  • 2:29

dropping dead yes I mean I don't want to start that wave rest in peace to anybody that we lost out there Russ trace its

  • 2:38

Tommy who's oh it was a engineer he did Muddy Waters and all Eric service stuff he's passed away from cancer yesterday

  • 2:45

that's a piece that's horrible yeah recipes from cancer yeah yeah that's a

  • 2:51

concern among some of the some of the pre-existing conditions that people had um and how they're faring with this

  • 2:57

covert ship well yeah my dad dad dad is doing good so yeah that was my good news

  • 3:04

this week my pops did a quick load drive by the crib and uh got to see him six

  • 3:10

feet away from from the street we taught it cuz I haven't seen my because my mom's diabetic so she's at risk like I

  • 3:15

haven't seen her since this started but it was good to see my dad drove by the crib real quick we had a couple laughs

  • 3:20

and it was just good to see family word yes my family parks up yeah what's up

  • 3:26

with that when do you plan on seeing your family plan on going down there like what's your plan uh well my parents

  • 3:32

are 70 so I'm trying to stay away but as soon as it's acceptable to to go see

  • 3:38

them I will and my niece has leukemia so she's also at risk so I'm trying to stay

  • 3:44

away you know yeah I'm always so amazed at and it's trying the time for this but when white white parents like having a

  • 3:52

kid in the 40s there were there were thirty but yeah like white people do shoot the right way man kids and they're

  • 4:03

like healthy I'm shutting up with everything yeah well you care

  • 4:10

alright so listen man Mall Rory's got a mismatch I am gonna clear this out the

  • 4:15

way while I intro it out aliens wrote on the other day whatever morning that some structure whatever morning that was that

  • 4:22

was a that was just Monday morning my name is Monday Monday morning I wake up pretty early I wake up I woke up at I want to

  • 4:30

    say 6:30 a.m. by 7:00 a.m. half sleep still I had read a tweet from a young

  • 4:36

woman I don't know her name and if I did I wouldn't say it to protect people's anonymity um but I saw a tweet from a

  • 4:42

young woman that read and I'm not quoting there's somebody that you all follow there's somebody that you all

  • 4:48

hang out with and he's a creep and he does wild nasty [ __ ] um but y'all

  • 4:55

[ __ ] with him so I'm not gonna bring that to light and I read that tweet and

  • 5:01

I continued on about my day and then at around noon I click back in to Twitter

  • 5:08

and it's revealed the identity of the person she was speaking about was

  • 5:14

revealed it's someone that I I'm not gonna say no but someone who I have met

  • 5:20

and from that point on Twitter was in a frenzy of really horrible harsh stories

  • 5:27

that we were leading from multiple accounts multiple outlets multiple women just sharing really indecent

  • 5:37

inappropriate stories regarding this one person and that's kind of weird the day

  • 5:43

went it just continued throughout today am i accurate in this as there's a more

  • 5:48

the day went the more victims had come forward with their stories about what was going on it didn't stop it was

  • 5:55

ongoing and uh and I guess that is oshi to go to coach right there me great if

  • 6:18

I'm right here I think Ayrton Floyd's a button man all right 35 is yours you know listen I

  • 6:31

want it I want to be clear nothing about this is funny no no no not fun nothing

  • 6:37

about any of this it's funny it didn't warrant a laugh from me Monday it doesn't warrant a laugh from me now and

  • 6:44

before I before I check out at this game because this is this is I'm not the

  • 6:49

person with the mismatch that's Rory at this game but before I check it out I think I just want to make make it clear

  • 6:56

that you know I saw a few people saying oh I can't wait for the Joe Budden

  • 7:01

podcast this week like I saw that floating around naturally I get it

  • 7:07

because what do you get what do you get that that gentleman is a friend of mine

  • 7:14

publicly there's some degree yeah I totally understand where everyone I

  • 7:20

can't even though I've never participated in anything like that I

  • 7:25

can't be mad at people looking to me like are you got to say something this young man you are who you hang out with

  • 7:31

say something that I get it I totally get that part that part is true but I guess I looked at it like well

  • 7:39

what do you think is going to be said I don't I don't think I would like to

  • 7:44

think I don't hang out with people or know people with it or in support of sexual assault

  • 7:50

god no sexual abuse rape the mishandling of women the mistreatment of women

  • 7:55

actually at what I would like to think is the exact opposite that every all the men that I know create a safe space for

  • 8:03

women that's what I would like to think so okay well what do you think we're

  • 8:09

he's gonna come in here and say you know I knew about it [ __ ] was crazy family know this well we'll get right right to

  • 8:16

because I want to dance on anything I want to address it directly all right now Murray uh well no no first first let

  • 8:23

me start and my initial thoughts are with any woman that has been a victim in

  • 8:29

this your list are wouldn't I I pray you find peace in all actions that too

  • 8:36

place I hear you read every read for the most part everything understand it but

  • 8:43

from my my point of view in my response to it that's not behavior I condone it's not

  • 8:48

behavior I enable it's not behavior I've participated in it's not behavior I've

  • 8:55

even seen in my life and that's my stance on on that portion of that it's

  • 9:02

not behavior that I'm defending condoning going anywhere near to be

  • 9:07

quite honest because that's not how I live my life or be around for that matter like at all

  • 9:14

it's it's I've kind of prided myself and of course palooza got dragged into it as

  • 9:20

it should as well I'm not surprised by that or mad at that but I've prided myself in creating a

  • 9:26

safe space for women and I think the women at Palooza that I've been been

  • 9:32

around our crew in that type of situation can say it's a safe it's a very safe place we go above and beyond to try to

  • 9:39

make it as safe as possible because you're dealing with a alcohol party and alcohol and sexual assault are very much

  • 9:45

connected so with that said yeah this isn't this is straight up I'm not gonna

  • 9:51

    drag it out [ __ ] that I don't condone none of that [ __ ] it's that all of that

  • 9:56

is nasty are you apologetic toward the victims in this situation that they had to go

  • 10:02

through his and experienced this with somebody that you know personally sure absolutely I am not equipped in the last

  • 10:12

24 hours to fully express regret from that behalf even though I did not

  • 10:18

participate or was even around for for any of these situations yeah I can't

  • 10:26

help but not think about them the entire night got it it's it's it's extremely

  • 10:32

unfortunate that's more than unfortunate like I

  • 10:37

there's peace and I pray and I'm gonna

  • 10:43

actively help where I can because I do consider that person family

  • 10:50

to actively try to get that person the help that they need in a real way

  • 10:55

because I think there's clearly needs some help in how he behaves with women

  • 11:02

and treats women and I do love him I really do I can't be around that so if

  • 11:11

you want to actively get help I'm with you but if not I got a dip sorry bro I can't understand that I mean they're on

  • 11:20

for ten boys go ahead I'm sorry down forward to the part is this is something that that happens like way too often and

  • 11:28

this is something that you know as men we have to be more conscious of

  • 11:34

especially if you know you you got a friend or you got somebody that you know that just is a little inappropriate or

  • 11:42

too aggressive with women like you have to you have to speak on it and I know a lot of dudes that you know you hang out

  • 11:47

you having fun but you can you can tell when you have a friend or somebody around you that the women are kind of

  • 11:55

like you know they get a little uncomfortable with you might be able to how aggressive where you can sit down

  • 12:01

you can see it in women's faces you can see it like you can see the guy that's all over women a little too much and you

  • 12:07

can tell when women are a little uncomfortable in you know but women they'll you know they they do a good job

  • 12:13

of recognizing when a guy is intoxicated and they're like yeah I know he's a little drunk whatever but the problem

  • 12:19

becomes when we don't speak on it and address it and let our friends know like

  • 12:24

your fan you're moving a little crazy I don't know if it's to you know you're intoxicated whatever but you got to

  • 12:31

relax because this is this can this can cause a problem this can make women uncomfortable you can do things that you'll end up being

  • 12:38

sorry for and regretting and you know it it's just that we have to take more

  • 12:43

responsibility as men it's our job to protect protect our women it's our job

  • 12:48

to protect our friends it's our jobs to protect each other you know I mean and

  • 12:53

we can have fun like you can sometimes you have to be responsible you have to be responsible we have to start we have

  • 13:00

to start I agree with most of the things that you said mmm-hmm but when protecting each

  • 13:08

    other becomes toxic or you're protecting people's sick [ __ ]

  • 13:14

then no we don't have to protect each other I agree no no I'm saying when I say

  • 13:22

protect meaning like if I have a friend that I know is he's a inappropriate woman he can't become inappropriate

  • 13:28

women when I said protect me and I have to pull him to the side and have that talk with him like yo I mean I'm

  • 13:34

watching you I see how you yell over here it's inappropriate and I think that's the protecting term I having that

  • 13:39

conversation like you have to stop that like you know how to stop that yeah before sex Alan right which is a good

  • 13:46

quick segue because I do want to address segue time yeah no no I do want to address the because I'd seen a lot of

  • 13:53

[ __ ] in my mentions about whatever BOTS or fake page person posted the

  • 13:59

interaction between me and him about the behavior a few weeks ago months ago March I want to say it was I someone

  • 14:08

DM me and said this is going on I said question mark cuz naturally if they're

  • 14:14

talking about one of your close friends with this behavior you want to know what's going on so I asked what was

  • 14:20

going on got the information and confronted him about it and was actively

  • 14:27

working on trying to figure out what the [ __ ] was going on and how we're gonna handle it and what needs to be done

  • 14:34

actively and it was a real cut it was a real confrontation about what was going

  • 14:41

on in in real conversations and then it hit the timeline so I was not shocked

  • 14:48

while I was a bit shocked on Monday cuz I was not aware of the decree this went

  • 14:54

to I was aware of one situation and I was and I was working on okay I'm gonna

  • 15:00

stop we were gonna do gonna start asking tough questions soon come on asking you guys can chime in wherever you feel

  • 15:06

wherever you feel free I'm not sure I know he was joking in the beginning of the pod I'm not running from none of

  • 15:11

this I want to talk how do you continue a friendship with someone of this caliber I think the

  • 15:20

first thing would be if they if you recognize that they're legitimately sorry and they're really trying to get help and become a better person you you

  • 15:28

have to first make sure they understand what was done that's the first part and

  • 15:36

if they don't see or understand the [ __ ]

  • 15:41

that they've caused and the actions they've had then you can no longer move on with that friendship the second step

  • 15:48

the second step there is are you ready to get some help you know and are you

  • 15:54

ready to again I can never ask a victim what what to do but if there's some way

  • 16:01

there can not amends because it I don't expect anything from any victims at all

  • 16:06

but if there's some way or some solution to make this better you'll never make it

  • 16:12

right God you'll never make it right but if that person is not actively trying to do that then no you have to sever your

  • 16:17

ties with that front and don't be can be clear the relationship between you know if a friend of mine was in a position

  • 16:24

like this the relationship between those changes lightly it certainly does especially but not we're not we're not

  • 16:30

as cool as we once were like I'm not saying I'll never speak to you again but it's like you have to understand like

  • 16:37

family I don't I have sisters I have nieces I like I have people women in my life that I truly love and I really care

  • 16:43

about and I can't imagine any of them having to go through that like I'll go crazy and especially when you're not

  • 16:49

you're reading this in real time with the rest of the world right so for me it's all about taking you have to take

  • 16:55

accountability and you have to get help and I'm not saying that we're gonna be

  • 17:00

cool and we're gonna be flies we was because that I mean I really should definitely changes but then that can

  • 17:06

open the door if I see that okay here's somebody that understand that they [ __ ] up and that they're getting help

  • 17:11

and they're trying to make sure that that never happens again I can I can in some ways respect that I

  • 17:18

respect when you know you recognize where your fuck-ups are and you're actively working on becoming a better

  • 17:23

person in those areas I can respect that we may never be what we mhm but I can at least respect like his

  • 17:30

uh his a man who recognizes that he [ __ ] up and made a huge mistake and he's getting help for that so if I find

  • 17:36

out any of my friends are sexually abusing women we're not friends anymore I'm just telling you Joe okay if I find out any of my friends are

  • 17:43

raping women we're not friends you know Yeah right and this is why when everyone

  • 17:48

yesterday was saying why hasn't Rory said anything it just happened

  • 17:54

I was really outside of the one situation that I knew that that was not

  • 18:00

a rape or anything of that matter I was

  • 18:05

reading all of this in real tongue I was having so many emotions yesterday I was not ready to say anything because I

  • 18:11

didn't know what I felt yet like I felt anger I felt I had questions I had I

  • 18:17

need to understand what this person was really doing so that's why so yeah I'm

  • 18:25

no I don't disagree with you if I find out somebody is sexually abusing or raping anyone you're not my friend

  • 18:31

anymore but this is just all played out in 24 hours and I the first thing I'm

  • 18:38

thinking is all right what this person needs help so I can know all right maybe

  • 18:46

I'm not your friend anymore but my last gesture should be helpful yeah because

  • 18:53

we were once friends and and that was that was a way more lower thought because the first thought I had was all

  • 19:00

the women that we're talking about this and how they feel that was my first

  • 19:05

thought but yeah when you get down to if that's your friend no more all right maybe we not fly cuz that's insane and I

  • 19:11

    don't be around that [ __ ] and I don't condone that [ __ ] I've never done that [ __ ] but yeah my last gesture maybe is

  • 19:17

help maybe we should get you help so this doesn't happen again hmm the obvious question that will come up is

  • 19:24

how do you how do you say that you are so close to someone and call someone

  • 19:29

family yet have zero idea about how they move when it comes to women minds that

  • 19:36

what I it's an easy answer I straight-up don't be with people when

  • 19:41

they're involved in their sexual acts I don't know that's dumb I'd be at home I'd be at home I don't I go out like I

  • 19:50

go out to bars and [ __ ] with people but I then go home I get in my over I

  • 19:57

usually leave early anyone that knows me knows I'm the earliest one to leave no

  • 20:02

III can't I'm not in his home never been to his crib so no that's another thing

  • 20:10

one of the things that was really disturbing about all of this is you are

  • 20:17

you are committing some of these acts in your residence yeah right God god forbid

  • 20:25

god forbid there's a chick that wants to

  • 20:30

handle this herself and now knows where you live and now know some people that love her who are also now reading these

  • 20:38

things and want to act on it like this is a dangerous game on so many levels

  • 20:45

oh no it's this is so gross is this is probably the most dangerous situation to

  • 20:53

put yourself in as far as a man when you talk about sexual abuse did there are

  • 20:59

you know this is like the epitome of there's no coming back from this and I'm

  • 21:07

saying like there's this like you you can they can you can you can get help

  • 21:12

and never do this again but you are forever in a certain box with people in

  • 21:18

a certain space like people will never accept you a look at you in the same light that they once did

  • 21:23

and you know it's unfortunate because you think you know your friends you know

  • 21:28

me you think you know your homeboys and y'all hang out and you have a good times and y'all have conversations and

  • 21:33

everything and then [ __ ] like this happens and you like damn I never would have thought that one of my homies that

  • 21:40

i'm flowey would be in a situation like this because you just don't see it sometimes in people like you don't think

  • 21:45

that and I know cuz I know I say that a lot about a lot of my homeboys I'm like nah he he'd been nobody knows no [ __ ]

  • 21:52

like that he you know you just say it in conversation not saying to abuse thing but it's like you know you hear you I heard he stole some I

  • 21:58

heard he didn't like nah he wouldn't do that I heard he was talking [ __ ] my thing like that but you really don't

  • 22:03

know what people do in behind closed doors you don't know how no idea well

  • 22:09

are you know I'm saying like in this yeah but what now you do what you find out all that's great

  • 22:14

but what happens we have find out and then this conversation is bigger than just a Rory and his man for me because I

  • 22:21

would like to open this up soon to male male on male accountability what do you

  • 22:27

do to your male friend that you know does not pay child support what do you

  • 22:32

do to your male friend who you know has a secret family and cheats on the girl

  • 22:38

that you see every week what do you do oh yeah what would you say this came up months ago on what do you do about your

