  • 2:57

go give a nice thorough delete to some ig pictures i do because i don't want to mislead the

  • 3:29

yeah parks looks like a whole new human being yeah i feel like a whole new movie all right well yeah where are we again

  • 3:36

i haven't seen you since that text when i was in laguardia [Music]

  • 3:42

well i've always wanted to say the floor is yours and i feel like this is like the only

  • 3:48

opportunity i'll ever get to do that well we can start in the beginning i mean you and i spoke before you uh

  • 3:54

start from the beginning at the top of the list situations like this go hip-hop

  • 4:03

uh well you and i spoke right before you addressed uh address the listeners without us and it

  • 4:08

was a quick combo i just said you don't get crazy and we'll be all right

  • 4:14

was it wasn't mad at that addressing but uh but yeah i guess i guess we could start when i'm i'm walking through laguardia airport minding my business

  • 4:20

you know with my notifications on get a text message that reads

  • 4:25

hey man do me a solid take the next few pods off i said question mark joe then says

  • 4:33

exclamation point on the statement i already know what time it is when a

  • 4:39

man puts the little emoji thing over his own statement so i know this spikes

  • 4:44

and you know come on i'm about to get on spirit airlines i don't need that type of karma in my life you already paid for baggage

  • 4:50

yeah that's crazy i'm paying two dollars for peanuts and water no [ __ ] way so i land in uh

  • 4:58

and some things transpire over the weekend some some misunderstandings some some assumptions uh some ideas some some

  • 5:06

male ego happens some prideful things some things were said that were meant some things

  • 5:11

that were said that were not meant and i just stay in atlanta it's a good place to hide out

  • 5:17

let things boil over i went to magic city i went to all these other places that looked like they had covet

  • 5:23

there you go now i was really irresponsible here magic city was really really irresponsible so me

  • 5:29

trying to be the responsible person was like why i have to quarantine here for two weeks now obviously and we can mask this as some

  • 5:35

podcast beef will i stay in uh atlanta yeah

  • 5:40

but but from there i understand that a conversation was had in the backyard and then only one side was told so i'm

  • 5:46

not going to speak four people i was not present for that but i believe that did start somewhat of the spiral

  • 5:53

and build up uh from where we have gotten so that portion i'll leave for a second and then come

  • 5:58

back to my story just trying to go in chronological order here sure parks you were there for that

  • 6:05

conversation joe was there for that conversation was there for that conversation i was not there for that conversation

  • 6:11

and the the few pods i did watch when we weren't here that word transparency just kept getting

  • 6:16

thrown around constantly so i feel like we should try to stick with that theme because there's always

  • 6:21

three sides to every story and different interpretations of what happened and things of that nature and you know i figured we could start this

  • 6:27

pod we have to make it super lengthy but i think people have some questions sure uh and we were quiet when we were trying to figure everything out because

  • 6:33

when you jump the gun and do all that corny social media [ __ ] all you're doing is being entertainment for the rest of the world they don't particularly care

  • 6:39

not at all they just want to see a bunch of people bicker online for their own entertainment then move on to the next time someone else puts their personal

  • 6:45

life out there so they can pick her about it and laugh we did not feel like doing that

  • 6:50

so we decided to keep quiet in the midst of it but we're here now and some some things have been addressed some things have been

  • 6:57

i think talked about dealt with clarified some some feelings you know maul and myself and joe met

  • 7:03

last week it was it was it was a lot of grown man feelings it was a little uncomfortable

  • 7:09

[Music] and i'm not saying the word edit

  • 7:15

yeah it was a it was a lot of feelings for three grown ass men in a living room maybe necessary but i think

  • 7:22

uncomfortable for all of us because we don't express ourselves as men especially with friendships not at all

  • 7:27

we just know how to argue with our significant other we don't really know how to argue with our friends we barely know how to argue our significant other let's be honest

  • 7:33

yeah we're handicapping that too yeah but but yeah i'll i'll leave uh that timeline to you guys

  • 7:39

for that specific part okay so after well you text me

  • 7:47

when uh when joe sent you the text and said that um well you sent me the

  • 7:53

screenshot of what he said and then you spoke and i was like what is that about and he was like i have no idea whatever

  • 7:59

whatever and you know from there it was just like all right whatever so then joe calls me and um

  • 8:06

he's like yo what you doing um i was doing some [ __ ] he was like yo like yeah come to the crib or whatever but it was

  • 8:12

one of those weekends i was doing [ __ ] you were looking at apartments i believe yeah jersey was just jersey just seemed so far away when

  • 8:17

you it is got [ __ ] to do in the city yeah so i was like damn like i don't think i'm gonna be able to get out there but all right

  • 8:23

so then um i come in tuesday and um so me and joe start talking about

  • 8:29

everything and uh someone go in the backyard after we had a brief talk upstairs and um

  • 8:36

that's when he asked you to come outside yeah i came out to try to mediate did not go particularly well yeah

  • 8:44

and you know things were said that i wasn't too fond of that i don't take

  • 8:50

lightly to especially coming from people that you call your friend like a certain certain things you don't you don't say

  • 8:57

certain lines you don't cross with friends and me personally i was

  • 9:02

just trying to figure out what the tension was like what was going on for him to feel like

  • 9:08

texting rory don't come in right and i wasn't going to record without rory like this is to me that's corny that's

  • 9:14

like if we go somewhere and they say everybody but ceyvon could come in and we still go in

  • 9:19

it's like nah we have we all leaving so i i more so was like listen if there's

  • 9:24

something going on with you and rory i think we should all sit down and talk about it that turns into a whole

  • 9:30

different conversation and then things are said and then at that point it's like all right well [ __ ] this and i just i'm like i'm out because at

  • 9:37

that point it was disrespect and i don't i'm not gonna stand in disrespect with my [ __ ] like i don't i don't get down like that

  • 9:43

i'd rather just remove myself so that turned into [Music] no no communication at all for me like i

  • 9:50

wasn't speaking enough i was talking to rory like every now and then and then like every other couple of days just checking in

  • 9:57

but then it just felt like you know it wasn't uh a sense of urgency to

  • 10:04

kind of correct things at least that's our ticket so i was like all right well then you know it's going to fold out it's going

  • 10:10

to unfold how it's going to unfold like eventually things get talked about and you know we'll sit down or whatever but

  • 10:15

you know sometimes you got to let time pass and let things happen in order for that to

  • 10:21

happen sure so um to me the the one thing i took from it it was a lot

  • 10:26

a lot of things that was revealed in that for me like just paying attention to actions and

  • 10:33

you know things that people were saying things that you know there's a lot of people that expose themselves

  • 10:39

during that you know you read a lot of things and it was just fun reading like a lot of the what people thought was

  • 10:44

going on oh yeah and what people thought was happening like that was just like oh you know you laugh at it

  • 10:51

but it was just it was telling for you know when you start to see some people say things online and some people saying things and other

  • 10:57

conversations with people it's like like oh okay i always knew you was a [ __ ] boy but i didn't know to what

  • 11:02

extent people saying things in other conversations to strangers or to just well just to people

  • 11:10

in general not necessarily strangers but not like people you really i really know i don't really care people that you thought

  • 11:17

maybe wouldn't speak to speak this way people that you know you know you know people that

  • 11:23

it's like we cool but we ain't fly like that you know what i mean and in passing they'll say things like yo

  • 11:29

you know you y'all keep doing your thing and this that in the third and try to get like you [ __ ] yeah

  • 11:35

see as soon as they see the first sign of [ __ ] not working out or [ __ ] going

  • 11:40

left you know i mean you start seeing people say things and you like damn like i mean i never really [ __ ] with you

  • 11:47

like that but now i really don't you know what i'm saying like i might not that was like you're

  • 11:52

like invisible to me at this point right and that happened to a lot of people from like just me watching and

  • 11:57

i'm sure and just seeing things that was you know being said and watching our people acting and it was like you know

  • 12:05

you start to realize like this this this industry this this this field that we're in it's not for

  • 12:11

people that are cut from a certain cloth man not at all it's just not because [ __ ] don't have morals [ __ ] don't have

  • 12:17

integrity [ __ ] don't you know they they do anything for click alike

  • 12:22

to to make it seem like they they know somebody or they [ __ ] with somebody it's like it was just real weird to see that i always knew it but

  • 12:30

to see it unfold was just like this [ __ ] is corny you know what i'm saying like and and

  • 12:36

i'm thinking about it like because i know what's really going on i'm like no this is real a real issue amongst like a crew of guys guys like

  • 12:43

friends that that built something together and now it's like you know it's it's just a bump in the

  • 12:49

road you know what i'm saying and it's like okay cool like we'll deal with it when we deal with it but to see how certain people were reacting

  • 12:55

from that things that they were saying i was like oh yeah like this is why i don't [ __ ] with people and this is why

  • 13:00

i'm like i stay to myself a lot i don't really like being in the mix because y'all sit here and act like y'all [ __ ]

  • 13:06

with us and y'all do this and then the first sign of you know turmoil it's like oh yeah them because

  • 13:12

yeah i knew that [ __ ] wasn't gonna work yeah i know them [ __ ] was finished there's a lot of that and it's like yo fan what are you like huh

  • 13:18

there's a lot of people praying on the downfall of the jbp i'm sure no absolutely but i knew that right but to see it from

  • 13:24

certain people to me was like damn like youtube

  • 13:30

like i actually give you dap in conversation when i see you you know what i'm saying like it's like oh okay so now i've really got to become

  • 13:37

like the [ __ ] that walk in the room and make it awkward and don't talk to nobody because all of y'all are fake and all of y'all are secretly getting on your hands

  • 13:43

and he's praying that [ __ ] don't work out and for me it wasn't even about like i told no john rory

  • 13:50

i was i wasn't it wasn't so much about coming back and pod for me you know i could i love it i love

  • 13:57

what we do i love what we built and and all of that but to me it was more so like yo is this still respect as friends here like [ __ ] like performing

  • 14:05

and entertainment like right as friends is it still respect here right because if it's not then let it be that

  • 14:11

and we can go our separate ways as men and you know it ain't not enemies we're not enemies but we just

  • 14:17

we don't bang like this doesn't work yeah yeah so it wasn't you know on one hand it was like damn i felt bad

  • 14:23

reading [ __ ] from fans saying like damn you know y'all are part of my life like i subscribe to this like you know

  • 14:28

so it's like damn like you feel bad about that and like i said when we go on the road and we meet people we hear stories and

  • 14:34

you know a lot of people that this this podcast changed their life absolutely so so you thinking about that and i'm

  • 14:40

like damn i want it to work but more importantly is this still respect amongst us as men

  • 14:45

and that was my only thing like when we had a talk at joe's house it was like yo listen the business is the business you know

  • 14:51

what i'm saying like we can we can fix that or we can but if as long as respect is

  • 14:57

still in play i as me personally i feel like anything can be resolved absolutely but if there's no respect

  • 15:04

then there's nothing to talk about like i don't and that was the part of the the conversation me and joe had when i left i felt like there wasn't any real and

  • 15:11

you was there yeah and i was like and i could understand how you felt that way yeah and i'm like wait what like okay like now i don't even know

  • 15:17

what's going on yeah so let me just like remove myself because things cool off yeah like i don't even know what this is anymore

  • 15:23

like i don't know if i'm talking to my [ __ ] or i'm talking to some [ __ ] that i just met like you know what i'm saying so now i was

  • 15:28

like all right let me just leave this alone and let it play how it's gonna play but you know

  • 15:34

the more important thing is you know as as men you just sit down and you talk and you get your feelings out and you know you

  • 15:40

express yourself yeah i felt like this so i felt like that and and you know in that conversation you

  • 15:46

start to figure out like okay i see where i could have you know maybe said something at this

  • 15:52

time and address something and maybe it wouldn't have translated over into something else

  • 15:57

i think you and me are kind of similar in the uh stance that sometimes we'd rather just walk away i don't know if it's like a libra thing or something i

  • 16:02

don't want to get an astrology or anything but instead of addressing some [ __ ] sometimes just be like [ __ ] go over here and just chill out for a little

  • 16:08

while and you know let's see what happens well you know what it is me personally man i'm just i'm more so of i i observe i'm observant

  • 16:15

and i watch people because [ __ ] could say anything and now this is i'm just a witness it's like people dare say anything yeah

  • 16:21

but when you watch people and you just observe them like you'll see exactly what's going on

  • 16:27

and you know who they are so a lot of the times where i'm just quiet in the room it's just me observing and just you know

  • 16:33

just watching people's mannerisms and things that they do and you know how they treat other people how they talk to other people

  • 16:39

what they say about people because i'm like damn if you say that about this person and they're not around i know i'm being

  • 16:44

talked about when i'm not around what i'm saying you just observe people so sometimes you need time to step back and

  • 16:50

just let things happen in front of you and just watch yeah and this is [ __ ] that we talked about you know what i'm saying

  • 16:56

like i told joe i i felt the way about him having and this is no disrespect to

  • 17:01

isi or or ish like at all but i told joe when he was at the house i said yeah i felt some type of way about

  • 17:08

you having somebody some other people come on the show it could have been anybody i didn't give a [ __ ] who it was it could have been

  • 17:14

starsky and hutch i don't give a [ __ ] who it was like i just it feels away because i know how i'm moving i wouldn't do that

  • 17:20

i would be like yo nah [ __ ] that we shut [ __ ] down let's fix this let's get this right if we can't then we can move on but my priority

  • 17:28

would have been i'm fixing this with my homies because this isn't right and we gotta fix this

  • 17:33

and then not if you can't fix it then so be it okay but you tried right you tried but i felt

  • 17:39

the way about that because i'm like well damn like my phone work i know rory's phone works i saw y'all i

  • 17:45

was here when he called you out back uh it was maybe a week after the blow up and it sounded like things

  • 17:50

went kind of well you know what i mean like i said it was never i was never upset about anything like i

  • 17:56

said that conversation in the backyard just revealed a lot you know what i'm saying and i was like damn well like all right well cool let

  • 18:01

me step away but then like i said once i see things moving in a way where it's like because that to me that's saying

  • 18:08

something when we built something together and we have an issue and then

  • 18:13

you tell one of our co-hosts yo listen don't come in i'm like well damn that's something i think that

  • 18:19

all three of us should have sat down and talked about before you made that decision sure but okay cool i was in you in the

  • 18:24

moment you was mad about something cool i get it i know how that goes but after that like

  • 18:31

i i understand the whole the show must go on thing i get that that's my next question but my thing is

  • 18:39

does the show go on without trying to resolve something first or there's a show going after you

  • 18:44

try to resolve you seem like all right this is just we're not going to be on the same page we're not going to the same chord

  • 18:50

cool let's just go our separate ways it's not we're not enemies but notice it ended cool that happens you know i'm fine with

  • 18:57

that yeah but i felt some type of way about that because to me it's saying something

  • 19:02

you know what i'm saying is saying like yo you're replaceable and that may be listen i'm i'm nobody

  • 19:08

and i'm saying like i don't i don't ever look at myself as bigger than nobody or less than anybody you know i'm saying so yeah you

  • 19:14

can get somebody to sit here but my thing is as a friend

  • 19:20

it's certain ways you handle things you know what i'm saying like when there's years between you and somebody there's

  • 19:25

certain ways you handle things like you go about things a certain way you give people that certain respect to be like yo listen let's try to fix this and if

  • 19:32

we can't then we go our step away which is i'm totally i've done that before plenty of times like you try to fix it don't work

  • 19:38

out move on but to me that was saying something it's like you would rather put two people in these

  • 19:44

seats as opposed to trying to fix what happened and moving on you understand what i'm

  • 19:52

saying and maybe that's just my thinking but i think i think the thought process was part of my interruption uh was

  • 19:58

while things are being worked out let's continue potting and you know the ice and this put it inside

  • 20:03

there but to me but to me that's not that's not how you do things that's not how you do things because you

  • 20:10

in doing that to me you you risk a lot you risk a lot you know what i'm saying and it's like

  • 20:16

one you risk what the show is and what people have come to love

  • 20:21

and come to support you risk that and if it works it works fine that's not i'm just saying why why gamble with that

  • 20:29

it's my it's my thought process like why even gamble with that why even try to make that a new optic for people out of nowhere you understand i'm saying

  • 20:35

like to me that's that's just what i was thinking but okay cool i get it pod record do your thing

  • 20:41

but to me i would never do that like i would shut everything down and be like yo like i said because it's not

  • 20:47

like we're just some random people that just met you know at a game or something just decided to do something like it's

  • 20:53

    friendship it's it's years here it's history it's real life [ __ ] that [ __ ] have went through together six weeks

  • 20:58

would have been a long time to not do anything by the way though who said it had to be six weeks this could have been resolved in a week

  • 21:05

it could have been resolved i mean i think i think the time was a little important just because the blow up definitely happened as a mix

  • 21:11

of all of us kind of reacting off emotion on certain things so i wasn't mad at some time passing

  • 21:17

before we continued to react off emotions but i will say that conversation three of us had a joe's house last week

  • 21:24

it was a pretty [ __ ] easy conversation like it wasn't crazy it did make me think maybe we

  • 21:30

could have done this [ __ ] like the week off but i do like the process of all right maybe

  • 21:36

everyone kind of need to step back it was kind of like when you when you go get an oil change and then you find out

  • 21:43

everything is wrong with your car and it's like all right we have to fix this part let's fix

  • 21:48

this part let's take this moment to like really get this [ __ ] back together and even on a chemistry level too

  • 21:54

because i mean this show is based off of actual friendship between all of us yeah so if that's [ __ ] up there is no

  • 21:59

business to begin with i mean there'll be there'll be a business but it won't be as lucrative or successful right so yeah did did i

  • 22:08

understand joe's texts sure him and i had tension i listened back to episodes it sounded [ __ ] horrible

  • 22:13

sounded like [ __ ] the last month was bad we didn't seem like friends it was trash now is there a way for us to go about

  • 22:20

that in which we all discuss moving forward on how to deal with that type of [ __ ] yes but did we not seem like friends or

  • 22:27

were we not acting as friends i want to be real clear between you and i we were not acting like friends but to

  • 22:33

i mean the viewers they don't know it seemed like we weren't they don't actually know what's what it seems like never matters

  • 22:39

only what is matters so i wanted i want to keep perspective in its proper

  • 22:45

place it's not we didn't seem we didn't behave as a fact

  • 22:50

that's a big fact big fact from everyone's point of view and how we were expressing it how we were trying to

  • 22:55

fix that stuff was not the healthiest of ways no no to say the least

  • 23:01

um but i mean that type of that type of [ __ ] sometimes does take time if you kind of jump the gun on

  • 23:07

it and we get back on the podcast for the listeners sake like i heard them when they were like fam can

  • 23:13

you at least tell us something this is such a big part of our lives it's a big part of our lives because of the chemistry that's here and why it

  • 23:19

works so well and if that's not right let's just hopping on a [ __ ] camera it's gonna get worse than what joe and i

  • 23:26

sitting here like let's [ __ ] fight and don't come to the pod and blow ups in the back [ __ ] yard like

