i just said let me put my phone down i guess the noise my uh washing machine mixed that's funny that was funny that's

  • 0:06

the noise that like my dishwasher makes or some [ __ ] why are you here get with the times

  • 0:12

what's your phone ring it don't for her at all

  • 0:18

white is yours you'd strike me as a ringer kind of guy

  • 0:25

until it ain't your phone ring joke just

  • 0:43

i'm about to call your phone and see what the ring is call it what do you think i'm lying on my vibration on my

  • 0:49

phone like yeah you know every day i learn more about the person people think i am

  • 0:54

like my lie got to be a little more important i know your phone ring because i heard the ring we've all heard the ring on air

  • 1:00

yeah what are you talking about yeah man yeah he threw one of you like he was a

  • 1:06

stripper you know you just gonna let him guys you go ahead i didn't say a word

  • 1:11

i didn't say a word but the cup is that way i don't know why ain't nothing over here

  • 1:18

you're closer oh no man you're [ __ ] with me growing those on the list you [ __ ]

  • 1:24

would be never not me i wanted to start with the position of privilege that you live your

  • 1:30

life with what off mike back there i don't know what y'all talking about but when i came in

  • 1:37

the room somebody just blurted something out that

  • 1:43

i that that i believe go ahead

  • 1:48

expound [ __ ] how are you just talking cryptic well i was trying too many ways

  • 1:57

i heard somebody blurt out nah man it just feel like you could back up the girl in the world wherever you at it

  • 2:03

don't matter where you at and you was like no that hat would have to be alive because y'all know i don't speak to nobody that is true but what happened

  • 2:10

was the back story was um somebody was talking about kim k and and alex said yo you like kim k fam

  • 2:17

you want kim k everyone listens and i said fam people like kim k it's not a man in here

  • 2:23

that wouldn't pop kim k and so that that's where the conversation went

  • 2:29

he said yo you gonna get her but you understand i'm not i wouldn't speak about somebody's wife that way want to mother their kids

  • 2:36

that way so i'm not going to i guess we can bleep it but anyway so then he says yo when you

  • 2:43

get in the room you're going to try to bag and i said no i'm in a relationship but even if i wasn't in a relationship i

  • 2:48

still wouldn't try to back her because i don't push up one girl yeah i saw some somebody say the other day you know how ugly a girl got to be for dude to say i

  • 2:55

got a girlfriend i know who said that to her

  • 3:05

so that's so then the conversation was oh okay that's what you're going to do i said no if joe's there and i'm single

  • 3:12

then joe does the dirty way before we get to that you're just going to tell kim k you got a girl let me let me hear that's gonna go

  • 3:20

there's gonna be a text a phone call a mail a letter you're gonna mail it how you gonna do that

  • 3:26

what is he talking about wait get off of me this isn't right for i have a girlfriend before

  • 3:35

for a man far away who would never know and i can kind of probably if you don't

  • 3:40

care [Music] no you wouldn't do that

  • 3:48

of course you would anyway so then you were saying what now if joe was dead no i said yo i wouldn't

  • 3:54

highlight kim k i got a relationship and i don't highlight girls but i said if my man was there and i was single then

  • 4:01

that's another story and they said your man who and i said joe joe does the dirty work and you said that's a position of privilege that i that is a

  • 4:08

real position of privilege and everybody else in the background screaming yo you too old for that [ __ ] i don't know if you missed that one

  • 4:15

no i didn't i but you don't care um again i haven't been faced with that in

  • 4:21

a long time you ain't domino alley-oop with a girl in damn near a decade i'm just saying that well we've both been

  • 4:26

involved no i'm saying yeah but it's just you know what we used to do okay

  • 4:32

but that hasn't changed we haven't been in that situation yeah thank god man right

  • 4:38

thank god round of applause hold on man thank god man that's nice but yeah so

  • 4:44

that that's where we were all right how y'all doing good good man good how are you

  • 4:49

i'm great great nice chill little day here a little tugging at the

  • 4:56

but why do you think that's a position of privilege because not everybody cause not everybody has a joe button yeah

  • 5:02

that's definitely privileged before right now joe button i was sending joe johnson to go holland it ain't joe

  • 5:07

budden oh you just said like just having someone yeah yeah it's not a goal show because he's joking for

  • 5:14

you yeah that's a little especially someone that's good at what they do any pretty

  • 5:20

charismatic guy to the strangers i thought you just called him pretty never

  • 5:26

not a bad person to send over it's not indeed even that wait so what do you remember the fact that

  • 5:33

it's not a privilege though it's the alley-oop guy what do you go say when your man says i can sell you i used to send michael over you give me the script

  • 5:39

no i say dope [ __ ] whenever i throw an alley for my [ __ ] oh okay oh so you just don't like talking to the girl that

  • 5:45

you like you'll talk to another talk for one of you [ __ ] in a heartbeat yeah what have you ever talked for

  • 5:50

me time or two it's not really necessary for you though cause you go

  • 5:57

you do when you see something he'd be like birds drop yeah yeah earlier

  • 6:03

    i'm lying we've said this

  • 6:12

you see something you mentally i think start devising a plan of how i'm gonna

  • 6:18

get that shoulder in the next half times damn killer

  • 6:24

yeah my man damn you can't even she can't shoulder no more no no you can't do nothing

  • 6:31

to the shoulder no no way you touching strangers

  • 6:37

that's a charge did you sign an nda

  • 6:42

i'm gonna touch your shoulder you're okay with that right listen though that is a talent that is a skill like i used

  • 6:48

to send my cousin over when i was doing that and i've seen him go into the depths of hell

  • 6:54

sick since gangs of six and seven women all what wanting to do different things

  • 7:00

came out victorious and handle it mp

  • 7:06

huh i didn't know he was that that dude yeah no it's a skill it's a nice skill to have indeed

  • 7:14

that's it i like being the shooter in that position that's fun shoot a shoot yeah i'm not shooting for

  • 7:20

your yeah yeah chris paul yeah chris paul yeah but then you eventually get that well why don't

  • 7:26

he come over here by himself [Music]

  • 7:40

is so then you gotta you gotta weave around

  • 7:46

that one yeah that didn't put me in some tough positions before too pause

  • 7:51

i did yeah i think if i just harken back were you gonna stick up for him for not coming over where it was just like

  • 7:59

the baddest chick in the universe who has been ignoring every man to come

  • 8:04

her way it's been one of those was like yo you really about to put me in it she probably gave me to look like look at

  • 8:10

this bum ass [ __ ] joe budden staring at me there was like one of those where i had mad [ __ ] to work against

  • 8:16

but sealed the deal how about saying i'm sure i did i'm sure i did my memory is

  • 8:21

bad i could tell by this face you did i'm sure i did yo i'm sure maybe any appreciative thank you all right so

  • 8:27

  • 8:46

  • 9:06

bad season to be down i tell you that what when it get too bad

  • 9:12

just shop [ __ ] been at the mall every day

  • 9:18

  • 9:24

oh man look at this little number i wish i tried to tell you to go to the

  • 9:30

  • 9:35

the little registered dudes to the side and said yo dawg i didn't bought a lot of this [ __ ] at full price [Music]

  • 9:41

and now it's uh sitting here for this price that's how much time i have man

  • 9:47

they said well somebody [ __ ] back when did you buy it yeah um 30 days look

  • 9:52

bucko 90. bought it a little while ago what's your policy 30 days oh it was more than 30 days ago

  • 10:00

naming is 30. bullies is 90.

  • 10:06

    [Applause]

  • 10:55

welcome to episode 506 of the joe budden podcast i'm your humble gracious grateful and highly favored host joe

  • 11:01

button here with a few really good guys parks is here and she's here ice is here corvo's here young boys

  • 11:10

everybody's here good what's up what's popping what's up i'm ready to unpack what's cracking

  • 11:16

there's something packed i don't know we just we unpack so i'm ready whatever's out there let's unpack it please not

  • 11:22

sidewalks whatever we do long as it's not the curb [Laughter]

  • 11:31

hey corey toss the good one let's get right to it what do you do when

  • 11:36

she's out of your league and now but there's some rhythm there right yeah there's some rhythm there she's out

  • 11:43

there there's rhythm there but she's out of your league yeah well she's out of my league i was coming with that

  • 11:50

if there's rhythm there if if there's rhythm there why is she out of my league because you're still running around doing

  • 11:55

nah that might be it the man or the person well that's a different that's different that's different i'm with you yeah okay but that's different that's

  • 12:02

a woman that you're not ready for that's that's why i was presented initially so i thought that's what we were doing but i i thought that was quite different

  • 12:08

yeah meant like she's out of your league for other reasons other reasons like you

  • 12:14

might not be up enough to where you think you are where you think you need to be to be with her yourself kind of

  • 12:19

falls under the same you're not ready

  • 12:24

i think if she giving you rhythm no one means you have the option yeah yeah yeah that's true we're talking

  • 12:31

about the one where you don't oh oh you think you don't yeah what's more important thank you yes

  • 12:36

because in my opinion when she giving you rhythm it'd be our own insecurities that might

  • 12:43

make us think we out her league she might be with everything that we come with but we personally especially as men

  • 12:50

don't feel i've been in this situation before speak to it i'm pulling up with the

  • 12:56

white you know me i used to be rolling with the white van and i'm like skirt shut the door up the work boots in

  • 13:03

the whole two million dollar joint i'm not been in sleep sleep so i mean i think that oftentimes we

  • 13:08

might think we're not ready for her she might be willing to accept what we already come with and help us do better

  • 13:15

i think it's a man thing um especially financially most men feel as though they need to be the breadwinner

  • 13:22

or they need to be in the same financial space you know what i'm saying like i think

  • 13:27

it's an insecure thing to live off of women too though but

  • 13:33

yeah but they them [ __ ] that's a different type of animal but um if you're a dude not today they're

  • 13:39

getting to it today women the women got it i know no that's what i'm saying no he said it's a lot of

  • 13:44

dudes right if you got you got a girl with some coins

  • 13:50

yeah yeah yeah ain't all your bills women getting too let's clean honda nice clean no that's honda

  • 13:58

yeah yeah you now hear no hondas um i think that's the thing with the dude more than the woman i think that's the thing with the

  • 14:04

dude i think if a woman um met you she giving you rhythm now if she just shuts you down you're just dead in

  • 14:10

the water but if she giving you rhythm i think that's more something we be fighting ourselves over yeah but

  • 14:16

sometimes you get the societal forces too her friend groups or her family or something like that it's making it harder i've been there too yeah i've

  • 14:21

been there before i just but again if she a dope chick she weed out the white noise

  • 14:29

i think this question is really for guys that talk to girls though as opposed to what you mean

  • 14:35

like how earlier we started with like you don't really approach women yeah but once

  • 14:41

why does this exist if you don't approach women because i don't really approach them neither

  • 14:46

but you might meet a woman at a game night you might we meet a woman at oh oh i'm bad i bet 97 percent of the game

  • 14:53

night and that's my point of game night wrap this up i don't care what the variable is friend that want to go home

  • 15:00

early uh friend that was that hates pumping up i don't care what it is no that's okay at a game night

  • 15:06

wrap it up you start engaging what's home court for you give it to me house parties

  • 15:13

all right house party i was just getting ready to say killer house party for you definitely a house party

  • 15:18

some kick back something like that that's high school i don't know nah i gotta come back to me yeah game nights

