bread.
- 1:32:27
Anybody around that's getting a percentage of all work done, goddamn it, you better earn it. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:32:33
Cuz like I say all the time, managers can manage their entire lives. You an artist, your life expectancy is pretty
- 1:32:40
short. You and your manager ain't vibing. You better kick his ass to the curb and get this [ __ ] rocking. I'll
- 1:32:45
never understand having a manager that you won't listen to. It happens a lot. Happens a lot worse.
- 1:32:50
And and what happens? Yeah, I got to be really naive. Yeah. Well, I I guess give me the reasons that
- 1:32:57
you wouldn't listen to your manager. Well, if maybe [ __ ] isn't going the way that you see it, you thought it was going to go or you
- 1:33:03
want it to go and Yeah. You want to take control and you feel like you got it. You don't need no manager or or the vision part. People have
- 1:33:09
different visions on things. On the last album, y'all might have had the same vision. Now you have a completely different one. That's true. And some people don't need
- 1:33:15
managers. Honestly, like for people that are up and coming still, that's something I see a lot. You don't have a lot of business. You
- 1:33:21
don't have business to be managed. Yeah. I see a lot of people say, "Hey, I really just need to find a good manager to get it popping for me." It's like,
- 1:33:27
"Well, no, you got to get it popping manager." Yeah. Um, quickly to double back on what you said, Joe, that you'd never sign to
- 1:33:33
a manager that has a lot of clients. Nope. Yeah, I wouldn't. So, in some events, I've seen
- 1:33:39
Again, my career never really took off either, so don't really take advice from me. Um, I've seen cases where managers
- 1:33:45
didn't have a lot of clients and then they relied on that artist to feed their
- 1:33:50
family. And I've seen them try to book tour dates and bring artists out when they weren't ready and all these
- 1:33:56
different things just because they are relying on you to feed the family and you're not ready yet and you're fine.
- 1:34:02
So sometimes I could see someone wanting to sign with a manager that may have other clients that will be busy and will
- 1:34:07
be fine with his money and will just let you rock until it's need be time to go out. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, it's a case by case
- 1:34:14
basis really and it depends on the artist and how much they're willing to do because a lot of artists are very hands-on and can book their own studio
- 1:34:20
sessions and can find their own producers and a lot of artists are just not manageable. That's true too. Yeah. Then then there's that part.
- 1:34:26
That's true too. I guess that answers the question that I've been beating you all down about. Well, well that you know whose fault that kind of is?
- 1:34:31
That's kind of mine. Everything is my fault. No, the artists that can't be managed
- 1:34:36
and I make this full circle. It's kind of ho's fault. Remember when artists all thought they were marketers? They all thought they were label heads. They all
- 1:34:43
thought they were bosses. Like now some of y'all are just good rappers. Right. Right. No, I see like Hoveve got y'all thinking that
- 1:34:48
y'all can do everything he can do and that's not the case. Yeah, I see that all the time. Like like you're not You have a lot of work to do.
- 1:34:54
Yeah. Even Even Rick Ross who can do all that has a manager. Right. Right. Exactly. Oh [ __ ] No, we didn't know what I
- 1:35:01
didn't ask y'all about. Are y'all excited about the rumored uh Frank Ocean single dropping March 1st with Three
- 1:35:07
Stacks uh and Siza and Kendrick? Kendrick. Yeah. Yep.
- 1:35:12
Yeah. Why would anytime I know 3000 verse is coming, I'm I'm in. He has He's 100% with Frank.
- 1:35:19
Yeah. Yeah. That one little [ __ ] weirdass interlude on Blonde. Yeah. The reprod.
- 1:35:25
Yeah. He smoked that [ __ ] I just hope it's not for like the Black Panther 3 soundtrack.
- 1:35:30
Well, you hope it's a a Frank Ocean project. Yeah. The Black Panther one project. Well, he
- 1:35:36
well he alluded uh after that tweet he had put 2018 question mark 2018 question mark or
- 1:35:41
pardon 2019 2019 2020. It kind of like felt like he was alluding to three projects in two years.
- 1:35:47
Mhm. Which he did do that last time he came out. But I would just like Frank to focus on one album.
- 1:35:52
Yeah. Enough of the bells and whistles and all this other [ __ ] and trying new [ __ ] Like fans just put a project out.
- 1:35:58
Get the mistletoes out the studio and [ __ ] do some work. Yeah. Well, no. I think that's what we saw
- 1:36:04
with Frank with Blonde and that whole thing of getting out of the contract, all that. I felt like he overthought a whole bunch of [ __ ] I think Frank just
- 1:36:10
needs to keep it simple. Well, he was trying to get the [ __ ] out of some [ __ ] So, and that he did. And he did. He joked.
- 1:36:15
He killed that for everybody. Oh, yeah. Yeah. All right. So, you guys are excited for this song?
- 1:36:20
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, I'm in. Yeah, I'll be tuned in. Are there any songs coming that you guys aren't so excited about?
- 1:36:26
Don't worry about it. Don't worry. Don't worry about it. If we're if we're haters for Frank Ocean
- 1:36:34
once you say Andre 3000 I want to hear that record. No, I understand what you're saying. Yeah. Like I'm going to be excited for a
- 1:36:39
3000. You don't get one every four years. I see where you're going with that. Let me Let me venture off into something
- 1:36:45
different. I was speaking to Ian after the Super Bowl went off, right? Mhm. He was pretty excited. Uh he had a white
- 1:36:50
Super Bowl party like invite all Wait, like all white or they wore all white or they were white?
- 1:36:55
We didn't wear white both. Both. It was both. You were I was wearing white te white Levis's, white te
- 1:37:01
I don't have white Levis. You do have white Levis. White Levis. Anyway, uh Ian had I'll make this uh
- 1:37:07
really quick. Ian had an all-white party. He called me the next morning and he was really excited about some of the
- 1:37:12
food that was cooked and one of the dishes happened to be Parks's collar greens.
- 1:37:17
Mhm. Wow. Girl, that's Wait. So So we we've been asking for six
- 1:37:24
months and Ian gets some just Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's Super Bowl Sunday. That's when he cook. And let me just tell you guys,
- 1:37:29
that's when you cook a meal. Ian Ian made sure to tell me that the Parks Greens were slamming.
- 1:37:36
I don't know if I The way Ian, that's what I said. I said, Ian, you're white,
- 1:37:42
right? Don't know if you're the green taste tester. Taste buds. It taste buds.