  • 23:31

that's just gonna continue yeah so sometimes you have to give time time and kind of work through your

  • 23:36

own personal [ __ ] too and then bring that back to the three y'all cause it's all interconnected at some point

  • 23:42

sure so yeah i mean a month i know in the internet a month is like

  • 23:47

10 years wasn't that long right i understand we record twice a week

  • 23:52

so much [ __ ] happens but not i think a month was a good amount of time for us to try to really get our [ __ ] back together and

  • 23:59

figure out people's perspectives i learned mesh i didn't know about joe and how he viewed [ __ ] same with mo and myself i didn't even realize how i

  • 24:05

viewed [ __ ] so it was it was an important time amongst friends that have been [ __ ]

  • 24:10

sitting here for going on what our seventh year of doing this [ __ ] yeah sometimes the lines can get blurred

  • 24:15

between what's the podcast and what's what's real and what's not and when you don't address those types of things

  • 24:22

immediately and find out exactly what that gray area is you end up asking your co-host if he wants to fight on air

  • 24:29

weekly that's just what happens so you know i think i think it was a

  • 24:35

necessary process which we're still working through it's not like it's [ __ ] amazing but

  • 24:40

you know it was it was a great step for the three of us to kick it at joe's and i think

  • 24:45

we got a lot of [ __ ] out more or less so you know how you feeling

  • 24:53

you're cool i feel cool man it's nice to see you

  • 24:58

guys again it's nice to have you back yeah i wish i wish i had this whole [ __ ] salacious story of we're back and this is what happened and

  • 25:04

this is what was said and no i was [ __ ] some friends working through some [ __ ] some lines were blurred between

  • 25:10

friendship respect business podcasting and we had to work through it and get an understanding of where we was

  • 25:16

at to make everyone feel comfortable and moving forward and that that comes first before we start looking at

  • 25:21

[ __ ] you know contracts and business [ __ ] we gotta understand how we're all viewed here um you know as

  • 25:28

    a pod sure yeah i hope that wasn't too political i i don't have a headline for anyone i'm

  • 25:35

sorry but it wasn't headline material i could make something up if you want yeah you should no it wasn't yeah it's not headline but you know it

  • 25:41

again i think that it it was necessary i think that you know sometimes you need

  • 25:47

time away from people sometimes you need time away from something just stand back and just watch and just

  • 25:52

observe [ __ ] and just see how [ __ ] plays out um but like i said for me it's just it's all about respect

  • 25:58

like i don't care about all that other [ __ ] to me is just like you know

  • 26:04

layers of of the cake but the foundation respect you can't compromise that and especially

  • 26:10

not with friends especially not with [ __ ] that you know have history and and

  • 26:15

you've been through things with and you've seen that character right you know what i'm saying because now and there's just so much fake [ __ ] going

  • 26:21

on like when you when you got real [ __ ] in your corner and real [ __ ] in your life you gotta

  • 26:26

bro keep them man because these [ __ ] out here it's a lot of fake [ __ ] going on and

  • 26:34

that's why for me that's why i said it was never about you know the business whatever like we could work that out or we can't

  • 26:40

you know what i'm saying but respect as long as respect is still in order and respect is still there you can get

  • 26:46

through anything you can it's nothing that can't be resolved as long as you respect each other and that's why for me it was like

  • 26:53

yo is this still respected cool yes all right then we can we can move on we

  • 26:59

can fix it do we all feel mutually respected in the room yeah oh i mean i speak do i can speak for me

  • 27:06

yeah i mean we spoke we spoke at joe's house it was a lengthy lengthy conversation yeah and

  • 27:12

that was my and that was my only concern and that was my concern with rory like he'll tell you the whole time you know

  • 27:17

we was we was talking and texting it was like fam it's just about respect

  • 27:22

all that business [ __ ] like that can be taken care of like to me that's to me that was even corny like i don't

  • 27:28

want to talk about bit like like what are we talking about right this is supposed to be the easiest [ __ ] in the world boys let me know

  • 27:35

not those dudes yeah like this is to me this is is very simple it's like i don't even like i don't even like talking

  • 27:41

to my brother like about like he manages me but like i feel like [ __ ] that we deal with we could talk about it you

  • 27:47

know what i'm saying like it's that's where i'm at with it and maybe that you shouldn't like i said i think that me and rory

  • 27:52

a big part of our mistake was putting the friendship before the business a lot of the times and when you do that

  • 27:59

sometimes in business [ __ ] can go left for sure so you gotta take so i take some accountability for

  • 28:04

that you know i mean like all right cool i see times where [ __ ] i've been like you know what let's keep this business because if we

  • 28:11

continue to just put the friendship first sometimes [ __ ] can go away and then you look back and be like oh damn well

  • 28:17

i thought this and i thought that and it's like well damn like you never said nothing

  • 28:22

so you take accountability for that but to me even in that it was i didn't even want to talk about that that was corny to me it's like i don't

  • 28:29

want to talk about numbers and businesses like what are we talking about right this is fun this is supposed to be easy it's supposed to be i get it one

  • 28:34

day we looked up and we had a massive audience and now people want to invest money into it i get it but for me

  • 28:40

it was all about sitting here kicking it with my friends and and laughing and busting it up about [ __ ] that we love music and the industry

  • 28:45

and [ __ ] that's going on in business like when once the money comes into play to me it's like it's corny when that

  • 28:52

starts to affect things like i don't care about money like that right i've had money i've been broke

  • 28:58

you know what i'm saying like i've i've known [ __ ] that had millions and are broke and they'll tell you like fam as long as

  • 29:04

you got people that love you around you and respect you it don't even matter when you're a kid growing up you don't have no money you don't know nothing

  • 29:10

about money you with your homies your cousins you having fun you're living the best times of your life real [ __ ]

  • 29:15

to me that's what this is supposed to be but it's like okay we're getting paid for it but i don't want it to affect the

  • 29:20

friendship and the respect that's corny to me and i whatever i got to do to avoid that i'll avoid it

  • 29:26

yeah and that was kind of going into that conversation that the three of us had at joe's where was like all right the pod gotta end that's cool

  • 29:34

things end that's part of life like that's part of the process that's not the end of the world if this ends but if it ends off some avoidable

  • 29:40

[ __ ] that we could have fixed that maybe all of our egos or all of our pride or you know certain

  • 29:46

just man [ __ ] stops it that's corny then if it's gotta end on some real issues

  • 29:52

cool that's just life but right yeah and then on some corniness just that i couldn't see myself doing that like

  • 29:58

and that was gonna try to work that [ __ ] out to me like when we spoke he was like your fam like if this if we not

  • 30:05

pardon anymore cool but i wanted to be over something real i just wanted to be over like yes

  • 30:11

you know what i'm saying and i was like fam like it's it's not even about that for me i'm just on my respect like [ __ ] rory

  • 30:18

    was talking to me but i'm like fam i'm talking about respect [ __ ] just hit my phone yo don't [ __ ] up the bat [ __ ] that money [ __ ]

  • 30:25

    i don't give a [ __ ] about a bag i can get a bag anywhere on this planet i'm talking about respect i don't go

  • 30:31

    where i'm not respected i don't hang out when i'm not respected i don't [ __ ] with [ __ ] that don't respect me

  • 30:36

    period i don't give a [ __ ] about no money i don't give like that was never a thing for me i don't care about money i don't put

  • 30:42

stock into money like that like some of my best friends are broke but

  • 30:47

they will do anything for me you understand what i'm saying like i don't so money is not

  • 30:52

i don't care about money and that's that was the one thing that was annoying me that people kept texting me and kept calling me and

  • 30:58

that's what i thought i'm like fam i don't care about money stop talking to me about money like

  • 31:04

i don't care about that i'm talking about respect that's all i'm here to talk about and people understood like oh okay then

  • 31:10

i understand your stance on that and i was that was it broyce love him to death like he called me

  • 31:16

face time for shout out to royce and my thing with him was yo i'm just talking about respect everybody keep calling me talking about

  • 31:22

money and you know business i'm talking about respect that's it you

  • 31:27

know what i'm saying and anybody that knows me knows that that's all i care about like i don't care about money you know what i'm

  • 31:32

saying like that's not what i put everything on it's good to have money yeah it's good to make money yeah absolutely

  • 31:39

but when you start talking about friendship and respect and you know people that you thought was in your

  • 31:45

corner or you know gonna ride and hold you down i'm not talking about money when it's coming to [ __ ] like that

  • 31:51

    i don't care what [ __ ] got in a pockets i don't care what [ __ ] got in their accounts like i don't care about that

  • 31:56

    yes that's where we [ __ ] up in male friendships is do we just either assume [ __ ] or don't say a [ __ ] word and

  • 32:04

things can get cleared up real easy and perspectives can get changed very quickly too once you understand what someone else is thinking

  • 32:10

and we just shut the [ __ ] up and just hope things will change or oh i'll catch something that'll make me

  • 32:16

feel better about the whole situation and i learned that through this whole month like yeah amongst male friends we got to talk

  • 32:22

more like and kind of immediately like we need to get on to i don't really [ __ ] with that and do it

  • 32:28

not in the male way that we do things as far as like you know anger or emotion

  • 32:33

    or you know to [ __ ] machismo [ __ ] like no it's just let's talk man right we're actually

  • 32:38

friends we actually respect each other we can talk about this [ __ ] it's easy it's it's way easier once you strip that

  • 32:45

whole [ __ ] pride and ego [ __ ] you have like that that should never tear down we've seen how much that's torn down so much

  • 32:51

    [ __ ] before yeah like it's so much

  • 32:59

and i know that's easier said than done and it sounds so simple but it's it's way more effective than other [ __ ] but

  • 33:06

yeah i i think that kind of summed up where he was at yes i think how how everyone was feeling

  • 33:13

before we all actually spoke in the midst of uh that hiatus and

  • 33:18

us not speaking where where are you at with it joe

  • 33:25

tossing it to parks oh god what do you what what's what what do you have for me i'm tossing to parks

  • 33:31

okay well parks i mean you and i were speaking through the whole ordeal um but we did never

  • 33:38

kind of get into like where you felt the being the in-between person

  • 33:43

of this uh i mean it was awkward it all started we had a chat after the pod and everyone was kind

  • 33:48

of saying they're a little burnt out and you guys expressed uh lack of clarity and some business things which i expressed to ian

  • 33:55

and i told you i was going to as you walked out the door and then [ __ ] hit the fan and i'm of the mindset

  • 34:02

that the show goes on we employ quite a bit of people here and everyone makes money stopping the show for an

  • 34:08

extended period of time while everyone works out their issues to me doesn't really make a lot of sense so i understand why y'all feel slighted

  • 34:14

by that but at the same time people need to earn a living myself

  • 34:19

included oh no i totally get that i don't i don't understand why they feel slighted by i mean i do because i'm

  • 34:26

    listening like i hear feelings

  • 34:32

    no i mean

  • 34:38

i'm kind of glad we're here though i'm mad that we're here but since we're here goddammit let's get to it head on let me ask you two a question right

  • 34:45

because things listen i am used to being the butt of a joke

  • 34:50

let me start there nobody has been laughed at in their career more than me

  • 34:57

let me tell you guys that in my head i get a good laugh sometimes when you guys

  • 35:03

laugh people out there because i don't know if you would laugh if somebody should happen to you so my question to

  • 35:09

you gentlemen is this what did y'all take it to mean when jay-z said to me at highland ballroom or

  • 35:14

whatever event that was that we were at hammerstein so what to say when he said so what to me what did you

  • 35:20

two gentlemen take that to mean how did y'all get the context in the so what yeah re tell me the story i mean i know it was there but the story

  • 35:26

was look at avengers found a way to leak link hold link hove into this story

  • 35:32

the story was it throughout my career i've said a lot of

  • 35:37

really unsavory things about that man mad of it man of it and he to you

  • 35:44

so so what i the part that i played was

  • 35:52

i've said a lot of [ __ ] that maybe i could have said different i could have moved different i could have done something different in my head

  • 35:59

maybe i justified it maybe i was like yo but when you became the president and then my album got pushed back and

  • 36:04

then remember you it took my beat that was my beat that was my first single and then yo even in the front when you was like

  • 36:09

yo give me that b foot yo and you said skanks game was my anr at the time like yo and then you said j.r

  • 36:15

ryder did this with marijuana and the marijuana was a thing for me [Music]

  • 36:22

i spent however many years getting you maul

  • 36:27

to attempt to reconcile that you remember a long time right that was

  • 36:34

a prominent conversation in our home right and we went to try to execute that and

  • 36:41

it didn't work for a lot of years right years 30 years a lot of years and somehow a few years ago the three of

  • 36:50

us end up at where was it do say palooza hammerstein ballroom hammerstein ballroom hove is there

  • 36:58

the three of us are there and that was that moment we were looking forward to 40 40 that time

  • 37:05

in the bowling alley and the bowling alley and the bowling alley all of the times we tried to get an

  • 37:10

apology this was the moment i waited 14 15

  • 37:17

years for this moment and know what he said before i could even finish my grievance

  • 37:25

are you trying to give him your grievances we were there to talk about it we was laughing i was having a blast yeah

  • 37:30

and he said hello i got some grievances i gotta get to you oh man it's a fun little

  • 37:37

hey before i could get the word beat out he said so what i pan right to you mom

  • 37:45

know what you did had the biggest laugh for your [ __ ] existence

  • 37:52

whoa a ball right where are you too

  • 37:58

i laughed it's funny he's a sarcastic person delivers his sarcasm

  • 38:03

well but what did it mean but what did it mean and what did y'all

  • 38:10

take it to me i don't want to come off like uh uh i don't think i can come off any

  • 38:16

more insensitive than the public probably believes me to be but probably because instances like these

  • 38:22

so sure i don't want to be insensitive and i don't want a gaslight but as you gentlemen speak

  • 38:29

i hear home in my head saying so what yeah but it's different so i'm

  • 38:34

asking how y'all it's different it's a perfect example to me no it's not give me more completely

  • 38:40

disagree give it to me you didn't you didn't build you didn't build anything with you y'all weren't friends yeah not friends

  • 38:46

uh your chemistry and actual friendship didn't base on the ability for you jay and def jam to put out music

  • 38:53

like yeah it was totally different completely different jayden oh you nothing us the three of us all owe each other something

  • 38:59

because we're friends what do you think i owe y'all uh as friends uh i think uh back to the

  • 39:05

respect thing and uh the understanding thing and in the entitlement thing what do you think i

  • 39:10

owe you rory oh just as i'm not talking anything outside of friendship

  • 39:15

and that comes down to what do you owe someone i'm asking respect and communication

  • 39:21

amongst each other i owe that to strangers in the street uh

  • 39:26

different level of it not really yeah it is not to me okay let's demonstrate that street respect yeah small i respect

  • 39:33

people and it's in the street as i go about that that's how i carry myself the same level of respect

  • 39:39

that is how i carry myself that's not what i asked you i said do you owe them that a stranger do you always stranger respect i freely give it

  • 39:45

do you owe a stranger respect no okay so now you can't you can't say

  • 39:50

that but tell my friends but you don't you owe friends respect i don't believe that yes you do you don't believe in you oh your friends

  • 39:56

respect i don't believe that if it's one thing i've learned throughout this i i'm never gonna expect anybody to move

  • 40:01

how i move so that's fine if you don't if you don't feel that way that's fine i'm all the worse i'm telling you oh and rory

  • 40:07

the word oh speaks to entitlement and i don't have

  • 40:13

entitlement even in my friendships i am appreciative of my friends

  • 40:18

respect i am grateful for my friends and because of that my behavior just i

  • 40:26

mean i would hope it exudes that no you owe you owe your friends

  • 40:31

respect and then in this case when your friends you built something with your friends and your friends have built something with you and have

  • 40:37

created something with you and have grown something with you absolutely you owe them respect

  • 40:44

one one million percent there's no way around it i feel i feel i owe my friends respect

  • 40:51

me personally i feel i owe my friends that's why they're your friends it's you you respect each other

  • 40:56

which is also why i apologized once we started talking about all our attention and took some accountability of how i was moving

  • 41:02

with certain things i explained where they came from but i took accountability and saying no i do owe you that respect where i should

  • 41:08

not sit here and say that to my friend i should have went to my friend and said hey not feeling what's going on here

  • 41:14

i don't want to get caught up in semantics but even as y'all speak the word o bothers me i don't i don't have a

  • 41:21

friendship where i feel like i am in debt which is kind of to my next

  • 41:28

point that i've shared with you gentlemen

  • 41:36

everyone internalizes things differently so even when you talk about respect that

  • 41:41

would have to be processed through everyone's individual processor right sure

  • 41:51

so you could you could be receiving respect and feel like you're not yeah right well yeah yeah how people

  • 41:59

perceive things and how they internalize things and you know different experiences in your life can have you in the line

  • 42:04

and the lines can be blurred sure in friendship and business yes and

  • 42:09

people value things differently than their friends do i take offense tomorrow saying the show should have stopped

  • 42:14

every time he say it i'm a fine issue what with him saying the show should have stopped why explain well

  • 42:25

i dedicate my entire life to this

  • 42:33

in statement this is not something where i come in here twice a week

  • 42:38

and talk for a few hours my entire life's work lands me

  • 42:45

here what are you talking about day one i don't view the days the way that y'all view them

  • 42:51

this is a life series all of the yesterdays let me get my [ __ ] off

  • 42:56

all of the yesterdays got you today when it's your life's work you don't

  • 43:04

leave it that way you don't just leave it to chance you

  • 43:10

don't just leave it up in the air with some of the ways that the three of us have handled communication

  • 43:16

you do not do things that way that's how joe views it the show has to

  • 43:22

go on i don't have the luxury of sitting in my feelings i don't

  • 43:28

joe feels a lot of things to the people that might not be aware i feel mad [ __ ] at no point

  • 43:36

am i at liberty to come in here and just have feeling vomit me i ask you gentlemen my next question

  • 43:44

where else what other place in the world can this happen

  • 43:50

what other place in the world can y'all leave some [ __ ]

  • 43:56

and then just return to it like it just happens all the time and let's and let's also

  • 44:01

give uh the facts of of everything let's let's let's not mislead the listeners of what's going on

  • 44:09

you and i spoke not in a healthy way shortly after uh the whole text message

  • 44:15

thing and and i think we went dark for one episode prior to after the thing in the backyard

  • 44:21

no you and i spoke and the conversation was hey everyone go in their respective

  • 44:26

corners and let's try to figure out what's wrong with this show and what we can do to fix it

  • 44:33

so do not say don't try to mislead these listeners to think that mo and i just said [ __ ] this podcast and [ __ ] everything

  • 44:40

that we've built and left was it conversation that we had did we did the three of us handle it

  • 44:45

improperly 100 percent taking mad accountability but to say you're not taking that accountability but you leave out the

  • 44:51

fact that that is what happened we didn't all agree that we were going

  • 44:57

to take a second and if you want and you came back cool i'm not even on the side of

