you're good a by feeling good feeling great good Oh can't be focused yeah good good laser focus time circumstances
- 0:14
nothing has happened this week but the circumstances correct at all and that should be the only focused anyways
- 0:19
correct well yeah yeah main focus I'm
- 0:26
not saying why was it ever not the focus correct why was it ever not to focus nothing has changed this is the same
- 0:33
America correct so why was it not but I'm not negative Nancy today no I'm not
- 0:40
negative Nancy today a lot of distractions but we know we know that this is something that has been going on
- 0:46
and it's just come to microphone check
- 1:09
one two what is this the jbp boys back to business 350 right welcome to episode
- 1:16
350 of the Joe Budden podcast I'm your humble gracious grateful and highly favored host Joe button here with a few
- 1:22
of my nearest and dearest my brother Maul is here today Parkes is here Rory is here Erikson is here save on is here
- 1:29
Alex is here rim is somewhere working I want to shout out to our Spotify listenership I want to shout out to our
- 1:35
YouTube viewer ship I want to shout out to our first and last time listeners and anybody in between and really know what
- 1:40
I mean I want to shout out to the essential workers yet again I want to shout out to everybody protesting I want to shout out
- 1:47
to everybody that's doing their part out there I want to shout out to the people at home the people at home even being
- 1:52
home now it's tough look what they have done worth look what they did yeah and
- 2:00
it's crazy just we just was like on lockdown and quarantining and now it's
- 2:05
like two took complete opposite yeah just that fast and that's what happens it's crazy or it's scheduled
- 2:11
a little bit of both you sure it wasn't opposed to that theory yeah who knows
- 2:18
we don't know we're all ground-level workers right yeah we know nothing about what they really doing up there we would
- 2:24
you gentlemen like to start actually let me not do that because I hate when people don't check on people's mental health in times like this how is
- 2:31
everyone like mentally um I'm doing better than I thought I'm doing a lot of reading a lot
- 2:38
of my own research and I don't like to just look at clips online and just read with people posting I like to like look
- 2:44
into things that's really going on and read deeper and there is way more peaceful I think it's important that we
- 2:50
highlight the fact that there is way more peaceful protesting going on then looting and rioting that we're seeing
- 2:57
being magnified on social media in the media in general there's a lot of people
- 3:03
that out there being peaceful they're trying to stay peaceful even under the under these circumstances and I think
- 3:09
it's important that we highlight that let's not just you know highlight the the violence and the negative things
- 3:14
that are going on but either way I mean this is what happens when people are fed up yeah and I'm not you know I'm not
- 3:20
here to to say people shouldn't do this it shouldn't do that you know we shouldn't have we shouldn't have come to
- 3:26
this it shouldn't have come to this and this is what happens when people are fed up so I want to encourage people to stay safe first of all I want to encourage
- 3:32
people to stay together stay focused and and do things that matter let's not do too many things that don't matter if
- 3:38
you're frustrated I'll stand with you yeah if you're upset I'll stand with you but I also want to see things change in
- 3:46
a positive way as well I'm all for you know disrupting the system and I'm all for causing change however you seek fit
- 3:53
but we have to be smart about a lot of things and we have to see change we can't just tear [ __ ] up and then go back
- 3:58
home and lay down thinking that [ __ ] is gonna change cuz it won't it won't change that way so tear [ __ ] up if you will I'm listening if that you're
- 4:04
frustrated I'm with you you just ran through all of our 90 topics we got it
- 4:12
we got on Jack yeah and just being honest like don't don't just look at the negative [ __ ] that's gonna because it's
- 4:17
way more peaceful she doesn't we're gonna unpack that too because there are plenty of covert operations that play
- 4:25
we know that in the right right now no we've got we're gonna get to that but you yourself are okay I'm good I'm good
- 4:32
I'm good parks but that sound almost mental health like you had to get that off yeah yeah yeah that part you know yeah yeah a
- 4:39
lot of people's mental health now - like concerned and not really so much focused on there's more of what's going
- 4:47
on from a larger scale like I'm not particularly thinking of myself right now I'm a priority right now so much
- 4:55
ahead and stay away from black businesses put that that's important put
- 5:01
out there you could tear [ __ ] up don't say that the mom and pops and black businesses stay away from that that's
- 5:06
important to put out there - yeah you could say up you know the bigger
- 5:11
corporate smaller mom-and-pop stores alone y'all know who y'all know who
- 5:17
owned what in the communities y'all know but leave leave those spots alone let's not do that we're not gonna do that can you save some power you doing shaken
- 5:33
but I'm doing well I deleted social media for the day it partly inspired by the black out Tuesday thing but in
- 5:39
general I think I'm staying connected via new sources and TV yeah which is not
- 5:45
the best way to stay connected but like you said there's a lot of negative [ __ ] on social media right
- 5:50
I also took time to write down a lot of my thoughts which was helpful mmm oh you knew we was coming in here to
- 5:56
kill you Aurora today that's fine it is kill parks and Rory day today twice I'm
- 6:03
sorry school I don't make the rules it's cool how are you doing John uh I'm
- 6:09
[ __ ] up a little bit yeah uh yeah I'll say it was cool oh these wrote to man earlier you had to
- 6:15
go see it for yourself I've seen destruction Joel I didn't notice that
- 6:24
until I watched my clip back and heard how happy you likes you like that yes rubbish it I think most is like all
- 6:31
right you like people coming together it's Troy and real yeah [ __ ] that you know I like coming
- 6:37
together for cause yeah I also like [ __ ] [ __ ] up oh yeah
- 6:44
let me not scream cuz people might think I'm irate yes destroy and rebuild Joe
- 6:50
subscribes to that theory and for me most of the modern institutions could
- 6:57
use destruction mmm all of them so like a lot of the [ __ ] I'm seeing now Oh baby
- 7:05
like four [ __ ] they like to just think and observe and conspire and yeah oh
- 7:12
it's out there know that you add in the perfect storm of people that are angry and hurt have been peaceful and it
- 7:19
didn't work and then you add in money really being the only thing that's gonna make some change until you [ __ ] that up
- 7:25
that's gonna be the perfect storm to destroy some [ __ ] so why you sitting there surprised that people are destroying [ __ ] yeah and a lot of people
- 7:31
don't have jobs don't have income still have they've uncertain futures so they have less to to risk
- 7:37
y'all just approved to point however many trillion dollars and gave all of it to the richest people here yes so I mean
- 7:43
what do you want what do you really want people to do you want me to feel bad that people are tearing up the Apple
- 7:48
store I don't know they fake sort of gave 1,200 to some people but for
- 7:54
however many months you want me to feel bad they're run around just tearing up
- 8:00
so oh hey hey guess what it was tearing up so and I'm a human that's [ __ ] compassionate so for two seconds I felt
- 8:07
bad two seconds later it sent me pictures about what we used to happen on Soul right guess what didn't feel so bad you know it was okay
- 8:14
I was cheering the wrong it's not something I'm running out yo go destroy
- 8:20
everything in sight I totally understand it though I'm so like I totally [ __ ] get it I'm so sick I was cheering on the
- 8:27
looters that were looting the looters
- 8:36
yeah I'm not letting you get home with a MacBook yeah no no we're not doing that
- 8:41
give me the police'll I've seen footage
- 8:47
of the police looting the looters that's been happening yeah which is sick
- 8:52
no that's America it's always happened it's [ __ ] in every show cops phone and read the drug dealers and steal from
- 8:58
them no still say that still happens right now America is sick that's know let's start calling things
- 9:05
what they are this is not sick this is
- 9:10
America the business of America y'all inventory that's it um what do y'all
- 9:19
want to begin it's so so many different places to begin I mean we can focus on
- 9:25
from that point the media really just focusing on the looters all the news no
- 9:32
matter which one you subscribe to right I watched them all this weekend they've all focused and wow they were sitting
- 9:37
there like man I really wish people weren't looting so we could focus on the real issue now you've only covered the
- 9:42
looting and you've only been talking about saying damn I wish we could talk about the real [ __ ] you can't yeah you
- 9:48
absolutely can and don't act Joe to your point anytime anything happens in America there's always gonna be people
- 9:54
taking advantage of it why y'all acting surprised of course there's gonna be people that have nothing to do with the cause that just want to burn some [ __ ]
- 10:00
down and steal some [ __ ] mm-hmm how long you been in America we've been knew that y'all can't stop the scammers but it's always gonna happen no matter
- 10:06
what amorous our ground level too and they're hip to what you doing Yeah right they're trying to steal some [ __ ] that's
- 10:14
always gonna happen no matter what I just like the fact that you know this generation I like there's a lot of young
- 10:20
people out there that they're just out there and they're just making their presence felt oh yeah I love I love that
- 10:27
because one of the things that I was thinking about as I watched the young people run amuck on the street was damn
- 10:33
that energy of a 20 year old yeah I just one of y'all might conclude in my couch think I'm old and I get tired walking in
- 10:40
the fridge yeah but like these little young dudes this out there just causing havoc uh-huh that takes energy man yeah
- 10:47
and most of their entire life has been filmed on TV on social media
- 10:53
anywhere you could see some [ __ ] this has been on that we've watched black people get killed and beaten not their
- 10:58
entire lives on camera and nothing's happened not like Dan that happened no one knew about it but their entire lives
- 11:04
have been this well like I said last episode we we tried the peaceful approach you know I mean like this is
- 11:11
yeah we tried nothing changed you know me so it's like I during a pandemic we
- 11:16
supposed to be home quarantine and y'all still out here killing innocent black people all right enough is enough
- 11:21
now back to my scammer point when the scammers are ground level you introduce
- 11:28
you introduce insurance scams and insurance companies have money set aside
- 11:34
for the year for the scams of course yeah they're lawyers that you know we
- 11:39
just gonna do this get the money and set aside and that's gonna be that so some of these businesses are in on the
- 11:47
looting and destruction of the business right especially during because they are
- 11:52
endemic because of the insurance scam that is attached to it that's one - we've seen multiple videos
- 12:00
and pictures of police defacing property and police property at that yeah yeah uh
- 12:07
planting old cop cars to get burnt planting bricks yeah I post a video of a
- 12:14
woman next to three cops and a cop car tagging up the side of a building with the [ __ ] the police black lives matter
- 12:21
builder talking to the cops on what to write mm-hmm like actually y'all can you
- 12:28
um parks can help me with that as white people what is the stance on white protesters a tagging black lives matter
- 12:36
on come on businesses are you saying from that are
- 12:41
working to frame to make this look there's no we don't know there's two that's two sides to it there are some
- 12:48
white folks that are truly allies and our protesting for black lives matter
- 12:53
and for black lives period there are some that are co-opting it whether they may have their own good intentions that
- 12:59
may be anti-capitalist they may be a narc whatever maybe but they're using this as an excuse to do it doing it under the
- 13:06
guise of a different protest which is wrong you should not do that I'll say this Jo I my personal thoughts is this
- 13:13
is something black people should be leading and something we should be taking cues and be listening to black
- 13:19
people and how to move in our protesting mmm you got it agreed if if you're just white and
- 13:26
tagging up BLM on the side of a building even if your intentions are good black people are gonna get it looks away
- 13:33
black people are going to get blamed for it it'll it'll ruin and the perception
- 13:39
of the cause that's going on typecasted for you you should be taking your cues from them and they're leading this don't
- 13:46
take it in your own hands and [ __ ] something up it's really I viewed especially what's been going on this
- 13:53
weekend mm-hmm ah for those that are unaware I don't know how you can be at a time like this
- 13:59
but man some still are will lead us I'm still are unaware people have all the
- 14:05
facts and are still there check this out I'm not here to do this today mmm if you are unaware you are choosing
- 14:14
to be unaware and I am I refuse to acknowledge that you are just unaware
- 14:20
when this has been the state of this place since you've been here right I'm
- 14:26
not rolling with you're unaware let me paint the line that I never think I need
- 14:31
to pay paint for the all lives matter people hmm hey you guys [ __ ] you if that
- 14:39
is a response to black lives matter then [ __ ] you because you're missing the
- 14:46
point and you don't stand with us and at this point if you don't stand with us
- 14:52
then you're against us the end yeah like that's what that's what has hit me as
- 14:59
I've been just absorbing most of this content and ain't that deep straight
- 15:04
everybody got a thing piece right everybody got a hot and cold take
- 15:11