  • 15:23

is up i grew up i feel like you put me anywhere on god's green earth

  • 15:28

i triple my worth i feel like i do i but i but i do know oh the pool party

  • 15:34

wrap it up that's 90 90 98 99 it goes up at a pool party

  • 15:40

nice yeah um but what are you dead out of there dude i mean you you've been there we've all

  • 15:46

been here i run from the the woman that you feel like you're not on a level

  • 15:52

    yeah i kind of embraced that [ __ ] i don't know

  • 15:57

i know what time it is i knew i knew because you can ask around not and i don't mean let me make myself clear

  • 16:04

i don't mean run like be afraid of it i mean i just understand

  • 16:11

some women when i didn't have i understood but i think that's it and

  • 16:16

some of them totally with the game it could be totally with the game put you in the

  • 16:21

game though they with the shits no matter what like up or down they just wouldn't yeah

  • 16:27

they're they're their boundaries just were different so yeah you could charm them you could

  • 16:32

funny them you can move them i've done this with coffee dates i've done this with pizza ice cream dates i've done this with a game night i've done this

  • 16:38

with a quick concert we was just talking about concert season some of these concerts just coming up

  • 16:43

what are they read them give them to me because they're perfect joe hamilton maxwell joe and anthony

  • 16:49

hamilton on one tour it's a perfect date show and the other one was new edition

  • 16:54

jodeci and charlie wilson perfect easy date show that's lay-up they put me something

  • 17:00

that's at the room something like that a little dinner with something to see afterward but the little black box black

  • 17:07

box in new york a little bit i mean if we're really trying to if we really trying to yeah i mean no but i think

  • 17:13

that based on what you said i think sometimes

  • 17:18

and we older we've been around the block i think sometimes we don't too many times yeah i think we don't give them

  • 17:23

enough credit i think we shoot ourselves in the foot like every woman out here don't need the [ __ ] to be

  • 17:30

way up financially that's a fact and a lot of time a lot of times dudes getting their own head when they when you're drawing women like that because you'll

  • 17:36

see what she dealt with before and it's like all right if this was [ __ ] that's what she ain't doing

  • 17:42

i can't i can't compete with that yeah she might not be looking for you to compete with that but you got in your own head like i gotta play with that

  • 17:49

yeah now i'm just gonna have to and i'm indulging this for conversation purposes but most of the time i was the [ __ ]

  • 17:55

that didn't didn't want the person that didn't want me like the woman the woman that i couldn't

  • 18:00

speak to because she only [ __ ] with uh multi-millionaire yeah i probably wasn't i probably really wasn't checking for

  • 18:06

her and that's why to start it off when i said oh she giving you rhythm she's giving you rhythm

  • 18:11

that means she already you know yeah like i also don't have this conversation oh man [ __ ] it we're here now i also

  • 18:17

don't have this conversation because i speak from a position of privilege you do i turn it down you do you like i know

  • 18:24

what the rep is but in real life now you do i turned it down down i know when men

  • 18:29

say that just like every guy says that right but so i s like you can't just go into these everybody don't do that

  • 18:35

that's true everybody don't move like that so i try not to address these conversations i know i know i can vouch

  • 18:45

because women will never share any of that they only share when you ain't [ __ ] they don't share when you're a stand-up dude they're gonna share that yo i was

  • 18:51

trying to get this [ __ ] some boxing he turned it down they shouldn't ta-da they're not gonna share that they

  • 18:57

shouldn't yeah so i i think that um again i just think that a lot of people will be getting their own way with

  • 19:03

regards to insecurities and [ __ ] and we'll look and see you open up a magazine and you'll be like oh

  • 19:08

    multi-millionaire mogul vanessa johnson marries

  • 19:14

barbara landscape right and dudes was like huh yeah [ __ ] because that [ __ ] took a shot and he he

  • 19:20

thought he had something to offer what you do just because you don't have any financial [ __ ] that don't mean provision is only

  • 19:26

financial and she might not need that now i need you to give me some other [ __ ]

  • 19:32

that none of these other [ __ ] that are up can't give me and my quote be she needs you to make you laugh to your stomach hurt and put dick in your

  • 19:39

stomach that's half of the battle but wait hold up let me go back for a minute and not for nothing

  • 19:44

dude is probably a kind of ill landscaper yo it don't yo

  • 19:50

a how a guy is gauging and how a woman is gauging it'd be so nice

  • 19:56

like you thought she just like the dope boy [ __ ] that was up she just want the [ __ ] respected in his field yeah

  • 20:03

oh no you that [ __ ] there in locksmith world yeah that that's enough for me it

  • 20:09

could be true yeah that's very true yeah no don't let it be something like that you're you can do [ __ ] because women

  • 20:14

like to have a baby yeah now you looking calling that [ __ ] all types of deuce he got her lawn

  • 20:20

looking spectacular spiral trees oh come on sculptures [ __ ] skull there's a picture of you

  • 20:27

up there look at this doof and you can handle some drywall and some other [ __ ] too because it's kind of the same they like that [ __ ] oh you can put some [ __ ]

  • 20:33

together oh and you know the [ __ ] landscaping [ __ ] and is in there [ __ ] for his life

  • 20:39

right now like in shape outside you were trying to be cute a little bit that [ __ ] in there just

  • 20:44

giving it up he used to dealing with leaves and bushes he and they're going to work on your

  • 20:50

chair leaves and bushes oh man no i think but

  • 20:56

to court i just think it'd be in our head sometimes it does but most of the time it also could be exhausting though

  • 21:01

because like when you're shooting for that higher tier financially or whatever girl you're trying to step your [ __ ] up

  • 21:07

that [ __ ] can get exhausting at a certain point i was like you go broke yeah but you could also just even if you're

  • 21:12

just being super creative to avert the financial difference that's dope though yeah it is i think that's dope when

  • 21:18

you're going out of it can get taxing though inflation is killing cheating

  • 21:25

i'm sure i'm sure i'm sure listen tell me tell me more dates ain't

  • 21:32

cheap oh okay as men i mean because all women think that we all got

  • 21:38

rosters galore that's true yeah they swear i'd be one to pull out a calculator with them

  • 21:43

like you know what this [ __ ] costs if i had a rock now times it by how many you think i got you think you're the only foodie i know [ __ ]

  • 22:50

yeah now we sit there cause she got ass okay no sick of beating your ass yo

  • 22:56

that's funny though that's how you go to the bowling alley [ __ ] over there on lane 17 looking at your ass as you walk

  • 23:02

up there are you looking at me pointing come on let's wrap it up yo we gotta go so mad

  • 23:08

they closed down um it's the bowling alley right there on 42nd now bulmore oh it's closed up not

  • 23:14

  • 23:19

highway didn't close that down yes the [ __ ] they did you answered you won't see a blonde

  • 23:25

  • 23:32

no no no it's just gone that was always a nice day too that's a don't i got that from you

  • 23:39

bowling dates are flying bowling date is a perfect day nice explain it to him but just explain to him because it's no not

  • 23:45

what he do fam if i said i picked up something from my man yeah when when joe used to take

  • 23:51

girls bowling on the first date yo you don't get what you're doing

  • 23:57

no real so i'm not i'm not family [ __ ] is nuts my [ __ ] yo you are the greatest ice do it all

  • 24:03

right so like let's take it off joke let's just make an example okay

  • 24:09

if if i'm dating a girl right now or my ex or whatever and i never took her

  • 24:14

there but my man is saying yo yeah that's where he take the joints at that's that could cause what i said y'all looking into it too much go ahead

  • 24:20

though that guess what that's what they do they look and shows that bowling is a good date good and i said yeah i got

  • 24:27

that from him a goal go i could tell you so olin is a good first date bowling is

  • 24:33

a good first date correct it allows a bunch of [ __ ] see how we can say that and not say i got it joe has taken

  • 24:40

mad joints bowling as the first date so not old

  • 24:58

now luckily for me i'm him though so the text is going to go a certain way but

  • 25:04

come on now oh okay you get awesome anyway i've taken a

  • 25:09

bunch of girls on a first date bowling and pool is are two great first

  • 25:16

dates absolutely yes absolutely you could be silly you could be funny you could break the touch

  • 25:22

barrier you could do a bunch of [ __ ] on the first date

  • 25:38

let me show you how to hold it though let me reach around

  • 26:09

they allow you to it's not loud they allow you no you don't got to be in your cool bag you could be silly she's throwing [ __ ]

  • 26:16

gutter balls y'all laughing y'all joking and survive i think you're right it is cool i'm with you

  • 26:23

that is a great those are great first dates i'm 100 with you worst days you ever been on did i ask you that before

  • 26:29

where's dad i've been on was a hookup like somebody else oh yeah those never go yeah yeah yeah oh

  • 26:36

yeah she said bring someone for her you get there and it's a [ __ ]

  • 26:52

makes it bad yeah yes this [ __ ] was bad from the jump i didn't want it to start terrible yeah yeah

  • 26:58

chicks always try to package up that bad contract off the team with the star player

  • 27:06

you can take this one but that's stupid yeah oh that's real

  • 27:11

that was your worst they hell yes no mom when the chick be too serious i don't really like that [ __ ]

  • 27:17

girls be just sitting there mad prudish and serious stuff [ __ ] this guy's great his worst date is just a theory

  • 27:24

now i've had dates when you just be sitting in the conversation not flowing she's real real serious and it should

  • 27:29

just be like yo hurry up and eat what are you doing what are you doing what are you doing that case hurry up and eat when you realize

  • 27:36

all right i'm still polite i'm still core drum still you know what i'm saying i'm still call you the last chick that you had chemistry with

  • 27:42

you know what i'm saying honestly i started texting my [ __ ]

  • 27:48

like you now you ever been on a date though like the first date [ __ ] date you just got at the group chat yeah what y'all doing

  • 27:54

cause i'm dropping her off this ain't going over here we out of here so she finished that last bite

  • 28:01

gone you're about on a bad first date and then there's like some nice ones in there

  • 28:06

this [ __ ] is terrible bro and that's where dave could get tricky because there's always nice ones yeah

  • 28:12

yeah cause you take it with a nice spot yeah yeah cool cool music nice lighting

  • 28:18

oh man that's pretty that's terrible i don't know this is my worst day but i went on a date

  • 28:24

where we both knew it was the last date but i didn't know that we both knew at the time

  • 28:29

not until we got there time out like i was going before y'all got there y'all knew it was the last day

  • 28:35

but before we got there i knew that this was my last date with this young lady the last date wasn't the

  • 28:41

smoothest come on i'll meet you over at fleming's right quick and settle this and close this out properly

  • 28:48

like a real man so it's a closer date for me it was a closure day

  • 28:54

i wasn't even checking for her state of mind but when i got there this is someone when you were not in like a relationship no i wasn't sorry we were

  • 29:00

just dating it was a date yeah we had going on about that i want to say how many days

  • 29:06

we've gone out about five times we don't get the [ __ ] we've gone out about five times not

  • 29:12

getting a five well this was five i know right after two yeah right

  • 29:17

because nervousness sets in on the first date you know what i'm saying like okay

  • 29:23

after two if it ain't no good i'm great no but it but it's real common for the weird to come out at date three or four

  • 29:31

yeah so if the word is out at one and two no i didn't say nothing about that what you mean so how so how'd you all