  • 45:02

the show should have just stopped i'm not mad at that [ __ ] i'm cool i i get both perspectives on it but it

  • 45:08

wasn't something i was focused on i was focused on how we could get the four of us back together on this

  • 45:13

[ __ ] podcast that's where my focus was and i think that was apparent the conversations that we had conversations i had with maul

  • 45:20

getting things correct in the most timely manner possible in no way was this abandoning something

  • 45:25

that anyone had built for their entire lives or invested in their entire lives the conversation that you and i had and it was yo everyone getting their corners

  • 45:31

this this might be necessary so i'm not going to let you mislead people to think that mo

  • 45:37

and i just abandon ship on some [ __ ] like just not what happened there's only one problem with what you're saying

  • 45:43

we did what we said we were gonna do they were there what do you mean i don't have to mislead

  • 45:48

anyone and that's why i want i want to provide y'all the space

  • 45:53

to say anything that you feel you need to say not only to to to to the to the

  • 45:59

viewership whoever that is i don't know who's out there but there's an audience that you left

  • 46:05

that's a fact we don't have to go talk about the why in the winds and oh [ __ ]

  • 46:10

    [Music]

  • 46:25

that happened [ __ ] had to scramble right no i understand an audience [ __ ] had

  • 46:31

to scramble to keep together a multi-million dollar outfit yeah we friends and yeah we cool

  • 46:38

    yeah [ __ ] don't give a [ __ ] about honey that money that [ __ ] don't mean nothing when maul say it no why because he's saying it to a [ __ ] that don't

  • 46:43

give a [ __ ] about money know what you know where you can get that from from my actions you ain't got

  • 46:49

to check joe tone hey none of my friends ever got to listen to joe tone about nothing i got a

  • 46:55

long credit history with all my friends that leads me to the next part that bothers me about this

  • 47:02

point that you just made which point uh when when maul's saying that

  • 47:10

repeat what you just just just said chris i want to make this clear right before right before that oh you're

  • 47:15

asking me [ __ ] my memories the abandon the show oh yeah okay

  • 47:23

feels a way that okay the show went on with other people and you saying we had to scramble to keep this [ __ ] going

  • 47:28

okay when you're viewing it and again perspective none of us communicated of a show continuing it doesn't feel

  • 47:35

like it's a priority to fix it so yes when maul says when i say you're going to wait the second but and that's my thing

  • 47:41

you're right you're right whose job is that to check

  • 47:46

before we shake the tree i'm asking you job to check i'm asking you i spoke to you and i'm asking you i

  • 47:52

don't know what you're talking about okay i spoke to you and said let's all get in our respective corners like that's why this is kind of semantics man

  • 47:58

to me do i understand that you wanted to continue the show and need to continue show contractually with other uh advertisers and things of that nature

  • 48:05

uh we have a bunch of people here that that make a lot of money off this podcast fully fully fully understand and address

  • 48:12

your thinking that i should make a phone call to people to say hey you can't pay your rent this month i

  • 48:19

because i never said you should i need to go get with rory and mall to see what's going on with us with the

  • 48:24

three of us i never said you shouldn't do that tell me what i'm supposed to say to the people that keep calling the phone

  • 48:30

that i'm turning down the business for when they say hey what's going on when i walk into my dad's house sunday morning

  • 48:36

for breakfast and now my [ __ ] family is asking what's going on those are things you have to factor in when you shake the tree no am i off

  • 48:43

yeah but you understand why the tree was shaking though i don't i think you're skipping over that part

  • 48:49

give it to me respect if i'm not lost if i'm from yeah i'm talking about for me respect yeah

  • 48:58

all right let's put it like this if slaughterhouse you having b for slow downs internal issues business whatever

  • 49:04

and they go on and they bring in zaha and let him record on songs that you

  • 49:09

want to take your verses off and go on the tour you wouldn't feel some way about that you know you know the man that i am i'm it's a shame that this this

  • 49:16

stuff don't get reported to the public but you know the man that i am because i thought that it might be a

  • 49:22

problem with me uh not wanting to be a part of slaughterhouse anymore

  • 49:28

i retired my own career personally no but i'm asking you why you ain't no no but that's the answer no

  • 49:35

that is the that's when you thought about retiring but that is no not when i no no no you missing what i'm saying i wasn't thinking about retiring

  • 49:42

i started i started something me i started something it stopped being fun

  • 49:48

it wasn't the most valuable and some other things were going to place the business wasn't right blah blah blah

  • 49:54

blah blah blah like some things happen and rather than say yo [ __ ] [ __ ] and go put out three albums

  • 50:01

a year i just stopped so that's who i am no okay so when you asked me what i would have

  • 50:06

did yeah you wouldn't feel some type of way about that i always no no you're lying

  • 50:12

well you spoke to roy so you could call all i got is my history you i i am the person that called royce

  • 50:18

and suggested that sahai join that's who i am but what i'm saying i'm tired of my character being just spoken

  • 50:23

about the wrong way [ __ ] receive those calls i'm telling if you had a just listen what i'm saying

  • 50:29

if you had a uh a situation in the studio while you're recording and y'all had an argument whatever and you like yo some things

  • 50:36

were said to you and you like you know what all right cool i'm out you feel like [ __ ] disrespected you

  • 50:42

they said some crazy [ __ ] to you and you was like yo you know what i'm out if you

  • 50:48

if if saha was on the same album you the records you were on two days later and they took you off of

  • 50:53

that you wouldn't feel some way about that they they did that and you didn't feel

  • 50:59

no way about that and i tucked it you i'm actually not talking i'm actually and i talked it did you feel any way about it yeah but if we're

  • 51:05

having a feelings talk i started this with i have a lot of feelings about this i'm talking to y'all about the feelings

  • 51:11

that adult men have to not only talk i understand that but express and deal with that's what i'm talking about i

  • 51:17

totally understand you [ __ ] left your job that's not what happened joe joe you looked me in my face and told me this

  • 51:22

show was none of my business yeah that's what you told me i was there

  • 51:28

that's not crazy to you is that not crazy to you if you say no

  • 51:35

it's no like i'm not here to put my how i'm designed on anybody else bro i'm asking you

  • 51:40

well if there's one thing that we should have all learned from this is you can't do that okay yeah absolutely i'm just asking you

  • 51:47

if somebody told it's something you you helped build and pushed and didn't never really

  • 51:53

argued about [ __ ] just kept looking [ __ ] let's keep it moving let's keep doing what we're doing and they tell you years later yo this is

  • 51:59

none of your business i don't think i should have said that to you i don't think you should have said

  • 52:04

that either but i'm asking you if something i also do not think that that was should it should have been because i don't get to speak uh what

  • 52:10

should have happened what what did happen i don't think it should have been the domino

  • 52:16

that you sitting here saying that it was but i can't tell it wasn't how to feel about something that wasn't the domino that was that was like

  • 52:23

oh that was the oh oh okay more you rode with rory before that how

  • 52:28

do you think i looked at that what you mean i roll with him that was the oh about him about you telling him

  • 52:33

not about him anything about you telling him of course him of course of course and i would like you

  • 52:40

to speak to i want you i'm not dealing with him right now i understand you and i understand it i want you to

  • 52:45

speak to what that means he's our co-host that [ __ ] up the chemistry of this whole thing if you

  • 52:51

if you remove him if you remove you if you remove part it [ __ ] up the whole chemistry that's what you don't understand well i

  • 52:58

hate to be the guy to break it to you oh let me not say that because that's not true

  • 53:04

i feel i hate to be the guy to break this to you i don't foresee any world in the world

  • 53:11

where you're supposed to ride with rory what i don't how do you figure that and

  • 53:16

let's let's clear it up with my perspective how do you figure that out hey come here the pod it's coming up

  • 53:23

let me be clear i'm here

  • 53:40

like that was nuts to me like riding for the show is making sure that 30 or however many people that are attached to

  • 53:46

the show are okay that's writing for the show no writing right

  • 53:51

obviously two people that are a major part of the show have an issue and you telling one of them not to come in

  • 53:58

and now i'm sitting here like the writing part would have been yo let's all get in the room and talk about

  • 54:03

this let's talk about what's going on but you're telling us him not so you don't even see a world where that the way that

  • 54:10

even looks funny you don't even understand no because it wasn't what you're trying to point paint it to be is not what it is for me

  • 54:15

it was simply like yo fam that's out oh wait i'm out i don't want you that's our card because i don't want this to appear like

  • 54:21

i'm trying to paint it away i'm trying to get y'all to speak to

  • 54:27

what things look like from a perspective outside of your own i'm not trying to paint it that way so i

  • 54:33

don't want it i totally get it but what i'm saying is you saying me riding with rory's nuts i ride with

  • 54:40

anybody i [ __ ] with i ride with any like if it's if you're wrong you're wrong i don't care if me and your best friends

  • 54:46

if you're wrong i'm gonna tell you you're wrong you was wrong to tell rory not to come in and record

  • 54:51

that was wrong that was wrong that you should have never done that bro that should never happen who should have

  • 54:57

done it it should have never been said you can't don't you can't tell rory don't come in and record

  • 55:03

parks well i actually would like to hear roy's perspective on this because he kind of agreed that he shouldn't come in and record

  • 55:08

no i i agree when he's yeah but he agreed because he was agreeing well let me finish when i got that text

  • 55:15

initially i was like i'm surprised to do with our attention and after the exclamation point on the text and all that i'm like

  • 55:21

i'm not [ __ ] let's do right now i'll hit him in like a few days then i got more information from people that

  • 55:26

wasn't him about things that had to do with me and him and mo and i was like all right this is getting super weird

  • 55:32

    is so much third-party [ __ ] going on here i don't even operate this way i got my private [ __ ] too so i'm not hitting him [ __ ] that so

  • 55:39

did i agree that we needed to talk or maybe maybe taking some episodes off might have been a better idea because

  • 55:44

those last few episodes were super trash with the attention that we had it was just bickering it sounded bad agreed but that is a conversation that

  • 55:51

needed to be added that was maul's point the entire time maul was not riding specifically rory whatever it could have been any other

  • 55:56

person that could have been here for the last seven years it's riding for the show that's why i didn't even look at this as some like

  • 56:02

[ __ ] i'm riding with you riding with me this is teams within our team it's not that type of [ __ ] we're riding for the overall goal did we

  • 56:08

go about it wrong hell yeah that's what's wrong falls on everybody and that's one thing i do with all of my [ __ ] i don't care

  • 56:14

i tell you when you're wrong like fam that's wrong you went about that the wrong way you shouldn't have said that you shouldn't have done that

  • 56:20

it wasn't about riding with rory it's about being on the right side of the of the situation that's foul for you to

  • 56:27

tell rory not to come in and record huh and even more to his point of riding you and i didn't even really have real

  • 56:33

beef like we had some disagreement and some tension it wasn't a division where people had to choose sides

  • 56:38

and we was out here like no it's that's not the right way to go about this listen man i'm just designed

  • 56:44

if you're wrong you're wrong and i'll tell you when you're wrong and you was wrong for that if you call that riding ferrari then

  • 56:50

okay call it ryan ferrari i have no problem brian i have no problem riding for parks riding i've rolled for you

  • 56:56

like i have no problem riding for [ __ ] when i [ __ ] with them but i'm gonna tell everybody that i [ __ ] with when they're wrong and you were wrong for that

  • 57:03

and then the compound that you saying what you said to me was really nuts i'm like wait hold now i really don't know

  • 57:10

what's going on you tell rory not to come in and record and then you tell me this show was none of my business i hate to be i i don't want to make it

  • 57:15

uncomfortable by saying this but i am the person that is supposed to

  • 57:20

tell rory your dog you should chill for a few you can tell rory that if that's

  • 57:27

something that all of us talk about it's a conversation like that's the part you're missing that's that's something

  • 57:33

because now i'm i'm sitting here as no co-host the chemistry is just oh now if he's sick that's different but then when you know

  • 57:39

it's tension and it's an issue can you tell somebody not to come in it was tension for mumps neither one of you

  • 57:45

neither one of you [ __ ] called my phone i'm talking about when you nobody from a moment but when we had this talk

  • 57:51

we tried before uh you inviting me to your hands i agree with you that narrative where

  • 57:57

you have to stop because you kind of started that but it's cool it's on table what the hell i know i was i did the second person to

  • 58:04

say it started right now and joe stopped running from rory it's

  • 58:11

not important i don't want to fight you it's all love everything is cool

  • 58:17

listen man there's a art to shaking the tree but see and didn't and then even you

  • 58:23

saying i look nuts ron ferrari that lets me know that i'm just i'm just built way different from [ __ ]

  • 58:29

man but that's okay it is okay that's one thing i learned and a lot of this is that yo i'm just

  • 58:34

built different i'm not i'm not with this yo don't i'm not riding with that that's that was crazy for you to call

  • 58:40

to text rory that and then when he asked you what you meant you didn't even offer an explanation that was even more nuts

  • 58:47

    my ears are like

  • 58:58

and you know how i'm designed i don't give a [ __ ] what nobody else thinks that nobody's else thinking affects me at all i know that i'm right

  • 59:04

in what i'm saying you telling rory not to come in and then with him trying to ask for explanation you giving him the

  • 59:10

exclamation point it's like at least you don't even want to tell him why he shouldn't come in you didn't even want to have a conversation

  • 59:16

then and so then when me and you have a conversation then you say what you said to me now i'm totally confused like all right

  • 59:22

what the [ __ ] is going on you understand what i'm saying so i'm so if you say ride for real no i don't

  • 59:29

understand because i sent rory and told him what i thought needed to be happened to salvage

  • 59:35

friendship and business immediately after hitting rory i hit you and i hate that i have to go

  • 59:40

down this timeline because to me so what still but let's do it uh immediately after i hit you to say

  • 59:46

pull up on me and let's talk that was a saturday you told me you were coming you did not yeah sunday you hit me you said my bad i

  • 59:53

was coming you did not right monday you didn't hit me at all right and then tuesday you show up to r

  • 1:00:00

r r place of business to have a conversation when we

  • 1:00:06

should be working about why i asked rory to stay home yes maul to me

  • 1:00:16

that will never make sense okay that will never make sense it's not a that the courtesy and the

  • 1:00:22

friendship vibe was me hitting you so we could have a conversation about

  • 1:00:27

why i thought this needed to occur that was the last ditch effort that wasn't like the first

  • 1:00:33

that wasn't me that wasn't initiating trying to troubleshoot that was the oh [ __ ] wait a second wait a second [ __ ] is

  • 1:00:41

off in here it's conversations going on it's rumblings walls and streets is talking

  • 1:00:46

it's fist of cups it's a lot going on the shows is trash it looked bad there was a lot going on now whose decision

  • 1:00:52

was it to weigh all of the things that were wrong in that moment i should leave that to us yeah the three

  • 1:01:00

[ __ ] that didn't do no communicating to the monks leading up to all of this [ __ ] no yeah no that's one and two i'm back to

  • 1:01:06

my carfax with [ __ ] i i didn't need this moment to know that i am built differently than other people

  • 1:01:13

but what we will have is our friend history with everyone individually forget rory

  • 1:01:22

i feel don't yell at me and don't get up to hit me either

  • 1:01:27

say it i'm chilling bro if you ever looking for who what joe's

  • 1:01:34

character looks like all you got to do is look back in the last 15 years

  • 1:01:39

you don't need him he didn't exist he wasn't there nothing about rory exists in the world

  • 1:01:46

that i'm talking about with you we have x amount of years living together

  • 1:01:52

in confidence i don't need to say what goes into that you and i know what's going on we should

  • 1:01:58

never be talking about a rory ever this is not one of those instances where we go to the club and somebody

  • 1:02:03

can't get in this one of the instances where oh the other side to this

  • 1:02:09

if we not friends and it's not feeling friendly in here is i'm going to treat it like it's not

  • 1:02:14

friendly in here yeah but which ain't right which ain't right

  • 1:02:20

let me finish getting my [ __ ] off let me finish getting my [ __ ] off boy you [ __ ] peed me off let me get this out of me let me get this out talk

  • 1:02:28

rory don't get to question how i ride neither it's not something you got to think

  • 1:02:33

about it's not something you got to freestyle and try to imagine we got a few years joe show up

  • 1:02:42

but ain't nothing to check books about it ain't nothing to check podcast on account look at the footage

  • 1:02:49

about joe show up i think it's corny to remind [ __ ] how i show up

  • 1:02:56

but if you look back joe show up for you having nothing to do with him and same for him y'all don't get to tell

  • 1:03:05

me i don't respect y'all of course y'all have feelings so you could tell me that and i'm gonna and i'm gonna appreciate it said that i never said you didn't

  • 1:03:11

respect me i said based on our conversation what you said yeah mom but you don't you know questions

  • 1:03:16

a question where the respect was but whatever and then i apologize and i'm doing it again okay

  • 1:03:23

and i'm doing it again understood and that whole writing point i'm not saying you're wrong in saying you two have your own separate history

  • 1:03:30

you and i have our history three of us have history maul wasn't riding for your friendship

  • 1:03:35

and his friendship or my friendship and maul's friendship or your friendship and my friendship it was right for the show

  • 1:03:40

so i see what you're saying yes have you shown up for me all the time i shouldn't know for you all the time yes all this and that you guys got [ __ ] two decades in no

  • 1:03:46

we just talking about the show at that point that's it we're not riding for any personal history it's a hey this show

  • 1:03:52

is starting to feel a little [ __ ] up we should talk about it now did the three of us handle that incorrectly again i'm repeating myself

  • 1:03:59

yes that's why i think a lot of this back and forth [ __ ] that we're doing now is kind of yeah but that's yeah but it's

  • 1:04:05

because it's separate points to what really happened but it's not pointless there's some poetic justice in it and

  • 1:04:10

that's why early i was like yo tell me any other workplace in the world where this chain of events could happen

  • 1:04:17

because we start at y'all questioning maybe my friendship or my respect level right or

  • 1:04:23

just some things that should exist between us right and then we end with having to lean on that very

  • 1:04:29

same friendship to say all right all that other [ __ ] that wouldn't fly nowhere else in the world

  • 1:04:35

it could happen here because that's my man that's not odd i mean we've we've done

  • 1:04:42

that for i'm not going to talk to them because me and more don't come from corporate shenanigans and workplace

  • 1:04:50

stuff you though that's where i come from

  • 1:04:56

you though tell me where that can happen at you tell me

  • 1:05:03

come on i don't want to make it sound like i'm talking spanish but i don't know what you say in that competition say that another job you couldn't uh storm out

  • 1:05:09

and not uh and come back six weeks later i've gone through all this with palooza

  • 1:05:15

that's also a multi-million dollar business of friends having these same types of problems so yes you can say there's a corporate

  • 1:05:21

side of [ __ ] but we ain't corporate and neither was palooza did we partner with cortner corporate people

  • 1:05:26

sure but that's not how the infrastructure of our [ __ ] went bad example no that's a great example horrible this will never stop

