saluting you saluting this salute huh am i wrong alex i'm wrong

  • 0:27

you [ __ ] gotta stop hiding i'm not talking about you parks but you just allowed a beautiful runway from the ice to get some [ __ ] off

  • 0:33

i'm done with you [ __ ] and your passive aggressive salutes there's hate in there

  • 0:41

you're right what it'd be hating in the summer y'all [ __ ] be hating with the jokes

  • 0:48

the bros have expanded beyond must be nice

  • 0:53

and uh trying to be trying to be like you i see you out there i see you out there

  • 1:00

and i'm mad that y'all did that because when i said i see you out there and i salute you [ __ ] like i meant it

  • 1:07

but it's over now but y'all hateful hateful mens

  • 1:13

for real but we men so we got to mask the hate differently right

  • 1:20

i come on here and i be thinking that if we could just freely give off a little bit of joking hey i'm not knowing that

  • 1:25

you [ __ ] be seriously hating i meant to bring it up the other day uh

  • 1:32

because i was outside i seen what y'all did to odell beckham when all the girls want to [ __ ] them

  • 1:38

i see what y'all did what they did oh please they put everything in the world on odell they called him

  • 1:45

joe i got a little thank you they said they said is he is he a guy is he a girl is he bi

  • 1:51

does he have herpes oh he only likes white girls everything you could possibly put on a

  • 1:57

man they put on odell odell i'm sorry it's true but they did that who do you think they're dead men you hateful

  • 2:05

hateful men yo and i can't continue to be a safe space

  • 2:11

leader and not speak on it [Music] brother-ish now i'm trying to to that to

  • 2:19

that you say i have an experience [Laughter]

  • 2:24

i don't know i haven't experienced it i don't they get them in the game nobody hate on you like a [ __ ] walk up to you

  • 2:30

yeah come on let's get in the game yo dawg yo i see you yo i see you they don't really be saying i see you because they're happy to see you you think

  • 2:35

people are happy for you sometimes it depends on who's another person yeah it does hate this side of the room oh whatever

  • 2:41

yeah do you all know i ain't decided whatever you probably do i don't know but no [ __ ] it depends on the person

  • 2:47

so i don't know if certain [ __ ] said i think they'd be genuine they may they may not be i don't know

  • 2:52

all right but we had nobody said to know that means that you know the other side of your coin and that's my problem with y'all it's impossible and in this

  • 2:58

conversation i'm talking about the other side of the court y'all too especially and y'all are full

  • 3:03

of [ __ ] i don't like to walk around viewing that everyone with the intention that everyone's hating me but you you

  • 3:09

know some of that some of it isn't right yeah you can tell people you can tell and you know and you know i'm in accordance because

  • 3:16

men know who their like co-hater is you know some of these people we just

  • 3:23

playing it cool no i know that but i don't i don't chop it up

  • 3:30

rest and sex i cannot get to it yeah but y'all know what i'm saying yeah

  • 3:36

but i don't and you cannot go through the uh you can't ascend the way that parks has ascended and x amount

  • 3:42

i know this this is not specific to person right you can't just i'm aware of the kids just 5x for sure out of the

  • 3:49

clear blue sky and no nothing about no area your life changed i don't like to walk around thinking

  • 3:55

that everyone that gives me a compliment is hating because those people are miserable [ __ ] too like

  • 4:01

you understand what i'm saying like but you're in you become a hater yourself when do you think that everyone's hating on you almost that's right that wasn't

  • 4:07

saying everybody i just said you know yeah not everybody i could have three people

  • 4:14

salute me or whatever and based on the person and how that salute goes i know who hit

  • 4:19

him oh yeah that's all we say i'm not saying walking out assuming anything when you get it from a certain person

  • 4:25

    you know it's

  • 4:31

i'm just saying that's terrible i don't that's to you you must just say no you definitely have to have it's a possibility i just

  • 4:37

don't take it as that you know what i mean like i just don't and i'm just here to salute my guys and their new new

  • 4:42

endeavors i'll tell you i'll take a nice sincere salute yeah i'll take a sincere salute

  • 4:52

but speak to this guy via via a text phone call maybe even email

  • 4:59

sometimes who knows if it's important right i have a rapport with this guy work with this guy right

  • 5:05

it's not that's not odd for him to [ __ ] say hey man good job you and ice some of you are the [ __ ] man

  • 5:12

well yeah i mean are we not enough space for me to for me to receive that yeah me

  • 5:20

yeah nah so you can't do sky man just being in the spaces like i have a [ __ ] oh it's like the girl that hit you on

  • 5:25

your birthday to say happy birthday or the girl who hit you on christmas while she know you laying in bed with your girl on christmas and she don't talk to

  • 5:32

you he spoke to you in three years now all of a sudden it's merry christmas [ __ ] keep that you could just spiritually

  • 5:39

send that you could just put that in the universe yeah you could pray

  • 5:44

that that's not our relationship today that that that's just getting with boundaries and healthy [ __ ] like that if

  • 5:51

that ain't our relationship it ain't the relationship to that you say yo dawg why do you direct it to me i

  • 5:57

don't want to be anti today i don't want to play tug-of-war wait when i throw it to you it's not for you to be anti it's

  • 6:03

for you to just let you read create dialogue now you read my face i don't agree with that i think that somebody if

  • 6:09

if you're not necessarily coming from a negative space just to say yo merry christmas happy birthday y'all i knew

  • 6:15

your birthday was xyz day i haven't spoken to you in months but i could still still say happy birthday or you

  • 6:20

could be laying in the bed with your wife and i'm saying some people do use this if we don't talk like that at all

  • 6:28

some people use that as a springboard and then like the next day be like oh yo by the way

  • 6:34

i've never got a merry christmas text from you nor will you you're my man so then what the [ __ ] are

  • 6:40

you talking about right now and that's what i don't get about that particular god if you love somebody then you should really let them know every day of your

  • 6:46

life what are you stuck what are you saying here come the goalposts moving you said fam you are sitting in the bed

  • 6:52

with your girl another girl that's what you said i'm i'm commenting on that so that was just me that's what i'm

  • 6:58

commenting no that doesn't mean i'm commenting on that piece i'm saying yo i'll send out happy mother's day texts or uh uh to

  • 7:05

people uh you might just scroll through your phone this person got a kid let me know i ain't trying to [ __ ] you i gotta go so i gotta have a vagina to get a

  • 7:12

birthday text from you no he's saying it let me ask you a question you just told me i don't get a

  • 7:18

birthday test because i'm a man no i didn't say that you've never said hap merry christmas to me and i said yeah i'm not going to say

  • 7:24

that why not you love me you're my man so then if and you don't necessarily do that yeah i do love you [ __ ] ain't

  • 7:30

sending a man a merry christmas text you do that yeah sometimes it's not a long list of cracking with

  • 7:36

this phone yo stop your [ __ ] you're sending other men merry christmas texts and the eyes yes yes that is

  • 7:54

    christmas with the white man

  • 8:15

    [Music]

  • 8:24

if somebody came in there and said happy any holiday what happens next [ __ ] your whatever roasting them you getting smoked you getting roasted

  • 8:31

so i know what we're doing get your [ __ ] outside ain't nobody wanna y'all want grown mature joe today no no no all

  • 8:38

right then i'm gonna let you all get this it's nice horrible group chat point off because we could do a doc on where that

  • 8:45

group chat landed which supports my theory that when you let these toxic things exist you get toxic results

  • 8:52

nobody in that group chat speaks anymore and maybe because [ __ ] stop saying

  • 8:57

merry christmas i love you you should have been the one who championed them everybody in that group chat hates each

  • 9:04

other now tough it is for me to plan a go out night hey oh he don't speak to him oh yo

  • 9:10

i forgot he want to fight him oh they want to fight me oh [ __ ] okay okay all right

  • 9:17

i might as well be faithful i haven't gone back and think about that group channel

  • 9:23

    [Applause]

  • 9:41

yo that's not talked about enough male group chance and what happened oh that's a show what happened what

  • 9:47

happened to the group chat i just saw a meme that was hard i'm not talking to no

  • 9:53

    [ __ ] that uh is in a group chat with his voice that's a red flag and i ain't understanding i didn't hear a girl said

  • 9:58

it i understand he'll gross you and they'd be in all the group chat so what we thought yeah that's the real

  • 10:04

[ __ ] you're supposed to be like that's the real show the real talks today after the miami trip no but i'm not i'm

  • 10:10

not combating that i've learned that when the women get together and tell you what they think is corny

  • 10:16

then sometimes you got to roll with it with it this is one of those where i'm glad i see their point yeah i don't i

  • 10:22

can see they're reported i'm glad i'm married boy i mean like 500 group chats

  • 10:27

that's like when the girls come out it's like when the girl oh all right get your birds dropped ready no no wait wait wait

  • 10:33

no because i no i can't say who who i side with in this one

  • 10:38

why do you love birds oh my god like when some of the bad the girls come out and they'd be like

  • 10:45

like you [ __ ] sit around and play games all day long you [ __ ] just losers another [ __ ] broke answer they

  • 10:52

be killing them i need to have time to play a game like

  • 10:59

here come the gamer community oh yeah ninjas are making nine billion dollars playing games yeah [ __ ] you not you sam

  • 11:11

sam always want to tell you what ninja

  • 11:22

    [Music]

  • 11:32

did you ever think if you spun around in a dark bathroom instead bloody mary that bloody mary will pop up did you fall for

  • 11:38

    that one i don't play them games but no [ __ ] i don't play them games

  • 11:43

he grew up in the church

  • 11:48

i'm a crazy [ __ ] looking oh [ __ ] speaking of ish being from virginia i learned something about cory that we can

  • 11:54

never bring to the air oh man oh come on man can't bring it to the air this might be

  • 12:01

the worst fact you've ever learned about a friend oh [ __ ] for real now you know

  • 12:08

anyway all right back to it

  • 12:14

make sure i have my appropriate capes that i will need to get through this episode

  • 12:19

untroubled in case you got i don't need my uh hater blockers today

  • 12:26

right and we got a little bit of nice weather out i see i see the i see the spring colors

  • 12:33

oh i got oh that's been a problem here we go

  • 12:38

there we go how's it look how's it looking beautiful

  • 12:44

yeah everything is a joke to menu

  • 12:49

but that goes back to our passive aggressive hater conversation

  • 12:54

    [ __ ] can't even look a man out without men laughing oh you look that [ __ ]

  • 13:03

    um microphone [Music]

  • 13:13

    [Applause] [Music] uh

  • 13:23

welcome to episode 535 of the joe budden podcast i'm your humble gracious grateful

  • 13:29

highly favored well-rested well-nourished host ain't good this weekend

  • 13:36

yeah too much too much i got it i ordered chicken last night that's how bad it's been

  • 13:44

like for real steaks steak after steak oh what are you doing with your life

  • 13:51

like you don't have to constantly feel so heavy [Music]

  • 13:57

i think it's a metaphor i think it's like subconscious because sometimes when your shoulders are heavy you might order heavy like it's just

  • 14:04

when your mind is heavy you just be greedy just bog down

  • 14:11

get my voice up that's your voice

  • 14:18

if i make one phone call his voice will be right for the rest of the episode [Laughter]

  • 14:29

and then what i hate about y'all y'all just be quiet let them call me a nut uh i'm live another joke because it's true

  • 14:35

yeah yeah this guy's great uh do you think that's the truth yes antoine yo man

  • 14:40

and ty everyone here thinks that it is not just joe i'm just delivering no i

  • 14:46

was shocked this entire room the cameras the tiles

  • 14:52

everything here we see we was here for that we was here for that one but it's fine how's everybody doing how was your week