  • 29:36

right go ahead so the first two went well first two was cool like normal dates okay oh yeah that's

  • 29:43

different i thought they were saying y'all heard five boys yeah the third date it might have been a long

  • 29:49

so you go on a date to make sure and then that's like and that's when you confirm it for yourself like oh she'll never see me

  • 29:55

again but then after that you're like you want to let bygones be bygones you want to end cool like you don't want it to be

  • 30:01

like a so you go out and just see if you could just and nah it was bad i commend you for

  • 30:07

that because we ain't getting to that i'll be trying to do real [ __ ] [ __ ] man i do we are not getting to if i if i

  • 30:12

know if i got to that point that you was that where i know i'm never going to see this one again yeah i'm never going to see her again there is no date to

  • 30:19

confirm that if i got to that point when i was younger i would go through sometimes people are cool and you're

  • 30:24

just not compatible with it that's fine i don't got to go out with you again for that yeah but you ain't got to double

  • 30:30

them in a way to wear because women may have a hard time compartmentalizing and they think oh we didn't work here [ __ ]

  • 30:37

we ain't we don't need to worry you're like yo i ain't no beef like there's nothing wrong yeah i just don't want to pursue that avenue with

  • 30:45

you yeah or you you work in xyz field you can still throw me some business we could still have a great relationship

  • 30:52

and other uh avenues and areas but it sounds like a nice text message to me

  • 30:57

nah see i'm totally against that yes i'm totally i'm talking about at the point where i know there's nothing else here

  • 31:05

we if we're still communicating i don't have to go out with you to express that part that's all i want to show you

  • 31:11

though that ain't no beef because i want to give you the good hug what are you doing later when you leave like yo yeah i hear you i feel like it's

  • 31:18

been a long time since i've been in those situations yeah not only because i've been in a long-term relationship but like the internet

  • 31:24

has changed all that [ __ ] like in text messaging like you should have a pretty good rapport with someone before you even go on the first date so if the

  • 31:29

first day don't go well after the text conversations and face times and all that [ __ ]

  • 31:35

there's really not much point in dragging this out much longer i don't think so i think that's on one side of the internet i think there's a whole

  • 31:40

other side of the internet where nah you don't have a good rapport at all they get right to it nah i was about to

  • 31:47

say that i think it depends on how quickly you go out so the internet has done two things and

  • 31:52

joe said the other side one side is oh he oh he fine she fly

  • 31:58

what you doing you wanna go out tonight bam right and you get right to it you don't know the person right see i think

  • 32:04

that's a little and the other side is i don't subscribe to it yeah but that's not really my thing but wait slow down could see i'm cool

  • 32:11

we don't really have a choice in that because the cool version of her is the cool version of her there's been a

  • 32:17

million women that i've followed for years so you think you feel like you got an understanding of them and then you jump

  • 32:24

in the text or you jump on the phone and be like oh yeah oh you're super weird i was going

  • 32:30

to say what up and you're telling me that your dogs died two years ago and today you're sad and yeah like it's just

  • 32:37

and i empathize with that but yeah i've had this there's a lot of that there's a lot of that someone that

  • 32:43

you've been kicking it with on the internet you know from afar whatever form and then you finally meet years later it's like oh that's why i'm the

  • 32:49

king of the phone there's something floating around now with a woman talking about uh it's a meme talking about the time i went to go visit my home girl and

  • 32:55

found out that she was homeless it wasn't a homegirl but that goes back to parks's good

  • 33:01

report point when you following somebody and you're kicking it with them and maybe you're not asking the important

  • 33:06

questions because you assume all right well i'm gonna assume you live somewhere that's right that's why i'm a phone and

  • 33:12

now i'ma fly out and see you and now oh [ __ ] you [ __ ] up or you don't you don't

  • 33:17

that's that that particular scene and what do y'all think children are doing same exact [ __ ] cause we having this

  • 33:24

this conversation with a dope brand yeah but how y'all think kids is getting to it oh

  • 33:29

[ __ ] we you think they vet they vet no no discernment is fam

  • 33:35

we know kids have been not fully thinking this through we've seen adults are doing it or yeah we've

  • 33:41

seen to catch a predator where kids is meeting up with people not knowing who it is just going i was just

  • 33:46

having this conversation i think rick ross uh recently became a grandfather uh round of applause congratulations rick

  • 33:52

ross is 44 years old he knows that he's becoming his daughter's pregnant pregnant oh yeah so

  • 33:59

he will become a grandfather right and i'm having to talk i'm like

  • 34:04

yeah we all in that ballpark like my kid would be 21

  • 34:09

    next five years that's a possibility you had 45 46 47 as a grandparent

  • 34:15

back in the day we would have laughed at that maybe judge somebody today no that's realistic territory now

  • 34:20

you know and you're not out in their 30s 30 seconds if you're if you're a male son i don't

  • 34:27

have a daughter so i won't speak on it but if you're if your son is in that 16 17 year old

  • 34:34

when you're you're getting curious about your dick you're learning about who liked you and you you outside earlier

  • 34:40

than that well yeah i'm trying to be no i'm just saying but they are really like active active much much earlier now that

  • 34:46

wasn't even our thing like it was few it's because it was a few there's a few but it's different now i mean the the

  • 34:52

content in the tv music all that [ __ ] is very sexual way more than one cell phone grew up in new york and way more than

  • 34:59

our parents dare the program uh

  • 35:04

came out against uh euphoria euphoria yeah for their content that the kids are

  • 35:10

doing i don't watch the show i don't have this i do i understand why they would do that i understand why they do that you

  • 35:16

understand why deer would yeah it's also not really real like they're doing like [ __ ] they're druggy druggie druggies uh in in

  • 35:23

high school which i mean happened i guess sometimes i don't know how it is content comes from somewhere

  • 35:28

it's exaggerated i get both sides of that argument because as children

  • 35:34

you might want to see something that you relate to and if they're showing the doubt like

  • 35:40

some kids might be they don't know how how bad it could get so if you watch it and can see it it gives you some kind

  • 35:46

of idea ain't no glamorizing yeah no they're not glamorized you know what i think we do is is what

  • 35:52

white people do to black people you put yourself in these shoes sometimes and you really don't have a reference point

  • 35:58

adults that work for dare right they not in these schools you gotta these kids in these schools be

  • 36:04

going through some [ __ ] yo dog i gotta yo my teacher i mean some of my closest friends are teachers

  • 36:11

principals and [ __ ] the stories that they come home with that these kids are going through life are insane so the people that dare might

  • 36:18

not know that this is real right this might not be exaggerated so much and you're worried it's just hitting that

  • 36:24

point on the head it ain't that it ain't that it's being marketed to kids is that

  • 36:29

the way they market it to kids when i was a kid versus how they market today

  • 36:35

to kids it's just very different like all around all around the border okay

  • 36:40

but when [ __ ] dukakis was running for president whatever year that was i was wiped my aunt and my mom was watching

  • 36:47

the [ __ ] primary all that [ __ ] i was none the wiser you know what you had no idea let me just finish my point

  • 36:53

i had no idea who he was what was going on and really didn't give a [ __ ] today

  • 36:58

cardi b might be speaking for dukakis and it wouldn't be the caucus yeah but they today they will find a way listen

  • 37:05

today they put the vaccine on sesame street yeah today how they market with this euphoria

  • 37:11

[ __ ] and the kids it's just very very it's just very different that's all but that could also be that could also be

  • 37:17

because they realize like the way they even with the drug [ __ ] when we were younger dare and all that um uh scruff

  • 37:22

mcgruff the the prime dog like keeping kid it was just yo drugs are bad this is your brain that's your brain on

  • 37:28

drugs they're not really you watching that like i can't i don't it's not a connect you know what you know what if

  • 37:33

they're showing you to me you see to put it for our generation kids kids kids it's kids kids

  • 37:40

times 10. see i'm glad you said that because i was just about to bring it up

  • 37:46

kids was groundbreaking it was yes it was disturbing groundbreaking yeah but why disturbing

  • 37:52

because nothing that they depicted in kids wasn't it was fiction yeah that [ __ ] was going on

  • 37:58

that [ __ ] was going on crazy everything yeah all we had was kids and uh little

  • 38:04

rock in arkansas or whatever the name of that [ __ ] banging in little rock banging in little rock that's all we had

  • 38:09

and both of them shifts they tried to ban them suppress them get them out of here kids was a movie

  • 38:15

these are shows that come out every other month that star your favorite beautiful model

  • 38:23

and i love uh i love them i love that woman i do but i know who our audience is yeah so

  • 38:29

yeah the only dangerous part about it that i could agree with is that it's like really well shot it's like

  • 38:35

beautiful you know what i'm saying kids was not beautiful yeah they probably didn't have a fight that's the time

  • 38:40

it is no but that's the problem yeah that's what i keep saying now

  • 38:47

it's picture perfect it's beautiful it's glamorous it's the big budget everything is the framing is

  • 38:53

the optic of it all is marketed in such a genius fashion versus kids

  • 38:59

where it looked like a shot on the camcorder and if you found it you found it right today on the streaming services i've

  • 39:06

been looking i can't find kids i can't find out you're not gonna find kids

  • 39:12

not gonna find it but why though exactly why wouldn't you and outside outside of

  • 39:18

ownership outside of ownership and who owns it and puts it wherever you're why i wouldn't be out there but

  • 39:24

i don't know no i just think that a lot of times somebody would have to purchase it or purchase the rights or license it

  • 39:30

right and why would you do that when i could mimic it i could make that beautiful in today i could make it

  • 39:35

today's version of it i can't make seasons out of it and drag it out and make more money and i and i could do that for the violence i could do that

  • 39:43

for uh the lgbtq plus community i could do that for i could just mimic it all

  • 39:48

around the board sure i think this stuff goes on way more than we know because we aren't

  • 39:56

engaged i agree true it's just the manner in which that it goes like they're having [ __ ] that looks

  • 40:01

like [ __ ] uh rap video house parties and [ __ ] yeah and so were these kids um

  • 40:09

i don't know yes you do i've seen so are these kids they having the same [ __ ] look i've dated women i got teenage

  • 40:15

daughters and dog the [ __ ] that they would come home and be talking openly about

  • 40:21

was [ __ ] blow your mind would blow your [ __ ] mind and you know i'm the cool dude so i try to be

  • 40:29

you know what i mean like to show that your mom yeah she old school talk because you got to get them to talk even

  • 40:35

i told you that with trey like you got to make them feel comfortable where they feel comfortable telling you [ __ ] because you're the cool quote-unquote

  • 40:40

one dog these kids be going through some [ __ ] oh yeah no doubt way more [ __ ] than we went through

  • 40:47

it wasn't no instagram with us true it was no instagram there's no social media with us dog these little

  • 40:53

kids got their eyes on everything look at their influences look at what

  • 40:58

and i'm not i'm not speaking to what the uh the the context of the drug usage and the societal pressures that happened

  • 41:07

you talking about rap videos they are trying to emulate what they see on tv and on instagram so if you 17 your idol

  • 41:16

do you watch the show no okay yeah then you don't understand what i'm talking about and that's fine i'm watching the clips

  • 41:22

okay and i don't see nothing as they be having some [ __ ] that is pretty

  • 41:28

especially for us i don't think we need to watch the show for the point to stand right and the point on at least on my