  • 1:05:34

well palooza stopped because of kovid this will never stop was my words

  • 1:05:41

so it's a horrible example there's not a world that exists we

  • 1:05:46

didn't stop because of uh my statement is not about palooza i don't care what you [ __ ] do i'm talking about this

  • 1:05:52

this will never stop it's yours to participate in like our

  • 1:05:59

[ __ ] contract says and there's no uncomfortable conversation that me and mark i have

  • 1:06:04

that change what we legally bound to do i said that to y'all privately i'll say

  • 1:06:09

it here too sure there's nothing y'all could say to me i said this in your absence there is nothing a friend could

  • 1:06:14

say to me that ends the friendship i need to see more no you have to do something [ __ ]

  • 1:06:20

your character gonna have to shine but your words that's not joe that's not to diminish

  • 1:06:26

anybody that that happens for but that's never been who that's never been and i mean and nor

  • 1:06:31

is it never because because we're sitting here talking about it we we gave the the history of the last month of where people felt on certain

  • 1:06:37

things and when we was trying to go through [ __ ] we sitting here now because we feel the same [ __ ] way

  • 1:06:43

if it was just based off if maul really felt like i want you all so it's not your business you think he'd be sitting here i don't want to know he knows it's

  • 1:06:49

his business rory and this is where we just view things differently on friendship because

  • 1:06:55

maul and i our friends or call ourselves friends i would have thought we could get to the

  • 1:07:01

friendship conversation at any point we're friends which is what i called

  • 1:07:06

from park's backyard and said yo dawg if you never part again we gonna talk i said that i'm consistent

  • 1:07:14

in my no i just say it's you

  • 1:07:21

that's all i'm saying man that's what i'm saying i want y'all to speak to actually no i don't want trouble i want

  • 1:07:28

parks to speak to what happens in alternate world if things did not go this way it could

  • 1:07:35

have been bad it could have been bad hey y'all can choose now for it to be understatements if you want give save on a mic then

  • 1:07:42

give erickson a mic then give alex and mike give the accountant to mike i love the lawyers give everybody a mic

  • 1:07:47

it ain't time for understatements that's how joe's rep takes the [ __ ] hits every time because understatements

  • 1:07:55

when miraculous [ __ ] is going on is this where i went to therapy with rory on my off

  • 1:08:01

day with my [ __ ] kid what are y'all saying in here i want to hear where else you could have

  • 1:08:07

that type of smoke with not with the with the person at your job that is responsible for the job

  • 1:08:16

leave it and then go to therapy for the problems and come back that's the [ __ ] that won't get spoken about

  • 1:08:22

but why like i command the [ __ ] they came thank god i never saw the day

  • 1:08:31

what day what did y'all would not be here i never saw the day with you when you would look me in my face and tell me

  • 1:08:37

this was none of my business i never saw that day is it on is it your

  • 1:08:42

business in a contract that we have [ __ ] that contract i'm talking to you because i don't know you told me

  • 1:08:47

    because you told me to a [ __ ] because you're talking to a [ __ ] that don't care about contracts and i'm talking to

  • 1:08:52

    a [ __ ] that's on records no you talking to a [ __ ] that you lived with for probably over a decade what i'm saying

  • 1:08:58

    no you're not talking to a [ __ ] that is talking about contracts i'm just keeping me in my property i'm talking to a [ __ ] that don't give a

  • 1:09:05

[ __ ] about contracts as well bingo that's true so so we're not talking we me and you're never talking

  • 1:09:10

that's why i'd be mad at you [ __ ] like i got told i told dicks i'm not mad at

  • 1:09:17

[ __ ] shaking the tree like please it wasn't i will never be mad it wasn't about shaking the

  • 1:09:22

word you that's what you missed it wasn't about shaking the tree shut up mom followed me what are you

  • 1:09:28

talking about you know why what are you talking about do you know why we spoke about it i would like to hear

  • 1:09:34

why you unfollowed him me too fam this [ __ ] was posing all this corny [ __ ] with the show

  • 1:09:40

this [ __ ] was looking nasty bro i wasn't trying to see that [ __ ] it was looking nasty bro it was looking

  • 1:09:48

nasty facts i'm just telling you what it is i didn't want to see that i didn't want to see something that

  • 1:09:53

i had a hand in building looking the way it was looking just being honest it was looking bad so

  • 1:10:00

    i'm like i don't want to see this [ __ ] so i'll fold them

  • 1:10:07

it's simple for me i'll tell you what it is none of my actions i'm gonna tell you

  • 1:10:12

why i did what i did and when i did it simple

  • 1:10:19

tim and i had conversations i i didn't like any of the social media [ __ ] i said to you and to both of you stop

  • 1:10:24

stop with this this this is gross i didn't say nothing on social media it was just different yourself

  • 1:10:34

like shouldn't well i can't ask you that because you said the show should stop i understand you got it yeah i'm about to say [ __ ]

  • 1:10:42

    [ __ ] shouldn't have tweeted their [ __ ] people go people listen there's there's world-class entertainers that go through

  • 1:10:48

this type of [ __ ] shows have stopped live tours have stopped like it happens

  • 1:10:54

you don't just pick up and and put two random and i want to say it again love and respect to icing as i [ __ ] with

  • 1:11:00

them those money but you don't just pick up random pieces and say the show must go on without trying to fix something

  • 1:11:06

that's not how it works so y'all saying oh we had this there's people that generate billions of

  • 1:11:11

dollars of years that have gone through the same exact [ __ ] same exact [ __ ] some of the our favorite

  • 1:11:17

television shows go through the same exact [ __ ] the starter show isn't happy with contracts understand they don't just

  • 1:11:23

start production and filming the show without without them they try to fix it

  • 1:11:29

and if it can be resolved it's resolved if not okay we just got to try to find a way we the person moved they're right into the

  • 1:11:34

story you know he moved somewhere he's no longer living in the city whatever they try to make anything happen martin when him and gina was going

  • 1:11:40

through real life [ __ ] they filmed without them being on set they was never in the same room they had a job in different cities

  • 1:11:46

you find a way to but you don't just put new people in the spot and say oh this is him and this

  • 1:11:51

no that's not what happens you can stop production on something you can stop filming something it's not

  • 1:11:57

the end of the world would it i i don't think it would have took six weeks not based on the conversation we had a week ago i don't think it would have

  • 1:12:04

took that long but i'm just saying you're saying something when you do that

  • 1:12:10

you're saying something when you do that and we all know what that's saying and again i don't i don't have an ego

  • 1:12:16

bro i don't to me that's corny that is ego no more no it's not exact definition eagle oh what

  • 1:12:21

what you're saying of me saying that i don't i don't care if if if you record and move on i'm just

  • 1:12:27

saying that i think that it would have been better to try to work it out the same way you scrambled to try to find somebody to fill in

  • 1:12:33

i told you that's the same way you should have scrambled up and joseph you don't show up to a

  • 1:12:38

bunch of uh potential meetings to try to work things out how how is he supposed to feel but joe we were supposed to have a

  • 1:12:44

meeting before that has happened and he canceled before so it happens

  • 1:12:49

sure it happens you understand i'm saying like but my thing is when you try to move on

  • 1:12:55

and put two other people on the show that me and rory help build that's saying something what does it say

  • 1:13:02

when you leave what you helped build i understand what you're saying i just want you to speak to the other side stop

  • 1:13:07

it because you agreed to what i said and what happened i left it we had a we had a conversation

  • 1:13:12

even when you and i were not on good terms we spoke because we both care about this [ __ ] podcast you say hey yeah we were sitting up in

  • 1:13:18

in your upstairs room yo everyone going their respective corners let's figure out what

  • 1:13:24

each of us want out of this [ __ ] and let's let's let's try to keep it as timely as as possible at this point

  • 1:13:29

that's a valid question i sent you let me see if you don't want a pod i sent you what exactly i was feeling on

  • 1:13:36

that with a list of of certain things oh this is easy we get all this [ __ ] done like we was on the type of time of

  • 1:13:41

keeping this [ __ ] moving forward even when we was on bad terms before you and i started working through our [ __ ] like it was still like yo all right

  • 1:13:47

what's going on with this this is our [ __ ] so i i cannot let you tell these listeners

  • 1:13:52

that maul and i abandon ship because it's not what happened we agreed you and i sat there saying yo let's get our respective corners it's better this

  • 1:13:58

way because there's a bunch of tension on this podcast it's gonna sound like pure [ __ ] [ __ ] if we agreed then it would have been a problem you're telling me now that i

  • 1:14:06

abandoned the [ __ ] ship and we both agree that we should the three of us should figure out what we're trying to do within this pardon

  • 1:14:11

let's do it when i left here i'll take that but if

  • 1:14:17

you think that you was gonna look me in my face and tell me this show was none of my business and i was gonna record you got them all [ __ ] up you know that

  • 1:14:23

wasn't happening that was never happened nobody can never talk i think it's unfortunate that that's all you heard in

  • 1:14:28

that conversation i'm not going to assume that you might have heard everything i'm going to hurt everybody that to me though nah you can't you can't you

  • 1:14:37

can't tell me me you can't tell me that you can't tell i'm with you i shouldn't have said that to you but if i say that to you and then

  • 1:14:44

you leave and then don't show up for the next however many weeks and then somebody else sit down and do

  • 1:14:49

an okay job you can't get mad at that i wasn't no no i wasn't mad that's not that's not what i'm at well you can't that's not what

  • 1:14:56

i'm at you can't have no smoke for the people that come sitting i don't have smoke for nobody

  • 1:15:01

if i had smoke for [ __ ] [ __ ] no no you don't smoke for [ __ ] on that saying you you tweeted you had a few moments on twitter where

  • 1:15:09

you had to i mean they don't man i didn't have smoke for nobody i don't have smoke for nobody bro

  • 1:15:14

now people may have said things and i may have just like laughed but that ain't smoking are you guys come

  • 1:15:19

on let me let me get to the tough questions man are you are you guys unhappy overworked

  • 1:15:25

underpaid uh do y'all hate me like this no no story come on get your none of that you

  • 1:15:31

gotta get you like that you know the answer to the questions yeah like we spoke but if we want to ask them for them if we want to answer

  • 1:15:36

here my issue was simply respect and transparency when it came to business

  • 1:15:43

that was it that's all i i didn't have an issue with nothing else nothing else my issues are very short

  • 1:15:51

respecting transparency what's going on with the business why have we never seen this why have we never seen that why we don't know what's

  • 1:15:56

going on with this why we don't know what's going on with that that was it it was that simple for me

  • 1:16:02

it wasn't nothing deep it wasn't nothing like that couldn't be resolved spoken about nothing like i said for me [ __ ] went

  • 1:16:08

left when you said what you said that's when my energy changed and it was like oh okay

  • 1:16:13

    one and cool

  • 1:16:26

this is so not the song all right mike jack one two one two

  • 1:16:33

might shed one two one two hey y'all feeling out dude you're crazy hey oh

  • 1:16:38

god mending their feelings oh my god man i told i tell i did this

  • 1:16:48

and a lot of that for people listening is kind of just a rehash of a way longer six seven hour conversation

  • 1:16:54

that three of us had last week we're all in a better space i know it sounded like maybe we're still mad

  • 1:17:00

    we're [Music]

  • 1:17:09

will they make it the network is failing it's all bad respected transparency bro

  • 1:17:16

that's all that's all right that's all that's all i'm ever talking about

  • 1:17:23

how do you feel about podcasting as like a profession i think this is super dope that's what i

  • 1:17:30

said to me this is it for us to even have issues in this is is crazy because this to me this is

  • 1:17:36

the easiest so now for us this is [ __ ] that we was doing before it was even a name for

  • 1:17:41

this [ __ ] exactly how do you both feel about being those guys now the guys that beefed when money

  • 1:17:47

came around no no that's not that's what happened

  • 1:17:53

that's not us yeah that's us doom doom doom

  • 1:18:02

that's all i'm that's all i'm ever beefing about if i feel like there's no respect and no transparency that's

  • 1:18:07

it anything else we can we can hash that up

  • 1:18:12

and i'm never beefing over money never it it either is or it isn't

  • 1:18:20

that's all respect respect man that's all if you have respect you have everything

  • 1:18:27

even when you dead broke if you have respect for each other you have everything y'all [ __ ] gonna be okay two broke [ __ ] as long as they respect

  • 1:18:33

they're gonna be all right it's something they're gonna find a way the money just you know that's that's

  • 1:18:39

that's when it becomes if anything the money is what's going to

  • 1:18:44

kind of sort of reveal a lot of things for you they always say you want to know where

  • 1:18:50

your friends are sit at the table and put a bunch of money on the table and watch the conversations that happen

  • 1:18:57

doesn't change you just makes you more of what you already are that's it but as long as you respect each other

  • 1:19:02

like that money should have worked itself out so what you think i'm more of now

  • 1:19:21

this [ __ ] went on my girl podcast on my network said [ __ ] your network

  • 1:19:26

and i don't care about barton suck my dick i said oh [ __ ] and more don't think i'm calling

  • 1:19:32

this [ __ ] i call him monday night here you good no you can't do that man that's not oh

  • 1:19:39

sh such a liar that's not what you did it was filmed he injured me he was there how was her

  • 1:19:46

you engineered me on monday night no no that never happened you're just making [ __ ] up you

  • 1:19:52

did say you don't like podcasting that's the joke yeah no it embellished it obviously that's the joke you said that no you

  • 1:19:58

said that you clarified first let me let me clarify get to it i thought i made it clear but we always you know we never

  • 1:20:04

understand how people are going to take things we say am i passionate about podcasting as in i want to go out and create a whole bunch

  • 1:20:10

of podcasts and and start a network and grab all these other talented people that i think could be dope for podcasting and put them

  • 1:20:16

together and then maybe me start a bunch of other podcasts like that's not where my passions lie am i passionate about this this business

  • 1:20:23

that we created together am i passionate about you guys i'm passionate about this [ __ ] 100 i don't feel like you should be able

  • 1:20:29

to say we created it together if you leave it so freely uh we've addressed that i know and you've agreed with it and then danced around it

  • 1:20:34

and then agreed with it again and then did more semantics so i'm not going to address that anymore okay yeah let's please kill that

  • 1:20:41

narrative because i don't want you like that's the stupidest thing ever and you agreed with that's not what happened on air just now he engineered it

  • 1:20:49

we didn't abandon abandon our podcast no we did not

  • 1:20:54

things were said things were done and don't [ __ ] do that you know what the [ __ ] i was doing behind the scenes

  • 1:20:59

scrambling trying to get this you you got some nerve too i know you were scrambling and you got some

  • 1:21:06

[ __ ] nerve my and and my point and i don't want you to think it's

  • 1:21:11

me but yeah you have to view things from every angle yeah you were scrambling i thought it was it was great because you're kept in communication with them

  • 1:21:17

all i talked to me i was trying to get every last thing that needed to be addressed

  • 1:21:23

addressed and done in a timely and respectful manner because y'all didn't take long and because accountability

  • 1:21:30

took me it took me a little while to make a few episodes to listen and i tried to encourage you accountability to me is not just saying i'm taking

  • 1:21:35

accountability accountability to me is with in actions so if there was something that i feel that i wronged in the

  • 1:21:41

podcast and i can only i'm only responsible for my actions i can't speak for anyone else's i have to do my part to fix what may

  • 1:21:49

i deem something wrong i did within this podcast and that was with in actions we could

  • 1:21:54

talk all [ __ ] day yo yo i shouldn't have done that man but let's let's try to fix it and again if we can't fix it it was a

  • 1:22:02

good run guys but we at least owe that seven years to try come on i'll ask the tough questions uh

  • 1:22:12

damn i forgot the [ __ ] question it was a good one what did you just say accountability

  • 1:22:18

behind the scenes jumping [ __ ] abandoning you dancing could the friendship have been uh fixed

  • 1:22:26

if y'all never returned to the pot yeah yeah okay like i said it it wasn't about

  • 1:22:35

it wasn't about the pot like i it wasn't about that i told y'all straight up respect

  • 1:22:43

that's all i wanted to know and i asked you if the respect was still there as friends all right i will not that was all i

  • 1:22:49

wanted to know i will not over complicate matters yeah no it's nothing over complicated i mean we owe it to the listeners of

  • 1:22:56

what happened and you know long story short that's what happened that's what was being spoken about

  • 1:23:01

behind the scenes um but yeah no we didn't abandon anybody we didn't

  • 1:23:07

we didn't think it would take as many weeks as it did and and to be clear joe was the one that said a month on the show

  • 1:23:13

he gave that timeline that wasn't i didn't speak to him about a month rory didn't speak them about a month that's something that he said so

  • 1:23:21

it was like okay cool whatever [ __ ] got my number my number worked

  • 1:23:26

is it respect yeah all right cool that's all simple i'm simple man i don't

  • 1:23:32

complicate nothing as long as [ __ ] respect me we gotta have any conversation in the world

  • 1:23:39

    okay look at us

  • 1:23:46

can't wait to see what those time stamps read like over here go get some water

  • 1:24:06

    shout out to creed man

  • 1:24:16

you feel that same way when you left complex for the people that worked specifically on that show

  • 1:24:24

did you feel the same the same way you said in in what i'm going to call semantics

  • 1:24:30

you saying yes we employ people on this podcast there is a staff here

  • 1:24:36

that relies on this money the same way all of us were live on money for from this podcast when you left complex

  • 1:24:44

i know there was i do know there was people there that were probably not complex employees they were you know uh 10.99 just yeah you just you

  • 1:24:50

getting hired for for that specific thing and i i remember every day struggle to be to be a pretty popular [ __ ] show

  • 1:24:57

uh did you feel that same way when you left same way

  • 1:25:04

there's a lot of people that rely on everyday struggle right now um outside of myself

  • 1:25:10

that have built their career around this if i leave here maybe they'll miss a steady paycheck

  • 1:25:16

because it wasn't every it was an everyday show so i know i'm sure a lot of people that were gaffers and camera guys or whatever that was a

  • 1:25:21

consistent paycheck i was like i can't even take gigs right now because i got to do this [ __ ] monday through thursday i'm glad you asked that let me

  • 1:25:27

clear up a comment i wasn't coming i'm just curious if you thought i would never feel like you're coming at me coming at me here's the kicker

  • 1:25:35

i never left complex i never voluntarily left conflicts

  • 1:25:42

i never said yo i'm not coming into work at complex that's not what happened at all the

  • 1:25:48

complex i understand that when i come in here and that's what i'm saying about there being an art to shaking the tree i come

  • 1:25:54

in here and i go on these rants and you pull from it what you pull from it but if you pull the wrong [ __ ] then you missed the whole thing all together

  • 1:26:00

rory before that complex job started it was a monday through thursday thing and if you paid more then we could do

  • 1:26:07

fridays they started remember they started uh pulling tricks with the friday i still was showing up

  • 1:26:12

monday through thursday i remember i just wasn't coming in friday and then they pulled the shenanigans

  • 1:26:18

i know i'm at that arena because the company decided not to renew

  • 1:26:25

my contract because i wasn't playing ball with fridays and i was costing them

  • 1:26:30

money i could never feel what like the way you're saying because i'm aware that the show must go on even if you created it boy