- 1:37:48
And you know what he said? You know what he said? No. You guessed it. He said, "No, I'm
- 1:37:54
telling you, Parks did a great job. Had some bacon bits in there." And I said, "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
- 1:38:00
wait, wait, wait. No, bacon bits." I said, "Ian, don't talk to me no more." So, I was waiting to get in front of
- 1:38:06
Parks to ask him if you put bacon bits in. Bits. No, I put bacon.
- 1:38:11
Yeah. No, I'm cool. There has to be some sort of meat thing. I don't eat pork, so No. Yeah. Smoked turkey is what we
- 1:38:17
usually do, but Yeah. No, bars. Don't do that again. What? Don't put bacon bits in there.
- 1:38:23
And you and you chopped the bacon up. Yo, slicing cooked bacon.
- 1:38:29
Yeah. Like that's that's nasty. Yo, you know white [ __ ] that make some [ __ ] Sliced bacon. Yeah. You know Fox ain't slice. He was
- 1:38:34
tearing that [ __ ] with his hand like Oh, but Ian enjoyed that in a bowl.
- 1:38:40
Yeah. We can't take Yeah, we can't take Ian word for it. I'm going to make y'all greens one day. Not with no bacon bits.
- 1:38:45
Yeah. No. Put some oxtail on my [ __ ] Ox? What? You want a old meal? You don't put
- 1:38:52
oxtail and collard greens, man. That's what we do. You can have some
- 1:38:57
[ __ ] up smoked turkey neck or smoked turkey or smoked turkey. Anytime you want to battle, I'm putting
- 1:39:02
oxtail in mine. I'm making my mom put in hers and you can put the smoked turkey in yours and we could have a green or
- 1:39:08
pars could put the bacon bits in his and my mom's is going to put y'all under the [ __ ] car.
- 1:39:13
Okay. Smoked turkey is good for any type of fatty. You never heard of oxtail and uh collard greens?
- 1:39:19
I don't know if I never I don't I don't think so. You never had a wild color oxtail? No, cuz I I haven't eaten red
- 1:39:24
meat since like 04. Oh. Oh, so you couldn't have it anyway. Yeah. Yeah. That's the difficult thing, too, is
- 1:39:29
everybody has different I've never seen it. I still never even seen oxtail inside of like Wow. Get out of here. No.
- 1:39:36
And how unfair is that that Joe said, "Let's do a cookoff with everybody, but then said, "I'll bring my mom's in." Like, you're she's going to win.
- 1:39:42
Yeah. Like he's cooking like he chef out of here. You know, you know what Joe bring a chicken cheese dip. You know what he do?
- 1:39:49
You want to you want park your mom and [ __ ] like that. It's not fair. That [ __ ] going to bring dips and
- 1:39:54
cigarettes. Dip and cigarettes. Dip and sig.
- 1:40:00
Or dip sig. Look. Now you want to lead a party. Now
- 1:40:06
you want to party with God. I'm cool on that. No, I don't. Exactly. I'm cool. I don't want to go to the dust party.
- 1:40:12
Yeah. No, I'm cool. I'm cool on that. Uh, do we care that people are are coming out more frequently with James Brown being murdered? I
- 1:40:19
just the diplomacy just reminded me. Yeah, I read the whole article. Uh there was a young woman. Well, not a young
- 1:40:25
woman anymore at that. The circus lady. Yeah, she made music with James Brown back there. Found the big green blue bin.
- 1:40:32
She kept the files. She kept the files. She got all the text messages, all the V she had VCR recordings. But but I you know, I
- 1:40:40
was talking to Parks before the podcast started. Who's shocked that Who's shocked at this? Like
- 1:40:45
no, I wouldn't shock it at all. This ain't the first time we've heard that he was murdered. James Brown
- 1:40:50
allegedly shot at least 20 other R&B singers. Yeah, right. James Brown was in the mob.
- 1:40:57
Yeah. Like they had an article about him shooting at Otis Reading ducking behind a piano. You know, he made bum ass Otis duck.
- 1:41:05
Wait, why Otis a bum? Because he wasn't doing nothing but sitting on the dock of the [ __ ] bed. He didn't have a hammer or nothing.
- 1:41:12
James pulled up to the dock. You think someone singing Shamalama Ding-Dong has the hammer on him?
- 1:41:18
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, maybe Shamalama dingdong [Music]
- 1:41:25
just got the ratchet with him. A [ __ ] starts [ __ ] start singing Shamalama ding-dong. I'm like, man, we
- 1:41:30
going to knock this [ __ ] out. Um, no. Hold up, Rory. Don't say nothing yet.
- 1:41:37
I want to do like a SA a music SAT quiz. Y'all listen to Otis. Let's see if we can hear his vibe. Let's try to see who
- 1:41:44
won this fight. Let's let this rock for a minute. You can tell by the first note. I was going to say
- 1:41:51
James is way too aggressive for W. His adlibs alone. Yeah, you know what time it is.
- 1:41:57
That shotgun was coming with wild ad libs. Anyone that sits on Wait, look. He ain't even doing nothing
- 1:42:03
on the dock. He watching the water. He about to get snuck
- 1:42:08
right into the water. And the word you picked James chilling.
- 1:42:24
Hey, check this out. Otis, you and the dock.
- 1:42:29
[Music]
- 1:42:43
record after that. That can stand on it own
- 1:42:50
so hood you got to give him beans after that one. No, I don't. It is crazy. But I don't have to give it
- 1:42:57
to him after that. Hey, hey, Otis. Why would you even want smoke with this type of [ __ ] He don't put bacon in his
- 1:43:03
greens. Yeah, this [ __ ] ain't got no bacon bits in there.
- 1:43:10
Oh man. Yeah, I don't think it's so farfetched that James Brown was murdered. Now, I know nothing about nothing, so please
- 1:43:15
don't murder me. Word. Yeah, I don't know what happened. I don't want to say nothing about nothing because that [ __ ] sounded gangster as [ __ ] in that [ __ ]
- 1:43:21
article. So, with that article part, I was trying to figure out they kept saying a series. Is this an introduction to something
- 1:43:28
that they're putting out with the files? I hope that they make something out of that because listen, I read that [ __ ] was
- 1:43:33
like a 40page essay and they ain't really even tell us [ __ ] Yeah. just that she has this [ __ ] chilling and it's crazy
- 1:43:38
and the stories in that were insane. All somebody got to do is call Quincy.
- 1:43:44
They might cancel James. Quincy know what happened. Quincy, man. James, shout out.
- 1:43:53
Quincy definitely Quincy definitely know about everything that's happening. 1,000% Quincy knows. Shout out to Quincy
- 1:43:59
for real. Wait, wasn't there some wild arrests at his funeral? Like some big racketeering
- 1:44:04
[ __ ] at James Brown. Yeah. Weren't like 40 people arrested on site? Uh I don't know about that.