we'll get into the exclusive news and bits about mega responses but even
- 15:17
people saying that they're not qualified on talking about certain social issues you don't need to be qualified to say no
- 15:24
the police should not be killing innocent black people right like that just flat-out there should not be a gray
- 15:30
area or a but or I'm not I don't know too much about the subject no you can say hey you know the difference I think
- 15:36
that's wrong right yeah you're an American citizen yeah I'm gonna get we're gonna get to James Dolan later and
- 15:43
that [ __ ] he said but I got a lot of [ __ ] to get to about [ __ ] that people are saying right but upon me what
- 15:52
the hell any worried you say I wanted it's found an airport yeah you don't need to draw yeah yeah if you celebrate
- 15:57
area is either you if you're charming is insane or you're choosing to think otherwise if you're chiming in to say
- 16:03
that you were unaware if you're chiming and to say that all lives matter if you're chiming in right now to tell us
- 16:10
your business practices and business habits mmm it is tone-deaf it is
- 16:17
insensitive and now it's not the time it's just wrong to correct an office up
- 16:23
a black man was just handcuffed escorted inside of a car to have three policemen
- 16:30
beat the [ __ ] out of him while one stood outside playing look out I didn't see that point made enough and it's somebody
- 16:37
that used to play look out allegedly during B and E's that man was playing lookout was a role in the crime this is
- 16:44
planned they had to toxicology report come back from our they did an
- 16:50
independent report thank God thank God we got over that that a white trick
- 16:58
where's the fact that they were even trying to go that route is it just be y'all got the nerve to [ __ ] tell me
- 17:04
that George Floyd had fentanyl and it's like white people don't even update the
- 17:11
[ __ ] tricks they're getting worse too yeah but a lot of this podcast anything
- 17:18
so insignificant to what we're talking about when it comes to that type of crime what
- 17:24
the family went out and hired find the guy that the family hired let's address that man properly I think look dr. Bob
- 17:31
whoever it was it's basically the guy that invented this stuff yeah basically
- 17:37
a guy has been doing this for [ __ ] eons and knows more than everybody else that's who that the family wind is he's
- 17:44
probably the most uh the most popular autopsy chief medical examiner that we
- 17:51
know um you know he's he's been used in a few such instances with families I
- 17:57
wanted to hire their own medical examiner he came and told us what we
- 18:03
didn't need anybody to tell us right if three people put their knee in your back and one puts their knee and your neck
- 18:10
right blood will have a hard time circulating thank you expert examiner
- 18:15
yes but tell us what we know we know shame shame that we need that shame that
- 18:22
at such a time of grief and mourning the family has to even go through this right
- 18:27
but here we are mom no you do need that because you have narratives on certain
- 18:33
well let's just say Fox in particular where Sean Hannity is telling us of his martial arts background in how he knows
- 18:41
everything about show codes and his putting this narrative that now he know something else must have happened because I know martial arts
- 18:50
as one of the more punchable faces I've ever seen my life but yeah unfortunately
- 18:56
we need real medical examiner's to put this on paper to say this was a homicide
- 19:01
because you have idiots that pump these narratives that change what really happened because they're they have a
- 19:09
yellow belt and and they have real voice to a huge part of America so the issue I
- 19:16
had is when they tried to say he had underlying health issues hypertension he had those same underlying issues the day
- 19:21
before that happened to hear blood yes what he was doing walking around fine people have hypertension yeah right
- 19:27
surprised more they did that with Eric garner if you remember they said he was so out of shape and weak
- 19:34
that's why he died but then also said he was so big and strong that's why we needed all these cops to kill him hey
- 19:40
let me let me chime in has someone that has sold a cigarette don't take much in shape this to sell one right right you
- 19:47
can be out of shape and sell one yeah you can live through that he was just fine before y'all rolled up on the scene
- 19:53
you yeah yes and it's not running the [ __ ] 40-yard dash right it's selling a loosey um and listen that paranoia is
- 20:02
in me still cuz I'm I'm in my house saying all right I'm gonna just stay in the house too many of us have died
- 20:10
staying in the house yeah they run in the wrong house now shoot you so when I
- 20:16
so when I say to you parked that I'm [ __ ] up as an introvert I was okay in
- 20:21
the house like during kovat when they said don't move for the next however
- 20:26
long and summer was cancelled I was coming in a joking with you [ __ ] like awesome I love home um there is nothing
- 20:34
but the state of the world in front of you to look at and analyze constantly now and it's depressing
- 20:40
yeah it's depressing it's heavy as someone that's under the under the
- 20:46
impression that [ __ ] has been heavy since juice world past in December this is not a recent thing for me things have
- 20:52
consistently been heavy and as black men you know we strong enough to just go out
- 20:57
in the universe I've been bitching about that for two years now about black men and all the [ __ ] that has to wear in your mind and then go out in the
- 21:03
universe and act listen the cops are killing the black men and the hospital are killing the black women hmm so let
- 21:11
me not isolate black men black people have different things to worry about
- 21:16
so since juice swirl past scratch that since nip past differ and more things
- 21:22
let's be clear it's not just different it's more a lot more things and a lot of the same things yeah it's not a lot of
- 21:28
the same in its it's just taken people it's just so much of it constantly
- 21:33
piling on you're eventually just gonna wear down on the [ __ ] the world is in such a state that whatever you may go
- 21:41
through personally you may not have the wherewithal to deal with it yeah a lot of your person is
- 21:47
you may not have the energy even to deal with energy that comes toward you just
- 21:54
hypothetically I'm saying that so y'all don't think everything I'm saying is applied to me just hypothetically yeah
- 22:00
you wake up one Sunday you [ __ ] be put your girl mm-hmm [ __ ] you you go
- 22:07
out and maybe you and a friend aren't seeing eye-to-eye and you have to have that strenuous conversation or text
- 22:14
[ __ ] but you you continue with your
- 22:19
day and you and your baby moms got to have a conversation with some tension in it guess what by the time you get home
- 22:25
you don't have it in you I know this is very light stuff that we take for
- 22:31
granted and that's why I came here I came in with a few jokes about to protect your energy people hey all you
- 22:36
[ __ ] with them [ __ ] tweets all year round when my energy is just fine come back hmm hmm I'm not seeing so much
- 22:44
of it now and now it's more important than ever cuz all of the energy is [ __ ] up all
- 22:50
of it I'm not just dealing with protests and looting and murdered more people
- 22:59
were murdered we'll get to that shortly this flow this whole black Tuesday towel
- 23:07
blackout I support blacking out mmm I support disruption to businesses and
- 23:15
entities it's important let me start there yeah I do not believe that the
- 23:21
silence should designate a time to be silent hmm I do not believe that while
- 23:28
the president is initiating martial law and the military on civilians that we
- 23:36
should be quiet I do not believe that we should stop feeding each other the news
- 23:43
because that's how we're getting the news that is the one up we have on our ancestors that's the one up I had on my
- 23:51
grandma and my great-grandma and my grandfather I could feed somebody in [ __ ] West bubble [ __ ] what's
- 23:59
happening in New York City that unification hmm and then when I learned and you gentlemen can chime in
- 24:06
here cool that the music business started this little thing mm-hmm well I
- 24:12
have mixed feelings on that speak to it I think I think the the
- 24:17
blackout tile is great to only focus on what you're saying Joe passing news and
- 24:23
everything that's happening right now there should be nothing else on IG besides us sharing this today mm-hmm
- 24:28
when the music business was posting it last week and sharing it there was no context around it I had a
- 24:34
bunch of people saying we're gonna stop working on Tuesday sounds like a day off to me right there
- 24:39
was nothing around it there was no plan it was like we're gonna stop working everything that the music business has
- 24:46
taken from black people mmm what the [ __ ] is stopping working on Tuesday
- 24:51
doing right let's get active in some other yeah do it when album's coming out on Friday right affect your pockets well
- 24:58
or give back some of the shit's you took I didn't understand that just stopping work on twos the [ __ ] did that mean
- 25:04
everyone sent me that I said no I'm not posting it mmm it's stupid well tell me what you want to do on Tuesday and then
- 25:10
I'm behind you I do agree there should've been more direction with it you guys are taking a [ __ ] day off
- 25:16
you think all the white employees was like all right cool [ __ ]
- 25:21
damn near a four-day weekend hey Twitter already told a workers not even to come back awesome you're working from home
- 25:30
we're cool with y'all stank oh I think Joe I think you put it perfectly in one
- 25:36
sentence with what this music business from a major corporation side I'm not
- 25:42
speaking individually for there's a lot of good people that do care about this in the music industry but the silence
- 25:48
are gonna be more silent on Tuesday you've been quiet so your response to
- 25:54
that is well we're just not gonna work on on a Tuesday like what the [ __ ] is
- 25:59
that it doesn't mean anything to me I do agree doesn't mean something to me I agree with everything you say yeah but
- 26:05
the music industry is influential correct so their influence on a Tuesday
- 26:13
to affect other places of business with our
- 26:18
power I support agreed once we finished that point I get to your point yes which is
- 26:26
music business do it on a Friday yes or
- 26:32
do it on a the same [ __ ] that we talking about now is the same [ __ ] I was screaming about when epic [ __ ] about
- 26:38
faced when Bobby shmurda went to jail mmm the same [ __ ] I'm saying is the same [ __ ] I say every time a young black
- 26:44
artist dies every time a young black artist is robbed this is not a new boat
- 26:50
here for no no no music industry do it on a Friday okay alright your pockets
- 26:58
most of this is most of this from most of the companies is consumer-facing
- 27:05
which this is which makes this not a black and white thing cuz like I told mall a few weeks ago in the middle of
- 27:13
all this racist [ __ ] is green and a lot of these [ __ ] is playing both sides yeah and it's nasty you can see it um I
- 27:21
would like to see a lot of these CEOs you know from these these record companies and these streaming platforms I would like to see them like come
- 27:28
forward and really speak to their consumers in real I don't wanna hear [ __ ] word I want to see the [ __ ]
- 27:34
the execs and the CEOs mall won't even do an interview yeah let me just paint a
- 27:40
picture for you so black out day doesn't mean they're not doing interviews because they contain information that
- 27:46
you shouldn't know and they'll beat the talk of course not they're not beat the talk to you [ __ ] know they told me in
- 27:53
2008 and 2001 when I signed to Def Jam the name Lucien was a ghost hmm I
- 27:59
thought it was some Illuminati [ __ ] they said don't even worry about it you'll never meet him [ __ ] [ __ ] up until the
- 28:06
past maybe five six years as was his name was really in articles well that's
- 28:12
a real casual consumer he may be a new face in the music industry well what I'm saying to you is some
- 28:19
people just contain some information that you don't need to know and they don't have a fetish to be in front of the camera so you just will never know
- 28:25
it's oh wow so well you're protecting potential yeah yeah but all of the idiots that cloud
- 28:32
chase on Instagram I do feel like most of them have something to protect too but that urge for attention and that
- 28:37
urge to be seen and it urged to be famous it's really important Jeff really seen what he didn't care
- 28:42
about that he was trying to be covert no of course a lot of people have that urge to to be famous and this and that
- 28:48
but to answer to certain questions that are clearly wrong within the structure
- 28:54
that you're overseeing yes you owe that responsibility to the people you profit off of so yeah I'm not saying you should
- 29:00
be on IG live every night but you should give an interview I don't want to hear a
- 29:07
[ __ ] word I don't want to hear anything it's all lip service mm-hmm all
- 29:14
of it action give me actionable items and preferably from people who profit
- 29:21
off a black culture uh for their business to remain which I would have
- 29:26
much rather instead of a let's be quiet and not work on Tuesday okay all of our
- 29:31
streaming profits this month or this week are going to something specific that has to do with this cause I'd
- 29:37
rather you speak up and be quiet and not work on a Tuesday or all right we're giving this back to the artists we I
- 29:43
mean they're never gonna say that but there's way to take the profit that you took in from black culture or taken
- 29:50
rather and put it back into the causes that matter to the people that consume okay he's put it back into the schools
- 29:57
put it back into places where black people can better themselves and have more opportunities put it back you know
- 30:04
where we can see the change and we could feel the change so just giving a day off to black out a Tuesday off in June was I
- 30:13
forget employees is chilling negative meets on by Jody once you participate in black out Tuesday like oh great we never
- 30:20