  • 1:26:38

talk about a hard pill to swallow there the show goes on even if you created it

  • 1:26:44

that is a fact so when we as men go to bed at night we gotta face with back to that

  • 1:26:50

replaceable [ __ ] maul said earlier well we're all replaceable so now the

  • 1:26:56

question is who you replacing me with and that's what it was hey you could get rid

  • 1:27:01

of me but in getting rid of me you better know that you got a seat to fill and they tried it they brought in

  • 1:27:07

star the most controversial their father [ __ ] that's it a action star

  • 1:27:14

i'm sure the suit said smash what happens is not smash oh bring somebody else but

  • 1:27:21

that's not because i was like [ __ ] y'all suck my dick i want to ruin the show i thought that was the best thing ever

  • 1:27:26

created oh no no the suits handled it wrong that's where a lot of

  • 1:27:33

my past resentment towards y'all come from because i have 20 years of seeing how

  • 1:27:40

the suits treat us and i don't do y'all like that and if y'all don't know that

  • 1:27:45

and if y'all don't feel that and if y'all don't see that and if y'all don't trust and believe

  • 1:27:50

that then yeah we got a lot more problems than you inviting me to your hands

  • 1:27:55

every week that's the least of the issues okay so let i don't want to accuse you of dancing

  • 1:28:00

give it to me but from my understanding from what i believe is recorded and on this podcast and was a big deal

  • 1:28:06

yes you did leave complex because you felt the business dealings there when i believe it was a

  • 1:28:12

spotify deal maybe a nike deal or something where you wanted to have on fridays yeah you wanted to have some

  • 1:28:17

type of uh revenue within each ad play mm-hmm yes so there was a problem within the

  • 1:28:24

business no no but wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait let me add something to you now let me add some to you just so you know back to the art of shaking the tree and i i wasn't there

  • 1:28:30

i'm giving this to you i'm not saying what happened you could keep this job from what i remember you telling me no i no it's much deeper than that okay

  • 1:28:38

i thought that they were getting money that they would not be able to get without me

  • 1:28:44

that's what happened i thought that they were procuring deals that was solely predicated on

  • 1:28:51

my presence and i had to go do a lot of snooping around barging in offices talking to people i

  • 1:28:58

wasn't supposed to talk to just snoop you know the [ __ ] game to get the information and decide

  • 1:29:05

you know what all my chips into the table all my chips into the table i'm moving and by the grace of god at complex at

  • 1:29:12

least i was right i was right they put somebody else in the seat the money disappeared no we're not

  • 1:29:18

paying for that that's not that that is not what we purchased i was home saying hip hip

  • 1:29:25

hooray hip hit score one for the good guys the suits did the wrong thing they tried

  • 1:29:31

to just make a move based on the money ignoring [ __ ] feelings and you lost the money that's what

  • 1:29:37

happened at complex spotify i was unhappy a year and a half before the contract

  • 1:29:43

in year one i was unhappy in year one they came back shot [ __ ] some some some crack said

  • 1:29:49

hey take it we said no they got funny i had another year and a half to go and y'all in

  • 1:29:55

conjunction with had another year and a half to go i finished it and at the end of it

  • 1:30:03

when we had hey y'all know i was doing a countdown there's probably 20 podcasts laughing

  • 1:30:08

around 14 maybe 11 i'm gonna get to it right y'all remember we were there right yeah at the end

  • 1:30:14

after i had carefully weighed 20 million things

  • 1:30:20

one of them being what the fans always go to well if you treat one of your employers like that and you get out there and do one of your

  • 1:30:26

    rants then you're ruining your business running with this charlemagne [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] it could never be more

  • 1:30:31

wrong every time i come in here to do it as i explain to rory and this is not arrogance or ego

  • 1:30:38

it's just how much thought is involved when i'm shaking the [ __ ] tree every time i come in here to do it go on

  • 1:30:45

one of them rants about one of these [ __ ] ass companies that's [ __ ] black people that's

  • 1:30:50

[ __ ] white people don't care about the creators hey i went inside i peek behind the curtains this was going on y'all i put my reputation at risk

  • 1:30:58

i put my relationships at risk i put my business at risk my ability to feed my children

  • 1:31:04

at risk i put future endeavors at risk this ain't just for the [ __ ] living

  • 1:31:09

room managers in the youtube comments fam my life is dedicated to this it is

  • 1:31:15

carefully vetted and sourced [ __ ] spotify i say it now know why

  • 1:31:21

because i already spent the millions of hours it takes and looking at the thousands of variables that could exist in me saying

  • 1:31:27

hey wait a minute what if i say [ __ ] spotify maybe that means apple don't come well

  • 1:31:32

thank god for us that wasn't true maybe that means amazon don't come thank god for that what's the truth everybody came still

  • 1:31:40

so i'm gonna always look at this with extreme gratitude know why i learned

  • 1:31:47

long ago hey [ __ ] even the fans will say so what

  • 1:31:54

when wayno hit that show with some fans right there we keeping this moving we keeping this

  • 1:32:01

moving we outweigh no ain't so bad with act i'm rolling hey was it the same show no

  • 1:32:07

was it profitable maybe did they continue to run it for years

  • 1:32:12

after yeah and wayno's my friend shout out to wino

  • 1:32:19

not frank but love love wino close to an industry friend as i'm gonna have right we don't do thanksgiving together but

  • 1:32:25

y'all know bueno's my guy pulled him in there for the first pull-up

  • 1:32:31

couldn't even kick it with him about my feelings about what was going on know why it's my friend i'm happy for him

  • 1:32:39

i'm happy that he got that shot he took that went to the asylum did that and went over there like killing got his own

  • 1:32:45

podcast now i'm happy i didn't think a lot of thing otherwise

  • 1:32:52

shaking the tree fans will forget you in two seconds

  • 1:32:59

that's not something joe's making up i've experienced it of course i'm feeling like the greatest

  • 1:33:07

rapper ever i was dead they got seen what would happen

  • 1:33:13

so when i come in here and go on these long rants and the audience miraculously

  • 1:33:18

miraculously just follows us wherever we go i don't take it for granted

  • 1:33:24

i don't take regret i'm not saying that y'all do plea please don't i'm not saying that y'all do but that that's how important but there

  • 1:33:30

is a lot that goes in to shaking a tree it is a talent

  • 1:33:38

it is a gift there is a art to it and there is risk involved

  • 1:33:45

in it no of course and no more absolutely and and

  • 1:33:52

to the point of how important this this show is to me and why it's important to the fans it might have immense gratitude for the

  • 1:33:58

fans matter of fact most of the conversations maul and i did have the entire time were man we gotta dress for the people that

  • 1:34:04

like actually [ __ ] with us like let's not say the entire audience but like you know the people that have

  • 1:34:09

rocked with us for for this many years that we've even met at shows and [ __ ] like that they owed some explanation but when we were

  • 1:34:15

trying to get to the light at the end of the tunnel and get to a place where we could all sit back down i was like all right

  • 1:34:21

let's just get to that first because if we start addressing [ __ ] when it's in limbo it could be even weirder yeah i take that gratitude for them like

  • 1:34:28

you would not [ __ ] believe with that said this is so important to me this show is so important to me

  • 1:34:34

yala's people are so important to me that yeah fans forget you that's not as

  • 1:34:40

important to me if this [ __ ] can't get right i mean i i had a career without fans before

  • 1:34:47

i'll find a way and that's just where we differ cool fair enough yes i i get that

  • 1:34:53

but that's how important this [ __ ] was to me do i do i not value them like you would not [ __ ] believe

  • 1:34:58

but i value this [ __ ] more just because y'all are really here with me like back to what maul was

  • 1:35:04

saying if you got people that you love and respect and are broke that is more valuable than having a bunch of people that you're

  • 1:35:09

rich with that don't give a [ __ ] about you so yeah i did i feel for the fans in

  • 1:35:14

that capacity that really want to address that [ __ ] and talk to them of course but this was more important to me that's

  • 1:35:21

that's really what it was they built this entire thing but they love it because we was cool and if we ain't cool

  • 1:35:27

and i'm not cool and you're not cool you're not cool you're not cool y'all not cool loses its value as fans too so that

  • 1:35:34

that's where my head was at it wasn't a disrespect as if if i didn't realize that people move on or

  • 1:35:40

fans will be upset at you and feel like they abandon you i totally understood all that but i knew the root of why they even

  • 1:35:46

cared to begin with and it was this so let's try to fix this okay i hate to be the bearer of bad news

  • 1:36:00

i didn't know how to say it but and you have to say it because i i want

  • 1:36:06

y'all to be clear on that relationship with fans they not our friends no that's why i said this

  • 1:36:13

was more important to me that they they will move on and they will move on to the next thing i

  • 1:36:18

understand that that's why instead of immediately trying to address them and talk about it all the time and

  • 1:36:25

really connect right away in what was going on no th this is what's valuable to me right now and it's valuable i'm valuable to them

  • 1:36:32

because of this and everything we do together when the people love you guys well no no it's a us thing and i love you guys too i don't want to

  • 1:36:38

say the people so yeah we got to make sure this is right because if this was never right

  • 1:36:44

they wouldn't love us so yeah my my i'm sorry the listeners were at the top

  • 1:36:49

of my priority when i knew what was going on internally amongst us and i thought uh that first episode back

  • 1:36:55

i thought you handled it well i thought it was great i thought they got something at least where it wasn't like okay there's just nobody here now

  • 1:37:00

and we're just gonna pod like everything is okay so i thought you handled that first

  • 1:37:05

episode great and i was like that buys us some time to try to get this [ __ ] together but yeah i i feel you know fans move on

  • 1:37:11

like they're [ __ ] they're listeners they're gonna move on they enjoy podcasting they can move on to the next podcast i'm fully aware of that

  • 1:37:18

i do not sit here and think yo it's mad people that just literally only care what i have to say i know they love this show and when

  • 1:37:25

dynamic is [ __ ] up then who cares about me who cares about you who cares about anybody

  • 1:37:30

what do you have to say to the people that believe that both of you guys is weight loss is

  • 1:37:36

due to a breakup die [Laughter] well i have made it quite quite clear

  • 1:37:44

well maul told me he just did the juicing diet um so i know where he's come from yeah mine

  • 1:37:50

you know i told y'all prior i knew that maul would be back after the knicks when streak was over

  • 1:37:56

that's what did it do i mean if you think if you think about it coincidence that's a mix get on track

  • 1:38:02

yeah no this nigga's starting to get shaped like julius randle [ __ ] that was the only part that was bad about some of the breakup man like i

  • 1:38:09

i again uh i'm we're extremely blessed and i personally

  • 1:38:17

am thankful to all of the people that worked overdrive to hold this thing down um yeah and

  • 1:38:24

    please let me be clear hell yeah i don't want ice those are my [ __ ] i [ __ ] with ice and ish i don't

  • 1:38:29

want them to think that i got any smoking on my mad too late

  • 1:38:36

i learned i learned about this today you getting unfollowed no no no no no

  • 1:38:52

nothing against them like i said it could have been anybody it just to me just that it just that was just nasty i mean it

  • 1:38:59

wasn't nothing personal with ice and ish it could have been any two people it just was because that's not what this

  • 1:39:05

that's that's not what it what it is it's not what the show is you know what i'm saying and and for me

  • 1:39:10

knowing what was going on internally and behind the scenes it was like you know so if me i should it should do a podcast

  • 1:39:16

you wouldn't be a guest if you and i ice and issue a podcast would i be a guest

  • 1:39:21

i'm not saying i wouldn't be a guest but can we get you to be against like you don't see anything sure i don't like it

  • 1:39:29

i don't care it's issues on my other podcast that i didn't invite you to i actually i actually put ish in the

  • 1:39:35

podcasting before you but i ain't going to touch that please

  • 1:39:45

nothing nothing to them it's just it just was it just was like nah i don't i don't want to look at that

  • 1:39:50

that's just you know i mean like you just see something that you you you built and did you follow me back

  • 1:39:56

no right no no can we do it on air can we clear the air and do it on air

  • 1:40:03

yeah wait did you unfollow after he reciprocate no i know i'm me

  • 1:40:08

i don't i'm not never doing that ever you saw seymour

  • 1:40:15

yeah he want a steal sauce you know that all right steal your sauce [ __ ] you want a steal

  • 1:40:20

sauce joe was so mad he couldn't clown on me on my extra curricular activities when

  • 1:40:27

we were on break i saw you uh calling my phone i saw you at delilah's looking bummy

  • 1:40:45

  • 1:40:52

i have i have never met the jenners or even seen them in person who wrote the jazz did yo i've been i think i've been

  • 1:40:58

probably interested in a lazy sack of [ __ ] this nigga's been gone for five weeks and still couldn't finish her album

  • 1:41:04

unless you are [ __ ] a loser i burnt all my emotional oranges emerged

  • 1:41:10

    i was so mad [Laughter] gave that [ __ ] away to kids then [ __ ]

  • 1:41:16

  • 1:41:34

  • 1:44:00

  • 1:44:06

you always see a digital film that's infinite like stop wasting this like go back to where the people that are

  • 1:44:11

  • 1:45:49

here still me it was what did you think it

  • 1:45:54

was just the video when they they had all the condoms and it was like wait what does this have to do with the song yeah

  • 1:46:01

all right that was the video more what did you think of isis outfits in your chair did you see any of them did you get a chance to take a look

  • 1:46:07

take a game followed you you just thought yeah he said it

  • 1:46:21

people were sending me [ __ ] no i was just laughing with them like they're y'all stupid but that's ice man boy don't you think i

  • 1:46:28

don't know ice but i have no ice for years that's who he is and ice is gonna table [ __ ] he's gonna tell you let me tell you what my theories are

  • 1:46:35

about you and ice about me and ice oh you ready you have theories okay don't hit me

  • 1:46:41

that's really why i move seats i'm chilling right i'm killing

  • 1:46:46

in my head you hit westside gun to say yo have you heard the pod lately man

  • 1:46:52

it's a guy named ice on there bugging out and then westside gun came it

  • 1:46:58

well uh over whatever ice has been saying and let me tell y'all baby i think ice

  • 1:47:04

in west side had a little smoke

  • 1:47:23

yeah about him you know i don't really but you have to squash this down at your back all right but tell me what happened i

  • 1:47:28

don't know what you look what you're tasked with yeah what what happened though tweet you

  • 1:47:34

know that ice has been saying he ain't really a big fan of griselda and i guess members of griselda heard it

  • 1:47:40

ice has been saying that yeah and replied well can you read it no my eyes are bad

  • 1:47:47

the people who've never been flying

  • 1:47:52

champagne never been to jail or ando never worn 1000 sneakers sam trash though and d-dot

  • 1:47:59

says damn officially okay so d-dot threw ice in this yeah maybe west wasn't talking about ice maybe

  • 1:48:05

yeah what happened happened after that ice right there stop why are you saying damn to me he's still

  • 1:48:11

trash oh okay now see that he's still trashes now you know he wasn't talking about you

  • 1:48:17

now he's talking about you i love cyber [ __ ] i said if you've never been to jail you wouldn't get the jail bars you ever ate

  • 1:48:23

burgers on the wednesday you ever ate chicken on thursday might sound trash to you but if you've been to the feds you would get that now if

  • 1:48:30

    you never did [ __ ] for the culture of fedmo motif multi-fam's y'all word ain't [ __ ]

  • 1:48:36

see i read all that and said why are the feds even better than jail it's federal more funding on thursday

  • 1:48:58

i was getting down to the root of this systemic way that federal crimes uh are treated better than state crimes

  • 1:49:04

well let me not say all federal cases but all those white-collar crimes that they consider federal are treated like they're at [ __ ]

  • 1:49:10

summer camp and then people that sell marijuana in the state are treated like [ __ ]

  • 1:49:16

animals but neither here nor there sure did you guys uh watch x's uh

  • 1:49:24

um celebration at the barclays center i did and i want to talk about it but i i i am a little offended that the back

  • 1:49:31

of your shirt has the [ __ ] nerve to say friendship through basketball

  • 1:49:38

it didn't didn't work through potting and we've been trying to do this two-on-two game forever that's cool you don't think this is a

  • 1:49:45

smack in the face i thought it was a good throughput that's where we'll reserve the

  • 1:49:50

friendship yeah there's a rim right up the street

  • 1:49:56

let's settle this on the basketball court uh listen man uh rest in peace dmx

  • 1:50:02

oh yes rest in peace shock g rest in peace black rob rest in peace all the rappers that we have lost of course over the weekend

  • 1:50:09

they did have services for x uh i watched sunday

  • 1:50:14

not saturday um i watched all of the clips on the internet of the bikes

  • 1:50:22

i really did love the monster truck i did i thought it was fly yeah that was amazing i i did think that

  • 1:50:28

there was a lot of attention to detail paid and just how this was done the ride from yonkers to uh brooklyn

  • 1:50:36

uh i liked i liked at the uh at the barclays when they had the

  • 1:50:42

pictures of him at the bottom of the stage it never dawned on me to treat a homegoing ceremony kind of

  • 1:50:48

like a performance even though we've seen performances we've seen michael jackson james brown we've seen them

  • 1:50:53

go nipsey's two was there was performances as well but what i mean is even the treatment of this stage where they put the faces on the bottom

  • 1:51:00

i mean dmx's face on the bottom like he was about to come out yeah i like the red casket just uh how

  • 1:51:06

they built that stage was was beautiful um within the choir as well and yeah just just whoever really

  • 1:51:13

creatively designed that entire thing at the barclays center it was beautiful that [ __ ] was truly a

  • 1:51:19

celebration of x um i loved the beginning of having all his kids up there and um i'm not sure if

  • 1:51:25

that was his uh one of his his baby mothers that started talking first of just saying that hey we're we we're all here to get along 4x

  • 1:51:33

there's no disagreements we have all his kids together everyone that was part of his life there is no disagreements in this type of [ __ ] like

  • 1:51:39

you know because so many times and you see with death and funerals of how families and associates amongst

  • 1:51:44

families and other you know people that are involved turn into like some crazy [ __ ]

  • 1:51:50

argument and i i thought that was super beautiful to have all his kids and and everyone involved in his family up there

  • 1:51:57

saying hey we're here for x and x only there is no disagreement they're only focus now is is celebrating this man

  • 1:52:03

i thought that was that was fire yeah it was um it was sad

  • 1:52:09

but it was a beautiful ceremony um it was good to see a lot of the original

  • 1:52:14

rough rider faces um there to pay homage and pay respects

  • 1:52:20

to to dmx i didn't get to speak to you more when x passed i would i almost want to ask you like

  • 1:52:26

how it affected you but that seemed like a stupid question yeah i mean you know it was

  • 1:52:32

it was tough but i i think the week leading up to it i think we kind of all knew

  • 1:52:38

uh he was getting news daily on his condition and stuff like that but it was it was it was sad because we in the last i want to

  • 1:52:45

say maybe a year and a half we started to see more of x we started to see him get his flowers