- 1:44:11
I Google that. I'm pretty sure that happened. I know last week on the news uh the car
- 1:44:16
that uh hit ran into a house and pushed it off of its foundation and somebody
- 1:44:22
died in uh they came by and shot the wake up.
- 1:44:27
Okay. Damn. The [ __ ] going on? Where was that at? Newark.
- 1:44:34
Yeah. in Newark. Yeah, they shooting up a wake is crazy. Word. They they shot the wake up. [ __ ] was
- 1:44:40
crazy out here in the streets, man. I see. I thought it was getting a little better. Uh, speaking of Newark, have y'all heard
- 1:44:45
Surf's album yet? No, I didn't hear yet. It's really, really, really good. I feel like
- 1:44:50
No, don't talk about that. He was in the studio with Game. Oh, is he cool with Game? I didn't even know it. I don't know. These [ __ ] be fake cool
- 1:44:56
with everybody. Oh, wow. Sis His album is dope. Anybody who can promote their album, they cool with. Yeah. Surf didn't waste a word.
- 1:45:02
obviously had a lot to talk about with everything that happened. I suggest people check it out. Yeah. Surf, I love you and I'm talking [ __ ]
- 1:45:08
I'll check it out at some point. It's really good. Like Ozark. I still don't get around Ozark.
- 1:45:13
Really? Really? Season two. Wow. Yeah. Oh, you bugging. I need a V.
- 1:45:18
Oh, season two. Season two. Okay. Yeah. Season two. [ __ ] That [ __ ] been out for like Yeah. No. Yeah. Did y'all start watching uh True
- 1:45:24
Detective yet? Yes. That [ __ ] is incredible so far. Yes. Way better than last season. That was
- 1:45:30
terrible with Vince Vaughn. It was [ __ ] terrible. I wasn't mad last season. Oh, no. That [ __ ] was trash. The first
- 1:45:36
season was amazing. You know what else I'm watching right now on Netflix? That seems to be pretty good. It's a movie though. Polar.
- 1:45:41
Oh, nice. Yeah. Just seems good. It's not none that they've highlighted or anything, but just check it out if you're bored.
- 1:45:46
Was it recommended for you based on your history? No, no, no. I'll put it on my list. Oh, okay.
- 1:45:55
Netflix. Yeah. I be feeling so corny hitting a little my list. Yeah. I've never used the list feature.
- 1:46:00
No, but you know, but you know what? I never used it. I never use the VO either. Let me let me shoot myself some bail. But sometimes I'll see a show that
- 1:46:07
I want to watch and then I forget. I forget about the show. Okay. So, I just started clicking it because
- 1:46:12
my memory fails me and now I don't watch anything in my list. I just have a list of [ __ ] that I want
- 1:46:18
to watch. I think I still have a list from when it was DVDs. They used to send you DVDs and you had to make a list to get the [ __ ]
- 1:46:23
next. Oh, how started? Yeah. Yeah. I still have [ __ ] in my list. Before they was just streaming. Yeah.
- 1:46:30
Oh, come on. Let's talk about uh Trey Songs and Shorty's breakup. Shorty got all these [ __ ] losing their [ __ ] mind.
- 1:46:35
Yeah. Yeah. I I speak about this all the time. It's the same seven. No, Lord. This is a
- 1:46:42
Let's be respectful. Let's be respectful and not show toxic masculinity right on this topic.
- 1:46:49
Hold on. But is this is this the chick that had her feet in Trey Song's face on Instagram? I don't know. I'm not going to put that
- 1:46:55
on I don't know. I ain't going to put Trey business out there like that. No, it was on Instagram. Yeah, but we don't know whose leg that was. We don't know whose foot.
- 1:47:01
Like her whole body and face was in the picture. We still don't know. Yeah, we still don't know. I don't know. I don't know nothing hypothetically.
- 1:47:06
She guys, she was tagged. Oh, well then she was tagged and it was her foot.
- 1:47:12
I still don't know. Could have been anybody. I You never go wrong with I don't know.
- 1:47:18
That's all. That's cool cuz you're PC now. Lori Harvey is Don't worry. Right after this, Lorie Harvey, I got a topic. We're
- 1:47:24
going to test this PC [ __ ] out. Oh god. Um, Lori Harvey apparently has or
- 1:47:30
allegedly has Trey Songs. Uh, Justin Combmes,
- 1:47:36
somebody else. Future Miguel.
- 1:47:41
Look how started. Miguel is happily married somewhere. And this girl is 21. Now, none of this
- 1:47:48
is any of my business and it's gossip [ __ ] so I'm not going to entertain it so much. But I bring it up here because
- 1:47:54
the women be so happy when a woman shits on dudes.
- 1:47:59
Fam, I'm But how do we know? Let me just say this. I'm staying out of this part of the conversation. I don't need money. All right. I'm not saying nothing else
- 1:48:05
either. That's the end. That's all I'm going to say is that women just be real happy
- 1:48:10
and that's it. Fam, where are we at in this country? Now, if this was in this was in reverse
- 1:48:17
and Trey Songs had his feet in her face and then he was [ __ ] a bunch of girls.
- 1:48:22
They wouldn't be saying yes over this whole [ __ ] Talk about it, Irish King.
- 1:48:28
Listen, man. I I'm not I'm out. Y'all know how I feel. Oh, this is why they say we [ __ ]
- 1:48:34
No, I'm out. I'm just out. I'm not being no more. Y'all know what it is.
- 1:48:39
Y'all know how I feel. Through the shorts. So, everything was through the shorts.
- 1:48:44
Didn't spread any diseases. It's the same 11. Doing nothing through the shorts. Yeah, cool. Through the shorts. A dry
- 1:48:51

- 1:49:00
Butt ass. Let you know what's going on in get butt ass and hump some jeans. I was going to say she fully clothed you
- 1:49:06

- 1:49:12
Wait, y'all don't get naked first. I've definitely got naked first. That's why I don't understand when I say
- 1:49:17
something, man. dry pink to dry home some cheese. Isn't
- 1:49:22
that funny? But let's get to the joke. You're going to get a brush burn first before I get before I get a real answer.
- 1:49:27
No, your pink dick will get a brush burn. What kind of call is you working with? Listen, let me ask y'all. So, what
- 1:49:33
percentage of the time in your sexual career were you naked first? Oh, very.