  • 41:35

side is on saved by the bell i got one episode when jesse was on pills

  • 41:42

that's it on uh i don't remember that i remember that that was the biggest

  • 41:50

but that was my [ __ ] but it was one episode and they moved on uh [ __ ] uh damn what's the other one fresh prince

  • 41:56

nothing that ain't true on fresh from fresh prince fresh prince had one episode where he was smoking weed and

  • 42:02

uncle phil found out it was one and then they moved on see but that's my

  • 42:08

point about how these things were treated and handled back then versus

  • 42:13

now i think on [ __ ] martin it was one episode where cole or tommy i don't remember was drinking uncontrollably one

  • 42:20

episode and then they moved on it's almost like you had to touch it but it was taboo who knew what the network was

  • 42:25

a little bit who knew what the network would show you but the networks back then wouldn't show you a gay person

  • 42:31

yeah so i mean for me it's no different than it's it's mind control it's conditioning

  • 42:38

it's today i speak to a lot of people that get their information from

  • 42:43

and don't know it true it's the same thing as getting all your information from

  • 42:50

what they will and won't allow on to be on the network but i think it's still the point is today you could get it all

  • 42:56

back in the day skinner max boy it was a treat or [ __ ] uh any one of them [ __ ] that

  • 43:02

was a treat today man pick a spot but joe it's not to guard against if i'm a parent i'm sure enough it's it's

  • 43:08

evolution in just broadcasting i'm not complaining about it because even what you said back in

  • 43:14

that era they wouldn't show a gay person you go back before that they wouldn't show a man and woman in bed together like it's just every step it's it's

  • 43:21

becoming more and more open which is more reason and that's why you would show this the way it is today no see i

  • 43:27

argue the other point not open more controlled see back then we didn't know how controlled it really was today

  • 43:35

if you are if you are not dear i say awaken up not only do you understand how controlled it is but you understand how

  • 43:42

much how exactly the whole ecosystem works between that between the internet

  • 43:48

between music between wall street between the government between church yeah between you see what that is and

  • 43:55

now you're just running around paranoid because oh [ __ ] it's all by design it's all the trap what do you do

  • 44:00

but that's cycle joe i'm done no not really but that that was just my point uh to get off of this

  • 44:06

um yeah we unpacked it thanks ice look what you did you [ __ ] unpack the unpackers man yeah like the people out

  • 44:13

there they might not be in touch with what's really going on yeah that's exactly what i think see what happens when we come early parks look what you

  • 44:18

did because you and ice did man they're not in tune they don't know what's going on so they're just trying to get a message

  • 44:25

out the best way they can it's a little different now because you can you see what's happening that's why we get the dope sick docs it

  • 44:31

ain't just the kids it's [ __ ] that's really going on they trying to show people the other side of it because a lot of people really don't know

  • 44:37

there's people that have no idea that kids are going through this [ __ ] right now so if they end up watching euphoria

  • 44:43

they'd be like yo and you might have a niece or nephew oh [ __ ] like y'all dealing with like

  • 44:49

it's an eye opener [ __ ] and i hope people don't think i'm [ __ ] on the show because the show i hear is a smash it is really good yeah i

  • 44:55

heard it's dope it was good yeah i still haven't watched season two it's a good show you told us i don't

  • 45:00

think it's targeted toward teenagers however teenagers are going to watch they're going to watch their heads they're going to watch it but their favorite it might that's about teenagers

  • 45:07

the real target should be the parents though true that's what i was trying to say the same same thing with that what

  • 45:12

we think the demo the ratings show that between 18 and 35 is like 80

  • 45:17

of their demo which means that i'm not the only 40 year old that is saying

  • 45:23

that's what i mean which is fine because and that's okay it's not for you yeah yeah yeah that's fine that's fine it's

  • 45:29

fine it's totally fine and that's the joe thing i just don't want to see about a bunch of kids me i don't care what

  • 45:34

they're doing but but people do need to see about kids that know what kids are doing because

  • 45:39

these kids are wilding out here and they might not well yeah because kids is not on streaming platforms

  • 45:45

so kids will let you know what's going on bro but i i remember

  • 45:51

i took my mother to see fruitvale station remember that why did you do that

  • 45:57

you so [ __ ] clear what you meant now look now his his dms and [ __ ] make sense to us would he

  • 46:02

send us the [ __ ] like this and he says i'm morbid nah let me tell you so me and my mom would go see fruitvale

  • 46:09

station i could see why you but yeah so my mother calls me like two three days after that and she was like hey what's

  • 46:14

going on what's up she's like yo what did you think of that movie and i was like i mean

  • 46:21

why would you think she don't call you know she was like it really bothered me like i've been thinking about it for days it really bothered me and i was

  • 46:28

like huh and she was like i said mom that's normal for us and she was like what like my mother

  • 46:34

lost it because you don't come home and tell your mother all the [ __ ] that you endure in your day-to-day life so she

  • 46:40

was like what that happened to you before and i'm like well of course it has like that's normal

  • 46:46

and i'm relating that to this yeah as a parent my mother didn't know that it's

  • 46:51

normal for us to be getting pulled over by the cops or for us to get trailed by the cops unjustly she don't know that

  • 46:56

because you're not coming home telling your mom that for a parent watching this they may not know what that's what i was going through the catholic school moms

  • 47:03

didn't know that girls was rolling they skirt up to their [ __ ] titties so there could be a mini skirt getting on

  • 47:08

the bus true the parents didn't know that yeah but then they uh

  • 47:13

made the skirt a little less long like officially to school did it

  • 47:19

and then they were still pulling that one up that's what i'm telling you they were still pulling that one up did she be

  • 47:24

[ __ ] the catholic school inside the school yeah no or outside of it man

  • 47:30

catholic school girls was the biggest whoopsies what movie was that

  • 47:36

what does that have to do with [ __ ] right outside the catholic school you know no i've never [ __ ] in

  • 47:41

is that where your little fist story comes from i've never [ __ ] [ __ ] outdoors you

  • 47:46

[ __ ] outdoors of course we say of course like it's legal i'm nature man i mean it's legal depending

  • 47:53

on where you're at i'm the king of the park what okay

  • 47:58

moving on what else you got

  • 48:04

donda 2 february 22nd executive produced by future

  • 48:10

okay i hadn't heard this but okay i mean the date i'll believe it

  • 48:15

when i see it donda 2 is not coming february 22nd at all but why not play march

  • 48:21

madness right now do you think the future it could do you think future will actually ep

  • 48:28

    no yes yes

  • 48:34

okay i don't well i don't know that kanye can have an ep in the real sense of the word right

  • 48:42

but as close as you get to you but you might listen to his his notes no future's gonna head not

  • 48:48

you know like put that one under the looks yeah future found out that he was ep when this post

  • 48:53

went up i'm excited yeah y'all weren't here i was wrong in my fourth quarter release

  • 48:59

    thingamajig i'm cutting this off

  • 49:04

uh saying that uh he'd be a fourth quarter release it might be a fourth quarter release i

  • 49:10

don't see it i don't think so if he's announcing february 22nd then it could be this is kanye it could be fall it

  • 49:17

could be whenever he decides to drop it take this [ __ ] with a grenade there's one reason

  • 49:23

that i'll counter that a little bit here me too okay what's up i think this is the

  • 49:28

most toxic [ __ ] in the universe yep i think and for it to be as impactful as

  • 49:34

the most toxic [ __ ] in the universe it has to be somewhat near real time

  • 49:41

i think this is a counter and a rebuttal i don't think his plan

  • 49:46

was to drop so early that's an assumption that's speculation from joe but

  • 49:51

he can't hold this too long i think he's been looking at what he deems to be a movie and a script

  • 49:58

and he's been trying to reply the best he could but he's a musician yeah so he's gonna

  • 50:03

reply in music he's a creator and he's gonna go get the toxicus of the toxic kings

  • 50:10

which was my point about why i didn't like see i'm consistent which was which is my point about why i didn't like him

  • 50:16

calling the locks to get on dondo one right after the verses

  • 50:22

see because this could have been announced the way we've been knew today was working

  • 50:27

but it's announced now after y'all hosted a few parties y'all running around future said y'all i'm the only [ __ ] get you to do whatever at any time

  • 50:35

awesome for that relationship equity but this is the most toxic [ __ ] in the universe i just think that potentially

  • 50:41

and the music well we knew that you could look at that and tell me i'm shutting up because he literally put she produced my future for a reason true

  • 50:48

i feel like even if he was just dropping that that part alone is to let you know [ __ ] you know what you get with him and

  • 50:54

then the house is on fire yeah why no the house is on fire but why

  • 51:01

because i'm setting this hole is there a gas leak no why is the house on fire i know what

  • 51:07

happens when the house is on fire there's gonna be some toxic bars on that

  • 51:12

[ __ ] yo i just think that do you think he's gonna continue to be uh no curses catholic man of god yes yeah

  • 51:18

to call it down there too yes i believe so i think he's gonna interweave it the time he's gonna blow up like he does curses on down to one he just

  • 51:26

it's true he can be sensor toxic yeah you don't have the courage to be toxic it's in the action i think he's going

  • 51:32

through it in his real life i think he's a creative person and i think that's how you release so for him i think getting in the studio

  • 51:38

and just doing what he does is is his refuge and that was charlemagne's point about

  • 51:44

saying he's a hypocrite because he's supposed to be a man of god i think this is what he means

  • 51:50

what you mean this is some toxic [ __ ] for gospel man of god church service guy right oh

  • 51:56

you're saying that's what charlotte meant yeah okay yeah that's what he meant i think and i won't even bother

  • 52:02

y'all with what academics is reporting no you don't brought it up he said

  • 52:08

academics reports that kanye allegedly is running around telling people that pete davidson has

  • 52:15

bleep that yeah please and let's get the camera and get the mouthpiece yeah yeah yeah get that mouthpiece off me pause

  • 52:22

that's nasty that's not helping real muffin i can see

  • 52:28

that's like some we just talked about that that's like some we just talked about we used to do it like a while ago

  • 52:33

talked about the dirty mag we just talked about that it's a nasty dirty mac we talked about the nasty dirty mac

  • 52:41

yes filthy but this just looked like kanye woke up today

  • 52:46

piece of [ __ ] together really quick in the photoshop which is how he moves at times very just let me come up with

  • 52:52

the idea that i figured it out then we figure it out yeah like i got an idea i go and then i just

  • 52:57

work my way to it dawg he could have nine 10 12 songs already in the talk yeah he has hun i'm pretty sure he has

  • 53:03

it i bet he let i bet he let somebody have it on push an album too yeah probably yeah

  • 53:09

any verse you get right now here's somebody yeah i think i got a lot of [ __ ] to get off my chest yeah indeed you

  • 53:14

ain't just you can't with anybody for nothing you can't first off you can't be that creative going through a lot and

  • 53:20

recording and think it's not going to come out you try to write about something else all you want and you're still going to

  • 53:25

you're going through it these [ __ ] these [ __ ] is finding love seats faster than restoration hardware boy they pulling them they pulling loveseats

  • 53:32

up the windows and they are spilling family business they are pulling up them little [ __ ]

  • 53:38

thingamajazzy seats to something with a nice city line in the back and they are spilling the

  • 53:44

[ __ ] t is what they're doing god damn it he's telling us that's like the [ __ ] version of talking to the black screen he's calling so high and pushing

