  • 3:41

bit of that rain on it got rid of this they let the temperatures stay under this though so

  • 4:25

so this rain has been nothing short of remarkable for me you know you're a difference it's great

  • 4:30

to look at it's great to think i mean yeah i'm kind of there now yeah i'm there i'll be cool with you that's

  • 4:35

what i mean yo this is the unk podcast now summertime i don't want the right yeah yeah but like now here yeah i'll take

  • 4:41

that i'll take the ring it can pour it it can pour for a couple days straight i'm cool

  • 4:47

i'm gonna get all you [ __ ] i'm gonna get some money i'm gonna get your [ __ ] some therapy you

  • 4:52

hey what's wrong with you guys these are therapies

  • 4:58

in aruba with a nice pair of heels and feet next to you yeah ain't nothing wrong with this in [ __ ] times square

  • 5:05

summer rain i love this song i ain't talking about the song i'm talking about rain in the summertime i'm good

  • 5:12

see i know yo i know what you'd be doing but you're my man so i'm not doing i don't even know what's wrong i know you're not mad the

  • 5:19

the people that are not mad at summer rain or the people that have their summer roster solidified and go in the

  • 5:24

cabinet and pick what type of soup they want do i want chicken noodle do i want a cream of mushroom like what am i in my

  • 5:31

spot yeah you know a little chunky something pause if necessary

  • 5:36

now you've been a rain guy since i've known

  • 5:43

you i don't know somebody that likes to rain other than you for real yeah that's

  • 5:48

weird oh everybody else weird no your friend palette should [ __ ]

  • 5:54

white pardon me i like the duality i like have a little bit of rain with my son you know what i mean

  • 6:00

together no i mean like a little bit oh yeah yeah okay

  • 6:07

i need the cold i need the heat i need the rain i need the snow i need the let me need all the seasons yeah like i

  • 6:13

can't live down south or out west and i i need everything yeah i need a lot of [ __ ] it's like the women up here that live in

  • 6:19

new york to just be like i'm never coming outside until it's hot i only like the hot

  • 6:24

i love when it's hot the sun in the water i like the sun you know what you know what i don't even know why they like that and it's not hot it's cold

  • 6:32

you know why they do that

  • 6:37

yeah i heard a million a million different women do that

  • 6:44

did you practice that no no oh no i just answer your question is

  • 6:50

anemia i think but no it's not what summertime all events are free you ain't really got to throw it on the

  • 6:57

dress you can just throw some skimpy [ __ ] on and be cool when they get cold you gotta really go in the closet and it

  • 7:02

costs to go places when it's cold so now if you fly a lot of them ain't fly they only fly in

  • 7:08

the summertime yeah i ain't gonna hold you i'm about i'm about to go in the unfollowing spree on the ground

  • 7:14

i've seen too many of them try to get dressed oh my god they totally ruined it

  • 7:21

i can never see you the same i just can't

  • 7:26

my eye but anyway what's up what we starting with music music music let's get rid of

  • 7:32

music drop so start with music a lot of music dropped uh a lot of music really yeah well yeah yeah this is a

  • 7:39

crowded little uh release day we had nikki and little baby we did

  • 7:44

nikki's return with a big single and she's been really kind of promoting this with a uh

  • 7:50

a very dramatic 90s throwback video that was a mini movie nine minutes long

  • 7:56

tommy's in it playing a cop maybe a little more applicable

  • 8:01

good guy did i hear the song i did of course um any thoughts

  • 8:06

it's cool it's probably a little too poppy for me but i get it i think it'll work um nice first single to come back

  • 8:13

with yeah yeah you know what i'm saying great single it's a single song great single yeah

  • 8:18

like if i'm judging this with my single ears i like it the beat is hard i like what she did i like what he did

  • 8:24

and i liked the melodic hooks from her me too yeah i do she got wolverine on it you know i think this is gonna mess with

  • 8:30

him perfect like you said perfect comeback single you got the biggest rapper one of the biggest rappers there is or the hottest

  • 8:37

rapper right now he's wolverine yeah you know [ __ ] wolverine

  • 8:42

but yeah and baby smoked it she smoked it wait let me hear is just wolverine a little the metaphor what he said he don't miss

  • 8:49

yeah the hell does that have to do with it i was just letting them cool [ __ ] good

  • 9:07

i didn't know wolverine was your favorite superhero but now that we're here hey yo if wolverine was black he'd be

  • 9:13

the greatest of all time he'd be black panther i just didn't do that he don't miss

  • 9:19

and batman is a bum yeah

  • 9:28

batman batman the truth we're not about to all right all right all right my last question for you

  • 9:33

if batman is the truth then what's bane because he cleaned that city up with

  • 9:40

batman quick fast oh no the whole movie he lost the fight

  • 9:45

    [ __ ] locked him in [ __ ] underground got out

  • 9:51

yo stop this stop yo for real bane beat the dog [ __ ] out of batman

  • 9:58

get a fail one didn't at the end of that they had to pass the reigns to no i robin

  • 10:03

think so but i mean look at that at the end of that movie they didn't pass the reigns of robbie no yeah i bet

  • 10:09

i had to go watch it again well you know what i do remember in that movie batman getting his ass be though back

  • 10:15

    bro

  • 10:25

wolverine because i like it cause he's ill yeah cause he [ __ ] with wolverine i get it

  • 10:31

there you go i was lost with your wolverine don't miss him i know i'm saying i called him wolverine

  • 10:37

wolverine don't you ever wrote a rap no i don't believe you i did never wrote

  • 10:43

one rap yo he's been [ __ ] a long time so [ __ ] well you have what was you

  • 10:49

doing in your spare time as a kid you never tried to put pen to paper i never wrote a rap and i have rappers in

  • 10:55

the family you are you're a liar i promise you i've never written a rap never what never never even tried to rap

  • 11:01

i'm not a creator my [ __ ] i've never tried to write young boys

  • 11:06

absolutely of course exactly because y'all are men

  • 11:13

have you ever shot a jump shot you ever been to the park that's what i did in my spirits yeah i was in the park at 8 30

  • 11:18

in the morning [ __ ] all right so one day maybe y'all got to try to no what would your opening line be

  • 11:25

    like today

  • 11:38

what would you want to be represented with the first time audio hits what do you want the first

  • 11:44

tough question though because like yo somebody gonna come up with some fly [ __ ] on the cuff the opening line is

  • 11:50

like one of the hardest things to write usually that one is your introduction

  • 11:56

because you could kind of this is what you're not writing and if you say it hard you can't say anything no you can and if you're not a writer if nobody ever heard

  • 12:02

you before that's what i'm saying yeah you got to come out your thesis [ __ ] you gotta come with some [ __ ]

  • 12:09

disagree with y'all what was your first line in your first rap focus first line oh no no i'm talking

  • 12:15

about your first professional your first uh well that don't count because the songs

  • 12:21

that you do and the songs how they're released are different so the first song i

  • 12:27

recorded as a recording artist was don't lie mom

  • 12:32

i don't even don't know if that song ever came out no i'm saying but your first song we heard was focus actually it was leaked yeah it wasn't

  • 12:39

    yeah focus where's your first line salutations it's not a line [ __ ] ass [ __ ] it's an

  • 12:45

ad-lib that's not a line yes it is

  • 12:52

    how does focus start salutation

  • 12:58

street balls black top with it oh my god that guy was nice [Laughter]

  • 13:16

way to start some [ __ ] because then it was about just letting them know that you could rap so just

  • 13:21

command attention still on the block with it

  • 13:27

oh come on man it's not playing with y'all on your body see it's a very simple it's simple but

  • 13:34

it commands attention but anyway come on what were you talking about nikki a little baby there we go ice you're right i could tell that a lot of attention was

  • 13:40

paid to this uh i can tell because nikki is at the clippers game

  • 13:53

samuel she did her internet thing yeah she gave him something she gave him

  • 13:58

something on the city girl t that a star of her magnitude

  • 14:03

don't normally get yeah yeah so when you give it you know what happens they

  • 14:09

squashed it or they talk behind the scenes that was dope you could just tell a lot of attention is being paid to her

  • 14:14

i mean to her [ __ ] by her yes it should be yeah i mean yeah but when you want to degrade she

  • 14:20

want to come back proper like when comedians come back to me this is a proper comeback yeah she

  • 14:26

hit every check mark yeah you gotta address all of did this i did this i did this and the music matches yeah as a as

  • 14:33

a mother throwing that in here yeah it's important and i mean even what they were doing for

  • 14:40

the two weeks leading up to this [ __ ] both her and uh little baby little teasers in there yeah it's dope it's

  • 14:46

dope now this is the single i think it's dope for single if i'm listening with my single ears that little preview of the

  • 14:51

next record though that's how they're ready too yeah it did yes sir yeah yeah yes sir yeah it sounded like something i

  • 14:57

will wait on it i i think somebody gonna get get the ass thrown up i just know her to do that

  • 15:02

when she comes out like somebody somebody gotta catch something that's a joe thing i'm not starting friction

  • 15:08

well nicki's a rapper and you know like you said this is i gotta wait

  • 15:13

yeah i gotta let you [ __ ] know how i'm feeling it's from queens joe yeah a real i'm a real rapper i'm gonna tear somebody's head off

  • 15:20

come on man hey look i'm a barb so just so y'all clear like i love it i'll be a barb too but then i beef with

  • 15:27

the barbs but i've done that with everybody yeah it's easy to do with people with the uh

  • 15:32

super active fan bases yeah it's easy to be for them you saw she sat up there with kevin sam you see he he ducked the

  • 15:38

smoke he made sure to not say nothing wrong like no no no no you are nine you are a

  • 15:44

nun you are this this does he gave her a nine that's what he said yeah about now yeah he gave him a nine

  • 15:51

and i said she didn't deserve it but that's about it but to be honest what could you say

  • 15:56

you can't say anything but he gave some other people no i'm just saying what could he really say

  • 16:01

he knew better what was the one point deduction is my question she gave herself a seven and he's like no you're not a seven you're a nine

  • 16:08

you're the the dude oh that's dope okay look it can't be dressing boy nah kev up there blushing

  • 16:18

    yeah a little fidgety yeah

  • 16:29

all right come on let's move on right along because we got important [ __ ] to get to we got more singles um okay yeah come on

  • 16:37

go ahead yeah you all get this you wanna go you wanna go to gotti go ahead

  • 16:43

so we can get to it we don't gotta do none of that we go right to it that [ __ ] ain't playing gold gotti out get all this out

  • 16:49

the way that's what i tried to do go ahead all right i ain't none of it that's a lot good

  • 16:56

go ahead ice parks and coal and money bag i'm cool

  • 17:02

i'm cool i like cold's verse that's all i got for it all right what's

  • 17:07

next yo gotti yeah [ __ ] it

  • 17:13

up we should have opened with that i know i was trying to do it a nice way i was

  • 17:19

trying to do it there you go you give me parks yo when it when it when when an album is crafted

  • 17:27

this way i think it demands special attention so yeah maybe normally

  • 17:34

we would just get into the singles and rush right by this i don't even normally focus on

  • 17:40

that side and y'all know i don't particularly focus on the street side of

  • 17:46

things but man so look oh go ahead

  • 17:52

go ahead so i walk in joel's crib like yo you know a bunch of music dropped

  • 17:57

skip all of it get your gutty out yeah oh yeah yeah it's just i explained it's two hours i

  • 18:04

was getting it anyway i was gonna get it anyway too i kind of went through a similar experience i downloaded all those million singles that dropped i

  • 18:10

downloaded change [ __ ] and i was like i saw yo guy he was two albums i'm like i don't know if i'm gonna be able to squeeze this in

  • 18:17

but i listen to all the other [ __ ] kind of ran through it didn't really find much that i was in love with so i was like you know let me throw on god and

  • 18:22

i'll take a shower workout what happened then he started hugging me

  • 18:28

god damn he put out a good album fail so for yo gotti dropped two albums

  • 18:33

well it's a double disc it's free game one side is free one side is game one side is the

  • 18:39

street yo gotti and the other side is like the executive the business the business there we go which one is the street yoga

  • 18:45

uh that one is free a a okay and then game

  • 18:51

is executive giving you games all that [ __ ] i was just listening to the music but man

  • 18:57

from record one intro you know i didn't make it to

  • 19:02

the second album until damn i got here yeah i've been playing this back all day long

  • 19:09

this is a great place it's incredible yeah it is and i'm not the biggest yogaty fan i mean i've got you know i know it's

  • 19:15

singles and [ __ ] like that but i'm not from when i say i'm not a big fan it's just i've never really