- 1:49:38
Cuz I might get my 95 nasty. Nah. Nah. You can't get naked
- 1:49:45
that many times first. No. I would say a majority is is same time and then
- 1:49:51
what time of chemistry you got. Same time. Same time. I mean, that's kind of usually how it goes. These
- 1:49:56
[ __ ] like No, you take your jeans off. Yeah. I'm asking now. Your turn. Your turn.
- 1:50:01
No, they gaming at each other at opposite sides of the banttom. Like they ghost. A ghost in front of the
- 1:50:08
[ __ ] clay. [ __ ] loser. Yeah. Actually, take your [ __ ] pants off, Rory. Sam,
- 1:50:13
first of all, you ass naked running around your own room while s in a turtleneck. No, I'm ass No, no, no. I'm ass naked in
- 1:50:19
any room. [ __ ] I'm saying throughout my sexual career, where we at? Hotel,
- 1:50:25
motel, I'm naked first. She talking still naked cuz I sleep naked.
- 1:50:31
You setting the vibe. You want her to know like what your energy is at? Like, yo, this is where I'm at. I don't know what you feeling like
- 1:50:36
now. You making it, but I'm at the naked I'm at the naked I'm at the naked phase of the night right now.
- 1:50:42
I'm not at the neck. This is this the phase of the evening where we both get naked. Like I'm I'll
- 1:50:47
go first. No, that's what Rory This is the part where we both take our
- 1:50:53
clothes off simultaneously. That line works every time. Romantic ass [ __ ] And Parks, you just
- 1:50:58
love your girl a lot. So, y'all probably really have that chemistry. Yeah, we do. Parks take he just he keep his socks on
- 1:51:03
though. Yeah, that's that's still hilarious. Keeping your socks on during sex is
- 1:51:09
funny, man. You like I'm I'm the [ __ ] that said my girl can keep some sweats on. I'mma find that
- 1:51:14
little nook that feel like something. This is why you got to get out the house.
- 1:51:20
Yeah. So gross. That nook. First of all, any [ __ ] looking for a nook.
- 1:51:25
Feel like something a nook. You going to [ __ ] around your dick between a mattress and a remote. The
- 1:51:31
remote end bus. End bus on the remote. Now turn
- 1:51:37
the channel. Turn ESPN now, baby. Bro, this [ __ ] is nasty, bro.
- 1:51:44
I just can't be vulnerable around y'all. What you mean? I can't tell y'all about how it goes. That's not how you dry hump. Yeah, but it's like, come on, man.
- 1:51:51
Uh, dry humping jeans is crazy. [ __ ] Joe's like, "No, it's not."
- 1:51:57
Ass naked dry humping some jeans. The [ __ ] that was [ __ ] too far. I was
- 1:52:02
cracking off parts earlier, but it ain't no joke when you get a little dick rash. Hell no. Word.
- 1:52:08
Yo. That [ __ ] hurt when you walk. Hell yeah. Oh my god.
- 1:52:13
[ __ ] You feel that [ __ ] like your neck and [ __ ] It's got weird. No, that's one of the worst feelings on earth.
- 1:52:19
Y serious weird senses. That [ __ ] travels in weird ways.
- 1:52:25
The [ __ ] up. That [ __ ] take like 3 months to grow back.
- 1:52:31
Your dick does not heal quick. I don't know why put Neosporin. Neosporin.
- 1:52:38
Oh, that's what that Neosporin in the bathroom is for. Oh, Parks is nasty [ __ ] Yo, you're trying to throw coconut oil.
- 1:52:44
Anything bad when you got to put the neosporin on your dick, man. That's great. All right, enough of this conversation.
- 1:52:50
This is [ __ ] disgusting. I think it might be a nice break for some. Come on, give it to us.
- 1:52:56
Let's get some positivity going here. Yeah, we need it. And now a word from 40 oouncez Vance.
- 1:53:04
Learn not to explain things to people. It misleads them into thinking that they're entitled to everything you do.
- 1:53:11
That's true. No, I see where he was going with that. Stop changing who you are for people
- 1:53:18
that don't even know themselves. You should never do that. Van's right.
- 1:53:24
I'll never apologize for being myself. If we don't click, then we don't click.
- 1:53:30
I never looked at it that way. Can't let other people decide who you
- 1:53:36
are. That was it. That's it. It's the facts, [ __ ]
- 1:53:42
Yo, what the [ __ ] We really got facts. You can't let no one else decide who you are. I can tell Mo let somebody else decide
- 1:53:48
who he was before. That's true. Yo, I'm just like, so why you got so much in that? That's the punch. Well, no, no, no. We have a we have a
- 1:53:53
followup for people like Mo here. been on my me [ __ ] lately.
- 1:54:00
That's for you. Y'all stupid. Yo, when did you be on your U [ __ ]
- 1:54:06
Your you [ __ ] Lately? Earlier. Y'all feel better already. Thanks, 40 oz
- 1:54:12
van. Yeah, thank you for that. Thank you. That's that's a new outstanding. Sweets.
- 1:54:17
Thanks, 40. Uh 40. Another one that pumped that uh juice stick up. But anyway,
- 1:54:23
did he? Yeah, we won't talk about it now. Um,
- 1:54:30
uh, Kanye vers designer. Who's ready for that battle? Wait, not me. When did that happen?
- 1:54:37
Uh, Designer got on his Instagram to say he's been a bit displeased with good music and he doesn't think Kanye is a
- 1:54:43
genius that we all think he is. Do we Do we Do we And that y'all better stop hating like
- 1:54:48
he fell off cuz he only put out two projects. He went diamond seven times on us. And he's the one that gave Kanye's
- 1:54:54
career the boost that it needed when he was failing. He's the one that his single is the one that pushed that album
- 1:55:02
to heights that it would have never seen without him. He is the one that put Kanye back in the public's eye.
- 1:55:10
That's what Young Designer said. Say something else. Well, what else was on Pablo?
- 1:55:17
What else did Pablo bring us? I don't know. I don't know. He might He might have a point. That's what I'm saying. And he's got seven diamonds.
- 1:55:23
But I don't want you guys to take our word for it. No, you y'all shouldn't take our word on
- 1:55:28
[ __ ] Not when it's on the worldwide web. Yeah. What happened? Not when it's on the worldwide web. Trust for your own consumption.