  • 1:52:50

quote unquote you know uh doing interviews versus the verses

  • 1:52:56

so it started it started to feel like you know people were appreciating x for the legend that he was and is

  • 1:53:03

and um it's just sad to see that it was you know it was it was it was it was a short

  • 1:53:10

a short moment um but it was it was sad for another reason because of what x you

  • 1:53:16

know his lyrics over the years x was basically a gospel rapper yeah you

  • 1:53:21

know i mean um he was just raw his his emotions um his faith you know we have no question

  • 1:53:29

that x's is in heaven you know i mean like that's just the type of person and the man that

  • 1:53:34

he he was um but it was just tough man because we just keep losing our legends man we

  • 1:53:40

keep losing such big icons in our culture and i feel like it

  • 1:53:46

i don't know if it's we're not doing enough i don't know if we're not you know paying attention to the legends

  • 1:53:52

enough but it's something it's it's just it's a weird feeling man it's almost like we can't see our legends grow old you

  • 1:53:59

know i mean it's like we we don't see our legends really grow old you know what i'm saying like

  • 1:54:06

50 is not old to me definitely not you know i mean so it's like it's

  • 1:54:11

it's an eerie thing man because you know i remember the first time i heard axe you know what i'm saying like i still

  • 1:54:16

remember that day like specifically so to now know that all of those years and now he's gone it's just

  • 1:54:23

    i don't know it's it's an eerie feeling man it's it's real it's a real difficult time for the culture i think

  • 1:54:28

but i think we should pay attention i like what swiss was saying um we need to show up for each other while we're still still here

  • 1:54:34

yeah i felt that i think that was very important because again man we you don't get to see our legends grow old and

  • 1:54:40

great i hate to be the guy what i didn't love it by him saying we should show for each other while we're

  • 1:54:45

here i didn't love it why you don't think that that's a true statement it is a true statement why do you like

  • 1:54:51

it don't use my funeral to say true statements i'm not and i'm not talking about swiss i'm not talking about swiss and x and their relationship but he felt i don't

  • 1:54:57

know anything about any of that i'm just saying how i felt listening to it i mean maybe i felt

  • 1:55:04

that way largely in part because it may have been true it may have rung true but at that moment

  • 1:55:11

when you say that if i walk in the house and say yo man ain't nobody sweep the [ __ ]

  • 1:55:18

floor man what the [ __ ] [Music] like i'm talking to the people that didn't sweep the floor like he's talking

  • 1:55:24

to the people that maybe didn't show up yeah well but that's but that's important because now you know yo

  • 1:55:29

show up for your people yeah but at my home and my homegoing and again i have all the respect in the world for

  • 1:55:34

    swiss d y x please don't misconstrue this and i apologize if maybe i shouldn't even be

  • 1:55:41

saying how i felt about it at the time but i get it and when it's me

  • 1:55:47

please don't use my home going to uh highlight the things that you wish people would have done while i was here

  • 1:55:54

mm-hmm i get what you're saying but i understand and i'm not saying that about them because maybe the feeling was overwhelming there

  • 1:55:59

please please it could have been a general statement too may not have been specific to anyone on

  • 1:56:04

that stage or in that crowd but you know what i do want to highlight the fact that you know [ __ ] how i feel about it

  • 1:56:09

my feelings ain't important here like we look we all lost a brother uh these gentlemen lost a brother right i

  • 1:56:16

think that what is being stated and some of the things that occurred from what i saw

  • 1:56:22

are commonalities at a lot of funerals that i've been to right where somebody gets up there and

  • 1:56:29

does speak to some of you [ __ ] yeah yeah but it's necessary and and says

  • 1:56:35

names yeah yeah that part i don't like don't

  • 1:56:40

single nobody out i don't i've seen that just turns it weird but i understand i understand what swiss was saying it's like yo

  • 1:56:47

let's take care of each other while we can still take absolutely right i don't even i don't want to make it seem like i'm even responsible no i get

  • 1:56:53

what you're saying i get what you're saying i get it yeah but i understood it it was

  • 1:56:58

like it's more so like yo listen take care of each other while we still can like don't don't wait till we go on

  • 1:57:04

to try to you know be around and comfort and you know try to help out it's like yo while we still here let's help each other out let's be

  • 1:57:11

there for each other and i understood that you know what i mean i understood that and i and i think that it was important that he said that

  • 1:57:17

and again man like it's just something about the culture in hip-hop i don't know what it is but it seems like we can't watch our legends grow old

  • 1:57:23

i don't know why that is you know what i mean it's it's it's just weird it's real weird to me and this

  • 1:57:30

this dmx thing is like again it is it's really

  • 1:57:35

unfortunate and just sad because i felt like for the last year and a half people really started to

  • 1:57:41

really give x the props and the respect and the flowers that he deserved yeah this is when you got to take a long

  • 1:57:47

hard look at at the culture that you live and love so much i am not

  • 1:57:52

shocked by that like one of the hard cold harsh realities of this thing is this is a business that profits off

  • 1:58:00

of the broken hey and thank you for even there being an opportunity for the broken to flourish this way

  • 1:58:08

what i just say to all the [ __ ] creators and entertainers out there is like you got to make sure you don't

  • 1:58:16

you got to make sure you don't break from being broken like what ex was able to do with it

  • 1:58:24

you might not ever see again no oh you gotta know when you living with the type of pain that i think he lived with and i

  • 1:58:31

don't even have to think i heard all his loved ones get up there and say it stouts everybody that loved him got up there and said yeah thank god he's not in pain

  • 1:58:38

no more i i did love what styles did saying i think it spoke and you know i did didn't have the pleasure of knowing dmx

  • 1:58:43

personally but you could kind of feel it through the music but of style saying that you know every day you saw x he was in

  • 1:58:49

pain but instead of taking that pain out on other people he used that and only gave out love to everyone

  • 1:58:55

like that spoke a lot to me when he said that like every day i saw this person they were in pain and you know a lot of times in the cases

  • 1:59:02

that we've spoke about a bunch of times heard people hurt people and things of that nature x say yo x x took that and instead just

  • 1:59:09

gave out love to every single person that that he saw he didn't want people in the same pain that he knew too well

  • 1:59:16

when styles said that i thought that said so much about x's character i don't know if i've ever been to a

  • 1:59:22

funeral that went according to the schedule in the pamphlet that i was reading

  • 1:59:27

of course not no for real there's always one person

  • 1:59:34

that feels compelled by the moment and wants to get up there and speak to their love and they might not have been

  • 1:59:40

on the little pamphlet thing i don't think that's ever not happened at a funeral i've been to unfortunately yeah i actually don't like the times

  • 1:59:47

i've been to a few funerals where they don't give that opportunity where they say if anyone has anything to say about this person please have the

  • 1:59:54

floor i don't even like when they don't do that in funerals yes people get in the moment of the funeral and feel

  • 2:00:00

certain things and should have the ability to say them i'm not sure if i like when they do it i like that be the moment where somebody

  • 2:00:07

come up here that i ain't write down [ __ ] i was alive during my will i didn't write you to come up

  • 2:00:13

here's me well you know a lot of people don't have don't have wills well i'm not talking about that

  • 2:00:19

yeah which i think swiss brought into that into that too which i thought was a good point it's funny because me and my mom had

  • 2:00:25

that exact conversation this weekend too was it was weird when i was watching that what'd she leave you no she was just she was she was saying

  • 2:00:31

that she had to check it out no no she uh she hasn't done one show you're the only jail true that's where the entitlement

  • 2:00:36

comes from um she would say she's about to do her

  • 2:00:42

well she was like you need to do one stop getting in your head that that means death is around the corner like you got to get your affairs in order

  • 2:00:48

early before and it's kind of what swiss was saying there like you don't want somebody else that just happens to be in your next in your

  • 2:00:55

bloodline that they're like legally the person that should be handling this not the one you want to handle this [ __ ]

  • 2:01:00

so yeah i had a deep conversation with my mom about that will [ __ ] so she was like i'm putting this with this person [ __ ] this person

  • 2:01:06

like i was like i feel you you're more saying we don't get to see our legends age right but i got some type of ptsd

  • 2:01:14

involved with just coming in here to speak about death so often yeah i do believe that words have

  • 2:01:20

meaning and i'd be conflicted because i don't want to come in here and not pay the respect that i have for people but i

  • 2:01:26

also believe that if i just come in here talking about death once a week start yeah yeah yeah man it is

  • 2:01:35

it is but i mean to x's music and and even to a lot of our legends that we have have

  • 2:01:40

passed that spoke specifically to death i mean that's the catch-22 of artistry sometimes they

  • 2:01:46

they feel so close and impelled to it unfortunately they express it better than anyone else and people relate to it and that's

  • 2:01:51

what makes them such good artists but in turn you're constantly talking about death you're constantly talking

  • 2:01:56

about negative things and that's kind of what makes them such a legend because we can relate to those feelings because they express them much

  • 2:02:02

better than we do and are closer to it than we are and at every funeral

  • 2:02:08

like the person that lost it over the funeral you got to deal with

  • 2:02:14

them like some people that's not handling it as well as others

  • 2:02:19

uh and i won't get too far down it's uh the rabbit hole of when the family

  • 2:02:25

anchor is the one that dies or when the glue when the glue is the one that dies

  • 2:02:30

having my have my grandfather this past april y'all think we got to come in here and shift through podcast issues when

  • 2:02:37

things are great imagine that showing up to the [ __ ] funeral it's a clue granddad is dead or

  • 2:02:43

some [ __ ] yeah now let's get the smoke out the way [ __ ] that that one person that can tell everyone to shut the [ __ ] up and

  • 2:02:49

bring some order into this family is now gone yeah in the middle of a funeral yeah it's it's never good um yeah

  • 2:02:57

that that's what you're going to find out how your family really feel about you mm-hmm that's a tweeted that this past week when i was

  • 2:03:03

at a funeral this weekend you'll find out exactly how your family feels about every single member

  • 2:03:09

during a funeral it'll happen but i mean let's stay away from that this this was a beautiful beautiful beautiful

  • 2:03:16

going away ceremony um shout out rough riders did you guys ever have the chance to kick it with ex

  • 2:03:21

i don't know yeah well i mean if you had any stories or anything because we you know

  • 2:03:27

weren't here when uh when exit passed yeah but you and i have that conversation you know how much x is one

  • 2:03:32

of my favorite rappers ever how much you meant to me i told my stories when he was alive that's my thing i ain't waiting to nobody go for me to talk about

  • 2:03:39

how i loved him praised him adored him respected him like and i'm grateful that i had the

  • 2:03:45

chance to say that to him directly actually most of the people that left now that i'm thinking about it

  • 2:03:51

that passed not left uh i got the chance to say tell them to their face how much i loved

  • 2:03:58

and appreciated them nipsey was the only one i wish i got a better chance to do that with because

  • 2:04:04

i just felt like a pull-up with me and i'm sitting down talking to him to just the way that the brain has to work of the guy who sold the hundred dollar

  • 2:04:11

cd in 2011 or whatever year it was yeah i think 2011 like 10 or 11. yeah we

  • 2:04:16

gotta we got to speak to this person yeah absolutely combo yeah and yeah your music i even just

  • 2:04:24

outside looking in i feel would be complete influence x would have been a huge huge one but

  • 2:04:30

back to my ptsd i'll be honest with both you gentlemen we was going through our uh pod dilemmas

  • 2:04:37

i said oh this would be a bad time for me to drop that tomorrow like i i have to stay alive to see the end of

  • 2:04:44

the to see the resolve like even that's a luxury that was a lot of sentiment of the fans yeah

  • 2:04:49

like we could we could we all here like rory over there maul's over there and yeah we could be for not talk or not get

  • 2:04:56

it together but and that's cool until somebody's dead i mean you you and i spoke to then the morning

  • 2:05:02

ex-dad yeah definitely wasn't anything to do with podcast stuff yeah

  • 2:05:08

you cried to me x dying was a really really big thing to me yeah that's always been one

  • 2:05:14

of my favorite rappers ever don't i know don't cry to me and question our friendship that's like this

  • 2:05:24

he was crying too shut up adam and i'm getting rid of that mattress [Laughter]

  • 2:05:31

is she in that mattress i haven't had a good night's sleep yet

  • 2:05:36

oh my goodness ever since they haven't my back has been

  • 2:05:42

killing me i know man cricks in my back uh no come on man

  • 2:05:47

don't try to uh brush over justin bieber again dreads somebody answered it that's amazing and let me and let me

  • 2:05:54

apologize to the fans this is a horrible uh i've done a horrible job with these topics to go

  • 2:06:00

from our mess to the ex funeral well you know like man i mean debbie downer

  • 2:06:08

did i play outstanding no no no no just wilson and phillips come on man

  • 2:06:14

oh rest in peace x yeah wrestling pizza x man wrestling pizza thank you for everything you've given us in this culture

  • 2:06:21

yeah um prayers to the family prayers of the friends

  • 2:06:26

and one one last thing that that kiss said uh during the ceremony of we made it because of dmx but we made

  • 2:06:34

it before dmx and all he did was big us up

  • 2:06:40

we made it because of x and then we got on before x and he was the reason and all he did was

  • 2:06:46

champion us want a bitter bone in his body wasn't trying all he cared about was getting us

  • 2:06:51

on russian yeah that's why isin it should be on your album

  • 2:07:00

you should champion them ice and ish put me on no maybe

  • 2:07:07

look at this [ __ ] now i'm cutting this off somebody answered to it i can't look at

  • 2:07:13

people there's a list of people that i can't come in here and speak honestly about because the fans say hey man you

  • 2:07:18

have a heart hard on to get this person out of the pain paul's hard on and justin bieber's on

  • 2:07:24

that list justin bieber kanye there's some more people on it justin timberlake who they we can go

  • 2:07:30

into now or later they're doing uh the people who did the surviving britney spears doc are doing a surviving

  • 2:07:37

uh janet jackson from the super bowl performance stock see but that's the thing i don't care to

  • 2:07:43

know anything about justin timberlake unless a new slap comes out no i don't care who i want to hear from

  • 2:07:49

in the uh surviving justin bieber doc is uh what's his name little twist who was the kid he was hanging out with

  • 2:07:55

    that they blamed all his [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] actions on oh it's cause he's with little twist

  • 2:08:01

or whatever i forgot the gentleman's name he needs to be on that [ __ ] dot because justin bieber did all that

  • 2:08:07

    [ __ ] [ __ ] all that illegal [ __ ] all that stupid [ __ ] and like well it's cause he's hanging out with this guy it's like

  • 2:08:12

not guys minding his [ __ ] business in the corner this is the [ __ ] idiot

  • 2:08:17

oh no this word oh he gave us words for the dream no he's gonna give us some god words after he does something

  • 2:08:24

oh my god i'm like i like the justin rebrand i'm sorry man i like it or timberlake bieber

  • 2:08:31

yo he did a great album he did a comedy central roast and then got up there and was like

  • 2:08:37

hey i was wasn't close enough to god as i was before uh viacom and all the people watching

  • 2:08:42

i'm i'm now no longer want to hang out with black people i'm going to go back to being white so you guys can accept me

  • 2:08:48

that's what happened on that [ __ ] justin bieber and his rebrand and his dress and his martin luther king

  • 2:08:54

album insert i didn't know that existed it's a good idea like that you like that good album inspired you he

  • 2:09:00

got he got some joints on his album some joints on there man i mean what you want me to do you know music as long as

  • 2:09:06

you put out a good music i don't it's all i care about from these guys you can talk [ __ ] about them but you pull out good music you gotta

  • 2:09:11

say they put out good music he has the mlk in a loo yes the intro of the whole album i

  • 2:09:18

believe all right man they didn't show that at the lions

  • 2:09:24

i did not see justin bieber i was not at delilah and i did not see justin bieber this is disgusting rory already said it

  • 2:09:30

i'm not going to say it i'm cool the mlk interlude more like it and more now the whites would drive i don't even

  • 2:09:36

    [ __ ] oh the white trees i'm sorry i don't give a [ __ ] about this he wasn't filling his album no really no i thought you would've

  • 2:09:43

liked it it was no journals oh i'm i see i don't i don't compare it but i don't think it was a good album

  • 2:09:48

though i just the elephant in the room of the the artists that are allowed to have

  • 2:09:54

these mental breakdowns and be forgiven and just say they're with god now is it i'm over it

  • 2:10:00

like sorry you don't get this anything there's so many other people that do not get the luxury that they completely

  • 2:10:05

[ __ ] up and make one mistake when they're a kid justin bieber did that for two decades and every time he does it it's like well

  • 2:10:11

i read the bible last week and i really i've really seen my ways differently now

  • 2:10:17

but what if people are allowed to make mistakes and i have no idea what it's like to be the most famous richest person ever when you're 13. i was giving him a lot of

  • 2:10:24

leeway for a long time it's just now getting insane and i see the way his team blames it on so many

  • 2:10:29

other people instead of him right that's where i get mad that's why i need to hear from people surviving just to keep

  • 2:10:35

it's a great team school to just find the person yeah a great team and then go to god

  • 2:10:42

what they going they can't they can't knock that once you start singing about god and you're married now and

  • 2:10:47

it's like fam look man it's a whole package there okay that upper echelon of like a-list stars

  • 2:10:53

that can just be like all right everything's getting [ __ ] up let's just have a mental breakdown and we can fix it

  • 2:10:59

kanye don't even get that luxury no they kill kanye's mental breakdowns yeah

  • 2:11:05

bieber's is just like well you know he did three hail marys into our fathers and he's fine like white privilege that's of course

  • 2:11:12

what it lives yeah absolutely thousand percent what it is but well he has dreads now so i don't know if that changes things

  • 2:11:18

i don't those aren't dressed he just he was at home bored and just twisted his hair while he's on the couch

  • 2:11:24

that's that's like when he's that's when your 13 year old finds out what marijuana in the the fish album is

  • 2:11:29

they listen to what oasis or whatever that [ __ ] band is they got put some tie dyes oh i'm really into the rolling

  • 2:11:34

stones now like that's what that's what this is [ __ ] yeah i'm not yeah those are whatever

  • 2:11:40

justin was just on the couch twisting his hair and playing with some elbows yeah it took a took a flick

  • 2:11:46

nothing serious has there been a better justin bieber song than all that matters to me since it came out

  • 2:11:51

i wouldn't know um i like the new joint with um give you on and uh well i love giving on

  • 2:11:58

    and i [ __ ] with daniel caesar yeah i think it's i think it's cute that justin bieber's uh ad-libbing bad [ __ ]

  • 2:12:05

in the background like i think it's corny it's just i get the records good it's a good

  • 2:12:10

polished pop record i get it but i don't want to hear justin bieber ad-libbing bad [ __ ] in the background i

  • 2:12:16

just i don't care what about with the dreads does that change the ad-lib why you

  • 2:12:22

didn't get drunk why are you dredging yeah yeah how are you doing you cut my hair off instead but if i was responsible

  • 2:12:27

for mine dreaded jokes man uh i've had dreads before parks walk so bieber can run the