  • 15:00

oh weekend today's what tuesday yes what did i do this weekend i didn't do [ __ ]

  • 15:05

i didn't do a [ __ ] thing this weekend that's great and you had a bowl and you had a ball that's good get your good and just chill it out yeah

  • 15:12

ain't got to always be event field weekend yeah sometimes you just kick back do nothing absolutely nothing

  • 15:18

what you did joe well you're talking about good a good red rock i ran around

  • 15:24

yeah no i was outside my lawn [ __ ] i did a couple things

  • 15:30

getting there well you did your uh inaugural uh uh cooling with us yeah cool and what is

  • 15:36

my inaugural let's [Applause] first go was sunday

  • 15:41

shout out to anybody that came through i came through for a little bit yeah you know it's it's it's in the early stages

  • 15:48

you started talking about something you know [ __ ] have changed i've heard i've had enough conversation about the last

  • 16:02

mad [ __ ] about ice just looking and feeling good man so good man go ahead no that's great but not the show

  • 16:08

yeah i had a blast doing it i'm looking forward to to keep going next couple shows

  • 16:14

every thursday and every sunday that's what's up we out there but um

  • 16:19

also two a week huh yeah two weeks

  • 16:28

i didn't think he playing with them i ain't playing but um you figure out how to get the video game hooked up to

  • 16:34

you yeah okay yeah they walked me through everything nice they hand-held me so they made sure i was good

  • 16:40

um come down here man so you know um in jersey recreational

  • 16:46

marijuana is now legal like so i said um i'm going all right buddy

  • 16:53

is it even called recreational yeah yes so i said i'm gonna hit a dispensary

  • 16:59

just just for the experience sure see what it's like you know there's been a couple around but you had to have the medical card to go in uh-huh now you can

  • 17:06

just walk in did you get ripped there wasn't no cobblestone roads around this dispensary

  • 17:11

was it no that was that last time edibles seeing you mixed with like

  • 17:16

something that ended bad you was face down on the cobblestone road kissing the ground well that's

  • 17:22

because no one told me you don't eat both cookies i definitely told you i told everybody

  • 17:28

and then tried to force feed them to you guys but you was just taking them [ __ ]

  • 17:33

there was oatmeal racing and met the ground you seen raisins met the ground

  • 17:38

yeah i meant yeah the wind with a glass door he's part of the reason that these kids came up with micro dosing

  • 17:49

what do you mean can i not take real drugs without being a loser and having to go to the hospital yeah sure i'm down

  • 17:58

i wouldn't i didn't go to hospital no finesse did that finesse and i had to take them

  • 18:04

being grown yeah that was the day i decided i'm just not gonna be the best of friends to

  • 18:09

    people [Music]

  • 18:14

no that was the day once i looked around and said that was a kickback mad friends i was like well we're going to take them

  • 18:24

oh we can't walk himself he surely could not yeah my dumb ass had to take him and

  • 18:31

then they were sitting on the couch you went to the hospital for a weed though we eat cookies he was sitting in the corner just trying to show up in front

  • 18:36

of a girl trying to show off in front of girls i've been there everybody just went to bed see in my instance i couldn't go to

  • 18:42

bed i had court the next morning and everybody told me if you sleep you sleep for like days off the [ __ ] oh so i was

  • 18:47

afraid to go to sleep they lied and that's what made it worse because i stayed up i was like nah i got i can't miss court [ __ ] yeah you just got a nice

  • 18:53

look look how he wanted to show up for court that's just going to show up to the judge no it was just a charge too

  • 19:00

let me see if you're a real [ __ ] or not i'm not my charge was all traffic maybe any time i was in the trash traffic but

  • 19:07

wait the traffic charge adam's breaking day it was that old catcher failure to

  • 19:13

appear you damn right i'm inside [ __ ] talking

  • 19:18

he was fighting the truth what you did in traffic

  • 19:29

[Music] mandatory court appearance request you

  • 19:35

did some you did some bad things oh so john my suspended so they just put the word mandatory there and you feel like

  • 19:41

you have to do something yes it's called law-abiding citizens

  • 19:47

yeah some of us do that mandatory on the traffic no

  • 19:52

i'm busy that day now what we'll show you uh [Music]

  • 19:57

man step out the car real quick let me yeah they'll show you on the next all right did i give him 850

  • 20:03

    [ __ ]

  • 20:18

    all right

  • 20:33

shut the [ __ ] up dude but i did my bid i paid my debt to society that's the point don't act like you just

  • 20:39

    a real [ __ ] i did that but don't act like you just jumped out like you're like inside the house [ __ ] from [ __ ]

  • 20:45

like me you break down over the traffic i go 10 years without it catch me if you can [ __ ] until they catch your eyes and

  • 20:51

then i pay it and do what i got to do and get a driver

  • 20:58

yeah it's different i'll be wanting to stab you with this

  • 21:09

i walked in there and they got the frosted windows so you can't see [ __ ] from the street no no you walk in they

  • 21:14

scan your id right let you inside first question they ask you um medical or recreational mm-hmm if it's medical it's

  • 21:21

a like a advanced no no no it's just they're the same cashiers up front but you get in this line and ain't

  • 21:28

nobody in that line so you walk straight up you're next in line damn there recreational you go over here look like

  • 21:33

the dmv oh it's crowded oh no it was packed

  • 21:38

so i get in line now there's nothing on display in the store at all on one wall

  • 21:45

it's it's um lozenges lozengers [ __ ] like that the other wall is merch hats

  • 21:50

t-shirts that's it so i noticed everybody's on their phone somebody [ __ ] so i look you pull up the

  • 21:57

menu oh okay okay and yeah to know what you want by the time you get to the cashier

  • 22:02

you tell them what you want they write it down they go in the back and get it bring it out you pay for it you leave

  • 22:09

it was it was they had mad different flavors do they because i i heard that like in amsterdam i've never been but

  • 22:15

they said they'll tell you like this is xyz wheat and this is the effect that's happening yes yes yes so they do all

  • 22:20

that it's all listed on gotcha what side side effects or benefits whatever what comes with it

  • 22:26

everything's broken down whether you want flour whether you want vapes they got topical ointments they had [ __ ] you

  • 22:32

could put in tea like it's it's all separated it's like weed 101.

  • 22:38

hey so i just wanted to see what you know being that it's legal now in jersey i just want to walk in and see what that

  • 22:44

experience he's still into but why why why are you saying it's so horrible because yeah it don't sound like you

  • 22:49

didn't know well yeah but any store that i've walked in he wants to bribe i could see product

  • 22:55

like even if it's behind a glass or something there you go that's no that's not fair that's what i feel like

  • 23:01

if i'm a brand new customer like i was i don't know anything about anything at least give me somebody that

  • 23:06

i could talk to oh see this is about the customer service part of the store that's because you're a rookie that's

  • 23:12

the problem with going mainstream no but no it's a customer service aspect there is none

  • 23:17

that's probably just this particular story i get his point i get and

  • 23:22

in western jersey and they had to have cops it was kind of [ __ ] managing the line it was so long

  • 23:29

wow but if i guess that's the web piece though like if you go look online you can see what

  • 23:34

it does see what the effects are see what the taste is and keep it pushing if your design is that long they can't talk

  • 23:41

to any [ __ ] in the line i'm just you saying it didn't feel like it didn't feel like a store it didn't feel like i

  • 23:47

went i could have did that at home exact same thing the funny thing about the legalization of weed is we're going to get all like the 38 year olds that just

  • 23:54

now became a pothead potheads and those are funny pot heads it's going to open the door to a lot of

  • 24:00

[ __ ] that thought that they were breaking the law about smoking weed and introduce them to weeds that's true it is the people that just get into

  • 24:06

drugs of any sort like late in life or it's weird it'd be weird

  • 24:11

because a lot of people law abiding citizens they wanted to try it but it was against the law so now they're gonna [ __ ] with it listening to this i feel

  • 24:18

like the guy complaining at the united desk about the

  • 24:23

plane that's about to shoot up in the air and take me x amount of miles away to a destination similar that's what it

  • 24:29

sounds like right now and it's different hearing y'all hearing it in this conversation

  • 24:35

because we've been outside for this for this right like i've been outside not to just telling

  • 24:42

myself here but [ __ ] it since the first one started popping up in the

  • 24:47

places it was legal at like we was in denver yeah when the first one popped up

  • 24:52

and it was fly but they had their restrictions that they had to go through the book and and i was complaining i was like it's not

  • 24:59

the same complaints but i was like oh cash only yeah and it's like yeah they're regulating us different they're putting

  • 25:06

different laws and restrictions on us so they kind of explained some of that to me i've been to the ones that don't

  • 25:11

have any product shown like that would send like some of the early stages and some are fighting laws

  • 25:18

and restrictions there too so it's like when you when you know that people have to get adjusted to

  • 25:26

this new way it just wasn't what i expected it to work that's all right i want to call it horrible because i was able to go

  • 25:33

yeah you said it was explained got it got you know exactly what i wouldn't they were looking for whatever how was

  • 25:39

    it what do you mean

  • 25:52

oh it was all right all right now we be kind of entitled my [ __ ]

  • 25:58

[ __ ] just have to go buy weed off the street now you can walk into a spot stand alive boxing is exactly the kind

  • 26:04

of charge we just that's us we we just and

  • 26:11

i hated that system too i'm glad it's updated like that's why i can't really complain go into all right the best weed

  • 26:17

is on the worst corner yep the best weed is on the worst

  • 26:22

someone that you don't really [ __ ] with but he's got the kill right now yeah

  • 26:28

and noah girl you just drive up they used to just make you buy it throw the [ __ ] in your car

  • 26:33

then that was the update but that's my point that was the update and that wasn't the greatest rushing

  • 26:40

just throw this [ __ ] in the car so i get i guess hearing that then the update to this yeah yeah i appreciate it i never

  • 26:46

then it was the new the update where all right now your weed guy is a livery like

  • 26:52

right he's coming oh [ __ ] it's a full-service type of then it was all these other flavors it was being

  • 26:59

explained differently who hasn't that now this weed that business to watch the evolution of

  • 27:06

it and what they are about to do to it now it's crazy yeah and i see now here that it makes me

  • 27:12

look at it totally differently because again i never took part in any of those things that you just mentioned so that

  • 27:18

was like i said i just wanted to see you can really walk in the store and buy wheat

  • 27:23

like what what like what about what if it's hot over here like what if what if i got a cop on my ass or a sheriff on my ass that just wanna like

  • 27:30

no there's nothing in here and you gotta vape you ain't gotta [ __ ] up with the seat oh man then where's

  • 27:36

little that came in a manila envelope with seeds in it you ought to separate that [ __ ]

  • 27:41

purposefully you smoke with the acapulco gold [Laughter]

  • 27:47

yeah like yo now they could just go get a pen little 25 pen puff the magic dragon all the way when i

  • 27:53

was buying weed they might have told that [ __ ] in paper bags some of them the manila ones

  • 27:59

yeah yeah the little small gold envelope thingies you gotta appreciate where

  • 28:05

it's gone i'll take it back now now i mean all right as well since i'm taken back