  • 19:20

listened to his albums before yeah and he's been on an increase this is an hour this is phenomenal for a

  • 19:25

minute he had one of the his last album uh on um

  • 19:31

um unstop on trap something untracked was one of the best albums to come out

  • 19:37

that year i gotta go back now yes you do the album i know it's single features i know even

  • 19:43

this this uh cm cocaine music yeah started off as a mixtape series okay um he did a couple

  • 19:49

of a couple of more like straight street classics and now i think it was the last two he

  • 19:55

released them as albums remember we had a conversation where uh meek said dream chasers for album yeah versus mixtape

  • 20:03

something similar so this is an album now and smoked smoked he's been on a

  • 20:08

smoking spree every beat every feature he just he got it no what i like got it

  • 20:15

though he be saying something yes he does like to me of course me like i just come from

  • 20:21

lyrical rap so when these [ __ ] just be rhyming words you'll lose me yeah i'll start drifting off this [ __ ] be saying

  • 20:27

something he'll keep you pulled in every word he writing it means something you know what i'm saying and then the beats

  • 20:32

hit little accent i got to get around but this [ __ ] dope

  • 20:37

the production i really like the writing production was it for me top notch who who did these beats they were relative

  • 20:44

i'm not familiar with a lot of the names on it i mean there probably was a couple but it wasn't that's like no superstar produced to me that's even better a

  • 20:51

whole bunch of young [ __ ] a million hungry tracks a million i know yeah we know yeah there's a couple in there

  • 20:56

travel roller forever rolling we know see but that's the other thing right

  • 21:02

like best of the best everywhere there's nowhere where it looked like

  • 21:09

the budgets were short the production the features that i'm sure you didn't

  • 21:14

have to pay for the cohesiveness this the sequencing i give credit to that to

  • 21:19

to his ear though because again they're not there is some take heat that's on there like you said attracts a million but

  • 21:25

there's not like a million superstar producers every day to me that's that's a credibility that's

  • 21:30

here into his his team's ear to make it sound like a very expensive album even while not necessarily having the

  • 21:36

superstar producers well that's the first thing to grab me because track two one a i'm not used to

  • 21:42

them picking these you're not used to yogati because he doesn't go

  • 21:49

you know what else he did like he really painted a very graphic picture of his story from way back

  • 21:57

to today and that's the other thing that's impressive if you listen to the song rap check

  • 22:03

that's literally what he does he starts from birdman gave me my first rap check and he walks you through his career

  • 22:10

to where he got nikki on the five-star record it was number one on 106 to um

  • 22:15

drake mentioned in certain lines that he got from being around seeing them

  • 22:20

though right like he walks you through his i started way back here yeah i'm i'm a fan for production from

  • 22:27

when southern rappers get like some soulful [ __ ] and put the bop to it i'm a sucker for

  • 22:32

it that [ __ ] is hard you know yeah one thing i what i always y'all know this is my bag right here so gotti

  • 22:41

is when you got the older like older i don't call them older generation but he not one of these young

  • 22:48

dudes no i don't know that been through it lived it survived it and i'm really talking about

  • 22:55

what i've been through like i got some real [ __ ] to say i'm not just like it said i'm not putting words together or

  • 23:01

i'm not telling nobody else's story right y'all know my thing is authenticity i want to feel like

  • 23:07

everything you're saying i don't even just mean street [ __ ] i mean just everything you say and i want to feel like it's you it's nobody else got the

  • 23:14

one of the best at that [ __ ] get you to hurt clearly [ __ ] give you the pain you know what i'm saying like that's dope [ __ ] tell you about the losses i

  • 23:20

took in the game like just it ain't all good i'm giving you everything but it's really me

  • 23:27

another thing i like about it too is you know i'm always hard on long albums but this is still it's a lot of songs but

  • 23:32

it's not really that long it's only an hour yeah you know what i'm saying like it's concise i like it

  • 23:38

yeah you're right it's because i mean yeah street [ __ ] aside but when he was

  • 23:43

talking about all the successful [ __ ] like he was like i'm on the phone with lucian as soon as he said that as soon as he said i'm on the phone with lucian

  • 23:48

i'm like no i believe that that's true why wouldn't he be yeah of course yeah well and then it said right after that

  • 23:53

i'm talking and after that i'm talking gangster [ __ ] will hold i believe that yeah

  • 23:59

because you gotta respect it not just on the artist side but on the exact side and that's why the evolution is

  • 24:04

phenomenal to me he's he has placed himself

  • 24:10

in a different stratosphere than some people whose peaks

  • 24:16

seem to be yeah seemed to be a lot brighter and a lot more endless

  • 24:22

damn if you understand what i'm saying i'm gonna say it i said i i've said it on here plenty of

  • 24:28

times yo gotti is who me and i'm pretty sure a lot of other

  • 24:34

people thought gz would become given like you said higher peaks you had the

  • 24:41

whole rap game in your hand at one point

  • 24:46

just the exact side didn't quite work out but there's a lot of artists at the exact side yeah

  • 24:52

so what i'm saying is but gotti it worked out like and even he tells you in his records i'm not taking

  • 24:59

them deals yeah such and such offered me a honey meal no quote nah we gonna own this we good but some of that could be a

  • 25:05

result of not hitting that kind of superstar plateau i don't think that you know what i'm saying it could be it could be a result of i feel like i'm

  • 25:12

having to get it my way i know i just think a lot of these dudes come from the street and when you come from the street you're already a ceo and you're

  • 25:18

successful in the street true you get what i'm saying so you already got a certain level of business acumen and business dealings which is one which

  • 25:25

he's talking about thing jeezy was the front man for something

  • 25:31

out of this world who knows about his involvement correct but he was the front man for it

  • 25:38

not so much the case with yo gotti so it's like not fair jeezy is an artist

  • 25:46

yo god he is not yeah like you could you could see the dudes that rise to the top in the

  • 25:52

executive piece they think outside the box you got to think outside the box you know what i'm

  • 25:58

saying it's like selling drugs everybody sells drugs well it's a lot of people that sell drugs but the people that

  • 26:03

excel are few and far between you could go on a corner in a hood any hood in america and see a bunch of dudes pitching right

  • 26:10

but you won't see a bunch of young dudes supplying you don't see a bunch of dudes break themselves off and stand

  • 26:16

you know against the rest like you could see what he did in a short amount of time

  • 26:22

it's like the pusha t line where he says a a rapper turned trapper can't morph into us but a trapper turned

  • 26:29

rapper can morph in a puff that's true yeah that's that's exactly what i think about like that's true you could tell

  • 26:34

who's really when you get it in the street to a certain level

  • 26:40

and you make that transition it's it's rap game crack games why do people say that uh about

  • 26:47

jeezy uh and yo gotti versus jeezy and gucci

  • 26:53

i think perception i think it's the perception why would that make sense

  • 26:59

i think it's perception because people perceived and again i don't know neither one of these

  • 27:04

gentlemen but people perceive jeezy to be you know bmf related all of that [ __ ]

  • 27:10

uh-huh um i'm just saying why would it be yo gotti instead of uh gucci

  • 27:16

i guess it's because gucci's always been doing that like you never gotti evolved into that gucci came in

  • 27:23

the game damn near exactly doing that okay that makes sense that makes sense

  • 27:29

like gotti came in the game as a rapper and morphed into an exec

  • 27:34

and the kind of the same jeezy came in the game as a rapper and was morphing into an exec he signed

  • 27:40

artists and he was trying to break new artists and etc and i had groups here so they kind of their paths were a little

  • 27:47

more similar to to each other than jeezy and gucci were right then that's where you see the

  • 27:52

hustler that's where you see the businessman like cool i'm a basketball player but when i

  • 27:57

retire i already got my plan set to own a team you're going to mean like i ain't going to be a commentator no shout out to

  • 28:04

commentators i'm go i got a different vision i'm going to own my own team i'm going putting [ __ ] in place so that i

  • 28:09

can own the knicks when i retire a lot of dudes just be artists or you know what i mean they'll take that the

  • 28:15

the easier path his [ __ ] was already laid out from [ __ ] he probably already endured in life right and not for

  • 28:21

nothing his roster's insane and bananas yeah bananas and he keep finding them it

  • 28:28

might be the best and that speaks to his credit definitely currently for me anyway

  • 28:33

preference wise he might he might have the best rostown some could argue but wait for pref

  • 28:40

qc right qc qc is an argument that's definitely this is definitely an argument it's definitely an argument

  • 28:45

but he i don't count qc you got to go

  • 28:51

finished solidified it's done concrete it moved on branched out

  • 28:56

like they what they did is done i put them with cash money no limit

  • 29:02

this is brand spanking new estg money bag yo like i'm going to do

  • 29:08

it well what the [ __ ] black youngster brand spanking new

  • 29:14

now qc ain't migos is we don't know all the investments look at where his brain is

  • 29:19

he's still doing [ __ ] to try and find new talent you got the hottest [ __ ] out you still

  • 29:25

doing little creative [ __ ] to find more hot [ __ ] there's something that came up with that though

  • 29:30

the uh the person that won that challenge i believe his name was 10 cent one cent something like that

  • 29:35

excuse me from standing wrong um he's featured on the album on the record uh dollar for dollar

  • 29:43

i love that record uh ten percent excuse me that's his name ten percent and it was discovered that he himself ten

  • 29:49

percent dropped the record back in 2020 under cmg so this might have been his artist the entire time and this would

  • 29:56

just roll out if so it's still dope it's still dope it's innovative i like don't give me the

  • 30:01

same tricks all i did was use my brain to roll out the truth and nobody else nobody else

  • 30:06

did it everyone else is doing tricks i don't care i'm not no no i'm not mad at it i'm just got you but

  • 30:12

and i still salute it all right you had everybody in their mother doing the verse that's promoting you or look you

  • 30:18

could still come down give me a year later go grab somebody and grab some of the [ __ ] out that pot yeah give me one

  • 30:23

of the greatest tricks that you've seen from an album roll out for me uh for me as you all think of

  • 30:30

course it's mike jones that was good one that phone number [ __ ] that wasn't an album that was just him

  • 30:36

roll out though that was just yeah that wasn't different yeah yeah one of the greatest tricks we was all laughing till we wasn't

  • 30:44

and then everything still know that number then every label was [ __ ] trying to shove a burner down on down the artist's throat here you just

  • 30:51

let it ring get this phone around that was that was a ringtone error

  • 30:57

mm-hmm that might have been looking forward for that four rings before definitely gotcha

  • 31:03

yeah that was good i'm trying to think some other ones uh uh of course i got 50 and kanye 50 versus kanye that was a

  • 31:10

that was a cute trick that was dope that was cute same same label just put these two out there biggest acts

  • 31:16

    jay-z retiring no i can't call out a trick

  • 31:23

that was a trick what are you talking about he's put out six albums afterwards yeah but i think but initially when he did it he said he was done yeah i think

  • 31:30

so and then said all right i can't stay away i love the game too much i gotta come back

  • 31:36

can't leave rappel on the game yeah man thank god he did indeed i'm glad i'm

  • 31:41

glad he came back i'm waiting on the next that's a good trip waiting on the next hope album still you can't trick me

  • 31:47

something coming something coming oh got a couple tricks putting the album in the samsung

  • 31:54

that was a trick oh that was one of the greatest tricks didn't care for that one but it still no but that was a great trick hey i got a deal with samsung and

  • 32:01

this album comes with the samsung and it's already platinum before it comes out that was a flex yo

  • 32:08

yeah that's when you got that relationship you just got it different yeah i guess i'm just

  • 32:13

not as much of a fan of like the numbers flip tricks oh see hey 50 going to the radio station

  • 32:19

reading the sound scan i loved it i loved every minute of it was it wrong and [ __ ] up yes but did i love it oh

  • 32:26

yeah that was fun of course you woulda that's something you you didn't do that

  • 32:33

in his shoes in his shoes you would have definitely did maybe [Laughter]

  • 32:38

uh all right listen yo gotti [ __ ] is amazing i don't know what else to say go get it go get it

  • 32:43

both of them both of them it's in your phone go get both of them go get both a free game size a side b

  • 32:49

and for some reason side b has side a in the second half of it which is it's a strict come on we got two chains

  • 32:57

    don't take [ __ ] don't talk about this [ __ ] y'all talking about two chances back with a new album he's

  • 33:02

back dope don't sell itself you heard the whole thing

  • 33:08

i did parks did one to ten five five

  • 33:14

i just don't think the production was there so to you it was a production thing yeah absolutely the beats weren't until i