- 1:55:36
Let's hear it from the horse's mouth. Doing this for me, bro. Nobody Nobody
- 1:55:41
that's doing this. I don't like the biggest that [ __ ] store in the world. Y'all [ __ ] think he's the
- 1:55:47
genius. I think all that to me mean that. All right. All right. Too clean. Too
- 1:55:53
clean. Uh but he said y'all [ __ ] think he's dope and I don't. Well, he think he he thinks he's crazy,
- 1:56:00
actually. Wow. Well, we think he's crazy, too. Yeah. Yeah. Designers. He thinks he's crazy. Designers should meet with us to see how
- 1:56:06
we feel. We we we agree there. Yeah. I don't know where you've been. Well, that's kind of what he's beefing
- 1:56:11
about that we don't know where he's been. No, that's not what I He's trying to say, "Yo, I've been
- 1:56:16
trying to tell y'all where I've been, but these guys been they've been holding me back. That [ __ ] better find another one of
- 1:56:23
records in fact and let me tell you in the sentence." Yeah, cuz listen, it's time for a different beer.
- 1:56:29
Yeah, for sure. For sure. Cuz let me tell you who who will have a hit before
- 1:56:35
he does. Kanye will have another record. No, he should be Poland next.
- 1:56:41
Poland. My polar the panda
- 1:56:46
Joe is an idiot man. I'm an idiot. Let me go rec. I'm not even need another beer title.
- 1:56:52
You said he needs another beer. Panda. Oh, he has he has to switch to
- 1:56:57
polar bear now. Koala. Oh man. Shout out to designer man. And shout out to Timmy Turner.
- 1:57:04
Yeah. Yeah. Wonder how he's doing. Definitely had a rough childhood. His bad as bad as designer.
- 1:57:12
Come on, man. I don't know designer to be doing that. That's what I was about to say. Like, I got a podcast to do. I ain't trying to
- 1:57:18
speak everybody's good graces. I don't know. It ain't about the good graces, but I don't know, man. I I just don't understand why designer now is.
- 1:57:24
Where would Designer be getting his money from right now? All jokes aside, royalties. Yeah. I mean,
- 1:57:30
of Panda. Yeah. Which is on a Kanye West album. Seven times diamond then. I don't think that's
- 1:57:36
true. Can you stream the regular Panda record or can you only go to I don't know. Kanye's album.
- 1:57:41
Yeah. And who knows how they I'm not a streamer and I feel like you guys should be able to come up with the answer to this without delaying the
- 1:57:46
audience. Talk you can. Yeah. Thanks. See, look at the duh.
- 1:57:53
Oh, you almost got the O back now. No, no, you ain't got the full D. Oh, pause. Still the duh. Okay.
- 1:57:58
Yeah, pause. Um, yeah, man. Shout out to Timmy Turner, too. Um, and I'm not going to just rush
- 1:58:05
out there and say Kanye gonna have another hit before designer, but I will say that's probably a safer bet. Okay.
- 1:58:10
Don't need a hit. Kanye don't need a hit. Designer need a hit. Yeah. Yeah. We're going to ask for which is [ __ ] up because we ain't even
- 1:58:16
in an era anymore where people need a hit. Mhm. But he need a hit. Those type of artists need a hit.
- 1:58:22
Yeah. Well, that's why you either a catalog act like a album act or a [ __ ] that
- 1:58:29
need a hit. Yeah. Or a [ __ ] that just streams well. Cuz a Boogie streams well, right?
- 1:58:34
Yeah. Without a hit. Yeah, too a little bit. The genre had another record that I like though. Was
- 1:58:40
it was Outlet? Was that the name of the record? N Timmy Turner was your [ __ ] though. That was Timmy. Timmy Timmy Turner was
- 1:58:47
like for the burn. It wasn't even my turn. I like Timmy Turner when it was a capella more than I liked it when I was
- 1:58:53
It wasn't even Yeah. When he was snapping on the double X. Wait, wait. Let Let Parks of Oregon get
- 1:58:58
into their genius breakdown of this. Well, Timmy Turner is actually a
- 1:59:04
metaphor for for gun violence. You were not up on that or the represent.
- 1:59:10
Those are gunshots. I got you. And it had to be ac cappella. Yeah. What's happening?
- 1:59:17
We should play that drop when y'all get in your bag. Uh, all right. So, Rory's favorite store
- 1:59:24
is coming out with a brand new hybrid
- 1:59:29
collaboration unlike anything you've ever seen before to hit the shelves.
- 1:59:34
We've seen it before. Yes. Graced with the permission of Donatella herself.
- 1:59:42
Ronnie Feige traveled all the way. Where did he travel? Italy.
- 1:59:47
Wherever Donatella was. South Beach. Yeah. Miami. Yeah. Maybe.
- 1:59:52
[ __ ] South Jersey. It was right on the ocean. Donatella in Camden.
- 1:59:58
I hope not. She ain't running her business anymore. Um, he went all the way to Camden and
- 2:00:04
got permission from Donatella Versace herself to be the only Fashion Novaista
- 2:00:12
with with access to the legacy prince prince of Versace. I don't know, man.
- 2:00:21
Is that how it went? I don't know. Wait. All right, y'all laughing. Wait, hold up. See, now now that y'all laughing at me, I'm going to
- 2:00:26
do it for real. Oh, do they have a roll out? No. Yeah. Yeah. Y'all laughing at me cuz y'all thinking I'm freestyling, but I I
- 2:00:31
read this. So, let me just find it. Oh. Oh my god.
- 2:00:40
Now, since y'all think I'm playing, I found it. Turn me up, Cruz.
- 2:00:48
The legendary Ronnie Fee himself said, and I quote,
- 2:00:54
don't quote, "To rewrite history, we must be wellversed in it."
- 2:01:02
Already killing Joe off the first sentence. True. For our most important collection to
- 2:01:09
date, we scoured for scoured. Scoured. You didn't scour.
- 2:01:16
You went in and got the print. You know what I'm saying? We scoured Versace's archive to tell a rich story of Giani
- 2:01:24
and Donatella's vision of the world through our lens. Everybody has a lens.
- 2:01:29
That means you're stealing their [ __ ] Our lens is you stealing their [ __ ] But
- 2:01:35
it's fine cuz uh Ronnie's my man. With Donatella's blessing, for which I am
- 2:01:40
forever grateful for, we began digging into Versace's Princeton silhouette circa 1978
- 2:01:47
to 1997 when Giani was at the helm of the house.
- 2:01:52
Discovering these gems drove me to find out more about the visionary Giani was. From being credited as the creator of
- 2:01:58
the concept of a supermodel to trailblazing, infusing street influences into his designs, Giani's impact is felt
- 2:02:05
more today than ever before. [Laughter]
- 2:02:10
I'm just reading. That's all you're doing. For Kith Versace, I am beyond humbled to be bringing back vintage prints from the
- 2:02:17
coveted archive as well as some of his archive designs such as the GV trainer.