  • 28:11

and new jersey and new jersey got to play different than uh by

  • 28:20

for a plethora of reasons and i'm not this is not weed expert episode

  • 28:27

new jersey already starts out uh starts out on the negative side of

  • 28:33

this because of our land true so

  • 28:39

the weed over there they they already on a yeah

  • 28:45

we're behind i got it yeah so i mean that's one reason uh

  • 28:51

two uh i guess it gets political and it's new it gets political it's here

  • 28:57

it's a kid i met he's a huge fan of the pod i was at a uh at a um

  • 29:02

spot in scotch plains and he just gave me a [ __ ] weed education

  • 29:08

and he was like yo this [ __ ] is crazy in new jersey like most people not gonna make money because they got in too late

  • 29:14

the political [ __ ] around it you know what i'm saying like if you don't have a certain amount of money it's hard for

  • 29:19

you to even get bred like they sell in the room oh you get a license yeah they'll get you a license but you still not gonna turn the profit because you

  • 29:26

don't have the money to invest like most people don't got seven figures to invest in the weed industry out here right so

  • 29:32

yeah you kind of canceled yourself out they'll appease you though and give you a license for nothing but you know what i mean

  • 29:38

salute to everybody out there getting it done though yeah true in this in this new blooming this is not saying new

  • 29:44

blooming but it's it's new it's no it's just absolutely everybody double entendre salute to everybody who went through

  • 29:52

steps that y'all were talking about oh i'm pretty sure they're a little relieved that i could just just learn you know it's a win for

  • 29:58

everybody involved fam the fact that you don't get a charge is enough

  • 30:03

i don't give a [ __ ] you guys stand in line for an hour you're not going to jail and you can get as high as you want

  • 30:08

you got it now if we can just always remember to take our pistol out

  • 30:14

of the overhead bag on the plane man are we going to be so far as a people no

  • 30:22

i mean it'll be silly today i'm just telling y'all y'all have been trying to serious me out since before the pod started i'm here to

  • 30:28

be silly and mature though silly immature and with that said

  • 30:34

i i ice have you fulfilled your you know if you give me your side pod money

  • 30:39

huh like they got 20 minutes they need to pay extra

  • 30:44

the dispensary i ain't saying the name of the dispensary no i didn't stabilize them but still

  • 30:51

    [Music] side pod bunny

  • 30:57

oh that'd be hard get your [ __ ] off i gotta walk back you might have to walk it back too i

  • 31:04

don't know if you want to start well start there or not but on that festival over the weekend

  • 31:09

lovers and friends yeah yeah i apologize i apologize about what oh i killed them we called them that was

  • 31:16

gonna be another fire festival that [ __ ] not really happening that way with all of them yeah that [ __ ] went crazy no that [ __ ] was insane pictures i saw a

  • 31:21

lot of videos a lot of pictures i read a lot of features they pulled that off they pulled that off two nights ago with

  • 31:27

top-notch talent yes they did and that's that's snoop so i just wanna i was wrong salute snoop and everybody

  • 31:34

that was involved in that festival because y'all did an amazing job it looked amazing

  • 31:39

you all dissed it i don't remember yeah i don't even know we missed it yes i'm telling you i think y'all were just skeptical

  • 31:49

i watched certain people reporting i was like yo i they we weren't the only ones to kill this

  • 31:54

and it was like [ __ ] wanted this to fail which we kind of did because i came in here i told y'all that was some [ __ ]

  • 32:01

uh-huh so yeah i want to have that same energy have that in me

  • 32:08

like i joke about i don't want the festival right i'm not saying

  • 32:15

personal but if [ __ ] if it would have failed [ __ ] would have came in here with a different energy all right i took y'all ass out they got fire festivaled

  • 32:22

again there'd have been some jaw jokes he was one of the performers john chandy killed that [ __ ]

  • 32:32

to get out there and it would have been hundreds of people just sitting there waiting like the five-year festival we need more fiery festivals

  • 32:39

you know them when them white people didn't have the right tint grilled cheese was a little white

  • 32:45

privilege is so crazy wait that ain't the tip we saw yeah

  • 32:50

oh man the white people they had a right tent they was mad

  • 32:56

thought it was hot it was only so much that tequila could do i only bought it about two hours hey go send them over there to stand by the bar until we try

  • 33:02

to figure this out yeah that didn't work yeah i wish you all went to that festival look look i should look crazy

  • 33:09

    now apologize yo [ __ ]

  • 33:16

you apologize i don't remember sharing in that they'll remind you that

  • 33:21

a gin like that wanting them to fail now i'm i'm just saying we came in here very

  • 33:27

skeptical and told people it wasn't gonna happen with those names i need to see footage

  • 33:32

of music i kind of remember y'all saying that like cause this the card was mega stars a lot of them [ __ ] was top heavy

  • 33:39

hitters look here go out there you guys now don't don't try to abandon your brothers

  • 33:44

because if you [ __ ] up nah nah this was full of mega stars that [ __ ] was dope

  • 33:50

what i saw you know i'm kidding around but i don't remember any of that but i'm glad i'm

  • 33:55

glad it was great man i'm glad it was great who's that who's that drill oh come on you're not [ __ ] drill all eight members

  • 34:03

    eight members of drilling

  • 34:13

somewhere right i'm just saying it's a lot of people in drew hill now are we starting with the billboard music

  • 34:18

awards anymore let's get to the billboard music awards and then frederick gibbs

  • 34:27

right that sounds about right right that works where's my uh cape my dog

  • 34:34

i walked out i already got it on yeah i walked in like this

  • 34:39

what does it did man one dozier won all the r b awards at the billboard music awards

  • 34:45

uh so the hate there well that's the story that she's not a r b act is is the

  • 34:51

twitter take so we've got people in an uproar yes

  • 34:57

well people being summer walker uh who took to her socials to let us know

  • 35:02

and that's where debate sparked summer felt like she shoulda and let me

  • 35:10

not put words in her mouth she just says really clean sweep all the r b awards

  • 35:15

doji cat to that i understand what she's saying dojika is not particularly army it's

  • 35:22

some type of hybrid but see and that's the problem the music right there

  • 35:28

what'd you say her music is listed under r b like in i i double checked i went in

  • 35:33

apple music and all that just to see i just was curious where they have her classified and she's on the r b soul ice

  • 35:39

do you think that doja cat is an r b act she's a pop-act do you think that she is

  • 35:46

    a rapper no she's a pop act

  • 35:52

it gets hard it's all blurred with like a tank top yeah but like tank said it's kind of hard to differentiate nowadays once you

  • 35:58

hit the top of whatever that that upper upper differentiated at the awards ceremony

  • 36:04

where it's very easy it's very easy to differentiate yeah

  • 36:10

we're here differentiators not just that

  • 36:15

yo doji cat is here what you mean and that's what it is and

  • 36:21

that's the thing let's not make it worse we know what time it is who's showing up

  • 36:26

well is it the billboard [ __ ] based on chart so it's just literally you can look at the charts and say oh yeah she

  • 36:31

won because she had the most number ones or whatever got you i don't know if you're going off

  • 36:37

for what it said uh-huh i'm going off what i know of major award shows well i think that's

  • 36:43

true in most cases and i'm starting with ice because even if parks is right which i have in

  • 36:49

fact checked but if parks is right so why is there why is there a billboard

  • 36:55

music awards yeah if we park anybody just look and see hey i got ten slaps

  • 37:00

top ten you got that you got that we've been recognized by y'all throughout the whole year then why is the award show

  • 37:07

because of what ice is saying and in that who's going to show up

  • 37:12

the same rules apply who's coming here who going to perform who's going to sit in these seats who's

  • 37:18

going to perform who's getting us views hey and that hey you massage me i'll massage you man like

  • 37:26

that's just what time it is and i guess even with even if they was strictly chart based they could still move you around to whatever chart they want to

  • 37:32

benefit the show mm-hmm so that makes sense

  • 37:37

so you're telling me billboard has a hard time differentiating like it's y'all

  • 37:43

yeah but once you get but to isis point once you get to a certain level like

  • 37:48

y'all damn oh michael jackson used to clean up i like where you at stop st stay right

  • 37:54

there and even stay with michael jackson because you talk about a certain level michael jackson was doing that since he

  • 38:00

was four years old right so it's levels to this i like your point

  • 38:06

because there's levels to this it's not just all about music and art

  • 38:11

that gets us to these levels right it's about how you shake a hand how you smile how you take a picture what dinner you

  • 38:17

attend correct what cause did you donate to who's your agent who is your publicist

  • 38:24

who is your manager or backer who is your lawyer oh your lawyer is

  • 38:29

this person's lawyer oh yo your lawyer represents them over there i got this network of people this [ __ ] is a game

  • 38:35

that's not designed for the public to see right so it's really nothing to argue when you say the name dogecat because it's going

  • 38:42

to be the same names that win all the awards exactly like when when award shows come

  • 38:47

the same names win them and there's millions of artists born every day so i mean that's not by it's my design here

  • 38:54

meg one i'm sure something right probably so see i didn't watch this but i could tell you who won i could tell

  • 39:00

you who was there was little nazix there shaking ass no

  • 39:05

all right he didn't win but oh yeah but he didn't win he was uh mad he didn't win last night he's probably gonna sit down for the next two years

  • 39:15

who else oh yeah mary i'm glad they gave mary her [ __ ] wait look man already nominated a little

  • 39:21

non-jacks the weekend ed sheeran it's the same names it's the same look the libby rodriguez dodge cad adele and

  • 39:26

somehow they keep getting me to talk about it like when espn finds a way to shove the lakers and the cowboys in my face for absolutely no reason

  • 39:33

do you think the cowboys will win uh what did they say uh 10 and a half

  • 39:42

the over under on 10 and a half for the cowboys like why do i have to think about that

  • 39:47

and me like that's not crazy come on moving on moves the needle money ah

  • 39:55

germanic back to back to isis point because i don't want isis making a point that he didn't make but

  • 40:01

summer is running around with her [ __ ] boyfriend that's what summer's doing

  • 40:07

these awards are happening and summer is on her insta story set up critiquing blac chyna's mom

  • 40:14

now i'm not saying this to be funny because you can do whatever you want to do on your socials right

  • 40:23

doge is not josh is at the dinner somewhere with the

  • 40:29

agency with the right team with the right people rubbing the right elbows

  • 40:36

that's what's going on so when you see things like this hey remember when our homeboy won that award that he shouldn't

  • 40:42

have won and he went up there and then y'all killed let me try to offer it back and who's that the one macklemore yeah

  • 40:49

mclemore was at the dinners mclemore had the high powered man my

  • 40:55

    manager also manages [ __ ] billie jean i'm just making some [ __ ] right

  • 41:00

like so there's a lot more that goes to this i think summer knows that as well

  • 41:06

but i'm i'm with her she's been phenomenal both times at the back both times at the plate

  • 41:13

she has been at the top of her field in r b but boy does it suck now that i have to

  • 41:19

compete with the swiss army knife over there that's doing r b and a little more

  • 41:25

yeah and that was also tanks beef sitting here

  • 41:30

like damn why do i have to now look at how the migos is putting songs together

  • 41:36

or how a future is writing the r b records now it's like i'm not just competing in my field these

  • 41:42

are new age assassins that have been watching the greats and the goats for years which

  • 41:49

is why young blue think he could talk to [ __ ] tank like that and he can't and blue's my man i don't

  • 41:55

even mean to say young blue because he changed his name no more young blue that's my guy he's got some [ __ ] on the way but you i want to allow the kids a

  • 42:02

chance to learn and so to get their own sauce and feel how they want to feel if you felt like selling tank that day hey

  • 42:08

[ __ ] [ __ ] you done lately the [ __ ] that's just what it is right now they ain't my job to just come correct