  • 33:20

didn't hear it be i liked until like seven or something like that i just think

  • 33:25

two chainz is one of those rappers that are so far take your sad voice off

  • 33:31

i'm a little sad because two chains one of my favorite artists well he to me he's just one of them rappers that is kind of so far removed from rap right

  • 33:38

now due to other [ __ ] i got going on that i ain't like what

  • 33:45

like this guy's a business man too he's one of them that's been moving around investing in businesses buying buildings buying all like he's he's it's an nfl

  • 33:52

commercials yeah yeah he's doing a whole the tv show most expensive he's doing things outside of rap

  • 33:58

thinking a lot of myself all right so to me when that happens he's following this bucket to you kind

  • 34:03

of in that in that yeah yeah to where it's like i don't really gotta rap my passion ain't necessarily in rap or rap

  • 34:11

it's the most lucrative thing that i'm doing so i'm paying attention to a whole bunch of other [ __ ] whereas when rap was your

  • 34:18

main bag you was pouring into it do y'all think that rappers should announce that when that happens

  • 34:24

so that the art is judged correctly or do they have to continue with the lie like yo my next project is

  • 34:31

my best i mean you got to sell it what i wish chains and some of these

  • 34:37

other artists would do is just make the [ __ ] they want to make i don't know if this album feels like an album that he wanted to make

  • 34:43

but you probably it feels like he's trying to catch one and [ __ ] but i don't care maybe yeah maybe and you're trying

  • 34:48

to catch one because when you catch one that's the financial benefit yeah and i was hearing i don't

  • 34:54

know how true it is this was his last project on you can't def jams could have a lot to do with it too yeah

  • 35:00

let me just you know give y'all this 90 98 of the time you can't catch one if you're trying to

  • 35:06

catch one yeah you doing it for the love and the art then you catch one you catch one

  • 35:12

when you go in there and do it the way it's supposed to be done it's like when coaches say you're not supposed to think the game like it's the same exact thing

  • 35:19

just so the the optic of trying to catch one

  • 35:24

is either what ice is saying what you saying he don't really give a [ __ ] or

  • 35:30

you give too much of a [ __ ] i haven't heard this album so i can't comment on it

  • 35:35

but what i can say is he didn't make me want to listen to it to the album

  • 35:41

his label didn't make me want to listen to the album that's what i will give them they they try something a little

  • 35:47

different with the uh promotion up to the album you know they they converted the club

  • 35:53

into a pop-up like a giant sneaker box with the dope don't sell itself with the

  • 35:58

you know sneakerbox money type of thing so i'll give them something a little different on the marketing side but it

  • 36:04

still didn't make me the two singles didn't make me want to go listen to the album to be honest but how's it something different than

  • 36:10

the pink house in atlanta that was fly that was yeah

  • 36:15

no i'm saying he stepped out well he'll do it yeah him that's what i'm saying i don't mean

  • 36:21

it's recognizable when like you doing it his

  • 36:26

label didn't do it what did the label do here for him the first time they put him in front of

  • 36:31

my face rapping is the l.a league was freestyle from the other day yeah yeah that's true

  • 36:38

and he probably did that by himself too not for nothing and you're saying this his last album potentially on def jam

  • 36:43

and if that is true and if that's that goes back to what he was saying the same thing you just said well you got to do this on your own

  • 36:50

same [ __ ] you said with me the other day and if what we're saying is true like

  • 36:57

that he's just not really focusing on the music right now his last album for my ear was evident of it

  • 37:04

like the last album rap rapper no so help me god whatever his last album was

  • 37:13

it sounded it sounded like i got songs and i inserted

  • 37:20

verses that's what it sounded like to me and i hope that's not the case with this

  • 37:27

one i am going to listen to it i am going to listen to it but now it's tough with yo gotti putting out two albums of that

  • 37:34

right because you're fighting for ear time yeah like i want to i want to get to this like gotti's production is kind of what

  • 37:40

i want to hear from chains you know what i'm saying like let's learn about soul samples more

  • 37:46

mature sounding sounding beasts but again chain's one of my favorite

  • 37:53

rappers so i mean i'm maybe a little hard on him pause i understand my expectations are high

  • 37:59

this is what i why it sucks it sucks like when your your expectations are higher for one of your favorite artists

  • 38:05

so you judge it a little more that's how they become your favorites yeah i was getting ready to say you know what i mean like that's what

  • 38:10

separates them from some of the others like if you put out a verse this feature

  • 38:15

list looks insane bananas what do you say like if you put out over

  • 38:20

like if joe put out a verse people know joe to be a lyrical rapper right yeah you put out some moderate they holding

  • 38:27

you to what you gave them [ __ ] for 20 years they're not holding you to what the new artist is doing they're holding you to

  • 38:33

your joe bag yeah so if you're not in your joe bag they're going to judge you that's literally what i just told you

  • 38:39

about ross hello i believe you okay but i'm

  • 38:44

just in case it's cool i feel like somebody's gonna get frogs no no no no no

  • 38:49

if you dig it you get yourself you feel like they're gonna get froggy yeah shut up i do i'm telling you that's a feeling

  • 38:55

that you get when somebody they've been getting froggy not with me yes with you no way

  • 39:00

bam half the industry use you as a roll out in that one point i know but i know when they're doing that i'm saying they have gotten froggy you just don't using

  • 39:07

my name as a rollout is not getting froggy to me i know what y'all doing i can see it i'm sorry your fan base can't

  • 39:13

see it that ain't froggy is when i think you believe it

  • 39:19

like you could tell when somebody think they like believe what they saying like wait for real [ __ ] all right but anyway

  • 39:26

he gonna bring you out of retirement i think i can talk him out too i know who he's talking about i already know

  • 39:31

[ __ ] why why yo can we change the subject

  • 39:37

stop don't change no subject answer answer my question why are we talking about the same way we are why

  • 39:43

you go yo it's don't play with me i'm saying guys

  • 39:48

you just stopped just you know what i'm just saying but you guys talk about savings i don't think we are i don't think we may not be i think me is

  • 39:54

talking about somebody different oh joe knows who i'm talking about yeah right i know who joe's talking about it's just talking about who you talking about

  • 40:02

yeah i'm not that's the only person that'll bring him out yeah no okay and and that wouldn't be a tie-up that's

  • 40:09

going outside barefoot in a row and some uggs yeah don't be

  • 40:14

comfy still got the cole picking a hat like

  • 40:19

all right how we doing how we want to look today [ __ ] you talking about man especially you know what yo yo

  • 40:27

look look this feature list looks insane i love that stove guard on there

  • 40:35

this feature list looking insane says to me maybe there's a high chance

  • 40:42

that this is a plug plug plug album sure maybe it could be sure i had a high

  • 40:48

percentage yeah because there's no way that you was with all of these people and if you was we would have seen some

  • 40:54

of that a picture of a blog you know to ever win yeah we would have seen some insta story

  • 41:01

these are the hottest names hottest names out so that mean all right i did a version

  • 41:07

you did a verse yeah and you did a verse and you did the verse and used a verse no i did the songs two years ago and then you threw a

  • 41:13

verse on it yeah man yeah ice might be right two changes off this [ __ ]

  • 41:19

some of my favorite artists is off this show you could just tell you could just tell when they offered it's a bigger bag coming from other places why did zoby

  • 41:24

goes independent and does some [ __ ] that he maybe wants to do you know if it is indeed a last album for def jam

  • 41:31

situation and maybe he's got bigger plans for when he can come back yeah and i'm with it i'm with it yo

  • 41:37

y'all say that right but let's keep in mind how old is two chains

  • 41:43

got to be like my age i would think so too gotta be up there with me

  • 41:49

44 years old right two chainz has been active a professional rapper

  • 41:56

since for 20 years he was there before i got there he was there before i got there yeah he

  • 42:02

came in with the disturbing the piece ludicrous so that's oh one that's titty boy yeah

  • 42:08

in the same building this is the same building so like we got to judge this

  • 42:13

    this is 20 years

  • 42:19

how do we know that he want to continue to rap in this building

  • 42:24

i don't know he's probably given might not want a rap period well that that no i don't i don't get that from

  • 42:30

him but i don't get that from him he likes this when i say rap i mean yo

  • 42:35

i want to rap at my leisure you got other bags the other bags are coming he's a star

  • 42:42

yes he's a personality that's known outside of hip-hop so he's getting other checks

  • 42:48

and i think he enjoys the other stuff yeah like yo i don't got to be on tour i don't got to be slaving i'm going to be you know what i'm saying i'm getting

  • 42:54

money from other other avenues it's kind of like what you were saying joe when you talked about podcasting when you

  • 43:00

first got into it he was like i think was the first show you did or something

  • 43:05

and you were like yo i ain't have to yell i had to do none of that it's kind of easiest money ever made i'm

  • 43:12

never rapping it's kind of like that like yo what he has to do to make money outside

  • 43:19

of this it's much easier so man i showed you [ __ ] what to do yo [Laughter]

  • 43:24

    yo

  • 43:31

no for real that used to be you don't think about it that used to be primal fear for a rapper like oh [ __ ]

  • 43:39

what's after what's after right yeah that sounds all right today they make it look good and i'm talking

  • 43:46

[ __ ] about me i'm talking there's a few people they make it look good yeah today they kind of make you want to rush out of rap

  • 43:52

i was going to tell you today they're looking at it as let me hurry up and get in rap so i can get out of rap yeah let

  • 43:57

me hurry up right rapping at the end no more before it was

  • 44:02

i want to rap i want to you know uh come platinum selling art like rap was the goal now is once i get in here

  • 44:09

it opens all these other doors i can go [ __ ] rap yeah these [ __ ] don't care about rap no more

  • 44:15

none of them movies clothing and then they just entertainment period like

  • 44:21

a lot of athletes i don't give a [ __ ] about football or all of this no more like yo i want to get in here to get me

  • 44:26

some exposure and start making money outside right [ __ ] this game i ain't gonna say and get myself hurt i can go

  • 44:32

sit home and make twice this contract yeah yeah without mika parsons busting me up top the head

  • 44:39

that's what a lot of this [ __ ] is stepping stone footage on mika parsons how do the giants look i don't understand yo dawg i get off of this

  • 44:46

thing i'm really knowing is why no that was a slap in the face if you're

  • 44:52

watching the [ __ ] draft you don't let the division teams play with you like that in front of your [ __ ] face

  • 44:58

you're supposed to take this guy just to do it yeah and then he was great he was yeah he's special look at this guy he's

  • 45:03

a [ __ ] game changer anyway come on but no that's that's i just think a lot of guys a lot of these guys are off rap and their heart not even in rap

  • 45:10

from the rip not saying two chains i'm like today a lot of these dudes let me hurry up and get in here so i can get to

  • 45:15

the next level like i i think like from a business perspective right you travel in the country you travel in

  • 45:21

the world doing other [ __ ] you might have a two-week window three-week window to get your album done right because you

  • 45:28

got so much [ __ ] going on whereas before they might have had time see yo you just brought up a dope point

  • 45:35

yo and i'm gonna [ __ ] stay on it what did you just say i said rappers are stepping they're trying stepping stones so they're trying

  • 45:40

to come in and they're trying to come out yeah let's stay just stay right there that's how y'all get [ __ ]

  • 45:48

because now you're looking to partner with somebody who can expedite things

  • 45:55

probably want to major for that because they're gonna expedite they're gonna make you whoever you going to talk to

  • 46:01

it's expensive yeah anybody that knows that they can expedite the process for a person yeah

  • 46:08

from mike karen to [ __ ] mike caron to [ __ ] whoever you want to name mike my

  • 46:13

uh hoverall what up uh you lost him you're a artist you

  • 46:19

brand spanking new nobody knows you have no social following you don't have [ __ ] but you wanna expedite things you wanna

  • 46:24

do things fast i'm gonna go to the greatest are you gonna go and talk to parks who nobody knows who can't

  • 46:31

probably do who probably believes in your vision mm-hmm but he can't and is willing to work with you and know some things he can't get

  • 46:37

you there though but he can't ex he can't make the phone calls he can't expedite it so it might take a while you all get to it right but it might take a

  • 46:43

while versus kevin lowe's right versus blue um

  • 46:49

outcast blue i know unfortunately yeah versus like p

  • 46:55

sure i'll get it it's expensive and then what they're going to say is you guys i want you guys 50 percent i do

  • 47:02

i want 50 of all all everything everywhere yeah and you're going to say

  • 47:07

cool until i made it and now you're down to 50 50 they're probably also going to say not

  • 47:12

these gentlemen i'm not talking about them please i'm just i'm just paying pictures then they're probably going to say

