  • 5:20

where do you want to start man we [ __ ] it for 18 minutes let's get right into it i'm feeling good ready to pod hopefully y'all are as well let's do it i wanted

  • 5:27

to ask you because you are a parent of you know a young young kid um so i'm sure you go to different

  • 5:32

sources to find some knowledge or inspiration on on how you should be

  • 5:38

raising your child yeah actually actually i don't when i don't i just you winging it i just go off this

  • 5:46

i just stopped winging it raising the kid is [ __ ] a lottery i just use the knowledge yeah go ahead

  • 5:53

so over the weekend i was thinking i was like damn joe should really see this because there's a really reliable source

  • 5:59

any type of parenting uh knowledge that i need or want to pass on to someone is a

  • 6:04

specific person i go to that has a lot of experience in this um and her name is summer walker no it's

  • 6:10

galactahor galactahor was giving us parental tips

  • 6:17

over the weekend on how we should raise our children and how we should feed them with the money that we have in our

  • 6:23

pockets right did you agree with the uh meal meal plan well as someone that doesn't have kids i

  • 6:29

think it's best that i also tell people how they should parent right

  • 6:34

well you have a dog so yeah it's the same similar diet so yeah similar it's the exact same

  • 6:39

thing uh scream man can you go back anytime it's cool okay

  • 6:47

so honorary story she said y'all weird for even giving babies that processed

  • 6:53

government [ __ ] true i agree throw some real fruits and veggies in a blender and give it to them

  • 6:59

i think that's good advice it's a good start i guess it's a good start no i'm not mad at that advice no telling

  • 7:06

people to just throw fruits and veggies in a blender and give it to their babies is not good advice when you have no

  • 7:13

background in that world no but i think that i mean in regards to what she was saying and as opposed to processed food i think

  • 7:20

that's good advice i don't see anything wrong you would take your parental advice from somewhere i don't know if i would take parental advice but i'm not mad at

  • 7:27

somebody suggesting if a smoothie if in fact summer walker put together

  • 7:32

a cause you're on a you're on a meal plan now would you allow summer walker to put your child's meal plan together

  • 7:40

uh no probably not but i'm not mad at suggesting a smoothie smoothies are

  • 7:45

great i love a smoothie yeah i i suggest smoothies for everyone for just for babies that can't yeah it's

  • 7:51

great for babies too well what are you talking about right now you don't like smoothies you're gonna

  • 7:59

we're just going to start stopping the [ __ ] in its tracks what yes maul everyone loves smoothies

  • 8:07

that is not what we're discussing right now it said processed food don't do that

  • 8:12

don't hey real quick hold up everybody stop uh we have a uh let me

  • 8:17

address the the generation generational slang problem that i've been seeing some of y'all hit us

  • 8:23

about we are not attempting to say cap when we say cape

  • 8:30

a lot of a lot of y'all hit me and say yo y'all are saying the word wrong it's not pronounced cape

  • 8:37

it's cap which tells me there's a lot of you youngins out there that have no idea what we're talking about when we say

  • 8:43

cape and that's important to highlight right now while maul is grabbing an assortment of colorful capes

  • 8:49

how okay and capping uh yeah

  • 8:54

that's where you can get confused because you can keep and cap how am i keeping on capturing a lot of caping is capping caping younger

  • 9:01

audience is what we refer to when someone is attempting to save

  • 9:07

someone like a superhero yes they're putting and that's where the cape comes from we're donning a cape i feel really old

  • 9:14

having to explain cape like is that that long ago no no no it's not but cap is new so i get the confusion

  • 9:20

what know the history of cap you're caping right now for this woman how am i caping i agree that you shouldn't give kids

  • 9:27

processed food do you that's okay i agree but two sentences can be

  • 9:32

false here like yeah we shouldn't get processed foods but that does not mean throw fruits and veggies in a blender

  • 9:37

and give it to your baby everybody stop number one see and this is why people who don't have kids

  • 9:43

really just just shut the [ __ ] up number one consult your pediatrician

  • 9:51

yes as to what your baby's dietary needs may be because some babies

  • 9:58

need meat that [ __ ] that they know in processed food no they don't now

  • 10:05

maybe maul is right and they don't but if you attempt to feed your kid a pear

  • 10:11

and three peas you're gonna have a long day if you follow summer walker's plan you

  • 10:19

can kill your kid you're that is a fact your kid can die there's cases where people

  • 10:25

are being charged for the dietary uh the diet the diet that they had to kid on

  • 10:30

and it didn't pan out and what did she say you can feed the child daily one meal

  • 10:38

one meal two go back meal one meal two meal three well no starting the top of the

  • 10:44

conversation i don't want to get to the vegan meal plan do i have to yes you do

  • 10:49

i'm not reading that because i'm not even dignifying when people without kids start talking about kids okay well let

  • 10:56

me apparently sense though anybody out there listening

  • 11:02

text me after you attempt to feed a kid three times a day and let me know what happens

  • 11:08

three times a day no kids eat a lot what is she talking about hey give your kid a pear

  • 11:16

and a pee and let's see if you're gonna go to jail yeah by the way i love she put daily

  • 11:23

32.67 meal one pear you're going four hey

  • 11:28

summer walker you're going to jail meal two apple 74 cents sing to me about

  • 11:34

london not food no three peas 50 cent that's 11.69 weekly

  • 11:42

and they drink water so it's cheaper [Laughter] huh more i mean do that at least take

  • 11:49

your cake you ain't even you ain't even do the math about the water making it cheaper you can't do that man because that's

  • 11:54

just what you feed babies yeah people it's just water all day summer said

  • 12:00

he's not training for the marathon you shouldn't it's a baby you shouldn't give your baby processed food and the comment said shut up [ __ ] you

  • 12:07

processed see this is why you can't go down there

  • 12:13

this is why you can't go to you know i love summer advice because people don't take advice the way they should uh and also you

  • 12:19

shouldn't go to the internet with uh medical advice when you have no experience whatsoever if y'all gave

  • 12:24

summer walker a morning show right now i'm in yeah 100 her drea

  • 12:31

there's a crew that i'm glued [Laughter] you wanna hear the advice hey kiki

  • 12:36

palmer you out there trying to get the squad together call summer yeah i'd watch

  • 12:43

well you drove to toronto so and man made her and made her miss her meet and

  • 12:48

greet work look how you try to make me sound crazy damn she couldn't even meet the fans

  • 12:54

[ __ ] with you and you made me pause my song man anyway summer

  • 12:59

you can't do that yeah no three p's is not enough for anyone let see why we need

  • 13:06

music to come out while i understand uh staying away from processed foods in general there is a reason why

  • 13:11

uh infant mortality has gone down a lot in the past because a hundred years meal

  • 13:17

plan doctors figuring out the right things to feed kids mm-hmm

  • 13:22

so like so thumbs up for processed foods well no no not necessarily but so go to summer well thumbs up for

  • 13:29

listening to medical professionals oh yeah absolutely that i agree with yeah

  • 13:37

never to walk in anyone's shadow y'all never sing with me forget it

  • 13:48

yeah forget it man that record in the tuck no i believe the children are the future

  • 13:53

the children they are they have to live to be their future if if they go back

  • 13:59

come on man there will be no future nah three pieces give you a baby it's not three pieces you're pushing

  • 14:06

this baby's just drinking water so you'll be fine not to be catty but this is really immature if she's sending shots

  • 14:13

at somebody mom you know women are good women are

  • 14:18

getting inside the way it's all some i don't know i'm not that deep in the girly [ __ ]

  • 14:24

to know but if so i know women could do this uh look at your baby

  • 14:31

    diet bum ass [ __ ] that's the [ __ ] they go to look how you

  • 14:36

feed your kid oh my god uh all right what else is what else is important babies on keto

  • 14:45

i'm also sure that they probably make like organic baby foods and such they do i'm sure absolutely so there's

  • 14:50

that no we get it three peas is like that's a little light well that was using some water no it was

  • 14:57

meal three she just said peas guys that was milk that's meal three gotcha meals first two

  • 15:03

is most of the meal two is just one apple meal one is just one pair your baby

  • 15:10

gonna be dead as hell in that [ __ ] crib and meal three is

  • 15:16

you in the [ __ ] home studio singing here oh and he laughed i bet he did [ __ ] baby

  • 15:22

want to leave too [ __ ] hungry as hell yeah that's a sick

  • 15:27

diet plan this diet would kill basley [Laughter]

  • 15:35

holy [ __ ] i don't know what else is important but i'm here to kick it this is not important all right what is

  • 15:41

on my list ha ha listen i don't normally do this see i can't let me get to my list because then

  • 15:46

nothingness comes out that's good i don't normally do this because the laker game already happened

  • 15:51

because it's happening by the time this is released but boy i can't wait for that game

  • 15:57

  • 17:54

right here she actually has a phone yes rory was on that [ __ ] tiny desk

  • 18:04

yeah i don't i don't see what's the problem i'm sick of these two if y'all better yo please somebody found

  • 18:10

something to talk about i don't know i wanted to talk about ryan destin oh go

  • 18:15

ahead she's fine i don't know who that is

  • 18:21

any chick named ryan and destiny should be pretty he's getting you in trouble at home yeah that's a fact don't even bring oh

  • 18:30

is this one of the girls that was um was she one of the girls on a vacation with uh that yeah

  • 18:37

that that photo okay yeah i know she looked familiar that was the uh y'all know y'all know the girls that be

  • 18:42

on vacation you do too you know you mean my entire timeline

  • 18:48

you know them too no i don't you know the girls no i do not yo if i cannot look at a picture and say

  • 18:54

wait a minute i don't remember her that was her in tulum no i was about to say one more person

  • 18:59

i'm gonna lose my mind is everyone's timeline in tulum tulum is miami beach now

  • 19:05

everybody is in miami and tulum they will not show us the guys [Music]

  • 19:11

no it's not a girl's trip because i mean it's just you and the bushes that's just her bro yeah just the bros

  • 19:18

the bros the bros always the bros let me see let me get back and if they really get creative that's the broski

  • 19:25

chick ever tried to hit you with that's the broski yeah i would say broski in front of me broski i know all right where are we at

  • 19:33

guys um want to do the the decide sigh higher is writing travis

  • 19:40

scott's biggest hits topic sure is that news yes yes music snob

  • 19:46

no i didn't think that was a music thing some people out there have no idea what you're talking about travis scott the biggest one of the

  • 19:53

biggest artists in the world [Music] a toast writer never he didn't write

  • 19:59

sicko mode yeah you have to explain that to people rory don't just act like everyone knows yeah didn't say

  • 20:06

came out and told us all he wrote what he wrote uh coffee bean on the album right yeah yeah that wasn't it his name is on

  • 20:13

mad credits on the album so i mean it's not a secret or a surprise i don't know why when the net

  • 20:18

put something in like a caption or a meme then we have to discuss it like it's new news yeah this was no why is this new news because we didn't

  • 20:26

know he we didn't hear the reference track before because people don't read credits because they're not really available on

  • 20:31

anywhere and casual fans just don't care that too which is fine who gives a [ __ ]

  • 20:37

this was like a big deal that day though and then people started trying to defend their love for travis as if you needed

  • 20:43

to i mean i don't even really view travis as a rapper i see him more as like a like a producer so this is love to get in this is right

  • 20:49

in line with he's just producing so i mean don't really change my view of him and i'm like fam

  • 20:55

you can like whoever you want to like without qualification right true i don't know why that was a

  • 21:00

big thing and just like explain it to music that sounds good so has got a lot of publishing out there and it's a lot like that there's a lot

  • 21:06

of a lot of dope rappers that people like they have people helping them in in the studio absolutely writing [ __ ]

  • 21:12

well i just think it speaks to everybody but

  • 21:18

i guess is where it gets fuzzy for people because the world's clash and in my opinion

  • 21:23

these worlds should never clash i've had this topic uh i've discussed this in depth here before the world of

  • 21:28

casual casual single fan versus really am a fan of this person

  • 21:35

organically and they don't really have mainstream success but i'm a fan of them so this is where those worlds collide

  • 21:41

and the mainstream people are saying wait a minute who the [ __ ] is i like and if he can do that for him

  • 21:46

why can't he do it for himself that's what they always go to weird that's such a weird debate is

  • 21:52

there any credence to that i understand why people say it like you write some of the biggest records of the

  • 21:58

year and then you're an artist yourself and your album you don't really have a lot of

  • 22:03

records that chart i could see how the casual fan would be like well what's the difference uh it's a huge difference no i know that

  • 22:11

like the casual fan doesn't know that all right so we'll go look we can go with the quentin drake thing because that was the biggest one

  • 22:17

when they when all those references leaked like grant i'm not going to say i thought the energy beat was fire

  • 22:22

but let's start with bigger artists have access to better producers and more resources

  • 22:29

and doper [ __ ] yeah also those artists are big because they know how to deliver

  • 22:35

records like if you heard that clinton reference yeah it didn't sound that good yeah no

  • 22:40

and then you heard drake's versions like okay that's someone that knows how to deliver a verse right like he has presence on this

  • 22:46

record his voice is familiar i'm grabbed in right away when he starts rapping so yeah

  • 22:52

those types of artists look for people that are good at writing because they know they can deliver it better than most people absolutely and then there's also people

  • 22:58

like sahaja did the the sicko mode verse travis is delivering

  • 23:03

that type of verse on that type of beat better than sci high would sahara probably also just doesn't want to make that record i don't

  • 23:09

like any of that example that rory just used i hate that because that could be kind

  • 23:14

of common where you have an unknown super talented person that is now contributing

  • 23:20

to the mega stars creative process and maybe we won't credit that person

  • 23:25

we're not paying that person we'll keep him to talk which by the way is a different part of the brain when writing what i think sai hai

  • 23:32

and quentin miller would approach a record having the mind state that this is for this artist rather than

  • 23:38

themselves and their music oh yeah i'm only saying i don't like it because of the no name

  • 23:44

helping the mega star versus this is someone who we know someone who has a career i think that's

  • 23:50

where the uh blurred line comes in that we were just talking about mall where people say how can this person do that for

  • 23:57

this person and not themself because you're familiar with this person and this person's been around for ages