  • 22:45

man who you know leaves the house to bag women with pills what do you do about

  • 22:52

what do you do about that what do you do about the guy who you know is preying on

  • 22:57

the drunk girl oh well we took what we learnt about those months ago like we I cut I don't I don't [ __ ] with [ __ ]

  • 23:03

like I'm I'm at it I'm at that age where if you're not a man and when I say a man

  • 23:09

meaning that you're not carrying yourself the way you should and you don't you don't move with a certain type

  • 23:15

of integrity and certain type of respect I cut you off like yeah I told you hey I have friends that have kids and you know

  • 23:22

they don't take care of their kids I don't [ __ ] with them no more because I'm out of age where I just can't accept that like me you can't be hanging out so

  • 23:29

and I know that there are kids of yours on to haven't seen you that you're not taking care of that you don't even know

  • 23:35

how they're doing in school with their eating at night like you don't know what's going like me and you can't there's no space for us to be laughing

  • 23:42

and giggling and joking because today are real issues that are at play here

  • 23:47

like and you're not handling your responsibilities as a man so if you're talking about sexual abuse I can't [ __ ]

  • 23:52

would you know like near you can we cannot be flying more like that that's over with you say in any other way and I

  • 23:59

and I guess my point would the health thing was stopping because I'm so close

  • 24:06

to what to a situation now I have to try to end it like that's

  • 24:15

where I think there's a responsibility on me at that point like me just cutting it sounds not how cuz it's not your

  • 24:22

responsibility sometimes you take on responsibilities that aren't yours it's

  • 24:29

nice yeah yeah stop this behavior is what I'm saying no and listen of the

  • 24:34

businessman the behavior should be stopped what I think is so dope about this conversation now is this is so new

  • 24:40

that I don't haven't fully flushed out my thoughts on everything like this is kind of in really in real time of us

  • 24:46

discussing this you know listen I'm John I I agree you know you got a cut come on

  • 24:51

son like that's insane you have to cut that person off but I also have this part of my brain that is like alright if I'm so

  • 24:57

close to this person I can stop it from happening again you can ruin your life

  • 25:03

is what you can do that's a fact and unfortunately right this second you are

  • 25:08

a little too important to a lot of people that love you for you to die on

  • 25:15

the hill of I have to save this person who appears to be an abuser I'm gonna

  • 25:20

use the word appear because yeah we're not we're not convincing anybody there's due process here but I will say boy it

  • 25:28

looks nasty oh it looks it looks insane it looks nasty [ __ ] insane it looks sick like I said to mall during one of

  • 25:35

these debates a long time ago typically when you start hearing from 100 women and they all have the same story it

  • 25:42

ain't like oh these [ __ ] is lying and God knows that what any of us are saying

  • 25:48

as you want to make that clear ya know anyone is saying but I guess all right to kind of close this portion of it yeah

  • 25:56

I guess where my brain is in the first 24 hours is yes 1,000% like I can't be

  • 26:01

near you at all like that's insane fire I'm also thinking how do we stop this

  • 26:07

from happening again that's my brain is on on victims it ain't the well-being of an abuser with

  • 26:16

with the appearance of what yesterday was it's on alright how do we stop this behavior from happen

  • 26:22

accountability the New York it needs to be an accountability system and if you want me to be honest I don't feel like

  • 26:28

many of the young [ __ ] really have one which is why we always hear stress the importance of like oh geez and I was

  • 26:36

telling worry before this podcast started sometimes sometimes the the og from back in the days will put himself

  • 26:43

in your business yeah like [ __ ] that didn't concern him at all he would just indulge in because

  • 26:51

it was important for him to know what was going on with you so he could guide propperly yeah and today like amongst

  • 26:58

these kids just the og is dead and it's important like there needs to be some

  • 27:03

accountability system there needs to be a and and and it's my other point like

  • 27:09

it's really important to check yourself actually I started with Aretha Franklin

  • 27:15

and Park but I was gonna start with Ice Cube check yourself because if you don't

  • 27:22

someone will and that's a fact in life now who that person is that could be the

  • 27:29

cops that could be the feds that could be a significant other went one of more all the above one of all of the above my

  • 27:36

favorite quotes ever is humble yourself before God does it for you you better believe it when sometimes listen listen

  • 27:42

for black people it used to be just the community the community will will will

  • 27:47

check you when something is going on and I've learned the hard way when the community got to check me hmm that don't

  • 27:53

feel good no that don't feel well accountability a lot of times doesn't feel great well it's nuanced then it

  • 28:00

doesn't I mean we're we're on a different topic here accountability accountability for at least the first

  • 28:06

part when you don't have a full understanding of any of your actions it sucks hearing about how shitty you are sucks

  • 28:12

well accountability is tough and again not this is a different situation or they truly penetrate you got to get

  • 28:18

through you got to get through your ego you got to get through your pride and

  • 28:23

you got to get through your defense mechanisms like case the point I use myself as an example when some real

  • 28:31

horrible egregious things was said about me allegations were made

  • 28:38

about me um the community came to check me and my initial reaction was yo I

  • 28:44

didn't do this [ __ ] so suck my dick but the check was well what did you do

  • 28:52

what did you do to get here yeah you didn't do what this person is accusing you up but but how do we get how did you

  • 28:59

get here and that normally falls on us

  • 29:04

and just just with man man man accountability between men is just

  • 29:10

important what I learned yesterday Mall is a lot of men don't have no idea what sexual abuse is facts and that's the

  • 29:17

scary part is well yeah right so I mean you know and the thing is a lot of that comes from you know a lot of

  • 29:25

a lot of a lot of these dudes now that are you know out partying and whatever they never had those those people in

  • 29:34

their lives to have those conversations with the kind of learning on the fly they learned that has their goal they

  • 29:41

learning as they go to the outside and when situations happen they're learning how to move in those situations on the

  • 29:46

spot yeah and sometimes you make the wrong decision you know I'm saying like you have to have people around you that

  • 29:52

are telling you things that allow yo you can't do this you got to move like this like you shouldn't say these type of

  • 29:58

things and you know I mean if you're not if you're not aware of your surroundings and what's going on like remove yourself from that like don't ever put yourself

  • 30:05

in a situation to where you feel like you have no control because sometimes that's when the word [ __ ] happens in now

  • 30:10

you caught up in some [ __ ] but a lot of it a lot of the times you know with men you know yet they out here and it's like

  • 30:16

like we said it's no there's no guidance there's no role models there's no OGIS to tell you like you can't do this you

  • 30:23

can't do that I know get it twisted there's some older and you don't just listen to [ __ ] because they older me because there's some older [ __ ] that

  • 30:28

didn't did [ __ ] you that's not in their lives - yeah you know I'm saying but it's all about we know it's all about that you know a stand up stand up guys

  • 30:34

like men men men of character men of character men have been telling of fact yes in reality and of honor like yes a

  • 30:42

certain men that you just have to seek and like you know if you don't have these men in your life as you know

  • 30:48

you have to seek out those men that are men of honor like you know who they are you know I think to you in Joe's point

  • 30:54

the people that don't have that example in their life are probably the most impressive people like they're not

  • 31:00

followers to some degree but they they will see behavior and if it's normalized

  • 31:06

they'll think it's okay because there's no one guiding them in that type of way so with the behavior that was normalized

  • 31:14

my whole life which now thank God is starting to change at least we have some

  • 31:19

light into it people think is okay like I saw yesterday plenty of men to Joe's

  • 31:25

point not knowing what sexual abuse really means about definition mm-hmm because it's been so normalized in our

  • 31:31

lives Elaine if you don't have that guidance in oh gee that y'all talking about your impressionable to whatever

  • 31:36

the normal behavior is around you and let me interrupt you to say because to

  • 31:43

some people were listening with different ears it may sound like we are condoning no wait I'm not defending at

  • 31:53

all I'm not at all no I'm not even trying to make it understandable to what happened but yeah this is a separate

  • 31:59

topic to me that I know talking today ain't no music game listen is no topics

  • 32:04

I don't really want to hear Rory's thoughts on the new music right this second it's not making an excuse mmm but

  • 32:12

I was shocked too yesterday to see that so many men were confused when it came

  • 32:17

to what is rape yeah what is abuse what

  • 32:22

is coercion I saw that word what is a song yeah yeah like I'll be honest

  • 32:29

coercion um wasn't fully aware of what that word meant I wasn't I'm I know most

  • 32:38

people won't admit when they don't know things especially when it comes to these touchy subjects I was not aware Philemon fully of what that word meant mmm now

  • 32:45

why cuz you do know what the word coercive means yes but I didn't fully

  • 32:52

understand it in a sexual way and that's not me saying that Wow I've done it cuz I god I have not

  • 32:58

well I'm thinking the opposite men that don't do it might have a hard

  • 33:04

time understanding what that is I don't like books and us like [ __ ] will laugh like oh and and and not that

  • 33:12

to be so transparent but we've all seen the guy who was like too thirsty for sex

  • 33:17

somebody who got a relaxer and we clown them like we laugh like relax they're like what did you what are you doing

  • 33:23

like that that ain't the way right what I'm saying is the line appears to be

  • 33:29

thin for when we know to really take action all right it's really so

  • 33:37

community is in danger now yeah right but it see the thing about this is it's

  • 33:43

it's it's always just this simple if a woman says no I'm not interested that's

  • 33:48

it that's it because anything after that now now you're you're putting yourself

  • 33:54

in a zone of okay you might start to become inappropriate right now because she already said no and she already said

  • 34:01

I'm not interested so now anything past that you might be making her feel

  • 34:06

uncomfortable you might be making inappropriate conversation or any inappropriate gestures now because she

  • 34:12

already said no I'm not interested so if guys to say I don't know what this means I don't know what that mean where's the line is blurred is not

  • 34:17

blurred once the woman says no I'm not interested I want to take it no I want to take it a step further than that

  • 34:23

because none of us here are remedial yes no means no however I'm just talking

  • 34:31

about the sheer treatment of women mm-hmm cuz a girl comes to your house she says

  • 34:38

no you might feel like you can put her out on the street at [ __ ] four o'clock in the morning and have her

  • 34:44

catch public transportation back home you may feel like in your brain you haven't broken a law there and you

  • 34:50

respected the fact that she said no like I'm not talking about no meaning no heat woman's common decency yeah

  • 34:57

like know just how you treat your and knowing what could happen with a young

  • 35:05

lady out in a neighborhood like that listen we do all this talk well not we

  • 35:10

do all the talk but it's all that there's a loose narrative floating around that Joe is so toxic toxic toxic toxic toxic now in my treatment of women

  • 35:19

like and it's real important because one day women will have to testify for you you will need women to speak for you not

  • 35:26

only that women are out here keeping secrets that could kill some of y'all [ __ ] is some of y'all out here that

  • 35:32

been moving flagrant and there's a girl protecting you mmm like yeah like moles live with me

  • 35:39

forever long for all the types of jokes hey when a girl is coming out like 200 candles we're gonna get this [ __ ]

  • 35:46

feeling of a vibe right that's my other thing that's wrong with young people to use these [ __ ] words like a vibe of vibe I'm [ __ ] dance set the vibe rely

  • 35:54

on the vibe know the vibes yeah you know what you know it's our job with the vibe

  • 36:01

is the vibe is safety right yeah that's the vibe and and not only so it's it's

  • 36:07

it's comfortable I see you could you could just be setting the vibe to let the woman know like listen this is a

  • 36:13

comfortable safe space I want you to be comfortable I want you to have a guy want us to have a good time it doesn't

  • 36:19

mean sexual you're just when you set the vibing is letting the woman know like listen everything is safe you're safe

  • 36:25

here mmm but you're safe you can relax it's a relaxed atmosphere like you can relax I'm not about to jump all over you

  • 36:32

nobody in here is gonna disrespect you you are sitting now and that's why you know Joe always says he makes a joke

  • 36:37

when the women are around I become icater I do I do that because that's how I was raised I want every woman that's

  • 36:43

around me to know like you're safe like I'm there's nothing that's gonna happen to you in here yeah and guess and guess

  • 36:50

what even if you do not beat and she says no it is still your job it's still

  • 36:58

a job keep it safe no one is owed sex no at all kinda never

  • 37:03

never never and that's the thing like I don't understand about a lot of dudes and again that's why I think a lot of

  • 37:09

    this [ __ ] is just it's a mental illness because my thing is I don't if a woman

  • 37:15

says she's not interested in no at that point my energy is like okay fine that's

  • 37:21

okay like the night is still gonna be a great night everybody's gonna have a great time like I'm cool it doesn't have

  • 37:27

to sex is not something that has to happen nothing would turn me off more than a

  • 37:33

girl not being into it furthermore the more but that's what

  • 37:38

would make my deal softer than her not being into it but that's why I say it is a mental disease because you would think

  • 37:46

that once a woman tell you she's not interested in you and know that energy is gone like it's like it's not even a

  • 37:52

pain in my head anymore like I'm not even okay cool like I'll leave you alone that's Mito I can only speak for me as a

  • 37:58

man yeah but you're not only when you don't operate that way and I know you not only are you

  • 38:06

disrespecting women now you disrespecting me right all right that's

  • 38:11

a good point you know I agree I agree with that I agree with that and that's why I say I'm always the guide as when there's women

  • 38:18

around that's my concern the fellas y'all gonna be out I'm not y'all could come in make your drink eat whatever the

  • 38:25

women is my concern because I just want me to know like listen you're not around a room full of dudes that's gonna try to

  • 38:31

disrespect you violate you in any type of way form or fashion I'm here this is

  • 38:36

a safe space this is a comfortable space have a good time and then you open up that door to let but now if somebody's

  • 38:43

inappropriate you know what they do they find me 100 man yeah and now I'm like

  • 38:50

ooh and once they see we check in now homie you got an ounce you get you out of here now what do you know that you

  • 38:56

see girl that surround me is my girlfriend at the time like nothing is

  • 39:01

happening right you don't you're safe oh man oh man there's so many different

  • 39:09

ways to go here man we could talk about [ __ ] that the the the culture and party promoters true yeah yeah yeah

  • 39:17

because that that is a real net it's a real nasty culture it's a real thing well there's a culture of people feeling

  • 39:23

in and that that's back to coercion and that's back to coercion can have little

  • 39:29

abuse of power yeah it's a lot of different fields not even just party promoting Oh what uh yeah yeah you talk first musicians dog

  • 39:36

it's light its life yeah yeah but this execs the thing with that if you're

  • 39:43

gonna play that game and then it's probably bad time to say this but there are women that you can play that game with mmm like if you want to do that

  • 39:50

there are woman that'll dangle some [ __ ] over your head you know in hopes

  • 39:56

of games on some type of financial gain or some power or something yeah like that's not what guess what it's not

  • 40:01

we're talking about we're talking about that well no no no we're not talking about that right now but I do want to point out that even if that's the game

  • 40:08

you're playing [ __ ] that's for them to initiate yeah yeah yeah that's a fact I want to make

  • 40:13

that point very clear because I because [ __ ] will say that yeah no you let her

  • 40:19

    determine if that's the game she's playing and then [ __ ] go trick and have a blast do whatever [ __ ] nut [ __ ] you

  • 40:25

want if she offer from rip yo I keep some [ __ ] for this but but uh have a

  • 40:30

blast some of those some of those stories some of the stories that were

  • 40:35

floating and again I don't know how true or false all of it is but just the mere

  • 40:41

reading of them was nasty to me it was discussed it was disgusting to me it was

  • 40:47

it was funny because I've been around I've been around Chris and he seems like

  • 40:54

a guy that just likes to have a good time you know I mean like he he he's always dancing he's always having fun so

  • 41:01

to hear these allegations and hitties stories it you know it was disappointing because it's like damn this is somebody

  • 41:06

that I've actually hung out with and who I thought was a genuinely good guy and a

  • 41:12

good person you write ahead these things about somebody that you thought was you know a good guy it's disappointing but

  • 41:20

FL that was Chavez playing with Rory but halfway playing before the podcast I was like y'all y'all the same as female