  • 47:18

i need to go partner with such and such or bring them in they could do such and such and such and such and now you're

  • 47:23

and they want you you're doing this and they want ten percent yeah so the faster you want it to go the more hands is in

  • 47:29

your pot yep and now when it works now you're tight now you're tight yeah now you [ __ ] tight in the face now

  • 47:35

you're tight and that's when i come on here sounding what they what they call me republican executive or millionaire

  • 47:40

joe is different no i just understand the production side too now no the relationship side

  • 47:47

yeah the relation because parks can't make a phone call that it's gonna get you a million views

  • 47:53

he can make yeah puff can't make a phone call that stout can make that's what i'm saying how do you think we get into the situation we

  • 47:59

were talking about nba young boy last week and how he might not make money from his youtube how do y'all think that comes to

  • 48:05

be [ __ ] ain't that stupid that's true it's who are you oh nobody with nothing

  • 48:13

come here sign this we got it pop biggest thing ever

  • 48:19

    this [ __ ] don't come from osmosis right but anyway and some [ __ ] got a formula

  • 48:25

that they use that make it work i know it's gonna work there's not even a guess if it's gonna work man my track record shows yeah that's what i do yeah it's

  • 48:31

right and you got there pay and you got to pay for that knowledge you got to pay for those relationships you got to pay for the

  • 48:37

know-how no no you don't get that the relationships are no no you don't get no wait you pay for me to do it oh no

  • 48:43

that's what i'm saying no way you're paying for that no way you're making it you're making it fun now that was the

  • 48:48

production side you'd want to expedite things so you talked to somebody with some leverage cool but now you need a record

  • 48:55

you don't have one no we gotta go get you you don't have a producer we gotta call you you didn't make one in your pick i'll call just blaze all right

  • 49:02

i got a call yeah i got to call one of them and on top of that now you ain't got the best pin

  • 49:09

now i got to go get that door no no no or no no his pin is the best pin in the world but you're a new artist nobody

  • 49:14

cares about that we need a feature um there you go yeah sure it's my new artist package

  • 49:21

do you hear how expensive this is yeah so and the part they don't see again that code is flying

  • 49:28

oh [ __ ] that cold fly then the part they don't see again is once it hit damn and you start seeing oh 100 100 million

  • 49:35

streams here platinum double platinum you think i got some money coming no you think you did it that's where they [ __ ] up yeah

  • 49:42

yeah they think it was them that did it and now you're mad at the world because everybody getting some of your money

  • 49:47

mm-hmm mm-hmm yeah i didn't want to say that but yeah that's what i was thinking about but yeah

  • 49:55

people think it was day talent people think it was they brain or they ingenuity i got them near and then when

  • 50:00

you start going public [ __ ] start taking up for them thinking that you got robbed no [ __ ] you didn't get robbed you would have never been you if

  • 50:08

it wasn't for me yeah and that's the music industry in a nutshell there you go

  • 50:15

yeah get your ass whipped in the beginning learn from it get some popularity from it get some

  • 50:21

money from it and then take your career in your own hands but you gonna pay yeah and hope you're not in a deal that's

  • 50:27

some you know like joe said seven years seven hours sometimes some 90-year deal yeah yeah

  • 50:33

or you make enough money to get out of that's why when you speak to artists today like the artists that are trying

  • 50:38

to get on up-and-coming artists and you ask them what they want it's a really confusing question for a lot of them and

  • 50:44

a lot of them answer with something fame related yeah they normally start in debt

  • 50:50

which is i want a deal oh that says something right

  • 50:55

that says shortcut yeah yep that says i want it expedited

  • 51:01

i want the song on high rotation i want vids placed everywhere

  • 51:07

i want the late night run i don't just want i don't want what comes with grind right

  • 51:13

i want i think i think and again uh i think a picture is being painted for

  • 51:19

them though that doesn't show that because a lot of people even when you pop they don't see the work that put in

  • 51:26

got put in never they see the fame they don't see the work so i think that's just ignorance and when i say ignorance

  • 51:32

i mean just lack of knowledge of what it really really takes to make it to those levels and not for nothing you rarely

  • 51:38

see what the label or production company or whatever did they

  • 51:43

don't that's what i'm saying so you don't see what happened behind the scenes to get these people to that level

  • 51:49

you just cut on the tv you see a sprite commercial and then you know they just dropped two years ago and you're like damn that's easy or you see them with

  • 51:55

the hottest rappers in the world like oh he must be a real dude these guys [ __ ] with him look at little baby as an example

  • 52:03

little baby been on qc for a minute mixed tapes grinding yeah

  • 52:08

his actually his debut album was called my turn and i remember p constantly saying yo you just gotta wait you up

  • 52:14

next you just gotta wait we got this going right now you have to sit down and play your position

  • 52:20

hold it down and when your turn is up we gonna launch you a lot of artists don't see that part you

  • 52:27

just see oh little baby came out with this they remember the drake feature and then next thing you know

  • 52:32

this record come this record come now you shot up to the moon but you don't see that this dude been working his ass off for years right or learning some

  • 52:39

[ __ ] right and learning yeah how to put a song together you know what i'm saying like you might not even know

  • 52:44

how to put a song together you just in the back learning and taking notes right until your time come i remember an old

  • 52:50

interview with 50 where he said um i think it was jam master j master jay show them out of there you can show them how to structure bars right so i just

  • 52:56

got a rap i don't know how to what do you [ __ ] mean bar count bars that was always a process yeah

  • 53:02

learning that so i mean anyone new music that y'all want to talk about

  • 53:09

anything be well okay i was gonna say all the dre uh dre releases from the uh oh yeah the uh gta

  • 53:16

5 um it was an expansion called the contract came out i think about a month and a

  • 53:22

half ago or so and drake has six new records in there yeah they finally i mean it's been out but

  • 53:28

they finally put them on streaming today yeah there's some there's they got a couple records in there yeah look at

  • 53:34

that money what you said money yeah well that's dre yeah i'm just saying

  • 53:40

it's an avenue to get some i don't have much in r b world to drop uh today

  • 53:50

cool we can get off music dude parks anything in the underground conway

  • 53:56

and conway and them drops a single uh it's called john wu flick dope record kind of uh what'd you expect in a good

  • 54:03

way from a griselda record uh currency and alchemist dropped a single from their new album

  • 54:08

again kind of what you expect but in a good way uh lupe dropped a single off a compilation

  • 54:14

that chill is doing from first and fifteenth i guess that was real dope i'll play that maybe as a sleeper

  • 54:19

uh yeah that's about all i got though um new music

  • 54:25

okay y'all see what uh bath and body works dude for black black history month i did

  • 54:32

not i'm scared to ask though you murdered me too i don't see it i'm kind of scared to

  • 54:37

find out what it is a little candle uh they don't respect us you know

  • 54:44

every february we learn more and more about who who doesn't respect us listen man

  • 54:49

nothing's gonna top that picture of them all them old will they senators or whatever and the kente clock taking a

  • 54:55

knee oh yeah that was like that was sick that was that nothing surprised me when they after

  • 55:01

that i'm cool that's funny it ain't funny but it's not funny it's

  • 55:07

not at all what what the bad bad somebody do that's how they stole the land

  • 55:14

exactly what they did they put their little outfits on they took a knee

  • 55:32

back there they put dashikis on the candles

  • 55:40

there you go they put some tribal artwork over some

  • 55:46

of these normal products these aren't new new releases and new scents

  • 55:53

limited edition same [ __ ] look teakwood look at teakwood yo like a tiki torch oh my jesus yo

  • 56:00

    that's some sick [ __ ] american airlines did some [ __ ] apple did some [ __ ] they dropped a unity

  • 56:06

band oh i saw that watches last night and i see that [ __ ] what's a unity band

  • 56:12

you need the highest apple watch band

  • 56:19

oh my god no the red black and blue green one was last year this one is i don't care about

  • 56:25

here they don't need x-clan at apple to make a band

  • 56:43

it came with the watch man i definitely bought the black unity

  • 56:50

apple watch band did you go in person what the ice

  • 57:05

i think this is some of the sickest [ __ ] that's something that's nuts bro guys you have this thing i have it you and

  • 57:10

    dave chappelle chuck d

  • 57:16

trump is mad as hell right now i'm mad apple needs they asked what

  • 57:24

the unity bands black unity they're fam you know they don't respect us

  • 57:30

this is a joke just keep taking your money yeah you pro

  • 57:35

boy you lucky i'm just finding this out [ __ ]

  • 57:41

this is terrible fam like i don't know what the execs are doing they have you know they don't know what

  • 57:47

they're doing no because you need to hire somebody that you can get some real opinions from i don't want to hire

  • 57:53

nobody black i just want the black no consumers don't somebody that's telling you this is a

  • 57:59

smack in the face if you're apple you're big enough to have some staff members to say this is

  • 58:04

some [ __ ] the red black and green watch okay so you be the staff member and i'll

  • 58:11

play the the opposing side come on let's do it this isn't parks is apple he's the head

  • 58:18

of the apple office what do you got for us you rush in there come on cause i'm a

  • 58:24

counter right after mr mr valley yes this is unacceptable from my

  • 58:30

standpoint with regards to our demo i don't think this will be well received

  • 58:36

i have papers showing that we made about 20 billion dollars [ __ ] nobody did so it ain't coming

  • 58:42

out yet no that's how oh this is a conversation before before this comes out what y'all are talking about yeah well let me just your studies have shown

  • 58:52

please tell me where you're testing we're gonna algorithm this in anybody's phone and we're gonna sell about this

  • 58:57

many of these that was the first thing that popped up when i was shopping for watches last night it was and it was crazy it's been out a year i've never

  • 59:03

seen it so it ain't sell that well it's not even a new one that's what i'm saying there's another one out of here but the conversation is not an apple

  • 59:10

conversation well let me just tell you though because the the unity collection that's the new one with the colors in it the black one

  • 59:16

the colors anyway the uh it's the pandering collection it is a pandering collection they do one for pride

  • 59:23

they do one they do the all red one with the proceeds going to uh aids research the pink one probably for breast cancer

  • 59:29

or something i'm just that's cool i don't know how true it is

  • 59:34

they say the proceeds go where's the muslim one they ain't do that yet i guess i don't

  • 59:40

know i mean because what color i'm just saying are they gonna do one since we're unifying things

  • 59:48

maybe they'll get to it yeah i know go ahead enough money in there yeah ain't no money in that yet

  • 59:53

ain't enough our dollar don't put you know what go ahead no i'm there

  • 59:58

again their statement when they put these out say that proceeds go toward

  • 1:00:03

uh organizations fighting racial injustice that's for this collection the pride one is discrimination against a

  • 1:00:12

lgbtq community the red one is like they're so you're like saying that you like that if it's true if it's true i'm

  • 1:00:18

not mad at you like that if it's true that's what i was trying to say you like that one if that's just okay

  • 1:00:25

but the topic here they got the brain in bed and ice has the braided man

  • 1:00:32

    i think that's all this [ __ ] i have a black braided braided blade i know because you're black because i'm see black fish no i don't understand i got

  • 1:00:38

it say bless um the topic here is the companies that don't give a [ __ ]

  • 1:00:44

but still want your dollar because that that uh off the apple that other [ __ ] was disgusting yeah that's crazy terrible

  • 1:00:50

but we see that every year yeah and it's outrage marketing yeah and it works every time yeah

  • 1:00:57

hence me saying somebody in somebody's office needs to let them know that this is well

  • 1:01:02

hence joe saying but you said it works you think it works yeah yeah i think this works for apple for apple i'm not

  • 1:01:08

talking about some of the other people the new [ __ ] ain't as bad as last year's this dead red black and green watch is

  • 1:01:14

disgusting this newer show is all right outrage marketing works we are on the same page there is a

  • 1:01:21

reader's reason they call me the biting of brooklyn

  • 1:01:27

i'm sorry black history month that's not who i think i'll give you one more time is that what i think it is together and deal with this fight

  • 1:01:33

on the same page there is a reader's reason they call me the biting of brooklyn

  • 1:01:41

you hear them you said they were biting sitting there thinking about people that need to have

  • 1:01:46

somebody talk to them before they do some [ __ ] so it's nice [ __ ] got to stop tricking

  • 1:01:52

me man i i voted for him because uh hove and puff said so [Laughter]

  • 1:02:00

i'm glad you i'm glad you admitted it i'm really glad you admitted that like

  • 1:02:05

i said weeks ago jay-z's our spokesperson as a black demo

  • 1:02:12

probably 50 and under jay-z is probably the most powerful person in the black demo that's crazy