  • 24:03

but they haven't seen that type of success that they're able to give somebody else my take on it is

  • 24:09

like we were just talking about the rapping is the smallest part of the hit yes the likability it's the image it's

  • 24:16

the the the familiar voice too a part of a team and with a marketing plan you know

  • 24:22

whether it's a label or a crew or whatever it may be it's a big advantage over someone that maybe just freelancing you know putting

  • 24:27

out records solo but still writing for other people the shocker is that saha can probably give travis nine more sicko modes in a matter

  • 24:35

of hours oh for sure because a gifted pin like that can with someone who has that

  • 24:40

likeability already quentin could have gave drake a few more of those yeah energies like

  • 24:46

normally when you see these pairings they're they're a pair for a reason yeah yeah and and to travis and drake's

  • 24:53

credit can find those pens and find what works the best out of that like

  • 24:59

saha we know could rap for four hours straight producers i'm not saying specifically i

  • 25:05

know this is what happened in that studio but producers like travis scott and artists like drake can find those little parts and those

  • 25:10

little things that they know will work for actual hit records with people that have really good pens and not only that

  • 25:18

a lot of times it's uh it's not what you say is how you say it and a lot of

  • 25:23

you know an artist like travis a lot of his [ __ ] is his style and how they mix his vocals uh his

  • 25:29

ad-libs yeah how he says certain [ __ ] so i think that a lot of times you know these artists

  • 25:35

like an artist like drake he would pull from somebody like quentin who is up on the new slang or up on new

  • 25:41

terms and how to say [ __ ] cool but then when you give it to drake he just says it better

  • 25:46

you know what i mean it's like it's it's i don't really like get upset when i hear rappers have

  • 25:52

people helping them or writing with them anymore right because i understand like now it's artists are forced to produce at such a

  • 25:58

high level high volume like an artist like drake i would expect him to have some people in the studio helping him

  • 26:04

produce a song yeah and it would depend on the artist like if you heard that jadakiss had a ghostwriter it would be [ __ ] painful this stomach but right

  • 26:11

travis scott is like a he's a pop star round of applause not to cut you off hold up round of applause for jay to

  • 26:16

kiss uh there was something i said around the floor though damn it uh there's something going around he got the voice

  • 26:22

over and uh cartoon yeah so oh that's fire yeah what cartoon uh i'm not sure what it was i'm not sure

  • 26:28

what it was oh i'm watching either way find it and let's talk about it but uh he killed it sounded just like him but

  • 26:33

he did a great job and i'm always with rappers branching out doing some new [ __ ] yeah that's

  • 26:38

great i'm fearless congratulations to kiss man that's awesome yeah it's really it's really dope uh well while all the

  • 26:44

pretty women are using the bathroom and going to the bar uh i did watch the first episode of the

  • 26:50

rough rider's chronicles and the master's talk was a little longer than just a bathroom trip and a drink

  • 26:58

uh did you guys watch the bt i haven't watched chronicles i finished the no limit but i haven't watched the rough riders yet how was that

  • 27:04

it was so [ __ ] cool no actually that was a horrible me joke

  • 27:10

i should have made that bad joke he said i finished no limit all right forget it no master p did everything he did nah

  • 27:17

he's the guy everything they were selling he was putting out 28 albums a year and all of them were going

  • 27:23

platinum with 85 for 80 splits proves my bus to point earlier

  • 27:30

no it doesn't all right if y'all gonna do that then keep defying girls out the club let's do it we're here now fellas is in the building

  • 27:38

what are you talking about rory what are you saying to parks nothing at all no limit thing actually doesn't come full circle a little bit because then

  • 27:44

kim k say he was about to she's about to try to get c murder free yes if if kim kardashian

  • 27:51

free c murder i apologize for any kardashian joke i ever made okay i'll apologize she gotta get mac

  • 27:58

out too yeah oh steve i really love rory but rory just says

  • 28:05

things that trigger me to like the people that i see say stupid stuff because what does that mean

  • 28:11

    see murder's been in for [ __ ] 20 20 years it's if he comes out that's gonna do

  • 28:17

that's gonna change your whole perception of kim k doing some [ __ ] hey joe it's it's called a

  • 28:22

purple a joke in a podcast i'm seeing people say it seriously i'm not saying i'm serious i said it he

  • 28:27

    was serious isis

  • 28:36

and also i don't have really a bad perspective of kim kardashian but you should watch the uh you should watch the news

  • 28:44

uh pull up the kim k uh kim k quote let's uh let's read it but this would be great

  • 28:51

this would be awesome absolutely i don't wanna i don't wanna don't sound like i'm taking away from that this would be awesome no but i get what you're saying

  • 28:57

they touch upon that and uh mack who was also assigned to no limit in both of those cases sounded like crazy at least from the documentary's

  • 29:03

perspective which granted was produced by no limit i think but still yeah uh if

  • 29:08

the evidence they presented is accurate neither of these gentlemen should be in jail right

  • 29:13

yeah that being produced by no limit don't they don't it doesn't that's just nothing for me the man master p told y'all stop eating

  • 29:20

other people's noodles he made it he made his own oodles and noodles

  • 29:25

he's not letting you shoot his dock literally no he played in the nba made ooh oodles of noodles and sold a trillion

  • 29:31

records he made movies he had a porn a porn uh hotline

  • 29:37

he did everything legend legend he had a porn hotline yeah did

  • 29:43

you did you call it i did not but they mentioned it in the in the series i did not is

  • 29:48

is the number still active you could try all right try my own free time rory's kinky boots

  • 29:54

been coming out recently man you want to know if the number's still active i mean it's

  • 30:00

here i don't think that number or mike jones's phone number is still out maybe i'm trying to hear chick speak

  • 30:06

  • 30:39

  • 30:44

  • 30:51

pull up title yeah there's like two countries that are left in there parks i don't know what's up on a map

  • 30:58

i've actually proven that several times who cares first of all you believe that what

  • 31:04

what's on a map you believe the white people just saying all right this is here

  • 31:10

uh i think it's been proven that oh [ __ ] out correct kind of see like the pictures yeah oh that earth theory oh now the

  • 31:16

chicks is really going to leave yo like look the ground is flat yeah

  • 31:24

  • 31:32

i mean they freestyling this [ __ ] would you be you know puerto rico's always been with us no not always

  • 31:40

i mean for at least one look you don't know the mapping or something yeah

  • 31:48

    [Music]

  • 31:58

i don't understand the puerto rican thing sometimes they're like yo go more give it to district and then other times it's like a

  • 32:05

district you know we [ __ ] with them a little bit all we want to know we need our passport

  • 32:25

like what i thought it's a state rory why would you need a passport i can't

  • 32:32

believe you've been to the airport with your mom

  • 32:38

    that's not funny

  • 32:54

i his mom had a little oh mom i told you 50 pounds

  • 33:00

  • 35:13

true thoughts during pea valley it gets a little it gets a little crazy like no no no i didn't see that's why

  • 35:19

you can't ask me to watch the show because i'ma watch it and let's discuss it

  • 35:25

you're watching it too right i love the show i love little murder

  • 35:35

come on the way the chicks talk about uh insecure and issa let's get into what little murder is doing he's listening man

  • 35:42

    he's [ __ ]

  • 35:47

see i hate when cisgendered men just start that's not a dude yeah and he doesn't identify that way

  • 35:53

yeah straight white males well you just said he transgender you just said he doesn't identify as that she

  • 35:59

she we don't know if that person identifies as she or he that has not

  • 36:05

been clear in the show that that person ain't tiny and little

  • 36:10

murder went to work relax busting that person's ass

  • 36:16

[Music] this is not funny i'm laughing at

  • 36:22

something happening outside oh [ __ ] y'all see outside it's crazy out

  • 36:27

there yeah little murder went to work spoiler alert spoiler alert if you've

  • 36:33

never seen this p valley show and p is for buzzing yeah absolutely that is fire

  • 36:41

so when i first tried to watch this show a few weeks ago i cut it on and i did what i love to do go to sleep and i went

  • 36:47

to sleep and i woke up and i didn't know some wild [ __ ] was happening it was looking like pose i'm like why the hell's mom's telling me to

  • 36:52

watch this stupid show yeah i'm not gonna watch this uh but now that i know yeah it's a good

  • 36:58

show what do you think about little murder tearing down

  • 37:08

i don't know if we can say that word see none of these words we can use but

  • 37:15

we can't use any of these words we have to find the right words it's a good show though it didn't got curved i know we're going

  • 37:22

back by the way [ __ ] told her his real name she said

  • 37:27

hello it's trevor oh [ __ ] you pulled out all the stops up

  • 37:34

    all right come on come

  • 37:39

all right kim kardashian is going to try her best to freeze murder which would be amazing she tweets free corey miller

  • 37:46

with the hashtag on january 18 2002 a tragedy occurred when a young man was killed

  • 37:52

the next day corey miller was arrested for the murder pardon me the jury convicted corey 10-2

  • 37:58

and he was sentenced and sentenced him to life in prison if this trial was today the jury would have

  • 38:04

the jury would have had to be unanimous for him to be convicted since his trial witnesses have recanted

  • 38:10

new evidence of his potential innocence has come to light and there are claims of jurors being

  • 38:15

pressured into voting to convict true justice for the young man required requires that the person who actually

  • 38:21

killed him be held responsible and that corey miller be returned home to his family and

  • 38:27

children that's true that is what kim kardashian says uh she apparently has had a few

  • 38:33

talks with monica leading up to this phone call with the three of them see murder monica and kim k

  • 38:38

uh i want to shout her out for her effort yeah i hope that they achieve this i hope they get back out too his case

  • 38:44

sounded real sketchy too someone got shot at one of his shows he was on stage he pulled out a gun but it wasn't the gun that shot the guy uh rest in peace

  • 38:51

to that gentleman by the way yeah but because he was violent in his raps they'd send him to jail essentially

  • 38:57

for murder that's crazy yeah that's crazy well i commend kim i hope this does work out yeah hopefully

  • 39:05

monica says you've always been the most thorough and reliable human ever so many believe in you and stand

  • 39:12

with you you sacrificed it all for those you love let's see it come back to you

  • 39:18

    see murder free corey miller

  • 39:23

how is shannon brown feeling today that's my question to you guys

  • 39:31

do you feel a little pressure i'm asking y'all

  • 39:36

[Laughter] i don't know why you tried to tie shannon brown into this broken

  • 39:43

um i don't think he cares about [ __ ] like this i think he's moved on i think he's moved on and

  • 39:52

you know this was before him so true yeah yeah yeah you can't get mad about that type

  • 39:57

of [ __ ] monica didn't move on i don't have anything to say because i'm afraid of monica and scenes

  • 40:04

ab definitely yeah but i support both of them fully appreciate don't profess your love

  • 40:10

for the love of your life after we date it and say how reliant it was through the

  • 40:17

whole thing yeah what the [ __ ] okay let me just let me just make myself clear

  • 40:23

after me you have to have a new love of your life like you can't be a [ __ ] that was in the bag already yeah talk about what

  • 40:30

i sacrificed for you no thanks i think i've i've talked about

  • 40:35

that here too what uh some of those arguments are like when uh she says oh that's just a childhood

  • 40:40

friend yeah the broski in childhood you're 19.

  • 40:47

when was your childhood what was your

  • 40:53

high school yeah man sucks when you can't pry her away from the love of her life that's all that's that's my only takeaway

  • 41:00

and when she can't even like really see him he's been in jail and you couldn't do it saying

  • 41:06

what a connection i don't think i've ever felt loved

  • 41:20

yo what's wrong with you man i'm here to party man yeah you are sick i'm in the part come on let's have a good time all right new music new music

  • 41:48

starting to get to know her oh you be singing it with them

  • 41:54

  • 42:00

  • 43:30

right above nori wait what a [ __ ] loser why where who comments on a nasty photo

  • 43:42

that is the thing with me i know we're joking around it is a thing with me when i see people i know comment where they should

  • 43:50

not be commenting oh absolutely that's why man what are you doing for everybody what are you doing

  • 43:55

what did don't i don't even want to hear you but what are you doing you was hyped he was hyped for the firm biz don't do that again for the firm but not

  • 44:01

that hype not to leave your comments i'm not comment with the question mark and explanation point at the same time

  • 44:12

that's exactly what that is now but let's get to the album let's get to the track list

  • 44:17

[Laughter] look they're turning pink together

  • 44:22

they pink in the face hilarious even oh man modern modern day chappelle rory

  • 44:28

  • 45:26

it might be dope though it might be i wouldn't hey no listen do you want the safe answer

  • 45:32

for me yeah i think it's really dope that the legends are reaching down to the the new kings okay and collaborating with them putting

  • 45:38

them up on that pedestal right got you yes that's trying to tell the next generation like

  • 45:44

nah we need to work together that's the bonus too so like when album's over you get a bonus by the way putting bonus track

  • 45:52

out before the album comes out is really weird to me it's gonna do that no more the bonus was

  • 45:58

when you found out like when you got the album oh shut up you guys the bonus track is called spicy

  • 46:04

like stop deflecting talk about the [ __ ] that's here it's right there in front of you i like it spicy i'm here for it

  • 46:25

a all right let's not have one deflect that's our error in the kitchen about five minutes ago the little dirk

  • 46:31

record was up for debate hmm i liked it

  • 46:39

whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa i think i've made myself perfectly clear

  • 46:46

that i didn't say anything about dirk okay of course not i just don't i don't know what you talking about coming over

  • 46:51

i said i want to hear that [ __ ] yeah he did a good job on the drake record i'm not talking about uh dirk correct make your friend jerk

  • 46:59

rap very well make your friend slang for weed what

  • 47:08

    wait rory please stop

  • 47:15

do i say that every prank every podcast um no need to talk about what we're talking about knows what i'm talking about and i'm not talking about it so

  • 47:21

yeah uh well no i do really want to hear dirk and knives together seriously i'm interested

  • 47:28

i would have never put him on that drake record and thought it would have been dope uh since i don't want to talk about [ __ ]

  • 47:34

uh i wanna hear the dirk thing i don't know if i wanna hear the don toliver big sean song that i know was probably