- 2:02:23
Everyone knows the GV trainer. You was looking for the GV trainer. You
- 2:02:29
ain't know where to find him. He was scouring. If you would have scoured, you would have found the Gmail scour scouring
- 2:02:36
Griselda's website. I didn't scour. You're right. I do.
- 2:02:42
Oh, I got the fly god in purple. Oh, wait. Then he hit us with more. Growing up,
- 2:02:49
[ __ ] took us to his childhood. Growing up, I remember my mother's
- 2:02:55
infatuation with Versace. Your mom didn't like Versace. Your mom hated Versace.
- 2:03:00
going to Ber Goodman to look through these lavish pieces that seem to be teleported from another world.
- 2:03:07
He used to weren't teleported from anywhere. It was shipped. They were shipped from Miami. It was aspirational for us
- 2:03:14
to think that 20 years later the Medusa will bear our logo as incon is inconceivable. I cannot wait to share
- 2:03:22
our story with the world. World. So, all that means is you about to go to
- 2:03:28
KIF and get the whole collection. I'm not doing any of that.
- 2:03:34
Okay. I'm not doing any of that. Um, let me tell you why people that work uh
- 2:03:40
at at television networks are trash and have zero idea what they're doing.
- 2:03:46
No, don't bring none of that state of culture beef over here. Oh [ __ ] Before I go any further, Before
- 2:03:52
I go any further, breaking news. Breaking news. Breaking news. Breaking news.
- 2:04:02
Breaking news. Today we have tickets going on sale to a location to well to
- 2:04:10
two locations that I will not announce because this podcast drops at 700 a.m.
- 2:04:16
and the tickets aren't going on sale till like 1:00. So, I don't want to give
- 2:04:22
anybody a heads up. But the heads up I am I am willing to give is today we do
- 2:04:27
have tickets going on sale to two locations. Don't start spamming my mentions asking if I'm coming to your
- 2:04:33
city. I'm not. Just wait on the little trailer we made. We did something cool.
- 2:04:38
Yeah. And that's the end of that. Um and when we announce these two locations, don't then tell us that we
- 2:04:43
should be going to a different location. Uh more locations uh soon coming.
- 2:04:48
Everything coming soon. We're working. We're building.
- 2:04:54
Booked and busy. Booked and busy. We can't be booked and busy. No.
- 2:05:00
Fine. I mean, we are booked though. Are we busy? We're not very busy. Booked and busy.
- 2:05:05
Not that busy. We're in parks. Right here. Yeah. Parks group. I had a 2-hour lunch today.
- 2:05:11
Um, all right. So, now back to the television networks that uh have no idea what they're doing. All of us watch the
- 2:05:18
arc the surviving R. Kelly do as a family. Uh, I'm sure they did amazing numbers for Lifetime. Uh, the the social
- 2:05:25
conversations that it started, uh, as well as some of the traction that it probably restarted in the criminal
- 2:05:31
investigation. All of that's fine and dandy. Who the [ __ ] told Lifetime that we wanted to see eight more seasons of
- 2:05:38
that seasons? Yeah. Eight more seasons. Seasons. Not eight more episodes. No, eight more seasons.
- 2:05:44
Seasons. Seasons. Mhm. And there was how many episodes in this season? Three.
- 2:05:49
Three. Well, this was a three-part special. I don't know if it constitutes a a season being three episodes, but the
- 2:05:56
report was just announced that uh the announcement was just announced. It was an announcement of an announcement.
- 2:06:02
Yeah. Well, I initially read that it was fake, but then double backed and seemed it was true, but I saw a lot of people saying
- 2:06:07
that that was just a fake article. Kelly, well, when I clicked on the article and
- 2:06:13
read it, everyone they talked to seem to say, "Listen, this has been going on for 30 years. We can easily keep this going
- 2:06:19
and so many more people have come forward. So many more stories to tell. No, it's not. Yeah. Like, hey, hey, Lifetime people. No,
- 2:06:26
it's not. No, there's not. I don't give a [ __ ] if a 100 more people came forward. We not about to sit there and watch eight seasons of R. Kelly being a
- 2:06:33
nasty [ __ ] No, definitely not. That's just a nasty series. Just a nasty [ __ ]
- 2:06:39
Yeah, they they stretching it now. I mean, and granted, I'm sure that those numbers that they saw were like some
- 2:06:45
astronomical [ __ ] Yeah, but that ain't that don't mean give us eight. That means to go and think of the next
- 2:06:50
creation lifetime that's going to garner you the numbers some astronomical numbers or find other people.
- 2:06:57
Don't milk the cow. There's more stories to be told. There's more cows. Yeah, there's more cows with more milk. You
- 2:07:03
don't have to do the same [ __ ] thing over and over again. We barely could stand watching watching all three of the
- 2:07:10
last one. Like it was painful to see. Where'd you get the number eight from?
- 2:07:15
Eight seasons. Eight seasons. Eight episodes. It might be like, "Oh, no. No." You know, I'm cool. I'm
- 2:07:21
cool. Just the Just these quotes sound fake, though. From the vice president of A&E, the
- 2:07:27
parent company of Lifetime. Oh, R. R. R. R. R. R. R. R. R. R. Kelly is without a doubt a depraved sex criminal. That's kind That's the kind of guy even your
- 2:07:33
dog hates. But regardless of how I feel, there's no denying that this series is a bonafide hit. Honestly, I haven't been
- 2:07:38
involved in a story line since Trapped in the Closet. That one got real juicy in chapter 13, if you recall. This sounds really fake to What?
- 2:07:45
I hope it's fake. This sounds extremely fake to me. Well, it was Is Robert Sher now the vice president of
- 2:07:51
A&E? Just his last name sounds great. You have to ask. Share now. Share now. Spelled the way
- 2:07:57
it's pronounced. Sounds like a scammer. Yeah, that sounds fake. I'm rolling with Ro. Sounds like a pyramid scheme. Share now.
- 2:08:05
Yeah, he is. Oh, there we go. Say long. You've been on point since your girl left you.
- 2:08:10
I ain't going to lie. We never single guy. We ain't never We ain't never get this info so fast. We asked that [ __ ] for three things
- 2:08:15
today. He delivered before we finish. They know he is. Just got off the phone with him. Yeah,
- 2:08:21
just got off the phone with him. Damn, Savon. The duh. Yeah. Go ahead now. Proud of you, man.
- 2:08:29
[Music] Where we at? No, it was just a weird quote.
- 2:08:35
Are you done with the weird quote? Yeah, that was the weird quote. Um, Lifetime. We don't need eight more. We don't need eight more seasons.