  • 53:49

being like yo yo this right here say that like he'll say what needs to be said y'all just make it

  • 53:56

sound good in a verse for me you know why all this is funny to me something about pusha just tells me that

  • 54:02

he gives the greatest relationship advice in the world yo which that's just interesting to me

  • 54:08

okay for the rapper that he is like i bet you he could just coach kanye through some of this [ __ ]

  • 54:14

like we spoke to him well we spoke to him right here when he did he's just a very he's a thinker he's a cerebral he

  • 54:20

is uh he he gets to it i think y'all i don't think nobody could coach kanye through anything

  • 54:26

i mean you could attempt to oh okay you could attempt to your words may fall on deaf ears but listen i'm not reporting about kanye

  • 54:32

until it's music uh to talk about i'm out the game yeah i'm out again telling everybody that the game i'm finished

  • 54:38

i think this album will be out quicker than we think i could see it soon i don't know about february whatever that is february maybe

  • 54:44

not it's a tuesday maybe mayish a lot of music coming on february 4th

  • 54:50

i know i've been saying that uh nikki said that she's got something dropping with a little uh little baby

  • 54:55

february 4th yeah a little video screen cap to prove it do we have a problem i wonder if that's the name of this

  • 55:01

probably whatever it is i can't wait to hear it i already know a little baby did already know what nicki did i just need to hear the beat is hard

  • 55:07

and the pocket of flow that they decided to go in that's all i need to hear yeah yeah yeah

  • 55:12

but i'm happy nigga's coming back i am yeah i am hell yes she's missed

  • 55:18

very much so i think it's underrated how much missed by me for sure like if she come

  • 55:24

back being normal nicki top top of the game yeah like we're gonna see how much right she's

  • 55:30

doing what we've been well i can't say i can't speak for y'all but what i've been wanting her to do for a minute and that was just go away

  • 55:38

like you don't gotta address all you don't got to go on the internet doing all that no no no same yeah

  • 55:43

so i can't wait to hear what she calls that's true it has been a while this is inflammatory tweets yeah like

  • 55:49

you ain't don't worry about none of that put the blinders on lock in shape heroin now too yeah i want

  • 55:56

to hear that though you're a new parent you know the other [ __ ] that's that's true i want to hear that change of [ __ ] you're a new parent you've gone through

  • 56:03

some kids yeah you went through some [ __ ] you're newly married like yo i don't want to hear all of this and i

  • 56:08

don't little babies not on this if it's trash i ain't gonna hold you i don't see it you know sometimes the

  • 56:14

biggest two stars get together and it just ain't a yeah it ain't that like they just doing

  • 56:20

it for the the the hit but if you're just doing it because they're the two biggest stars

  • 56:25

yeah but if you i don't know if that's true

  • 56:36

level you play at that level i don't like that song i'm not doing the same thing she would do she'll make a change of verse

  • 56:43

but look at this this looks good that looks amazing we'll see yeah we'll see we'll see can't wait february 4th is

  • 56:48

right around the corner and more captions for the women on on instagram and i love reading them i love reading hey little baby give you

  • 56:55

some too you might have some captions both ways you don't know what's going on with this

  • 57:00

no i want to read them from the women

  • 57:06

because i like to read why do you love birds oh my god they had a good one and a good

  • 57:13

one the other day i like this one let's hear it kudos to this young lady whoever said it out there you know who you are

  • 57:20

he asked for change now he's short of a dime nah come on round of applause to that

  • 57:26

queen nah i like that one i do sorry

  • 57:32

why do you love the birds oh my [Applause]

  • 57:38

god when i watch murder murder kill kill dogs you call me morbid when i read i'm not even talking about you

  • 57:46

there's 90 other scent in my pocket you can stay over there sweetie pie i'm good

  • 57:51

that's all i'm saying wow but it's cool i don't want no sauce

  • 57:58

that's not a dollar i know if you appreciate the song you gotta appreciate the remix

  • 58:03

i'm cool you got it sweetie yeah but nobody ever wanted preferred 90

  • 58:08

cent over a dollar that's my only issue with that thing like you won a dollar no i'm just trying to listen i'm surviving with my 90 cent

  • 58:15

oh you'll be fine that might have been that if that 110 cent was stressing me the [ __ ] out or i'm cool with this 90 cent over here bro

  • 58:22

yeah rusty dime sure you can't tell if it's a dime or a

  • 58:27

penny no you know she's getting mad old be having all that dirt and oxidation i'm good one of the dimes you just dump

  • 58:33

    in the change saver yeah

  • 58:46

any way you want want to stay on music [ __ ] still music there's a couple other things happening in music

  • 58:51

what's happening since we're recording early and i don't know anything well um post below his album right yeah the 10

  • 58:58

the 10 cap excuse me the 12 carat toothache is the name of the album and he says

  • 59:04

it's ready for an imminent release imminent imminent release

  • 59:10

y'all know how i feel about postie yeah i have nothing to say what do you guys have to say he also said it's going to

  • 59:15

be uh says the alleged 45-minute project will be the shortest lp he's ever

  • 59:20

released if it remains as is love yeah how about i say you love that [ __ ] i'm not mad at that yeah it's going to

  • 59:26

be a quality 45 minutes no questions that was his three years

  • 59:32

since the last one rationale somewhat justification said like uh i can't tell time you don't really want to compromise

  • 59:38

your art because the label we want you to do 20 and 25 songs saying you're not gonna get as much um streams

  • 59:43

but you're like yo you gotta go with your gut and not compromise yourself and paraphrasing i like it

  • 59:50

i can't wait i'm a poster we posted fans over here so we we're looking forward to it i'm worried that it's gonna get

  • 59:56

pushed back because of the politics that seemed to be happening but i see some politics happening there yeah

  • 1:00:03

i don't know it's not anyone wants to talk about it but i see there's some politics at play with him this is even worded

  • 1:00:09

    like that yeah eminem

  • 1:00:15

up in the area bam him in a weekend drop the single and no one knows about it

  • 1:00:21

just just say that out loud and it's a dope single i love it but i'm just just say that all out post malone and the

  • 1:00:27

weeknd dropped a single crazy that's insane yeah and i'd have

  • 1:00:34

gotten away with it to it for those kids meddling kids

  • 1:00:42

well yeah so good luck man i'm i'm a copy regardless you know you know how i get down i don't care if one

  • 1:00:48

i'm getting it i don't care if everybody else go get it all right what else we got in music yeah you're talking about the disc oh yeah yeah yeah yeah i got a

  • 1:00:53

shout out um jeff and eric it's the real man love those guys yeah they are great yeah um these

  • 1:00:59

so i forget which one of them it was but i forget we always

  • 1:01:04

start out with i don't know who's jeff no no i forget who tweeted it that's what i'm saying well they just tweet

  • 1:01:10

from the same account so that would have been like sorry jeff and eric i don't follow individuals joking but yeah so

  • 1:01:15

they came out and said um you know i want to start a discord which is kind of like a book club but for the mixtape era

  • 1:01:23

i love it and they started a discord called um canal street sweepers dope dope title love the title that's

  • 1:01:29

the i love the title so he said you know sent a bunch of invites to everybody and next thing you know

  • 1:01:35

all your djs are in there artists from that era are in there people are in there showing off like old memorabilia

  • 1:01:42

trading old hard to find songs and stuff like it grew in a matter of a couple days that's dope like i go

  • 1:01:49

in there and i'm like i'm seeing [ __ ] like there was a discussion in there about the uh entire g-unit radio you

  • 1:01:54

know of course i have it but right there's a lot of people who are not familiar with this stuff and they say oh yo yo here's this here's that like it's

  • 1:02:01

a lot of trading going on people are showing oh i still got the original from this tape here oh i was

  • 1:02:06

here is there's people in there just blazed giving stories like oh and this was created like it's

  • 1:02:12

growing into something that's so that's real dope so just and this is done we're on the twitter fleet [ __ ] no no no

  • 1:02:19

discord oh really it's a discord yeah it's a discord so it's a chat room i see the link all right mm-hmm

  • 1:02:24

dj drama just plays green lantern sycamore lineas hip-hop and a bunch of others have already joined and this is

  • 1:02:30

open to the public yeah they put the link right out join nice so i need to hop in there and start trouble with

  • 1:02:36

somebody you should you're a staple in the mixtape game you really should hop in there on some [ __ ] the trouble just i'm

  • 1:02:42

doing good [ __ ] you got a lot to add to that though well thank you i i know i'm not allowed to give joe

  • 1:02:47

props or anything i i know my bad if we can't give joe props to the mixtape bearer then i can't give joe props but nothing yeah

  • 1:02:54

it's tough i'm sorry it's fine i know how you guys feel internally

  • 1:03:00

all right so that's dope uh do we want to touch this uh neil young joe rogan spotify i think it's interesting even if

  • 1:03:06

you're a fan of neither or both well tell tell people what's going on so

  • 1:03:12

neil young is upset with some of the uh you know quote unquote misinformation or

  • 1:03:17

not quote-unquote misinformation depending on which algorithm you live in uh copyright as he said sorry um

  • 1:03:24

so he told them you gotta take all my [ __ ] down if you're gonna keep joe rogan over there basically saying either me he

  • 1:03:31

goes or i go correct me or the biggest podcaster okay sorry now and they took a

  • 1:03:36

[ __ ] down they did it they did it they agree i know like who i mean really do i know any of his you probably don't he

  • 1:03:42

does like more folky folk rock stuff from the 60s 70s but he's got a lot of hit rockers my dad says he's bigger

  • 1:03:50

probably bigger for the songs he's written that too than he is for his own music okay

  • 1:03:55

but a giant who apparently sold half of his uh publishing catalog 450 million

  • 1:04:01

dollars this year round of applause yeah to the uh so if you don't know how busy he is yeah just some guy yeah i'm saying

  • 1:04:07

like he's a monster and you knew this just wasn't some guy if you aren't familiar just with the stance he took

  • 1:04:13

like you can't just be some guy and it got and it got traction yeah yeah that part and it got traction because

  • 1:04:18

normally it's like all right you take your [ __ ] down take your three mixtapes yeah right joe blow wanted it it wasn't even kind of headline okay so this is a

  • 1:04:25

big deal then yes yeah it's a big deal but i mean spotify is not going to choose you neil

  • 1:04:30

young they're not choosing anybody over there 100 sorry man we were already paid the contract is

  • 1:04:37

there his lawyers were great there's no way out of this he's protected we're protected everybody's protected here and is

  • 1:04:44

profiting and i mean for neil young he probably don't really care because spotify pays out the lease so go to apple title or

  • 1:04:50

wherever else to get you so yes you said he sold it he sold his whole [ __ ] i don't give a [ __ ] just take my music there yeah now my question to that

  • 1:04:57

though being that he you said he sold half right right can he can he demand it like yo you say

  • 1:05:03

can he still do that well i mean he sold half for 150. i don't know who bought his his catalog but these companies

  • 1:05:09

have no hip pic hypnosis however you say that [ __ ] and uh primary wave i know the the spiel at least they've been saying

  • 1:05:16

publicly is that they really want to work with the artists and work you know help them get their [ __ ]

  • 1:05:21

where they want it oh so if that's their stance and the artist is saying i don't want it here correct then they'll say

  • 1:05:27

all right hey look we riding with him yeah at least theoretically and for now you know who knows how there's this much