  • 47:40

already done and then nah just hopped on it and it became a nod song just my prediction not running to

  • 47:46

that record it's a reasonable prediction i don't like knowledge going out like this man what do you think i want to hear nasa anderson pack

  • 47:51

me too i love that the firm is back together even though they reversed it and now nature isn't in the firm and

  • 47:56

cormega is back in the firm they could have them all on there they could have had nature in that man i

  • 48:03

see why you don't invite us to the cool kickbacks what you talking about from third base

  • 48:09

the nature and qualmega reversal of rolls well that's a good point i'm chasing the fun girl

  • 48:16

wait now i'm telling you girls [Music]

  • 48:24

oliver all the new pretty chicks like hey charlie wilson is up there though y'all gonna have to give charlie some respect though

  • 48:30

i'm excited to hear that charlene had a whack hook he had a wacko ever i don't think well

  • 48:36

there's nobody in the country that you need to convince to respect charlie wilson oh no i'm just saying i want to hear that one i'm saying

  • 48:44

but awesome this this friday in your phones it is an interesting mix of um features though i mean you got a young

  • 48:50

producer so it makes sense that he's got young yeah i see what he's trying to i get it it's just it's just tricky though

  • 48:55

yeah like this can be a huge fail i will listen to it with the open mind i just i'm scared i trust hit boy man i don't think it's

  • 49:02

be all right i think the music is gonna be great i just don't know if it's like joe said the marriage of

  • 49:08

the ultra black we wasn't really feeling that the music was great obviously nas one of

  • 49:15

the greatest rappers but it just it doesn't connect and that's what i'm

  • 49:20

scared of a lot of these features are like oh okay all right

  • 49:25

but didn't you guys say that about the very rarely can a feature list turn me

  • 49:31

away from a project and that's what this is doing like if i had never seen these features

  • 49:37

then i would be fine and this take is not specific to nas

  • 49:42

as far as him collaborating with the younger generation there are some people that that may work for i personally hated it when jay-z was

  • 49:49

doing it like i hate when the greats seem like they're doing it i don't know

  • 49:55

that they're doing it but yeah it was a small second where i'm like i don't want to hear hole

  • 50:02

with a future flow i don't want to hear gnaws with dons oliver i don't

  • 50:07

there's just better i don't want to hear gnaws with anderson pack little dirk you wouldn't want to hear

  • 50:13

nasa's anderson pack i could see that because i could see that's that's a anderson pack doesn't seem weird it

  • 50:18

doesn't seem weird but there's for me huge potential for it to miss i can see that the

  • 50:24

younger younger people like don's oliver but even there's young people that make music in the uh uh realm of nas

  • 50:32

that would maybe make more sense i guess and when you say the whole thing i know what you're saying because there

  • 50:38

was a few times where hope was getting with the younger people and it was like all right this just feels weird but and i know you hate

  • 50:44

cuddy but like on blueprint three when i saw cuddy on there i was like i don't know if i wanted to hear hove and cuddy

  • 50:50

and it he went into hove's world he didn't go into cuddy's world so there's a that can happen on this

  • 50:56

album like you could have a dawn to oliver hook that sounds like some nash it

  • 51:02

doesn't necessarily mean well this will be the first album i'm listening to thursday night friday absolutely is there anything else coming

  • 51:08

out on friday well if we get a nas album on friday that means we get something from the carters

  • 51:13

on saturday right it's insane history will be thursday thursday thursday morning oh [ __ ] y'all

  • 51:22

luke would be the they're working on something me b the dream frank the leftovers

  • 51:29

serious dreams yeah just crying over some beats yo that

  • 51:35

better not put nothing out when i was coming out uh did you guys see the chris rock uh the chicks said they've been left

  • 51:41

they're not getting bored it's fine it's fellas it's not fine it's not fun no it's not fun it hurts

  • 51:47

that they're leaving so as you dude they got a girl that don't care it's fine live to fight another day no i

  • 51:53

want detention today uh chris rock was yelling at us in a trailer that's announcing uh

  • 51:59

busta rhymes new album no date though right no i think it just said coming soon

  • 52:05

but everyone said for the last two years is the greatest album that's ever existed i mean he's been working on it for a while i would assume it's been 12 years

  • 52:12

i feel like since we got a bus arounds project nah that would be great what would you think about the new chanel bags

  • 52:18

try to get the energy you gotta get the ladies back bring them back from the kitchen new chanel me and joe bringing down the

  • 52:26

    new [ __ ] yo i love that turquoise i don't

  • 52:32

remember what they're doing my god their 2021 line oh can't wait to cop that no but seriously

  • 52:40

if you had to pick a member of the firm who would you think rap the best

  • 52:53

oh you said fashion nova is looking for ambassadors

  • 52:58

ladies you're in love oh i know i know of you i mean do you think took his style from

  • 53:04

big daddy kane ladies do not want to hear that [ __ ]

  • 53:12

all right come on man what's up with the gossip it's spelled to you joe let us know well

  • 53:19

before we started as it turns out

  • 53:31

just just as i suspected i knew it

  • 53:37

    trifling all right lyric [ __ ]

  • 53:44

i can't take credit for that that is a parks creation he said when the nas project drops this friday

  • 53:50

it's gonna be a lot of lyrical [ __ ] i'm sure you don't like lyrique i love larry walk

  • 53:57

yeah i do too that's my [ __ ] kabop with lyrics it wasn't like lyrics and

  • 54:03

    [ __ ] nobody listen man uh

  • 54:09

september 23rd that is a wednesday we're coming to everything soon man

  • 54:15

patreon only fans twitch apple apple when last time apple got

  • 54:21

    this type of content

  • 54:27

they've been over there [ __ ] solving murder mysteries and not really every crime podcast

  • 54:33

you're running out of them too they've solved every case yeah no they

  • 54:40

    haven't they're just they haven't started now now they just yeah what's that [ __ ] i watched on netflix some [ __ ] called

  • 54:46

unsolved mysteries yeah oh yeah we oh we talked about it yeah we did oh did i talk about how much i hate

  • 54:52

watching mysteries that are unsolved yeah now it could be fun when it's like there's something to

  • 54:58

give me something yeah was there a turn a new suspect oh [ __ ] the uncle dated the mom give me like unsolved

  • 55:04

mysteries on netflix no i like the uh solid episodes solve something stop get your production company and

  • 55:11

solve the solve the murder it's called unsolved six episodes is not enough like there's enough it ain't enough if you ain't

  • 55:17

solve it [ __ ] get out and get get out on the cold kate streets we started watching a channel id show

  • 55:23

called like this is still unsolved it's like they're generic unsolved mysteries it's terrible this is still

  • 55:28

unsolved it's really bad it's like oh she committed suicide but

  • 55:34

did she i'm excited i'm going to never get into the house i remember leaving the theater when i

  • 55:39

saw zodiac like legitimately upset because the movie's four hours long

  • 55:45

and then it ends with well i mean he might still be out there i don't know what to tell y'all they

  • 55:50

obsessed for four hours ruined everyone's life that was researching the [ __ ] and then

  • 55:56

went yeah man we really don't know or money just been suicide you know all the evidence points to it being suicide

  • 56:01

so would your mom think of that movie i did not see zodiac with my mom i might fly her to a theater to see so

  • 56:09

we can rewatch it together though in hawaii in hawaii yeah see that's why i'm going back and watching some of my

  • 56:15

old favorite murder mystery type of thing yet the other day was like the 90th time i've

  • 56:21

watched the case of the chick killed this made the suicidal dude kill itself through text

  • 56:27

i've watched it again every time i watch it again i bring it up here where was that at show time i told you i'm bad with maps

  • 56:34

where did the white people say kansas one and the tv guy yeah that case

  • 56:40

um when they did the uh the murder of uh versace who was that uh fx when they did that i

  • 56:47

thought that was pretty snazzy because they got into like the murderers dating history and

  • 56:53

they kind of gave a lot of backstory if you're not giving backstory in context now some of these things are happening and you're just telling me this is

  • 56:58

unsolved and you're panning to the aunt who was shocked at the verdict

  • 57:07

i hate it i do so listen september 22nd we're coming to everything soon uh

  • 57:14

actually all for the non-topic real quick potting will essentially die soon i'm

  • 57:20

gonna be the first one to tell you it's we can't talk about anything we can't talk about the gang members

  • 57:25

because they'll kill you you can't talk about the people that are backed by gang members because they'll kill you you can't talk

  • 57:32

about the people there and telling those gang members the people that are highly respected

  • 57:37

because they'll kill you you can't talk about the rats who can

  • 57:44

you talk about nothing talk about yeah we gotta be nice to everybody can't make a joke anymore

  • 57:49

nah can't make a joke everything's so sensitive

  • 57:54

everything but i don't think podcasts will die i think you got to just make fun of everything you're going to die you just

  • 57:59

got to find good [ __ ] to talk about like christian talk

  • 58:05

what do you want me to do man christian talk i don't really want to talk about christian taco let me see if i can find

  • 58:11

something else bible savage oh my god i mean this is why he's a

  • 58:16

genius and an innovator that's true he's steve jobs but with god no we can get the jam after

  • 58:21

jay's uh killers before we get the christian talk unsolved mister that yeah solved finally two men charged in

  • 58:28

long unsolved killing of run dmc's jam master jay uh let's see here according to newly

  • 58:34

found court documents no no that's not what we want where's the [ __ ] we want where's the good stuff

  • 58:40

well nothing's good about this but you know what i'm saying potatoes you're resting peace jam master

  • 58:46

jay 18 long years his 2002 murder uh just find me the names oh

  • 58:52

there we go second paragraph that keeps going faster one of the one of the suspects

  • 58:57

apparently was already in uh custody federal custody yeah yeah and they brought in

  • 59:04

another one of the suspects and as some people had suspected these

  • 59:10

were people that were allegedly closed down yeah really unfortunate yeah very much

  • 59:16

so glad that this wasn't just forgotten by the wayside [Music]

  • 59:21

carl jordan jr and ronald washington at a press conference the acting u.s

  • 59:26

attorney for the eastern district of new york said carl jordan junior and ronald washington have been charged with murder and

  • 59:32

mizell's death do charm didn't go into the details about what led to the charges but said today we begin to answer that question

  • 59:39

okay great so hopefully more will be revealed here and this is a victory and it appears this is

  • 59:44

a win from what i heard they're talking the people that were arrested so yeah this is more details

  • 59:50

will definitely be revealed of a story that a lot of us was common knowledge so this is this

  • 59:57

case is gonna get deeper yeah just forewarning on this one sad story

  • 1:00:02

very much they always said that they felt like it was somebody close to him though yeah that was always the any documentary

  • 1:00:08

you saw in it or any uh any reports on it was that people felt like it was somebody

  • 1:00:14

just the way it went down in the studio the time it was somebody that was close to him so

  • 1:00:19

this is uh it's still still unfortunate because we lost a legend but you know for the family hopefully they have some closure

  • 1:00:26

yeah and it's all tragedy did you guys know that personally i'm sorry that was unnecessary too to

  • 1:00:32

add to the unfortunate this was a super unnecessary situation yeah

  • 1:00:37

did you guys know that uh patty duke from hot 97 uh was involved in the

  • 1:00:42

murder of yousef hawkins no no i saw rumblings on the timeline

  • 1:00:48

about no idea i didn't know about the validity of it or whatever yeah i didn't know that

  • 1:00:54

is that confirmed yeah oh wow i never knew that

  • 1:01:00

was this something that was like this is recent news or well nobody would ever know this because

  • 1:01:05

who knows patty duke's real name uh you would have to be aware of that

  • 1:01:10

but i saw i saw dallas say this on the timeline yeah dallas penn good guy friend of the

  • 1:01:16

show shout out dallas man shout out dallas pin and rest in peace combat jack king legend icon you know the vibes uh

  • 1:01:24

but that threw me for a little loop i mean that's all i really say about it yeah it was shocking i was about to say

  • 1:01:30

that's that just seems very weird and random

  • 1:01:36

that's where i'm at with it yeah like what i never thought i'd hear that sentence well like joe said

  • 1:01:44

moore will be revealed he would have to really dig into that to find out his real name and so yeah and i didn't know that it was a

  • 1:01:51

yousef dawkins uh dock coming is that yeah i was putting it out i don't know i only saw a trailer and

  • 1:01:58

the trailer looked really good and i'm gonna leave this beef for now but um this is one i want to come back

  • 1:02:05

to not like we always say we're going to come back to it i want to really come back to this well

  • 1:02:12

yeah what you just said was a loaded sentence so yeah i'd like to no we just need more

  • 1:02:19

information on it get the details on that yeah got it um let's stay right on radio

  • 1:02:27

let's hit the round of applause deserve it radio hall of fame inductees

  • 1:02:56

already right yeah that was shocking to me sway yes sir round of applause congrats round

  • 1:03:03

  • 1:03:10

  • 1:03:15

angie my good sister queen legend congratulations well deserved

  • 1:03:21

absolutely i was hyped when i saw this man i thought sway was in there already by the way you would think but all of them should

  • 1:03:29

be there without question angela and his breakfast club without question

  • 1:03:34

for years angie was a voice in new york city for years so she absolutely i'm really happy i'm

  • 1:03:40

really really really happy for alma yeah i am honestly they they they deserve that

  • 1:03:46

and i'm sure it feels good it looks good what a stat yeah that's dope what is that the

  • 1:03:51

breakfast club definitely saved radio in the internet era yeah

  • 1:03:56

like thank you ray j thank you ray j huh yeah true no i was

  • 1:04:03

it was ray jmf saved radio yeah

  • 1:04:08

um but yeah everyone here well deserved congrats thank you all for everything you've uh contributed absolutely

  • 1:04:15

absolutely that's a stat that's um that solidifies you in history um and they all deserve it absolutely

  • 1:04:23

well i mean [ __ ] glenn beck but i guess congrats that's not your guy

  • 1:04:29

you don't [ __ ] with glenn hey he's not really my dude no okay before we get off of that off but i can

  • 1:04:36

see him being the radio uh whole thing he was successful yes no he would be in the radio

  • 1:04:41

hall of fame for sure kind of a douche though yeah i meant to bring this up during that now hit boy conversation but we