  • 41:26

besties you know the besties that we talk about all the time where you meet them and you know really known but now you're besties yo some of y'all

  • 41:32

know some of these news that's true that's very true how about bring back the word acquaintance that's very true

  • 41:38

you don't know these [ __ ] you don't know what they do behind closed doors you know not a treat their family you

  • 41:44

don't have a Cheetah Girls you don't know how they treat their kids they tell some cool jokes on the timeline that's all my Chris in particular I'm saying

  • 41:50

you know you say this yeah like it's a lot of people running around we ain't know these [ __ ] none of them who I

  • 41:58

know I know more let's open em I don't know more really but I sure do I know I

  • 42:06

know what I think molls character is because me and Maul

  • 42:11

and I have built an accountability system between each other sure and

  • 42:16

that's important to know we don't talk about that here a lot but I have wanted to do crazy things throughout the year

  • 42:23

certainly not rape but I have to be clear this part I said that because I

  • 42:32

didn't cross you know we dance be dancing in and out and Moore has been there to show what cuz when you have an

  • 42:39

accountability system it you know sometimes I was doing some [ __ ] listen I

  • 42:44

didn't know that putting my LeBrons on and running in the forest getting away from the cops was wrong yeah it was good

  • 42:51

you know that I would I surrounded myself with people that just in case I missed something mm-hmm right they had me yeah and vice

  • 42:59

    versa so yeah I don't [ __ ] with more button I [ __ ] with more like I need that

  • 43:04

bill like most of my friends I have that with words [ __ ] I don't know pulled you

  • 43:10

to the side Oh a million sound like I try to establish them and vice versa we both did and that's why and that's

  • 43:17

why it man I don't want that important is for to play important but I don't think it's highlighted enough amongst

  • 43:22

men yeah no no because yo yo you a Wow boy

  • 43:27

that ain't accountability no it's not at all no no no you was wiling last night I

  • 43:34

wanna make up that ain't it yes hello like yo night I told him he was violent that's not no that's not accountability

  • 43:41

with your friends it's not it's not it's not as important because listen if your friend was if

  • 43:47

your friends respect you they won't want to tarnish that relationship because

  • 43:52

that's what will potentially happen then if you treat women this way they won't want to tarnish your business your

  • 43:58

business relationship like if one of you [ __ ] left here and murdered somebody this podcast would have a hard time and

  • 44:04

guess what rightfully so rightfully rightfully so that fall that falls on me

  • 44:09

that falls on Spotify that falls on whoever else had something to do with this [ __ ] hey you ain't noticed Engels

  • 44:14

murdering people now no we didn't really talk about it so what does that matter

  • 44:21

that you didn't know yes you man and that's what happened what knowing and that's why I totally understood because

  • 44:28

I had people telling me like oh you don't gotta say [ __ ] yes I do what are you talking about I have to say

  • 44:35

something absolutely what the [ __ ] are you talking about you do I am next to this person publicly all the time you

  • 44:41

[ __ ] right I have to say something you know it's true it's true and I have to say the right thing yeah and and and

  • 44:49

and and going further again man eh as men we just have to we have to do a better job like you said accountability

  • 44:55

we have to we have to do a better job at that like it's not it's not enough is

  • 45:01

not being done like we will talk about it and then it's like you know days weeks past and then it's like the

  • 45:06

conversation doesn't happen anymore like it's okay to sit yeah but people don't forget didn't know it so I'm just saying

  • 45:12

it's okay to sit your homies down every now and then and have a conversation about real life [ __ ] you know I mean

  • 45:17

like yeah is going on with you like I'm noticing some things about you are you okay you know I'm hearing some things

  • 45:22

the last time we hung out you know if people seemed like they were a little uncomfortable with you being around like you know why do they feel like that it's

  • 45:29

okay to open up the floor for that type of conversation that we always want to talk about litleo late having fun yo

  • 45:35

let's have the real conversation that's that's such a good point more and let me quickly rinse it because yeah through

  • 45:41

throughout my entire life I've never thought I had to talk to my friends about their sex life it's not something

  • 45:47

I was ever interested in was around cared about but that was I I didn't know

  • 45:54

that I had to do that you're more you're completely right you have to have these conversations with your friends

  • 45:59

to keep each other accountable and how people are moving cuz I just it's just

  • 46:04

something that I never even cross I don't care up until yesterday I didn't care how my

  • 46:10

friends [ __ ] cuz I just assumed which is bad I guess it's bad to assume that

  • 46:17

everything was safe and fine I just I just thought that ya know maula maula made an interesting

  • 46:23

point earlier when I was we know we were talking and it's a point that a therapist of mine made years ago and I

  • 46:31

was like aha she's right about that she was like you know most people on earth don't have conversations about sexual

  • 46:42

chemistry yeah it's left it's left to be assumed when you're vibing with somebody you

  • 46:48

know we don't say hey did that work for you did end up did it feel good when I did this now that was a whole different

  • 46:53

point but when mama brought it up it's the same point you just made about talking to your dudes more you said uh yo it's okay to talk to a girl like a

  • 47:02

girl did you dealing wit yeah and check her temperature yeah she stands out

  • 47:09

there like I'll be like yo listen uh I don't want to read this wrong but is there some type of you know sexual

  • 47:15

energy between like I've done that like where it wasn't the conversation wasn't sexual but you kind of feel like okay

  • 47:20

this person is calling me often text me often we hang out and at some point you have to say yo like what is this between

  • 47:26

us like because I don't want to make it read it wrong though I don't want to really want to read it wrong it's okay to have that clarity

  • 47:33

conversation like yo like is this some sexual energy between us that I don't want to make it inappropriate and if

  • 47:39

it's not don't I don't want you to feel like it's weird now you have to make that you have to make it in a

  • 47:45

comfortable environment to have a conversation with women you have to let women know I'm mature enough to have

  • 47:50

this these types of conversations and it's not gonna change anything as a

  • 47:56

result coming out of this conversation like I don't want you to think that it's gonna be weird or things are gonna be different like we're still gonna be cool

  • 48:02

but I just want to know how you're feeling where this is like witty what is this situation like what are we doing it

  • 48:08

because I don't want you to feel like you're in an uncomfortable position I'm gonna provide some back here because and I agree with that

  • 48:15

but I'm gonna give some pushback most of the stories we've read sounded like a

  • 48:20

gentleman that had a hard time dealing with rejection which I was gonna bring up earlier but I want to enter again I

  • 48:26

didn't mention I didn't read a lot of it so a man in general just outside of that

  • 48:33

exact situation men in general have a horrible horrible way of dealing with

  • 48:38

rejection mm-hmm like the we generalize women a lot on this podcast I'm gonna generalize men today men don't take

  • 48:45

rejection at all they [ __ ] act like children they act like [ __ ] kids when

  • 48:51

they don't get their way with rejection hmm I mean and the behavior afterwards

  • 48:58

is back to that childlike [ __ ] yeah just sit just sit over there shut up and

  • 49:05

take your [ __ ] rejection bro it's okay well you know what it is to like it's okay take your [ __ ] rejection

  • 49:10

yeah real [ __ ] have been rejected it's okay man absolutely oh you told you told

  • 49:16

me you're not 15 man go talk to her or she gonna say is no no going on about

  • 49:22

    your day you'll be fine you'll be [ __ ] a lot of this [ __ ] and this is a you know

  • 49:28

this is a hole deeper conversation a lot of this [ __ ] that we deal with and we don't recognize it as such but it's from

  • 49:35

its from trauma it's from something that happened you know years ago you were a

  • 49:41

child somebody told you know and you know people laughed or whatever and that scarred you so now you feel like as a

  • 49:48

man you know I'm not taking no for an answer you know I'm saying and and and that causes a problem in other areas

  • 49:56

because now when you hear no from a woman you take that as a challenge you know it's true you listen we come away

  • 50:02

all the time and and and we make jokes about the girls who don't know their dad but that's kind of why it takes some of

  • 50:08

the toxic [ __ ] they say about me offensively because family if you knew just how close I am with my mom like if

  • 50:16

you just knew how tight I was with my ma have a sister like I'm not out here

  • 50:22

playing these types of games there are women that I have known with the first five minutes that and I never

  • 50:28

wanted to see again that I was so hospitable like like right yeah you if

  • 50:33

you have but you have me seat we have a responsibility mister responsibility as a man I don't

  • 50:38

it's just something playing out cuz he wasn't raised the way I was raised everybody wasn't I didn't have this [ __ ]

  • 50:44

instilled in him that I have instilled in me so I'm not expecting every goddamn over the way I moved but I will say that

  • 50:51

there is a certain thing there's a certain honor and a certain thing that

  • 50:57

comes with just women knowing that whenever you around there okay yeah yes

  • 51:02

yeah one yeah listen they listen and if you have a hard time expressing that a quick Tim check is yo are you

  • 51:10

comfortable simple yeah anything sister yeah yeah that's it simple and now and

  • 51:16

now it's you know like I said we want to sit around and talk about everything else other than important [ __ ] you know

  • 51:22

me we'll talk about all the dumb [ __ ] going on on our timelines and all this and we won't have a real conversation with people and just ask the simple

  • 51:29

questions are you okay are you comfortable do you feel safe yeah and that's it and you know and that does so

  • 51:35

many and I've learned that when you do that that makes for a more enjoyable evening for everybody like once

  • 51:42

everybody is comfortable and everybody feels safe and everybody is is that a point where they're having now they're

  • 51:47

really having fun right they're not like when you not see guys they're like yo they over there acting funny them chicks

  • 51:53

acting fine I'm like they like the funny first of all they've walked in y'all [ __ ] is salivating off just staring at

  • 51:59

them and first over they said nothing sitter they don't body offered them a seat nobody offered them a drink nobody

  • 52:04

offered them like any food like said ha I know it like what did you expect the man and even if you did all that nor do

  • 52:11

they owe you their [ __ ] attention and that's no you they [ __ ] attention and

  • 52:17

that's the bacon sit over there and mind they [ __ ] business all they want that's why I tell dudes all the time you

  • 52:22

can't just say a woman is out she acted funny she know she not your [ __ ] business she's just like

  • 52:28

you you haven't you haven't you haven't provided a safe comfortable environment for her it's that simple

  • 52:34

    she still has the option of saying [ __ ] [ __ ] out here and that's always that's always a weight

  • 52:41

that's always employee yeah you know why I'm the fun not the funny part about

  • 52:46

this but I totally identify identify

  • 52:51

with a lot of the things that the alleged victims are saying in terms of

  • 53:00

why why you don't go to the police in each situation we don't put much faith in the police number one over I've never

  • 53:07

thought that I'd why would you ever think that I I totally understand losing your voice in that moment shows in a

  • 53:14

moment of transparency here I believe most men have been sexually abused - or

  • 53:20

not sexually abused but uh around a woman found a woman that made them feel

  • 53:26

uncomfortable like I've been around chicks that have tried to grab my dick every time and it's like I'm

  • 53:31

uncomfortable I'm not saying yo stop grabbing my dick because it just just didn't come out or I'm not saying I

  • 53:37

don't feel good I just tried to avoid you know right that's how you want it like I could see women feeling that way too like I could

  • 53:43

see it but I'm a man times a hundred drama strong I can get out of here well

  • 53:51

you know yeah that's why difference big difference that's why that that that comparison and I know there's matter I

  • 53:57

know you're not making that your area at all but when people make that comparison to me it's like you're doing your all

  • 54:02

lives matter thing like you're famous not even close like no ya have chicks

  • 54:09

made dudes feel uncomfortable and done [ __ ] that was flagrant and abuse to some degree for sure but

  • 54:16

it's not even comparable like we should women if you want to talk about it cool like you guys can have that conversation

  • 54:22

but Dawg it ain't even on the same equation become very aggressive and they

  • 54:27

can do things that you're not comfortable with or is deemed inappropriate absolutely but I have never been around a woman that was doing

  • 54:34

that and felt like I was in real danger yeah because I'm a man and I can easily

  • 54:39

remove myself I can easily just look you in your eye tell you like listen relax like you're Luann's house kid or

  • 54:45

whatever it is I'm not feeling you like that this is not I don't want to do this but you like he's not grabbing on me stop trying to kiss me but

  • 54:51

I never felt like I was I was fearful I was in danger it's not that for a man yeah a woman as a man being all over her

  • 54:59

on top of it it's uncomfortable and she's actually really scared you know physically she's out she's not she

  • 55:05

you're you're out of her League like she can't you can physically dominate her if you want to a woman cannot physically

  • 55:11

dominate me as a man it's not gonna happen so I'm not fearful for that but it's a difference when we talk about

  • 55:17

sexual abuse coming from a woman and sexual abuse coming from men it's a true focus shouldn't even be in the same

  • 55:24

conversation I agree I agree with all that I just wanted to say I understand freezing and losing your voice in a

  • 55:30

moment that was all yeah yeah it was all I was trying it out there for sure Absalom let's uh let's address my tweet

  • 55:37

your tweet yeah I had a tweet this guy Rory and all this [ __ ] kid let's

  • 55:42

let's address mine I don't want to run I love finding out of um confirming anything I'm not gonna repeat the tweet

  • 55:49

cuz it's [ __ ] disgusting and ignorant and library like it's it's gross yo when

  • 55:56

I say of course I don't remember it ignores that of [ __ ] ominously out of

  • 56:01

it I just I didn't remember it yeah but don't tell him when I've read that I was [ __ ] embarrassed I was sitting in my

  • 56:09

kitchen like oh you know what the [ __ ] is wrong with that was the nastiest and

  • 56:14

    most ignorant [ __ ] I've read in a long time I'll be honest with you I liked when I saw that [ __ ] I was sitting there

  • 56:20

like don't what is wrong with you I felt nasty looking at it too I did it was and

  • 56:26

that's even with the understanding of all right it was a different time back there so no so what the fun thing I do

  • 56:32

think they didn't mean it Oh didn't mean anything I and I was kind of battling

  • 56:37

with myself during the day about the ocean because I'm like like you going bright before no no no no no no no no no

  • 56:43

no not oh um I know where that statement came from and the bitterness that I have

  • 56:50

harbored from 14 to 25 on that specific

  • 56:56

subject I knew where it came from and even the whole day I was like that's still not an excuse granny it's

  • 57:01

something I've worked out it was a number one topic with my therapist for a while

  • 57:07

about a specific situation in my teenage years that pertain to that and then I

  • 57:14

saw it in context and context is important and just because it was attached to the certain situation that

  • 57:21

was going on a one-day whoo look mister I still was like yo you're [ __ ] wrong

  • 57:26

I don't care that you've dealt with this with your bitterness that you Harvard for so long and you've worked through it

  • 57:31

and you no longer believe these things I was I was looking at myself like you

  • 57:37

know what is wrong with you you [ __ ] gross like that's such a stupid statement in such an irresponsible

  • 57:43

statement in such a dismissive statement to anyone that has dealt even someone

  • 57:51

that that has been in the opposite situation and I know plenty of people

  • 57:59

could be like I fan well you were completely falsely accused and acquitted

  • 58:04

of all that [ __ ] but I was still disgusted by that statement like that

  • 58:09

was just pure nasty bitterness immature she mm-hmm and it happens no no no I

  • 58:15

    ain't apologized yet no but I'm holy [ __ ] I'm sorry I don't give a [ __ ] off

  • 58:21

I'm sorry for not apologize no I apologize full up yeah thank you thank

  • 58:27

you feel like what Rory is saying when you like repulsed by yoast like word

  • 58:33

that [ __ ] made my flight it made my skin crawl and that's I want to point out that that that isn't it that is an

  • 58:38

important acknowledgement um I think we were talking we were talking before this

  • 58:44

before the part about just how I made certain situations worse for me being insensitive and dismissive yet people

  • 58:52

that actually experienced some [ __ ] because I had not gone through that but no that's part of being selfless that's

  • 58:58

part of growth growth Joe what I did was I took I took a situation that have

  • 59:04

happened in my life that was so foul to me and I hate using I don't want to

  • 59:12

buzzword with the trauma [ __ ] or whatever but well no mall just hit it on the head like I was home free