  • 1:02:18

he's a businessman and a musician that we need somebody not no shout no disrespect to jay y'all know how i [ __ ]

  • 1:02:25

with jay but you need somebody in a more political arena to be able to speak up for these issues

  • 1:02:31

to silence them there you go i know they better go find some [ __ ] salt to put on the streets next time

  • 1:02:37

next time it's snow it's what i do shovels yo they're crazy on the news they were showing the cars having to

  • 1:02:44

park over the mountains of the snow new york don't do that yo look i'm going to talk about you want to talk about i'm

  • 1:02:50

black and black and he black i'm sorry i'm blessed his shirt says i'm black every month but

  • 1:02:55

this month i'm blackity black black but it's a white kid there's a white kid with a shirt on

  • 1:03:00

that's outrageous they're not tricking me i'm getting out of here

  • 1:03:08

they had to pull it i don't see how i get pushed no they definitely got to pull that they pulled it already yeah my point is

  • 1:03:14

somebody that went over somebody's desk and they missed it no no they did not miss it they did it on purpose yes outrage marketing that's

  • 1:03:21

what i was trying to tell you that from the company's standpoint yeah it's going to it's going to be feathers yeah but you

  • 1:03:27

know what's going to happen is people say oh let me go look and see no not even necessarily by the shirt did you hear about the shirt that say

  • 1:03:33

blackety black black with the white kid nah what shirt go search for it guess what now you just came to my site

  • 1:03:39

you might not buy that gotcha but you might see something else i know alex that's just what i was

  • 1:03:45

looking at that's all that's what that's outrage marketing right there we'll get some people mad but the attention

  • 1:03:51

is worth getting y'all mad okay no man i want to pray i want to pray for for

  • 1:03:59

kim and kanye man i want to pray for the kids and the kids just the family

  • 1:04:04

because this is sad it's sad and i don't want to keep talking about it honestly i don't want to talk about it i don't even want to

  • 1:04:10

but this my thing is they should just conduct whatever they're going on behind

  • 1:04:15

closed doors never going to happen each one is trying to weaponize the media yeah that's really the problem

  • 1:04:22

each one tries to weaponize the media to get everybody on their side against the other person they all they do is play

  • 1:04:27

media games both of them i'm not rolling with that neither but i'm i'm not talking i'm not

  • 1:04:33

rolling with that because at one point it appeared that way and i have not seen or heard about pete

  • 1:04:40

davidson since he got threatened in that song it all those pictures that i'm in the

  • 1:04:45

supermarket in staten island uh what am i saying here yeah all that

  • 1:04:50

all those pictures stopped and it became bikini beach thirst traps it was a lot

  • 1:04:56

of that so like i just don't i want to try to separate what it looks like a publicist could be doing from what it

  • 1:05:02

looks like kim is doing because for the last half of many weeks it sounds like she keeps pleading for it to stop and

  • 1:05:08

she has kind of stopped so i was on that earlier but now it just don't appear that way and

  • 1:05:15

i'm not in a business so i don't know but i'm just mad it's happening publicly

  • 1:05:20

but i know it's a lot harder sometimes when you're not talking to somebody when you don't have communication with

  • 1:05:26

somebody and you don't have an outlet and you don't know how to handle it like yes this should be done privately

  • 1:05:33

especially they haven't they have they have an about about tick tock like if we can't get over that

  • 1:05:38

conversation then the big conversations that's a shame when it really seemed

  • 1:05:44

like when it's our [ __ ] but we're gonna put this on the kid [Music] i don't know that to be true but yeah

  • 1:05:51

i'll read this and move on all right well you read what he said first so that they know or well no

  • 1:05:57

because she uh she said something first he's replying no no it's the other way around oh he

  • 1:06:02

put this out first and then she replied oh yes this was a mess yeah i remember okay

  • 1:06:08

kanye put out since this is my first divorce i need to know what i should do about my daughter being put on tick-tock

  • 1:06:13

against my will uh how do y'all feel about that don't put it on the internet you're asking strangers that

  • 1:06:21

for for divorce advice that's the part that i don't like

  • 1:06:26

strangers that you know eat this [ __ ] up and you know what you know do you know how many famous people

  • 1:06:32

he's been in the business too long he's been in the business too too long he knows what this is going to

  • 1:06:38

do he knows entertainers weaponizing his fan base in the media

  • 1:06:45

against her you know yeah but all all while still parading around with

  • 1:06:50

with this uh julia fox like i keep seeing way too much footage

  • 1:06:55

and pictures and shoots and it's just stop you taking the i'm not going to say what he's doing

  • 1:07:01

    but i know what he's doing it's like a two-prong attack

  • 1:07:08

but then you do the so she says hold up you mad aggressive but then when a [ __ ] punch back you'd

  • 1:07:15

be like come on yo stop you can't do that kim says kanye's constant attacks on me

  • 1:07:21

in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any tick tock north might create as the parent who is

  • 1:07:27

the main provider and caregiver for our children i'm doing my best to protect our daughter well uh daughter why is

  • 1:07:33

that sitting like i'm from boston our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium

  • 1:07:38

that she wishes with adult supervision because it brings her happiness divorce is difficult enough on our

  • 1:07:44

children and kanye's obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly

  • 1:07:52

is only causing further pain for all from the beginning i have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive

  • 1:07:57

co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that kanye continues to make

  • 1:08:03

it impossible every step of the way i wish to handle all matters regarding our children privately and hopefully he can

  • 1:08:08

finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably a little spice in there

  • 1:08:14

that was despised that's a little corporate spice i think it's publicist written but i think it conveys maybe what she

  • 1:08:21

might be going through yeah and taking a little jab with regards to the lawyership yeah see but

  • 1:08:27

that's not really i mean it is a jab but it's not a jab if i'm trying to get

  • 1:08:32

legal paperwork done with you and you want your third lawyer yeah what you know

  • 1:08:38

you see his response uh what do you mean by maine provider america saw you try to kidnap my

  • 1:08:44

daughter on her birthday by not providing the address you put security on me inside of the house to play with

  • 1:08:49

my son that accused me of stealing i had to take a drug test after chicago's party because you accused me of being on

  • 1:08:54

drugs tracy tracy ramona is romulus romulus stopped manipulating him to be this way i'm

  • 1:09:00

assuming that's the publicist i hate all this that's disgusting me too

  • 1:09:06

yeah it's all disgusting it is she didn't kidnap your kid she did not

  • 1:09:13

that's not kidnapping no you know what this is

  • 1:09:27

a person who's just used to controlling every aspect with no control any spiral that's what it sounds like

  • 1:09:33

and you don't a temper tantrum if i return you because i cannot control this situation i am used to controlling

  • 1:09:39

everything in every room i walk in just everything and i have no control here

  • 1:09:46

so i'm spiraling yo you know how we talk about

  • 1:09:51

a lot of us in here have driven without a license for a long time and that feeling you get doing that when

  • 1:09:58

the cops pull up on you versus the feeling you have when you are licensed to some reversal we talk about that a

  • 1:10:04

lot right that's kind of how i feel like when you good with your baby mamas

  • 1:10:10

like i'm cool with my baby mamas so remembering the beef part or when if the

  • 1:10:16

feelings were just when it was mucky

  • 1:10:22

like that's not that's not uh it's like a load off your back yeah it's not behavior that you wanna even if even if

  • 1:10:29

y'all don't speak and y'all are just on a regular co-parenting thing when that tension is just alleviated and normal

  • 1:10:35

conversations can be normal conversations like that'd be a mountain sometimes

  • 1:10:41

like when we could stop having a conversation about my emotions on the matter versus yours and try to work

  • 1:10:47

together on i know it sounds like simple [ __ ] but

  • 1:10:52

it's tough so to watch this where you can just tell there's no conversation had and no agreeable

  • 1:10:59

agreeable stance anywhere like anywhere right it's sad it is [ __ ] i said

  • 1:11:05

i don't like apples see but know why this [ __ ] is wet the smallest thing cause could and this is a in my place

  • 1:11:12

and i'm getting off this after this i promise i am thank you how much daddy do it look like he trying

  • 1:11:19

to do it looks like he's just trying to stop it your whole situation stop man stop it this don't

  • 1:11:26

look like it's about the kids at all it ain't and that's the sound and that's the part that bothers me like family you

  • 1:11:33

don't have to do this well not y'all but the public was dissing me i was kind of on her side the whole time

  • 1:11:41

i think she was taking the really high road she has been you all dissed me like yo she was

  • 1:11:47

playing games being supportive after the show and i apologize don't do that no no i'm not saying i'm not even saying

  • 1:11:54

like yo i think she was supporting him she says i was trying to be supportive of him

  • 1:12:00

you know she sounds like she want like how you said you're good split and it sounds like she wants to

  • 1:12:05

get to that point yeah yo we amicable i'll support you we mean the kids we come out to your show there's no more me

  • 1:12:11

and you yeah but i love you i still go i'm gonna always have love for you but we got a bigger we have to worry

  • 1:12:18

about the kids yeah but you let terry bone so that's none of your business i mean your business

  • 1:12:26

i lo and that's why i love men on podcast yes you're right but that line exists

  • 1:12:32

for reason that line exists it's true it didn't just pop about us that's true plenty of

  • 1:12:38

men have come along and fell victim to terry but you let terry bone like y'all kids i got that

  • 1:12:46

but look look at me but my [ __ ] you've paraded 15 chicks on

  • 1:12:51

instagram every trick you poppin i gotta see him i like one [ __ ] bone

  • 1:12:57

well that's the thing i'm sure you don't pop seven thousand girls and i've seen a few of them well that's the flip side of

  • 1:13:02

it he got a chill out you got you i hope so i really do i hope so for the kids yeah

  • 1:13:09

but for guys but yeah but for guys and girls it's like streams and

  • 1:13:14

    albums like

  • 1:13:26

    i'm streaming

  • 1:13:37

oh man that's funny you know really you couldn't deal with me [ __ ] seven chicks

  • 1:13:43

oh i thought you were loyal i thought you were right or died you

  • 1:13:50

were raised you was out there kissing yo yo that's what i know the 90s dude the chicks now you call them a ride or die

  • 1:13:56

they could offend it they get offended they're like no i'm not riding anywhere or dying and why do i have to die and i'm not dying with you

  • 1:14:03

[ __ ] his ass i'm out take that from down bottom chick

  • 1:14:09

oh man what are you talking about i was off chemical oh yeah i'm getting a feel for that i am off of that

  • 1:14:17

so podcast groupies do they ex [Laughter]

  • 1:14:24

    whoopi goldberg

  • 1:14:33

it's all pretty racy from here i want to skip whoopee

  • 1:14:40

yeah oh yo y'all are doing this on black history

  • 1:14:45

month they will not let us get 28 days of [ __ ] joy of peace peace at least put

  • 1:14:52

some peace brian flores might never work again mike yes yeah that's he might

  • 1:15:00

might i think he'll get a job i don't know if it'll be a head coaching position though i think he'll get a sale worker to high

  • 1:15:06

school somewhere nah i think he'll get a job so they kill just so they can

  • 1:15:11

disprove it they don't want another kaepernick to happen like irvington high maybe

  • 1:15:22

what that's my man but he ain't gonna work there again and as [ __ ] dogs here making

  • 1:15:28

jokes this move needed to be done yeah this move needed to be done shout out to him yes

  • 1:15:33

round of applause it's bold it's brave it's it's and it has to be done so that other

  • 1:15:39

people can walk through the door right brian flores unfortunately will be the sacrificial lamb uh ryan flores is the

  • 1:15:48

miami dolphins coach former former miami dolphins coach who uh

  • 1:15:54

was let go he was released right you uh yeah he was fired he was fired he was fired not released uh he was fired

  • 1:16:01

and after when he had after winning after two winning seasons no two two yeah yeah they won last season two uh oh

  • 1:16:08

the giants are speaking on this yeah they really said they they were just a long statement i don't need to read none of that [ __ ] y'all have

  • 1:16:14

never had a black quarterback with the exception of geno smith and that didn't count no coach either yeah

  • 1:16:21

yeah i don't need to read a long statement and uh amara's on the [ __ ] racial board

  • 1:16:29

the racial inclusive inclusivity board or whatever the name of it is up there

  • 1:16:34

they had to put somebody there yeah but put somebody there is going to do it not somebody that's keeping the

  • 1:16:40

blacks out i know we need a number of people up there brian flores has filed a class

  • 1:16:46

action lawsuit against the nfl accusing the league of having racist hiring

  • 1:16:51

practices well that's a fact yeah the end of that yeah yeah

  • 1:16:57

nothing else needed to be said like i don't even like the rule nine head coaching vacancies no the rule is good