  • 1:04:48

were too busy making jokes um hit boy tweeted and i want to ask you

  • 1:04:53

guys he said is it clout chase oh no he said

  • 1:04:59

i have made a million dollars from selling beats in 2020. is it clout chasing if i say

  • 1:05:06

that no no no but it is like people uh posting their stats

  • 1:05:14

that's cloud chasing no uh no it's i mean i've never been one

  • 1:05:19

achieved the clout he's not really chasing the cloud at that point you are chasing the clout no he got the

  • 1:05:25

club he caught it no i disagree no no all right it's not cloud chasing

  • 1:05:32

it's just something that you probably wouldn't do and we cause money you don't really talk about that it's not clout chasing

  • 1:05:38

it's just information that you probably wouldn't say to the public if you say it you're cloud chasing what

  • 1:05:43

would he be chasing uh clout but he called the club but he has he has he has it

  • 1:05:49

no he doesn't all right well you're mistaken if you think hitboy does not have the definition of what

  • 1:05:55

the kids have deemed a clout you don't have clout if you have to say i made a million

  • 1:06:01

dollars selling beats last year because why are you saying it

  • 1:06:06

what is the purpose of you saying it you've already been recognized by your peers as one of the best

  • 1:06:12

in the best in a bunch clearly you're not at a shortage for work and

  • 1:06:18

fans acknowledge you so you are saying this for what all right well let me ask

  • 1:06:25

you this joe it's clown chasing you you just to get clown from the people who do not know that i

  • 1:06:32

already have the clout which is what the rest of the cloud chasers do now see i i'm different on that i think cloud chase is when you do

  • 1:06:39

stupid [ __ ] and silly [ __ ] just for a moment of just have a moment yeah but

  • 1:06:45

you need to widen your perception of what a clout both of you think chasing is that it's like i know and i'm saying

  • 1:06:52

i think you both should broaden your perception of what clout chasing is that's one version of it that's one way

  • 1:06:59

to go about it hey i don't have any talent so i'm just doing a bunch of stupid [ __ ] for clout cool but people with talent

  • 1:07:06

can cloud chase no absolutely there's people actually that's not what we can't was saying at

  • 1:07:11

all no that's not what i was saying people would people would he just said i think he just said i think that cloud chasing is when people do stupid [ __ ]

  • 1:07:17

and for attention first for a quick moment yeah i'm saying there's people that he never said people

  • 1:07:23

with talent couldn't do that no i said that i said that but um my point is that there's people that are on

  • 1:07:29

top five billboard that are doing things that are cloud chasing you know absolutely

  • 1:07:34

absolutely don't matter but i don't think what hit boy i don't think what hit boy jason like

  • 1:07:40

he's saying yo i made a million dollars in off beats and twenty money my definition of clown chasing every

  • 1:07:45

every rap or marketing or rollout could be cloud chasing right which it may be yeah

  • 1:07:53

a lot of them are today i haven't seen scizza clout chase oh [ __ ] no no joe you

  • 1:08:00

got weird you gotta change what you said cause that's not see that's a whole different statement all right let's change it he says

  • 1:08:05

if i told you i sold a million dollars worth of beats in 2020 without clout chasing once

  • 1:08:10

would that be cloud chasing no yes no hell no no i disagree i don't think that's it

  • 1:08:19

i don't know the full definition of cloud uh i think hit boy here is suggesting that you can sell a million dollars

  • 1:08:25

worth of beats in 2020 without compromising and doing goofy [ __ ] right exactly that's what he's saying

  • 1:08:31

here i agree he's not saying anything he's asking a question i'm interpreting what he's

  • 1:08:36

saying yeah he's saying would that be cloud chasing i couldn't be wrong it's my interpretation of what he's saying

  • 1:08:41

and i still need the definition but the answer to this question is for me is yes that would be

  • 1:08:48

to me the exact definition of cloud chasing okay so not cloud chasing and talking

  • 1:08:54

about cloud chase so joe if i come if i come to you and hypothetically i'm not the clout

  • 1:09:00

connoisseur by the way trust me i don't know if i come to you and say hey

  • 1:09:05

i made a million dollars quietly i didn't have to compromise my brand i

  • 1:09:10

didn't have to go and do some corny [ __ ] on the internet i'm telling you that you can do it

  • 1:09:16

without that how is that cloud chasing wait oh i'm sorry like if you if i'm speaking looking for clout from the

  • 1:09:22

non-clout chaser clout category um was that a double negative there's a

  • 1:09:29

lot of double negatives happening this whole scenario rory i don't think what you just said is clout chasing yeah if i could if you're saying

  • 1:09:35

if you're saying something with the intent to say that this can be done then i don't think that's clout

  • 1:09:41

chasing so i think that is your purpose you're saying it here's the second part of my question that applies here

  • 1:09:46

i wasn't done so if i say that to you privately i see you doing goofy [ __ ] and i'm like yo i just made a million dollars quietly

  • 1:09:53

doing it this way you don't have to do that in 2020 there is still a way to make money without being an idiot in 2020. you'd say that would

  • 1:10:02

not be cloud jason so because he said it publicly does that now make it cloud chasing because he

  • 1:10:07

said i makes it clout chasing well he didn't say that he's asking questions but if he said i

  • 1:10:12

for me that changes it from you can do xyz you can make a million dollars

  • 1:10:18

selling beats in 2020 period the end not to say that no cloud chasing that was a fact that was a state true statement he did

  • 1:10:24

it he can say that well you do know i made a million dollars last year

  • 1:10:29

only selling beats what the [ __ ] are you telling me that for what is the point and i didn't know that we would get into like a real live deep

  • 1:10:35

dive here but here we are clout is cloud we know what cloud is it's i know what's the problem

  • 1:10:41

props respect attention from somewhere whoever is from the chase is the chase of it my example of that

  • 1:10:47

would be you go out with your friends y'all go to a club y'all go to a kickback y'all go to a bar y'all have a great time such a great

  • 1:10:53

time that some people in the crew are going to want to continue the fun hey y'all i know another spot we can go

  • 1:10:58

to hey tomorrow if y'all are all free we can all do that whoa why are you chasing this fun okay that

  • 1:11:04

don't change the fact that we just had a blast okay i know that's a fair comparison

  • 1:11:10

well that's how i'm bringing and also uh what if i know what jason looks like but you do

  • 1:11:16

know a figure of speech as well right like what if i told you if i told you is a figure of speech

  • 1:11:22

when you say a hypothetical i think him even worded like that is cloud jason no i don't i think he's saying you don't

  • 1:11:27

have to be a goof and do [ __ ] that would compromise your morals but you can save money in 2020

  • 1:11:34

    but he didn't say that i think it's a tweet man i think the point is it's a [ __ ] tweet jesus christ

  • 1:11:40

i don't care i don't care i'm just asking we disagree we disagree

  • 1:11:48

anyways with that said well thousands of people attended a pool party in wuhan china

  • 1:11:55

yeah there's a a word was the first night first emerged yeah but it's it's a wrap over there

  • 1:12:01

    they haven't had a case in a [ __ ] minute according to the reports and [ __ ] that i read

  • 1:12:06

well that's because they don't test parks the way we test they test better i'm joking and that's because they don't

  • 1:12:13

vote for a president maul really wants trump to be our dictator

  • 1:12:20

just trying to tell you what it's all about tell us it's all politics as you as usual

  • 1:12:27

there you go it's all politics all right listen god damn it come on christian talk ellen fired some

  • 1:12:33

[ __ ] come on give it to me what y'all want what y'all want to do ellen uh uh fire to everyone that

  • 1:12:38

accused her of being in drake pays homage to wayne that's one that i'm purposely staying away from so we don't have a real honest

  • 1:12:44

conversation about it why yeah in what way did he pay homage number one i thought everything he said

  • 1:12:50

in that caption was extremely factual and i'm glad people realized wayne wait what did you push all his artists

  • 1:12:56

forward what did you just say you hear my insides no i don't hear your answer

  • 1:13:02

listen i don't want to listen either what did i just say what did i say rory

  • 1:13:08

because what did you want to just more challenging so i wanted to stay away from the topic because because we might have honest confidence

  • 1:13:13

conversation about it you don't want to have the honest conversation

  • 1:13:19

no okay well what what would be dishonest in the statement of drake's caption no

  • 1:13:26

i feel that is very factual no there's nothing no this is all facts everything wayne says about drake is big

  • 1:13:32

facts and everything drake says about wayne is big facts all right well if you're scared go to

  • 1:13:38

church man come on let's let's talk about it y'all know this is not where we have honest conversations anymore number one

  • 1:13:43

let's have one read the caption the caption says this man believed this is drake to uh about wayne

  • 1:13:49

this man believed in me after so many never called again or just didn't see it to begin with you see he wasn't embraced

  • 1:13:58

most selfless artists ever never held any of us back always pushed us forward every every single night in people's

  • 1:14:04

faces 20 000 packed into an arena and he had a whole set of his show dedicated to introducing

  • 1:14:10

us for years all praise and credit due to the goat

  • 1:14:17

i like that very well said or or posted

  • 1:14:25

each of you tell me what you think of universal's handling of little wayne versus their handling of drake

  • 1:14:31

throughout their careers that is my question to you all see when you say handling i don't know how much

  • 1:14:37

of that i put on wayne just moving on his own time and

  • 1:14:43

his own accord versus drake moving on his time in his accord like i think that wayne

  • 1:14:48

purposely fell back and and disappeared from or tried to disappear from the spotlight

  • 1:14:55

a long time ago i think he tried to uh remove himself as much as he could he's a mega star

  • 1:15:00

so it's only so so low you can fly when you're as big as wayne but i think wayne just got to a point

  • 1:15:06

where a lot of business deals happened in his career that he wasn't happy about um

  • 1:15:11

he started you know seeing that a lot of his his business his his contracts were

  • 1:15:16

weren't in his best interest and he decided like yo i'm not i don't want to do this like i'd rather not even

  • 1:15:24

put out music [ __ ] with music i don't even want to be around it uh it's hard to say without really

  • 1:15:32

knowing uh internally what was happening but of speculation i could see where you're going that

  • 1:15:39

universal would have had the power to make it more interesting for him to stay where they may have done that

  • 1:15:44

for drake because drake was also uh in whatever a bunch of deals deep and he may have been incentivized by the

  • 1:15:52

major label system where wayne may not i think that's what joe is trying to imply here i i need to understand okay question

  • 1:15:59

better okay the question was what do you think of universal's handling of little wayne

  • 1:16:06

versus their handling of drake i'll expound

  • 1:16:12

and i was having this conversation with a few people so i'll try to have it with you guys and

  • 1:16:20

we don't have to stay here if this gets too honest of a conversation the women have been left

  • 1:16:25

so it's cool no the woman would love things [Laughter] the boy

  • 1:16:34

in hip-hop history the fir what are some of the things that come to mind when you think of cash money records

  • 1:16:42

you don't have to say it's a bunch of bad [ __ ] as far as business

  • 1:16:49

don't yes okay sure yeah i don't think well that's a weird take at all yeah i'm just trying to follow what

  • 1:16:54

you're saying how many billions of dollars do you think that cash money is responsible to bringing to

  • 1:17:00

the universal music system oh that that system which now owns and dominates the entire market

  • 1:17:07

share mm-hmm universal is huge but anyway how many they build a lot of money

  • 1:17:14

do you think a lot of cash money is responsible one billion two billion hard to say

  • 1:17:20

guess it ain't hard y'all [ __ ] work in music stop it okay yes i'll guess three billion yes three

  • 1:17:27

billion if we're talking when cash money signed with universities this is a guess and then went to young money cash i'm

  • 1:17:34

going to say in the tens of billions okay and i'm going to see more and i'm going to say hundreds

  • 1:17:40

yeah okay i'm just going to throw that out if you go from cash money to young money if you make a company insane hundreds of

  • 1:17:48

billions of dollars or tons for that matter or any any

  • 1:17:53

billions should should your reputation be that of

  • 1:17:59

we do janky business we don't pay people we don't xyz we didn't have our

  • 1:18:05

accounting system down packed should it honestly answer that no

  • 1:18:10

absolutely not not even close got it wayne found found drake right and nikki

  • 1:18:19

and tyga all i'm saying is i would love to look at those wayne and i'm not comparing the two but when they talk about each

  • 1:18:27

other it paints the path that wayne laid it makes it painfully obvious and he

  • 1:18:34

wasn't proud i would like to see you know what they gave they gave wayne a million dollars in a briefcase

  • 1:18:41

tell me if you can picture a world where drake goes to jail at the height of his career over a gun

  • 1:18:47

that wasn't on him you can't yeah no that doesn't happen it's not

  • 1:18:52

never happening that happened to wayne right the same way that might tell you

  • 1:18:59

racism is not real think about this it gets deep

  • 1:19:05

so when i ask you what do you think of universal's handling of wayne versus their handling of drake

  • 1:19:11

what i'm saying is i would love to see wayne take a picture in his hundred million

  • 1:19:16

dollar mansion that i'm certain he's earned i don't see that a couple

  • 1:19:22

more than a couple times over we've we've seen we've just seen different images yeah i won't go any further

  • 1:19:30

    into this but

  • 1:19:35

    um i don't think anybody's [ __ ] right i

  • 1:19:41

don't think anybody would ever uh argue that no drake is in his 100 million dollar mansion after all of the rappers clowned him for

  • 1:19:48

having 90 other people in his pockets right do i need to tell you all what that says

  • 1:19:55

after everybody ate i'm still good i'm i'm i'll be at a billion

  • 1:20:04

you know how simple it would have been for universal to get these [ __ ] an accountant if that was a problem you think if somebody came out right now

  • 1:20:10

say yo drake they pay me then would step on that [ __ ] so fast yeah yeah i won't go any further into

  • 1:20:16

this to that point of what i think drake left out of this caption so what you're saying is yeah his mentor lil wayne he

  • 1:20:23

saw what happened with his career and

  • 1:20:28

changed some things he was able to force the same exact position no you're both

  • 1:20:35

having those but but you know he's not now why rory we're saying the same thing like we