  • 1:05:32

money involved whether that remains the the talk long term we'll see but

  • 1:05:38

yeah i mean it's just to me it's a it's more of a uh uh indicator of where spotify is going

  • 1:05:45

and where music is going you know what i'm saying like clearly they're more invested in in podcasts

  • 1:05:51

i'm not sure if there's any artists that they would pick above joe rogan

  • 1:05:58

you contractually own 300 million dollars it got to be a group of artists

  • 1:06:06

it would have to be like universal taking their [ __ ] off for you know what i mean like a whole and it's just a little group i mean taylor swift adele

  • 1:06:13

i'm just freestyling i haven't checked any numbers but i know when they say something spotify tries to acquiesce

  • 1:06:20

yeah but that's where they're saying something i'm sure drake same thing applies for look joe i'm saying

  • 1:06:25

something and them saying yo either me or joe rogan it's two different saying songs

  • 1:06:31

because i'm pretty if adele says yo me or joe rogan they might i understand that i just think there

  • 1:06:36

would be a longer meeting that's a different yeah i'm not saying the decision would change but okay there would be a longer meeting they'll take a

  • 1:06:42

longer look at it yet maybe maybe yes maybe don't i mean there's been an article that everybody's been posting about how old music is

  • 1:06:48

more valuable than new music makes up seventy percent of sales so i don't know if that's entirely somebody break it down the catalog [ __ ]

  • 1:06:55

might be more important than whoever the new hot person is specific blind person

  • 1:07:00

i'm just talking about how long a podcast is and how frequent it drops oh no doubt i thought you were implying that if

  • 1:07:06

adele made the same statement as her stances as neil young they would maybe be a longer meeting i don't know maybe

  • 1:07:12

maybe not i don't know well they would run it through their secret calculator facts hidden lock closet machine

  • 1:07:18

they didn't see what is worth more to that they were way positive they did that with neil yeah sure i saw it they

  • 1:07:24

would do it with adele they said i think i think it's a memory serves he was generating like six million

  • 1:07:30

dollars or something mm-hmm you gotta go a year gotta go oh yeah it's not now the conversation quick quick meeting no that

  • 1:07:37

was uh that was the email right somebody did that on the phone

  • 1:07:53

my dad called me this morning about this oh this is this was big news my dad's

  • 1:07:58

never spoken to me about joe rogan and yeah my dad came in hot [ __ ] he's

  • 1:08:04

    a piece of [ __ ] oh man

  • 1:08:12

just you saying that i could imagine i could only imagine which is part of why uh and this is the grandest

  • 1:08:19

example of isis uh what i said about them two doofus dudes that we won't talk about and how they

  • 1:08:25

wanted that joe rogan is the king of this [ __ ] yo of course like joe rogan throws some [ __ ]

  • 1:08:31

out there that your grandmother is gonna be aware of like your family that you just don't

  • 1:08:38

think he's is gonna hit everywhere he's viral damn near every day he's on one he's viral for something today i can't

  • 1:08:43

remember what it was about but oh i said every six months oh no he's damn near like playing him out yeah yeah

  • 1:08:50

but whatever the topic is it's not something for one community it's vaccines right it's presidents yeah

  • 1:08:59

it's neil young versus him like it's something that is universal yeah universal yeah

  • 1:09:06

uh i have nothing to say about this spotify is gonna back them in the end yeah yeah it's just telling that's all that's all

  • 1:09:13

for me last podcast i did want to discuss that old barry bonds thing we'll get to it at some point let's let's just

  • 1:09:18

make sure there's no more music to discuss i don't think there was anything else we

  • 1:09:23

had on youtube ross is dropping oh yeah a deluxe roster's drop it's a deluxe oh i mean not to shouldn't that's not

  • 1:09:31

i know parks you hate the delight i hate the deluxe but i'll probably

  • 1:09:36

still listen to this rick ross yeah i'll take a good deluxe if it's done right yeah but what these artists do with the

  • 1:09:43

deluxe for the most part i'm with you yeah i kind of think ross is going to do this deluxe right because the album

  • 1:09:49

wasn't necessarily received so well yeah true might be true sometimes that's the boost you need all right well i'm going

  • 1:09:54

to go in and get these or i had this one yeah i had this and maybe i should have put it there that's when a good deluxe

  • 1:10:00

can come out i was just telling you the other day a lot of albums came and went it did and when they go we don't really

  • 1:10:07

discuss how they came and went but a lot of them just lacked staying power yeah

  • 1:10:13

that goes back to the article i was talking about with older music being more valuable to these streaming companies and in general

  • 1:10:19

that's i think that's published that article uh i'll find out for you guys talking it's

  • 1:10:24

not the most important but i'm just just my own curiosity i think that's because today a lot of artists are kind of

  • 1:10:30

chasing the stream the first week stream or the tick tock bank yeah yeah i'm i'm chasing something

  • 1:10:37

else it's not really i'm not chasing putting out quality products

  • 1:10:42

the atlanta got it i'm not really it's not about the product no more it's just about how many numbers i can hit and

  • 1:10:48

what i can tap into to make this go further rather than just be good music good music ain't

  • 1:10:54

just ain't enough no more not at all i saw a real creative campaign from yogaty who was in his

  • 1:11:00

studio with money all over the board saying yo

  • 1:11:06

this is the song i did it's on my new album i'm starting this challenge to where if you rap

  • 1:11:13

do it with me and whoever's the best one it'll be on my album and then he went through the song he played the beat

  • 1:11:19

super hard beat of course he went through four bars of him as soon as he finished he talked to the camera he said yo

  • 1:11:24

this empty four bars right here it's you then it was him again then he said this next four bar is empty right here it's

  • 1:11:31

you and his verse is there already and then it said now i'm gonna do a 16. and then you do a 16. and i'm watching

  • 1:11:38

i'm saying it's kind of hard i like the way that he did that i like the the video i like the idea i like the concept for engagement i like the song

  • 1:11:45

and what an incentive like if you're a fan listening yeah like people are trying to get as interactive as possible

  • 1:11:51

even if not uh metaburst and universe-esque type [ __ ] just trying to get a little i

  • 1:11:58

like it i do creative yeah i didn't see that i love that super creative and you can find

  • 1:12:03

that and as an exec that yo gotti is fine i could find my next artist that way yeah i think he don't know that

  • 1:12:10

i'ma find some [ __ ] in here because they out there now salute to that i like you gonna find the next money bag yo [ __ ] around

  • 1:12:16

like this yeah or estg yep you keep hitting them [ __ ] out of the box

  • 1:12:22

two good ones to have i'd be retiring too [Laughter]

  • 1:12:28

why am i rapping still oh someone i got some young boys that's on album one and two

  • 1:12:34

    oh

  • 1:12:39

well i know that you know i know i think the rest of the music business knows that too oh no you have to deal with it

  • 1:12:44

looks like it yes you have to deal with him and someone did correct me and say that this this upcoming album is not his

  • 1:12:51

last album it's his last of the cm series that he's been putting out which started his mixtapes

  • 1:12:57

years ago and this is cm10 so if it's not his last album i stand corrected

  • 1:13:02

end of a series end of a series okay he one of the only ones i'm never mad

  • 1:13:08

when he's just spreading money over everything because he's paying his taxes he got it out the wazoo

  • 1:13:14

and he do it right he another one gifting it away here's a million dollars

  • 1:13:19

yeah yeah listen i can understand no they can't trick me you start to see what's going on i know what time it is

  • 1:13:24

about what these [ __ ] do all happy birthday money back yeah uh-huh word

  • 1:13:30

happy birthday to both of y'all shout out to yo gotti man congratulations much success can't wait

  • 1:13:35

to get a project i can't yeah i can't wait it's gonna be hard it's gonna be hard bruh we know this

  • 1:13:42

some people you don't have the question got it gonna give it to you true all right

  • 1:13:47

all right what else we got in music i think that's it for music joe all right awesome well parks hit the group chat ecstatic

  • 1:13:56

mad exclamation point fire emojis he fired him right up use the little effects and everything

  • 1:14:02

    [Music] fireworks confetti my phone

  • 1:14:08

well you have an android it's a refrigerator phone so you just got a green text [Music]

  • 1:14:16

and he said yo whatever you guys do make sure you watch the aziz special on netflix

  • 1:14:22

um what is it titled nightclub comedian uh aziz and sorry nightclub comedian it's

  • 1:14:28

only a 28-minute watch easy watch shouldn't take too much of your time shot at my old stomping grounds comedy

  • 1:14:34

celery we had we had a good night there one time i think we took the whole slaughterhouse there a lot of friends that worked there for a long time i like comedy style another

  • 1:14:40

really good date absolutely oh yeah i mean it's a comedy club actually actually larry's at

  • 1:14:46

caroline's this weekend i might run over there carol it's dope too might run over amazing um but i saw this

  • 1:14:52

i think we all watched it right

  • 1:15:06

uh political thoughts and i loved it rationality rationale yeah he

  • 1:15:12

made a lot of [ __ ] make sense yo he definitely made i love i don't know if this is a spoiler but i love the part

  • 1:15:17

about people just being trapped in their own algorithms which is very [ __ ] true

  • 1:15:23

running away from from instagram and [ __ ] like that say he's on a flip phone like i love that [ __ ]

  • 1:15:29

i love that [ __ ] cuz we get caught up so much in reading articles that are tailored to us because

  • 1:15:34

that's what these apps and companies do that we get stuck in a singular mindset and

  • 1:15:40

argumentative to anybody against it like these apps are essentially putting us against each other for lack of a better

  • 1:15:46

term and that's the goal yeah that's that that's the end game right there yeah it yeah engagement i saw um

  • 1:15:54

people take that [ __ ] to heart though i saw something the other day

  • 1:16:00

hey yo when you get super deep right quick yo uh this hot these doctors wouldn't

  • 1:16:07

operate on this dude because he wasn't vexed and they just left him on the [ __ ] operating table and like refused

  • 1:16:13

to operate on him that was crazy to me you're deep in morbid

  • 1:16:20

i don't think he died it was just you know what i'm saying just that's how divisive this [ __ ] can be to add to park

  • 1:16:26

systems he definitely hit it out the park with that algorithm [ __ ] because i didn't even i didn't think about that right you

  • 1:16:31

don't realize that what you're seeing in the articles that's popping up etc are literally tailored for you to see it and

  • 1:16:39

it's someone who has the opposite stance of you and while you're arguing they have an

  • 1:16:44

entire list of articles that's tailored for them to see to back them up but everybody thinks they're right yeah

  • 1:16:50

so he he smoked this he spoke and he did it in such a short amount of time like

  • 1:16:55

he didn't drag anything out he got right to each point that he wanted to make i loved his take on the content especially

  • 1:17:01

in the political political realm talking about how trump was the content king i kept telling that people got so mad at

  • 1:17:07

me because i'm like yo not for nothing we just wanted we just enjoyed having big t here for the con for the content

  • 1:17:12

right like not necessarily saying i agree with nothing he said that's his name now that's yeah that's

  • 1:17:18

official that's stamped he's big t just seen beat uh big t flick it up with ray j

  • 1:17:24

ray j it was ray j and uh somebody else thanks for that captivating news for our audience it was

  • 1:17:31

ray j and someone else he's launched his own social media site or some [ __ ] apparently right