  • 59:17

his trauma I had a really really bad situation with a with a woman that lied

  • 59:25

and then admitted she lied about something that regarded that join the globe like wait like no I'm not even

  • 59:34

talking like a gray area fully came out and it did a full apology of I

  • 59:39

    completely lied mm-hmm so I harbored that that's that's how I

  • 59:45

lost my virginity I was introduced to sex this way mm-hmm so I held for over

  • 59:52

ten years like a horrible mentality on a lot of these situations and what's so

  • 1:00:00

nasty about my tweet is that I took my personal trauma and made it about other

  • 1:00:05

victims here projected er it's like

  • 1:00:10

    that's [ __ ] it's gross and and I this ain't an excuse on anything I'm [ __ ]

  • 1:00:16

wrong and I apologize I'm just telling you where was rooted from it was I

  • 1:00:22

wasn't making a bad joke like I saw a lot of people even people were defending like oh he's joking no that's how I felt

  • 1:00:30

and that's what was so wrong about you [Music] yes it's like we need many more spaces

  • 1:00:38

for like those types of conversations because it's important half it's

  • 1:00:44

important to have his port and acknowledge important to know when when you are reliving or or acting out on

  • 1:00:53

previous trauma is important to know when your trauma bonding yeah like a

  • 1:00:59

good trait of a man is you know recognizing your weak areas sure knives

  • 1:01:05

in your areas that you lack in and working on that and making those your strengths you know I'm saying and I think there's a lot of a lot of times we

  • 1:01:11

don't like to be you know cuz we always thought that we're supposed to be strong and you know we're supposed to not show

  • 1:01:17

any emotions and you know things like that you know that's what you're taught as a man it's okay to it's okay to you

  • 1:01:25

know be weak and be vulnerable as a man and and admit like yo I don't really

  • 1:01:30

know how to treat women right I don't know how to speak to him incorrectly I was never

  • 1:01:35

taught that you know I've only only speak to him in the way I saw my environment it's okay to like have these

  • 1:01:42

conversations with people and let them know like I feel like I don't know how to correctly maneuver as a man in this

  • 1:01:48

type of environment I don't know how to treat women the way maybe I should and we need to

  • 1:01:55

put that out there and let let let young especially young men know that it's okay to admit that and want to get help in

  • 1:02:01

those areas one thousand million my mom told me a long time ago it's important to let people know exactly who you are right oh they know how to help you yeah

  • 1:02:09

right how to help you how to how to receive you house yeah except you you

  • 1:02:14

know and and and and in what spaces took to kind of like invite you into yeah

  • 1:02:20

because sometimes you might be inviting somebody into a space with like this is something that will trigger them and

  • 1:02:26

this is something that they're not comfortable being around and so now but you didn't know that because you never had this conversation with this person

  • 1:02:32

yeah and now you have them in a situation to where they're not comfortable which means now they're gonna make somebody else uncomfortable

  • 1:02:38

yeah I mean uh insecurity plays a whole huge part in that and truly telling

  • 1:02:45

people who you are because people are insecure I know I know it's not the greatest thing to admit cuz it makes you

  • 1:02:51

look super weak before people are [ __ ] naturally insecure well cuz because the culture is hiding who you are yeah yeah

  • 1:02:59

that that Noah thought the tradition is I'm not letting all these people know exactly who I am and what I do when I

  • 1:03:05

get home and I'm alone like and you say insecure you automatically think something physical and even even

  • 1:03:13

physical thing you know yeah this is there's a lot of people walking around

  • 1:03:18

that are mentally insecure about a lot of things because more insecurity uh it

  • 1:03:24

really comes from not having enough information on something no not not enough information on yourself right

  • 1:03:30

that's who the insecurity comes from not knowing who you are as a person and that's okay right and if you don't know

  • 1:03:37

how to speak to women you know now you're in security taps in when you try to talk to a woman and she you know

  • 1:03:42

declines or you know they know I'm not interested now you ain't security kicks in because you feel

  • 1:03:48

like well I don't know how to have a conversation with you unless it's about something sexual and on that in a space

  • 1:03:54

where sigh okay now you just made uncomfortable yeah now you're inappropriate and now you're approaching a space to where you know legally things

  • 1:04:03

can happen now because now you're doing with things where you're becoming physical and it's like she didn't want any of it and I think a lot of that comes in to

  • 1:04:09

coerce is how you pronounce I weren't I think people are so insecure within

  • 1:04:15

themselves and what they are as a person that they only highlight to what they

  • 1:04:22

think is popping and that's their way to get [ __ ] so that's what they use is is

  • 1:04:28

a huge insecurity I can't get a girl being myself cuz I don't know myself and

  • 1:04:33

I'm insecure so let me use my highlight reel of what I can offer and now I'm to

  • 1:04:41

that definition of the course [ __ ] using my power to try to do [ __ ] we were

  • 1:04:47

we were talking earlier off off off off air and I was telling Rory that you know

  • 1:04:54

    a lot of [ __ ] that I've said in my life I didn't mean I know I say a lot is it

  • 1:05:03

that I just don't mean that people will try to use to paint my character for me

  • 1:05:10

and that was a harsh lesson that I had to learn in my 30s like well wait a minute how did these people continue to

  • 1:05:16

have the ability to weaponize some [ __ ] that it's you saying did you sing and later in my 30s it

  • 1:05:23

became really important for me for my words and my actions to match at all

  • 1:05:29

times yeah because one day I'll have to rely on my word and that would be

  • 1:05:36

important so let me just let me just be totally transparent here we're not normally that way on this on this uh podcast but I do I judge any [ __ ] that

  • 1:05:44

only wants [ __ ] from a girl it tells me things about you oh yeah yeah but I I know I know

  • 1:05:49

that's called a locker room talk I've always been the guy that I just always find it with when you know we'd

  • 1:05:57

go out and you got that one guy that's right it might even be a friend it might be just an associate of somebody you know past it and all they're talking

  • 1:06:04

about is Dan I'm trying to get some [ __ ] I'm trying and it's like Finn you know it's okay to just go out and have a good time and go

  • 1:06:09

back home and just go to sleep yo last week y'all owe more personal way

  • 1:06:15

although the [ __ ] is when you know her yo last week y'all almost triggered me

  • 1:06:21

in here when uh when raw Reed used that kill term yeah like I get triggered over

  • 1:06:26

[ __ ] like that fair that's for cuz that's fair it's it speaks volumes yeah

  • 1:06:33

    it's a yeah we're speaking like that

  • 1:06:39

it's jokes between us and I mean everyone's got everyone here knows if I

  • 1:06:46

say that well it's not a joke if we never get four it's a fact that's a huge fat so and that's important roll with it

  • 1:06:53

yeah that's the that's the way I said to Rory earlier yo hey Dave they say that

  • 1:06:59

we did the toxic podcast and that's only cool with me because I know where our core is and I would like to believe

  • 1:07:06

we're not toxic at all and I and my reply to that was yeah all the toxic jokes are funny until it's time to get

  • 1:07:13

serious yeah and if you don't know my truths on how I really feel about women

  • 1:07:19

and anything that has to do with toxic none of those jokes are funny they only funny because you know my truth and

  • 1:07:24

where I stand when it comes to this [ __ ] for real right like we we the quote

  • 1:07:30

misogynistic podcast all that [ __ ] I let those jokes fly and I'm comfortable with those jokes because I know everyone in

  • 1:07:36

here and how they like who they are as people and I know that's weird to say because I guess I didn't know yeah so

  • 1:07:47

that's that's why I have to that's why today couldn't have been jokes to me because someone who I thought for sure

  • 1:07:54

what was moving fine I thought for sure was it's changed a bit so so today I

  • 1:08:01

can't I can't joke today even forth even those words for sure I know like no that's

  • 1:08:06

problem yeah when we say these words my

  • 1:08:11

words means yeah like you better be sure you had better be certain this walks

  • 1:08:18

right back I try not to cosign but so many [ __ ] listen if I get my uncle a

  • 1:08:24

job at the place that I work and my junk uncle comes to work and smokes a whole bunch of crack at work he's gonna lose

  • 1:08:30

his job but they gonna look at me like so when we start talking about cosines

  • 1:08:38

you are who you hang out with yeah but unfortunately yeah I need to be certain

  • 1:08:44

of my friends on some level like the same way a we gonna go to sleep wake up

  • 1:08:50

and hopefully the Sun would be out the next day we could count on it I need to be able to count on my friends yeah in

  • 1:08:56

certain in certain instances yeah and even putting myself in you know in that

  • 1:09:01

position of you know people being a comfortable you know when the [ __ ] came out on me months ago about you know

  • 1:09:08

years ago on Twitter tweeting and having jokes back and forth people and it didn't dad didn't bother me because any

  • 1:09:15

woman that has ever been around me knows that I mean I had a bunch of women hit me like they clearly don't know you

  • 1:09:21

because do you don't you're not like that that those are jokes you have you love women of any shade color height

  • 1:09:28

size weight doesn't matter but it only bothered me when because that's how I felt I was like women that know me know

  • 1:09:34

that that's [ __ ] like they know I'm not nothing like that but when you're they passed the ego pride and defense in

  • 1:09:41

our job not only that people know who we are not only that the women that didn't

  • 1:09:46

know me yeah that's when they bothered me because I'm like I remember that this woman that don't know me yes oh now they

  • 1:09:53

feel like this is a true thing about me and that's when that started to affect me and I'm like that's when I felt like

  • 1:09:59

I you know what I got to speak on it because it was like I said I have thick

  • 1:10:04

skin she didn't bother me I know it's not true the truth is gonna always be the truth mm-hmm but when people don't know you

  • 1:10:10

they don't know your truth yeah and that's what I had to learn and that's when it was like okay I have a responsibility to let people know

  • 1:10:17

exactly who I am always yeah yeah and that's kind of what this podcaster has taught me like to Joe's

  • 1:10:26

point of saying I say Matt [ __ ] I don't mean you can't do that when you have a platform like you kind of got to stand

  • 1:10:33

by what you say it in you have to be responsible in what you're doing and

  • 1:10:39

everything that you're saying because now there's more power to this voice it

  • 1:10:44

ain't just you joking with your friends cuz i you know I know this podcast started that way but it's we're not

  • 1:10:51

there anyways we're not there anymore yeah this is developed it's developed into something else um I was telling

  • 1:10:58

Rory yesterday I think that you know one of the underrated parts of podcasting

  • 1:11:03

that's never really spoken about is you have to record well for us we have to

  • 1:11:08

record twice a week yeah now most podcasts don't record twice a week

  • 1:11:15

alright and when you start this long and this verse of a submit and when you

  • 1:11:20

don't Parks is correct and when that's the case you may be to skip a topic

  • 1:11:26

right yeah you may be commit something something might come and go without getting your two cents on it now when

  • 1:11:33

you record for two and a half hours twice a week they have been plenty of

  • 1:11:38

times that I have come in here not wanting to talk my breakup was prime was

  • 1:11:44

the most recent case yeah remember for me I was fun I was [ __ ] I [ __ ] suck on torsion we got off

  • 1:11:52

tour I was sleeping and [ __ ] my driver's car in a fetal position in the backseat I didn't want to come and talk

  • 1:11:58

to y'all [ __ ] but guess what this where we at we know we don't have the luxury of skipping some [ __ ] or or or

  • 1:12:06

not having a feeling about some [ __ ] especially when it's people that we know people that we've spoken about in this

  • 1:12:11

podcast before I want to apologize to anybody to to any any woman out there

  • 1:12:17

that has felt away at our mere mention of of your [ __ ] attacker yeah that

  • 1:12:25

that's that's when it becomes you know it just becomes a different game I was saying before

  • 1:12:31

because when all these shootings going on yesterday and this is gonna this is this is double-sided here of course

  • 1:12:36

because I was really happy and I felt really nasty but when I was reading all this [ __ ] that's like damn well what do

  • 1:12:44

you do if you're innocent of this and you're caught and you're caught to the carpet and then my next thought was

  • 1:12:49

thank God that half of the women on this timeline have been with me alone so

  • 1:12:55

right they they can kind of speak to they can kind of speak to just how I give it up when I'm alone with a woman

  • 1:13:02

and in my next door with a boy that's how II really but but it's not it's just

  • 1:13:09

being in social we've hosted pool parties bro we know friends and we always say hey you got friends they come

  • 1:13:16

with the crew like like there are there are people that when you live a certain way people are able to speak to how how

  • 1:13:23

you live and it's just really important and that's that's a fact and I know well you've treated women that have come

  • 1:13:29

to the house when I've been around but you still home now I don't think we make

  • 1:13:36

we make the joke of joke and we say that the women come around me I almost guarantee it that they will want to have

  • 1:13:44

sex with me before I'm feeling like that toward them I do that as a safety precaution for them to let them know

  • 1:13:50

exactly the type of negative dealing with and this is gonna be on your terms yeah right this is gonna be totally on

  • 1:13:56

your terms you're gonna be mad at how long I don't want to [ __ ] because I have been in some situations that have

  • 1:14:02

scarred me hmm so I have to protect myself the facts because I can't afford another one play

  • 1:14:08

it by the grace of God we here and we could get on a mic and talk and people

  • 1:14:13

will listen that wasn't always the case yeah Mike there's a responsibility that

  • 1:14:20

comes with this [ __ ] man and what what I will say I cuz I don't want to drag too long don't know how long we've been

  • 1:14:26

recording now III thank God Rory and I did in a moment of transparency with you that when this situation arose I didn't

  • 1:14:35

have a doubt in my mind when it came to you know but it's important move that way it's important that I hear you know

  • 1:14:42

that but what's the main can't confirm how men are moving out

  • 1:14:47

here I will say I did get a lot of text messages from women saying that and that

  • 1:14:54

made me feel better because you're always at the court of public opinion and I saw my name being dragged into so

  • 1:15:02

much words that hurt my soul that when I was getting text messages like come on

  • 1:15:09

no they dragging you into this because of your association with him just know like we know we know how you are I won't

  • 1:15:18

tell you my next door oh well I didn't want to write after that was Oh doing it

  • 1:15:27

she could be white but to start to wrap

  • 1:15:42

this up to your original point of this podcast to run back to that quickly why

  • 1:15:50

are you answering the phone then um to my original point of how the podcast now

  • 1:15:58

we we kind of have a responsibility to say [ __ ] last table talk my ego back to

  • 1:16:06

the ego word Jadakiss pinkett-smith that's not who you are no no my ego came

  • 1:16:20

in from rip and was like first of all I didn't do a [ __ ] thing wrong I don't

  • 1:16:29

owe anybody a [ __ ] response and then I started thinking about our podcast and

  • 1:16:34

I said yeah I do you do I do I totally do we are we are we are public

  • 1:16:39

servants yes I can weeks on this part but to the point that podcasting is so dope until you get here - yeah yeah but

  • 1:16:48

no you can't have one without the other no this is offices you got a top son like you owe it to them yeah no but this

  • 1:16:53

is also this is also you know this is podcasting and the beautiful part is about

  • 1:16:59

podcasting is we control the narrative when we and we address the things we want to address and this is something

  • 1:17:05

like we said dissing did these are conversations that need to be had I think a lot of these conversations would

  • 1:17:10

be normal if we make them normal yeah you know if we make it cool if we make it cool to hold our homeboys and our

  • 1:17:17

friends and our sisters and our brothers accountable and strangers and strangers like if we make that a thing where it's

  • 1:17:23

like yo it's okay to talk about this it's okay to have these conversations each other make that cool we make a lot

  • 1:17:28

    of the dumb [ __ ] cool let's make the real [ __ ] mode most mostly dumb [ __ ] where you're made the popeyes chicken

  • 1:17:33

sandwich cool right nice man and we

  • 1:17:38

never heard another peep about it we just makes you cool and then that's the end of it one more let me make myself