record now black the picture excuse me my huh oh that's my participation black
- 30:30
and if it's crazy it's [ __ ] crazy to me so we still are running business as usual right no no now social media no
- 30:37
we're trying to go he's not taking any money your pop no no that's never there never
- 30:43
at that point yeah record labels know you want to impress me put some [ __ ] money to the side
- 30:49
how about that you make a million dollars off a future t-shirt all of you
- 30:54
can put some money to the side I'm not gonna say for reparations call it what the [ __ ] you want to call it but anybody
- 31:00
who has a place here because of black culture nah words ain't enough for me
- 31:05
yeah no words ain't enough for me everybody got a word [ __ ] do something do something blacking out a picture on a
- 31:14
be on a DSP to me looks like you know
- 31:19
people are in pain you know that something they recognize that has been some peace and understanding of people
- 31:25
also going through it and they're gonna run to your platform that's how I see it yes oh I think you're taking advantage
- 31:32
by doing that [ __ ] I agree with all that I do however think that it's dangerous to criticize in this instance we have
- 31:40
given things that they can do I don't like seeing people criticize protest not
- 31:45
necessarily just in this instance but in general protest is healthy however you choose to protest is helping mmm-hmm
- 31:52
so just admonishing it completely just because you don't feel that there was a
- 31:57
angle mmm let's find an angle but let's still do this protest now and then do the next one with the angle right so I
- 32:03
agree parks and I don't know the ceiling protest but I don't wants the only hope
- 32:08
i to me a lot of this feels like you were forced to say something because of the consumers that you cater to and now
- 32:16
you're just doing not even I don't want to say the bare minimum you just saying y'all I'm off today like that's not protesting to me at all
- 32:23
there's nothing active about that that's you or you're forced into a corner you have to say something and what you're
- 32:29
saying is I'm gonna take the day off no action during my day off I'm just taking it off like ER there's a lot of
- 32:36
companies that are that are tweeting out this this I stand with you [ __ ] that
- 32:42
won't hire a black person at all right and I think that's kind of weird a issue lie mmm that's the issue I have when I
- 32:49
see some of this stuff from some of these people but cool I am still with you I support support well I'm with the protesting for sure I
- 32:57
just don't feel that even in columbia records right here saying which everyone shared it's not just columbia records
- 33:02
this is not a day off instead this is a day to reflect and figure out ways to move forward that's a day off that's a
- 33:07
day off alright tomorrow or we'll give you a few days record companies tell me what you reflected on and tell me the ways that
- 33:14
you figured out how to move forward I don't think it's all just for a post and you know to make it seem like they're
- 33:20
that they're with the cause and with the people but again I let's talk about this next week let's figure out to make it
- 33:26
better let's see what let's see what what record companies are doing in saying this and if we're not spending
- 33:32
money with these other businesses to show the power and unity of the black
- 33:38
dollar and the impact it's correct and why is it for day hey [ __ ] hey by order
- 33:48
from Amazon what you need this week because next week we chillin for them off mmm yeah
- 33:55
things like that yeah listen I support anything that's gonna make somebody the
- 34:01
the enemy the ops spend money hey Trump they depress conference then I'm sitting out them in a new car say you
- 34:08
have spend it spend it I'm sitting the military out for civilians Oh
- 34:13
spend it well at the end of the day that kind of bite us in the ass yeah we from our pockets too but that's
- 34:21
a beep much bigger conversation no it ain't it's not everything is very simple y'all voted in a lying racist bigoted
- 34:30
rapist correct the end it's not a much deeper conversation for later that we
- 34:36
have to say I know I agree I'm talking about sending in National Guard and
- 34:41
everything this is all public service it comes out of our pocket the taxpayer all of it comes out of our are possible it's
- 34:48
not the ops oh well maybe for helpful II they're gonna find a new way for us to pay for it anyway aid you're never seeing that money and once you realize
- 34:54
that it's a wash awesome they got to pay for all these cops they got to pay for the military I gotta pay for the
- 35:00
National Guard they got to pay for all of it yep run it up the whole country's in debt run it up y'all can out of 40
- 35:06
like I told mall Podcast we outnumber them if I put it 500 people right there and I put 500
- 35:13
people down there and then 500 people go take the train uptown over there [ __ ] it's over you can't do nothing what are
- 35:19
you gonna do but [ __ ] call in the National Guard you got to do it now let's get to President Trump and that address have you seen it of course
- 35:26
you've seen it because you can't miss it right now so you guys react [ __ ] no
- 35:35
Trump whatever what did you think I think he's an embarrassment to the country yeah for sure
- 35:42
I think it's a dangerous dangerous human being an individual for sure I think he
- 35:47
goes against everything his own party stands for for sure Republican Party is supposed to be small government you know
- 35:54
their their constitution bangers at least the ones that they like the amendments they like and there's nothing
- 36:02
more big government than bringing the military for citizens yeah sure had it had a Democrat ever called
- 36:08
martial law the Republicans would lose their [ __ ] minds correct I think we just have a president
- 36:17
that honestly represents how most people
- 36:22
in this country feel I disagree uh I wouldn't say most people more than half
- 36:29
close close to it he didn't win the
- 36:34
country argue about here the president represents a lot of people to feel like a lot of people close to half but I
- 36:41
wouldn't say most and he's um you know a lot of ego he's all about all about self
- 36:47
I don't I don't I have never seen him ain't no get me wrong I'm not one of those people that is gonna sit here and
- 36:54
say Donald Trump has done nothing good for this country because he did do a lot
- 37:00
of things for Megamall no no no never that no but I didn't vote for Trump maltu saying like we got to speak facts
- 37:06
he has done things for black people in his country he has passed some some laws
- 37:11
and and and the economy is up like it has risen since he's been in office like
- 37:17
these are just facts so I'm not I'm not the biggest politician for me political guy the stock market is about
- 37:22
to crash no but this is now an employee unemployment is higher than it's ever been I'm talking this isn't all here's a
- 37:28
global and national pandemic these are all new riots all over the America understand these are all new things that
- 37:33
just happen I'm talking about since he's been in office when he first came in office since he's been in office the
- 37:39
economy did go up you're not you're not you know you are not judged by your one good year in the league I'm not judged
- 37:45
by your career I'm talking about all of the things I'm saying he hasn't done he has done some good things since he's
- 37:51
been in office is all I'm saying I'm not was just gonna kill try some of that is spoken mirrors by the way capitalism is but some of it is fact you
- 37:59
can it's in front you can see it but overall because he's such his demeanor
- 38:04
and his character is so terrible he's such a shitty [ __ ] up person that doesn't matter gets outshine I'm just
- 38:11
saying to lay it out for both sides okay like cool people thanks so much thanks Trump for letting absolutely 20 black
- 38:18
people out of jail while also separating kids from their families also while that
- 38:25
we can run down a long list of things that Trump has done and hided by
- 38:33
remember that time thanks thanks Amy he also led his man's in them out of jail
- 38:38
but I was let all of his man's in them out but I think what he did Doug and of the day which is yesterday him having
- 38:44
the protesters the peaceful protesters parade so he can cross the street and take a picture in front of the church
- 38:49
with the bots like that whole stunt yo disgusted by family your your just a different your brain is in a whole
- 38:57
different like time zone I don't know is nothing else to say about that you saw
- 39:02
this in front of your face like you did that he also didn't picture it's so blatantly because he did it 20 minutes
- 39:08
ahead of the curfew word at least hypothetically people would have cleared out right not need to be tear gas illegal [ __ ] chemical to use on
- 39:17
protesting listen whatever political party you subscribe to whoever you are if you can't see through the [ __ ] of
- 39:25
Donald Trump holding up a Bible in a [ __ ] church side down that as well and
- 39:31
staring into a camera and then immediately getting back into it Carr is I don't think we'd ever need to
- 39:38
have a conversation with you he tear guests people from the church right members of the church right to do this
- 39:45
[ __ ] right that's 1% that that stunt to me that was the nail in the coffin for Donald Trump see me you I can't see
- 39:53
through that dude I don't know where we could even start having a conversation you see that right there that's kind of
- 40:01
what I want to put a stop to right there the if you can't see through that talks
- 40:08
then what if you can't see through it what because I refuse to believe that
- 40:13
somebody can't see through it so I see through it yes so no attention to see so
- 40:20
much very my point in saying that is how are we even going to have the serious
- 40:26
complicated conversations if you can't even admit that [ __ ] you know listen
- 40:33
Alex that's the point that I was about to make um let me tell y'all I bumped on I I bumped into the Trump address by
- 40:40
mistake mm-hmm I didn't know that he was scheduled to speak nor was I watching in anticipation
- 40:47
of him speaking but the TV stays on in my house on mute on CNN and MSNBC got
- 40:56
money just so I can because the TV's name electricity could not money because
- 41:02
I'm a genius [ __ ] you [ __ ] I left I left
- 41:07
it on on mute to look at the riots and the protests right and I was able to see
- 41:15
across the ticker hey we have Trump coming up he's scheduled to speak so I was able to see in real time the police
- 41:23
attempt to clear the way and it was nasty yeah it was nasty now because I'm
- 41:31
black it took me a second to realize that what was happening was nasty and not just business as usual but yet
- 41:38
peaceful protesters tear gas run over with [ __ ] horses push to the side so
- 41:45
forth and so on for Trump to even hold that address publicly where you could still hear the protests where you could
- 41:53
still hear the chaos that rang that rang loud to me Trump for Trump to hold the
- 42:01
Bible up and and there to be the white power Confederate flag Nazi [ __ ] sign
- 42:08
or whatever the [ __ ] I've seen on all the YouTube Doc's that rang to me him
- 42:14
doing that in front of whatever church that was that rang to me but more importantly it rang to me not because of
- 42:21
the events that took place that day but because I had just finished reading all about this DC blackout and now I'm just
- 42:28
looking at you like you [ __ ] well that's why he did this because what was
- 42:33
hearing about people were kind of laughing that he was scared the protesting and stuff like that and they
- 42:39
had him go to the bunk of the White House he's in case of all the lights yes so that this was his monster that's
- 42:46
saying I'm not scared I'm outside bragging about your secret service yeah that will be the lasting image for me
- 42:53
from his presidency the White House the White House with the lights out that's
- 42:59
the start for me president Trump hiding in a bunker when things got real I never respect me because that's just [ __ ] are
- 43:06
you only tough when it's a gang of you you [ __ ] but let's stop there um let me
- 43:12
get into my conspiracy theorist back the DC blackout tag had much more to do with
- 43:18
things in totality than just the White House lights being out of y'all familiar I'm nothing okay allegedly when the
- 43:27
White House lights went out cell phone cell phone service in DC also went out Oh along with Internet service
- 43:35
in DC that went out along with all of
- 43:41
the cameras that survey surveil the street allegedly went out as well
- 43:48
really so an hour before we had we had pictures of protests from DC and in the
- 43:54
next hour there was allegedly a blackout of phone Internet and the White House
- 44:01
Wow I don't know what you guys think of this that's intentional but yes that
- 44:07
it's intentional but intentional why I don't know the why cuz I'm on ground level but I'm looking at the scope of
- 44:13
things when you do the enemy when you look at the history of things here when
- 44:18
you're blacking something out you don't want something to be seen it was a gentleman kill will get we'll get to the
- 44:26
gentleman that was killed but all of the cops had their [ __ ] body cams turned off DC blackout there's somebody missing
- 44:34
in Chicago along with Trump's address that to me anytime Trump gets up there and when
- 44:40
it's hysteria he just talks to the racist people yeah and that's what he did again all of that law and order
- 44:48
calling citizens protect your Second Amendment
- 44:54
yeah all the young words that now yeah they you know we used to know what those words were in this climate he can't use
- 45:01
them so he uses the keywords that get those type of people riled up it's no surprise that immediately after that
- 45:07
address went out we started to see the groups of white people with mats patrolling Philadelphia so yes we
- 45:14
started hearing about the gangs now fighting with themselves and with civilians like it's division yeah its
- 45:23
division it's what he's thrived on its entire time it's what helped him to get elected but that's where we are now so I
- 45:29
want to tell people out there to please be careful even in protest yeah I say that somebody who was just scrolling a