  • 1:17:38

yeah you're ignorant groundbreaking put the flicker across the bottom of the screen it was someone

  • 1:17:44

    else [Music] hey man like

  • 1:17:49

everybody everybody that looks wild hold up wait i can't get this ah

  • 1:17:56

don't do that to big r r and big t but no everybody's been saying it like

  • 1:18:04

at least you got something every day with big t i'm not defending him don't kill me

  • 1:18:10

but he gave you something to talk about is that a good thing i don't you know it's a horrible thing

  • 1:18:17

i didn't love this the way that you all loved it really he did it was a sabbath i thought it was cool hey it was cool i

  • 1:18:23

thought that [ __ ] i thought he had some really good takes

  • 1:18:29

on a lot of the topics and the concepts so it was quick i didn't laugh that much but i laughed a

  • 1:18:35

couple times i didn't think it was the funniest and he leaned a lot there's a lot of hip-hop names that just turns me

  • 1:18:40

off i don't want to hear that all that joe i was like khalid i got all that [ __ ] in me another one like i don't like the hip-hop [ __ ] but toward the end when

  • 1:18:47

he started getting that [ __ ] you was talking about it was cool why don't like like these [ __ ] like hip-hop and he's been on that for

  • 1:18:53

yeah for his entire career everybody in our age group is gonna use those references but he he's been

  • 1:18:59

like he leant on it i got about i got about eight names in the first eight minutes he did the same thing on parks and

  • 1:19:05

recreation and 10 years ago you've been on that yeah some people was

  • 1:19:10

really well all right never mind y'all do this never mind i'm not arguing with you all about what y'all saying you just

  • 1:19:16

don't know he's been doing it i don't love it why because i know

  • 1:19:22

there's a bit what turns you off about that because of him it's surface level comedy when that

  • 1:19:27

happens for me like it's cheap it's low it's low-hanging fruit it's okay i live in

  • 1:19:33

london but i'm going to this place and these people are big in this place so i'm going to name these people like even

  • 1:19:39

when he name dropped nicki minaj and whoever that kyrie kyrie kyrie was funny [ __ ] and i was like we understand but

  • 1:19:46

like that story wasn't even big enough to wear it's just that was a big story that was a huge film i got it all right

  • 1:19:51

now i got it yo yo you gotta all have fun i nitpick things that's what i do i got it that's what

  • 1:19:57

you need to pick that one i hate when y'all do that [ __ ] fam that's the truth you just said that nicki minaj story was

  • 1:20:02

not a big story that [ __ ] was everywhere awesome that was a cheap joke and her name didn't alter anything in the joke

  • 1:20:08

her name didn't add anything or take anything away aaron rodgers you just took the big

  • 1:20:14

stories and said some [ __ ] for the first 15 minutes i don't love that and dave chappelle would never i don't think his

  • 1:20:19

name should be mentioned in the same breath as david chappelle you're the only who else did that well park started

  • 1:20:24

with he was he said he liked houses yeah it was yeah but he's not trying to compare them

  • 1:20:29

all right y'all have a blast joe i'm in z tough critics i don't care you know

  • 1:20:35

aziz hit one of your joints i mean how would i know she usually want to hate call the little

  • 1:20:41

london accent but i don't hate them but i just have people in their correct tears he gave me what he should have

  • 1:20:47

gave me i love that it was directed by him written and performed by him i loved it it was in the same spot that he

  • 1:20:53

started and like he gave me what are you supposed to give me 28 minutes of how i'm supposed to laugh from him if dave

  • 1:21:00

just pop up on instagram for three minutes i i me it's like a little more for me but that's me that's not saying

  • 1:21:07

he's bad right it's just i enjoy people differently and you all attack me every time i say it i'm not attacking you i

  • 1:21:14

just said all right the things you nitpicked didn't seem well don't worry about we

  • 1:21:19

ain't got to dwell on it what else we got

  • 1:21:24

i started ozark okay how far are you not not too far i've watched the first

  • 1:21:30

two episodes but i just shot that kid in the head

  • 1:21:35

    yeah episode one episode one

  • 1:21:40

    he owned his [ __ ] [ __ ] him episode one yeah like i don't i don't understand

  • 1:21:47

spoiler alert yeah i haven't seen too too far of it

  • 1:21:52

but soon as a little private eye [ __ ] left and he did that [ __ ] oh bomb

  • 1:21:58

you all think they're looking for helen they will be looking for both of these things oh i don't know my son just went camping

  • 1:22:03

not too long ago haven't seen them yeah they definitely would have got some

  • 1:22:09

of that now he on the list the worst kids him like i said walter white junior he same person to me three

  • 1:22:16

    no right aj soprano he's worse than rick [ __ ] i don't know this [ __ ] i got aj on there too

  • 1:22:24

huh no aj not on there aj wasn't doing dumb [ __ ] these [ __ ] could cost you your

  • 1:22:29

life he's doing [ __ ] that could cost his whole life to get parents sister

  • 1:22:34

    everybody to get wiped out

  • 1:22:39

yeah stupid [ __ ] we ain't spoiling it for y'all we just

  • 1:22:45

saying we hate jonah that's all i can't wait for the second half i'm already excited they said may right i i didn't i

  • 1:22:50

didn't know what they said but all right that's what i'll tell you guys it's rumored at least i guess i'm just waiting for franklin man franklin did

  • 1:22:56

some push-ups a [ __ ] hit in the back you ain't seen the trailer yeah the trailer's dope trello really good

  • 1:23:01

trailer i didn't need to do this the idea just the idea of it like oh

  • 1:23:08

you wasn't handicapped and you just wanted to see how [ __ ] would treat you all right i know what you say less

  • 1:23:15

say less you found out now let's go i love that but we getting tommy before franklin oh yeah mm-hmm

  • 1:23:22

and i'm watching it oh my gosh yeah don't say check this out you'll be trying to beat me down with this tariq stuff

  • 1:23:28

you might like tariq is good i hear it i hear it's good but listen

  • 1:23:46

yeah i'm just telling you joe we watching tommy episode one like

  • 1:23:52

i'm not okay it's february fourth it's before everything i'm just letting everything drop in february yeah

  • 1:23:58

you know how you do i'ma let a couple episodes go out soccer why enough shows that i gotta watch and

  • 1:24:04

catch up on i'm not gonna let tommy out i'll get tommy out the way all right cool like i'm gonna get ozark out the way snowfall i might

  • 1:24:10

50's gonna really impress me if he spins this tommy [ __ ] dope it's a whole new

  • 1:24:15

town whole new cast new crew and how he's gonna uh this is supposed to be tommy after right or yeah no this is

  • 1:24:22

after okay after cool he took off and went to l.a he moved you know he ended up running i just wasn't sure if they're doing a

  • 1:24:28

prequel or uh this is all possible it's chicago i thought that's chicago oh originally

  • 1:24:35

yeah so i want to see how 50 spends that um

  • 1:24:40

even better no with the character development and all that if he can bring this to life that's going to be real real flaw

  • 1:24:46

i'm almost i don't doubt i have zero doubt indeed oh i'll be watching same we'll know same

  • 1:24:53

seas uh that's all i got in tv i don't want to beat y'all down with 20

  • 1:24:58

    20 [ __ ] 20 20 the show uh the show 2020 not the

  • 1:25:04

year you seen a good one just you know there's let me know 20 20 and chill is the one yo like until

  • 1:25:18

really focused on investigative journalism and true crime and that's what 2020 is no longer is it i say it

  • 1:25:25

all the time back in the day yeah it came back out yeah it's a review it's never left i don't think it ever looks like it came back out it's never

  • 1:25:32

left but they retooled in that thing yes really yeah so like last week it was uh

  • 1:25:39

the lorry valo lori vallo story i think i said this sorry i told you all this yeah i told you this already uh the

  • 1:25:46

other night they had uh sammy the bull talking to his grandkids about and his daughters about the impact his mob life

  • 1:25:52

had on them like they do [ __ ] like that oh and this is gonna be crazy this one oh no that's

  • 1:25:59

the uh laurie bellow one but anyway it's 20 20 is real good anyway uh what else we got what else we got um you guys want

  • 1:26:05

to see you know what i thought real quick on tv i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry real quick real quick because i go i go to bed and i hear my mom playing

  • 1:26:10

that [ __ ] steve harvey court show every night every single night she got that [ __ ] on blast he got my mom on lock

  • 1:26:18

and then last night i'm listening [ __ ] i'm going to bed and then it's like hit me like a ton of bricks i'm like oh [ __ ]

  • 1:26:24

same way we talk about the teenager the young adult teenage demo

  • 1:26:30

and how people target that audience the shows that target the elder

  • 1:26:35

the elderly yeah and i'm not calling my mom elderly [ __ ] out oh no she'll [ __ ] you older but

  • 1:26:40

i'm talking about 55 and up yeah like 60 and up

  • 1:26:46

the people that are home retired with the tv on yeah all day long from morning

  • 1:26:53

to night and will dvr their [ __ ] favorite show they got a lock it's a market they have

  • 1:26:59

[ __ ] it's a big burger i think this is what it might be the market it's the market the one kept all my children on for so many [ __ ] years and uh you

  • 1:27:05

know y'all know it just came from general hospital and mash between that and know it's a monster

  • 1:27:11

the [ __ ] home shopping network for the old people fam

  • 1:27:17

that [ __ ] is crazy bro my neighbor my neighbor my mother you know

  • 1:27:22

that [ __ ] crazy it needs to be like some type of intervention yeah yeah because i bring her i bring her uh her

  • 1:27:29

packages in for her she's older right it's every day they pray two to three people praying on the offer they are

  • 1:27:35

praying on them there was a south park episode about that couple years back where uh stan's

  • 1:27:40

grandfather got hooked on qvc and they was pope like yeah it sounds crazy but that's exactly what happens

  • 1:27:47

you start buying all this [ __ ] and they look you know oh it's this amount a month they over charge you [ __ ] woman

  • 1:27:54

[ __ ] and you don't need it no it'd be [ __ ] my mother got some [ __ ] weird you don't got to get up you could just

  • 1:28:00

put your sock on the thing i'm sliding i'm like what what take some sock off for you that actually helps your foot on

  • 1:28:06

in the side it takes yourself it helps it puts the sock on for you oh all for you that helps you got to think a lot of the older between the court shows down

  • 1:28:14

doing that between the court shows the stories and this [ __ ] home shopping network qvc they got it

  • 1:28:21

day day slots is just in the uh and steve harvey the picks up the whole court shows all of them home and garden [ __ ]

  • 1:28:27

fixing up homes and all that [ __ ] nah that's a market but young people would be [ __ ] with that too that's true nah but double wish cause that that that qvc

  • 1:28:34

got damned choke hold it's like hit like crack in the 80s yeah

  • 1:28:40

[ __ ] them up these people be on ssi buying [ __ ] your whole check yeah

  • 1:28:46

buying [ __ ] over there yeah my gran my grandmother uses my email address for everything that she orders

  • 1:28:52

imagine that and i ain't going from my mom got a lot of [ __ ] packages coming to my house too every day i think

  • 1:28:57

somebody's sending me something yeah like it's her yeah they shop you know they do dog they

  • 1:29:02

bored my mother [ __ ] you up again your mother's not the normal

  • 1:29:09

me maybe covet i ain't seen that little truck move in a couple days no she's moving around