  • 1:20:41

always do when we argue no we're not arguing because of wayne wait what

  • 1:20:47

he's out of that deal now he showed us you're saying he showed us on that [ __ ] you're

  • 1:20:53

saying he's out of that deal because of wayne because i'm saying he watched his mentor

  • 1:20:58

go through something with the same label he was signed to or are you sad for us from someone with a little more leniency for your position

  • 1:21:04

versus somebody else of course but because we've heard about drake contract issues for years and years and years

  • 1:21:10

and miraculously the core of it comes from we never hear the fix but we know there's a fix there's a

  • 1:21:17

reason there's a reason why drake puts out a video that's damn near a nike

  • 1:21:22

commercial and the only thing he screenshots on his instagram is the end of it saying ovo that's

  • 1:21:29

because he's witnessed horrible contracts with himself the people that put him on the people surrounding him so yeah wayne

  • 1:21:37

had to go through that and drake is fixing it it's the same reason that

  • 1:21:42

all these artists the same [ __ ] that we revere nipsey for when nifty would come on and say yo i'm seeing all these other

  • 1:21:49

artists get [ __ ] i'm not doing that yeah a lot of people got [ __ ] so we could learn

  • 1:21:55

about these music contracts drake is doing that because he saw what happened to wayne i get what rory's saying and and i

  • 1:22:00

understand what joe is trying to go with it too and i think that to both of y'all points that it this is some truth to

  • 1:22:06

both of those probably lies somewhere in the middle yeah i know what joe was saying i and i well not everyone is drake so i know what joe is saying absolutely

  • 1:22:13

but i get what i know we know what i'm saying i know you know who's going and this is a deeper conversation but um

  • 1:22:18

i also understand what you're saying though rory as well like you definitely learn from people's experiences and say okay i'm not going

  • 1:22:24

    down learn all the [ __ ] you wanna i agree if you're going from somebody who don't give a [ __ ]

  • 1:22:31

about you when you're learning yeah then nothing will change oh i agree i'm talking specifically

  • 1:22:37

about drake and this i know exactly what you're saying why was it different not every artist not every artist has that luxury

  • 1:22:44

i'm asking we're talking about two people that are both some of the greatest we've ever seen so the playing field is even yeah we're not

  • 1:22:51

talking about what was done earlier travis and tsai we talked about drake and wayne why was one afforded reparations

  • 1:22:58

and one not to our knowledge because we don't know we don't know we don't know we don't know yeah that's unfair we just know the optics today

  • 1:23:06

look different yeah which is why i should understand what you're trying to say and i don't like it so when i see this

  • 1:23:12

that's where my brain goes i get it yes they love each other everything they're saying

  • 1:23:17

about each other will always be correct because that's a bond that's blood sweat that's sweat equity

  • 1:23:24

oh yeah no i think a lot of wayne sweat equity is

  • 1:23:29

why drake is in this wayne is owed a blank [ __ ] check that's a fact how about that how about [ __ ] all this

  • 1:23:35

other [ __ ] wayne is old to blink check we'll never forget whoever will give drink a blink check we'll never disagree there i agree with

  • 1:23:41

you on that hell yeah yeah i'd like to see him go but i mean different times different circles and

  • 1:23:46

all he did was add card flip he wasn't even asking for much

  • 1:23:51

right like he wasn't even asking for the other [ __ ] i love these guys man i love these guys

  • 1:23:57

me too that's my honest talk for today and quickly it's gonna sound like some whole

  • 1:24:02

venture [ __ ] and of course we bring hove into a conversation that nothing to do with him yeah how you gonna hold from there because i watched i watched him

  • 1:24:08

i know he was going with it i watched the first episode of um the rough riders chronicles and when

  • 1:24:14

hove went and became the president of def jam he cleared x's whole 12 million

  • 1:24:20

debt the moment he became president that was true like that's something to be said that we

  • 1:24:27

didn't know that was never brought up back to the cloud chasing [ __ ]

  • 1:24:32

like no one's ever did a fake press release like sources tell us

  • 1:24:38

this such and such did this it was like nah that person told their publicist to put that out see hey to call back to our earlier

  • 1:24:44

topic we don't have to debate it and if hov would have came out and said yo i cleared dmx's 12 million dollar

  • 1:24:50

debt so he could be at the next label debt free know what i would have said you're clout chasing

  • 1:24:56

no that's not cloudy i'm telling you what i would i would have called that clown chase yeah no that's clowns okay i'll give you me that's not cloudy

  • 1:25:03

okay yeah and that's also what i mean to me saying where when it comes to money and certain things and how he was

  • 1:25:09

raised we just don't say things out loud because it's corny to say them and when you say it and when you say it out loud you viewed a certain way listen

  • 1:25:16

you get it you sit here and get to drop in a whole bunch of names about how your last week was and i'm gonna look at you funny stop

  • 1:25:21

telling me you wouldn't had lunch with sierra for no reason what the [ __ ] was you telling me

  • 1:25:38

coming in and saying he had lunch with sierra joe just had me doing the wildest lunch we had lunch with sierra i love

  • 1:25:44

lunch with sierra that would be i would love that i mean lunch with sierra would be alright that would be a fun conversation that would be [ __ ]

  • 1:25:49

oh great but what was that tomorrow just now oh cloud and [ __ ] like that yeah whatever i don't

  • 1:25:54

care about that anymore i know that but nobody no there's actually but there's a topic there too

  • 1:26:00

there's a topic there too in in x not wanting to listen to hove

  • 1:26:08

because hove was in a position because he felt like hopefully it happens he felt like he was a better

  • 1:26:14

rapper than all it was it was his peers so that's that's a problem in our culture though that is a huge problem that's a big

  • 1:26:20

problem yeah if you're my peer but you hold a different position and at a company

  • 1:26:25

because if x you feel like you was better than hove i feel like you was better than anybody that was going to be in that seat that that's not only applicable to home

  • 1:26:33

i think you got a job if one of my peers is in that seat then i i feel like okay now we have a chance

  • 1:26:39

to really make some some changes that's just how i look at [ __ ] like that i'm not gonna look at it like oh it's my p i'm not listening to

  • 1:26:45

him no that's my peers so he knows where we come from what we what we about and that's the difference you good point

  • 1:26:51

that is the difference one of the differences between men and women

  • 1:26:56

follow me here i'm gonna connect you to how i got here from earlier when they were showing cardi b

  • 1:27:01

give meg the stallion a birkin bag right in celebration of their song going

  • 1:27:06

number one on the charts congrats to them by the way 100 congratulations let me hit uh let me hit the applause button as soon

  • 1:27:12

as i can find it here we go right here that's major it definitely is uh so she gave her a

  • 1:27:18

birkin bag with some cool [ __ ] written on it a cool picture

  • 1:27:23

and then meg wrote some [ __ ] on instagram oh my god thank you so much friend oh i love you this is beautiful and this

  • 1:27:29

is awesome and she was really happy and appreciative about it right and the first thing my brain said is that's the difference between

  • 1:27:35

men and women i would feel like that's a sunning if somebody bought you that they don't

  • 1:27:41

    give me no [ __ ] [ __ ] play with me that's crazy

  • 1:27:46

no it's not no i understand that's and that's a common name and hip-hop that's a common way to think with men and women you have to [ __ ] watch

  • 1:27:54

for the subtle ways of sunning even when it looks like you cool wouldn't fly with

  • 1:27:59

somebody i would take this but i'm not a girl right as a sunning

  • 1:28:05

don't your record hit number one and then you buy me some [ __ ] that i maybe may or may not can afford and then

  • 1:28:11

draw all over it no if you're going to give me the [ __ ] bag then give me the bag blink that's me as a man speaking from ego

  • 1:28:19

right and that i imagine is how dmx felt i am better than him get him the [ __ ] out of here and it's a

  • 1:28:25

mistake but i understand how men make it yeah because there's a lot of ego with us and when you

  • 1:28:31

when you operate your brain like like when your brain operates that way this man you catch all the little slick waves

  • 1:28:36

did the chicks be trying to sun chicks [Laughter] they're getting tricky with the sunning

  • 1:28:41

of chicks like a lot of you chicks are being sunned and have no idea i can't tell you because

  • 1:28:47

then i'm in women business you mean like making their child a vegan diet via dm

  • 1:28:54

callback good call all right what else is happening that's really important let's see

  • 1:29:03

nights like this i wish raindrops would fall

  • 1:29:12

uh no more why being on cordy's name round of corde's name round of applause i love when the youngsters do some [ __ ]

  • 1:29:20

that they shoulda did that's gonna further their career i love it i love it i love it cordee's a grown ass man with grown ass

  • 1:29:28

lyrical [ __ ] he does have lyrical he's another one with some lyric [ __ ] give it up to him

  • 1:29:33

yeah shout out to cordee on the name change i [ __ ] with it i appreciate it salute to you

  • 1:29:39

uh also there was rumblings of a fake scissor track list running around

  • 1:29:45

i do think it was fake because i don't think scissor [ __ ] with us enough to show us a track list i agree

  • 1:29:52

uh wasn't she talking about doing some like whole hard drive dump of just putting a bunch of records

  • 1:29:58

out like the way that frank ocean did the lonnie bro project where it's just like 45 unfinished songs like she's just i

  • 1:30:05

just have to get these out type [ __ ] uh i don't know if td felt the same way i

  • 1:30:12

guess well that we went through that with control

  • 1:30:18

frank ocean is a wild wild boy what friend did i don't know he

  • 1:30:24

called something to go tornado did that happen yo joe is a [ __ ] idiot i swear to god

  • 1:30:31

    he didn't call somebody

  • 1:30:44

    [Music] is

  • 1:30:59

sun mouth game was crazy oh that was another one they called me smiles and mouth star

  • 1:31:09

you'll hear rory though son's mouth game was crazy yo y'all let's see his nickname is

  • 1:31:15

tornado oh man you know the motions i ain't even

  • 1:31:20

met a chick named tornado they could never put another song out after nato came through

  • 1:31:28

    nato [Laughter]

  • 1:31:36

i'm hearing you on the side of me talking about double grip yeah you're here you're going crazy

  • 1:31:53

    [Laughter] y'all

  • 1:32:01

you don't know the state of my [ __ ] you don't know nothing [ __ ] get out of here well joe nasty what's wrong with this

  • 1:32:07

[Music] double gripping oh my god hey what chick's trying to get all fancy now look

  • 1:32:13

now my dick don't disappear move your hand down big ass hands pull your hands down

  • 1:32:22

let me move down look at my work

  • 1:32:28

yeah you see the work the work you know my body oh all right

  • 1:32:35

all right what else is important man let's see oh let's see math versus

  • 1:32:41

meth is that real yeah was that real uh it's real really where is that uh

  • 1:32:50

don't say it's p after you ask me if it's real and i say it's real don't say really not really it really is okay so method man is

  • 1:32:57

battle rapping i didn't know that somehow this i just said it i didn't know that i felt like

  • 1:33:03

we would have known that though i feel like that would have been announced now you know i just announced it but it happened already no

  • 1:33:08

oh okay it's coming they're just promo and teasing man okay react what do you think um

  • 1:33:16

no joe you tell us what your opinion on method man in a battle would be historically this

  • 1:33:23

has gone really well well i've learned i've learned from that first debacle i think

  • 1:33:30

m-e-t-h-o-d-man is coming and spread some lyrics over how many grits some butter lyrics that's that's what i

  • 1:33:37

think math better look out valid valid yeah you're braver even

  • 1:33:44

oh no it happened it happened already

  • 1:33:49

that's what i'm saying i feel like we would have known about this i feel like this is a part of something

  • 1:33:54

it's like a a scene in a tv show or something and i've watched math battle before and he never gives

  • 1:34:01

people credit when they rap like his face is scrunched up well if

  • 1:34:06

if memphis doesn't happen like he was spitting on that joint with conway i could see why matt was making his face

  • 1:34:11

like that yeah he went crazy he went crazy he went crazy on that joint this is interesting

  • 1:34:18

though this is the scene all right well i would love to see him definitely i

  • 1:34:23

just did it appears like this is something else not just a straight that looks like acting that's what i'm saying when i

  • 1:34:29

said matt's face i've seen math in a battle he ignores anyone that speaks unless he's punching them in the face now i'm going home to watch keith murray

  • 1:34:36

versus federal star again nah it's a classic that's bad on the world that was a classic it was definitely classic should have won

  • 1:34:41

triple oh let's see what else do we have here

  • 1:34:46

that that up that radio hall of fame uh before we get to the playoffs patty duke

  • 1:34:52

drake washington football team department names black president that's a big deal jason wright it's a

  • 1:34:58

big deal round of applause for that for real

  • 1:35:09

all right that's enough of that [ __ ] how do you think they recorded that applause it was just four people

  • 1:35:14

how many times actually the same person just stacked it yeah the same person just stacked it

  • 1:35:22

well congrats absolutely y'all wanna is there is there uh did he

  • 1:35:28

give a statement that's all i gave to black man we are happy to announce

  • 1:35:34

that we have appointed jason wright as a team president of the washington football team

  • 1:35:42

i got something that i shouldn't laugh at but since there's no music being released

  • 1:35:47

there's not much to talk about i'll tell you about some of the things i privately privately find humor in and first of all

  • 1:35:53

let's have it joe round of applause round of applause round of applause man boy do i love

  • 1:36:01

i love an underdog story man i love when the odds are stacked against

  • 1:36:07

someone and i like that they find a way to overcome and that's exactly what happened in the case of alex smith

  • 1:36:14

uh winning record horrible injury yeah went through 97 million surgeries

  • 1:36:21

uh and he's now been cleared to play professional football i don't think

  • 1:36:27

enough attention is getting can put on that make the round of applause one more time for alex smith

  • 1:36:32

because that is a an amazing and amazing feat to be cleared after that injury

  • 1:36:38

that he suffered that's right terrific yes yes we all agree there absolutely

  • 1:36:43

    awesome now [Applause]

  • 1:36:50

alex smith all right see i knew i knew the round of

  • 1:36:55

applause and all the the love wait you thought this was going to be genuine yeah you started that because i definitely did all right all