- 45:36
gram one day and then saw his 19 year old son out there and a protest it was
- 45:42
difficult for me sure it was conflicting for me I did not know where I stood in
- 45:47
that moment I'll be honest and transparent with you guys I think that's what I wasn't proud of him oh no you had
- 45:53
to also care I was proud of him yeah but you concerned as well I'm a concerned parent
- 45:58
fan I saw I saw sin out there protesting that's who she is she's listen when homeboy died and when jr. died in the
- 46:05
Bronx she went up there to the gravesite into the for a week straight just dropping flowers off that is who she is
- 46:10
but you're concerned yeah you're concerned you see on people that you love of out here because you never know what
- 46:18
can happen we see what can wire up there are people up with SUVs and totally aside from that what they're not
- 46:24
reporting is the Sandra bland shoot they kill us when they get us yeah so I mean
- 46:31
if they're gonna start cutting if cutting surveillance off and cutting the Wi-Fi off and just cutting whatever
- 46:37
often and and why is the president in a [ __ ] bunker oh because [ __ ] is about to get real yeah yeah out here yeah all
- 46:45
of that is alarming and disturbing to me and the police 100% let me not say the
- 46:51
police the police the Klan whoever it is I don't know because I'm ground level they definitely want to make an example out of a few of us wasn't the sale for
- 46:57
sure and cable didn't go out right I don't know I don't I can't confirm that
- 47:03
anything went out but if you just click on the DC blackout hashtag plenty of
- 47:08
presents of DC say ah man well if game comes out this is much easier for them
- 47:16
to control the narrative on cable and cable news than it is to control the narrative on the internet and in any
- 47:22
camera that is filming what's actually happening so yeah that makes a lot of sense to me that they would do that which is why it's important now for us
- 47:29
to have we need a program we need we
- 47:35
need to know exactly what we're doing because right now it was kind of like people just wanting to be heard and
- 47:40
they're showing out and it you're protesting and that's fine I love that people are looting and tan [ __ ] up
- 47:47
that's fine but we need we need to know what's the plan we need a plan I really
- 47:53
like and this may be awful what you're saying but I don't think it is I really like this new initiative that the NBA
- 48:00
came up with mmm I think it just just started today where all of the coaches
- 48:09
get together and it's the you don't even know how to find the only in the world on tomorrow it's a NBPA or the NCPA they started
- 48:16
some group that is essentially just for the progressiveness of minorities and
- 48:23
and so it's popping them right paw Popovich is involved
- 48:28
is involved Dave Blatt is involved um there's a few a time involved see and
- 48:34
that I like and really agree with I've heard Popovich speak enough on on these
- 48:40
type of issues to know where he stands he cares yeah I have heard her speak enough to know where he stands he cares
- 48:46
and whether some people want to admit it or not we need help from from allies all
- 48:53
right we do absolutely like if there's a white person that cares now is a good
- 48:59
time to say that and if you're not saying you care I am to assume that you do not all right so I like what the end
- 49:05
I like I like the NBA doing that partly because of the stance that their white
- 49:10
people take mmm that's like parks and we're like the stance that they take as white people I like the NBA um doing that because the
- 49:17
NBA is black pretty much as I like the NBA doing it cuz the NBA wasn't always
- 49:23
black like there's a lot of reasons why I like the NBA doing it on the opposite
- 49:29
side of the spectrum the NFL looks nuts retweeting all of this [ __ ] with the
- 49:36
Kaepernick situation yeah you look nuts y'all went and put a whole subcommittee
- 49:43
division together when too many of your players were going home and beating the [ __ ] out of their wives right you did
- 49:50
that mmm why are we not doing it now don't tell me that you stand with us on
- 49:56
one end and in the other end we have somebody who was blackballed because
- 50:02
they were peacefully protesting because they took the correct meal NBC put
- 50:07
something out looks a little nutty after that Gabrielle Union situation it looks a
- 50:13
little nutty complex put something out I like what complex did for me so I won't share some of the things that but it
- 50:19
ain't too many black people running around up there like this problem is
- 50:25
much bigger than this moment oh yeah and when I say it's not that deep you can
- 50:35
look anywhere and see it is what I mean mmm anywhere what part of America would you
- 50:42
like to observe would you like to look at our our school system would you like
- 50:50
to look at our real estate the redlining issues that we've been having would you
- 50:55
like to look at our police would you like to look at our government would you
- 51:00
like to look at our economy stocks look at the stock wherever you want to look
- 51:06
look at the jail system look at the farming system look at the truckers
- 51:11
anywhere in America that you look right this second it's [ __ ] up so awesome
- 51:19
that Trump let a few black people are good but right this second it all it all
- 51:24
needs reconstruction yeah not rebuilding restructuring not a renewal mmm not uh
- 51:34
some new front facing now something you can fix the front of the house now looks
- 51:39
real sexy and inside still [ __ ] that's that's not what we need right now anywhere you look in America is my point
- 51:46
so awesome let's black towel on the death let's protest to death let's riot let's
- 51:52
loot let's do anything that is with the betterment of the community but uh a lot
- 52:00
of these people are playing both sides and I don't have time for the optics of it all cuz [ __ ] is too real because - it
- 52:05
is it is entirely too real out there with all it is coming off the pen I just don't have time for the optic game and
- 52:12
to protect your business game I don't write you don't talk about all you don't talk about uh Virgil let's do it let's
- 52:23
do it you all keep [ __ ] oh honey don't you want keep it a Virg let's keep it let's keep it to two virgins yeah I
- 52:29
always keep it to Burgess you have to that's up to man actually let's pause
- 52:39
let's pause let's pause let's break it up and then come back to more depressing
- 52:46
stuff I like to ii like my depression in doses yeah yeah yeah it's cool
- 52:52
as hell now what was we just about to
- 53:00
talk about Virgil can I Virgil now hold a Virg real quick though I'm no casual
- 53:05
me now pains me that [ __ ] Rory
- 53:11
decided to go get his Nazi haircut now read the room boy read the room time for
- 53:19
the Nazi Air cut Rory had to cut my hair
- 53:24
also Rory got the new Travis contour I got two new Travis Scott totaled on you
- 53:31
you thought I forgot okay no you own you
- 53:38
off white all up before she stopped singing before she starts singing before she starts singing paint a picture from
- 53:44
you judging how you will Rory has the new Travis cuts
- 53:50
I love Rory and he's my friend and I know his heart so I don't think he's a hipster because of it but they were sent
- 53:59
in from hey hey I didn't make this up
- 54:06
you ready for me okay you sing like them as well before the Neman we talked about it super hard man man are the Travis's I
- 54:16
don't have them nor were they offer to me but let's get to the next point hey guess what Rory did you all what you
- 54:26
remember what Kanye said um [ __ ] you think I rapped for to push your [ __ ] rav4 Loki laughing he laughs he won't
- 54:35
even tell y'all it's not this he's so ashamed oh don't you cop out there I didn't have
- 54:45
anything to do tell them what the Brett
- 54:52
was a good reliable car I told I told my friend in confidence
- 54:58
because he sucks we work together there's no such thing as confidence and
- 55:04
no that's not true but you got to tell me yo this is in confidence [Laughter]
- 55:13
yo this is in confidence
- 55:18
we both know ya nah man just you know check something off the list for a
- 55:23
family member and that was it um it's a good reliable car new rav4 is oh yeah
- 55:35
it's not like what Kanye said that this is a way this is a flex you know like
- 55:42
look at say buddy tried to cop look at the price tag walked away now this isn't like when Drake tries to
- 55:49
kill all the hotels we love we have to put a stance on rappers killing things that are fire yeah I know we like that
- 55:54
that new rav4 isn't nuts dad hotel dieu was nice I did not copy anything more
- 56:09
you guys what would it hipster do oh you got it for free what's the second thing
- 56:17
I kissed you unbox yeah you just gotta use 20% off use my name do the cold what would run unboxing video guess what
- 56:28
I copped it would Rory buy himself a rav4 or would he like copy for one his
- 56:35
parents man so they could have a easy time and tables
- 56:53
[Music] all right so listen let's stay on Rory let's go right to Cape Town let's go to
- 56:58
Cape Town keep your dick concealed
- 57:04
request if you would if you would be so kind
- 57:09
Rory is that friend either by the way to pull the dick out front here I believe everybody has that friend oh yeah yeah
- 57:17
you have a friend that the right room get-together ham was coming up here I'm
- 57:25
just gonna sit this one how many of the checks got to be checked off for you to be like yeah I think it's safe
- 57:32
no I think you guys should have that conversation I'm gonna go use the bathroom
- 57:38
you have to got it now no read them read the room was one of the most important
- 57:43
qualities you could have absolutely read the room is here as slang to white people now that's why I had it written
- 57:49
down Rory well that's Lang did white people cuz [ __ ] told me to read the room to and I felt dumb I had a little
- 57:57
clap back I've read it and this is now you know what now that sound be clapping
- 58:03
back in people um it's street smart yeah man yeah man didn't read the room you man did not read the room Malin Rory's
- 58:13
man first habla now hey let me start this [Laughter]
- 58:24
you mean hey Blair I want to start this with a few things I have never owned I
- 58:31
have my own off-white and more and I do not know he don't know you
- 58:36
Oh Joe Budden owns off-white clothing and shoes mall and I do not so before
- 58:43
you start to hire did not have off-white shoes you gave him the tray you bought him with you thank you I did not buy
- 58:48
them i influenced okay he didn't box me
- 58:55
about you he didn't give you definitely had the yellow off-white belt around the [ __ ] sweatshirt like I know it's cool
- 59:03
I have two articles from off-white articles in my closet only - and you
- 59:09
guys are teasing me MA and I have none so let's just make sure the narrative is correct you have the look no one
- 59:16
narrative rhymes with try to Scott you Travis about Travis did say some
- 59:25
[ __ ] to one times Virgil let me preface this with I have
- 59:30
never met I've never met Virgil and I hear that he's a pretty good guy yeah I
- 59:36
also hear that he's a dick from a different crowd but I can't confirm
- 59:41
because I've never met him pretty sure some people you're that successful people gonna have some [ __ ] things
- 59:46
to say about you for sure do you believe that believe that success absolutely you
- 59:53
can't please everybody yeah a lot of times when you're at that level just not saying hi when you don't
- 59:58
hear something well run back and do always the biggest dick at Ironman yes well that's why for me it's really important to check the character on the
- 1:00:05
people talking [ __ ] about you that's who you said said that's it that's important you should read the room yeah hey some of the [ __ ] that
- 1:00:14
told me y'all [ __ ] pieces of [ __ ] good [ __ ] man yeah ten Souls down down man
- 1:00:20
believe them dude you you must have harmed them in some way um Virgil now I
- 1:00:26
had an eye on him since him and Kanye took that [ __ ] funny picture out in Paris or London with the funny Louis
- 1:00:32
Vuitton luggage is and of colors so like a long long time yeah stuck with me okay what didn't you like
- 1:00:40
about it it you didn't like the picture like anything about it you didn't like
- 1:00:46
the picture no I mean you just not drippy enough um not so which is why I
- 1:00:52
didn't like the picture no I think that mean they were all friends making their way through here I don't care I don't
- 1:01:01
care that nigga's his friends you got to understand what you say you don't like the best and then looking and looking at
- 1:01:10
it now years later we'll all of those individuals I think we are being so successful and we friends and we've been
- 1:01:16
here through the church that's important oh that's important I just opened my
- 1:01:22
iTunes in it it had dead prez playing from Apple music Oh Rory mad it is oh that was bad as his white brothers man
- 1:01:29
magic genius well I am I am mad at my brother mad at the women's RORO to dead
- 1:01:54
prez on watch out I [ __ ] with that price um class Virgil donated $50 to naked you
- 1:02:02
[ __ ] man and then say yo any posted that's match my [ __ ]
- 1:02:07
he posted that he donated $50 said match him got killed donated 20 grand after he
- 1:02:16
got killed and then kept getting killed and then responded to to the killing Sam
- 1:02:23
what well why don't I read it for you more Virgil says let me start with a few
- 1:02:32
central facts no [ __ ] anybody it starts with facts is offended at something
- 1:02:39
anytime you say I'm gonna start with facts you know I am a black man
- 1:02:49
keep going well he put spaces in between black poison like dark dark on an average trip
- 1:03:00
to the grocery store in Chicago I fear I will die if this the risk of literal
- 1:03:12
death is the normal walk of life for almost life for almost live as I'm
- 1:03:19
walking on my tiptoes hey I don't quite understand there's some of that cut off no oh when I apply for a job I fear I
- 1:03:29
won't get it let's stop right there
- 1:03:36
let's take 8 minutes and 30 seconds it's now just be silent now you was right I
- 1:03:44
was wrong we should be solid do you yeah and again