  • 1:17:03

in spirit but the execution of it is that's my point it's basically you playing the game

  • 1:17:09

we know we're not gonna hire no black coach but we gotta interview them by law you gotta interview them right so that's

  • 1:17:15

what happened with the bill belichick [ __ ] they already hired a guy all right and they were just interviewing him as a

  • 1:17:21

formality get this check mark off yeah wait people some people don't know what the bill bill bill should you talk about this all right so what happened was bill

  • 1:17:28

belichick mistakenly text him they're both it's two brian's two both names two

  • 1:17:34

brian's bill belichick mistakenly texts brian for as like yo congratulations blah blah blah blah right

  • 1:17:41

heard you got it this this and this he's like thanks coach you know they go through an exchange until bill belichick

  • 1:17:47

says something in reference to the other brian the white brian and he's like oh coach

  • 1:17:55

he said what's that word around giants and buffalo yeah so and he's like yo oh i think you're the

  • 1:18:01

wrong person bill belichick was like ob i [ __ ] up my fault yeah he has the text saying oh

  • 1:18:07

    [ __ ] my bad i [ __ ] up so basically y'all already hired y'all guy it's a nfl already that you guys

  • 1:18:14

have already picked your guy i haven't even had my interview yet right which means y'all interviewing me now as a

  • 1:18:20

formality so that y'all don't get fined by the nfl on some [ __ ] and he's still winning and then his

  • 1:18:26

interview and our first take this morning steve steven a was playing a clip with jerry jones

  • 1:18:31

got to love jerry jones but he was jerry jones was saying how uh mike mccarthy probably won't be the

  • 1:18:37

giants i mean not the giant the cowboys coach forever and yeah i'm definitely keeping dan

  • 1:18:42

quinn here because if the spot opens i want to talk to him about it

  • 1:18:48

and it just speaks to how the rooney rule just gets jumped and skipped like we already got our guys that we want that

  • 1:18:54

we're hiring they have their staffs that they want so

  • 1:19:01

where does this stop the only way it stops is if when we

  • 1:19:06

start buying teams and that what you just said you got to be able to exactly i saw a lot of people

  • 1:19:13

throwing dirt at hove oh you did all that we passed kneeling

  • 1:19:19

you you you you got in bed with the nfl and all we got out of you was that dope halftime

  • 1:19:25

show this year to me i said yo y'all are looking at the short game

  • 1:19:30

hole getting good with these nfl owners i believe he's positioning himself to at some point purchase a team

  • 1:19:36

and the way like you just said the way that we can put it into that is we got to get in that owner's room

  • 1:19:43

we need to we have to have the owner up there damn about to sound like panda bear what's up get your [ __ ] off family

  • 1:19:50

i don't know this to be true panda man i've heard tons and tons of stories

  • 1:19:56

    the [ __ ] that jay-z does in any arena he don't necessarily be one that [ __ ]

  • 1:20:02

publicized so we don't know what the [ __ ] they doing with the nfl behind closed doors

  • 1:20:07

to change the the the the temperature that's already set in the nfl i don't

  • 1:20:13

think it's going to change overnight it's not you get what i'm saying but i i don't know what is going on i just think that us and it'd be us shooting mm-hmm

  • 1:20:20

we're shooting at a [ __ ] that's trying to change some things for good his track record kind of speaks for yeah

  • 1:20:25

yes track record kind of speaks for itself he might be doing some [ __ ] with some selfish motives too i'm not knocking

  • 1:20:31

that he's a businessman but i'm sure that some of the things that he's done that i've heard that he's done have been

  • 1:20:37

for the greater good so i think we kind of be giving our own [ __ ] all the time if something don't

  • 1:20:43

happen overnight all the time we give our [ __ ] to our own if something don't happen overnight ish

  • 1:20:49

i said before when i when i said our problem is the lack of us unifying together behind

  • 1:20:54

some the second somebody gets up and try we will shoot them down yeah we will

  • 1:21:00

that's the problem right there and anything i'm not even talking about whole this is anything you know it'll be us

  • 1:21:05

anyone that starts trying to put a movement together you'll get accusations and and fam we

  • 1:21:12

trying to there's a bigger issue here like if we can get everybody on board and move in the same direction but

  • 1:21:17

you're worried about how much money this person is making off of this you're worrying about this look at the greater picture here

  • 1:21:23

and people don't do that we shoot ourselves down before they ever get a chance to i agree and that's where our problem comes in

  • 1:21:30

just that's why they could diss us in and you could say a bunch of times and you can put nothing on mass apple watch

  • 1:21:36

and don't nobody say nobody gonna say no i agree in the lawsuit flores claims that the dolphins owner stephen ross

  • 1:21:42

attempted to bribe him to lose games after he was hired in 2019 and tried to pressure him into recruiting a prominent

  • 1:21:48

quarterback at the end of the 2019 season tom brady has been revealed yeah that came out with tom brady flores was

  • 1:21:55

fired from his position as head coach on january 10th despite recording the dolphins first back-to-back winning

  • 1:22:00

season since 2003. and that bottom line just speaks volumes

  • 1:22:06

my folks be out here losing and keeping a job this is your first um positive season since two times in a

  • 1:22:13

row since three months are you talking 20 years what it was allegedly they were offering him

  • 1:22:19

a hundred thousand dollars per game so now you can justify firing me because i had a losing season

  • 1:22:24

or so we could go get some recruits which one is it what do you mean no they justify firing him i mean not

  • 1:22:31

justified but they're like you said they wanted they tried to set up a secret meeting with him and tom tom brady and when he found out what was

  • 1:22:38

going on i'm not doing this i'm leaving they invited him on the yacht they asked him to meet with brady and he said no

  • 1:22:44

that's that's tampering we're not doing that they invited him on the yacht with the owner and and said hey we got

  • 1:22:51

we got a guest coming like that and it was tom brady he's like oh no no i'm not doing this

  • 1:22:57

and he left he's moving with integrity got you you're not willing to play ball

  • 1:23:03

and you out here winning games and we telling you to lose yeah yeah you just you you're against the team yeah that's why they fire it

  • 1:23:10

strange fruit yeah that's what that is like fam you we got something we're trying to do over here i believe it was hugh jackson came out

  • 1:23:17

and said that uh cleveland gave him something similar i believe it was hugh jackson yeah it was it was cleveland gave him something

  • 1:23:23

similar and the fans said yeah but it wasn't a hundred thousand dollars he was like the number it was a good number

  • 1:23:30

you got it so they're they're in incentivizing yo lose these games

  • 1:23:37

don't go out there and win that but that was my thing i don't know i would want to know what is behind them asking them to lose games they're trying the first

  • 1:23:43

thing i mean it was very clear from the off season before he even got hired that they were trying to tank to to

  • 1:23:49

get the number one pick or something close to it work no it doesn't i hated the team

  • 1:23:54

from the rip what do you mean the tank idea does not work but i do have some questions the jacks and them [ __ ] are

  • 1:23:59

proving it did they not yeah but did that not come up in the interview process i would have to imagine it would

  • 1:24:05

what tanking yeah i doubt it they're already releasing and trading all their uh their players

  • 1:24:12

before they come he comes on this i don't know

  • 1:24:17

and the taking [ __ ] do work sometimes it's just that if you got bad coaching it don't matter who's on the team

  • 1:24:22

    i haven't seen that [ __ ] work yet it rarely works i hit a [ __ ] juice tank him right now

  • 1:24:28

tanking right out of dipping right here what else what else about tanking what y'all think play some tank that'll get that'll get

  • 1:24:35

it flowing again i'll think about that 84 nba draft oh my god

  • 1:24:41

that's when they curse me out shut up [ __ ] y'all uh what else we got

  • 1:24:47

oh all the racy stuff everything is serious from this point on oh come on oh come on it's saturday dawg i mean

  • 1:24:53

it's saturday don't try to make me cry yo we good this is us does it enough still ain't watching me either it's

  • 1:24:59

black history month we didn't jumped off the floor as we might as well jump onto whoopee

  • 1:25:05

whoopee works right what happened no no

  • 1:25:11

we'll talk about it give us a backstory um whoopi goldberg says some uh some comments on the view that were taken as

  • 1:25:17

insensitive regarding the holocaust saying essentially it wasn't a race thing because it was

  • 1:25:23

white on white crime for lack of a better term so it's not a race thing to for which she was suspended for two

  • 1:25:29

weeks no at first she just had to give an apology what she did i'm sure it was both yeah no i this is what i personally

  • 1:25:36

think i think they made a given apology because she's whoopi goldberg

  • 1:25:42

and then i think the the the people said that's not enough and they kept pushing and pushing and

  • 1:25:48

pushing she needs further punishment and now they punished her to which she says she's contemplating

  • 1:25:54

quentin i wouldn't blame her i wouldn't blame him at all did she say that yep yeah

  • 1:26:01

says she's constantly quitting i wouldn't blame her that sounds like a very whoopi goldberg thing to say what

  • 1:26:06

yeah or do i'm thinking or do i'm thinking about it yeah i don't think this and let me tell you i

  • 1:26:13

don't think she needs to check if she leaves that show plummets yeah isn't it whoopi

  • 1:26:19

goldberg jewish i thought she was jewish yeah but then i read something that said she wasn't i thought she was jewish she's

  • 1:26:25

been saying she was jewish for the last 20 something years yeah so that's nuts

  • 1:26:32

i mean it's crazy it's whether or not she was insensitive oh

  • 1:26:37

see this reads differently dawg this is the president of abc news saying

  • 1:26:43

effective immediately i am i am i am suspending whoopi goldberg for two

  • 1:26:49

weeks for her wrong and hurtful comments while whoopi has apologized i've asked

  • 1:26:54

her to take time to reflect and learn about the impact of her comments the entire abc news organization stands in

  • 1:27:00

solidarity with our jewish colleagues friends family and communities

  • 1:27:08

i don't want to conflate things so i won't say what my normal response would be to that because there's nothing wrong

  • 1:27:13

with that cool she was pressured to do that you just

  • 1:27:19

there's some phone calls that got to her from some people though she was pressured to do that oh she was pressure and then he got more pressure

  • 1:27:27

i mean she got pressure and then the the i'm talking about whoopi goldberg got pressure first right and then they said

  • 1:27:33

that's not enough the apology is not enough we need further action

  • 1:27:40

yeah that i don't have anything to say this is not i don't have anything to say about their business about how they conduct a business i do

  • 1:27:47

wish that as a society we would grant more leniency for maybe not saying the right thing always can't not today

  • 1:27:56

people live for this because look at today she didn't say anything particularly inflammatory now unless she was just

  • 1:28:01

maybe incorrect in the definition of race or whatever it's a really fine line

  • 1:28:07

so today i agree with you yeah i'm agreeing with you i'm just giving you some pushback but i agree with you

  • 1:28:12

but when somebody else comes out and says some something a little

  • 1:28:17

pinky toe over the line where do we draw the line and say because what's inflammatory to you may

  • 1:28:22

not be inflammatory to me what's acceptable to you may not be acceptable to me so we have a line to draw and we

  • 1:28:28

gotta draw the line what i want him to do is just stay consistent when somebody get up there and say some

  • 1:28:34

anti-black [ __ ] or some black [ __ ] that crosses the line i want y'all to have the same exact swift punishment for that

  • 1:28:40

individual the threat is not the same that's why now the money's not the same the threat that affects the money is not

  • 1:28:46

the same that's why so that's your policy rock out that's the policy it just got to be consistent

  • 1:28:51

whatever pressure that made her take that action that threatened the money

  • 1:28:57

i mean that's why there's action taken if they look at spotify and joe rogan

  • 1:29:03

they weighing that uh yeah y'all leaving okay oh wait it's getting a little warmer hey

  • 1:29:09

man we need to say something this is the crazy part for me even with the joe rogan [ __ ] from what i

  • 1:29:14

hear i don't watch joe rogan i've never watched a full episode of joe rogan's show i probably watched a couple but but i've heard this has been his bag forever

  • 1:29:23

i heard he basically says whatever the [ __ ] he wants to say and because he generates so much bread nobody says a

  • 1:29:29

thing exactly so it's really a money thing it's not a religion thing it's not an ethnicity thing it's not a moral

  • 1:29:36

obligation none of it it's a money thing and so when the people that have the money start feeling offended they start

  • 1:29:41

pulling the money right but it's not but it's not just the money thing because it's a money and race thing it's no no

  • 1:29:49

no no the race only matters because it's because you can say [ __ ] about islamic people all day