  • 1:37:01

right so where are we going joe let me know

  • 1:37:06

alex smith is actively trying to make the team with his large contract he

  • 1:37:13

got before the injury after they drafted a quarterback

  • 1:37:18

right uh they took chase young okay no no no no

  • 1:37:29

the quarterback that they took off last year and as much as i hate hate to say it when do y'all think

  • 1:37:36

they're cutting alex smith from the washington football team um he might be there to

  • 1:37:41

to coach the uh the young quarterback yeah the veteran yeah they might help him out

  • 1:37:50

last year so i'm sure they would want someone with some some experience to give them some tutelage i could see that happening

  • 1:37:57

yeah you can see them probably paying 20 million just hey he gets paid way more than 20 minutes you signed that

  • 1:38:02

deal before you got hurt i'm paying 30 million to look over haskins you like get paid what you're saying right yeah chaperone if

  • 1:38:08

you will if i have to do attractions that's what he's going to pay you 30 million yes he's got a mentor my [ __ ] young

  • 1:38:14

quarterback yeah he got he got paid before that injury i'm paying you that much money yes you're staying on this team and you're

  • 1:38:19

coaching my young quarterback yeah a lot of that [ __ ] was guaranteed too so yeah you guys i just let you go

  • 1:38:25

gotta earn your keep over here well let's see okay i think i think they'll keep them

  • 1:38:31

especially this year i know they drafted chase young right yeah what's going on what's gonna happen in the practice

  • 1:38:38

that's a good point what's happening in the practice chase young the rookie station off against alex smith as you're

  • 1:38:44

telling me i don't know don't worry no i don't know no no no no no no no no no no no no just watch i don't

  • 1:38:50

know if he'll be uh he's not going to be on field he's not going to be opposite chase young no no no no no no

  • 1:38:56

definitely not definitely not no i don't think that they often uh line up the first first team linemen

  • 1:39:02

against their quarterbacks by the way even in non uh i shattered my leg in half i won't rest until i find out what

  • 1:39:08

mc search thinks about all of this call by the way i won't rest it i would

  • 1:39:14

not rest jokingly knocked out nothing but rest coming i would not rest mc's

  • 1:39:22

these guys are awesome well we didn't get into pete nice's opinion and we won't

  • 1:39:30

we never did get down to the white on white beef with pete nice versus mcsearch a couple months ago

  • 1:39:36

true that's your department it was never solved rory we didn't care i i i don't know

  • 1:39:43

honestly i don't like these white boys in the culture

  • 1:39:48

yeah hey mc search said promise you i don't care either we're just [ __ ] up because third base is

  • 1:39:54

probably huge joe button fans i'm sorry yeah and you're a huge third base fan son yeah that's true gas face i bought it classical hey

  • 1:40:02

exactly rory using your dad's nuts when i bought gasps i definitely was not around for gas face

  • 1:40:07

uh i was around for mf doom though who was on gas fire i was telling you and i was telling the mc hammer fans

  • 1:40:12

like y'all on that yeah gas face is the real hip-hop

  • 1:40:19

the real hip-hop at eight [ __ ] if they turn you don't turn the camera's mother out go make you a sand castle and shut up

  • 1:40:27

uh where is i'm not [ __ ] with with m.c hammerman no no he's got the goons yeah where is yeah 100 again something

  • 1:40:34

else i learned the hard way i beefed with mcm on twitter for a little bit holy [ __ ]

  • 1:40:39

when yesterday was running through the woods i didn't know that he was a [ __ ] black taekwon doe belt he's

  • 1:40:47

weapons he's military and [ __ ] that's the problem with pogba you can't talk about anybody yeah no

  • 1:40:53

    no nick cannon's a [ __ ] [ __ ] bow wow's a [ __ ] chris brown is

  • 1:41:00

a blood but mchand was a different [ __ ] you can't talk about it

  • 1:41:05

ray j's are blood yeah uh he's legendary he's on the other level he's on the hammer level yeah allegedly

  • 1:41:11

don't like don't be fooled by the scooty bikes please [ __ ] roll your [ __ ] face over

  • 1:41:18

there's nobody we can talk about no you can't just know who you're talking about that's all i just said megan a stallion as a number scored a

  • 1:41:26

number one scores she's a latin king all right let's see apple apple radio

  • 1:41:34

    apple music radio i'm promoting that [ __ ] [ __ ] it oh i'm promoting anything apple

  • 1:41:40

and apples go summer walker feed your baby apples yeah and titles so milwaukee definitely was

  • 1:41:47

throwing some shade at somebody a baby mama somewhere absolutely how do you she knew she was oh you're not feeding your baby

  • 1:41:54

pears no no summer none of us are one pair one apple a day and then water

  • 1:42:01

all right beats radio is now apple radio they have announced snoop dogg sierra young may loki and nadeska

  • 1:42:08

all have shows yes it's been uh in the works for a while

  • 1:42:13

[Laughter] congrats to them congrats shout out to lo uh

  • 1:42:18

it was a good rebrand apple radio low low low low i seen you talking you and cass i seen y'all talking the other day about

  • 1:42:25

how you feel when gay guys give you compliments i didn't see that clip they said it was

  • 1:42:32

sound they said it was special they said it's different loki said when a gay guy gives you a compliment

  • 1:42:38

uh what did he say that i thought was a cool little example that he gave oh it's like he said it's like finding

  • 1:42:44

money in the genes that you forgot about that's a good joke actually i thought

  • 1:42:51

that was pretty cool i found a dub in the pocket today but i was hyped well

  • 1:42:56

quite well so you're saying you found a dude i i did that i don't think that's what

  • 1:43:03

he was saying you know off the low joke never mind y'all know he was i was like it was a metaphor

  • 1:43:09

personification simile simile let me talk we was having

  • 1:43:15

earlier about uh self-diagnosing ourselves like with some of the things we have like

  • 1:43:20

    yeah i said i might have a a uh a ind ointment

  • 1:43:25

wait do you have something a dd i got a d on me um adb adhd

  • 1:43:31

tourette's bipolar syndrome rory may have some of the gay

  • 1:43:39

    i mean i'm fluid

  • 1:43:46

what y'all are stupid yo i love some of the games y'all are

  • 1:43:52

[ __ ] stupid man comparing that to having adhd

  • 1:43:59

we were talking about things that we might have no but that was a good conversation

  • 1:44:04

let's get into that how are we self-diagnosing ourselves i definitely have ocd no question i have some of that yeah and

  • 1:44:09

od don't get odd i got some od you down with mvp

  • 1:44:15

that's handsome opp you know me i got all that [ __ ]

  • 1:44:22

look how it turned out mama made it [Laughter]

  • 1:44:29

um all right come on what's important the playoff the playoff the playoffs are important for sure

  • 1:44:37

i missed it you got to hit me a lot of people didn't know they started yesterday i was out of town we had no internet no

  • 1:44:43

tv so um go next right

  • 1:44:48

    yeah they they're going well that's what happened they're going they're nick's they've been gone jamal murray's a nick

  • 1:44:54

and he went off he's a nick yeah he's a nicker michael porter jr is supposed to be a knicks

  • 1:44:59

yo you got to make a they're supposed to be next death curry it's supposed to be nick's fire hey denver put a denver put michael

  • 1:45:06

michael porter jr in the game in the fourth quarter who's a high lottery pick and um

  • 1:45:12

scoring machine took his ass out two minutes later after all hey

  • 1:45:20

hey they checked him in the game and say hey go dog uh guard mitchell

  • 1:45:25

in the fourth now right before they said that i'm watching the game and i'm saying

  • 1:45:30

yeah i don't think spider passing it no more yeah yeah he just kept it looked like that yeah

  • 1:45:36

yeah he just kept going they put porter right in on him oh yeah that wasn't yo i love watching

  • 1:45:44

these rookies try to guard people that are amazing they say hey get him out of here porter got out here there was no bull

  • 1:45:50

ball sighting i hate you yolk [ __ ] yokovich jokes you was never you never liked yokitch why they're not

  • 1:45:56

gonna win with him it's not that i hate him he's really really really good i just don't think you're gonna win running your offense through your four

  • 1:46:03

who can't jump winning a championship yeah you're not winning a championship running your offense through your four

  • 1:46:08

who can't jump at all and that's what that is and jamal murray

  • 1:46:13

oh man you don't like murray houston i love him i love him but he need more of that that

  • 1:46:20

that click in him like when something clicked where he just take it over well he need more that he just didn't

  • 1:46:25

have the game to mitchell but i wasn't no no he stepped up when he seen it uh uh spider was bugging he's like all

  • 1:46:31

right no no no i'm nice too fam yeah you trying to embarrass you acting like this drew league but that's what i like about the bubble the fact that

  • 1:46:38

you could have a game like mitchell had and then now we're all in the same on the same campus you have

  • 1:46:44

to see me right after the game so murray's by the pool but mitchell's by the pool and it's like

  • 1:46:50

we got to see each other like i just gave y'all 57 i mean we lost but see again that to me

  • 1:46:57

was a sunning i gave you 57 oh no oh 57 yo shout out no no no no no

  • 1:47:04

jamal murray panning the camera to a [ __ ] sitting lonely on a bench after a loss 57 and a

  • 1:47:11

loss yeah you won he's about oh he's just f57

  • 1:47:16

that's a sunny yeah that is a subtle sunning i like that i just like the fact that it's mitchell looked over like come on

  • 1:47:23

fan come on come on yeah watching game footage

  • 1:47:29

i like it though i like it ben simmons went down he's out of here joelle embiid disappearing

  • 1:47:37

not hakeem the dream no tobias harris rich for nothing you don't like tobias

  • 1:47:45

i like all of them i think that's a bad matchup uh a bad matchup for philly having boston

  • 1:47:51

even though there's no gordon hayward now haha win for the blacks take that [ __ ] stop

  • 1:47:57

trying to score inequality and now you don't hurt yourself now you can't play sit down score weeks

  • 1:48:02

sit down for four weeks now yeah um that was my takeaway from that game gordon

  • 1:48:08

hayward's [ __ ] up so the celtics probably won't go too far because they won't beat toronto they've

  • 1:48:13

been in this position without him they won't be toronto oh no i don't think they'll be trying i kind of like toronto i'm that guy uh

  • 1:48:21

who else played oh the nets for some reason are still allowed in orlando

  • 1:48:27

why haven't any why hasn't anyone escorted karis levert home with his buddies

  • 1:48:32

he hooping though you're the only one i was yeah he hooping man he showed up in that 90

  • 1:48:37

to 30 blowout i was mad when uh crawford got hurt though i think that he was one of those

  • 1:48:43

players that would have he would have killed this bubble because this is just an offensive display now like these teams if you have

  • 1:48:50

a player that can go get a bucket and can score like the team is finding him giving him the ball everybody move

  • 1:48:55

and jamal crawford is one of the greatest that would do that my goal against the raptors would be to not let

  • 1:49:01

fred van clete get off enough of this fred be getting off and

  • 1:49:07

you don't even realize it until you you know i feel you know how i feel about fred van cleet getting off

  • 1:49:12

how you feel about it tell us one time i saw a a threesome take place where

  • 1:49:21

where the the really really really really thick girl that i thought would be like a sex

  • 1:49:27

monster and sex machine yeah where she began having sex with the

  • 1:49:33

really really skinny girl that i thought was fragile and delicate and the fragile delicate girl gave a hug

  • 1:49:40

issue that big [ __ ] never wanted to see that skinny girl again yeah she shouldn't have been paired with that animal that was

  • 1:49:46

that was a monster and you know what i said how is this big [ __ ] getting handled like by this

  • 1:49:53

small girl that is how i feel when i watch fred van cleep yeah how is this little guy

  • 1:50:01

doing all of this yeah he's deceptive talk about jj berea

  • 1:50:08

reincarnated what a man that fred [Laughter]

  • 1:50:15

oh he went crazy on the nets oh yeah you had a great game on it was one

  • 1:50:20

more game there was one more game one more game clippers man i didn't talk about it

  • 1:50:25

clippers lucked out yeah that uh that ejection was was bad

  • 1:50:31

poor zingers definitely shouldn't have been ejected out of that game and porzingis definitely shouldn't have been saying that uh marquis morris

  • 1:50:38

why uh because we've already heard stories about porzingis getting beat the

  • 1:50:44

[ __ ] up outside of london bars we we have plenty stories of porzingis

  • 1:50:49

thinking smoke was available and then getting smoked he should be the last one to test

  • 1:50:55

somebody you got to hold your teammates down though no matter what i mean he had his teammates with him in

  • 1:51:00

london too [Music] yeah you got to hold your teammates down

  • 1:51:06

man that was a bad call though hey the knicks told us clean anthony early got shot at the strip club and

  • 1:51:12

never gave us an update ever no they just got they just got away from that

  • 1:51:18

hey i'm still waiting on fox news to tell me why chris carter was fired there's some things i'm waiting on just

  • 1:51:24

throwing it out there what you got a long list of things they came out like yeah he's fired

  • 1:51:30

all right [ __ ] why what he did

  • 1:51:35

jp morgan dion sanders is on bar stool now is he oh yeah yeah yeah i saw that dope

  • 1:51:43

shout out to dion podcast or something content specific i'm only worried about

  • 1:51:49

our fortune i don't know fortune i don't know i don't know what he's doing he'll be farting over there

  • 1:51:57

shout out to dion um any more playoff takeaways come on tonight tonight maul give us a great laker take great laker

  • 1:52:02

take even though the game will have already been played yeah you know we rely on you for our sports takes here

  • 1:52:08

there's a whole community that would not know what to feel like without your takes uh

  • 1:52:14

i got the trumpet jam on them game one uh i got the blazers by five

  • 1:52:20

yeah yeah i think the blazers are still in game mode they they had to play the

  • 1:52:25

uh to turn the one the winning tournament or they won their first game

  • 1:52:30

the lakers have had more days off i think that i think that hurts them i'm one of those people i think that

  • 1:52:37

rest is good but if your team is still i don't know why he did that to john miranda yeah it was crazy yeah i got the i got the blazers about

  • 1:52:43

five that was insane blaze is about five but i do think that the uh the clippers will win at all if

  • 1:52:49

they stay healthy stay healthy though i think kawhi is just that much help that much talent on that team it's not