- 1:03:52
I never met I never met Virgil I don't know him so this is not an attack on his character but it's B response all right
- 1:04:00
fine but you can't say when you apply you're the creative director for Louie Vuitton
- 1:04:05
I'm sure in life or something you don't have fear that you won't get it at this point of your life I'm sure
- 1:04:11
version applies life especially in the fashion world which is known to be
- 1:04:17
racist in a lot of ways mm-hmm sure he faced a lot of that on his way to become the creative director for the Louvre
- 1:04:24
it's absolutely shut up but I don't think now when Virgil applies for a job that's all I'm speaking about that's all I'm speaking
- 1:04:31
to what job a Jew applying for it he's not applying for any job you're gonna see Thomas five asking for an application
- 1:04:36
am I gonna walk in HomeGoods and see Virgil do you think he has a cover letter it's my nature to be extra polite
- 1:04:47
but I'm extra polite because before I open my mouth nine times out of ten
- 1:04:52
people judge any interaction with police could be
- 1:04:58
fatal to me a split-second interaction I could have with them off white sneakers mean nothing Tim or or that I'm head
- 1:05:06
designer of this or I showed artwork at such in such place doesn't apply in the heat of an exchange okay
- 1:05:13
he's correct though sir come here send chills down my spine spine right now can
- 1:05:22
you do Virgil's audiobook 39 years no 39
- 1:05:39
years of my life could be reduced in one second radio call to the police a tall
- 1:05:44
black man was Virgil's the guy that puts us back in his time I also know that
- 1:05:51
this isn't just about race my parents immigrated I hate when they could start doing this they start tell me about
- 1:05:57
their parents fine I'll read it my parents immigrated from Ghana with $0 to
- 1:06:02
their name I am lucky that they gave me the tools to grow up to have a successful career I know that black
- 1:06:08
people with fewer resources and less access to the privileges that I have are much more vulnerable than me I also know
- 1:06:15
that black women queer and trans people go through struggles that are a bit that
- 1:06:20
are additive that are additive okay as a black person I have felt anger sadness
- 1:06:27
and pain every time one of us has held victim or prejudice or systemic racism I
- 1:06:32
am proud to stand in solidarity with every moment to eradicate rip keep going
- 1:06:40
he said every moment hmm did he write this every movement okay I can't read I am pressing [ __ ] I am proud to stand in
- 1:06:51
solidarity with every movement to eradicate racism and police violence racism has to stop it is literally
- 1:06:59
killing us [ __ ] all that [ __ ] man
- 1:07:04
yeah let's say I apologize in my comments yesterday appeared as if my main concerns are anything other than
- 1:07:10
full solidarity with the movement against police violence racism and inequality I want to update all systems that don't address our current needs it
- 1:07:16
has been my personal mo in every room I touch yesterday I spoke up yesterday I spoke out about how my stores and stores
- 1:07:23
of friends were looted I apologize that it seemed like my concern for those stores outweighed my concern for our
- 1:07:29
right to protest injustice and express our anger and reign rage in this moment I also joined a social media chain of
- 1:07:35
friends who were matching $50.00 donations I apologize that appeared to appear to same as if that was my only
- 1:07:42
donation to these important causes I'm not reading an issue no more ok did you
- 1:07:48
read his street wear community post as old I think no it was a in reaction to a
- 1:07:57
store on Melrose or sunset or something that that was looted a brand I want to
- 1:08:04
say was apart before be I could be completely wrong but yeah this right here he was never even heard of that hipster guy I want to say it was
- 1:08:11
apartment 4b top of the facts well in
- 1:08:18
the stores and the stores Beck's doors the facts doors there was something that
- 1:08:23
was hilarious in his responsive saying next time you look at your your [ __ ]
- 1:08:28
street wear t-shirt in the closet just know it's looking back at you and disgust it's like I'm paraphrasing but
- 1:08:35
it was nuts until you told us that our street wear shirt is gonna stare back at us and how mad it will be that we looted
- 1:08:43
their store clothes ain't speaking to
- 1:08:51
them [ __ ] Nagel I can't wait to throw that fresh on and they just told us through we're dead yeah that's all I
- 1:08:59
thought he was referred to three ways not dead by the way I don't know who said that why he said it but it's not
- 1:09:06
then pictures started floating around of all our designers that work for
- 1:09:12
off-white and none of them black then they then you know they couldn't stop there had to pull out pictures of
- 1:09:18
his wife you know it's like the sitting at home hey off its off blacks here too
- 1:09:25
hey he the only thing off white friends
- 1:09:41
[ __ ] if I don't get a package [ __ ] where worries Travis's bar home bro
- 1:09:48
listen it's not that he donated I'm not the guy to ever talk [ __ ] about somebody
- 1:09:53
donating anything yeah been any clearer I knew I knew that clear he's doing he was matching right so it's like Virgil
- 1:10:00
what is he want to put up five hundred thousand and tell somebody to match it we can did it yeah but did it somebody
- 1:10:07
told him to match that mix a yo rolls-royce in my driveway gave it up y'all turn man [ __ ] you did that yeah
- 1:10:14
but we know you can't do that nobody but you can no no no right you can do it right you absolutely right but I'm just
- 1:10:21
saying Ando both fifty dollars and then say y'all trying to inspire you [ __ ] this broke read read the room buddy no
- 1:10:35
I'm sorry you can't heat a tree he didn't read them you can't post $50 oh man y'all want to get into all the
- 1:10:40
people that they're canceling do you think well first do you think Virgil I
- 1:10:46
mean do people really get cancelled but do you think this will affect Virgil at
- 1:10:51
all no he's gonna put out a new carpet at Target some nice quote on any people
- 1:10:57
gonna go crazy for it no I don't think that this will affect Virgil because I
- 1:11:03
think Virgil and whoever came up with some cool [ __ ] serviced it to all of the
- 1:11:11
[ __ ] hippie nerdy geeky [ __ ] kids that spend money mm-hmm and then sold it
- 1:11:18
and then remained the black face so that the company could continue to thrive and
- 1:11:24
flourish nasty now the plan most times make it wanna
- 1:11:32
build some shouldn't sell it yeah it's the plan hmm but oh the consumer-facing
- 1:11:37
from me is nasty I get it that's just my
- 1:11:42
opinion no I get it Lucy Lucy 220 in the pot off their 50 oh no do you throw
- 1:11:48
twenty thousand after after the fact yeah okay I mean and he might be doing stuff away cuz don't get it twisted a
- 1:11:54
lot of celebs do things quietly they get it quietly they'd only like you know Virgil I personally have nothing against
- 1:12:01
you but if you think I'm gonna miss an opportunity to get these jokes off about you I'm sorry buddy you don't know me
- 1:12:09
but my sense of humor is warped and that's really funny to me no it's not
- 1:12:14
the donating 50 it was the post it was throwing up that I donated fifty dollars and then asking people to match it it
- 1:12:22
was funny he should have put donating
- 1:12:27
quotes that's company sure to put donate in quotes come when they started posting
- 1:12:32
how much his socks cost I'm just saying
- 1:12:39
when you look at it when you look at it like like that for what it is yeah yeah
- 1:12:44
look really stupid wearing the [ __ ] in quotes yeah yeah in all caps and with
- 1:12:55
bread ties on your sneakers I was never a fan of bread sauce on sneakers I'm a
- 1:13:01
fan of it if somebody black came up with it but looking at the picture of all the white people I'm not wearing bread bread
- 1:13:06
ties it's a different symbolism then it's a whole different vibe now sorry
- 1:13:13
verge oh that Lana Del Rey who just last
- 1:13:18
week was talking all this [ __ ] address she addressed culture just a few weeks
- 1:13:24
ago she addressed culture she you jealous she stayed lit she didn't state she
- 1:13:31
dress whole she said hey I have a question for culture and now she's posting all the looting vids okay and
- 1:13:38
she got chin-checked by kailani and Nadja good [ __ ] what are you doing yeah
- 1:13:48
I'm just looking everybody that is made of dime off of the off of the back off
- 1:13:53
of a black back I'm just looking you know what I like about this mother though I like seeing the celebs like the
- 1:14:01
white celebs I like seeing how I like seeing them walk on eggshells right now like there's some satisfaction in that
- 1:14:07
for me like you could tell who's scared to say something and who's like they say something and they hope it's received
- 1:14:13
the right way I mean to me is funny because it's like family it is simple to
- 1:14:18
speak out either you with the people or you against the people where is Madonna
- 1:14:24
son to dance us through this madness how
- 1:14:33
come y'all don't think that's as funny as it is ours with Madonna son yeah -
- 1:14:39
just the other could have seen it yes I saw see that's that white nervousness yeah
- 1:14:52
[ __ ] right how'd he just be kind of walking on eggshells but he had to know
- 1:14:58
he looked crazy doing that dog come on boy do the [ __ ] you asked me a dance
- 1:15:06
[Music] the Kappas did it you danced they got ya you will do it for Oh yo young Rory I'm
- 1:15:16
got to give you the story for Jersey
- 1:15:27
[Laughter]
- 1:15:36
that didn't go well with your haircut [Laughter]
- 1:15:47
Mike was getting his [ __ ] off yeah hey
- 1:16:02
actually a few [ __ ] yous real quick I see all you [ __ ] out there saying that
- 1:16:08
dressed like the undercover undercover cops at the protest I see it but read
- 1:16:14
the room now's not the time for me to reply but I'm coming back also you I see you [ __ ] that keep
- 1:16:22
adding pump it up to every day with somebody Hey look what Madonna has this
- 1:16:48
black kid doing it now that's sick he could have just put shoes on his all I'm
- 1:16:53
sayin I mean Madonna may have clean floors do it I don't even like Madonna's kids you
- 1:17:00
should be worried but Donna should not have that look how the dog was looking at in the lion go crack on him cuz I
- 1:17:08
think he's like 14 or something raising a hybrid [ __ ] in their [ __ ]
- 1:17:19
heels
- 1:17:26
[Laughter] [Music]
- 1:17:36
[ __ ] up how about that Yoda t-shirt took them to the jogger pants that's a new
- 1:17:41
wave though no it's the new way the freaking is Shiva Master look somebody
- 1:17:53
else did something stupid - I was a Miss Argentina she was over there giving it
- 1:18:10
up on IG uh story she was saying that black people you'll be fine
- 1:18:16
you chose to be black this one she went on her Casanova [ __ ] this [ __ ] went over your head you don't understand and then
- 1:18:23
went on to say I'm so spiritual that I think black people chose it to be black and how they wanted to treat it you
- 1:18:34
chose to be born as a colored person in America for a reason to learn a certain lesson is a quote from Miss Malaysia and
- 1:18:42
of course this is to the ones who understand this level and state of mind
- 1:18:49
not for everyone everyone grows at a different rate yeah so now hunger and
- 1:18:59
poverty still exist it is what it is it's inevitable best you can do is remain calm protect heart and don't allow it to
- 1:19:05
crumble that's your responsibility you
- 1:19:19
are a sick depraved individual miss Malaysia but she went on after because I went through the oh [ __ ] and she was
- 1:19:25
saying that she's so spiritual that we're not gonna get it that she knows that that's what happened I don't get it
- 1:19:31
you know you're not on that spiritual level good mall can you tell us about the time
- 1:19:38
you chose to be a person of color yeah I
- 1:19:44
wasn't my dads ballsack specs 81 and I was in there with everybody else like you know what I want to be colored even
- 1:19:53
though your father was cold but I chose to be it's a difference he didn't have a
- 1:19:59
choice I did got you yeah this is what's
- 1:20:04
going on I hate how people thinking man now that right now I'm thinking back to uh what's the Ben Stiller movie
- 1:20:10
Zoolander when they're talking about the killing the senator of Malaysia mmm keep
- 1:20:17
it third I woke it was controlling everything in Zoolander sorry stripping her of a title as a
- 1:20:23
result probably put a crown back on her head okay doesn't Trump own Miss
- 1:20:29
Universe am i making that up he was imagine sphere several maybe what
- 1:20:36
nasty dawn yes he does we've seen the docs and an anonymous
- 1:20:43
came back on Twitter I believe every word of it every last word of it I
- 1:20:48
believe it anon is an awning anon is backing on and it came back with the scream mask and they drop receipts yeah
- 1:20:55
I love when people come with receipts of things how do these people get these things also I've been I've been shocked
- 1:21:01
shocked at TMZ silence during on all of this what you guys don't have the black
- 1:21:07
tea now huh know how we're feeling now out there huh don't have the autopsy
- 1:21:13
reports before somebody dies now watch
- 1:21:18
where people snow is it is like you said Joe but and that's the thing we can't
- 1:21:23
because my mom said something to me this week and that was it stuck with me and she was like you know as just in nature
- 1:21:30
black people we aren't violent people and we're very forgiving people like we would we get this violence from what
- 1:21:38
we've been given this is our reacting to violence and a lot of the times you know
- 1:21:45
we we speak out and we do things but at the same time we're very forgiving
- 1:21:50
yeah like you know the most forgiving the most people like as much as we've been through in this world and in this
- 1:21:56
country black people we still have a heart we still have compassion we still love because that's who we are at our core
- 1:22:02
well that's well well to add to your point more for me a huge part of why
- 1:22:07
we're here in this in this exact state is we've seen too many we've seen too
- 1:22:13
many parents of murdered black men and the brothers of murdered those men come
- 1:22:18