  • 1:29:56

people go publicly and say [ __ ] about islamic people all day and nothing happened so it's not a race thing it's a

  • 1:30:02

money thing and if the islamic people started pulling a funding or if they had money to make changes then we would see

  • 1:30:09

changes they don't necessarily do that and so we see it when certain ethnicities or

  • 1:30:14

certain minority groups period are are are um disrespected bro the big big t came out

  • 1:30:22

and said crazy [ __ ] about mexican people when he first said [ __ ] about muslim people trump said about everybody and

  • 1:30:28

nobody said a [ __ ] thing right so if it's about equality for all religions and we pulling for them then

  • 1:30:35

you should have the same feeling it's similar to what dave chappelle says when he says yo you can't have

  • 1:30:41

um empathy for one minority group and not have empathy for all minority

  • 1:30:47

groups right like if you see a fat dude getting teased at school yeah you should have the same vigor to defend him that

  • 1:30:55

you had when you saw a black boy getting teased at school or any other minority group you should feel for them yeah and

  • 1:31:01

they don't and that's the point they don't again and it keeps going back to what i said

  • 1:31:06

the the threat that affects their money only comes from certain groups look how quick that stop asian hate bill got passed

  • 1:31:13

was it two weeks a week immediately why that

  • 1:31:18

when [ __ ] start talking to pulling the money yeah making them phone calls no we got to change it now

  • 1:31:24

we ain't in that position we're not solidified we don't have the right people we we're not in that position so we will continue to be disrespected they

  • 1:31:31

don't give a [ __ ] sure and we beeping with each other too much is that ever not just that it's not just that i'm

  • 1:31:37

listening in solidarity if you disrespect a jewish person they stand together

  • 1:31:43

they not [ __ ] with you you could disrespect a black person and the biggest black artist in the world

  • 1:31:49

would be on your show i didn't know joe rogan was saying some of this [ __ ] it's coming across but i've

  • 1:31:54

seen mad black mega stars on his show we don't stand we won't stand together in

  • 1:31:59

solidarity i keep telling y'all i don't understand how you can misconstrue him saying yo i walked in the spot

  • 1:32:06

it was like playing to the apes in there not a white person in sight

  • 1:32:12

maybe i'm misconstruing it no you're not tell me how you meant it because you know what if you don't mean it like that

  • 1:32:17

tell me how you meant it then he said some [ __ ] um i heard about

  • 1:32:23

saying um oh you got the best of both worlds you got the the black jeans so you gifted physically and then you got

  • 1:32:28

the white jeans so you got the white brain then he said oh not saying that you know

  • 1:32:34

black people don't have brains but you get what i mean no i don't tell me how you mean it my [ __ ]

  • 1:32:40

you get him saying like certain [ __ ] like that you can't misconstrue right he said it and

  • 1:32:45

and triple down dave chappelle's been on the show i've seen kevin hart on the show i've seen our mega stars on his [ __ ]

  • 1:32:51

show and on his platform so nothing is going to change as long as we support [ __ ] like that and we pander

  • 1:32:59

they don't give us a chance to say yo what you what you meant by that immediate shutdown

  • 1:33:05

and we still support this [ __ ] so it's our fault

  • 1:33:11

that's all i keep saying bro it's our fault i don't blame nobody that we get rolled

  • 1:33:17

over like this but us indeed you have nothing to say

  • 1:33:23

we unpacked it enough no y'all did it oh no this wasn't even one of them things where i thought you always

  • 1:33:29

know what that what i thought i couldn't say it said so i'll take the shot for you

  • 1:33:37

i'll take it but not uh there's an extended conversation to be had i don't know if we extend it here

  • 1:33:43

but that conversation goes on because then you start looking at the people behind these people that's you

  • 1:33:49

know how you giving it up and you still like it it's so much deeper bro

  • 1:33:56

yeah it's deeper it's just a it's a it's an inferiority thing that we have as black people

  • 1:34:01

    true um

  • 1:34:06

we feel like we shouldn't be in positions of excellence or of power as much as

  • 1:34:12

nigga's out here saying black excellence and all that [ __ ] is cliche we feel deep in our hearts i feel like

  • 1:34:18

we shouldn't be in certain spaces so that's because it's been it's been beaten too

  • 1:34:24

but now you're running around saying black excellence so really try and accomplish it so if gucci do some

  • 1:34:30

    [ __ ] if louis vuitton do some [ __ ] we'll get up here and we'll diss the [ __ ] for a month

  • 1:34:36

three months later we gucci doubt we louis vuittoned out so do you really believe that

  • 1:34:41

you get them saying like do you really really believe that these [ __ ] we look at ourselves as less than

  • 1:34:47

so why would they not and i say it all the time like why would they not that that we really got the the

  • 1:34:53

[ __ ] we got to heal not them [ __ ] them and that's why because there's no way

  • 1:34:59

that uh if i'm a mega star and i'm black and i hear this man say this [ __ ] i'm going this platform never

  • 1:35:04

i don't give a [ __ ] what the bag look like these [ __ ] is rich already they don't need no bag associated with joe

  • 1:35:10

rogan [ __ ] him i would never go on his platform if i heard him say those things i don't give a [ __ ] how many cool black

  • 1:35:15

people interview and all that other [ __ ] because that'd be the justification yo he'd be having all the cool black

  • 1:35:20

[ __ ] out my face well no i hate to be the guy to come in with the paper sheet again but

  • 1:35:27

if you have a message you want to get out there and you know if you hit this person this person and this person then

  • 1:35:33

it reaches all the demos is it a message or a new film you promoting your movie are you

  • 1:35:39

promoting your stand up or you promoting your album or you promoting something you're not promoting a message necessarily if you got a message and you

  • 1:35:45

want to reach the white demo that could possibly gain something from your message then i'm with you but if you're

  • 1:35:51

just shooting a film and you're promoting your new movie and you're going on this platform because you got 100 zillion listeners and you just

  • 1:35:57

promoting your movie [ __ ] out my face listen stop at your work would fix a lot

  • 1:36:02

of things it would listen we stopped going outside for a

  • 1:36:08

month over here and then new york start going crazy work

  • 1:36:13

hey when them try say it all the time when them [ __ ] and the trains get mad

  • 1:36:18

when the train [ __ ] get mad airplanes when the teachers airplane [ __ ] get mad pilots yeah

  • 1:36:26

airport shut down nobody going nowhere there's power in that and ndr reset it if more people would do

  • 1:36:33

this we might begin our negotiation and we can stop begging

  • 1:36:38

i want to ice his favorite quotes you're not united we bargain divided we beg

  • 1:36:45

yes we we won't unite because it don't i swear it wouldn't take long i don't even think it'll take

  • 1:36:55

yo we can't organize because we're so busy worried about who's at the time no we sell fish no we're worried about who

  • 1:37:01

to cancel no we still no no no not even it's like we selfish like yo why he the face of this or why why why he's

  • 1:37:08

speaking for like we selfish things are selfish i think that we selfish dogs take the colin kaepernick [ __ ] i love

  • 1:37:13

you all black history month message no i'm just saying it's just real we don't need them to fix us we got to fix

  • 1:37:20

us colin kaepernick [ __ ] had kids defeat so [ __ ] said yo bro i want to step over

  • 1:37:27

the line with him i can't if 70 of the nfl which is black all

  • 1:37:33

stepped over the line it stops tomorrow you have no product 70 in the nfl is black if we all in

  • 1:37:39

solidarity stepped over the line and said [ __ ] that this is wrong it stops tomorrow but people be selfish and say

  • 1:37:44

    y'all got kids defeat i got i got a mortgage to pay i can't i'm with you in spirit my [ __ ] i'm a low-key nil and

  • 1:37:51

give you the fist but i can't step over the line with you in the front enough for nothing you need some of these uh uh

  • 1:37:57

supposed white allies to help as well because i think if tom brady if drew brees or something takes i disagree with

  • 1:38:03

that i agree with you but i disagree i disagree with that 100 [ __ ] the whites

  • 1:38:09

we have the power in numbers yeah [ __ ] the whites in our own struggle we don't need them i agree i'm sorry we don't

  • 1:38:14

need them it would be good if they came but we don't need them we don't need them of your product true

  • 1:38:21

70 of your product if the black people boycotted the nfl for one week

  • 1:38:27

it would not take a week it would no one week it would not take numbers gotta reflect you got your numbers come back

  • 1:38:33

you gotta have the numbers come back y'all saying that y'all saying a week hey we sitting out uh week one through four no i'm just saying a week yo the

  • 1:38:40

refs the refs did that and you saw a change work think about that

  • 1:38:45

their product on the field was all the way [ __ ] up when the refs got mad yeah whatever man because i'm gonna get

  • 1:38:52

mad i'm just saying we own the power just don't recognize it

  • 1:38:58

and we're so worried about the next man selfish draco the ruler

  • 1:39:04

his family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against live nation and other promoters of the once upon a time in l.a

  • 1:39:11

festival citing a lack of proper safety measures connected to the rapper's murder at the event on december 18th

  • 1:39:18

28 year old was fatally stabbed backstage at the festival before he was scheduled to perform

  • 1:39:26

this was bad and they probably gonna get uh that summer's gonna go up oh yeah

  • 1:39:31

it's gonna go numbers gonna go up mm-hmm yeah that's just the start of it

  • 1:39:39

uh i'll keep you posted with the happenings of this i mean not for nothing i knew this was

  • 1:39:45

coming and they have every bit of right you didn't have adequate security back

  • 1:39:50

there that's on y'all he got mobbed so

  • 1:39:56

i agree the lawyer's gone lawyer yeah yeah lawyers are getting ready the lawyer's gonna lawyer

  • 1:40:03

ain't got an argument a rest in peace to draco the ruler that's a tough that's a nasty way to to

  • 1:40:09

go like he was booked he was booked here he was booked at the show i'm at work

  • 1:40:15

and see this is where the [ __ ] comes in you booked as

  • 1:40:20

as a rising star so you are there under rising star rules

  • 1:40:27

which means you can only bring but so many people with you so now you get into something while you

  • 1:40:33

there with somebody that might have a million people with them just gonna get to it yeah

  • 1:40:41

nasty but what do you do if you're home

  • 1:40:49

if you're the new act that i made you be earlier and i threw all those situations at you and now festivals are involved

  • 1:40:55

and you could do because you don't have the leverage to say i'm not going

  • 1:41:00

like you need to go you need the bag you need the notoriety you need the the performance and knowledge this is a look

  • 1:41:06

for you and you can only bring four [ __ ] right

  • 1:41:11

yeah i'll keep you i'll keep you posted with the happenings of this uh they also uh arrested

  • 1:41:17

four gentlemen related to michael k williams yes yes yeah that was running around stash and [ __ ]

  • 1:41:24

in brooklyn garbage cans and behind trees and [ __ ] and operating and playing broad day

  • 1:41:34

putting fentanyl in some [ __ ] just selling it while you're standing there yeah that's crazy that they found

  • 1:41:40

them what you mean that they found the people they gonna find oh yeah they back they're just no

  • 1:41:47

it just goes to show you that they can really find you yeah if they wanna find you

  • 1:41:54

like he's he's a celebrity the white dude that passed away from mom

  • 1:42:00

no the white dude that passed away from uh mission impossible

  • 1:42:07

i don't know he been a mad [ __ ] actor dude passed away from mission impossible he overdosed they found his

  • 1:42:12

dudes too the same jabbing with mac miller they found macmillan like let [ __ ] somebody in our

  • 1:42:19

family pass away they won't find him no they chalk that [ __ ] right on up which means the resource is not being

  • 1:42:24

allocated to find the broke people kill us but the rich people they're gonna go get you

  • 1:42:29

it's crazy well now i don't want to say it i have to imagine that

  • 1:42:35

in a fentanyl related case like they just gonna try to get it all off the street

  • 1:42:40

because it's not just about it hitting you who else did they sell to no i believe they are trying to get the fentanyl off the street i'm talking

  • 1:42:46

about putting enough resources and allocating enough resources to find michael k williams's killer or mac

  • 1:42:52

miller's killer but johnny smith he would have just been another [ __ ] that od

  • 1:42:58

i know you get what i'm saying like they don't put the resources into finding those people's killers like that

  • 1:43:04

it took a while to get max miller's people they found them there they got it so think about how many months this is this was the end of the summer

  • 1:43:13

this was damn near the summer so

  • 1:43:18

it took them some moms to find them but again the the man hours and all of that [ __ ] that goes into finding it it's

  • 1:43:25

crazy like it's it's not fair but i get it i'm glad they found them yeah rest in peace my word i love you