- 2:08:41
We don't need one more. We don't even need another episode. Nobody might watch another episode.
- 2:08:47
Yeah, if they had some follow-up information, that'd be pretty cool. Yeah, I watched No, the only followup that matters is him going to jail.
- 2:08:53
Well, that's I can watch the news. Yeah, I'm not trying to silence the other people, other victims. But
- 2:08:59
No, but it's just turn it into a TV series is like, all right, eight seasons,
- 2:09:04
like knock it off. Weird. We get it. We understand. But seasons of Game of Thrones. I'm not
- 2:09:09
sitting there watching that uncomfortable [ __ ] for eight more seasons. I'm not doing that. This might not be the right podcast to
- 2:09:15
have the conversation, but one one of these days we got to have a conversation about Terry Cruz.
- 2:09:21
What Terry do? He uh said that Neam Leon was just at a
- 2:09:26
fork in the road. Huh? He was just at a fork in the road. Huh? He was just in He was at a fork. There
- 2:09:33
was a fork in the road. He forgives Liam Nilson. Nelson, whatever his name is. forgives him. He
- 2:09:39
doesn't doesn't think he's a racist. He just thinks that he was at a fork in the road.
- 2:09:45
Huh? Put a fork in Terry Cruz's road. Well, [Laughter]
- 2:09:53
I I knew where you're going with that.
- 2:09:59
A fork in the road. That's not a fork in the road. No, that's a No, I've seen forks in the road.
- 2:10:04
That ain't one of them. Yeah. Fork in the road. racist fork in the road. Terry Cruz.
- 2:10:12
I mean, you almost can't say anything about him because of his situation, but I have mad [ __ ] to say about Terry Cruz.
- 2:10:17
OP PC. You either going to be PC or [ __ ] Which one?
- 2:10:22
[ __ ] Okay. Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. I'm not going to do it with y'all cuz y'all y'all are
- 2:10:28
[ __ ] What? That in itself is just like, what the [ __ ] are you talking about right now?
- 2:10:34
I need co-host to empower me. and co-host empowerment. Let's hear it. Say what you got for 30 empowering.
- 2:10:39
No, no, not I. I have other platforms to do it on. So we gonna pull up with Terry Cruz.
- 2:10:45
The [ __ ] out of here. Presented by old other platforms. Get the [ __ ] out of here. Terry Terry Cruz seems, you know, Terry
- 2:10:53
Cruz since uh since the unfortunate incident that allegedly happened to him.
- 2:10:59
I'm saying I'm not saying allegedly to be funny. Uh I don't I don't know. I'm not up on that the legal side of that.
- 2:11:06
So, I'm just trying to protect myself. Sure. But, uh, since that Terry Cruz has been
- 2:11:13
on this promo tour, it seems like, of just
- 2:11:19
totally bashing, let me pick my words carefully here.
- 2:11:26
He bashes toxic masculinity masculinity as he should,
- 2:11:32
but he seems to go out of his way to target the the thoughts of black men as
- 2:11:40
it pertains to uh this culture. Uh some
- 2:11:45
of the things that transpire in this culture and his magnifying glass comes
- 2:11:52
off extremely judgmental in these instances. What else has he done uh or
- 2:11:57
spoke on? What other situation do you know off top of head? Um, no. I don't know off the top of my
- 2:12:04
head, but if I remember correctly, he did a whole lot of blaming of
- 2:12:10
uh black men and and black culture regarding his sexual abuse case. He
- 2:12:17
seemed to forgive the white man, but in all the press he did, it was a
- 2:12:23
lot of fingerpointing. Well, so it seemed toward culture and all of the
- 2:12:28
toxic masculinity that exists in the culture and it certainly does, right? But he just all of a sudden after this
- 2:12:35
sexual uh sexual abuse became the spokesperson of the for toxic
- 2:12:41
masculinity in our culture. It just came off it came off wrong. It comes off wrong when he does it. I have my own
- 2:12:46
conspiracy theories about Terry Cruz and they're only to be topped by Rory's conspiracy theory that we'll never talk
- 2:12:52
about here. You have one conspiracy. No, the one that he told us one day that
- 2:12:57
blew my mind. I haven't I haven't stopped thinking about it since. Wait, I know what you're talking about. Don't worry about it. We can't talk
- 2:13:03
about it here. But yeah, I got my I got my own thoughts about about Terry Cruz and and just how some of this [ __ ] comes
- 2:13:10
off. He's online fighting with Wall right now. W of course took offense to him defending Liam Nilson's [ __ ] [ __ ]
- 2:13:18
Um I don't know, man. I don't know. I'm going to stop there. But I have quite a
- 2:13:23
few thoughts on Terry Cruz. And I think it's it's almost time for us to have a real Terry Cruz conversation. Not like
- 2:13:29
one of the things I say we're going to talk about, we never come around to it because Terry Cruz is is a reoccurring a reoccurring topic.
- 2:13:36
It's he seems to make himself be a reoccurring topic.
- 2:13:43
Yeah. I think I think after all the press that he had gotten from him being part of the Me Too movement in a way
- 2:13:48
that most people weren't sexual abuse from a man to another man, he kind of just went in the spotlight. And anytime
- 2:13:55
something remotely bad happens, for some reason, we're looking at Terry Cruz now. Well, no, some people were attacking him
- 2:14:00
because the the heads of the Me Too movement are are white. So now you've attached yourself with
- 2:14:06
these these white people to attack black culture every chance you get. Yeah.
- 2:14:12
It just comes off a way to some people is what I'm saying. Um, don't know how authentic it looks is
- 2:14:20
all I'm saying. Gotcha. Um, and that's all I'll say about Terry Cruz for now, but read between the
- 2:14:26
static. Yeah. I'm not really sure how you stick up for uh for Old Boy in this one.
- 2:14:33
Yeah, I I understand being forgiving. Mhm. Right.
- 2:14:40
Never mind. But saying that's a fork in the road. If he was at a fork in the road, that's No, he was he was wrong
- 2:14:45
with that. He went outside with a crowbar and and and and shared thoughts about wanting to kill any black person he saw. That's not
- 2:14:51
a fork. What type of silverware does Terry Cruz have in his house?