  • 1:29:14

    covey saying your mom's outside

  • 1:29:21

uh barry bonds roger clemens did not make the baseball hall of fame ballot in

  • 1:29:26

their final year i don't i guess i never knew that they had a like a limit like you can't make

  • 1:29:32

it after a certain point like yes like nfl and nba i believe still retroactively get whoever in there

  • 1:29:39

that's pretty interesting not baseball and you need a certain percentage of votes oh one of the years

  • 1:29:45

there's no cursed shelling either to go in this was his year too i didn't know that barry bunn should be in the hall of fame

  • 1:29:51

that's insane that he's not norfolk all three of them should think about roger clements roger didn't get anything no

  • 1:29:57

what the [ __ ] you need 75 to get inducted in your final year of eligibility barry bonds got 66

  • 1:30:05

roger clemens got 65.2 percent and kurt schilling got 58 points on this [ __ ]

  • 1:30:12

man a bunch of people but they're not [ __ ] with them because they're cheating

  • 1:30:17

it's only the cheating yo first of all baseball was doping

  • 1:30:22

everyone's cheating man let's keep them nah second of all they still cheating even before they were cheating roger

  • 1:30:27

clemens was good before they was cheating barry bonds that's true you know i'm saying like that's the thing like the mere fact that they have barry

  • 1:30:33

bonds one of the best hitters to ever live if not the best hitter that ever lived and roger clemens one of the greatest pitchers up there if not both

  • 1:30:40

for cheating it nullifies whatever they're trying to say because whoever was cheating was going against somebody

  • 1:30:46

cheating and they in their defense it was just cheating allegations none of

  • 1:30:52

them tested positive like you can't even prove that i cheated i wouldn't cheat barry bonds with your eyes is one

  • 1:30:59

of the greatest baseballs ever and before we even got to that don't say this is a race thing because i think

  • 1:31:04

pete rose should be in as well i agree and a thousand percent yeah if you look at pete rose's resume it's the same as

  • 1:31:10

barry bond just like dog what are we doing here but to my surprise

  • 1:31:15

all of the analysts seem to vehemently agree with you with us yeah

  • 1:31:21

[Music] all of them unfortunate because i feel like if they would have

  • 1:31:27

had that stance a few a few years earlier maybe the outcome is a little different

  • 1:31:32

so already they're talking about a-rod and what's going to happen with him because now in year one he's received

  • 1:31:38

what was it something to the tuna 33 votes or 33 of the votes they said

  • 1:31:44

the same same amount of votes that barry bonds received his first year eligibility they don't think a rod is going to make it but a-rod

  • 1:31:50

he's done a lot of a lot of image image uh cleanup yes like people [ __ ] with him

  • 1:31:55

a little bit yeah and he's starting fresh this is his first year of eligibility we'll see where it lands

  • 1:32:02

do you know how many years you have of eligibility you can look it up i want to say 10.

  • 1:32:07

that's why i want to say that you got a 10-year window and if you don't hit there it's over yeah that's crazy that's just off my head we'll look whatever it

  • 1:32:14

is that's just wild to have a window like that's nuts boys sports

  • 1:32:20

are boys clubs yeah and some of the boys clubs will be more protected than some

  • 1:32:25

of the others this is just baseball yeah upwards of 10 years players uh 10 years

  • 1:32:31

okay players didn't have to earn 75 of the vote in order to be enshrined those who fall short of that mark can remain

  • 1:32:36

on the ballot for upwards of 10 years provided they receive at least five percent of the votes uh share each

  • 1:32:41

winter voters are allowed to cast their votes for and uh for anywhere from zero to ten

  • 1:32:47

players each ballot so you got ten to get it done that's crazy congratulations to those

  • 1:32:53

that did make it david ortiz made it yeah

  • 1:32:58

barry barnes didn't said he got some muscles out of nowhere david ortiz name was on that andy pettit

  • 1:33:05

little foul list that went around but because he was beloved in boston and the focus might have been on manny ramirez

  • 1:33:11

or whoever else in boston uh kurt schilling they've had so many uh figures personalities

  • 1:33:17

but david ortiz went from whatever he was averaging at

  • 1:33:22

the plate to being a slugger and one of the best hitters forever for forever he went from skinny skinny

  • 1:33:29

little scrawny guy to big big big big big guy so powerful so by this david ortiz the only person

  • 1:33:36

to make it no on that list they show that's the whole that says the 2022 hall of fame

  • 1:33:41

results and you need 75 percent and david

  • 1:33:46

and i want to say this is the first first year of eligibility damn

  • 1:33:54

see what your eligibility this is for david ortiz like sammy sosa not gonna make it no he's not gonna make it fam let's just

  • 1:34:01

start a new hall of fame for the real hall of famers cause get that out of here man y'all can have it y'all got it cool that's y'all club that's how you

  • 1:34:07

got to treat this [ __ ] when you see they start playing games we're gonna honor ours a rock gonna make

  • 1:34:14

it though no yeah he gonna make it in 10 years a ron will make it

  • 1:34:19

because like joker's like barry bonds first ballot for david ortiz first year

  • 1:34:25

barry bonds roger clemens bam they condo was [ __ ] too yeah their personalities were [ __ ]

  • 1:34:32

a-rod has never really been an [ __ ] yes he was to teammates but he wasn't talking about the media in public they

  • 1:34:38

weren't a-rod's never been an [ __ ] yes he was i don't remember when not in new york

  • 1:34:43

not texas when they found this yeah they found his trainer when they when they found his trainer

  • 1:34:48

his trainer was spilling the beans it was up for everybody it was up for the old teams off of the new team it was up for uh bud c league

  • 1:34:56

like they was asking if it was up with the yankees when he hit the [ __ ] uh whatever home run that was like it was

  • 1:35:02

beef deer but he had that monumental home run coming and they wanted the record and they wanted the ball and they wanted to be played at home but a-rod

  • 1:35:08

has been an [ __ ] but he cleaned it up sam barry bonds was telling them the the reporter's off barry bonds is one of

  • 1:35:14

them pete rose was one of them yeah like yo that's right roger clemens was yeah roger clements too put him in there so i

  • 1:35:21

think that with regards to that when a rod has done all this a-rod's commentating now yeah up their teeth

  • 1:35:28

    looking like heaven nice fitted suits and [ __ ] barry bonds and [ __ ] wasn't wearing i said [ __ ] jimmy g was

  • 1:35:33

[ __ ] beautiful he laughed at me he said he had heavenly teeth looking like

  • 1:35:40

you know what i'm saying so [Laughter]

  • 1:35:53

turned it around you get him saying he's in the public spotlight more which is going to make him more forgiving andy petty got ten percent [ __ ] no more

  • 1:36:00

terrible manny ramirez with 28 salsa 18 jeff kemp with 32. omar

  • 1:36:07

40 billy wagner with 51 i'm not doing this but yeah that's what i said i'm not even

  • 1:36:12

    taking this [ __ ] i'm serious no more [ __ ] this i'm not i'm sorry i'm sorry i can't like y'all got it man y'all got it

  • 1:36:18

again baseball was better when everyone's cheating man yo that's literally i don't watch baseball i don't follow it the only time i was interested

  • 1:36:25

when it was at home run race yeah i watched it still something i don't know

  • 1:36:30

not like i used to when i was a kid that's what had me watching i'm like oh he's gonna hit this google search regarding not even onto us

  • 1:36:38

uh i think history might be in or even no i think his time is up i don't know they ain't gonna put that

  • 1:36:43

[ __ ] in here not if sammy ain't it they know what can we leave sports please yeah please pretty please all sports

  • 1:36:49

please i'm done um did y'all hear about uh fashion over being well settling with

  • 1:36:55

the ftc oh fashion nova nope no they settled well actually i did hear

  • 1:37:01

about them but go ahead they settled with the ftc for 4.2 million dollars because

  • 1:37:07

they blocked negative reviews from their products swag

  • 1:37:13

yo get that [ __ ] out of here i'm like when i read this i said all right so what did they do wrong

  • 1:37:20

not for nothing i think all these companies be doing this yeah you're finding me because i

  • 1:37:26

how many times you order some [ __ ] because i had five stars and it shows up it's some [ __ ] this is just done putting a little money

  • 1:37:32

under free parking you know [Music] that they've made 20 fold a hundredfold

  • 1:37:38

  • 1:37:43

  • 1:37:48

fashion nova owner dude is all right after that should have oh yeah yeah at his house in l.a oh yeah i hope

  • 1:37:54

everybody in l.a is all right oh they just said experience something like that this is the second time they got sued

  • 1:38:00

and had to pay out for the same thing it's in the drawer

  • 1:38:06

the the baby pocket yeah go ahead go in that drawer and get them [ __ ] again petty cash going to petty cash

  • 1:38:12

  • 1:38:17

  • 1:38:23

i don't have anything else ish doesn't have anything else you got anything else parks no

  • 1:39:06

it's about that time then it's done [ __ ] that's why i answered for him he don't have anything else this one i did have a

  • 1:39:12

topic oh hey hey hey hey it's him give me some smith's music a

  • 1:39:19

song what we got [Music] put some lights around him and

  • 1:39:25

everything might be it might be a patreon topic though but i read something it was sports related and i

  • 1:39:30

wanted to see how y'all felt they they kind of having a real big uh

  • 1:39:36

pow-wow about trans female athletes are now dominating serious bro what it's

  • 1:39:43

dominating female sports and so they were saying that a lot dawg i hate when you do this i'm not

  • 1:39:49

nothing don't you don't hate me yo go to sleepers man i'm good

  • 1:39:54

let the people hit you no i'm good though we just want to podcast again next week i think dog it's a conversation we're

  • 1:40:01

not saying nothing negative about nobody all right so come on tell me what they say they're saying that the trans female athletes are starting to dominate female

  • 1:40:08

sports and they're saying like um it's unfair so people lawmakers are having a

  • 1:40:13

hard hard time on where you draw the line with giving people rights you get them saying

  • 1:40:18

they brought up one instance where um uh athlete when he was competing against

  • 1:40:23

the men he was a real real real mediocre at best and then when he started jumping off into female sports he's basically

  • 1:40:30

dominating the sport and now all the women dominating the sport i mean won't she sorry it's

  • 1:40:35

dominating the sport and so i was saying if you all want to have a conversation about it but you're obviously making the

  • 1:40:40

silly faces so never to answer your question i don't want to happen

  • 1:40:47

to answer your question i know my face didn't give it away to you i'm gonna say no

  • 1:40:52

and have fun lawmakers i'm glad i don't decide the law yeah

  • 1:40:59

    that's a trick you tell them i won't

  • 1:41:06

i stay out of other people's business sure enough now i don't play no sport [Laughter]

  • 1:41:13

hey go ahead bust them ass

  • 1:41:31

    i'm dustin i'm dustin ma

  • 1:41:39

so somebody gonna say something no no no exactly i'm out

  • 1:41:53

now what do you think ish [Laughter]

  • 1:42:11

no come on we might just unpack it all man was shopping ranks ugly or was it just conditioning of systemic oppression

  • 1:42:21

    i mean think about it the [ __ ]

  • 1:42:27

and hate-ish hate when he put his little serious face on with me i ain't saying nothing i don't have a serious face i'm straight i'm chilling

  • 1:42:33

before we get out of here heavy heart big ben