  • 1:43:31

definitely uh what else what else is important what else is important yo new york is

  • 1:43:37

about to get crazy i'm gonna just throw this out real quick and we can move on but it's a whole lot of pics and vids and

  • 1:43:45

news cameras showing cops lined up

  • 1:43:51

hot by the thousands and they brought the president in yesterday two days ago

  • 1:43:58

to say yo what's up over here [Music] and that's where that whole meeting came

  • 1:44:04

from with the police and by then um and eric adams but their messaging is clear

  • 1:44:12

we about to start [ __ ] you all up yes yeah bingo that

  • 1:44:17

if you i don't know how you not hear that or see it but it's coming

  • 1:44:24

it's coming that's all i got on that you want to be careful out there no you're [ __ ] better [ __ ] is getting here be careful

  • 1:44:31

because it put police on high alert so now when you pulled over for anything like it's high alert time i mean they

  • 1:44:37

always on high alert because they got a dangerous yeah but you can tell where you get a little oh yeah yeah nice a little actually you

  • 1:44:43

could tell when it when the checkpoints start going up it's high alert and they're standing by the bridge

  • 1:44:49

more of them are standing by the bridge yeah and the tunnels and they might be a little army gear

  • 1:44:55

it's high alert and it's ready to go yeah now is the cop car and all them little hiding spot nook and crannies you

  • 1:45:02

know the one that be there maybe sometimes the cop ain't there no they're there now they're just about to get ready and

  • 1:45:07

they're gonna sit by and watch dudes shoot at 10 15 and 20 police

  • 1:45:14

it's innocent bystanders getting hit it's children getting hit new york is

  • 1:45:19

chaos they said murder is up 30 something percent from this time last

  • 1:45:26

year we're saying the robberies live we saying robberies live like [ __ ]

  • 1:45:31

don't even give a [ __ ] they just robbing joker's broad daylight [Music] that's nuts um you want to jump on uh

  • 1:45:38

look at you yeah what happened come on family is talking let's go come on get

  • 1:45:44

your [ __ ] up we're talking about dracula you uh you want draco pardon me you want to

  • 1:45:50

talk about um drewski and all of them saying that they're not pushing we can't that music anymore hot 97 in general at

  • 1:45:56

this point right i thought we didn't see it but i thought

  • 1:46:01

kind of pioneered it i guess shout out to him if that if it was his little fight

  • 1:46:06

uh andrewski says if you make drill music there are a lot of drill songs without dissing your ops

  • 1:46:12

or smoking on your ops step up your pen game and creativity no reason why every week someone is getting locked up or

  • 1:46:19

killed i can't change the world but i can stop supporting the nonsense i admit i'm a fan of the drill records and

  • 1:46:24

support it from the beginning but it's only getting worse smh i am not supporting no more dis gang

  • 1:46:32

music if you are dissing each other in the songs don't even send it to me i don't care if it's the artist label or your

  • 1:46:38

big homie i will not support or play any more disc gang records on the radio we are losing

  • 1:46:43

too many young men and women to the streets i'm gonna clap it up for the young man

  • 1:46:49

he added a little bit more to that he said more artists getting booked on the island than than in that shows

  • 1:46:56

more people getting killed than getting record deals this [ __ ] ain't adding up let's keep the sound but let's change the message i know drill is based on

  • 1:47:03

dissing but i guarantee you if a real artist with real fans they'll follow your lead and that's not true

  • 1:47:10

that's not true that drill is based on killing dissing

  • 1:47:16

dissing and killing that's not true it's a sound right see that's a misconception and that's conditional

  • 1:47:22

it's a sound yeah it's conditioning it could be a drill gospel record there could be drill it could be drill

  • 1:47:28

anything but what's popular is in the drill music is that this is

  • 1:47:33

killing yeah but he's saying beast so i guess the the origins and we don't care about based it's it's evolved and that's

  • 1:47:40

    my [ __ ] point about hip-hop that's what he's saying he's saying the same [ __ ] i know it's based on dissing

  • 1:47:46

but let's move it forward that's that's literally what he's saying no i'm agreeing with him okay i'm emphatically

  • 1:47:52

agreeing okay and that but that is my point about this [ __ ] there's too much money in it now it's

  • 1:47:57

too many of y'all talented there's too many of y'all that can actually get to it and be responsible for a whole

  • 1:48:03

other crew like y'all can do this now you don't yo god ain't got to be the only [ __ ] doing this pam i've been saying this [ __ ] for about eight nine

  • 1:48:09

months now these [ __ ] want to put money phones up and [ __ ] do all the stupid [ __ ] and

  • 1:48:14

then and then be surprised when they sign in bad contracts and don't have the information i don't get it i support this message message from drewski i wish

  • 1:48:21

more people did it because it's getting [ __ ] up it is it is it's getting bad that's what i

  • 1:48:27

have on on that thoughts this is kind of your uh genre

  • 1:48:32

no authenticity is my drama i mean it's my genre genre genre i support the message as well it is a

  • 1:48:38

lot we losing a lot of people kids essentially but as a fan of that music

  • 1:48:44

how does that again i'm it's not that that's the misconception oh you only like drill music girlfriend i'm a fan of people

  • 1:48:50

speaking about this yeah don't tell me how you did it tell me how you stopped yeah like if you like and that that was

  • 1:48:56

what i said about dirk and all them if you're out of that give me something let me hear it how to stop how'd you do that

  • 1:49:03

right that's an inspiring message like you could still do [ __ ] you could still talk your your street [ __ ]

  • 1:49:09

without i'm not dissing this man i'm not trying to ignite beef with this person you could still talk your [ __ ]

  • 1:49:17

it could still be authentic it could still be you so i'm with this

  • 1:49:22

evolve is basically what we are that's the message here evolve now

  • 1:49:28

i don't know how that's going to fall on ears because there's a lot of young ones that are trying to get in the game

  • 1:49:35

and that's what they're doing yeah because they think this is hot this is what i have to do i got real beef with these dudes over

  • 1:49:40

here so i think the way to get on is to this day homies then they just my homies now it

  • 1:49:47

we see each other something happens i believe it was a 22 g's

  • 1:49:52

he put out he said something a little similar he's like yo yo i have to dumb down your dissing

  • 1:49:58

he was like word yeah he's y'all are getting locked up over these lyrics

  • 1:50:03

and he said now when you diss somebody we don't even hear the beat we don't hear nothing else

  • 1:50:08

you saying everybody's zeroing in on the discs [Music] so are you trying to make a hit and get

  • 1:50:14

out of here or are you just trying to diss somebody if you trying to make some hit records

  • 1:50:19

dumb it down a little bit you can still pop your [ __ ] there's a way to do it

  • 1:50:25

all right again i'm with it well speaking of evolution

  • 1:50:31

we have our part of the show tier on patreon round of applause round of applause

  • 1:50:36

we have a part of the show team on patreon where fans are able to send in comments and leave a phone number in the event

  • 1:50:43

that we want to call if the topic is good and jeff

  • 1:50:48

actually has a good one i've read through a few of them but jeff says how do you deal with

  • 1:50:54

finding out about hidden family [Music] i've never personally gone through it me

  • 1:51:02

either thankfully not hidden family but i guess i've gone through like

  • 1:51:07

uh verifying family verifying feeling nobody was hiding

  • 1:51:13

anybody but let's just make sure that that other baby's related

  • 1:51:20

right and that could get sticky so hidden families are a whole different ball game i do know people that have experienced

  • 1:51:27

it and it's rough yeah i want to call to him and find out

  • 1:51:33

exactly what he's referring to oh he might be the lost kid he might be the negative the family

  • 1:51:38

ain't [ __ ] weird get jeff on the phone no cause i'm gonna depress him

  • 1:51:43

let's see if he answers come on let's see let's see this is fun yeah

  • 1:51:48

let me turn this up here let's see

  • 1:51:54

yo you reach me i can't answer the phone right now ah damn it damn it

  • 1:52:00

i'm trying him again i'm trying to forget because it's private probably

  • 1:52:06

sorry buddy all right jeff got a job

  • 1:52:12

hidden family i wanted to talk to him he's probably crying to those uh people

  • 1:52:19

out there with the uh the uh uh part of the show tier if you get a

  • 1:52:24

block number on a friday or a tuesday in the mid-afternoon sometime

  • 1:52:30

    it's probably uh it's probably us it's probably i know you're dying i'm the same way i don't answer them [ __ ]

  • 1:52:36

i know that's the [ __ ] cable man calling to you know but when we asked for the phone number up there i think we

  • 1:52:41

said yeah we might call dog right but it's fine we'll maybe send a text out in the future

  • 1:52:46

hidden family anybody experienced it do you know somebody that wants to know some people have i haven't personally

  • 1:52:52

experienced it um i remember an ex-girlfriend of mine it was wow because like her her her

  • 1:52:58

parents were very very long-term church members like pops was the pastor moms of

  • 1:53:04

the evangelist it was like one of them situations out of nowhere

  • 1:53:10

a dude came up one day that was like i mean he must have been in his late 20s early 30s

  • 1:53:16

and was like yo i'm your son and they didn't believe it at first it

  • 1:53:22

was like [ __ ] out of here and when started having a discussion to see what was really happening like oh [ __ ] this

  • 1:53:28

really is time on time it was the mother son or the father father son oh okay it's just always the

  • 1:53:34

father's son yeah that's about to say that that that's different go ahead well except for mary j blige and uh power

  • 1:53:40

yeah except for zeke but go ahead but yeah so they you know they welcomed him in

  • 1:53:48

to an extent and um what he waited for of course testing and everything and when he came back he was a father

  • 1:53:54

they just embraced him turmoil in the house nah nah i know some folks have had this this

  • 1:54:01

kind of situation happen i don't wanna put anybody's business out there but it's weird like you got a sibling that you didn't really know about in like

  • 1:54:10

they're not the closest you know what i'm saying like and it's not like an animosity thing it's just it wasn't

  • 1:54:15

classified i didn't know you until you were 16 and i'm 20 something or whatever you know what i mean like what what your

  • 1:54:21

my college is doing that uh what's the dna [ __ ] you can send back

  • 1:54:26

people found innate they they siblings oh or yeah first cousins siblings all that [ __ ] but like a cousin of mine he

  • 1:54:33

um he hadn't seen his daughter in a long time like 25 years or so and this literally happened like two

  • 1:54:39

three weeks ago and he's on the phone he's like yo i forgot to tell you what happened and i was like what's happening and he told me that um

  • 1:54:46

his daughter reached out to him after like 25 years just called him out to blue

  • 1:54:52

he thought it was like a prank call she asked him his name all this other [ __ ] they go through the story so he's like yo i got a picture of you in my office

  • 1:54:59

um of you and your cousin ish and she's like ugh don't say that name and he's

  • 1:55:04

like what you mean she's like yeah you're a little older you don't watch the show but it's a show called joe button podcast and saguaro near his

  • 1:55:10

name's ish and he's just a misogynistic prick the accuracy

  • 1:55:18

he says joe he just busts out laughing he just busts out laughing right right and she was like what was so funny he's

  • 1:55:23

like oh yeah the misogynistic prick yeah that's the guy i got you sitting in a picture on his lap when you were a kid

  • 1:55:29

sleeping she's like no he's like yeah so but dawg

  • 1:55:38

that's hilarious yeah you've been the man for a long time yeah you're stupid but now to you to the point he's been elated

  • 1:55:45

like for weeks fam like he's been i've spoken to her live personally like three four she called me every day damn near

  • 1:55:51

text me every day but um he's been elated it seems almost as if she found

  • 1:55:57

like some you know a new whole side of her life that she never had right so that's super

  • 1:56:02

dope but i'm sure it's a situation where it could potentially go far left in a negative way i'm trying to call jeff

  • 1:56:09

again i think we shot him a text let's see

  • 1:56:14

you hi may i speak to jeff please this is joe budden from the joe budden podcast

  • 1:57:09

family go through some like taking the the state through probate and she mentioned one of the things you have to

  • 1:57:15

do you got to put a notice out there in your local paper to see if you got any

  • 1:57:20

you know family that you might not know about that's how y'all discovered it oh

  • 1:57:26

wait and people come back yeah [ __ ] yeah

  • 1:58:34

hey listen well how many points of proof do they have to have so you got to have a birth certificate

  • 1:58:41

you have to have something that attests to people knowing that this is you

  • 1:58:47

because you know what it'd be down there the whole the whole hood no no they know your secret family you know

  • 1:58:53

your family yeah you think that's your cousin nah that's deep that is deep that's deep yeah yeah how'd that work