  • 42:14

them but this is a consistent message from

  • 42:19

r b soul or like see it's getting tricky yeah i don't want to say

  • 42:24

just r b but it's like r and b soul so now that

  • 42:30

uh opens the door for a larger conversation that why does putting the word sold there change it devalue it or

  • 42:37

change it from what it is

  • 42:42

i'm off on the changer y'all yeah i'm just trying i was i was about to assess the soul [ __ ] so you said like look at

  • 42:48

what they give us look at what and that goes i'm not i'm not here to make it coloracy

  • 42:54

i'm not but just look at the people at the forefront of r b and look at the people today

  • 43:02

there's a million reasons to guess why it is so i'm not i don't want to be accusatory but

  • 43:08

    there's a theme of the people that's ahead of an r b pack i'm i'm i'm yeah a little bit

  • 43:19

don't try to make me say alex no i'm trying to think of the people that are in the forefront them dojo pull up the billboards

  • 43:30

it's the same okay faces the same

  • 43:36

people and and even me trying i'm trying to not explain this because it's going to make me feel like i'm saying something that

  • 43:43

i'm not saying i'm not saying these people are ahead because of this i'm not i'm not saying

  • 43:48

    that but it clearly helps

  • 43:54

and so it clearly hurts a little bit uncomfortable conversation to have

  • 44:01

damn i didn't think of that i see it though but look and you think i'm gonna support

  • 44:08

    k-drill i'm asking a question

  • 44:13

    no it's not for you

  • 44:29

yo i didn't even notice it until i started looking at the list of the winners it's a nice little theme you can see it

  • 44:36

it's a nice little theme painted i didn't think that was to that you gentlemen said i i they're good you're

  • 44:43

right i can't argue with it when i'm looking at it i never even looked that and thought

  • 44:49

that that was a what are the factors or a possibility but you can't make black you can't make all

  • 44:55

black r b be neo-soul like that's not what it is that's not what happened when neil soul came like that was a whole movement of a specific like type of i

  • 45:02

mean but you can't just turn black r b into that now and say because we're not doing our r b soul awards

  • 45:08

right seeing it's cheating because you say and i have my doge's cape on still

  • 45:14

but dozier put an r b soul as the category is a cheat

  • 45:21

especially it's a cheap first you start talking about this allows you from having to compete with the the bts's

  • 45:26

yeah well and i'm not competing i'm bad already i'm already there yeah

  • 45:33

i have to appeal to the people that i'm trying to appeal to which is why justin bieber put that [ __ ] martin luther

  • 45:39

king thing on on this album i'm already a pop star she could write anything she could write

  • 45:45

a country under there she could hey kanye did a sweep all the gospels gospel song gospel record gospel album

  • 45:52

and it was it wasn't we sat here and had the debate we did i went back on that

  • 45:59

it's not we had the debate we don't have to have it again but he put that word there for a reason

  • 46:06

to appeal to whoever he was trying to appeal to and clearly this little plan worked it's clean

  • 46:12

big fish little pond [ __ ] it's like the beef they had with little nonsex yeah with the old town world record yeah

  • 46:17

he wanted to label the country and it was like this is not country like

  • 46:22

no it's not you can't be listed as a country act and they was right they got us they was right i agree they

  • 46:29

were right yeah yo he was nominated for four out of the five christian songs

  • 46:40

i'm just saying man like off the grid it's a christian sword

  • 46:45

and the best one of the year i didn't have to hear the rest of the christian songs hurricane one wait hold

  • 46:51

on before we do that um ish what hill song put out last year what did the mega church yeah why they

  • 46:57

weren't on there this is tight yeah that's just getting nominated that virginia [ __ ] yo you gonna stop

  • 47:03

they're not even from virginia that thinking is from virginia

  • 47:10

man all right so we do yo dawg it really i think only like 30 people probably got nominated for the

  • 47:16

whole entire every category i wouldn't know anything about this thing all jokes as i see the same names

  • 47:22

for every single category yeah and i tell you what this is

  • 47:27

yeah that tells you yo that's the [ __ ] us up here i'll tell you one thing though i

  • 47:33

did catch that jasmine sullivan after seven

  • 47:39

wow it was a performance yeah well

  • 47:44

which made me want to ask y'all if you could take your and this was because the sample was they did the sample right but

  • 47:54

uh disregarding that if you could take any current act and put them with like an

  • 47:59

old act what would you do

  • 48:04

and what would make sense sonically and we can think about that yeah we'll

  • 48:10

come back to it um what else what else what else what else what else do we have we do have a bunch

  • 48:16

of [ __ ] to get to i just got like 10 million things on his uh on his topic list i killed my show you ain't even got to put this up yo you got

  • 48:23

to put this up you ain't even got to put you can put that down

  • 48:29

the time for humility is always always always it's always

  • 48:35

it's always now give us some applause parks give us more clothes horns are getting some drops you know i mean it could go closer i enjoyed it i

  • 48:41

took them for a little while no that was great i said i was in the car it was raining it was a vibe well not watch but

  • 48:47

you know i had the app open listen if i didn't learn throughout many years of being

  • 48:53

robbed and [ __ ] throughout this treacherous business to never say this i would say i can't believe i'm getting

  • 48:59

    paid for this

  • 49:10

this guy here with that one twitter is free no it ain't no it's not but anyway you know that line is quickly

  • 49:16

turned into i'm underpaid for everything and i thought about that too like it's [ __ ] up but i am no you are too everybody's underpaid for

  • 49:23

everything facts look at cap that's how capitalism works yes what's

  • 49:28

up saying nothing bro i'm listening to you i don't feel like you saw them right

  • 49:35

    you was ready for what i'm not i'm chilling my [ __ ] i there's a part you can't chill yeah i don't talk to that i

  • 49:40

don't you're saying you want to pay i don't feel i'm underpaid for everything

  • 49:45

sometimes but can i feel that way about you pay me more than [ __ ] i'm welcoming it

  • 49:51

come here you wanna talk about it i'll take it i did you did

  • 49:56

    what you're talking about

  • 50:02

i'm ready you know you pour it on down you know what i mean i have my paws up y'all gonna talk about that

  • 50:07

    come on y'all gonna say [ __ ] let me just go out and let your [ __ ] [ __ ] stupid

  • 50:16

moving right along man i want to find a way to say this because it's interesting like i always [ __ ]

  • 50:22

myself in this but we can talk about it right like there's like an art to negotiating

  • 50:30

but some people feel like why do you have to do that i wanna have to do that dance um why do you have to like you

  • 50:35

have to say this even though you mean and i'm gonna come back give him my time

  • 50:44

like the art to it the art the [ __ ] the the posturing the mm-hmm

  • 50:50

you know what it is the dance yeah it's a dance it depends um i think circum circumstantially

  • 50:57

you you you you handle it different like the circumstances are different in every single negotiation of course if

  • 51:03

you're negotiating with not for me if i see value in the [ __ ] hey i'm gonna send you what i think the value is like

  • 51:09

and that's it like that that's crazy did the numbers you should get whatever the highest that the value is that's what i

  • 51:16

think that ain't for you to go and add some [ __ ] because the gesture is and i'm not

  • 51:22

talking about y'all i know like i did it i sent it i sent it already why

  • 51:27

do we have to gesture now off of this you don't know what i'm saying hold on to answer that

  • 51:33

it's who's stupid there is i don't even mean it's stupid nobody i think nobody's stupid but to answer your question well

  • 51:40

that's why you hired professionals because they they came up with the posture true various apostles there any negotiation i

  • 51:47

have to do i'm confident i believe in mannerisms at a poker table

  • 51:52

so i can't say that i can't say that so let me ask you a question do you believe see see and this is where it gets gray

  • 51:59

and this is where it gets tricky what does spotify say they did that to you you don't feel that that's what i was

  • 52:04

kind of getting ready to say you don't feel that way what you think is the value versus what the person you're waiting for

  • 52:10

i love this they would be totally within their right to say that okay so they could feel like that and then i could feel different a

  • 52:16

totally different way right so for me the result is well in that four year span

  • 52:24

who was right because we always got to see who was right no you won't because because the data will never be

  • 52:31

revealed to see who was right or wrong and a lot of them are still subjective whatever they offered me i felt i could

  • 52:37

beat on my own with no support with freedom without any

  • 52:43

of the clauses that they had attached by myself i think i can do better than that but that just

  • 52:49

that wasn't the argument though was it that wasn't the cannabis it's not the argument the argument was

  • 52:56

the person that is negotiating we started off on negotiations it wasn't yo can i do better it was yo are you worth the what

  • 53:03

the person that goes into the negotiation yeah no no i agree no choice is going to the negotiation you can say

  • 53:08

yo [ __ ] it i don't think you offering me enough i'ma hit the road that's what you chose but in negotiating the two people

  • 53:16

y'all could never come to a standstill but they don't gotta be a dirty negotiation like you what i'm saying oh but i'm not

  • 53:22

saying that was a dirty negotiation today no not spotify well you were just throwing it out there generally they had

  • 53:27

but i like that example yeah they had a view of what they thought the value was true and then i had one so that's just a

  • 53:34

disagreement there's nothing wrong there but all the time the negotiation is not predicated on value

  • 53:40

so you could all right let me give you an example in my business you could know that this electrician

  • 53:47

hasn't worked in i hate when you use an example i'm stupid we'll go ahead no our electrician hasn't worked in months

  • 53:53

no i'm going to i'm going to use a wrap music one you know that this kid is gonna blow or your analytics show he

  • 54:00

gonna blow your your judgment i mean not your judgment what y'all call it like the data says that this kid is going

  • 54:06

blow okay but you know he lives in the projects you know he desperate

  • 54:11

you see value in him and you know he could potentially shoot up the charts

  • 54:16

and you know he could potentially bring a hundred million dollars but you also know where his current position is and

  • 54:22

so his current position he and his family are [ __ ] up you know that out of desperation he's gonna take this

  • 54:29

so every negotiation is not predicated on value of the person is predicated on circumstance so i know that if joe and

  • 54:37

this is why i think spotify might have paid you wrong i know that joe button why i assume that joe budden is this

  • 54:45

do i i don't think they would ever say yo he'll go independent and say [ __ ] it i don't think that they would have

  • 54:50

thought that that's so a circumstantial i think that people will look at your position and say yo he needs this money

  • 54:57

so huh and and because they because they and that's an assumption they can offer you

  • 55:03

    lower yeah

  • 55:08

what i'm saying like i'll give you i'll give you another example when i remember i broke my ankle i'm talking to the insurance company a

  • 55:14

lot of bones about you no i did not talk to the insurance company and i didn't have a lawyer at the time

  • 55:22

they know okay he doesn't have a lawyer he don't know what that injury is really worth

  • 55:27

so i can tell you oh they look at oh young kid here whatever yeah i give you

  • 55:33

a low ball off all insurance because you all the shortcuts because you don't know especially when you're from a certain demo they're backing at you like exactly

  • 55:40

i wouldn't get a lawyer i explained the case to them the lawyer said no this case is worth this because he knows

  • 55:45

so now he went to do the negotiation with them oh [ __ ] he got somebody that

  • 55:51

i can't run that game or that i would have ran on him you know what i'm saying

  • 55:56

knowing what something is worth but not trying to pay that's where it's not about work

  • 56:04

is not a concrete number most times you can't quantify somebody's

  • 56:10

value most times sometimes you can't but most times we sat here the other week and said something about tom brady