  • 1:17:44

perfectly clear I already told all of my male friends who Oh shall support

  • 1:17:49

I already told told them to their face it I'm gonna call the police on them I'm

  • 1:17:55

gonna get some forget y'all off the streets tell em we do we blame

  • 1:18:05

monopolies right now really listening he's not complying yeah you know the

  • 1:18:13

front door is you have to because then

  • 1:18:20

then you know it if nice one teach one man yeah you click starts to look like yeah start to look crazy you start to

  • 1:18:27

look like clowns like yeah I mean so you have to hold each other accountable you have to pull your homeboy to decide when

  • 1:18:32

you see them slipping that's your job as a real is a real friend and a real man mm-hmm you have to pull your homie to the side

  • 1:18:39

and you have to pull them and let him know when he's slipping and it's our job our job our our our us all of us our job

  • 1:18:48

to protect women now apps sometimes though sometimes it don't feel the

  • 1:18:53

greatest saying that because there's a bunch of men that try to [ __ ] claw sleep with women behind the guise of yo

  • 1:19:01

we have to protect women and I'm not one of those guys and everyone I truly feel like that like that is art is the

  • 1:19:07

community's job it's so much more important the real topic you think we addressed it

  • 1:19:12

really well we did today and I'm not gonna get into them guys know I kind of after not everything settled down but I

  • 1:19:21

did a bit I don't want the pet dog the back of my mind it was men that do that

  • 1:19:27

are [ __ ] gross work like the men that try to pretend that they're the

  • 1:19:33

protector and hero of all women with these certain topics and just make everything about them in order to

  • 1:19:39

impress women to end up just trying to get [ __ ] y'all are [ __ ] gross I know

  • 1:19:44

that those are predators who they prey on you predator different thing you predator different right right but let's

  • 1:19:52

be clear they exist too and no it's a lifestyle with them it's a lifestyle with them but this is they they they do

  • 1:19:58

it with social justice issues they do it with everything that's really important to the world absolutely and it's so and

  • 1:20:05

in the how do y'all not see through it and one one podcast we're gonna get to you guys you wait right there

  • 1:20:12

we've got more serious things to deal with well you guys wait is coming we have to talk about Alexis Skye well now

  • 1:20:19

[Laughter] listen in closing yeah if I know now I want to close first number one priority

  • 1:20:27

in thought is is with every woman that is a victim to everything that happened

  • 1:20:33

yesterday Monday whatever you're listening to this that's first number one priority in my mind that's who I'm

  • 1:20:40

thinking of I pray there's peace and how we solve this I don't have the answers

  • 1:20:46

right now I'm working through it well Rory apologizes that Joe had to experience this I I wait I don't even

  • 1:20:54

know what I don't need to answer I don't even know what to say at that point I you're on my brain non-stop about what

  • 1:21:01

you had to deal with and and again it's unfortunate you know but again we have

  • 1:21:07

to do a better job at holding our friends and our family and people around us accountable

  • 1:21:13

well gracefully yeah where I stopped talking about let's talk about that

  • 1:21:20

here's the thing I think I moved just fine in that in that conversation me too just fine me

  • 1:21:27

too I do but here's the thing I feel I feel because I did because most of us would

  • 1:21:33

have done I don't feel like that makes you complicit for now I don't know no no because I take that that alleged charge

  • 1:21:42

so seriously so seriously that I you know me bots are in my DMS bro that I

  • 1:21:50

don't I don't reply to D like at all but when it's something that that's this

  • 1:21:55

serious so I got a reply I have to I have to figure out what's going on yet

  • 1:22:02

that leaves Cu and and then on top of that I'm confronting my [ __ ] mans yeah what the [ __ ] is going on yeah like

  • 1:22:09

we all would like you know what you're supposed to I will ask Rory up I will ask Rory this question because I'm

  • 1:22:15

ignorant - well fraternities and [ __ ] like that I know that this is your frat brother

  • 1:22:20

right frat that is I mean that's not our yes we both happen to be fraternity

  • 1:22:28

brothers but that was my man's like got it but what I'm inspite it wasn't because of fraternity [ __ ] that was my

  • 1:22:34

mess but what I'm asking is is is is there is there a way to deal with these

  • 1:22:40

things as they arrive in fraternities

  • 1:22:46

here's the thing I'll be honest with you and I want backlash for many of my frat

  • 1:22:52

people out there but us people that are unaware and unfamiliar and just uneducated generous stories floating

  • 1:22:59

around about frats think that's how every impressed depicted in media and

  • 1:23:05

movies and yeah here's on I mean I mean the thing with that of course the phret

  • 1:23:11

doesn't because the fraternity is so big this is very miniscule to the worldwide

  • 1:23:19

fraternity it's certainly in our world with everything that happened that's why we're addressing it but no I doubt this

  • 1:23:27

got to the headquarters of Kappa so but

  • 1:23:33

I would be irresponsible to say that so I can kicked out of a friend oh no you could

  • 1:23:40

what they kick people out of frets every [ __ ] day but why like I was but I

  • 1:23:45

mean there's many reasons behavioral issues though sure yeah absolutely

  • 1:23:51

um best so that's sick then here's the thing cut I don't want to make it

  • 1:23:58

specific to just fraternities mm-hmm and I don't want to just highlight the bet I mean there's so much good with

  • 1:24:04

fraternities but I would be irresponsible to say that fraternity culture has a lot of inappropriate

  • 1:24:13

behavior in college culture has a lot of inappropriate behavior it's it's a very

  • 1:24:19

it's a bunch of young people that are finally on their own and have no guidance or idea how to move by

  • 1:24:28

themselves and then you throw in alcohol and just your own it's just it's [ __ ]

  • 1:24:35

    it's not an excuse they're just it's it's it's really bad and it it's it's

  • 1:24:42

really unfortunate with with college culture and fraternity culture and just

  • 1:24:48

everything in general that's not I just don't wanna make it sound like I'm condemning anyone that's and I don't want to make you the spokesperson for no

  • 1:24:55

and I don't want to be and because cuz Boyd if fraternities do so much amazing

  • 1:25:00

things for the community outside of college and how they have changed

  • 1:25:05

people's lives every [ __ ] day it but if we're on this topic I'd be

  • 1:25:11

irresponsible to say that there's not nasty fraternity behavior at these

  • 1:25:16

parties yeah got it there is yeah at its effect I didn't

  • 1:25:22

want to make it a friend thing I just I I just AM is it something is this something in New Jersey specific to the

  • 1:25:29

chapter I was in or was around or affiliated with with women no to my

  • 1:25:35

knowledge not at all I can't say that ever happened that's so what just put I'd be so irresponsible to say that that

  • 1:25:42

don't happen it happens of course it does well yeah that's like very what but that's also like that's why I can't

  • 1:25:48

condemn cap a specific or fraternities be when you have a network of the whole

  • 1:25:53

world how do you monitor specific people it's impossible

  • 1:26:00

I can't condemn a whole organization for people that are in some state that you

  • 1:26:08

don't know what's going on and what they doing in their own personal lives and happened to be part of this organization you can condemn them if they no no no no

  • 1:26:14

I'm condemned here no no you can continue can condemn them I'm saying you can't stop it because you don't know you

  • 1:26:20

got it No condemn them maybe I misspoke their boycott it condemned them for sure but no you can't monitor it the way that you

  • 1:26:28

would like I know that's the only question I had about about that type of stuff do you guys do you gentlemen have

  • 1:26:36

any more questions for Rory any any final statements on this is not really

  • 1:26:41

too much music or music related things to get to but we can try our darndest

  • 1:26:47

y'all you have the floor I think sin Floyd wants me to check back in the game man now I mean I think we are you know

  • 1:26:56

as far as that topic you know again we just got to do a better job at holding

  • 1:27:02

each other accountable went home opening opening the door for real comma dialogue

  • 1:27:07

yeah yeah and dialogue with each other I think I think that's the most that's where it starts it you have to have

  • 1:27:12

these conversations with the people around you and again if you don't even

  • 1:27:18

if you don't know who to talk to man you [ __ ] job to just use and I know

  • 1:27:23

everybody doesn't have it but you have to just use better judgment you have to know when people are not comfortable and

  • 1:27:30

you know you have to know when you're not being appropriate or you're being inappropriate you just have to do a

  • 1:27:36

better job at just assessing you know violate the people around you and ask yourself am i somebody that's making

  • 1:27:42

this comfortable for somebody is this as in anybody around me uncomfortable and if you feel like that have that

  • 1:27:48

conversation man is it all starts with talking and just understanding what page everybody is on in and that to me that

  • 1:27:55

eliminates a lot a lot a lot of [ __ ] and a lot of problems and issues that may come about you just have to talk and

  • 1:28:03

just have these conversations it's better to have conversation that may feel awkward at the moment mmm that will alleviate a lot

  • 1:28:10

of [ __ ] down the line yeah that's just the bottom line you got it we got to start having different type of

  • 1:28:17

dialogue and conversations with one another is beyond time it's we have to make that the norm we have to understand

  • 1:28:23

what people are at mentally we have to get help if we feel like we need help we

  • 1:28:29

have to help each other and that's just the bottom line and it's unfortunate you know again this

  • 1:28:34

won't be the this won't be the last time that something like this comes about you know me but it's just we have to do our

  • 1:28:40

job of being more responsible adults in more responsible individuals and having these conversations and bringing and

  • 1:28:48

trying to monitor that type of behavior that that's where my apology is mmm foot

  • 1:28:55

like I apologize for not trying to

  • 1:29:00

monitor more maybe I should have monitored more III wasn't aware and and

  • 1:29:06

that that's where my stomach has been sick like maybe I should I get asked

  • 1:29:14

more questions like maybe I should have maybe I [ __ ] out on my watch thrown myself more into maybe I shouldn't have

  • 1:29:21

just went home like maybe I should have stayed that's that's kind of where is

  • 1:29:27

that I get it with me so my apology is

  • 1:29:32

there for sure I wish granted up from my understanding every situation that was

  • 1:29:38

noted I wasn't even there or around but that doesn't mean that behavior hasn't

  • 1:29:43

met [ __ ] it doesn't it doesn't matter at all it doesn't matter doesn't matter if it parks what up you had last work um no I

  • 1:29:51

think we covered pretty much everything but uh yeah consent is mandatory no one owes you sex

  • 1:29:59

and check your mints and let me utilize kinda it let me utilize this time and let any

  • 1:30:04

women shout out to the women listeners let me let any of you out there know if there is a gentleman running around

  • 1:30:10

leveraging the good Joe button name to try to get [ __ ] that's not my man wait

  • 1:30:16

what someone did that I'm sure positive that has happened but we have

  • 1:30:22

we have the point I don't know at all men are leverage let's list the names of the minutes getting to some jokes closer

  • 1:30:28

to women Joe Budden getting you in the [ __ ] where's that now I'm trying to

  • 1:30:34

make it lighter here is the name Joe button is getting you the two [ __ ] I've

  • 1:30:40

never tried it so that happen I've just

  • 1:30:47

never tried here no button no I'm saying

  • 1:30:52

if I went out and was like yo I know Joe that's giving me the Box I'm sure something bad would try to use that yeah

  • 1:30:59

I think about you and I'm better I'm trying to be my friend that's all not

  • 1:31:05

different you should be mean to you

  • 1:31:14

talking to me all right you guys things

  • 1:31:20

are getting spicy between Alexis Skye

  • 1:31:32

reveal that ye know can you believe it she about to be exposed

  • 1:31:38

  • 1:31:46

Parks he's really invested in anything Alexis guy parks you football apart this

  • 1:31:56

might be the wrong time to bring this up but one of my favorite things during the quarantine is like seeing hoes talk

  • 1:32:02

about how they're using this time usefully that like be spiritual and connect with themselves and be hosts up

  • 1:32:08

it's like a hos love being spiritual say now they'd be the most spiritual in the loan word I don't know how this came up

  • 1:32:15

with yeah well I'm not into the Range Rover I'm not like when you pay a certain dollar amount for a car like I

  • 1:32:20

want some type of luxury and it don't handle like luxury really ain't really luxurious inside I come coming from

  • 1:32:27

Mercedes anyway but did you say you got a new Range Rover though yeah you just replace the Range Rover with the range

  • 1:32:33

the law it's a different it's a different one that's just I know is if not even know whatever Lara will if you

  • 1:32:39

were still rapping what would you rom that with oh come on probably sneaking

  • 1:32:50

some velour in velour in the bunny that's my char it's you - barks partyers

  • 1:32:55

you almost call alarm oh yeah got the velour new claw oh yeah the

  • 1:33:03

world is such a better place now that I don't have no more honestly yeah alright

  • 1:33:08

so let's get back to some of these battles I meant to talk about this last week because this was a really really

  • 1:33:13

really big deal to me maybe not so much in the hip-hop community but John peaky

  • 1:33:18

do you all know who John peek is I don't I don't think so remember that name ball

  • 1:33:24

you will never be my friend again if you do not know Johnny Rorion Parks maybe

  • 1:33:29

not but I remind that black dude you was in a choir you came up in the church

  • 1:33:34

okay pinky is gospel royalty yeah I only know that name because every song that

  • 1:33:41

my choir director tried to teach us was from him okay so John P key is which I

  • 1:33:47

searched Oh monumental in Jersey - okay I was thinking maybe Queens monumental I

  • 1:33:53

know I was up in monumental Jersey City and my in high school art choir director died with the lead singer of just gave

  • 1:33:59

us all of the John PG songs and voice for you wait hold on oh no we've killed

  • 1:34:06

more for this choir [ __ ] every years baritone you are now admitting that you were also I mean you wasn't Harlem boy's

  • 1:34:13

life for pure Jewish you have you is it with this soprano you is Jersey City Boys Choir ah you want to say that be

  • 1:34:21

clear we got to first chairs on this pot no no but it's difference different is the mall never knit mom they never gave

  • 1:34:27

mall the lead why have we not started navigate hold up but in heaven child harmony Oh y'all Guignol jokes off but

  • 1:34:33

hold on let me be clear and and what I'm saying they never gave more the lead don't want put more wink you're more

  • 1:34:40

[ __ ] up mall I have footage of me singing the lead do you or you will change I can find it

  • 1:34:45

well you you scroll down your points right that's fine with the plumbers like I could call my mom or somebody in

  • 1:34:52

Jersey City and they have footage of Joe Budden being the lead now back to Rory I only clown mall for the same reason I

  • 1:34:59

clam all the time I'm all it's too cool for anything so when you bring up not true well so you look you look really

  • 1:35:06

funny you look really good still fighting that's an exclusive one of

  • 1:35:13

seven Grizelda maruti you have on wait you know what time it is the LA is upside down yeah you have you have

  • 1:35:19

general wings on the print yeah you never general Devery thing general whatever even at general never even at

  • 1:35:25

general so that's not even you dish at

  • 1:35:35

the spot but listen hear me I've told this story a bunch of times how I came up I only left a choir but kinda drugs

  • 1:35:42

okay that'll do they wouldn't let you do drugs in the car isn't that you're supposed to bring you in for that quiet

  • 1:35:49

so to help you they're supposed to help you require quiet [ __ ] it's freaky so trying to give me the go behind the

  • 1:35:59

Thursday class no that's why that's that's where the church be full of [ __ ]

  • 1:36:05

when they be like come as you are all right I'm high come as you are no I

  • 1:36:17

was I was leading my choir mr. Matthews will attest to it I hope he's still doing good but uh why - holy [ __ ] but uh

  • 1:36:30

no John P key did a verses battle that wasn't versus against Hezekiah Walker oh

  • 1:36:38

wow and this was a really big deal this yeah big I didn't get to see the actual

  • 1:36:45

battle so I don't know who won but my pink was John peek he just cuz that's how I came up and I refused to go

  • 1:36:51

against my childhood Oh Hezekiah Walker got some records though definitely that'll learn stuff Clark Sisters

  • 1:36:59

ya know now there's much by the way that said that movie series whatever was great a no Clark Sisters [ __ ] if you

  • 1:37:05

    haven't watched I don't see it oh it's your Ruby you gotta watch that that's a lifetime yeah I think I don't know I

  • 1:37:12

don't know I don't go I think his lifetime could've told me but it but I will watch that there's me sleeping on