  • 1:52:56

it's not gonna be easy for a team to beat that team four times i don't see it happening not four times you can't beat the

  • 1:53:04

clippers four times you wouldn't bet anything on that no no me and you no i'm

  • 1:53:10

no i don't know if i want to bet i just want to know if you stand firm enough to bet in that that the clip is a win at

  • 1:53:16

    all mm-hmm yeah i don't bet it's a trailback you like that

  • 1:53:21

love it love it they um kawhi is just well i got another one of your stupid

  • 1:53:27

[ __ ] sports takes that you need to repent for which one because for years you came in here and [ __ ] on austin

  • 1:53:33

rivers me really maybe i don't know i don't know hey tell me tell me more yes okay you

  • 1:53:39

said if there's one player that doesn't deserve to be in the league it's austin rivers the only guy said that about austin yeah you said he only

  • 1:53:46

got a job because of his dad and he's a bum and chris paul knows he's a bomb and he shouldn't be on the clippers and that's

  • 1:53:51

what all the ruckus was about oh and then they traded him oh

  • 1:53:56

and he don't look bad what houston come one more give it up

  • 1:54:02

i mean he's not a bad player if i said that that probably was premature early in his career when he said the lakers

  • 1:54:08

should trade lebron for more pieces yeah okay i would

  • 1:54:14

i'm i'm telling you every week i'm just remembering some [ __ ] mom said okay yeah if you can get four young good

  • 1:54:20

players right now i mean lebron's worth 35. no one's making that trade

  • 1:54:26

i mean father i understand for other reasons not basketball reasons just marketing yeah it's money i get it but if you're trying

  • 1:54:32

to build for the future around anthony a younger anthony davis no one's trying to build for the future

  • 1:54:41

have you seen it outside that's a big factor you're right about that what westbrook is westbrook has heard do you think this alters houston chances

  • 1:54:47

but i said why can't i talk houston's chances at all i said houston was might not uh make it out the first round

  • 1:54:53

before russ got hurt i just don't think that that team uh that style of play

  • 1:54:59

i don't think that um i don't think that is it's a lot of success with that style of play even though they've had some

  • 1:55:04

success but no and this in this uh this clip this um okc team is

  • 1:55:10

is tough you got it yeah i don't see i don't see houston making it out the first round

  • 1:55:17

all right i think that's all my basketball stuff if i'm not mistaken uh uh any of you guys been following

  • 1:55:23

this uh nikki tracy chapman copyright thing that's going on right now a lawsuit

  • 1:55:28

no no inform me uh you know more will be revealed but this is going

  • 1:55:33

to be i think a significant thing um that may happen

  • 1:55:38

in the music industry depending on how this case comes out uh so quick backstory nikki had a record called sorry with nas

  • 1:55:45

that didn't make the queen album that was a sample of tracy chapman okay they could not clear it because

  • 1:55:50

according to the music industry tracy chapman is on that do not sample list

  • 1:55:57

you not you're not clearing it whether you like it or not brand new we did okay

  • 1:56:04

fair um it was [ __ ] now look how fast [ __ ] just starts

  • 1:56:11

um so i guess i don't remember this but i guess flex nikki sent this record to flex when

  • 1:56:17

queen came out and he played this record okay that's not on the album that was not monetized it's not on

  • 1:56:24

streaming it's not on anything flex played this record with her and nas with that sample

  • 1:56:29

and now he's suing for copyright infringement uh i don't think he could do that well

  • 1:56:35

his lawyer says yes to [ __ ] we can and i agree with nikki cause her only quote is this is

  • 1:56:40

gonna change the music recording industry one way or the other because if we can now sue

  • 1:56:46

everybody for copyright infringement for something that we're not monetizing

  • 1:56:51

you're gonna sue every artist for the past 15 to 20 years 30 years 40 years yeah

  • 1:56:59

you can't sue people for [ __ ] that's not out you can youtube anything and

  • 1:57:05

find that's insanity so yeah i'm i'ma look at this this lawsuit

  • 1:57:12

carefully as this goes because this is this is significant if this gets off i don't know their

  • 1:57:18

lawyers are she could claim exist i don't know but the lawyer is quoted in this whole

  • 1:57:25

billboard article super confident yes this copyright infringement we're going to win this case

  • 1:57:33

wow that's interesting yes extremely interesting because that will be

  • 1:57:39

no one will be able to do anything that and that's what nikki was saying in that small quote that she had this is

  • 1:57:46

going to change everything if y'all go through this no that that fake uh that fake tweet or post that you sent me

  • 1:57:53

oh yeah and they said uh spotify is now only paying uh artists for the the parts of the

  • 1:57:58

songs that they're actually talking on or rapping on i was like i was like wait is this real

  • 1:58:03

because if that's the case and i was like if that's the case [ __ ]

  • 1:58:09

is coming straight on the track it's gonna be no no breathe let that be breathed those days are over with

  • 1:58:15

everybody's rapping straight it's coming back everybody gonna be the baby fan

  • 1:58:24

uh i saw a meme that made me laugh but it's too stupid for me to bring up here i'll say it anyway who was it but it's

  • 1:58:31

    dumb you [ __ ] going crazy over [ __ ] with that [ __ ] i'm going crazy with the

  • 1:58:37

    [ __ ] with that baby [Laughter]

  • 1:58:43

that was really dope funny though i laugh at these stupid shits man people are stupid man

  • 1:58:51

last week when y'all talk about dior i was trying to remember that little meme i saw when he said you

  • 1:58:57

[ __ ] broke his head trying to stump with these designer brands [ __ ] if you don't get your pee or hats out of here

  • 1:59:06

yeah it makes no sense but it's funny he can't give you get your press out of

  • 1:59:13

here i was the big man you can't give you dior because he's pure back to pea valley i love how this light

  • 1:59:20

skin uh the light skin stink chick walk stink and don't have no furniture in house i mean but you know you know

  • 1:59:25

her though she's scamming we all know you know her yes and her [ __ ] fire

  • 1:59:31

yeah come on you [ __ ] on the mattress on the floor and it was some of the best sex you ever had next week we gotta come in here i'm

  • 1:59:37

gonna come in here and talk about how having the fire ain't enough yeah and your own fire ain't enough

  • 1:59:51

after 34 35 you're like all right all right what are we doing yeah this ain't it fire broken

  • 1:59:59

and i'll be honest now i'm starting to realize i really like am i crooked leather because i didn't really like how y'all laughed when i said that i was into her no i

  • 2:00:06

laughed no i still feel away no i'm only like a hour later you stayed on brand with your with your uh your likes

  • 2:00:15

she slim thick don't ever say that

  • 2:00:21

she's nice though she's cute i just like her personality that's all i was getting

  • 2:00:26

at straight as the episodes go i'm really starting to get to see her enter her in herself her true self and you see

  • 2:00:33

she's a good mother she be hitting the stage come right back feed her daughter in the back

  • 2:00:38

then put then put the baby back in the locker she had that baby she she ain't that baby to anybody with

  • 2:00:44

arms yeah that child is passed around you ain't got a baby father access

  • 2:00:50

so when you be dancing who'll be watching it anybody no whoever's around and even though that

  • 2:00:55

bouncer could fight he trying to save her yeah you like her you might have stepped to him i'm

  • 2:01:02

watching him with a chick to think he's cute oh and her baby father's white i see

  • 2:01:07

where you going rory i know i know what you doing i see what rory is doing you little nasty devil yeah

  • 2:01:13

and an abusive white man that abandoned his family that's you i'm her type yeah exactly that's you is this a safe space

  • 2:01:20

you guys if this is a safe space which it is not

  • 2:01:26

i'll share with you guys in confidence okay when um

  • 2:01:32

little murder came in and told told shorty his real name was like yo i want to take you somewhere man

  • 2:01:37

anywhere you want to go and she was like where you going to take me murder wait

  • 2:01:43

wait that was a good impression yeah i don't like the fact that you know i don't like you just sounded just like i don't like that

  • 2:02:02

thoughts don't bring me into this i like give me that big trans [ __ ]

  • 2:02:08

[Laughter] [Music] st vaughn is going crazy before he's

  • 2:02:13

    like flag flag

  • 2:02:21

    [Laughter]

  • 2:02:28

keep it but bleep it holy [ __ ] oh she said we gonna take me murder oh we're getting killed everywhere such

  • 2:02:34

just got killed she said [ __ ] i cried a little bit i did i did i cried oh why'd you cry

  • 2:02:42

nah but some broke her record too like i could understand that trev felt a connection

  • 2:02:48

you could see it yeah mo why'd you cry yeah why did that part make you cry

  • 2:02:54

because it was deep to me it wasn't deep to you uh

  • 2:03:01

it was it was a real thing i don't know if the emotion of crying didn't come over you ever wondered about like why i feel

  • 2:03:07

so connected to that community um no but tell us i don't know if i'm if

  • 2:03:13

we're there yet come on i don't know if we're there so 373 long time ago

  • 2:03:19

long time ago and listen a lot of the things that i was introduced that i've been introduced to or that i know about a lot

  • 2:03:25

of things i know about is because i was actually introduced to it right let me start this agreement i'll try to speak from and out and and when i was young

  • 2:03:33

when i was very very young maybe 14 15 16 in the prime years of me learning

  • 2:03:40

how to do dirt right and come out robbing and fighting and all that stupid [ __ ] that you learn

  • 2:03:46

my road dog in grime like the guy that we robbed and stole

  • 2:03:53

and smoked and did everything with who shall remain anonymous his brother was trans okay

  • 2:04:02

in a time that it was probably not this is the 90s the most popular this is nice yeah this wasn't popular at

  • 2:04:09

all and something you ran into every day and this was my guy guy my guy my guy my guy we were never

  • 2:04:17

taught to look at him differently because his whole family will kill you

  • 2:04:23

and that was just what it is and it was the coolest thing in the world great great great guy and he was

  • 2:04:30

murdered wow and he was just murdered because just

  • 2:04:36

because of what he was and that's horrible that was tough that was tough for me yeah

  • 2:04:42

back then so that added to you know my mom schooled all the gays being raised in the gays but that

  • 2:04:49

let me know early on about a world that i was just really unfamiliar with and it made me ask questions so

  • 2:04:56

that part get it brought me there it's perfect yeah no it's just understandable and but that's why actually [ __ ] is

  • 2:05:03

still happening if you have some connection to that ever happening then that story will touch you but i'm

  • 2:05:10

real glad that these stories are being told through these three these fictional tales um i'm happy

  • 2:05:18

that a pose exists i'm happy that this i'm happy this show exists

  • 2:05:23

and i didn't know nothing about the show going into it and the first thing i see is that the prominent role here is a trance

  • 2:05:30

like those stories need to be told so i'm happy about it i'm appreciative of it and yeah that's a great show i did

  • 2:05:35

cry it's a great show it um yeah i don't know if i was ready to share that here no that's what's what's wrong with

  • 2:05:41

that nothing yeah no it's just none of nobody's business no i went to like i said i went

  • 2:05:46

to school with a a bunch of uh gay uh gay guys a few gay girls

  • 2:05:53

um some are now trans as well that uh i went to school with so i mean that community is

  • 2:05:59

you know grown up in new york you're around it maybe sometimes you're not as you don't have as close as friends as

  • 2:06:04

you have but i went to school with them so i'm i'm cool with people from all all walks of life

  • 2:06:09

like when i say that it's like literally i have friends that i can call gay trans it doesn't matter i'm glad new

  • 2:06:15

york is colorful that way but i will say that culture yeah definitely yeah i'm glad which i mean it always

  • 2:06:20

has been it just was kind of more segregated in that sense like what everyone wasn't mixing and

  • 2:06:27

mingling the way i think they are now which i think is great right because they was always around but

  • 2:06:33

i was growing up it's always a thing like that's always been a thing here but you know he was kind of raised to

  • 2:06:40

come on stay over here don't do that type [ __ ] which i'm glad that's changed to some degree

  • 2:06:45

we're getting into a place where it's changed a lot a lot because i remember in the night like joe said in the 90s

  • 2:06:53

where we were as a world is not just never mind new york the world wasn't as focused or didn't shine as

  • 2:07:01

much light and respect on that community on the gay community as they should so now you start to see it like oh they

  • 2:07:08

i like to see that as normalized it's like yeah they're humans we're all humans like it doesn't matter what your sexual preference orientation is

  • 2:07:15

we're humans listen i'm a cry when people are killed for being gay i'ma cry when people are killed for being trans

  • 2:07:21

i'm a crime when people are killed for being black well that's what i was to it like it affects us because

  • 2:07:27

as black men we know what it is to be you know outcasted or for people to look at us in

  • 2:07:33

a negative light just because of who we are as as as people so you know yeah

  • 2:07:38

yeah my early friendship with with my guy leaned me away from some of those stereotypes that people run into when

  • 2:07:45

you're unfamiliar with the world like this thing could fight oh don't get like this

  • 2:07:50

    don't get it don't get that [ __ ] he wasn't i don't want to say sweet because but

  • 2:07:55

you know what i'm saying i know what you're saying i know it's like he was people like the hood i love the hood

  • 2:08:00

i'm not saying his name because it protects the anomaly rest in peace but this was like our guy guy right so

  • 2:08:07

that's what i like in pea valley because it's apparent cliff will smoke you yeah yeah i'm

  • 2:08:13

waiting for a little murder to kill somebody it's coming he gonna kill somebody for making a move on his people but we'll

  • 2:08:19

get into that later spoiler alert if you never saw the show really good show they got a really really good show they got approved for the second season like

  • 2:08:25

after two episodes air i love when [ __ ] like that happens congratulations to them man

  • 2:08:31

and uh quickly to close conversation we having i saw when you were tweeting about uh i'm about to cry now no no not well when you were tweeting

  • 2:08:37

about uh trey's college [ __ ] you gotta pay for that and i enjoyed all those tweets

  • 2:08:43

i was getting killed this past week in my mentions of me going to college speaking highly of

  • 2:08:49

college and last week killing [ __ ] that's another thing that i have to say about living at college you're thrown

  • 2:08:55

into dorm rooms with people from so many other walks of life that you're now forced to live around