  • 56:16

getting 375 million to be a commentator can you really quantify it you can't because a lot of football is going to be

  • 56:22

based on the teams that are playing on that particular day so if the cowboys are playing the steelers and tom brady

  • 56:28

got the jets playing the jags nobody's gonna cut off the cowboy steelers to go watch the jets

  • 56:34

jags because tom brady's commentating the game i disagree with so many things you all was saying but it's happened rap

  • 56:39

happening rapidly in my head when i get the 400 million dollar deal

  • 56:45

i also get the best football game that your channel has to air so i don't have to think about that no

  • 56:50

it's that's a contingency it's not guaranteed no it's guaranteed it's not guaranteed because certain teams have

  • 56:56

contracts with certain networks et cetera et cetera like tom brady's contract with fox is it oh no it's fox

  • 57:02

so that's nfc i'm saying nfc football whatever fox's obligation is contractually with

  • 57:09

games the nfc tom brady will get the pick of the litter from fox's slit

  • 57:15

it's possible what i'm saying ivory i'm not disagreeing with that i'm just saying as

  • 57:20

a football fan we're gonna watch the best game the most competitive game we're not going to watch the game based

  • 57:26

on that would be i it'll be good if john madden is over there with pat somerow

  • 57:31

calling the game that's dope because you know john madden's man animated dope to watch him call the game i'm

  • 57:37

saying that we're not going to cut off this game over here of your favorite team because of that so it's hard to

  • 57:43

quantify but they felt his value was such can't hard to quantify it if they want

  • 57:49

it to be hard to quantify i think in certain instances it's not very hard at all i.e

  • 57:57

tom brady but that's a bad example because he's like pick of the litter he's an anomaly he's

  • 58:02

i don't like that example i also don't like your example of the artists in the projects whose value is through the roof

  • 58:10

but may need some development to get there because i don't know what the development costs here we could we can

  • 58:15

bring it to courage that's what gets us that's what gets us on our production uh production company uh label verse

  • 58:23

artist argument all the time is hey i don't know what this production company did for five years for this

  • 58:29

person to pop and i credit the production company with knowing that this person in five years

  • 58:37

is going to become this still i think that that's good business right still business if if in this it is still

  • 58:43

business i mean if you build my business but look so it's numbers too so if you've been running a business a music

  • 58:49

business for the last 50 years you know what the costs are going to be to get this person to a certain level or you

  • 58:55

have at a a realm of what these costs are going to be let's say for five years development and

  • 59:02

developing this artist we're going to spend 10 million or just with just throwing numbers now

  • 59:07

and we know that if properly developed he could she could make us 300 million

  • 59:16

you have an idea because you've been doing it for 40 years and what it's going to cost to get this person to the next echelon echelon you got the

  • 59:22

relationships already you got all of that [ __ ] already in play i don't like that that's it's business

  • 59:28

it is in every business fam we have a cost risk assessment in every business and they're not going to put out more

  • 59:34

money to the developer artist knowing that they're not going to get it back i feel like our point is points are moving all over the place i'm just giving you

  • 59:40

an example so in your negotiation you can say fam i know it's going to cost me 10 million but he can make 300 million i

  • 59:47

could give him a fairer number but i won't because he's desperate and he needs the money bam let's bring it to

  • 59:52

current times right now we got nba young boy with atlantic records now he's been going on screaming for the

  • 59:58

longest how i hate atlantic [ __ ] atlantic you know they i'm not making no money off my youtube there's reports

  • 1:00:04

going around now that he declined the resign with atlantic and they were offering them 25 million dollars

  • 1:00:11

that right there goes into your negotiation tactic they might not tactic but uh discussion they might say yo

  • 1:00:17

you're worth 25 mil at this point see i like this example better and he might look at it and say right

  • 1:00:23

where it should be no i want i know i'm worth more than that based

  • 1:00:28

off of what i've done over the last couple years and let's leave it here because in this in this example it's not

  • 1:00:33

so convoluted right both sides have proven value to each

  • 1:00:38

other and they've proven chemistry with each other

  • 1:00:43

now how does this side feel versus this side and that's why i said hey atlantic offers 25 million allegedly because i

  • 1:00:50

didn't fact-check that right if he says no nobody's wrong right here in this

  • 1:00:55

instance but in the next few years

  • 1:01:02

you could be wrong because now it's not just guessing

  • 1:01:08

now we have hey spotify gave me five years and said this is what all my

  • 1:01:13

rights were worth now we're back to that drink conversation where he sold off whatever he sold off

  • 1:01:20

you all know what i think in real life about it but can't tell anybody saying no no

  • 1:01:26

[ __ ] 500 million dollars but for all things drake music all right all right likeliness

  • 1:01:35

like the publishing the whole kitten caboodle

  • 1:01:40

hello no no no yeah you can yeah you can what tell them [ __ ] to

  • 1:01:46

kiss your ass no i'm gonna do that i disagree i'm gonna do that in that moment please i told i told spina bifida

  • 1:01:52

i kissed my ass in that moment and the whole black community laughed so very the whole small percentage of

  • 1:01:59

people in that spot but you're talking about people that may not be privy to all and privy to all the information or

  • 1:02:06

people when you start talking those types of numbers people think you crazy i remember um [ __ ]

  • 1:02:11

tyrell owens and latrell's pretty well and all them [ __ ] you was getting murdered terrell was like yo i need more money to feed my family and and what the

  • 1:02:18

media did was say yo you signed a four-year deal worth this amount of money but they didn't say yo we could

  • 1:02:23

cut you at any given time and you not owed a [ __ ] dollar because in the beginning football money wasn't

  • 1:02:28

guaranteed still isn't a lot of times i know that's why now the signing bonus be the big part yeah but back then when

  • 1:02:34

terrell was bitching the media put a spin on it and said he was being greedy he makes xyz million dollars a year yo

  • 1:02:40

everybody can't understand the type of business at that level that you were talking about so i don't give a [ __ ] if

  • 1:02:46

black twitter or black instagram murdered you that could have potentially been a great decision for you

  • 1:02:51

just because they don't understand what that don't mean it's not a good decision when chappelle left

  • 1:02:57

exactly and they wanted it and then he walked away from oh he's like yo he's on drugs he did this he walked away from 50

  • 1:03:02

million like we don't know what happened and i don't people just you know young boy example

  • 1:03:08

you can't really tell who's right because now once they part ways it's a whole bunch of variables that come into

  • 1:03:14

play it depends on what young boy does with his free time it depends on what the label does or does not do like a lot

  • 1:03:20

of that [ __ ] comes as variables you won't never say who's right or wrong [ __ ] you could have potentially not

  • 1:03:25

signed a patreon deal you could have potentially went and hired that's not true if you say no to 20 million dollars

  • 1:03:31

because you think you have a plan and then you go and the next six years you make a thousand dollars or something

  • 1:03:37

stupid a hundred thousand dollars you were wrong no you might have stopped working

  • 1:03:42

you might have did a bunch of [ __ ] that don't necessarily mean that if you were staying that same you might have

  • 1:03:48

stopped working yeah like you could have stayed you got what i mean like you was wrong if you stopped working you would wrong but but the ladies

  • 1:03:55

the label would have made you get what i'm saying i don't get that as meaning you wrong yeah i still it could have just been

  • 1:04:01

there's no right or wrong it's just the value that you say i'm worth i disagree with

  • 1:04:06

and if we can't come to an agreement or something then i walk but the value is what you can get see we got to stop throwing around this word like it's like

  • 1:04:13

it's the boogeyman what you mean at some point the value is what you can

  • 1:04:18

go out and get over the course of life

  • 1:04:26

yeah when you subscribe to to youtube they're not val and let me not say

  • 1:04:31

youtube but when you subscribe anywhere they're not valuing you as a subscriber

  • 1:04:36

to this they're valuing you at what is worth how just how many dollars

  • 1:04:44

over this span can i get from you how much [ __ ] could i shove in front of their face it's worth much more than the

  • 1:04:49

10 15 so that's what i mean about value over

  • 1:04:55

the course of some [ __ ] what is the value in this so at some point it gets to all right it's white and black on

  • 1:05:02

paper here oh you understand what i'm saying or no yes i i get a little bit because i

  • 1:05:07

i'm gonna bring it to like a lot of um cable companies internet providers [ __ ]

  • 1:05:13

like that right they say you're not a profit to the company within the first year so if you sign up today you know to get

  • 1:05:19

a little promo deal or whatever that first year they didn't make any money off of you once you hit year two now you're worth

  • 1:05:26

something to them i don't know what that number is but now they are now making money off of your

  • 1:05:31

subscription um a lot of people don't know you can

  • 1:05:36

after about a year or two in a car on a contract with one of these companies you can call them and and

  • 1:05:42

go yeah you can start to leave renegotiate because you're worth something now they're making money off

  • 1:05:48

you they want to keep you so it's like over time this is a great conversation

  • 1:05:54

anyway i don't know if we're i'm trying not the best but yeah yeah this is a real try to explain all over the place

  • 1:05:59

but it's cool but yeah but let's just go what you said over time what can we get off of you why do y'all think so many podcasters are just running and

  • 1:06:06

snatching whatever's but and every time i have this talk people feel like i'm shooting at people i'm not but if you just look at the field right if

  • 1:06:13

    everybody knows they're worth in their value because that's the cool [ __ ] going on i don't think [ __ ] know they don't know

  • 1:06:19

well then there's that but we can never have that conversation if there's no opening to have that conversation if

  • 1:06:24

nobody nobody's running around saying yo i don't know my value i kind of had a little bit of that talk with math on his [ __ ] but

  • 1:06:31

nobody's running around saying that yeah everybody's running around saying that's ego driven that may not absolutely that that may not be knowledge driven

  • 1:06:37

definitely ego you know how hard it is for somebody to say y'all need help they may not know but they scared to ask

  • 1:06:44

you get what i'm saying that don't necessarily mean that they they that they feel that they know seeing that well that's the tricky thing about value

  • 1:06:50

at some point you got to make it come to life no you don't even know somebody

  • 1:06:57

somebody has to unlock something if not you then hey that's why in this case

  • 1:07:04

atlantic might feel like well yeah you worth 200 million here a spotify might have felt like well yeah you worth

  • 1:07:10

200 million or whatever the number was here with us because of our tools but without us

  • 1:07:17

there you go then what the [ __ ] are you worth true so stay there

  • 1:07:22

for an artist he would have to get to the action now see it depends on how much people and a

  • 1:07:28

lot of people refuse to do the work i was about to say right that's why that's why i don't judge on either side right

  • 1:07:33

like i can't i'm too broke to talk about that direct deal number one and number two all the work that you would have to do

  • 1:07:40

as an entity as a company as a business to get that forward to get no to get what he should get well right

  • 1:07:47

here yeah it's a lot it's other [ __ ] too i don't know that wealthy [ __ ] is trying to live their life that way right

  • 1:07:53

now right like we was having that conversation when everybody was sending the publishing off yeah it's like dan this guy sounds published about 100

  • 1:07:59

million well yeah he's 60 years old 50 years old and not for nothing i mean if you get

  • 1:08:05

400 million i don't know what the course of payment would be but i can immediately turn that into whatever my

  • 1:08:10

number is just off investment alone like some pub pump conversation i wish i'd

  • 1:08:16

had more than one hit yo i will tell you no even with that what you just said is very very very

  • 1:08:22

very very important some people don't feel like doing that [ __ ] some people don't want the work yo yeah

  • 1:08:28

i know you get i know you beating me but give me my money and i'm gonna just sit over here and chill for me to maximize

  • 1:08:35

this value of my catalog i got to do a whole bunch of work that i don't want to do and i'm 70 years old [ __ ] if i'm 45.