  • 1:37:18

Kirk - you can't spoon without talking

  • 1:37:23

Kirk Franklin but I just thought it was interesting that the gospel the gospel dudes have got involved in the vs. thing

  • 1:37:30

I really got to shout out this thing that Timbaland and Swiss if they've started because even though people farm

  • 1:37:36

me I got the hiccups people are running off with their own renditions of [ __ ] like I'd like my god I you seen both

  • 1:37:44

dogs and dogs in three wait is that happening bong-soon tonight tomorrow what are

  • 1:37:50

these days Bone Thugs verse like not tonight we're recording see like when people are hearing this I'm not missing

  • 1:37:55

that maybe I'm ignorant here's the thing Kimmi bump I don't know Bone Thugs is

  • 1:38:02

likes both to be the greatest group all time like as far as the compliments and accolades no they're not you said what

  • 1:38:08

another that's close and I'm smothering I was gonna continue to say I say that

  • 1:38:14

to say I think three six we'll take that but I'll enjoy them the bone thug records more than I will at three six

  • 1:38:20

months was gonna take it I love Bone Thugs you think that's like a they're

  • 1:38:27

the heavy favorite three six I would think because of singles not because of music I think that both dogs had bigger

  • 1:38:35

records though to us yeah to us you have to realize versus battles it's the

  • 1:38:40

public true didn't three there's a glad more commercially successful singles I

  • 1:38:46

guess I think what happened and that's what I'm back to my original statement they've Rory wanted to challenge I'm

  • 1:38:51

pretty sure I did I did some research years ago and palm thugs was like the

  • 1:38:57

highest selling group with the high over like alcohol know they're up there though they're not

  • 1:39:04

far oh no no I wouldn't say that would be far but to be the number one I wouldn't say that I don't know if I'll cast I

  • 1:39:09

don't know if outcasts let's look up the crossroad stats oh yeah I felt like I

  • 1:39:20

lost uncle Charlie yeah well you didn't

  • 1:39:26

hey barks I got three six in that battle too by the way I would agree just cuz

  • 1:39:32

they have more like I've said a lot of times about these battles they have more aggressive they have music and I think

  • 1:39:37

they have they have anyone I think don't it's more of a catalog to choose from no

  • 1:39:44

let's just cuz if you talk to dad now solo stuff where who solo stuff three

  • 1:39:50

six project Pat Juicy J they don't have but three six as a group was functioning

  • 1:39:57

for longer than Bone Thugs is that is that false no I think that's accurate yeah so what I think bone thugs have had

  • 1:40:06

had a bigger record suggests yeah mo Cowan thugs has has bone thugs probably they have bigger records but I mean they

  • 1:40:12

disbanded at one point they've had some term if they've had come on one of their

  • 1:40:18

members one of their members shot another member by accident I didn't

  • 1:40:23

realize how active they were in the 2000s uh that are to War II neither did me neither by the way the art award [ __ ]

  • 1:40:29

that I'm looking now has some [ __ ] on it yeah outside of the obvious with a

  • 1:40:36

ninety nine nine internal [ __ ] but they got eazy-e joints that they could play like for the love of money couldn't ring

  • 1:40:43

off well to me well that's a fact that's to anybody but I'm no I'm trying to

  • 1:40:48

think outside of turn ones yeah I don't know thuggish ruggish bone is hard to

  • 1:40:54

bone but three six I've got four points that they getting automatically and I'm

  • 1:41:00

giving the rest of the three six three six percent and and probably the whole bone does could beat me up so I'm in the

  • 1:41:08

hole three six Hey well I'm rooting for them today wouldn't they would love me you know I'm like you're right so I don't know who who

  • 1:41:16

booked this for people that know how at homecoming obviously y'all know that we're definitely busy bowling our school

  • 1:41:21

    - I went up yardfest it at Howard homecoming is like a really big thing mm-hmm they get like Drake did it like

  • 1:41:29

they get big acts to do me Artfest to perform he's pretty good for some reason

  • 1:41:35

and I'm not saying this to [ __ ] on bone thugs I'm talking about the audience that they're serving booked Bone Thugs

  • 1:41:41

like a couple years ago I couldn't wait to go but I was sitting there watching

  • 1:41:48

and I was so happy to see Bone Thugs together and like busy look real healthy and I was like oh this is great when I

  • 1:41:56

say I could not stop laughing at the 18 to 21 year olds that go to Howard

  • 1:42:02

staring at this group of men singing these songs like you know what the tow

  • 1:42:09

they had two chains last year what

  • 1:42:16

who the [ __ ] book I was sitting there enjoying my love like they would know

  • 1:42:22

they killed bone thugs killed I've never seen them love but I would man that was my first time seeing them love and they

  • 1:42:28

killed like they were they look like they they like went in prepped for the

  • 1:42:34

[ __ ] like it wasn't a shitty performance at all they killed this [ __ ] but in front of people that were born in 1998

  • 1:42:42

yeah I would imagine it's a little bit yeah but you know what I don't understand about that because I feel

  • 1:42:48

like now it's so easy for people to know about artists that before them like I

  • 1:42:54

had big records before they were like outside or of age like when meet Joe and we were 18 if we wanted to know about

  • 1:43:01

and we probably in the crazy city as we did at 18 we knew about like the older rap yes in an artist but like if we

  • 1:43:10

wanted to really know about their music we had to physically go look for it go search for it yeah now you can literally

  • 1:43:16

open your phone and hear Bone Thugs first album yeah but what I'll put out

  • 1:43:22

but at the same time is tasty which too young music that I can open in

  • 1:43:27

my phone why am i trying to check what the older people doing but more I'm all to that to that to that point that

  • 1:43:33

you're making there was a whole lot of music that our parents put us on to it

  • 1:43:38

was playing and that that you know we wouldn't have known nothing about but in that same moment there was a whole bunch

  • 1:43:44

of music on like eight debts yes that we was not gonna find out about because

  • 1:43:50

technology wouldn't even allow us to play eight that right can you talk about you mean I mean I'm saying dad yes that

  • 1:44:01

was a mixed a barrel with a debts the eight-track agent of our parents were using 8-track and then we just never

  • 1:44:07

knew nothing about that so I feel like that's kind of where we are now like yes dreaming is here but be clear all music

  • 1:44:14

ain't on streaming depend on who owns the rights mm-hmm true and if the there's so much

  • 1:44:20

that is available on streaming that the kids ain't really trying to go it's hard for me to find out all the music that

  • 1:44:26

was released yesterday and y'all are under estimating kids not giving a [ __ ] like they don't in the way that we we

  • 1:44:35

work that dojo like I know if I like something right if I like something like

  • 1:44:41

I genuinely felt like music like I especially for like a certain genre I

  • 1:44:46

think that it's your duty to know about the legends and the classic albums and

  • 1:44:52

the classic songs and the people that came before and I just don't understand how it's possible for you to enjoy

  • 1:44:59

something especially in art form and not knows and not you doe have to know it

  • 1:45:04

all of the history but at least ten years before you just all we got out and this is the harsh truth we have a lot of

  • 1:45:10

people in the music business that are not music lovers oh god no and and we know that you're

  • 1:45:16

talking from a business level your business oh yeah you tell they're out on opportunity like oh I love this culture

  • 1:45:22

I love music I want to just learn and hear all that I can have it we lead up

  • 1:45:27

to this point a lot of people like that first person comes much like reason from tbe he's one of them to me and it's

  • 1:45:34

almost a knock like almost yeah these these kids that go back and do research

  • 1:45:39

and listen and wanna hip you to all the [ __ ] that was dope back then it's like used as a knock dem here and not some

  • 1:45:46

reason are you man wise you get knocked for having knowledge Daniel from

  • 1:45:54

division to the war no more conversations him and I be having about these verses battles and all that [ __ ]

  • 1:46:00

I'm like oh nevermind I apologize you know music knows me real you know you

  • 1:46:06

can hear it in these are in the music here but a lot of people like for me I

  • 1:46:12

feel so blessed that my father was so in to Motown in the blues and even a lot of

  • 1:46:21

70s rock and I'm so happy my mom was so into 80s pop music like I just got so

  • 1:46:27

much in my home with music that I grew up with that I know everyone didn't then I went outside I was the youngest person

  • 1:46:34

on my block so I was getting the older rap music from the people outside I just

  • 1:46:39

want to point out if this were our normal podcast I had a real toxic joke that I thought would have been a home

  • 1:46:44

run just now but it's gone it's gone I think I know what it is my dad is

  • 1:47:27

funny this is not the park a sport one day would we're more mature I want to

  • 1:47:33

get into how y'all well more you guys sibling yeah listen now it's not the time but one day I'd like when we're

  • 1:47:39

more mature I want to have the conversation about how some siblings feel at at their dad or their parent

  • 1:47:47

treating the younger sibling better because of mistakes they learn from with them that's a good topic that is an

  • 1:47:55

amazing I've had those conversations with friends like my dad cleaned everything up with this new family

  • 1:48:02

that's 10-15 years younger than me and it's painful yeah yeah I mean of course

  • 1:48:11

it's painful of course it's able but it comes back to my point that I've made on this podcast before in dealing with

  • 1:48:18

everything you gotta just eventually find that place that you realize that you're my pops is just so it's just some

  • 1:48:26

dude like like voice no no no once you

  • 1:48:33

realize that you're really like once you

  • 1:48:40

realize your parents would were just young just beautiful it changes your perspective on things that you may take

  • 1:48:46

person and there's nothing more personal than your relationship with your parents and how they treat their child and that's I'm not saying I was treated bad

  • 1:48:53

I love my parents to death they're the most amazing people yeah I'm reading through that you go yourself when you

  • 1:48:58

get older when you figure out why why dad boogie like you just got it mom was kind of

  • 1:49:05

    [Laughter]

  • 1:49:13

like I guess sick a mom only a man

  • 1:49:19

all right let's say who do you have one bomb top I think I got 360 I got a no no

  • 1:49:31

it's doing it too I was the first one they said I have three six winning that by popular opinion I'm gonna enjoy the

  • 1:49:36

Bone Thugs records more hmm yeah I'm gonna enjoy that's a vs. thing

  • 1:49:42

to know it's not official I don't think so I've seen people that did trippy red

  • 1:49:47

versus trippy why I think this is I think is a versus I think of this matter versus verse not a versus I would see it

  • 1:49:53

on their face yeah here's the thing though I wouldn't would respect if that was a versus I think that's a really

  • 1:50:02

good person toward arguably biggest fan groups in probably slow now I'm not gonna do that to Timbaland and Swiss a

  • 1:50:08

big part of that versus [ __ ] is either Tim Berlin or Swiss knowing that the

  • 1:50:13

person competing is like mentally stable like as people that they know I'm not saying that bone 2036 is not but I know

  • 1:50:20

what you said they haven't personal relationship is what you're talking about you even though that backfired my Sean Garrett but it was [ __ ]

  • 1:50:29

fantastic we got rules he changed the league he did he was

  • 1:50:34

Iverson to the league [ __ ] that oh man checking in yeah I got I got a

  • 1:50:43

random thought who would you think won our battle me rockefeller yeah not even

  • 1:50:50

close hey don't do that you asked me how I felt my feelings don't determine what

  • 1:50:57

happened I feel like here's it that's not a saint yeah all right Brendan I'm

  • 1:51:02

in the police store I'm at the aisle but I'm not paying for anything you was fine I'm at the police store no you was fine

  • 1:51:07

I was punching no you know I was going

  • 1:51:13

against a dime like if nothing you could play when where I'm from coming on to me that's me

  • 1:51:19

but I mean a young kid felt like I was realized so I'm gonna felt like you won I was really offended when you play that

  • 1:51:24

yeah that's it's ignorant it's what he played can I live I was like jay-z has too many records that you could play to

  • 1:51:30

end anything like I don't know who that's just geez the entire time we were doing that battle and I think I've

  • 1:51:37

repeated it a couple times how do you not think jay-z is the greatest rapper of all time he is but

  • 1:51:42

listen quiet quiet like it was real like for Jones your battles know not [ __ ] back to Daniel from division he was like yo Roy root

  • 1:51:49

for the other team I was rapping every J

  • 1:51:54

verse that Jo played in the midst of this Jordan duck you know that the talk is about Scottie Pippen being the

  • 1:51:59

greatest Robin ever and I might be here to challenge that today what a hot take

  • 1:52:05

there's a lot of there's a lot of beanie sigel records that thanks oh yeah

  • 1:52:12

there's a lot of beautiful records that just we've got gonna give you a hard time in a battle yeah pull up just do

  • 1:52:19

the [ __ ] top ten from when this podcast had first started years ago beans was in my original before we made

  • 1:52:26

the top 20 joke beans it was in my personal top 10 ever and when he was playing [ __ ] I was like this is why

  • 1:52:33

beans is the [ __ ] man how you been like a lot of beans man you got a lot of those in there we say bar jealousy the

  • 1:52:39

crooked and black dog interview and he said black dog was saying how he's in a group with beans in like fourth grade or

  • 1:52:46

something like that that's crazy awesome but no listen to this roots

  • 1:52:58

thing yeah I got this guy that plays the

  • 1:53:04

drums no but if you go back listen to Black Dog interviews about that high

  • 1:53:10

school that he got kicked out of that Questlove went to that boys two men went

  • 1:53:15

to like that school was insane at that specific time in Philadelphia like you

  • 1:53:22

got the roots and boys to men in the hole in the hallway together

  • 1:53:27

we called Shawn Stockman but I really want to hear more about when boys two men got Hollywood Hollywood rang of

  • 1:53:37

course you are no no no you are I'm not judging you like when you from the gutter like that yeah like no let me get

  • 1:53:42

Hollywood no I'm not judging boys to men forgetting Hollywood I just want to hear more of those stories like yeah that

  • 1:53:50

that would be fly to here I want we need

  • 1:53:57

the [ __ ] out of here right I'm right miss one night that's what you alto voice I want to hear some

  • 1:54:10

more beans black Joe this one house doc is gonna blow the go right to quick I

  • 1:54:24

felt about worries dude I [ __ ] I told you that I told you the only way to

  • 1:54:30

put out Glass House is put it out in a documentary no no package it together there's there's Matt we documented the whole

  • 1:54:36

album that never came out I was there the whole time it probably looks phenomenal cuz well there's a man now while it was really video no you

  • 1:54:42

probably will [ __ ] charge me seven figures to get that footage now I see

  • 1:54:56

you stay in the culture out there let's

  • 1:55:09

see what else yo here we go here's another random thought I had since my [ __ ] podcast calls don't come in four

  • 1:55:14

years where anything to talk about yeah that's this guy here I got one no no no no no you ready you ready now

  • 1:55:19

this is a serious one I saw somebody tweet it said you know what R&B album don't get discussed enough unleash the

  • 1:55:27

dragon is what they said sure yeah and they're correct in that that's a fact and when I read it know what my

  • 1:55:32

very next thought was we as a community and culture Oh Cisco and apology not

  • 1:55:39

just for unleash the drag but do you remember the ridicule this Cisco took when he tried to beef with

  • 1:55:45

our Kelly remember y'all remember how

  • 1:55:55

you got killed he got destroyed and was rendered helpless yeah and then we got our killer

  • 1:56:02

[ __ ] addy nobody said sorry to Cisco no no so we

  • 1:56:07

    forgot about your [ __ ] amazing album and we don't give a [ __ ] that uh

  • 1:56:12

predator predator dude got you out of here and but not only not not just Cisco we don't I don't think we give drew Hill to

  • 1:56:18

respect that they deserve at all like I do because I've actually caught someone

  • 1:56:24

sleeping in my bed that was a good joke

  • 1:56:40

would you say bored I said don't you a record with Cisco that's fire if you know but Cisco no I would love to have a

  • 1:56:47

record which sister yo honestly y'all [ __ ] gonna make me he kind of got to

  • 1:56:56

to pump it up treatment to some degree no no I'm saying that that's not what

  • 1:57:04

I'm saying good come on I'm not saying that I'm saying that everyone focused on a song