out and say we forgive you right that's not common but that's how
- 1:22:24
we were raised on forgiveness are different so I'm with that but black
- 1:22:29
people are saying fam enough of right forgiving right now you now it's pick a
- 1:22:34
side like no we've done enough we tried that we went never tried peace we've
- 1:22:40
tried forgiveness we've tried yeah I saw a tweet that said yo black people are
- 1:22:45
literally saying hey you're killing us and white people are chiming it yeah but yeah and that really put everything just
- 1:22:52
in perspective for me I don't understand what the argument is I'm saying there's
- 1:22:59
no glacier usually when cabinet got blackballed for protesting and let me
- 1:23:05
let white people know Oh at the risk of being [ __ ] killed I would feel this
- 1:23:11
way of this were happening to white people repeatedly right I I feel this
- 1:23:16
way when I see a cat die right yeah and to the point mulch is made I was
- 1:23:22
thinking over the weekend just knowing the amount of Irish people I know and
- 1:23:27
Italian people I know I'm like you know if any of this ever happened - an Irish or Italian person Irish and Italian
- 1:23:35
communities would wile the [ __ ] out like the whole weekend I'm like yo if this
- 1:23:41
was happening this whole city would be burnt to the [ __ ] ground at the way
- 1:23:47
our communities are so aggressive and angry all the time right imagine if this happened let that
- 1:23:53
let the police kill a Hasidic Jew in Crown Heights on Ben Sanders let happen
- 1:23:59
yeah watch my back for all the things you always saying listen a lot of things that longer we live the more clarity we
- 1:24:06
get here like there is there is no such
- 1:24:12
thing as black on black crime believe me I mean when you pull up the
- 1:24:19
stats mmm black on black crime is no different than white you kill who's in your agent
- 1:24:26
or a Asian on Asian crime or any crime happens amongst a no it's it's it's all
- 1:24:31
more marketing mm-hmm like and when we really realized that America is a
- 1:24:37
business and a corporation and a company and they treat it as such
- 1:24:43
there's no don't stealing and looted out you killing you know where you know where everybody stands that's why for me
- 1:24:51
and only for me personally to keep some of my my my mental health intact it's
- 1:24:57
important for me to not tweet anything yeah it's important for me to not instil
- 1:25:04
I've it's important for me to not Instagram I need to sit still but that's
- 1:25:11
what the pandemic gave to me I told you all months ago that the pandemic was preparation the pandemic taught me sit
- 1:25:19
down and do nothing sometimes when you don't know what to do the best thing to do is nothing um and that's exactly what
- 1:25:29
I have been doing gathering my thoughts gathering my [ __ ] peace gathering my
- 1:25:37
sanity because I wasn't joking when I said to parks it's been heavy hmm it's
- 1:25:43
getting heavier yeah and I think I'm I like to think I'm one of the stronger people in terms of dealing with this
- 1:25:51
type of I won't call it paranoia because it's really happening but the paranoia the anxiety all of the things that come
- 1:25:58
with it when we're alone mmm because I mean that's that the truth of the matter to everyone has been dealing with being
- 1:26:06
alone yeah right and whatever comes with that we
- 1:26:12
don't know that that's in confidence see that's the stuff that's in confidence so I guess my point is when you dealing
- 1:26:19
with the stuff that's in confidence and we all are we all are we don't have to talk about on our platforms we all are
- 1:26:25
dealing with different things personally and you add that to this the current
- 1:26:32
climate any climate and it gets tough it
- 1:26:38
does it does um you all want to talk about Tokyo Jets getting canceled I don't know me neither okay me neither
- 1:26:46
bye but also she's uh but but what I'll say is I mean I I know of this person
- 1:26:53
this is a TI's artist like I'll assume but this person is on the list of hip
- 1:26:58
hop hip hop I'm disqualified to talk about I don't know who Tokyo Jets is I've never followed her never know
- 1:27:04
nothing about I know nothing about this person but what I do know is that when people die it's a lot of y'all on the
- 1:27:11
internet that post something to make it about you mmm-hmm what I do know is people say a
- 1:27:18
lot of really offensive things when they're in the comfort of their home and their friends and that's what happened
- 1:27:25
with this Tokyo Jets girl she was talking to her friend she said my George Floyd you it was recorded she maybe
- 1:27:31
didn't know it was recorded and she lost however many millions of followers seemingly within the matter of hours
- 1:27:38
so yeah they now is not the time to get canceled because now you know mall says
- 1:27:46
all the time that the state of the country is hypersensitive but when we all are hypersensitive its hyper or
- 1:27:52
sensitive that's not a word it's not a phrase but you know what I'm saying yeah it's not the time to there's like a
- 1:27:59
community of people that are rushing to speak they are rushing to share a
- 1:28:06
thought they are rushing to share support right now I don't think is the
- 1:28:12
time to rush to do anything I think is what the pandemic taught us
- 1:28:20
at least you can't rush and not be
- 1:28:25
supportive in a proper way rushing with yeah buts it's not the time to rush to
- 1:28:33
it yeah but right it's not the time to rush homeboy that said Rosa Parks shoots a cab that time yeah with her I like I
- 1:28:43
said I don't really know who she is like that either but my thing about her saying that even in the comfort of your own home is you know what's going on
- 1:28:50
like you know what's going on in the world right now you know what's going on in your country you know you you're
- 1:28:56
black you I think she has a black she has a son so it's like you even making
- 1:29:02
that joke is like like what why is that funny to you why is that you could have
- 1:29:08
just said y'all Michalka as simple as that as where she was talking to she was played choking him let you stop playing
- 1:29:13
before I choke the [ __ ] out she just said that but for you to go and say his name it's like okay you know what you're
- 1:29:19
doing now like that was a conscience you knew what you were saying the government that's the problem and now you want to
- 1:29:25
cry on camera because you see the backlash and people on following us because you know people love attention is the biggest drug on the planet right
- 1:29:31
so now you know your attention that you want you see people not done following you so now you want to cry and make
- 1:29:37
videos like I don't feel sorry I can't I'm sorry no no I don't feel sorry you know I don't feel sorry for that for no
- 1:29:43
not at all I love that they can they cancelled be Simone allegedly for
- 1:29:49
whatever she was talking about I missed that one oh I didn't I really didn't know what happened with that from what I
- 1:29:55
saw she was suggesting that her Christian values have her conflicted with some of the protesting going on and
- 1:30:01
which people replied with you be talking about sucking dick on Twitter what are you talking about I'm just reporting
- 1:30:09
less off again like Joe said man right now at the time read the room I read
- 1:30:19
people the room people people are upset rightfully so I mean you got it if
- 1:30:26
you're not in on this right now you looked at his Dobbs you are the it's that simple if you're not in on this and
- 1:30:32
you're not supporting this and you're not supporting effective change no no no no you dose it's that
- 1:30:38
simple no no no no mm-hmm see that's what I mean about it's real simple we are
- 1:30:46
surrounded and when I say we I'm talking to you and say Vaughn and Alex mmm
- 1:30:51
we are surrounded by the ops mmm when you go in the bank mmm it's the ops
- 1:30:58
when you [ __ ] split from from your family mm-hmm it's the ops the [ __ ]
- 1:31:06
when you go to invest is the ops the school system is the OP table so everywhere when to the cops and ops everywhere is the ops everywhere
- 1:31:14
if you are not acknowledging the state that we are in and have been in for
- 1:31:22
however long listen I try not to start doing all the calculations and numbers and all that just because it's it's
- 1:31:28
easier on my soul but it just segregation and all that she just became illegal in 1968 that's 12 years before
- 1:31:35
me 12 years not very long and I joke about Rory all the time of us having a 12 year or having many year difference
- 1:31:41
like all that you wouldn't outside you don't know about this you don't know about that but the people that were alive for some of this stuff this is our
- 1:31:51
lifetime this is our viewpoint and we only have 40 years here like our parents
- 1:31:57
went through that that's what I'm saying yeah my mom went through that like literally like yesterday I was in my house and I'm crying looking at the
- 1:32:02
phone looking at all this [ __ ] because you can't help but the [ __ ] shed it's here and one of my thoughts
- 1:32:08
was our thing God my grandma would believe this is going on I took him back
- 1:32:14
right away sure she would yeah my Christmas are exactly the people that
- 1:32:20
knew that this was coming and was supported that's the thing I'm saying a
- 1:32:25
lot of older people with their supporting this they understand they like listen they younger people this is which I suppose it I want some of them
- 1:32:32
white groups with the bats that's trying to protect the police to like do it like in some of the urban areas they know but
- 1:32:40
y'all would have to kill me they know better let me tell the group of white men that were policing Philadelphia with
- 1:32:47
that's that you would literally have to kill Joe button I would die with my
- 1:32:55
black pride and deem myself stronger than you living as a coward you will
- 1:33:01
have to kill me come to the brass will not happen come to the brown turn you into a popsicle put that bat right up
- 1:33:07
your lash and walk around with you right up the concourse on that on the end of that bet you know they not going nowhere
- 1:33:17
I want to do that I want to say rest in peace to david McCatty hopefully I'm
- 1:33:24
saying his name correctly Louisville Mayor foxy McAtee Louisville Louisville's mayor fired the city's
- 1:33:30
police chief after learning that officers body cameras were not activated when David Makati the owner of a local
- 1:33:37
restaurant was killed after police and National Guard troops shot toward protet
- 1:33:42
protesters early Monday morning David Makati
- 1:33:47
most known for feeding the community and the police sometimes for free murdered
- 1:33:55
gunned down and he was not protesting I want to say rest in peace to that man I
- 1:34:02
want to send my prayers love and condolences to that man's family I saw
- 1:34:10
the mother of them another murdered black man go all the way to Minneapolis and the reporter asked her hey why did
- 1:34:17
you come all this way to Minneapolis I think she was from LA and that strong
- 1:34:22
black woman said when I heard she said when I heard uh George Floyd say mama
- 1:34:32
right I immediately started crying he
- 1:34:38
immediately started crying because I mean how could you be a black person and not feel that I felt that when I heard I
- 1:34:45
didn't even see the video and I heard him calling for his mother the same thing I envisioned myself doing in that
- 1:34:51
situation let me say goodbye to my mom um she said when I heard him scream out
- 1:34:57
mama he asked for the mothers so I'm here I am here from California as
- 1:35:05
a senior because he asked for the black mothers to be here I don't know how you
- 1:35:11
could hear something like that and it not strike a chord with you and if it does not then you know what side of the
- 1:35:17
fence you stand on absolutely to anybody who is having a hard time understanding what white privilege is here's another
- 1:35:24
video that I clicked on on Instagram and immediately started crying during my cigarette break my mom and my mom's
- 1:35:31
friend was at my house I was outside just smoking and I clicked on something
- 1:35:36
that had me crying and then my mom walked over and I didn't want to cry in front of her but I couldn't stop it but it was a video of this white man and a
- 1:35:42
few black kids and a bunch of white kids in a park and he was holding up a hundred dollar bill and he said hey
- 1:35:49
we're gonna race for this hundred dollar bill I don't think I posted that video did you get that video made me weep
- 1:35:54
Mitchell yeah so the guy said we're gonna race for this hundred dollar bill I'm gonna say a few statements if they
- 1:36:01
apply you take two huge step forward and then run off a whole bunch of [ __ ] that only applies to white people as in
- 1:36:07
private schools both your parents not being in jail and he gave a long speech afterward and yeah tears show cry it
- 1:36:14
couldn't hold it like some of the stuff that we're seeing out here like if you
- 1:36:21
have a heart at all like that's my point that's my point like outside of the
- 1:36:27
business of America humans yeah it was a human thing yeah yeah yeah just human
- 1:36:35
thing um I had a point I was leading to I don't [ __ ] remember now I mean but
- 1:36:40
even even down to the human thing of who you see is in charge cuz uh the chief of police in Los Angeles when he made his
- 1:36:48
statement of saying that George Floyd's murder the protesters are just as
- 1:36:55
responsible as the police officers that murdered him I don't know if why people be hearing himself and then no no no and
- 1:37:00
then said I know that's a bold statement he doubled down on it and then went on after everyone killed him for it and
- 1:37:07
said oh I my words weren't were incorrect I didn't mean to say that you double down on it you said I know that's a bold statement
- 1:37:14
how could you as a human even mutter those words to a camera even think them
- 1:37:20
what I have to clip out now this circulating of the office of police officers are dispatched radio where
- 1:37:28
they're telling each other to roll over people with cars that are protesting
- 1:37:34
yeah that is we've seen him do it yeah
- 1:37:39
we've seen him do it but they should stop I also saw a video of a cop being ran over last night but I don't like
- 1:37:47