  • 1:08:43

give me the money i'm going to sit over here and chill and you could collect the rest yeah that's fine yeah give me my 100 million and like 200 million

  • 1:08:50

planning your because that's really what it is you get 100 million dollars it allows you to

  • 1:08:56

look at life a little differently so when you start for the rest of life right that's my thing with maybe your

  • 1:09:02

kids he might have information that he knows i can make way more than 25 million dollars myself so i'm gonna turn down

  • 1:09:10

your 25 million dollars okay and that's when somebody wise should tell him that they will try their best to devalue you

  • 1:09:16

before you ever make a [ __ ] footprint in that plant because i don't even think it's that honestly i think he's let me

  • 1:09:22

look at that what does that mean they're going to step on your value so what do you mean so he if he's still

  • 1:09:28

machine come on you're going up against the machine it's a little harder bro come on we haven't conversations dismiss me i'm not having a conversation

  • 1:09:36

somebody could have felt the same exact thing about you when you turned on your spot if i do they did it to me my point is that that don't mean that you can't

  • 1:09:43

circumvent what they trying to do if he got enough enough uh

  • 1:09:49

uh what you call it belief in himself he can still say yo all right i'm gonna turn down your 25 mil i know y'all gonna

  • 1:09:54

do the [ __ ] [ __ ] but i'm gonna show you all on the other side when i make 100 million it might be harder but i can

  • 1:09:59

still do it hey there's a lot of people that would get out the escape room if you added two

  • 1:10:04

more minutes to the hour true right like you're right but

  • 1:10:09

that's a good one who want to have to get through more hurdles now they're trying to

  • 1:10:20

i'm not saying that they are what i'm saying is we see way more examples every day of the guy that's not like that

  • 1:10:25

you're gonna guide it and that's that's kind of what they're way more 95 percenters

  • 1:10:32

i don't even think it's i have information that tells me i could be worth more i think he scored

  • 1:10:37

it could be that i came in y'all gave me however much design to do and then i looked at the course over the

  • 1:10:44

deal how much y'all made and that number looks like this and i didn't get none of that youtube

  • 1:10:51

[ __ ] after that so it's like no i'm not signing with y'all no matter what okay now you offer me 25 which is x amount of

  • 1:10:57

times the original deal but i watched you make that in a month or whatever the case may be so it's just

  • 1:11:04

it could just be past scoring like no i'm not signing with y'all let's leave this because

  • 1:11:11

this is great and i don't want to be and yeah y'all stepped on my [ __ ] praise for myself

  • 1:11:17

hi jesus but it's fine the moment passed my show went great it was great

  • 1:11:22

great i enjoyed your show still in that still in the early stages yeah sure i gotta say though i enjoyed your show

  • 1:11:27

because and i know i know you personally i know you do this i'm pretty sure a lot of fans weren't expecting it like you wasn't just you

  • 1:11:34

play like seaside records yeah like that's what was ill that's why i'm like you know joe joe give you a [ __ ]

  • 1:11:40

music lesson for real yeah you know he made this this this this and this but he got some fly [ __ ]

  • 1:11:45

yeah if i if i had access to like my actual music library but i understand what's going on with the licenses and

  • 1:11:51

the business and so again shout out to amazon thank you amp and monday we back at it now

  • 1:11:57

we can run no more we can run no more from it let's just get right to it

  • 1:12:05

like when does the internet even forget things like most of y'all wasn't outside and let me just get my grievance out the

  • 1:12:12

way i don't like what y'all be doing with my name yo i don't like that i'll be minding my

  • 1:12:17

business and a new story break and y'all just find a way that joe budden

  • 1:12:22

fits in this story somewhere so freddie gibbs allegedly got jumped

  • 1:12:28

was involved in a brawl and all you all had to say was yeah man they treating freddie gibbs like new joe buddenberg

  • 1:12:37

now now i could understand why you guys put young berg in there

  • 1:12:42

the chain went around i got it y'all don't let people grow

  • 1:12:48

but i only got hit once in 20 years god damn it one time and most of y'all wasn't

  • 1:12:54

    outside i don't really think that's a fair comp

  • 1:13:00

now that my [ __ ] is out of the way to freddie gibbs

  • 1:13:06

what do you want me to say about this i hope they squash this [ __ ] man that's what i want to say about this

  • 1:13:13

we said that mad times are ready and they didn't they didn't we said it every week but now that it's gotten twice a

  • 1:13:19

week it's gotten violent and physical in person i really hope no this was still a

  • 1:13:24

pow-pow yeah this wasn't this was still a pat-pat that's not what it could have been it's not true i'm glad this is

  • 1:13:30

thank god round of applause round of applause i see that many people involved yeah

  • 1:13:35

you missed that you miss a good old-fashioned knuckle up even if there are 20 people

  • 1:13:42

involved on the opposing side right this could have went bad normally when people want to make uh

  • 1:13:49

a statement this loud weapons are involved uh and if not anything fatal then at

  • 1:13:54

least a brass knuckle some chinese stars a blade a poker that poker gets tricky

  • 1:14:02

right i was just talking to my cousin recently about that

  • 1:14:07

and he was explaining to me how he's seen cases where

  • 1:14:13

you know you get stabbed one spot real quick right in the back and you lose life

  • 1:14:18

because there are so many important things in your stomach and if one of them get punctured and leak enough blood

  • 1:14:24

before somebody can get to it you will die and he said i've seen times where somebody gets stabbed up 17 times and

  • 1:14:30

because none of that important [ __ ] is hit then they survive it but the stomach and the back the liver

  • 1:14:37

all that gets tricky all it takes in a fight real quick is a we seen it we don't need to go through

  • 1:14:43

that here so thank god none of that occurred really happy about that whoever

  • 1:14:49

sanctioned this thank you for that part i'm not thanking them for

  • 1:14:56

sanctioning this thank you for making sure this didn't get bloody to the point where freddie

  • 1:15:01

couldn't go on and do his show now that that's out the way what else do you guys think about this

  • 1:15:08

i almost want to never discuss rap i disagree with everything happening in the nebraska word everything happening i disagree with it

  • 1:15:16

i know i have a take i don't want to keep coming here twice a week to give you a take i told these [ __ ] stopped ages ago

  • 1:15:22

and i'm saying these [ __ ] but we don't know who did this we don't know who did this but again we can't ignore the fact that

  • 1:15:29

months ago gibbs is out there saying and i got two back-to-back shows in new york this night and last night that night do

  • 1:15:36

something pretty much like you're inviting the i said it back then shut up i love freddie gibbs i love i'm

  • 1:15:43

a gift guy but that's my mood it's like you doing more this than than rapping i will not

  • 1:15:50

alienate him during tough times i'm the way that hip-hop is known to do i'm not

  • 1:15:56

doing that at all i'm not alienating alienating him i'm just saying bro you are

  • 1:16:03

i think the authentic [ __ ] that i see from him reminds me of the [ __ ] that i expect to

  • 1:16:09

see from those who have no other talent so you have to do something to get your

  • 1:16:14

name mentioned out there i got to do the extra [ __ ] stick was nominated for a grammy word

  • 1:16:20

for best rap album you're in a different tier than this

  • 1:16:27

and it's just like at what point is does he stop

  • 1:16:32

like what point do you just leave anytime something happens involving gibbs you only hear from him

  • 1:16:43

see i like that part too though i like the fact that jim kept it quiet

  • 1:16:48

whoever did this is keeping it quiet i do appreciate those things and what's going on

  • 1:16:54

but i don't like what's going on i'm saying it is we don't hear now him either

  • 1:17:00

keep this [ __ ] off the internet we all he's holding he's in front of that our age group we came from the

  • 1:17:06

everywhere you don't do it don't go online that's the other person in his defense though

  • 1:17:16

it's tough to be quiet when you are actively moving around like when you're actively trying to

  • 1:17:21

promote back-to-back projects when you're actively trying to sell a tour when you're active and going to some of

  • 1:17:26

these casting auditions and [ __ ] that he's going to like it's tough to be quiet like

  • 1:17:32

i'm sure that his team and agent and agents and whoever's behind him is saying

  • 1:17:39

not to be quiet maybe not on these matters that's about saying that's all i'm saying maybe not on these maps i know you have to do your job but once

  • 1:17:45

the matter happens you have to address it then you have a team of people no you don't you have no you could he had to go on stage that night he said he still

  • 1:17:51

didn't have to address anything you could get you got to go on stage he ain't saying [ __ ] on stage yeah all

  • 1:17:56

right listen when when famous people get in the [ __ ] if the blowback is wide enough from fans their people will

  • 1:18:04

encourage them to address this publicly kaylani she just had that back and forth

  • 1:18:09

with the interview about whatever that was but when she addressed it on her social she said i don't even normally

  • 1:18:15

ever address this type of [ __ ] but my team says i should so here i am i see that every week with somebody

  • 1:18:21

addressing something that we just had one of the biggest moments ever when will smith slap the [ __ ] out of chris

  • 1:18:26

rock chris rock said i'm not addressing this unless i get a bag for it and that's all

  • 1:18:32

y'all getting from me don't ask me nothing about it great point

  • 1:18:38

so it don't have to be not a great point and i hate when y'all do that it's levels to this that's chris rock i'm talking about freddie gibbs

  • 1:18:45

chris rock has the luxury to be able to do that chris rock's name as it stands still if

  • 1:18:50

he does nothing else for the next five years twenty i'm which he's gonna be chris robert yeah freddie gibbs is not in that

  • 1:18:56

vote i know but who do you think had more pressure to respond that's what i'm talking about pressure yeah

  • 1:19:04

chris had more pressure you talking about problems i don't i don't think cause chris is nothing's

  • 1:19:09

accessible it's freddy you know and not only that but and he's he's a victim there so

  • 1:19:14

nobody is urging him to come forth he didn't

  • 1:19:21

gotta get tricky yeah can't say that he saved by the comedian attack

  • 1:19:26

and that was at the oscars if you're asking me about who's pressured more in their circle i think it's pretty good

  • 1:19:32

because that's why he went on stage that night if you're asking joe and you didn't ask me but i'll cheer cause

  • 1:19:38

i'm here yeah if there was one reason to not do the show

  • 1:19:43

it's i am in physical danger in the city or i've been physically harmed see i think

  • 1:19:51

those are i think opposite i think that the the the

  • 1:19:57

i don't know you know what i'm saying but so i think that what i've seen of him and the persona that he's created

  • 1:20:02

for himself all right [ __ ] y'all got it off i'm still going to do my show still look at my breath

  • 1:20:08

and i'ma talk [ __ ] on the stage that's the persona that he has given we don't we don't have to die over these

  • 1:20:14

non-existent virtues i'm not disagreeing with you you don't have to die over his persona i agree with that i want to

  • 1:20:20

break something i want to break some of that conditioning that goes back to my point from even the first incident that happened where he comes out and say oh

  • 1:20:26

yeah cause jim is from new york yeah i'll be in new york i got two back-to-back shows new york and buffalo what's it like

  • 1:20:32

and right after he said that we came in here and said he just get buffalo saying that as somebody that said some

  • 1:20:38

[ __ ] in buffalo and they got it surrounded rather fast like

  • 1:20:44

you don't want to play out there you won't play really don't want to play alone

  • 1:20:49

and that's the other thing yeah i'm here to just help the kids to understand culture and conditioning right like