  • 1:57:09

that kind of became a mockery it became a mockery to the world was on every now

  • 1:57:16

record like but we was a super smash up [ __ ] my friends tell mama off that

  • 1:57:21

record so was that out the Albert's in Jersey City I know y'all closed down but man with when palm song and you owe me came on my

  • 1:57:29

back that was on MLK right um not M okay that was on Marin Marin Boulevard

  • 1:57:34

Albert's right before you got to Newport and all that [ __ ] you love right on the corner was for the grown people my old

  • 1:57:41

ass baby mom was in the I was right in there shaking a tail feather [Laughter]

  • 1:57:50

y'all laugh and I know today Rory's traveling festival and the New

  • 1:57:56

York clubs don't have dance floors but remember Oh 97 98 Bigler 99 like dancing was a real

  • 1:58:04

thing no I don't know Tony if he wasn't it yeah like yes he was almost trying to learn anyway I'm only and being

  • 1:58:11

defensive and offended here that's kind of why I think Palooza is dope because people dance no yeah they do dancer

  • 1:58:18

blues no they dance like that that's kind of why I've loved our party that that way like people this the first time

  • 1:58:24

people actually dance they do but I get why Joe is saying that different oh no

  • 1:58:30

no no you are certainly right that the dancing is different

  • 1:58:35

wait I know a blues a will dance to them to themselves sing along to the song for

  • 1:58:41

the next 90 songs and that will be in it I'm told my like really integrating with

  • 1:58:46

people because it got so big it changed

  • 1:58:52

but that was the original bloopers and [ __ ] do know it and we have artists

  • 1:58:58

performing oh [ __ ] where people don't dance but originally how the whole [ __ ] started was now you throw your phone to

  • 1:59:04

the side we we dancing dub or [ __ ] what hey I was reminiscing but no hate we

  • 1:59:09

have to pump it up for me you ignored all his catalog because of the big hit record like remember when girls would

  • 1:59:16

let you dance with them like as being a guy that they didn't know that was just walking up behind them and they turn

  • 1:59:22

around and do the cute check it was like if you're cute alright you can stay here

  • 1:59:30

sometimes she wouldn't do they look back cute check until like halfway through the song yeah Oh hand and first of all

  • 1:59:38

don't let me find a wall oh man that's a

  • 1:59:43

where I was going there if I get a what if I got a wall in speed arrest

  • 1:59:50

goodnight dark corner oh my god the good

  • 1:59:55

old days we're on podcast to highlight that we'll move on yeah we know what we're talking

  • 2:00:00

about consensually with dancing on the wall like and she double-checked back i he

  • 2:00:05

cute and the real [ __ ] pull pull you closer to him like you guys already I

  • 2:00:11

can't get no closer to you right now you're back you know what it you try to feel that no you write more Oh back to

  • 2:00:20

original accountability you ever get that look back and you ain't so cute and

  • 2:00:25

it's your boogie yeah yeah we've it's all happiness what happened to me when I when I was in my [ __ ] brown and

  • 2:00:31

orange and a chaser one down one time

  • 2:00:37

Van Doren's just a nasty combo to begin with well listen this this is the thing man like I was going to Albert's

  • 2:00:44

underage allegedly and when you underage sometimes you try to look of age and

  • 2:00:50

fail but I look grow this was a grown

  • 2:00:56

and sexy Chloe I come buttoning up my Anita like the silky

  • 2:01:14

square tube and know you bought it it wasn't it was nasty it was there Oh be good oh damn good open it neat she tried

  • 2:01:21

to get brownie sexy we as a community Oh Cisco Nepali I've really I really wish

  • 2:01:27

that my fake ID did not get confiscated at a liquor store cuz if you would have

  • 2:01:34

saw my fake ID I think I had memorized the address but I've thus forgotten I think it was in like Staten Island or

  • 2:01:40

some weird it was a weird address you had a New York fake ID yeah you

  • 2:01:47

witnessed that night no no no I didn't get it I got I didn't get it from stabbing I figured drugs it was the fake

  • 2:01:53

egde they just give you an address oh god I gotta go I had to add a Michigan one cuz the Michigan world were the hardest ones to to not look in say

  • 2:02:00

Marty and then I got a New York and I remember your cos I remember getting it in my older cousin going duh

  • 2:02:09

this isn't I was 16 I didn't even have an ID and my cousin going this is what a

  • 2:02:16

New York ID look like fan what are you doing here you should have seen og oh

  • 2:02:22

you should have seen my face you should have seen my [ __ ] face look that was

  • 2:02:29

11 yeah but they did a picture and you guys's defense they didn't when we was

  • 2:02:35

in the get a fake ID game they didn't teach us about like what the real stage looks like no but you never had an ID

  • 2:02:43

that's why I got Connecticut cuz you know you got Connecticut because Raekwon

  • 2:02:48

said piece Connecticut that might be true regular Elmira New York address is

  • 2:02:55

that why I got the Staten Island one right glove real [ __ ] lick shots the

  • 2:03:05

smoke shop I got my fake ID is still right still right do Canal Street operating business as usual I think that

  • 2:03:11

would tea here we got a Jovian tattoo from - hey baby man they roll cigars you

  • 2:03:20

know I'm here you know this will be a real quick story cuz I don't talk about

  • 2:03:27

the the g-unit money days that I've been around but you know I have you have to

  • 2:03:32

get into a label with an ID at the front yeah so I had three or four gentlemen

  • 2:03:39

that were part of that click hit me and go yo he's supposed to come up to the building today you got a fake ID plug

  • 2:03:48

and they was like 30 and bother cuz they

  • 2:03:56

were from a place where you ain't have ID

  • 2:04:02

    we're at the 35 year old [ __ ] need a fake ID and well I didn't know me

  • 2:04:11

Samba and the funny [ __ ] is a shout-out to grin my tattoo artist and jokes

  • 2:04:17

tattoo artist his old spot on Christopher Street I was like you know I got you all printed them ship right up

  • 2:04:23

it got right into universal give me a fake ID as a minor feels like the

  • 2:04:29

greatest thing ever oh no to override it was I was in the club at 16 with my fake

  • 2:04:37

bro you were too young for chalking IDs right like the old New York [ __ ] you could just use a color pencil I am too

  • 2:04:43

I'm fixin to a I'm too young for that yeah I don't know that hey that's a different game chalk IDs I don't know I

  • 2:04:50

don't know damn altered use these little

  • 2:04:56

red colored pencil and change the number boy the times now change bouncer would have rubbed at eight right off and

  • 2:05:01

smashed stuck on there if you were nice with it no that was my issue what I had

  • 2:05:08

my fake ID was to get into clubs it wasn't to buy liquor because we all know come on did liquor stores we'd be around

  • 2:05:14

don't give a [ __ ] or so I always had that to try to get into a club and I

  • 2:05:19

went into a liquor store to buy liquor to then go to the club and they ID'd me

  • 2:05:25

so I back to arrogance and ego pulled out my horrible New York ID if you took

  • 2:05:33

that it was like yo I swear to god he opened the lockbox didn't say a word to me and throw it in

  • 2:05:39

there and locked it I was like what do you because they used to get paid if you

  • 2:05:44

remember I don't know if this is Rudy Jun I wouldn't really Giuliani at that point it was a balloon I don't forgot

  • 2:05:49

but they used to get paid like $175 if you took a fake ID so he locked it was

  • 2:05:56

like what you doing he's like oh oh that's the most fake idea I've ever seen in my life I was

  • 2:06:02

like and more I look at you can go I looked 11 years old yeah that's the

  • 2:06:10

other thing you have uh you ever go to like a club or a strip club with like a

  • 2:06:15

girl that don't have our ID but you beat it so much that the bouncers ask you like Yoshi evades you glad yeah but

  • 2:06:23

she looks like she's 17 you vouching for

  • 2:06:29

somebody like a fox if you don't look

  • 2:06:35

good at all morning yeah oh but I'll

  • 2:06:43

just shout out to fake IDs dude that was a great that was a great error you know it was I didn't get my I don't get my

  • 2:06:48

[ __ ] took till I was 21 the police found at like a gas station they came knocked on my door like Brum 21 I don't give a [ __ ] about this ID

  • 2:06:54

like but do the kids need that man they don't need fake IDs now right what are they what do you what do they do now

  • 2:06:59

when they want to get in somewhere clubs aren't really a thing though if they live but if I want to go to your [ __ ]

  • 2:07:05

and I'm not old enough cuz your says it's not old age no no no no no of

  • 2:07:11

course nice I said look at 21 plus um no no no no and now they it would be hard to fit today's IDs I know you can't fix

  • 2:07:18

can it they put it in a machine impossible there's a mush it scared though you slush your skin back eight

  • 2:07:23

thousand two thousand one mushy skin and I'm never saying it's impossible because I'm always on the side of the streets

  • 2:07:28

when it comes to what they can duplicate like when they figured when the new money came you'll never get this piece

  • 2:07:34

was like I all up when they food stamps the trees got fake Medicaid car no no parks is right they scanned before but

  • 2:07:41

the scan now is different like it pulls up your float like your profile of your from the DMV they probably figured out

  • 2:07:48

no no no no no parks is right they used to in my shits camp well my Michigan one scanned my New York

  • 2:07:54

one night I don't think asked and what no I don't think that one's given but no

  • 2:08:02

no now they skit like it bring I think it brings up like your life no no no you can't play can't play and you got to

  • 2:08:09

find that out as an adult like what the cops are pulling up yeah back there

  • 2:08:14

there's nothing more scary than looking in a review in a cop like keep hitting the computer it's all tight as you come

  • 2:08:26

to that crease in there man to forget the [ __ ] you doing back there before 45 minute holiness pearl

  • 2:08:32

now he's wait for the next patrol car to come transport you in fairness that's the thing about being a youth from

  • 2:08:39

impoverished neighborhoods like you got to be able to identify patterns when the second cop car rolls up your no no no

  • 2:08:45

you know your night is over yeah you know yeah and your weekend might be over too yeah you're not going on yes

  • 2:08:50

um what else is important we haven't told me because all the shots of the drunk tank not really uh not really any

  • 2:08:56

music out I saw Chris Brown say something about ah him and young thug have a project coming out called cell

  • 2:09:01

I'm and be on yo st. mama's ready slime

  • 2:09:10

and B Cinco DeMayo may 5th okay that that sounds really far I'm buying it

  • 2:09:16

yeah I mean that sounds good on his arm B

  • 2:09:22

[ __ ] too I'm here yeah I'm super actually actually that should be a fun

  • 2:09:27

listen but you know what's funny man I again because this time we're in right

  • 2:09:32

now I was you know listening to music in it's it's just a weird time to be trying

  • 2:09:37

to digest new music man I'm sorry like we not it's like yeah you can't at home

  • 2:09:43

it's not the same man like not traveling not seeing different because so much of

  • 2:09:50

the popular music is to be heard outside for the career we have we have the

  • 2:09:55

artists we love that you could just like what's like wet B is not gonna be for the queer like guns album I loved in the

  • 2:10:03

crib I would love it outside too but I could really [ __ ] with it in the crib yeah like I want to be Chris Brown and

  • 2:10:10

young thug know I got to hear that I got to hear that out yeah yeah but listen you're absolutely right about that uh

  • 2:10:16

mall with so much [ __ ] going on in the world right now an album or music has to

  • 2:10:22

really penetrate to make it through but once it does it stays with you I mean

  • 2:10:28

sure we said the same thing about the babies [ __ ] and he got a number one album sold a hundred and some thousand

  • 2:10:34

so knock it off alright it is a horrible day I know I've been addressing things yo we tighten oh

  • 2:10:41

no I saw people were my mentions prior to the obvious when that became number

  • 2:10:46

one they were like oh they're gonna kill you for everything you said when did I say baby wouldn't go number one I know

  • 2:10:53

he going number one I think it's a bad strategy to put this music out so soon

  • 2:10:59

well who you going number one you baby like what the [ __ ] you talking about you're going number one single or no I

  • 2:11:04

just think it's a bad strategy kind of back to our Fetty conversation in a more

  • 2:11:10

a more boxed version because he's not

  • 2:11:15

putting out today he's gonna have that same challenge you better face it so you gotta know you got a tune you got to

  • 2:11:22

figure out a way to put it because he might not even want the longevity because I think I can't speak for him

  • 2:11:27

but yeah my [ __ ] was in music I'm just saying at this clip it will be hard if

  • 2:11:33

we're names and who cares who cares about my strategy but that my strategy would not be to put out this type of

  • 2:11:39

volume of music when you have the year you had in 2019 that's just much that's

  • 2:11:45

just that's just my [ __ ] so no Rory Parkes still talk to me yeah Joe is

  • 2:11:53

different now no I said everyone says different Oh got it got it yeah it's just a weird time to be trying to digest

  • 2:11:58

new music cuz you don't I mean mentally you know we all in a dubious base like we not really well I want to hear about

  • 2:12:05

    you know your [ __ ] drop topping and I'm gonna [ __ ] crib for [ __ ] about

  • 2:12:16

um you know on the Pacific Coast Highway and how you even get busy to that type of music like in your career in your

  • 2:12:22

living room it's just where it man it's just a weird time to be trying to taking new music but any weird time is gonna

  • 2:12:30

book a vacation soon oh no I'm leavin I don't know when we allowed to leave I'm gonna be compliant I'm trying to be like

  • 2:12:37

I'm a big one it's coming yeah but it's I'm getting to that point where I'm at to be like yo you know what I'm out

  • 2:12:42

because DMACC my cousin he risked it last month he was like yo Mexico

  • 2:12:47

you just have time you literally just beat me I was though he's at it him and

  • 2:12:55

his boys got a house on the beach he wakes up every morning he just jumps in ocean and we're I hear response my cousin just is in the

  • 2:13:04

middle of an amazing vacation right now when he told me about it I was like what are you doing he made it on the flight

  • 2:13:12

and he's having a [ __ ] blast I think I could do it no this is irresponsible

  • 2:13:17

we shouldn't be saying this stay ass stay yet as never talked about right now I'm talking about but it crossed my mind

  • 2:13:23

when he we made it I'm talking about booking booking it now yeah so that you maybe get some deals

  • 2:13:31

cuz she just [ __ ] up that price point I feel like I feel like I could book now

  • 2:13:36

no no timber this I know yeah oh no absolute no I was but even all prices prior like when it was $75 to fly to

  • 2:13:43

[ __ ] LA know y'all are flying and y'all are not safe because the prices

  • 2:13:50

have gone up it's not what it was dirt cheap I checked the prices out of boredom on Priceline and [ __ ] like oh so

  • 2:13:58

you're not a ride-or-die of what Priceline price law you do a price long

  • 2:14:09

ride to die I [ __ ] priceless oh but know that they've gone up people

  • 2:14:16

are flying listen I think it wasn't get height like today was 65 degrees you

  • 2:14:21

look outside no wife went out there just John like when the weather good night people give a [ __ ] about the stay inside [ __ ] and when you turn the news on boy

  • 2:14:28

they they getting more persistent with this song the boy say it works will you

  • 2:14:37

turn to turn the news on boy it ain't getting persistent with uh I said boy am i boy it is the boy want to open the

  • 2:14:43

economy can't wait yeah not is they big

  • 2:14:51

they bout to get to it y'all better police yourselves check yourselves stay safe out there no no that that's a

  • 2:14:56

response so let's drink some bleach let's stop right there that's a perfect statement like if they're about to open

  • 2:15:03

the country y'all need to police yourselves yeah yeah yeah no go ahead I will say today

  • 2:15:11

was so beautiful outside and my mom text me and was like

  • 2:15:17

they're about to put the Blue Angel Jets over the city today and I was like oh

  • 2:15:26

thank god I really was so worried that all the essential workers weren't being

  • 2:15:33

represented well and then I was like all right no it's great that we spending two hundred thousand dollars on jet fuel to

  • 2:15:38

honor them instead of giving it to the hospital

  • 2:15:45

yo my mom text me that [ __ ] she was like they bout to it's they about to fly over