  • 2:12:34

goldilocks masha just goes into dreads after one day anyway so i cut it because it was

  • 2:12:39

going into dreads it's all good fair enough come on shake [ __ ] up shake [ __ ] up yeah give me

  • 2:12:48

a birthday talking about uh when i was so much snowfall is better than the wire that kind of took off on all right i read that [ __ ] i was like

  • 2:12:55

man i'm all home dying to get the takes out i had just finished watching the the

  • 2:13:01

season finale of uh of snowfall and i was like bro listen you can just just look at the story look

  • 2:13:07

where the the acting look where the story can go like it's it's not even this is one of the best shows we've ever and i

  • 2:13:12

understand it's only four seasons huh it's not even close though no i think snow falls

  • 2:13:18

it's at least close jesus no no we're not even going to say no the wire is better than snowfall no snowfall

  • 2:13:24

ends then we can have that debate oh no why is the y snowfall is fire i'm not

  • 2:13:29

getting too much okay but why do you feel like the wire is better who's a better character than omar on snowfall

  • 2:13:34

a better character than omar yeah i mean but you it's it's not see because that was the thing

  • 2:13:39

people when omar to me teddy is just as gangster no on follow back

  • 2:13:45

he's just teddy mcdonald teddy mcdonald is just as gangster bro like he killed a journalist okay was he

  • 2:13:51

gay though he may be we don't know we haven't seen this we haven't seen the sex capage yet

  • 2:13:58

we don't know what you don't mean what he's into that's true but it's like he's gangsta bro he went to cuba

  • 2:14:03

he is gangsta to finish franklin's father you thought she was good you're a rat homie i'm getting you out

  • 2:14:08

of here you don't know that did he did he ever

  • 2:14:15

i didn't like how the mom sat shade out the crib ass just wagging uh wagging around

  • 2:14:21

when your girl leave out the crib with her ass wagging around she going to [ __ ] [ __ ] or send a [ __ ] to you to kill you nah

  • 2:14:28

that's what's happening now [ __ ] ain't thinking she was headed to the store oh [ __ ] look she sashay into the store

  • 2:14:33

nah that was her yo we in cuba this is our life now like i'm just going to the market like that looks like a set up waggle to me no

  • 2:14:39

nah she ain't she she wouldn't do that but but teddy is just as gangster and he's cia he's protected by the government and

  • 2:14:45

that's why i asked that question who would you rather be with teddy or omar like you omar [ __ ] i'll take my chances omar

  • 2:14:50

teddy that's the cia bro you're not beating the government it's not happening that's fair i mean but

  • 2:14:56

and i don't want that i don't have this and we just get no like i didn't like how people was just now granted he didn't his his tenure on

  • 2:15:03

the show hasn't been that long but scully is just as gangstas omar to me excuse me

  • 2:15:09

all right more all right you gotta get off the podcast why not why not he got beat up in the hospital

  • 2:15:17

he didn't get beat up now he was bleeding omar jumped out of the seventh story and didn't go to the hospital

  • 2:15:23

he got a broken leg and then robbed everyone's crackers she killed nobody scully and killed

  • 2:15:30

nobody with a bone come out of his leg first of all i got more respect for the [ __ ]

  • 2:15:36

that burned lebron's jersey in cleveland that [ __ ] just in the hospital crying at the bed let's be let's be let's keep

  • 2:15:42

in mind that a kid killed omar but that's how that's that's how this [ __ ] go man oh he wanted those

  • 2:15:48

i can't wait this [ __ ] pulling leak in this in his bullet wound this [ __ ] getting shot he pouring it

  • 2:15:54

dipping that leak in his ear and his bullet i watched trailer truth take a bull out of his arm in real life on instagram

  • 2:16:00

listen man and has not stopped helping kids since it's like funny how life goes y'all know this

  • 2:16:07

  • 2:16:14

of truth it's the truth hey y'all thought it was something when j cole pulled up to that fan's house to

  • 2:16:19

announce the album now traitor truth is at every kid's house

  • 2:16:25

to support them i'm like yo when does he have time to take the bullets out of him at work that's a good do right there

  • 2:16:31

mice like mice as i age i'm thankful for these people that are doing

  • 2:16:37

like the work like the real work i am not for real shout out these guys

  • 2:16:43

man yeah absolutely while we are on snowfall and i don't know if this is still crazy it's still crazy by the

  • 2:16:49

time it adds to mall's point took me a long time to get used to franklin's uh

  • 2:16:56

accent like like his real life action [ __ ] on twitter said oh this one he's running around in l.a

  • 2:17:03

uh sounded like count dracula he's from l.a you know who's um

  • 2:17:10

his is his i guess speech coach for the show is a mac 10. oh uh for uh snowfall wait excuse me yeah look

  • 2:17:17

at the person still from the wire didn't need a speech wow she called a body in real life she

  • 2:17:24

wasn't acting i think scully did too though the dude that played skull he just came home with you

  • 2:17:29

but yeah yeah yeah somebody said on twitter that they want to ask anyone from baltimore how to

  • 2:17:35

pronounce hulu that's that's funny what do you guys

  • 2:17:43

think of jerome's voice i got you i got you that's a voiceover

  • 2:17:50

that's not his real voice we'll knock that bad boy out ten times

  • 2:17:56

that same fall people knock that bad boy out ten dollars in a row

  • 2:18:01

that's nice that was a voiceover no it's him oh okay yeah him doing the voiceover

  • 2:18:19

how did you feel about this season though snowfall yeah did you finish it yeah come on no i'm

  • 2:18:26

just some people didn't who didn't outside of some people rick ross

  • 2:18:34

he finished in real life he mad at john singleton

  • 2:18:40

why y'all ain't boycotting the show that's the real question should we be what happened i missed it because y'all are fake

  • 2:18:45

his favorite rapper is rick ross you think mo was gonna boycott this hey boycotted this

  • 2:19:03

his life story didn't get no money respect [ __ ] what's your life like mine is real everything's signed and sealed i

  • 2:19:09

    mean it's loosely you're okay right it's loosely [ __ ] immoral

  • 2:19:16

inspired by it's loosely based and our fight was loosely based on our contract

  • 2:19:24

but it was never about that but he should he should he should receive some type of something from this show

  • 2:19:31

though the real yeah yeah he should i i i agree

  • 2:19:37

with that but i'm i mean i'm not gonna boycott the show because of that because it is loosely who are you rooting for in the show

  • 2:19:43

as far as what i don't know just when you watch it who are you rooting for franklin oh yeah he's a cia is he

  • 2:19:51

well not really but i guess we'll see yeah he's not but i understand what you're saying but yeah i'd be conflicted

  • 2:19:57

i'm rooting for him though only because if you've been watching from the beginning like if you go look back at the first

  • 2:20:02

like few episodes and you see like you just see the the the the but do you see it

  • 2:20:08

well yes and no that's not honestly that's how crack got in the community i understand what you're saying but it's it's a partnership i'm not mad at crack

  • 2:20:14

getting in the community don't go in the homeless shelter and tell everybody he kicked the kids out

  • 2:20:20

the graham like the granddad was looking at like come on hey come on brother this [ __ ] is close

  • 2:20:26

yeah that was kind of foul man listen if you ask me how i feel about the season i loved it i thought that episode nine really

  • 2:20:33

really accelerated and i loved the finale but boy did they spend eight episodes making me think that

  • 2:20:40

what's his name leon yeah boy they made me think he was tough i thought scully was tough

  • 2:20:45

his sister was tough but they smoked him i just thought a lot of people i thought franklin would run into a lot more problems than he did [ __ ] turning to

  • 2:20:51

kaiser so say at the end put the cane up i thought he was shooting her [ __ ] went home got a sam like fam

  • 2:20:56

that was my only issue but i loved it i loved it now i hope they don't take four hours i mean uh four years to come back

  • 2:21:03

nah that yeah they would have been back if it wasn't for cover no you got to shut up they doing the wire right now in queens just because that's

  • 2:21:08

what you're saying uh-oh stephen season seven anybody back just for you uh-oh we're more or less

  • 2:21:16

the harlem edition of the wire that's funny yeah not i see them coming coming back before the uh the year's out

  • 2:21:21

though nah that'll be next end of the year i can see him come back for sure that's ambitious

  • 2:21:26

i hope so but that's ambitious yeah i could see it you think it's a better written show so far yeah i don't know you still

  • 2:21:33

asking him yeah i'm trying to fully understand every character in the wire was both good and bad and it was [ __ ] crazy

  • 2:21:39

the the wire is the it's the perfect show it literally shows you how everything that happens

  • 2:21:46

within the drug world the political world the police world the media world newspaper the kids like how all that's

  • 2:21:51

connected within one city and how they all buy into each other all right you know what it's a better show

  • 2:21:57

i'm gonna argue it uh snowfall i'm gonna argue with you

  • 2:22:03

because uh amari uh hardwick dm'd me recently and i was phony i was like i love your [ __ ] and i do love your [ __ ] but i was like

  • 2:22:09

thank god he didn't hear my tank album but he hit me right and he deserves that

  • 2:22:15

though i like how he loves everybody i do uh but listen i will try to defend it

  • 2:22:21

because i'm phony the wire gave us

  • 2:22:28

what amazing artist you [ __ ] guessed it mack wilds own it you was out there someone i seen

  • 2:22:33

you in greenhouse you was shaking your hips around shaking your hips around right and and gave us your your best friend

  • 2:22:40

the wire give it to him michael b jordan that's true i'm concerned with the hit songs that have come out of these shows

  • 2:22:46

    power gave us rotimi

  • 2:23:03

you just follow me back no now you're [ __ ] no i'm trying to see where you're going with this what hit song did snowfall

  • 2:23:11

even empire had slaps on it it was a gay dude named it was lying about the police in subway

  • 2:23:28

yeah well this is i mean this is a different cast though this is not like empire was a musical i mean first

  • 2:23:34

of all rest in peace maserati fox snoop from the wire maserati fox and tony ayo got it got a street classic

  • 2:23:40

it's joints man yeah i mean these are these they not they not with the music can we eliminate him from the sleeper segment

  • 2:23:47

snoop from the what do you think do you want to play maserati popping a little rest in peace fox

  • 2:23:52

some piece of fox no i was a joint google that one it's called stickers hey i saw that

  • 2:23:58

record and didn't wonder how fox got the feature [Laughter]

  • 2:24:05

what oh hey if i saw a fox in the hole i wouldn't oh see i got home [ __ ] got a classic

  • 2:24:18

other podcasters they found every interview the world was looking for oh [ __ ] wait whoa who got a.z

  • 2:24:41

sosa you wasn't even laughing until alex left

  • 2:24:46

that's why that's how it works gangs yeah a whole lot of game right

  • 2:24:54

that's getting good you only say nothing bad about me in the streets when random people's asking you all right like yo what the [ __ ] did

  • 2:24:59

no you you you guys watched me on camera coming out of whatever place you said i was at not answering

  • 2:25:05

any questions sir no no comment [ __ ] joe these guys got

  • 2:25:11

their traveling [ __ ] more with the bermudas went on a [ __ ] what do they call it

  • 2:25:17

when healthy [ __ ] go a retreat went to go get hole inside yeah they

  • 2:25:24

come back with different beads around their neck and on their wrists and [ __ ] like oh this is this sand this means uh serenity

  • 2:25:31

rory went back to the cord cutter oh my god you won't guess who it was

  • 2:25:37

you forgot one he was there all along right under your nose you never said

  • 2:25:43

anything about it i tried to do it on my own and look what happened you were right it did rhyme

  • 2:25:50

with soul you couldn't put your finger on it

  • 2:25:56

you said it was these holes oh man hold up with my phone i don't

  • 2:26:03

have enough there's gonna be a five hour

  • 2:26:19

yo you have to have like some real [ __ ] going on you're going okay why are we going why are we wait why

  • 2:26:24

don't we go away wait huh [ __ ] is crumbling that's why

  • 2:26:32

why was rory flying spirit i was not blind yes you were first class spirit listen you know i

  • 2:26:38

like my leg room oh all right wait mo before we get out of here and i don't even know

  • 2:26:44

that we're getting out of here right now uh you should speak to the next winning streak come on

  • 2:26:50

oh you should i i think it's it's it's great for being here speaking yeah you got to do

  • 2:26:56

it yeah man i went to the next game but i was like oh [ __ ] reggie reggie bullock

  • 2:27:01

he was like get the guys back his name wouldn't even talk to me yeah i think uh it's great for the for

  • 2:27:07

the for the city man i think it's some this is the one take you've been writing about in the last seven years is that julius randle is

  • 2:27:14

julius rambling i did think about that you ain't got a lot of right takes when it comes to this

  • 2:27:19

stuff i do but the ones that you get right it'd be like wow no one saw this but maul

  • 2:27:24

nah man i mean you know you just you know what it is and just knowing julius and talking to

  • 2:27:30

him man i it's there is a distinct connection between guys who are really family oriented athletes

  • 2:27:39

it's really hard for them not to be successful like and that's like i'm talking about like the the guys

  • 2:27:44

that are like family married don't party james harden would like a word with you

  • 2:27:50

no i'm just saying i mean obviously you have you the guys that party that are successful great athletes but

  • 2:27:55

and then seeing the way julius was working and the fact that he was really upset when they were losing he was really upset like he did not like

  • 2:28:02

that [ __ ] last year he did not like it at all like it was really bothering him that the team was bad

  • 2:28:08

and just seeing that and seeing his work ethic i knew i'm like fam i'm telling you like he's different

  • 2:28:14

he's different he wants to win like he and he feels like he can beat anybody i don't mean nothing it means a lot it's

  • 2:28:20

not man [ __ ] want to win in the league right but yeah but focus is different yeah the focus the

  • 2:28:25

focus the he was he he's just a different and to be so young and be that focused and

  • 2:28:30

locked in i knew i was like yo this he's going to be us he's a special player i curse

  • 2:28:36

parks out all last night the entire last night why the entirety of it during that nick sunderland

  • 2:28:41

because the whole game cause chris paul is all your [ __ ] fault you think he didn't hear that [ __ ] you stupid [ __ ] even saying [ __ ] went to work on reggie bullock

  • 2:28:47

yeah we were gonna win that game chris paul said i heard what he said i heard barks take this

  • 2:28:54

yeah but but even in that loss like they're mad they're mad they lost that game

  • 2:28:59

no no no you know what i'm saying we haven't seen a knicks team like this like in a very long time

  • 2:29:05

they are mad they lost that game because they shouldn't have [ __ ] won yeah no i agree but that just shows without the [ __ ] that

  • 2:29:11

they got going if you get better from the last year yeah they like man [ __ ] that we let one get away we should have won that game like they really mad about

  • 2:29:16

that but they want to get to the next one yeah if you really if you really take pollen if you really take some away from

  • 2:29:22

it then you will not lose for even in defeat there will be a valuable lesson learned so it

  • 2:29:27

yeah i would someone should have wrapped that yeah that would have been on [ __ ] maybe maybe on a retirement but

  • 2:29:32

even that game last night i mean the sons of one of the best teams in the league it the fact that the knicks played them

  • 2:29:38

down to the wire like that chris paul hit two tough shots cameras i got to be in my living room worried about cameron payne

  • 2:29:45

i know he's nice i know he's nice i know him for college yes i know college but yo and speaking of that here if you want

  • 2:29:52

if you want me to tell you how i feel why i feel old outside of my back pain every morning i want that [ __ ]

  • 2:29:57

mattress i bought from that girl uh this is why i feel old

  • 2:30:04

benzeno's daughter has an a smash running around yeah nobody cares

  • 2:30:12

not about her and the song i'm just saying that's been tino's daughter all right cool forget about it i turned

  • 2:30:18

sportscenter on every night and kenyon martin jr is rising for the block like oh man this

  • 2:30:23

nigga's kid it's blocking everything he's gonna be good hey i know your dad

  • 2:30:28

from college i watched the cincinnati games mistaken for him a few times hey the draft

  • 2:30:34

don't do that the draft is coming up right the foot the nfl draft

  • 2:30:42

um quarterback uh shanti asante uh

  • 2:30:53

you don't feel like a old fart oh yeah but even asante samuel with the patriots

  • 2:30:58

and eagles was over a decade ago right antonio winfield's got a kid in they spend some time in the league too right yeah the kids is

  • 2:31:06

tough man i understand the cloud church yeah i knew i was getting old when i'm i'm now older than the best player in nba yeah

  • 2:31:12

    it's like oh [ __ ] i'm old significantly yeah like [ __ ] you're not older than lebron yes i am yes

  • 2:31:21

lebron's the younger the 36 30 yeah almost at 35 yeah 36 probably yeah 36 how old are you

  • 2:31:28

39 uh you know i went back and now i went back but i've seen some wilt chamberlain

  • 2:31:33

footage in you guys absence and i take it all back your dad your dad was right no he was

  • 2:31:39

    the real dude no

  • 2:31:51

and was doing that in some [ __ ] sneakers that's the part we don't talk about the equipment that these players

  • 2:31:56

have back in those days diet resources like they was out there was you ever just walk around with some

  • 2:32:01

chuck taylors yeah it's not your feet every rock fan yeah they was hoping like wait these were

  • 2:32:08

made are just the players yeah like they were out there jumping like in canvas real athletes

  • 2:32:14

yeah before michael jordan brought crack to the league but even the jordan 1 is not a

  • 2:32:19

comfortable shooter he snowfall the nba he was with the cia yeah i'm talking [ __ ] i'm talking [ __ ]

  • 2:32:25

i'm talking i'm talking [ __ ] look at this guy he's amazing um i'm still living with the ignorant take that

  • 2:32:31

you had before which one that chance is the next drink yeah well that's it but um it's still not too late

  • 2:32:39

[Music] no i still think i think this error is i

  • 2:32:46

think this error was easier and i'm an ignorant young person no i don't wait which error is easier to get a deal in

  • 2:32:55

yeah y'all know that that's been answered a lot of these trash [ __ ] that we get every day i just think i just think babe

  • 2:33:02

ruth would have been struck out in the last three decades of mlb

  • 2:33:08

like just the older players man i don't know i don't have the same same thought but i'm an ignorant young

  • 2:33:13

person hey rory didn't get the news you didn't get the news babe is ours now yeah whatever there's a

  • 2:33:20

threat on twitter going around saying babe ruth is at least part black potentially

  • 2:33:25

oh he still would have got struck out by a young dominican kid uh in the mlb if he was in the era where

  • 2:33:31

not only white people could play no no no no not now he's just black

  • 2:33:37

with his cousins look look look at the internet wait i missed this

  • 2:33:42

entire thing it's a real thing [Laughter] look at his cousins though

  • 2:33:51

yo while we're while we're honest and i don't like uh making anything and talking about good ideas that maybe were birthed by

  • 2:33:57

the internet but there's this idea floating around on the internet are you going to talk about

  • 2:34:02

mad lib and logic as magic

  • 2:34:08

yo do you want to pause you know is this important to y'all like i dedicated my whole life to logic and