  • 1:20:57

outside is now a buzzword see and i hate when things become buzzwordy because we lose the importance

  • 1:21:05

of what that stemmed from and how it was birthed outside meant

  • 1:21:11

hey i am able to be outside in these numerous places

  • 1:21:17

because of the respect i give the respect i'm given i'm not threatened

  • 1:21:22

anywhere i have history in these pla like that's what outside meant right and there is a

  • 1:21:27

privilege that comes with that as an entertainer you make your money

  • 1:21:33

by being outside right right and sometimes though that window gets small

  • 1:21:38

like it could quickly could quickly turn from you making music at home or you

  • 1:21:44

    tweeting on twitter just about artists saying [ __ ] [ __ ] bunch of [ __ ] that have said [ __ ] [ __ ] about me on

  • 1:21:51

twitter when i go to their bio it says aspiring rapper right like it could quickly go from that

  • 1:21:58

to now you're surrounded by the people that you once spoken about now you outside hey where can you not be outside

  • 1:22:04

at that becomes like a economic decision

  • 1:22:10

now [ __ ] uh we've seen this backing uh back with our trick trick or they told

  • 1:22:16

all the stories now about just did you come to detroit you act a certain way you notice you did kevin voices on yo

  • 1:22:22

now you can't come to destroy it no fly zone you can't move around here we will make it uncomfortable for you the car to

  • 1:22:27

be video that came out yo do you want it to be uncomfortable for you like comfort

  • 1:22:32

comfort freddie gibbs behavior to me

  • 1:22:38

and i agree with you i'm just saying it differently it needs to match what i believe his aspirations are because when i look at him i see somebody with huge

  • 1:22:46

aspirations and to do that guess what you got to do you got to be out got to be outside exactly

  • 1:22:51

so you don't you got to be outside make it harder for yourself outside that's what i don't get for what i'm not saying that you're not

  • 1:22:57

tough can't defend yourself can't handle yourself i'm saying fights win or lose are business

  • 1:23:04

decisions yo whether you're on the upside or the downside of this whoever's in business with freddie gibbs

  • 1:23:11

do not want to wake up the next day and see a bunch of clips going around of what we saw

  • 1:23:18

and where was that it's a barbecue spot is that what it was yeah it was yeah

  • 1:23:23

barbecue spot allegedly you're lying no it sounds about right look at the

  • 1:23:29

beginning look when is it when is the barbecue spot when is the fire barbecue spot ever in the white part of town

  • 1:23:37

you gotta go to where it's at and you're dealing with buffaloes particularly

  • 1:23:43

the gentleman that he's been beefing with are beloved and there's not much else

  • 1:23:49

that comes from that town they might not even know them yeah that's true you know what i'm

  • 1:23:54

saying like yes but that's the scary part yeah exactly that's the part about this they don't know what they don't gotta make this hometown hero [ __ ] for

  • 1:24:01

real like i don't have to send that yeah i only take one fifteen-year-old

  • 1:24:07

i would have skipped this show i wouldn't have skipped the show i would have skipped going to the local

  • 1:24:13

barbecue pit like i'm the man yeah you just gotta be hungry that day

  • 1:24:19

no little girl probably yeah i got somebody traveling with me yo go pick that up

  • 1:24:25

because you don't look like the no no shop to buffalo i mean no dis the buffalo but it don't look like the

  • 1:24:32

friendliest spot [ __ ] it looked like the barbecue in there banging how about this we know what that mean that's when you know yeah

  • 1:24:39

that's miss thelma back there cooking that barbecue i'm always impressed with how fast word gets around the hood or

  • 1:24:45

the work that it went into to spot this person at this time because word goes into that i wouldn't

  • 1:24:52

be shocked that freddie got a few phone calls that day like this wasn't a surprise like even if you didn't know that the

  • 1:24:58

[ __ ] that you was talking all these months might lead to this i'm sure a day before this show you got a couple phone

  • 1:25:04

calls to say yo high alert that's it because you get those calls

  • 1:25:10

dog you should know that in this this particular instance i don't have to get a phone call at all

  • 1:25:17

i've been antagonizing the king of buffalo

  • 1:25:22

for whatever reason and now i'm going to buffalo it's an away game to get money it's an away game

  • 1:25:28

you it's still an away game to get money i don't get the money yeah i don't want to be outside i'm going to get money but

  • 1:25:34

it's an away game to get the money the economic thing no you can't get money in it oh you can but something's gonna come

  • 1:25:39

with it yeah yeah you have to think about it every time you try to get money because what do you have back-to-back children buffalo no you gotta have sean

  • 1:25:45

manhattan new york buffalo buffalo back to back i hope that freddie gibbs is good i hope that this [ __ ] i mean he performed

  • 1:25:52

face was a little lumped up hey i got on you stream would have lumpy eye y'all said i had i thought i was beautiful he

  • 1:25:58

went you know he didn't like the fact that they were saying his chain got snatched because in there they were saying there's no rabbit chain so he

  • 1:26:05

showed that he still got the chain he put a picture up of it and then put a video up that he was at

  • 1:26:12

    icebox yo i don't care about you [ __ ] change yo

  • 1:26:17

    i don't care if y'all lose them [ __ ] flush them down the toilet like i don't care if they're like i don't care

  • 1:26:23

and i i do y'all just care a little more about him than me nah yo do you see what like this is just ignorance you see what

  • 1:26:29

i'm saying no this is the crazy [ __ ] my [ __ ] he could have really lost his life there exactly like it only took two

  • 1:26:37

[ __ ] to stab him in the right spots and he could have been laying down bleeding in that bar what you're just saying right

  • 1:26:43

he gets online and this is where and again i don't know funny speaking and the [ __ ] that uh did

  • 1:26:50

it might not have been thinking nothing about a chain though when it's murdered on my mind it's murdered on my could have been a 15 year

  • 1:26:56

old little [ __ ] just dog and you get online instead of saying i thank god for my life

  • 1:27:02

you talked about these yo 20 of y'all and y'all couldn't even get my [ __ ] come harder that's where i feel like i

  • 1:27:07

sound like the old old [ __ ] in the club right seem like after this the first thing to do with a good mutual

  • 1:27:14

parties to get somebody on the phone and get to it now this should show us that this could get a lot more serious if we both decided to

  • 1:27:21

take it there or if one of us decided to and we shouldn't want that everybody got kids everybody got a family and i'm

  • 1:27:28

assuming you love them both or all of them more than you do your chain or chains

  • 1:27:36

and it might not again it might not even be someone that you know or contacted it could just be someone yo that's my man i

  • 1:27:42

hate taking [ __ ] to tv shows canard kill omar like that wasn't he with the beef was he wasn't with him little 15 year old

  • 1:27:48

popped omar um you know what i'm saying like you don't have to be the [ __ ] you beat them with sent somebody [ __ ] could just know

  • 1:27:55

they don't [ __ ] with you right now then they put a clip up the next day of

  • 1:28:00

him going to get another chain or something like that which let me know i thought he had the

  • 1:28:06

same chain nose he was going to get something yeah the same piece he's going to get something he didn't get the chain and he

  • 1:28:12

was going to get somebody was at the jewelry store and he was excited about the ability to be able to or it seemed that way the ability to go right back after such

  • 1:28:19

a jarring event right but my thing is well look at the life you've afforded for yourself wow

  • 1:28:26

what a luxury to be able to go through that and the next day have disposable income to spend

  • 1:28:31

on jewelry you're doing great seemed like you would

  • 1:28:37

it seems like you enjoy the ability to do great and to be great so why step one why put

  • 1:28:43

more hurdles there it's all that's what i kept saying why make it harder for yourself with unnecessary confidence

  • 1:28:50

    i don't like seeing it i i hate it this i i expect i don't expect this from

  • 1:28:56

him that's why i am keeping it on him like i'm a fan of his music you are too good at like this type of

  • 1:29:02

[ __ ] you get from the ones who can't rap and from kids at least the kids yeah

  • 1:29:07

i expect that from them that's in their bag that's what they do they get on instagram and send shots

  • 1:29:14

back and forth at each other something happened they come talking [ __ ] yeah come harder next time like that's their bad

  • 1:29:22

the lyrical [ __ ] be looking for a little shtick too they do

  • 1:29:28

yeah it just goes different and looks different but yeah for some reason we don't want to see that

  • 1:29:34

yeah you know what i mean i'm just glad everybody was able to walk

  • 1:29:40

away though that part that's that's that's yeah somebody put a microphone on kendrick while you're walking around ghana man

  • 1:29:48

reading the news he not even look at the news you know i could have so much fun here

  • 1:29:54

but i won't look at you all look you just shut up

  • 1:30:03

nope oh no too great of a project too great of a man but i mean my problem is i still

  • 1:30:10

have my sense of humor when i'm home like did you see the video watching the soccer game yeah i thought i saw him playing soccer

  • 1:30:17

yeah i didn't know he played out there too he's living life man hey man j cole play basketball kendra going through soccer

  • 1:30:24

sounds about right that's all sounds about right let them do what they do

  • 1:30:30

they shoot this soccer game in 4k board on the on the cement

  • 1:30:37

yo get make sure you get this shout out to kendrick albums yeah amazing so i think that's no though not

  • 1:30:44

doing it nigga's a mega star his album got better it got better and that's why

  • 1:30:49

i wasn't giving it it got better it did i was vibing all weekend like certain [ __ ] you just can't give it to

  • 1:30:54

me not me i was busy listening romantic [ __ ] but his album got a lot better

  • 1:30:59

when i put it on like oh damn this is about to age like something else in this

  • 1:31:05

phone mm-hmm he's good at that man the guy is good you gotta go ahead and kick play soccer man go ahead yeah rock out you just

  • 1:31:11

  • 1:31:17

states oh the album dropped cool y'all enjoy that movie now that

  • 1:31:23

kendrick dropped though like is anybody that still has you like highly anticipating their music release

  • 1:31:29

chris brown is it well outside of chris brown nope um not for me really not for me i got bad

  • 1:31:35

bunny in kendrick in the same week drake if he drops it's not sad to y'all that there's four people that

  • 1:31:42

get you like right really round up before release maybe five the most i mean no there's other people that i

  • 1:31:49

would look forward to if they drop but these are the the ones that they ain't dropped in a long time we've been waiting for that i'm looking forward to

  • 1:31:55

anything coming out of that jermaine dupri studio in atlanta just because i've been watching on instagram and

  • 1:32:02

it looks like a movie well and it's jermaine dupree so you know his brain when he's involved uh y'all know i was waiting on that

  • 1:32:08

usher [ __ ] jd is involved i love the bad habits record i'm looking for i'm looking for

  • 1:32:14

it he's skating all around and we can't get no music uh the division has been

  • 1:32:20

in that jermaine dupree studio working closely with him been justice in there brian michael cogg like they have

  • 1:32:26

been they having sessions in there so i want to see it uh hombre i know you're

  • 1:32:31

coming i'm waiting pause i'm waiting for it you're a girl on the paw

  • 1:32:37

i know she's coming i'm waiting for it puff been talking about putting that album out for me i'm waiting on that

  • 1:32:42

project so yeah yeah he made it he made me like a bryson tiller tune on the awards i didn't hear the whole thing

  • 1:32:50

like his name's i know coming that i mean i'm excited for it but y'all know my wheelhouse music like i know money bag yo is coming mm-hmm i'm looking