  • 2:15:54

the city right now you know that cost you think all the nurses and doctors and

  • 2:16:02

everyone that works in hospitals cuz it's not just nurses and doctors feel

  • 2:16:08

that you're spending this much money to fly over the [ __ ] City and I'm complacent in this problem because I

  • 2:16:14

filmed it I enjoyed I enjoyed it but more that [ __ ] was disgusting to

  • 2:16:20

complicit yeah you're complicit in the problem what'll I say complacent oh there you go I think the

  • 2:16:25

same thing when I look out the window uh when I look out the window at nighttime and I see the Empire State Building with their red heartbeat thing at the top of

  • 2:16:32

my family it's dying like [ __ ] out like come away y'all got a red light Times Square is still lit up [ __ ] [ __ ] so

  • 2:16:40

yeah I want to say now I want to send our prayers love and condolences to

  • 2:16:45

Sebastian Telfair along with his family uh I read that he lost he recently lost

  • 2:16:50

his older brother and his mother due to Kovac 19 um and that's just horrible

  • 2:16:56

horrible so so I want to send our love to him he's had a pretty rough year so I

  • 2:17:01

just hope that he's all right opens men yell fits all right it as alright as you could be with uh

  • 2:17:07

other circumstance absolutely in it um is all about the Dan Turner anything

  • 2:17:13

that had to do with with Lincoln High School basketball just a New York City High School basketball like Dan that's

  • 2:17:20

does that do everybody know what he is to that legacy and

  • 2:17:25

where he is with Lincoln and with New York City so I just prayers to Sebastian

  • 2:17:31

    - his mother especially but yeah his his his older brother was was a really good

  • 2:17:37

    - really really good guy yeah praying for bashing - my god man praying for you man yeah 100% while we

  • 2:17:44

at it while we added up I do want to say rest in peace to a gentleman by the name

  • 2:17:50

of HT a hard-target from Jersey City of somebody I rap with coming up somebody

  • 2:17:57

was a big part of just that rapping scene in Jersey City I recently found

  • 2:18:02

out that he passed I'm not certain how he passed but it paused me because that

  • 2:18:08

was a that was a good guy mine coming up so I want to say rest in peace - HT and any family and friends that he hasn't

  • 2:18:15

chose you see I want to keep you all wrapped in prayer as well recipes yeah

  • 2:18:20

yeah it's important to check on your people right now man I mean that's the bottom line of that people are dropping dead out here and it's important to

  • 2:18:27

check on your people and your strong friend shout out to voice check up on his strong friend right now

  • 2:18:35

Benja balls Benji balls let's do Benji balls I have I have recently started watching a show called interrogation or

  • 2:18:43

sounds like you swag no I do - when

  • 2:18:50

they're on TV be clear interrogation is

  • 2:18:56

a show that is on the CBS premium app I didn't know that CBS had a premium app

  • 2:19:02

but okay I just subscribed to that for the Prince thing so I'm gonna check that also I'm looking for a way to justify

  • 2:19:07

well CBS now from from to my knowledge from what I've learned they much

  • 2:19:13

different from some of the other apps and networks that own certain shows CBS

  • 2:19:18

is like we don't give a [ __ ] if you have Hulu Apple Netflix Amazon whatever you

  • 2:19:25

have you gonna pay CBS directly to receive the CBS shows so interrogation

  • 2:19:32

is one of those shows I'm not certain how I found it but I found it and whatever reminds me of and I'm not finished so it

  • 2:19:38

may change it reminds me of like if if a night of was done correctly Oh that'd

  • 2:19:45

get it added oh it's a touch I added all of us and interrogation sounded like my type of show so I went and I wouldn't

  • 2:19:52

checked it out and I've been glued to it but I say that if what it was done what's your beef with a night of it is

  • 2:19:58

you and I have argued this off microphone and here's something and I don't and I didn't really see where the argument I was what wasn't a perfect

  • 2:20:06

about it there were mad things that were untold

  • 2:20:11

and then they never came back yeah the way that it ended and I had a gazillion

  • 2:20:19

questions and they never returned I'm not mad at having questions I'm about Mac I'm about to be that artsy guy

  • 2:20:26

but what a great representation of the court system that's how I interpreted

  • 2:20:32

the oh [ __ ] yeah this is just about to end with no answers no questions this is

  • 2:20:38

our court system okay like you're sure all right like let's let's let's build

  • 2:20:43

this entire case up with all this insane [ __ ] evidence and other suspects all

  • 2:20:52

this other [ __ ] and you know how this is gonna end it's gonna end with a quiet empty courtroom and the judge going well

  • 2:20:58

I guess this is dismissed well I'm not like I'd like I thought it was perfect and then it ended up showing that this

  • 2:21:05

kid who was such a model citizen in his his cab became a drug addict and he he

  • 2:21:12

ended up smoking crack under the [ __ ] GW after the whole [ __ ] happened okay for me I didn't think it was perfect and

  • 2:21:21

I'm all for the artsy ending ie Sopranos where we just look maybe not works just

  • 2:21:27

just maybe what's what is let's bring your own interpreter no it's just realistic in our course not not even own

  • 2:21:32

interpretation what's realistic to our court system okay but you talking about how it ended and it being realistic to

  • 2:21:39

the court system and it was very wire a show I'm saying during the season as it was playing I had a bunch of questions

  • 2:21:45

that I was waiting for them to get answered just in terms of character development and it didn't and

  • 2:21:51

that's where interrogation kinda takes off well I have to watch it because there are let's say there's ten episodes

  • 2:21:59

I don't know cuz I'm still watching it but let's say there's ten episodes this is the only series where they tell you on the screen hey watch these episodes

  • 2:22:07

in any order that you like there is no order oh how to get away with murder

  • 2:22:12

kind of does that know you still kind of got to watch that in order now they tell the story hang out of order but you have

  • 2:22:20

to watch it in order this one every episode is like the air does that every episode is it lack mirror come on son

  • 2:22:27

hates black mare is great I hate black mirror not that I don't know about the movie [ __ ] but no I hate it though the

  • 2:22:34

series is great there's something so really good at this grace is great what about the bad ones there's not that many

  • 2:22:40

bad yes there is out let's debate that I'm with I wanted last the last three

  • 2:22:46

the movie in the last I never I never watched the movie but um but I'm a little shits is really good I have to go

  • 2:22:55

get refreshed I thought a lot of that [ __ ] was like if I think it's too weird

  • 2:23:01

but it's probably too weird but when they hit it they hit but I've been

  • 2:23:06

watching Westworld that's getting a little too weird for me never watch what look your hip to west world it's always weird but there get a little too too

  • 2:23:12

weird if we talk about waco off mic or on mic sorry sorry if I'm repeating myself yes we talked about in 2018 all

  • 2:23:20

right I want to know what that I want to note that Joe is the guy that said oh

  • 2:23:26

you're just hearing about this artist [Music] you know and you guys's defense what I

  • 2:23:33

will say is not have not so many people have that paramount Network and I do

  • 2:23:38

I told Paramount came up with some of my favorite Prime's our watches and Wako

  • 2:23:44

was one of them and Wako they also did the kalief Browder in the treybal series

  • 2:23:49

so it's all I watch both of those paramount is great yes very they killed

  • 2:23:55

the Waco was great wait goes wait how do you realize how [ __ ] that should [ __ ] up that [ __ ] was yeah I like I remember hearing about

  • 2:24:03

waco in like casual conversation with people that were of age at that time but I I had no idea that was nuts I was of

  • 2:24:10

age but I never heard about it as anything other than a mass suicide cult situation yeah as you get old this and

  • 2:24:17

get into that stories it definitely gives you a whole different feeling of what happened yeah yeah I went back was

  • 2:24:23

like a great seer like how they shot the whole thing told the story and every

  • 2:24:28

time I watch one of those type of things that I love I end up becoming that guy that watches every syde documentary and

  • 2:24:36

    researches like I went [ __ ] ham on waco after I watch that [ __ ] I watched

  • 2:24:41

um and I've seen so many of the murder mystery court cases just about any any

  • 2:24:48

famous case I've seen I've seen it but I went back to watch the the doc about the

  • 2:24:55

young lady that was dating the boyfriend that was suicidal and where she was

  • 2:25:01

convincing him to commit suicide and he did it and in a yeah and then they brought her to court there has to be one

  • 2:25:07

of the more interesting cases I've ever seen like sounds like ever somehow how

  • 2:25:13

do you charge what you've heard about you know that situations if it was a big situation maybe don't remember right this second but it was it was big when

  • 2:25:20

it happened it was a younger a young white girl ever had was just 17 high schools no no no younger than 17 15 16

  • 2:25:29

yeah a couple years ago yes and what the scenario was was it was clearly a really

  • 2:25:37

depressed kid and yeah he was dating a girl and she was encouraging him to

  • 2:25:46

commit suicide so they so they then charged her I want to say manslaughter oh well I don't know I don't know I

  • 2:25:55

don't know what the exact charge was but it was something along the lines that you were definitely part of this year's

  • 2:26:03

Rove you drove this young man to kill himself yeah it's really interesting cuz I mean her attorneys were arguing hey

  • 2:26:09

she wasn't there she had nothing to do with him actually committing this act like you can't

  • 2:26:16

try someone as an adult for just talking to someone they were in a relationship

  • 2:26:22

like he wanted to end it she loved him he wanted to be put out of his misery and she was aiding in that yeah and they

  • 2:26:28

charged her it was just real interesting case to watch I've gone back to watch that I've gone back to watch some of my

  • 2:26:35

just favorite cases and that's where I'm at now because TV interception and all that interesting case yeah did you guys

  • 2:26:41

do little fires everywhere yet no I keep hearing about it I got yeah that's good everyone around me says it's the

  • 2:26:48

greatest [ __ ] ever yeah but would you say the name sounds so soft number one

  • 2:26:55

but listen parks listen hear me out not only does the name sound so soft but I'm

  • 2:27:01

coming from the school of watching this is us and in watching a few shows try to

  • 2:27:06

be built in the vein of this is us a million little things so now when I hear little fires everywhere it sounds like

  • 2:27:13

oh it's not really like that got it got it got it got a guy it's more like do you watch is it big little eyes

  • 2:27:19

with Reese Witherspoon on that's great that was good I thought it was gonna be

  • 2:27:28

like that but it's very it's very much not it was really good it wasn't like the best thing I ever seen but it was

  • 2:27:34

definitely gotta finish big little lies actually I left it somehow when the whole town found out I love research

  • 2:27:44

Nicky Jam series oh no Nicki Minaj got James no she did

  • 2:27:49

now the Nicky Jam [ __ ] on Netflix who's Nicky Jam Jam like the reddit old guy yeah she does dope one episode I'm on

  • 2:27:56

Episode five season one was only one seasons 13 episodes of episode 1 episode 5 what is it it's a show about it's a

  • 2:28:03

brace based on events in his life like in his rise to stardom I want to see

  • 2:28:09

this yeah you would like it just go small before we are before we end this thing come on give us at least give us

  • 2:28:16

at least two minutes on your thoughts on the Jordan Dahl come on just two minutes are you taking all your star yes hahaha

  • 2:28:32

your mall if you could somehow compare him to LeBron in here too though we would take off that's the thing I don't

  • 2:28:40

do that can you move can you move your camera just a bit to your right well show us the Jordans or just to your

  • 2:28:46

right just to your right come on swag them out drag him out I

  • 2:28:52

don't do the comparison us yo and first of all I want to know how hard it is to post a picture anything on brick hey

  • 2:29:07

listen if I had Isiah Thomas phone number I will call him right now to say yo Dawg it was all of them that was the

  • 2:29:17

dream fan fest I put this Oh Mike it was not just Mike all of them hated you Oh

  • 2:29:23

    Larry [ __ ] with you Magic eight [ __ ] with you I know Charles ain't [ __ ] just Mike's man the crazy part about it like

  • 2:29:31

the craziest part in wrestling piece was that you know Chuck Daly which was hit Isaiah's coach he was just like whatever

  • 2:29:37

you I don't want to be he's not here and people who know them they never really talked about that element of it like

  • 2:29:43

Chuck Daly was the head coach of that team so it was kind of like he at some point he had to say okay that stupid

  • 2:29:50

[ __ ] Mike said what about uh listen Rod Thorn called me mm-hmm

  • 2:29:56

I asked who was gonna be playing which is a question you would ask if they ask yeah yeah who all gonna be there you

  • 2:30:03

know who we rollin with and Rod Thorn said the player you're talking about is

  • 2:30:09

not gonna be there he's not gonna be there and they might say hey we never mentioned his name we've never spoke about him know what

  • 2:30:16

transpired come on boy come on boy no it was definitely a thing but like

  • 2:30:23

you said it wasn't just Mike guy was all of them but I mean it was a few players on the team that just wasn't you know they wasn't rocking

  • 2:30:28

with I was a like that time and now don't get it twisted he apps as a absolutely deserve to beat it most I

  • 2:30:33

think you guys are talking about episode that didn't come up with no the dream team team no it didn't know what that

  • 2:30:39

was that where you were we're on Sunday no the dreams we have not gotten to the dream team at all y'all are just talking

  • 2:30:45

oh but people know I was annexed episode yeah no no yes wait actually alright so

  • 2:30:51

oh that was just a Pistons to happen well the next two episodes is the dream team and Toni Kukoc yeah they talked

  • 2:30:59

about Sony cool cokes no tell me you don't feel bad about Toni Kukoc honestly

  • 2:31:04

I'm done with you I'm finished with you know I'm asking as far as music melindam answer yeah Toni Kukoc was Jerry Krause's guy

  • 2:31:12

who he scouted came and loved him hugged him paid him more than Scotty dream team

  • 2:31:19

went out Pippen and Mike told the rest of them yo I got we got cool cokes he didn't score no points the first time

  • 2:31:25

they trashed his name then he came back the second time he had a better game but then when he got to Chicago he was still

  • 2:31:31

treated a certain way and it Mike says listen that was how he was introduced to us from Jerry Krause like we didn't have

  • 2:31:38

nothing against him but right hip ins not getting paid you big enough this foreign dude that we think we don't even

  • 2:31:45

belong over here with us like no no you shut up and cool cokes is sitting them

  • 2:31:51

all looking as innocent as ever al fan I had no idea what was happening in

  • 2:31:58

America I don't know what Jerry did I don't know Scott he wasn't getting paid I was just coming to play ball Mike made

  • 2:32:05

a good point though Mike Mike made a good point okay can't do that if he couldn't handle that like you couldn't

  • 2:32:11

handle that that physicality of that Ben uh-huh MBA might not be for you I feel bad doesn't I feel bad for Toni Kukoc

  • 2:32:17

and Isaiah Thomas and that's where else it cuz that's [ __ ] yo cuz you know why but bigger than AB when we talk about

  • 2:32:23

hours and I'ma shut up for me and we heard I heard him say reason we don't talk about Isaiah damn near could have

  • 2:32:30

won four of them hmm they could have been fighting for the three-peat when he went down against the

  • 2:32:35

Lakers cuz they win that game if you don't go down like that's three of them and then we

  • 2:32:41

hold Isaiah Thomas in a different light I did this thing is [ __ ] up that's all that's all I'm shutting up I don't have no Jordan hate I'm done and that's it

  • 2:32:49

I just enjoy your tweets after every Jordan dot goes off no you guys just that because you people keep you hit the

  • 2:32:55

streets now you hope that people keep bringing up LeBron I don't speak about I'm talking about the Jordan I'm talking

  • 2:33:00

about you a stop I'm like why do I keep doing I'm just talking about the Jordan

  • 2:33:06

documentary LeBron is a great player in his aspect his is alright stop whenever somebody says Jordan you don't have to

  • 2:33:12

mention LeBron and people and continue to do that am I wrong because I want Aaron Rodgers to [ __ ] on Jordan love the

  • 2:33:18

way Brett Favre cheated on him no I want to see it not elope that's all I got I'm

  • 2:33:25

done that's them that's it for my Sports Talk cool yeah I'm totally totally totally totally done on all right let me