  • 2:09:02

and understand better right and to the conversation we have it now i had a lot of that in college like

  • 2:09:07

people that i wasn't accustomed to being around and maybe had some preconceived notions

  • 2:09:14

about you thrown in a building and you living on top of each other and now we all live

  • 2:09:19

in this college building and you you're forced to get to know these people and find out how amazing they are so

  • 2:09:25

that dorm [ __ ] in college is also helpful in that capacity like get the school [ __ ] out of it like

  • 2:09:30

the life [ __ ] i'll never argue with you there i'll never argue with you on any of this college stuff because i don't know [ __ ] about [ __ ]

  • 2:09:37

but is that so much prevalent during a pen a pandemic like i always pay for your kid getting

  • 2:09:43

the experience of life right but at a in a pandemic are you getting that this is a strange

  • 2:09:50

time to be charging for uh a room and board when you're

  • 2:09:55

not sure if anyone's going to live in the room and board you know what i mean and when you're supposed to so i was

  • 2:10:00

really frustrated college is the opposite of that i had a really hard day yesterday like i was trying to tweet through it but

  • 2:10:06

i was having a really hard day my my kid hit me like a kid which is hey everything is

  • 2:10:11

last minute and this needs to happen now yeah or it'll never happen and i'm like okay cool but all right so

  • 2:10:19

there's online classes but because you signed the contract for a dorm they expect you to pay for

  • 2:10:26

a dorm and this is after me reading the reports coming from unc about how they have a whole

  • 2:10:31

quarantine dorm and it's overbooked they're sending kids to the hotels and

  • 2:10:36

i'm like and mine i'm like all this [ __ ] is a scam hey you're not going to do them you go home we do the online classes you got

  • 2:10:42

a car you 25 minutes away commute all right there's a fee if you cancel it huh no i mean outside of college

  • 2:10:51

it's another business so of course it's a business dorms game is a big part of

  • 2:10:57

the college expense scam in my experience i didn't live on dorms and i saved a shitload of

  • 2:11:02

money like it was basically the the cost of a room in a dorm was like

  • 2:11:08

damn near a luxury apartment i lived in like a regular [ __ ] well that's what it is it's about three

  • 2:11:13

it's about three grand like i could go get a lux i could go get a luxury apartment for my kid

  • 2:11:18

right close to college and come out cheaper exactly then oh yeah the dorm money and then that's

  • 2:11:24

why so many people live off campus like after percentage-wise most people after sophomore year

  • 2:11:30

move to an apartment if you're in a state that would provide a campus around there

  • 2:11:35

because it's like all right wait i'm paying three grand damn near month for this room with

  • 2:11:41

another person that i can touch if i reach my hand out granted that also has food as well but

  • 2:11:46

you a college kid you be eating [ __ ] noodles dude come on that [ __ ] don't matter so yeah most people move out at

  • 2:11:52

that point and then you have your own spot when i got kicked out and went around the corner in jersey city

  • 2:11:58

i had my own spot was like holy [ __ ] is the greatest thing that ever happened to me thank god i got kicked off campus and

  • 2:12:03

then i eventually got kicked out completely but that's neither here nor there here's something i'd have never known as a

  • 2:12:09

as a dropout so apparently the financial aid only applies to the dorm no that's not

  • 2:12:16

entirely true at all my kids whatever the tuition fee is the

  • 2:12:22

financial aid they ain't chalking it up over there they're taking it off for the dorm rate i know you don't want to cloud chase and

  • 2:12:28

say you're rich but yeah no financial grade is significant more to classes than it is to

  • 2:12:34

campus life that's the other part that make has me feeling insecure about being scammed by the colleges number one if you're gonna

  • 2:12:40

scam me don't involve my kid just scam me fair one and

  • 2:12:45

uh two damn what was that point you just made what did you just say uh the financial aid is not specific

  • 2:12:51

that's the other thing i gotta worry about now you're my i named my kid the same name as me

  • 2:12:57

i sent him up there to say hey check out what's going on hey we're trying to pay that [ __ ]

  • 2:13:02

and now he's up there hey i'm joe button i ain't trying to pay this [ __ ] i'm gonna end up just having to pay

  • 2:13:08

which i'm mad about i'm mad about it i'm mad about being scammed from some [ __ ] not through me via my kid i am mad about it his

  • 2:13:14

girlfriend is already packed up in there she's there his crew is there wait what years trey

  • 2:13:21

sophomore now yeah all right his crew is set up at the school everybody's rocking except for him

  • 2:13:28

because of me um all right let this semester pass you and i will sit down i know this

  • 2:13:35

college [ __ ] in and out take a gap year that's what the college kids told me a gap year is that does that do anything no that's

  • 2:13:42

not only only white people have that

  • 2:13:47

privilege of let me just take a year another one damn naked get in a gap year

  • 2:13:54

only white people can well let me find myself that only happens we try to find ourselves it takes us 30

  • 2:14:01

years uh seriously let me help you with trace i know all the loops help my kid with

  • 2:14:06

school and rap no i'm trying to help your money um

  • 2:14:12

and i appreciate that right yeah i just texted you everything you know i'm on it nasfa

  • 2:14:19

fafsa eof program fast far it's an acronym cnn puts me in a

  • 2:14:25

bind because like some [ __ ] going on some shit's going wrong as a parent you want to go up there to the college and talk to somebody but then there's like

  • 2:14:34

yeah like i get to go up there and talk to somebody like one of them yeah all right um

  • 2:14:41

is there anything else important that we have managed to miss or joke through or joke over

  • 2:14:47

uh or not pay enough attention to did anything happen while we were recording the arrest of the gentleman that were

  • 2:14:53

harassing uh the woman in long island the the what seemed to be white supremacists that were harassing

  • 2:14:58

the black women that bought the house that's good yeah that the gentleman flo was guarded

  • 2:15:03

uh he's a friend of the show and and shout out to everyone that protected that house for

  • 2:15:09

for that long yeah uh russ crazy had to come to that but yeah rest

  • 2:15:14

in peace to quinn coleman uh dj and a r at capital yeah rest in peace uh i didn't know the gentleman but it

  • 2:15:21

appeared that he definitely had the impact uh on a lot of people and that was a piece that's deborah lee's son right

  • 2:15:27

yes yeah yeah he was thirty once and we don't they didn't say how a young man passed but

  • 2:15:32

you know prayers prayers to the family absolutely anything else that we may have uh we

  • 2:15:38

didn't really get into the the uh tick tock united masters thing for real so i guess maybe we could i didn't get

  • 2:15:44

into it because uh the us government i didn't get into

  • 2:15:50

it because the u.s government has been telling us that tick tock is horrible for half many months i totally agree with that one

  • 2:15:55

then trump has been coming out saying tick tock needs to be sold and i don't know anything about that but i think he

  • 2:16:01

sounds like he's serious and it might be a threat so cool and then kanye who has had meetings with

  • 2:16:06

trump has come out and said hey i want to buy a tick tock i just don't like all that chicken [ __ ] y'all doing i want to

  • 2:16:11

change it to christian talk and make it more gospel-y and see like a year ago i said kanye says stuff

  • 2:16:19

for me that's really really scary because he's capable and that's where we are here just last

  • 2:16:27

week or two weeks ago trump said hey they need to sell to an american company for me to let them continue to

  • 2:16:32

operate right and now here we have kanye saying hey i would like to purchase them and now we have a united masters deal

  • 2:16:40

with tick tock that says hey you can sell your music you can sell music through here and now

  • 2:16:45

i'm just as angry as i am with norwegian spotify having such a dominant role in music

  • 2:16:51

then chinese tiktok having such a dominant role in music i'm back to my point with the little wayne drake argument about people that

  • 2:16:58

are not of us just having so much control of us so i'm not saying anything about it

  • 2:17:04

because it's nasty yeah but you all might have a different take so rock out but i don't find the tick

  • 2:17:11

    tock [ __ ] funny i think it's nasty and i think what they're attempting to do

  • 2:17:16

right before our very eyes like the [ __ ] jp morgan coke boat is nasty so more will be revealed

  • 2:17:24

and i am waiting to see it i also do not sleep on the two percent

  • 2:17:30

of the population that is said to be voting for kanye i know it seems like a very small number

  • 2:17:37

that's two percent of the country is not a small number at all that's a very large number uh look into

  • 2:17:42

your hillary lost by like sixty thousand votes no she's one she's three billion she won

  • 2:17:48

one she won the popular vote yeah the electoral college yeah she lost

  • 2:17:53

wherever she needed to lose by like 60 or 70 million yeah she lost something yeah a number of that way

  • 2:17:59

election and the electoral but her popular if you go by the amount of votes that were submitted she won by the popular vote she lost by the electoral

  • 2:18:05

college i'm not sleeping i say this to say i'm not i don't have all the facts for you i'm not ebony k

  • 2:18:12

williams but something is joey come on man you know the vibes you know the vibe

  • 2:18:18

uh but yeah something fishy is going on so until i have more information i'm

  • 2:18:23

just watching it all i'm watching it all but i'm watching hey [ __ ] are saying their mailboxes are

  • 2:18:28

being stolen yeah yeah yeah uh the postmaster is having a uh hearing in front of the

  • 2:18:36

house representatives talking about why he's doing what he's doing but uh in lieu of that he announced that any

  • 2:18:41

changes that he was going to make to the postal service will happen after november so the optics don't appear that they're trying to

  • 2:18:47

[ __ ] with the election even though the president has said we're doing it to [ __ ] with the election uh that being said it's been apparent uh

  • 2:18:53

early voting is a thing mail and voting and absentee voting are a thing and you should look into it i already have placed my order or whatever to

  • 2:19:00

get my [ __ ] i suggest anybody listening to this for early voting early voting absentee

  • 2:19:05

voting melon voting but do it not uh at the last second because i voted for the last election by mail

  • 2:19:11

i voted for the local uh [ __ ] by mail mm-hmm like there's stuff yeah i've done it by mail too yeah i've just been married i

  • 2:19:17

just don't trust any of that me neither by mail who am i mailing this to like where is this going they can take this and throw this [ __ ] right now

  • 2:19:23

you can fight you can follow up i just don't trust this government that's all i mean either

  • 2:19:29

stop stealing the [ __ ] mailboxes and then turn it around and tell us that

  • 2:19:34

the mail usps is not a profitable service

  • 2:19:40

a lot of millions i'm just telling y'all come november you know usually they'll say who the

  • 2:19:46

president is by 2 3 am that next day bro that shouldn't happen until december

  • 2:19:53

january if we're lucky you might be right there's no [ __ ] way there will be

  • 2:19:59

a clear winner yeah that's why i'm encouraging uh i don't even vote actually i'll take that back in the year 2020 there won't

  • 2:20:05

be a clear winner that shouldn't go to january or past you sleeping on cardi

  • 2:20:11

[Music] joe now you're right you're right i

  • 2:20:16

think that should have been in minute one but made it made it in we'll get into cardi

  • 2:20:23

and joe biden on saturday hey somebody sent me a picture of a recent picture of cardi and bernie

  • 2:20:29

bernie sanders cardi ain't seen bernie since he uh bowed out

  • 2:20:35

she ain't hit bernie yet yeah she wasn't feeling so killer my kiss was bernie

  • 2:20:41

these politicians though i just want to be in the war room or whatever you call the room that they come up with things

  • 2:20:46

where they're like call cardi she'll get it done i think cardi uh is doing it on her own accord though

  • 2:20:52

i do i think cardi is super passionate about politics yeah i also think that her audience is large

  • 2:20:59

enough for the politicians to just look at numbers and want to attack that yeah obviously

  • 2:21:05

absolutely i don't think they really know about cardi i don't think they care about cardi i think cardi is awesome and i

  • 2:21:11

think this is a hell of a situation that she's in yeah uh but if i see cardi with biden or bernie sanders

  • 2:21:18

    again i'm a cook i listen [ __ ] don't just be in a rush to get up and cook i'ma just

  • 2:21:24

get up and cook something i completely agree with everything you're saying i would just like if biden speaks once

  • 2:21:31

every two weeks that maybe he balances this out and talks to some

  • 2:21:38

other people i was stressing with my little bit of botox i got i look at biden's forehead yeah i'm like fam them pinches was

  • 2:21:45

hurting him they hurt look at his face look at him look it hurt just making his normal face

  • 2:21:50

sleepy joe look at cardi looking beautiful and luxurious reference does look really good rapping

  • 2:21:56

for us and i enjoyed the interview i just biden should talk to some other people as well

  • 2:22:01

cardi's really brian is no he shouldn't talk to me anymore i should never talk to you don't do that you should never

  • 2:22:13

during uh an election time where there may be some answers that i don't

  • 2:22:18

have no no he shouldn't be speaking to me i feel you they never have answers they

  • 2:22:24

just tell you about what their proposals are yeah i think i got proposals too

  • 2:22:30

and they didn't work out either hold up wait right there oh wait gotta turn it up hey um

  • 2:22:37

all right man i'm gonna go ahead and give you all these sleepers man september 22nd we're going wired man [Laughter]

  • 2:22:44

you hatin i ain't even say that i just laugh but you showed me something and then

  • 2:22:50

that made me laugh you know what's funny about that that's why me and you are like good fake friends

  • 2:22:56

because i just seen that yeah you know i was like i should show them all but i'm in jail

  • 2:23:02

no i'm gonna show you it's over

  • 2:23:12

    violence and drugs only

  • 2:23:29

this is what i don't get clowned about enough and i'm not saying this for y'all to crown me just in case somebody's telling me i'm

  • 2:23:35

glad that this is like a forgotten thing with me but fam i uploaded a twitter abby of me

  • 2:23:40

i don't want to be cartoons outside of the hdr it was a good it was what do we all like about hdr because

  • 2:24:56

now i look back at all those photos and think this looks horrible but when it happened i

  • 2:25:02

thought it was the greatest filter that ever oh no it was the greatest thing ever for me i've always hated everything about myself including how i

  • 2:25:07

look so anything that can alter my appearance i'm signing up for it yeah i'm with you all right i might have to

  • 2:25:15

hit the timeline with hdr tomorrow just to remind them girl reminder wait wait