that yeah all right like like my heart I don't I'm not one of the seats you even I feel better even in the people arm
- 1:37:54
even in the midst of that you see how man has a family right you see how you compassion human it's not even about
- 1:38:01
color like you just went straight to like I don't want to even see that and as black men we're being targeted but
- 1:38:10
even in knowing that we're being targeted in black women to even and us knowing that would be in targeted we
- 1:38:15
still don't want to see others hurt you understand I'm saying and that's that's
- 1:38:20
the core of our people we're just compassionate loving caring people by
- 1:38:25
nature when you see us being violent and understanding know that that is a reaction that is built up aggression
- 1:38:32
that is years of trauma that is years of seeing things your friends your family being murdered and being slaughtered it
- 1:38:39
being locked up for nothing sitting in jail for 20 years and then them saying oh we wrongfully convicted you sorry is
- 1:38:45
mil you know everything that we learn from y'all right but the stealing the
- 1:38:53
raping right the murdering whatever you name that you people like to typecast
- 1:39:00
black people for we've learnt from here exactly it's American culture I'm not
- 1:39:07
waiting on this time to say that I've said that for a few years here I'm going on this podcast like don't start pulling
- 1:39:13
out your moral high ground now when we're on this ground right this ground was built on a few things
- 1:39:19
America is built on if you're given the least amount you take it mmm
- 1:39:25
hmm so when it comes to black people in America in 2020 that have been given the
- 1:39:30
least for hundreds of years what do you expect the result to be after your
- 1:39:35
ancestors did the same thing and built us up to where we are now in controlling
- 1:39:42
America we think black people are gonna do yeah it's important for me to let the
- 1:39:48
creators out there know that there are fortune 500 companies that have huge
- 1:39:59
bets on your capabilities that their company's next 10 years are contingent
- 1:40:05
upon if we want to start talking about we're true power lives
- 1:40:12
I'm gonna say that again there are
- 1:40:17
people out there creators creators creators creators who are largely
- 1:40:22
responsible for the bigger picture more for the dollar for the dollar and these
- 1:40:30
companies and I'm a little off of like I keep saying the consumer facing because
- 1:40:38
as I've said to mall last week black people we we lack political power
- 1:40:45
we lack capital we lack respect there's
- 1:40:51
a few things that we lack check this out when the government tried to government
- 1:40:56
with the internet they lost mmm no why
- 1:41:03
because the Internet's have power y'all need the internet y'all couldn't
- 1:41:09
even crack some cases you I was trying to get [ __ ] to bust open every iPhone right like that's what was happening
- 1:41:15
when the government went against the internet you don't have more money than the internet and you don't have more
- 1:41:21
power than the Internet y'all are gonna lose know what that means you bow down come to an agreement settle black people
- 1:41:30
we should know what the word settle means some of us have taken pleas that we shouldn't have taken
- 1:41:36
so yeah when I start talking that [ __ ] Fang Netflix Amazon Spotify Apple
- 1:41:48
Facebook Facebook all of them don't black a picture right don't black a
- 1:41:56
picture make a call hmm make a call
- 1:42:02
hos got to call 90 million people and rally us all together so they could acknowledge us hmm these other [ __ ]
- 1:42:10
make one call political [ __ ] is enforced parties is moving quality and policies
- 1:42:19
being wrote up quit disrupted like that's what I mean by like power and
- 1:42:26
until we get it and we should work on a way to get it we're gonna need people
- 1:42:31
who we fund to speak for us and if they
- 1:42:37
are not willing to speak for us or help fund us then why are we here and why am
- 1:42:44
i loaning my business to you hmm it has got to feel really bad today to
- 1:42:49
be a Nick Moore is so serious I'm not gonna ask you to call a Nick right now
- 1:42:55
cuz there's no point I know how it feels to be a Nick right now with James Dolan
- 1:43:01
coming out after a black man has been murdered by our [ __ ] public servants
- 1:43:08
telling us about his business practices in Madison Square Garden as a black man
- 1:43:14
I have to imagine that it's similar to how Chris Paul and them [ __ ] felt when
- 1:43:20
Donald sterling came out yeah for sure some of y'all black people out there are working for companies
- 1:43:27
places and conglomerates that you know what time it is I cannot imagine that it
- 1:43:35
feels good is what I'm saying mmm so what has to happen what can we do
- 1:43:41
I probably never gonna say I'm a Knicks fan after this by the way but I mean what I mean is this was I'd say I feel
- 1:43:49
like that about the job - by the way but we've seen de maras it was like going with the whole Oakley
- 1:43:54
situation like we we saw that like we did with spike we know where he stands
- 1:44:00
this is not man we could shut the garden down an hour that's a fact we can shut the garden down in one hour we can stop
- 1:44:06
all that sell out for bad team [ __ ] and see Joe that's why - your point of power
- 1:44:11
that's why I didn't agree with you we do have the power we yeah together we just like to wait we lack togetherness no no
- 1:44:18
yeah no no we agree this right yes we are powerful absolutely we have not
- 1:44:23
attained right our power right yeah no no we know we're powerful people no I tell me that um where do we want to go
- 1:44:31
from here come on talk for me alone come on give me some I do want to ask ask you to get me there how how you guys felt
- 1:44:37
about some of the videos of police officers the police officer in Flint that was was for the peaceful protests
- 1:44:45
and the cops that have been kneeling and cops that have been marching I'm not here to play sisters no I'm not that's
- 1:44:51
not what I'm suggesting I was a conflicted during the weekend
- 1:44:56
wondering if that was to save face if it was genuine I was curious what you two felt about the cops that have been very
- 1:45:03
vocal I know plenty of good cop yeah plenty of good family yeah officers like
- 1:45:12
my stance is by no means and it Bona Schmidt is that a word close enough I
- 1:45:18
think I know what you're saying yeah abolish it never try to look look save honor what's that I used to let a were
- 1:45:31
looking right you are fired when the world give you
- 1:45:41
yeah watch this [ __ ] listen my stance is not in correlation with all police no
- 1:45:49
please it is not listen I've been pulled over plenty of times and was looking for the good black cop absolute like this is
- 1:45:56
not every not all of anything is everything and I might have folks [ __ ]
- 1:46:03
that quote up but you know what I'm saying I stand by that Oh something when I'm
- 1:46:08
talking to the races I'm talking to the Klan members that make their position clear I'm talking to the people that are
- 1:46:15
holding up the Confederate flags I'm talking to the people that you know to stop and frisk people other people that
- 1:46:21
y'all know who we're talking to I would like to see more policemen take a stance
- 1:46:26
and take a knee and March with with the protesters though I would like to see that I do like seeing it whether it's
- 1:46:31
phony or not it's a sign of good faith at least it's a message that certainly
- 1:46:38
needs to be out out there for me I can't call it phony or not because we don't
- 1:46:43
know what what city is it happening in is how what happened in Queens is how is how I gave ya like listen when all this
- 1:46:51
Minneapolis should happen one of the first things I said was great city I
- 1:46:56
[ __ ] love it somebody damn it tweeted the Minneapolis is that quiet do in the
- 1:47:01
corner that you don't know I have hands until the fight break out no no Minneapolis is dope you're all it is
- 1:47:07
it's really dope so what about a lot of people saying like you know rest a piece of principles he would definitely be
- 1:47:13
outside in Minnesota with the people would cast a spell got this happening
- 1:47:23
around Paisley Park you got him all the way to the back to my point what cities
- 1:47:30
is this like when homeboy came forward instead of whatever there was the mayor
- 1:47:36
of the mayor of in Mississippi a mayor and mrs. Simmons when he said whatever he said in Mississippi [ __ ] I get it
- 1:47:42
mmm like ain't but so much talking you about to do like a few of the people in some of these red states
- 1:47:49
uh you gotta get a police officer was huh in Michigan I mean specifically in
- 1:47:55
Flint but that's a state that's not very welcomed with that type of behavior and I thought that cop was was great for
- 1:48:02
somebody's other some of these other police officers that are that have been
- 1:48:10
[ __ ] assigned to the urban area for man long that are surrounded by us sonam
- 1:48:18
know how to deal with us yeah like and that's been ever look at this guy I love this guy I love that speech again what's
- 1:48:25
his name Chris Swanson I love that Sheriff yeah it was where Flint Michigan you what do
- 1:48:34
you know Flint knows how to communicate with people put people around each other
- 1:48:39
they're gonna have to learn how to talk and clearly evolve with the community I think that's part of the other thing that's missing man with the police
- 1:48:45
police state Pilates police officers are not from the communities absolutely innocent hmm and
- 1:48:51
that should not work for the community if you're for it there and I think
- 1:48:57
there's because we talked about that last episode I think there's baby steps in doing that because I know to just
- 1:49:02
make every police officer from that County or that neighborhood would be a
- 1:49:07
difficult thing but there can be a role in a police station of someone that maybe isn't even directly a cop but a
- 1:49:14
community member that is very in touch with the community right and with the police force that can at least make
- 1:49:20
people aware that have lived in that community for so long how to police that
- 1:49:25
community if you are confused about what white privilege is there are some white
- 1:49:31
people listening right now that are tired of hearing us talk about all it is
- 1:49:37
[ __ ] so [ __ ] them I think and a bigger
- 1:49:44
thing too I think on the scale just of us Joe people I think we need to we need
- 1:49:50
to start policing our own communities you know I mean like I think we need to start holding down our own communities
- 1:49:57
[ __ ] that's going on that we don't want in our community get rid of it it starts with us I'm always I'm always
- 1:50:03
with it starts with us because uh because if if we're telling you we don't want this in our community the police
- 1:50:11
don't I don't even matter around here because we got the we controlling this right now I remember growing up
- 1:50:16
god bless dude on my block ace he was to do that ran a neighborhood he wouldn't let anybody sell drugs and money would
- 1:50:22
like that was just it was not happening and I grew up right around the corner from one of the biggest weed spots in
- 1:50:27
the Bronx where you couldn't get money but on my block no one I wasn't happy
- 1:50:33
wasn't he wasn't doing that but that we need guys like that we need people like that to take back these communities and
- 1:50:39
say nah we're not doing that it cuz if you just want to somebody pick up the phone and call now I wanted some random
- 1:50:44
person ain't never been in on this block and he just come in and he got a gun on I'm just like we don't know what he's
- 1:50:50
liable to do with this yeah so that's why I say it starts with us we need to start policing ourselves no I agree with
- 1:50:56
you if you are confused as to what white privilege is if mall and I had a gun
- 1:51:04
with a black body on it we would be trying to dispose of it never to be seen
- 1:51:09
again George Zimmerman auctioned his gun off for 250 grand with a black body on
- 1:51:16
it just in case you're confused did do they announce who bought it no I'm sure
- 1:51:23
they didn't mm-hmm no no they did not yeah I'd love to know whose fetish that
- 1:51:29
was absolutely some [ __ ] look at Zimmerman's fetish yeah right we didn't
- 1:51:36
say rest in peace of James Scurlock was killed in Omaha in a protest a barroom yeah shot him accused him of trying to
- 1:51:43
break into the bar apparently the bar owner has a history of some racist practices not letting black people know
- 1:51:48
our must have been a pub it probably was about Gatsby bar and Omaha's Old Market
- 1:51:58
neighborhood Omaha yeah Omaha Jimmy yeah
- 1:52:04
well rest in peace rested him from my understanding the killer was let free on
- 1:52:12
self-defense he was defending himself yeah they did arrest six police officers
- 1:52:17
in Atlanta the assaulted Messiah young and Taniya pilgrim who were just driving
- 1:52:24
their car after a protester during a protest whatever it may be it was nuts the videos it's a few allegedly but then
- 1:52:31
there was an are white people right in front of a judge goodnight involved but six officers were arrested for excessive
- 1:52:37
force so I mean it's not much but it's something and we're still waiting on the
- 1:52:45
arrest of the other three officers involved in the George Floyd case yes
- 1:52:51
which way I'm not sure what's taking them so long but again this is America then you're sure was taking them so long
- 1:52:58
yeah even the medical examiner's report they were saying how the other officers putting their body weight on him contributed to absolutely and his
- 1:53:05
parents were saying listen if you found enough reason to fire the officers then
- 1:53:12
why haven't you found enough to charge them yeah I mean it's just simple [ __ ]
- 1:53:18
that don't need to be unpacked and let's be clear which tactic that mom we're
- 1:53:23
seeing things now you know what protesting and riding and things like that but let's not forget that you know
- 1:53:29
what are the chances that if these all these officers are charged what are the
- 1:53:34
chances that they're all found not guilty then what does the country do after that it's a high chance right some more okay right I'm saying this be
- 1:53:41