- 2:14:57
That's not none of them. Fork, spoon. Where's all this? Yeah. It's not even a spork. That's a good one. I used to love
- 2:15:03
the spork. It's a versatile tool. How Yeah, but how come the spork
- 2:15:08
It never really took off. because because they thought it was just for kids. Like they didn't make sporks for
- 2:15:13
adults. And I wanted one still. Like I want one now. I feel like more advanced technology
- 2:15:19
with it too. Sometimes a fork with a spork right now. I was about to say rice and chicken with
- 2:15:26
a spork. Hal with a spork or do it. Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:15:31
I know. Mo, you too cool to ever use silverware. Y'all use forks. I'm just trying to figure out. Damn. Damn. Yo,
- 2:15:36
I'm just trying to figure out where the Yo, your food don't just float up to your mouth. Oh, I just remember using sporks to have
- 2:15:42
spoon fights. That was it. Spoon. Yeah, I remember those, too. I never thought about having one in the
- 2:15:48
house like to use like with real food. But I get it. Let me find some sporks. This is
- 2:15:53
important. I'm sure they're on Amazon. Yeah, some good like metal sporks. A metal?
- 2:15:59
Yeah, like a high quality spork. Y'all ever tried to spoon a a hickey off?
- 2:16:05
I'm sorry. That doesn't work. Yeah, it sure does. I didn't do the spoon. Maybe don't work for white people.
- 2:16:11
Yeah. Yeah. Let me make that clear. Doesn't work on my skin. Got it. I did try. What do you do? You ice the
- 2:16:17
spoon or something? Is that what it is? I try a fork. Frozen. Yeah. Yeah. You freeze it. I mean, it's it's it's a bruise. So,
- 2:16:24
anything a cold compress does help a bruise. So, Okay. Yeah. I don't know how effective I would
- 2:16:29
say it is, but it works. Comb. Comb. You ever try to comb the hickey out?
- 2:16:35
No. What do you mean by comb the co the cold fork is comb it out? You like comb your skin with
- 2:16:41
sounds like I'll put more damage to my neck is blood one place. So you comb the Oh, like you're saying push the Ah,
- 2:16:47
okay. Okay, now I see what you're saying. Did that work? Yeah, that worked too. Helpful advice here on When was the last time you guys got a
- 2:16:53
hickey? It's been a long time. Yeah, I shouldn't have left you.
- 2:16:59
That's been years. Yeah. Hey, listen. Did kids do after the spoon trick and then after the comb trick, the next trick was y'all
- 2:17:06
stay the [ __ ] off my neck. Yeah. No, it's too much trouble. It's too much work. It don't work all the time. No.
- 2:17:13
Get off me. Hickey was just a way to let [ __ ] know you got some action. Yeah. On the block. Like you he's just like,
- 2:17:19
"Yo, yeah, go ahead." Yeah. I thought the third step was going to be just like come up with a really
- 2:17:24
good lie because the only time you really wanted to hide the hickey is if you had other chicks. Yeah. I mean, are the kids doing jammed
- 2:17:31
up? I know adults don't cuz like we have to go kids now is straight [ __ ] Puerto Ricans still be trying to leave
- 2:17:36
Higgies. [Laughter] You know they do. Puerto Ricans the only people still got to let you know that
- 2:17:43
you belong to them or let other people know. That's what they do for. You got all you got all
- 2:17:50
I haven't gotten a hickey in a long time. Over a decade maybe. Really? Yeah. Same. I think.
- 2:17:56
Yeah. But Rory's only 27 what? 27, right? That's true. 28. I'll be 29 this year. Oh, you'll be okay. Yeah. Yeah. 19.
- 2:18:02
Still 10 years. Cuz All right. With my skin, that [ __ ] shows up and like I would have things to
- 2:18:08
do. Big ass red mark. One of your good collar shirts.
- 2:18:13
Nah, I sweat. Turtle. If you get real mad, you'll just turn red. Just be mad all the time. Just get mad
- 2:18:20
all day. Yeah. The [ __ ] out of here. Hold my breath. Um, what else is going on important in
- 2:18:26
the universe? Oh, the State of the Union was last night. I can't talk about it because we haven't seen it yet.
- 2:18:32
I'm not watching that [ __ ] Nobody's watching that. Yeah. Can we not? No. Oh, [ __ ] him. I don't want to hear him talk.
- 2:18:39
Fine. Y'all talk me out of it. Oh, you you was invested. You guys pulled my arm.
- 2:18:44
You was going to watch it. I wanted to watch it just because just to Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just to see. just
- 2:18:50
just to see because I know that his self-centered his self-centeredness
- 2:18:56
probably only opened the government so he could have this state of the union. So I want to hear what [ __ ] he about
- 2:19:02
to go out there and say so oh that's why he open the government. Got you. He's just such a bad speaker that I don't want to hear him speak.
- 2:19:08
He does speak real bad. Terrible. That's not fun. I don't need to hear very that much. Like very ain't even the
- 2:19:13
dopest of words. He be it's very very very All right. I got you. I know more
- 2:19:18
about this than anybody ever on the planet. Yeah, I'm cool. I'm cool on the dawn.
- 2:19:24
The duh. Damn. Wait, so Trump took Savon's name. That's crazy.
- 2:19:31
Yo, Savon, what's up, man? Now that you single, you don't invite [ __ ] to hit the streets or nothing. Were
- 2:19:36
you don't hit the streets? Number [ __ ] everyone's plans up. [ __ ] kept
- 2:19:42
checking her mentions. That's why you didn't even see the game. Was she having fun? Think so. No, you know exactly what she
- 2:19:48
was. You know, you know she had a blast. You know what she ate. You know who was there. You watch her insta live. Yeah.
- 2:19:54
[Laughter] I respect that. Don't even hide it. Stop [ __ ] with me. Let me get the sleepers, man. Savon, I'm
- 2:20:00

- 2:20:11
Yeah. I'm kind of excited for the [ __ ] Yeah. Uh before we go, I do want to salute to Nick Cannon who did a a great
- 2:20:17
job filling in for Wendy Williams. What's up with you, man? It's like the fourth week in a row that you just been talking about Nick Cannon and praising
- 2:20:23
him. Like, why don't you hate people more? I have a lot of praise for Nick Cannon and I have a problem with people saying
- 2:20:29
that we uh are too PC because I [ __ ] on people every week.
- 2:20:34
Fam, we can't even Every week they think I hate women. Every week I say something that I have no business saying. Spotify me yet.
- 2:20:43
Man, that's what happens, man. That's what happens. No matter what you say, it doesn't it doesn't matter. Yeah. [ __ ] it.
- 2:20:48
Or people listening. And then the funny [ __ ] and I'll say this before we go. Last week, I was
- 2:20:54
shouting out the [ __ ] lipstick alley or whatever. So then people over there must have thought that I read like the whole lipstick alley. So everybody that
- 2:20:59