  • 2:34:14

    matt matt what's magic

  • 2:34:20

but i don't even get it he unretired again right magic okay

  • 2:34:28

i love mad lib way too much for this it's magic

  • 2:34:33

the funny [ __ ] is how you think this no i'm chilling i'm chilling logically because logic is

  • 2:34:38

on the list of people that when i talk about logic kid cuddy chants [ __ ] all these [ __ ] i can't talk

  • 2:34:44

about nobody the gang members the scammer raps i didn't even know that was the thing chris paul what do y'all want me to say

  • 2:34:51

about this this is how i knew our pod was still south south however you pronounced that [ __ ] word me and joe wasn't rocking

  • 2:34:57

and he texted me during that kid cuddy snl dress thing we was beefing in the middle

  • 2:35:02

we was beefing at the top what's up with your man in the dress

  • 2:35:09

did you ride for him yeah man i said i told joe he's uh he's all these rappers moms

  • 2:35:14

he's all these kids that was only weird to me because it would look nothing like the dress kurt cobain had

  • 2:35:20

on like so i was lost when they was made i was like he was in black yeah i was like fam it's not even

  • 2:35:26

similar to what kurt cobain wore but okay maybe i'm not artsy enough to understand what's going on yeah it went over your

  • 2:35:32

head yeah and it was awful yeah i get it i get it i get it what were you gonna say about

  • 2:35:38

the internet inventing something oh they had this idea floating around about uh the last dragon of course but

  • 2:35:44

they was like yo we should get a prequel on show enough like how did he get the glow um and they should start that story and

  • 2:35:50

i'm like yeah with all the [ __ ] horrible stories that shove shoving shoving down my neck paws yeah that

  • 2:35:56

might be a good idea see how i tied this into uh magic it's somebody else has to say something

  • 2:36:03

about about magic like we can't just go through this thing i i don't want i don't want logic to

  • 2:36:08

waste any of the amazing mad lib beats even if mad lib doesn't like those beats and gives them right he should still

  • 2:36:14

save them i know he can yeah just do it to yourself just rap to yourself

  • 2:36:19

i just don't i don't do it in the confines of your own home that's probably where he recorded it

  • 2:36:27

okay we'll keep keep the masters in the living room okay where was mad lib when he agreed to this

  • 2:36:33

like i know i think he read this headline with the rest of the world

  • 2:36:39

logic quote he got this on youtube

  • 2:36:44

did he type in mad lib type beat that was funny man i wish our friendship

  • 2:36:50

was better i could really really give you your props [Laughter]

  • 2:36:59

and the magic is gone he caught yo please stop please stop

  • 2:37:10

but what if it's hard though well for the chemistry to come back oh yeah i have to make a talk what if we know it's not

  • 2:37:19

what if i could guarantee the results then you should listen to it and let me know all right i'll be that

  • 2:37:26

guy check it out i'll listen to it i'll listen to it you know mars only part three this [ __ ]

  • 2:37:32

[ __ ] logic told y'all he wasn't retired right back we weren't trying to argue

  • 2:37:39

with you we just yo tory lanez tried to get in your seat i saw that i screenshot it wait what happened

  • 2:37:45

tory lane's boy tried to come sit in the mall seat why tory think i got i don't tory i don't have no issue with you man

  • 2:37:52

like i don't what is it i don't have no issues with dude man like i don't understand what like what's going on he never said that y'all

  • 2:37:57

yes he did he screamed [ __ ] them all in his album at the top of his like you know how high they mixed that vocal

  • 2:38:03

and he said he wanted to slap me so what he said what do you say what does that he say you want us in your

  • 2:38:09

seat yeah oh no i screenshotted it i

  • 2:38:20

because he's short and it's the higher seat hey tory i don't have no issues with you bro i'm not beefing with nobody

  • 2:38:25

black i said that already well i've cleared that up i'm just

  • 2:38:30

saying i'm not i would have been shady to do that though that would look nuts i missed it but did you guys see uh tyrese shaving

  • 2:38:37

coochie on instagram live i'm not talking about that

  • 2:38:48

there was something else important that i felt like needed to be discussed and then what the hell was it

  • 2:38:54

    i would no yeah

  • 2:39:01

just all bad i'm gonna don't now you can leave that [ __ ] harry i'm cool

  • 2:39:07

okay quickly before you do that sapphire is a strip club like i signed in one time and i think

  • 2:39:14

them [ __ ] leaked my number to every stripper in new york city is that who it was nobody called me do

  • 2:39:20

you know how many texas i get from 646 numbers about strip club nights and where the underground is oh you got that oh

  • 2:39:26

that sounds that far that's how they got it

  • 2:39:33

i know yeah i'll get you something into the wi-fi

  • 2:39:40

i gave her my number i'm saying a stripper at sapphires gave my number to the world oh okay i

  • 2:39:45

thought you were saying you signed into the wi-fi no no no no no no no strip club parties i don't think this is

  • 2:39:52

a bad thing i got all the deals i got the code to use at the front

  • 2:39:58

you were saying important no don't do that it's not important because i probably shouldn't even say it but i got a podcast a few weeks ago

  • 2:40:11

i'm saying this y'all have to reply just let me do it a few weeks ago on the internet raspy

  • 2:40:19

    made a post saying yo 10 000 likes 20 000 likes whatever y'all

  • 2:40:25

want to do the boys get back together we call it a tour yo if you want to see p2k on tour all

  • 2:40:30

you got to do right now is put a one in the comments and we're going on tour and nobody on

  • 2:40:37

the internet said it so office so how many ones did they get

  • 2:40:49

i didn't count but all i could think of was sun said i mean go for it

  • 2:41:00

oh wait we gotta read no don't try to erase the screen [ __ ] put it back put it back he didn't even put a one he

  • 2:41:06

said yo i mean go for it but when he said this [Music]

  • 2:41:12

this is not funny because when he said this all i was thinking was yo y'all was on tour when you left the

  • 2:41:20

tour you said that all the [ __ ] was touching you disrespecting you

  • 2:41:25

and you boogied we all rallied behind you right and here yo this [ __ ] got some nerves y'all want

  • 2:41:33

to i couldn't yo it'd be moments on the internet where i'd be waiting ooh something they gonna learn him now

  • 2:41:38

oh they're gonna set him straight but the end of that be like nah just go ahead let him live nobody said yo dog y'all was on tour and

  • 2:41:44

you [ __ ] it up and if they didn't say it neither did joe

  • 2:41:49

so here's another one that stumped me a little bit but you just don't worry about it no no no no that's edited out

  • 2:41:56

now here's another one and get your sleeper ready man

  • 2:42:02

i i think it's great all right that sounds like i'm lying

  • 2:42:08

already hold up do you think his plan was to be all the one comments to live nation like yo [Music]

  • 2:42:14

look at all these ones probably and live nation live nation with like

  • 2:42:21

words oh bad we're booking it when you can't tour by the way

  • 2:42:26

i'm really really listening i'm not violence i'm not for death murder and hip-hop i'm not for the

  • 2:42:32

robberies i'm not for any of that right and i want to say i'm really really happy that by the grace of god

  • 2:42:38

baby blue uh from pretty ricky is still with us after what happened in davey uh florida

  • 2:42:46

let me read to y'all what do you say from the hospital

  • 2:42:53

i'm basically on a bunch of machines hospital keeping me alive at this point

  • 2:42:59

but i improve the more i fight so let's make a deal

  • 2:43:04

i'll fight as hard as i can and beat this if y'all promise to make me one of the

  • 2:43:10

biggest rap artists in the world that's all i want

  • 2:43:16

crying emoji deal no he he tweeted that from the hospital

  • 2:43:26

on lifestyle and honestly prayers too i really do hope not it's not a deal i i really do pray

  • 2:43:31

for him and i i can't participate in that deal oh he looks like he's having a good time

  • 2:43:38

it's not they tore her hands up too for saying i follow her

  • 2:43:43

that's a red spike she's a guy yeah good for her go respect oh yeah you know red spikes are great but you seem supportive

  • 2:43:52

he needs to think of it well go ahead what about the wire i'm chilling what do

  • 2:44:00

you think about drums yo he said let's make a deal hey if it

  • 2:44:07

was that easy [ __ ] i'd have made man deal after pumping up yo yo

  • 2:44:13

[Laughter] bargain here damn no one is signing up

  • 2:44:20

for this deal and you know you're on life support tweeting it or posting it on instagram

  • 2:44:26

that's nothing you got yeah yeah look at where the internet has put us oh man i think red space is keeping them

  • 2:44:33

alive well she she gave us some insight she said the internet enjoys watching people

  • 2:44:38

be hurt and go through [ __ ] up [ __ ] anything negative y'all want to be a part of have an opinion and comment on

  • 2:44:43

he did say yo i'm leaving that topic i'm not talking

  • 2:44:49

about it i'm glad that rory and maul are here so i could ask them

  • 2:44:54

mad questions that i don't want to answer myself you guys rest in peace mf doom

  • 2:45:02

i agree of course i just keep thinking of people that have passed rest in peace mf doom shout out to jeremiah who tried the mf

  • 2:45:09

doom trick where you wear the mask and you sent somebody else to go pick up the second half of the show

  • 2:45:14

jeremiah just sent some other dude out there now but this is my thing he put a mask on i think he just sent

  • 2:45:20

some guy out there jeremy just sent jeremy out there look

  • 2:45:25

at that back in no no no at least doom had the decency

  • 2:45:31

to put a mask on the other guy try to confuse us well that's why i'm mad at my [ __ ] brain for just

  • 2:45:38

functioning a certain way i'm watching the x services and the kanye choir went out there and there

  • 2:45:43

was a dude at the at the piano with a mask on and i hearkened back to all the choirs

  • 2:45:50

saying they didn't get paid or whatever for singing chaka khan whatever they were singing and was that kanye in the mask or no are

  • 2:45:59

they doing a trick that was kanye was there was that him in the mask

  • 2:46:04

oh i i didn't think kanye was there i thought it was his that's a pretty snazzy trick he was there

  • 2:46:10

but i was on the same time you were that's a pretty i thought they tried to kind of make it look like it was there yeah and that would be hard

  • 2:46:16

if i'm the guy i might want to do that instead of actually having him there but no i does the guy in the mask

  • 2:46:24

pay the invoices on time i mean the focus yeah we didn't get no resolution to

  • 2:46:31

whatever was happening there no it's a new choir the same way it was a new cast on this podcast

  • 2:46:39

this is very very parallel what's going on why is this weird deal

  • 2:46:44

    [Laughter] [Music]

  • 2:46:51

i thought they did a great job by the way though and that that uh how they flipped rough riders anthem at

  • 2:46:56

the end i thought was dope [Music]

  • 2:47:01

that's what you all did when we was gone

  • 2:47:12

    [Laughter] that's your drop

  • 2:47:22

that is funny as [ __ ] man yeah actually your drive is gone now yo i don't have nothing else for that yo

  • 2:47:31

who is that that's what i

  • 2:47:48

yeah she did y'all drop sexy it's coming we could we could stick with my nephew

  • 2:47:54

[Music] getting him out the paint uh yeah

  • 2:48:01

there's nothing else that i feel like i have to get to uh i wanted to come in here with talk about a little tj for a minute

  • 2:48:07

oh yeah you gotta watch that they said dr umar's wife is white i don't believe adam what do you want to cut it out man stop he was talking to

  • 2:48:14

that [ __ ] stop he not doing all that he got a white wife he's not doing that

  • 2:48:20

he's he said you you can't get reparations if you have a white wife you shouldn't be allowed to get preparations yeah i'm sure he didn't

  • 2:48:27

think people would find out about her well his wife come on man

  • 2:48:32

a lot of us have tried that that way nevermind

  • 2:48:37

i don't know to laugh with you yeah i know i was testing it

  • 2:48:43

[Applause] oh man you know i don't have nothing

  • 2:48:48

else that we need to get to nothing else is that important uh there's no new music

  • 2:48:55

that came out congratulations to her uh shout out to van lathan too man what an accomplishment you get uh you getting

  • 2:49:00

an oscar shout out to everybody that won that's a van that's awesome at the oscars uh that is a really really really big deal

  • 2:49:28

know some company i never heard of blackstone i think it's time to re-record broke

  • 2:49:37

we're less fun we're less fortunate

  • 2:49:43

yeah give them the less fortunate version i think this is hard that uh young thug

  • 2:49:48

and gonna did this yeah that's great and i'd like to find out how you go about doing something like this

  • 2:49:54

i i think i might participate in this if i knew how to do it yeah that's fine they went to bill

  • 2:49:59

bondsman i think right yeah so i don't know yeah yeah but they didn't show up to the

  • 2:50:04

jail you can't do it that way no and i love how channel 2 and lana made this look like it was from 1996

  • 2:50:11

like with the fonts the lens they used it was really odd watching it i was like this is nostalgic yet happening in in the moment

  • 2:50:19

[Music] yeah but no it's very very dope gesture and uh i've been the grumpy old man with

  • 2:50:25

  • 2:51:05

skis right slopes yeah they're doing one of these in one of these i'll get out there and break every bone in my body on the

  • 2:51:10

slopes right here that's really fun yeah but if you don't know what you're doing you could really hurt yourself no there's no thug dance

  • 2:51:20

affiliation to this dance i don't know about i shouldn't be doing no

  • 2:51:26

that's the new thing that's tricky too the gang members keep doing dances to make you think that they're not gang members

  • 2:51:31

though you all kind of throw you off a little bit yeah yeah this is tricky it's a bunch of bunch of lingeries i could do that but

  • 2:51:37

your lingo i think it's the hook to the record that i love and i'm like oh i shouldn't be saying this right

  • 2:51:43

oh man that's funny oh [ __ ] uh the ufc fight let me just say congratulations to dude

  • 2:51:48

because wow that dude lost his leg that was terrifying i didn't not lost yeah someone's like

  • 2:51:55

completely yeah it was brutal i think it was the

  • 2:52:01

undercard yeah it was but i'm not watching that don't put it up there yeah please i do not want to scream can you bring up a jake paul's

  • 2:52:07

comments on i had durant went down with that injury i'm not gonna see anybody's leg get

  • 2:52:13

shattered oh are we pulling up jake paul coming what happened what jake paul said he tweeted uh tweet your boy uh the

  • 2:52:20

owner of ufc uh what's his name joe rogan dana white

  • 2:52:25

yeah joe rogan's partner same thing more or less uh he tweeted uh i thought it was an

  • 2:52:30

interesting point jake paul tweeted and added dana white he said danny you claimed you would bet

  • 2:52:35

one million dollars on me losing set up ask her in to train with freddie roach gave him full access to ufcpi

  • 2:52:43

and he still got his ass handed to him seems like you are the real douche not ariel

  • 2:52:48

in my third fight i made more in total pay than any fighter in ufc history maybe it's time to pay your fighters the

  • 2:52:55

fair share no wonder they all want to get into boxing dana you said you make the fights the

  • 2:53:01

fans want to see so hurry up and make jones verse i'm not even going to try it

  • 2:53:06

pay them the fair share 10 million purse for each guy plus ppv why are ufc fighters so underpaid versus

  • 2:53:13

boxers why did i make more the third fight than all but two ufc

  • 2:53:18

fighters have in history i know why dot dot

  • 2:53:24

okay they should re-record it like fight again yeah conor mcgregor get

  • 2:53:29

back in there like hey let's you know i won't really hit you get your chips but no it's it's i mean the [ __ ] that

  • 2:53:36

trailer's doing with people that are not even professional fighters and how much money they're making compared to the people that are

  • 2:53:42

sacrificing their [ __ ] rest of their lives livelihood you get punched in the head a few [ __ ] times you're dead

  • 2:53:47

yeah whether you're alive still i'm just speaking the fact that they only have this short window it's the same way i think with

  • 2:53:53

like running backs and wide receivers and [ __ ] in the nfl like you don't have a big window to make as much money as you can by the time you're 30 it could

  • 2:53:59

be a rat for you so why are people that are not trained fighters that are still getting the

  • 2:54:04

exact same amount of views as these people so underpaid compared to it

  • 2:54:10

like it's something to be brought up i like i like jay paul doing this i do too i like that that's using your

  • 2:54:17

platform and your reach trying to make an impact i like that and

  • 2:54:23

and gathering more information he's new to the fighting world to this degree and he knows how much he's making with the trailer stuff and he's talking with

  • 2:54:30

these ufc fighters that have dedicated so much where they're literally getting their faces beat the

  • 2:54:36

[ __ ] in by others yeah well i know he just called out cormier i think and

  • 2:54:43

slow down jake paul you don't want to do that you don't want to jump into that ufc ring with the real ufc fighters

  • 2:54:48

don't matter if they rigging all the spain yeah but i don't know and i'm not going to say that i don't know they don't hard to say you think do you

  • 2:54:54

think they are uh the rumbling that last one was a little fishy come on that last box the last one i'll go with y'all the

  • 2:54:59

other two i'm not saying that more fish than that yeah that was that was definitely a little shake and bake on that fish for

  • 2:55:06

sure but i like that though i like him calling out dana white yeah

  • 2:55:12

well [ __ ] that makes me feel even worse that jake paul out here rigging beating people's asses and getting paid this and

  • 2:55:19

these ufc fighters are really fighting and not getting paid getting their legs shattered

  • 2:55:25

yes it's crazy that ufc [ __ ] is no joke look at this you know what all right yeah this is

  • 2:55:30

definitely yeah i don't have nothing to say about this oh my god man first of all if you're

  • 2:55:36

gonna rig the fight you've got to get better acting classes yeah cause they they've worked they've

  • 2:55:41

rigged boxing matches for a long time and they look better than that yeah i'm not doing this with him but i'm not doing that first two fights i don't think we're rigged with jake

  • 2:55:47

oh this this look kind of messed up the worst [ __ ] you've ever done yeah i'm out of here i don't want to talk about him anymore no i agree that was that was terrible

  • 2:55:53

i'm finished with him um any is there anything that we missed

  • 2:55:59

no welcome back guys welcome back thank you for welcoming me parker good to be back when you say parks like

  • 2:56:05

it wasn't me welcome back to [ __ ] oh no it's his house um

  • 2:56:11

    [Applause] [Music]

  • 2:56:30

    [Laughter]

  • 2:56:44

got rid of the white appliances man everything's stainless steel everything no that makes a big

  • 2:56:50

difference in the kitchen hell yeah that's a viking stove

  • 2:56:59

you know when she see the vikings she get comfortable like maybe i could stay i ain't got to go home yeah he might have a washer and dryer in

  • 2:57:04

here who knows i need a lot more than that going on to

  • 2:57:10

lure the baddies away from these athletes and entertainers after being stressed locked away in the house

  • 2:57:16

for a year they ain't thinking about me i'm watching their excitement as they're on the floor at the game

  • 2:57:22

  • 2:57:56

how do you think our return episode went i think it was good man i think you addressed some of the questions that i

  • 2:58:01

know people had and i think that was an important part to just address just that

  • 2:58:06

rory you how you feeling yeah i think i think this is the proper return actually actually talk through some [ __ ]