prepared for that as well I don't think this country can afford a few months of rioting Street mm-hmm like that's my
- 1:53:49
only issue with the rioting actually I mean I'd say that I don't want to be arrested on on air I don't like the
- 1:53:54
rioting I don't dislike it either the grand like my only my only issue is it don't happen
- 1:54:00
long enough for them to actually acknowledge some [ __ ] all right we go [ __ ] some [ __ ] up for two weeks and then
- 1:54:05
we came back to head home yeah yeah nah and then the same [ __ ] we talk now we got to go to these places and apply for
- 1:54:10
a job you know no it's too many names too many names it's too many murders now
- 1:54:16

- 1:54:22

- 2:03:06
letting blood live they beg it for blood let talking revenge is a dish that circle platelets mmm transfusion of
- 2:03:12
confusion abuse and I intellect I gotta
- 2:03:24
see if my students like this with some
- 2:03:30
transfusion and confusion and the illusion he's not and you abusing [Laughter]
- 2:03:37
confusing with syllables $1200 check
- 2:03:43
even though $1200 can make a meal stretch my momma was a rich but she earned my respect doing a crescendo with
- 2:03:50

- 2:03:58
it's like you go from loud to quite as
- 2:04:15
day crescendo mmm Joe's a little bit of money for a lot of blood tears and sweat
- 2:04:22
jumping up and down on police cars I'm back he's startling me angry for me
- 2:04:33

- 2:05:20
nothing bad you can say about a verse this time out real [ __ ] going on got it hey I knew something was wrong
- 2:05:25
when academics start calling for social conscious music I'll be honest it wasn't
- 2:05:30
Laurie Harvey speaking that really opened up what was really going on to me it was AK saying yo guys I think it's
- 2:05:36
Tom we should have some conscious music out there I love that he's right absolutely bad time for mumbling yeah
- 2:05:44
bad time for mumble rap bad time for any rap that is not telling us what's going on in the state of the universe it's not
- 2:05:51
that it's just not the time for it which is why the earlier thought I had was boy what a layup for Kendrick Lamar that
- 2:05:57
[ __ ] Kendrick just goes away and shuts up and stays quiet until the world is in disarray then he comes and tells us and
- 2:06:04
we love it we eat it right up I'm waiting for it let's go throw it is always in a disarray that is true yeah but you wait to like peak disarray
- 2:06:11
yeah all right all right punch no more swimming pools now let's give real it's
- 2:06:19

- 2:06:56
though kids are come out oh no y'all play India now some Kendrick
- 2:07:06
has rumors everytime he doesn't have an album out there's rumors I didn't see anything but
- 2:07:12
I don't follow him on platforms cuz he doesn't tweet hurt post I think I do follow but
- 2:07:19
don't think he post though I'm always here for a Kendrick album
- 2:07:25
now would be great I don't say nothin bad about Kendrick since this came out
- 2:07:30
it's just like oh oh oh oh wait a minute
- 2:07:35
now you can't cut it off when this come on hey hey clap it up clap it up clap it
- 2:07:44
up wait let us rock for a minute we bad
- 2:07:54
almost done but I want to hear what Kendrick got to say he's smoked this this let the rappers know to stop
- 2:07:59
playing don't play with him that's why while they told my j : i kendrick talk
- 2:08:06
about this crazy [ __ ] with Kendrick man
- 2:08:16
this [ __ ] did disappear
- 2:08:24
hey oh this is my covert song everything
- 2:08:30
he's saying is what I be home saying the
- 2:08:38
world is ending listen for many years I've said I can make sense of suicide
- 2:08:44
and I never expand on it because it's sick thinking that only I have but the
- 2:08:50
state of the world is what I mean yeah I could easily see why somebody would not
- 2:08:57
want to live in this absolutely end please stay with us if you're thinking
- 2:09:02
that way hmm I said please stay with us if you're thinking that way I'm not I'm not saying you I'm saying oh that may have those
- 2:09:08
phones yes 100% we need you I know it's feeling hopeless right now
- 2:09:18
but I have to think things will get better things will get better if you feeling like that stay with us we need
- 2:09:24
you it's not be feeling anybody praying
- 2:09:29
man hmm Hey
- 2:09:53
nice pass on it Odie he's gonna go crazy when you get back is
- 2:09:59
y'all giving him all this you see all this look out oh my god yeah it's gonna happen it is I'm Jerry
- 2:10:06
Smith mall react I love it me too look she knocked out equations I
- 2:10:14
saw people trying to kill him just cuz it's cool to kill jr. no but I don't see it he was right I get it
- 2:10:22
upset and in jails a black man he hasn't right to be upset in and out raised in this country more than anybody right now
- 2:10:28
but uh yeah you don't just go around just [ __ ] people's properties up cars homes whatever like you don't do that no
- 2:10:34
no no you can do that but you have to get away this is why you shouldn't do
- 2:10:43
that cuz then you get your head kicked in like a soccer ball see see we're very
- 2:10:49
peaceful people this is all just a reaction like people very peaceful very peaceful night sorry all junior will
- 2:10:56
never get a job no but that's important
- 2:11:05
in this I can [ __ ] you up if I'm unemployed and still that's one in two just a day before this he was riding
- 2:11:10
bicycles with LeBron and Anthony Davis I think as soon as the NBA resumes he will have a job yeah I do think that Lakers
- 2:11:19
don't go fine they're gonna go to jail Smith Jamal Crawford Dion to go where anybody that could play for cheap come
- 2:11:24
on let's do this they're gonna win it cuz LeBron is not gonna have it any other way um yeah I'm gonna manage our Smith here
- 2:11:29
either not no can't be mad at you actually I support that yeah break my
- 2:11:35
[ __ ] up break your jaw serious what else is important hero Diwali tweet that was funny it's not important but it was
- 2:11:42
funny I'm sick of a lot of you acting like y'all Messiah was the only one outside suck my dick read the first tweet okay J
- 2:11:48

- 2:12:02
acting like y'all Messiah was only one outside suck my dick unquote you know who didn't say that Sam
- 2:12:17
so like I'm gonna learn you're like all this chaos going on the world [ __ ]
- 2:12:25
so one word think it's been saying [ __ ] [ __ ] everything they will not
- 2:12:32
say that Candyman word boy let's see what else is going on ll verse Whitlock
- 2:12:40
loses his job bye that was like a that's like
- 2:12:45
reparations for ya this was happening this is something I know y'all [ __ ] up out there so we gonna get rid of Jason
- 2:12:50
we love for you but that's the point man these dudes give with these corporations where they got a cool in their life away
- 2:12:56
and if you don't [ __ ] properly you'd be right back with us mm-hmm Oh Jason
- 2:13:02
Whitlock's contract let me just give clarity Jason we lost contract was coming to an end he wanted more money they didn't renew him they let him go so
- 2:13:09
he is let go now a lot of black people were rejoicing because Jason Whitlock has irresponsibly used his platform to
- 2:13:17
defame and mischaracterize and misrepresent black men for a long time ie Kobe Bryant may he rest in peace
- 2:13:25
is this does a lot of the corn [ __ ] on FS 1 which is Fox and he didn't [ __ ]
- 2:13:31
good enough because they let him go yeah so round of applause for that I had around a book I'm not I don't support
- 2:13:42
people losing their jobs especially at a time like now but sorry buddy
- 2:13:49
I have no empathy sympathy or compassion for Jason Whitlock
- 2:13:55
actually suck my dick a bucket God give it to him I give my suck my dick
- 2:14:02
anything else that we need to touch on uh me too me too me too
- 2:14:08
eight Kurt Franklin and uh versus was
- 2:14:14
was amazing man two weeks in row it's amazing at Tom and it out to be very
- 2:14:21
much so very very much so I do like the UH the artist being in the same room I
- 2:14:27
mean the sound quality is just unmatched when they're together yeah yeah and
- 2:14:33
Fred's voice even though the audio was much crisper to be able to sing like that on Instagram and it sound that good
- 2:14:40
is insane mmm like from the back of the Roman [ __ ] like Fred a man's voice is
- 2:14:48
insane it's marvelous my voice is insane John P keys voice is insane the gospel
- 2:14:55
grapes they voices are saying mm-hmm I really needed this Kirk Franklin on Friday I'm a battle I did I'm not even
- 2:15:01
gonna play myself and call it a battle because it was not the last to the to the to where they have been in the same
- 2:15:08
room and that was a beanie man and Bounty Killer right and Kirk Franklin
- 2:15:14
and Fred Hammond they showed up and they showed out and I walked some [ __ ] back I
- 2:15:19
came on in and said I was a little son in need but so many verses and I may
- 2:15:24
have misspoke because both of those celebrations came at a time where my soul needed it most yeah um beanie man Bounty Killer put on
- 2:15:32
a show the camaraderie that was on display after years and years of beef I needed
- 2:15:40
that pick-me-up er I needed that feel good again back to meet someone y'all early that I was [ __ ] up and it's hard
- 2:15:45
to find she to feel good about that was one of those things Sunday night Sunday night as I was at my
- 2:15:52
one of my lowest stages this battle started earlier Sunday yeah this was a clock 5 6 5 somewhere around there okay
- 2:16:00
so I tuned in pretty early and they put on a show
- 2:16:07
a pick-me-up clinic Kirk Franklin called
- 2:16:12
a Matar Barry's mom I want to say it was his mother TD jakes came out and spoke
- 2:16:19
at the perfect head all of these gospel greats along with their excellent great
- 2:16:25
asses in there singing each other's songs they weren't badly come on Frederick perform yo I slept one Kurt
- 2:16:41
yeah I slept one Kirk let me come in here and be the first to say it I was aware that Kirk had written some things and then produce some things yeah but I
- 2:16:49
didn't know how far back he dated oh yeah and he went just as far back as Fred
- 2:16:55
mm-hmm but I mean none of it mattered it didn't matter because they both put on they both put it on I love the can't
- 2:17:01
breathe again shirt that Fred wore mm-hm this was just done really well I hope they continue to do it with the
- 2:17:07
gentleman in the same room yeah and I want to thank Swizz and Timberland along with God for just the timing the timing
- 2:17:15
of this this was it I'm turning this up for a minute I might have played a lot
- 2:17:20
of music on his podcast but music soothes soothes the soul
- 2:17:41
damn I have to go home give him a little gospel set tonight I ain't gonna lie I've been playing gospel ever since this
- 2:17:47
battle not just because of the battle just because of where we where we are that's it yeah where we are where we are
- 2:17:57
where we are all right where we are
- 2:18:08
where we are where we have where we ll burst whitlock Kendrick Kayla and alana
- 2:18:14
marie Dolan Virgil Laurie DC blackout president cold talk warmer today but for
- 2:18:19
I'm cool sounds like it I'm cool we have we had some funny [ __ ] to get to but it
- 2:18:25
just seems really inappropriate right the second yeah we'll get today oh listen my heart goes out to podcasters
- 2:18:31
as well a lot of niche podcasts out there where because of the landscape you
- 2:18:37
know whatever you normally do is not the time for and my heart goes out to y'all
- 2:18:42
as well like the same thing that academics called for in the music which was more conscious [ __ ] a few of you
- 2:18:50
podcasters that have to speak weekly about things my heart goes out to y'all
- 2:18:56
man I know it's tough I know it's tough and people don't give a [ __ ] but you have to find a way to utilize your
- 2:19:01
platform responsibly yeah or not and not to you know you know a lot of people
- 2:19:06
that have podcasts and platforms to Joe you know you do need an release and it
- 2:19:12
is good to have some type of normalcy like you know supports podcast if you want to just get your model waiver but
- 2:19:18
it is important that people that have these platforms at some point they do address ain't no sports situations yeah
- 2:19:24
ain't no sport that's the ain't no sports what do ya'll [ __ ] talk about it's like I laugh at some of the
- 2:19:30
podcasts out there that want to recap shows from 30 years ago awesome I'm joke
- 2:19:41
maybe I maybe maybe I mean Joe's inators cool we have 32 episodes left
- 2:19:49
Joe is here to talk now absolutely I've censored myself long enough I guess
- 2:19:55
that's what I'm saying now is just not the time to be censored no there are too many different issues in too many
- 2:20:00
different places with too many different people now is the time to be aligned with who you need to be aligned with and
- 2:20:09
your truth yeah and and live your truth it's just not the time to be censored
- 2:20:14
not by your workplace not by your peers no now by your families it's time for those discussions now oh [ __ ] my heart
- 2:20:21
goes out to some some of the people in the biracial Jam like I know some white people out there with black kids that's
- 2:20:27
like [ __ ] mm-hmm like yeah this is where I'm at with it I love my black kids yeah
- 2:20:35
I mean you know for what it's worth he is the mayor and he does have a black
- 2:20:43
his daughter was rusty I'm tired I am telling us what's happening when he's black kid that's my only thing kind of
- 2:20:49
been he's consumed a little while and I respect it because you do have a black
- 2:20:55
child but I'm seeing a pattern with homeboy and I probably wouldn't mind it if he didn't look like nervous [ __ ]
- 2:21:01
man see anytime he popped up on TV he's [ __ ] shaking look like he's [ __ ]
- 2:21:07

important and spread the news and spreading the climate much like how I believe hip hop they've started out um
- 2:23:34
so today was important this is probably one of the first podcasts where we
- 2:23:39
focused on one thing and one thing only I think that was important if you're
- 2:23:45
offended by that [ __ ] you really like Seth Rogen stamps on all of that - he's just saying [ __ ] you to everybody I love

- 2:25:21
it ain't about us man yeah we don't deserve credit for something we're
- 2:25:26
supposed to do it's about is it is about all of us and that's different than all lives matter all of us have to be here
- 2:25:32
right so we have to coexist somehow and I appreciate that it's real easy to do