  • 1:32:57

forward to that yeah it's it's a couple artists yeah

  • 1:33:04

[ __ ] he's coming can't be mad can't be mad yeah but at this point it's beyond anticipation for

  • 1:33:10

me now it's like oh they dropped dope yeah or if they announced dope yeah the only person that got me like [ __ ] when

  • 1:33:16

is the date is chris brown like he said album coming june i'm like this that's it

  • 1:33:22

the tour has been announced uh other than that i'll take what i you know scissors we

  • 1:33:28

keep saying scissors coming we don't know when we've been saying that for two years yeah so that's on the list of hey

  • 1:33:33

i'll get it when it comes i'm not anticipate like i don't have any concrete information there yo it's coming we have a date now i'm excited

  • 1:33:40

so that's it and i'm waiting for this facts

  • 1:33:46

i'm not anticipating it because i don't don't believe it's coming anytime soon it's like karya put the date out

  • 1:33:51

we'll be excited but yeah we're probably not gonna get it and we'll just get it when we get it yeah

  • 1:33:58

uh we spoke about uh freddy gibbs uh in buffalo do y'all want to talk about

  • 1:34:03

the real tragedy in buffalo absolutely definitely act of domestic terrorism yet again

  • 1:34:12

captured alive yet again while armed

  • 1:34:17

yet again i mean military grade ammo and weapons

  • 1:34:22

and armor and yet again in a state that don't really play that by the way

  • 1:34:27

well he wasn't from there i know he was from broome county which is about an hour from where i grew up now he's from new york he's from new

  • 1:34:33

york oh he wasn't i'm talking about where they are ten people are still in new york state that's what i'm

  • 1:34:38

saying gun gun laws are killed and three are wounded in a mass shooting at tops

  • 1:34:43

teenage gunman entrance by uh entranced by a white supremacist ideology known as

  • 1:34:50

see i'm not doing this i don't even want to read this because that's just more media

  • 1:34:59

and nah i agree with that no

  • 1:35:05

18 year old man who allegedly shot allegedly shot

  • 1:35:13

and he streamed what do you say to this man

  • 1:35:20

y'all say something this is [ __ ] bro that's that's what this is i don't want to hear the sheriff going

  • 1:35:25

up there this is pure evil we know what this is y'all keep allowing this [ __ ] let me tell you my problem with it and

  • 1:35:31

i'm y'all know fans i'm the last one out of everybody in here to ever take it to the ratio [ __ ]

  • 1:35:36

    but some [ __ ] you can't avoid because racial [ __ ] no yeah but when

  • 1:35:42

they went down there in atlanta and and started shooting that uh those spas up uh-huh

  • 1:35:48

we got an asian build really quick um i don't hear [ __ ]

  • 1:35:54

i'll take it a step further you you see these rappers currently in the news for ricoh

  • 1:35:59

[ __ ] and how they get the information by looking at the internet and put them all together and found them this guy had

  • 1:36:05

followers on a twitch i'm assuming he was probably had followers on 4chan or whatever these sites are

  • 1:36:11

he probably followed other people how are we not able to find these people

  • 1:36:16

and at least keep an eye on them yeah the same way they're doing with rico charges

  • 1:36:22

[Music] y'all can skip the internet and look for all the evidence you can over here exactly but when he's putting all the

  • 1:36:28

evidence up and live stream i don't know how true this is i don't know how true this is i did hear

  • 1:36:34

something about he was being looked at for uh he talked about shooting the school up before something yeah i read that so

  • 1:36:40

y'all even have something that he wanted to do before and was still allowed to just move around

  • 1:36:47

but y'all are monitoring the internet though right when the suspect arrived at the store around 2 30 p.m he was heavily

  • 1:36:53

armed wearing tactical gear including a tactical helmet along with plated armor buffalo police commissioner joseph

  • 1:36:59

grummaglia sorry if i'm mispronouncing your name uh and had a camera that was live streaming

  • 1:37:06

his actions he used an assault weapon flynn said thank you flynn

  • 1:37:13

[ __ ] is nuts yeah i don't know i i have no idea he was 18. what to say to this

  • 1:37:18

right besides rest in peace to the people that just wanted to go grocery shopping

  • 1:37:25

that day uh and i'm gonna say their names yes again

  • 1:37:31

i apologize if i mispronounce any of these names uh celestine chaney 65 years old

  • 1:37:39

roberta drury 32 andre mcneil 53

  • 1:37:45

    catherine macy 72 morgas d morrison 52

  • 1:37:50

hayward patterson 67 aaron salter jr 55

  • 1:37:55

geraldine talley 62 ruth whitfield 86 pearl young 77 years old

  • 1:38:03

so i ain't gonna lie that [ __ ] broke my heart same i didn't want to watch it i was trying

  • 1:38:08

to make a conscience i didn't watch this i'm just saying just reading it this just reading these names

  • 1:38:16

with these ages and knowing that everybody got a a at that age

  • 1:38:22

what do you do besides go to the supermarket go home watch your stories your soaps

  • 1:38:27

eat check on your kid like grandma can't go to the supermarket dog bro

  • 1:38:32

somebody put it in a chat and um i just oh i know what it was so i just opened it up and it and

  • 1:38:41

all jokes aside the [ __ ] looked like a video game and i think these young kids he was 18

  • 1:38:46

they are being desensitized to death because it looked just like a video game from the point of view when you be uh

  • 1:38:54

what's the game that call of duty call of duty and all them [ __ ] they be running through on the point of view screen that's what it looked like i

  • 1:39:00

didn't know what it was when i first opened it up and he just started shooting and people started falling i really still didn't know what i was

  • 1:39:05

looking at he went in the grocery store i'm like yo that [ __ ] look real like yo hey with all these graphics

  • 1:39:13

the graphics now on these video games dog you can see pimples on somebody's face you can see pores and they skin and

  • 1:39:19

all of that [ __ ] and they desensitizing these kids to death like this [ __ ] is crazy but yo i got a

  • 1:39:25

lot of other groups to get to before i get to the video games pardon me of course no no no but you're right of course no no no i'm just saying that

  • 1:39:31

[ __ ] just looked crazy to me it was it was crazy yeah i could i didn't watch it like i

  • 1:39:38

heard what it was and any video i saw that even resembled that it could have been that i didn't click play so i

  • 1:39:44

    couldn't watch that try to

  • 1:39:50

get to a higher level of thinking and functioning my brain with this

  • 1:39:56

because i mean we unfortunately we continue to see this story

  • 1:40:03

not much to unpack about the story and where it stems

  • 1:40:08

    from right i guess what [ __ ] me up they all [ __ ] me up but what [ __ ] me up

  • 1:40:14

with this when we really get to trying to unpack it right this kid is 18 years old my kid is 18. i mean you you were just

  • 1:40:20

    born yesterday so what do you know you don't know [ __ ] about [ __ ] you don't

  • 1:40:26

but you're highly impressionable you are being raised

  • 1:40:32

    bread even trained trained

  • 1:40:37

taught to think this and carry this out right hold on

  • 1:40:44

stop right there because i saw some post of i guess it was he he

  • 1:40:49

wrote a manifesto as yeah some of them do and one of them i don't know if this was

  • 1:40:55

the start but why is they calling a manifesto when they write it they don't even like that i don't

  • 1:41:00

it's not a manifesto but go ahead but one of the the um

  • 1:41:08

one of the lines said i wasn't raised to be a racist

  • 1:41:14

when brought when taught this when brought up this way wasn't taught this way i didn't become a racist until after i

  • 1:41:20

learned the truth and his quote-unquote truth is kind of

  • 1:41:25

what ish when we brought up the um real reward yes the roe v wade it's all

  • 1:41:30

that's tied in together it is where they are really being taught and believing that

  • 1:41:38

what's his name on on fox news openly talks about that i don't want to say it's true

  • 1:41:45

yeah but yeah this is some some [ __ ] this is like real really happening here like they believe yo we gotta

  • 1:41:52

there's a segment we're losing the numbers they're absolutely terrible we are the masters people no we losing our

  • 1:41:57

place and we gotta stop it we got to balance the scales in some way indeed

  • 1:42:03

i didn't know that so that that was news to me i've heard you know when you made that the boys

  • 1:42:09

rhetoric yeah when you're doing that you know yeah yeah but when you see someone say that

  • 1:42:15

and then go do what they did and and to them they truly believe that i'm i'm i'm doing my part to help

  • 1:42:22

like yo people are [ __ ] up okay it's similar to the kid in uh wherever that was uh kyle's carolina

  • 1:42:30

yeah written house yeah yeah same [ __ ] some of these kids are whatever i don't know if it's this happened so much that i'm confused

  • 1:42:39

is which is the kid in the church

  • 1:42:51

i'm thinking about the the the dad and the son that didn't like do jogging

  • 1:42:56

mm-hmm or some pieces and pieces like so what what so when you say that and i

  • 1:43:02

hate to even try to unpack this so when you say that they feel like if there's one less black person if we kill

  • 1:43:08

one black person and we did the world at a service they feel like they're playing their part in helping

  • 1:43:15

their race their numbers to help their numbers because they said after he shot all the

  • 1:43:20

people he got on his knees put his hands behind his head and the whole [ __ ] and basically just surrendered well they

  • 1:43:25

showed the video of of of him apologizing to the white guy for almost killing him saying sorry and that is

  • 1:43:31

where you killed that boy does that take me off no wow he's so manerable as he's committing

  • 1:43:37

like boy he's such such a calm nice hospitable kid

  • 1:43:42

no but he's not on fox 5 on fox 5 one of um they had a a black preacher

  • 1:43:49

and then they had the commentator on fox 5 and the commentary is like oh well he's only 18.

  • 1:43:54

and uh do you think he suffered from some level of mental illness like you know when you're 18 you're not

  • 1:44:01

really that mentally mature blah blah so he went on giving some

  • 1:44:06

shitty borderline justifications for the kid not justifications but bailouts for

  • 1:44:12

the kid blaming it on melted illness and the black preacher was like nah he's a sound minded body and he goes on

  • 1:44:18

to say yo he can vote he can go to war he could do xyz he knew well enough to

  • 1:44:24

drive that distance to a population where they were majority black to commit his crime so if you are

  • 1:44:31

saying sound mind and body to do that then you not that crazy well then

  • 1:44:37

my point was fam you are up of enough sound mind and body that even wants the [ __ ] kicked off

  • 1:44:45

you caught yourself not and not kill the white dude you get what i'm saying like you were in

  • 1:44:50

a rage you weren't just going shooting up everybody you were calm you were collected it was calculated because when

  • 1:44:57

you saw the white dude you even apologized even further than well

  • 1:45:02

further than that point because this is true but there also has to be some type of

  • 1:45:09

ledger being handed down or a sticky note passed around to say

  • 1:45:15

hey if you just are adamant in why you are killing black

  • 1:45:20

people you will be excused by the law i mean that is what it feels like no there's

  • 1:45:27

been if there's been reports about like this is not a conspiracy theory or anything about uh white supremacists

  • 1:45:33

infiltrating uh law and politicians like this is not i mean i'm not shooting

  • 1:45:39

from the hip this is something that's proven in factual and known about i think they make it a lot more visible in 2022

  • 1:45:46

for these effects no it's for me the reasoning like he wrote on the [ __ ] nose of the [ __ ] yeah he did he wrote he

  • 1:45:53

did he took the sharpie and wrote a bunch of [ __ ] that i won't say hate crimes are up like this is not just this

  • 1:45:59

is not just oh we're seeing it more because people have phones that's it's a foul they're like this is you can go to the fbi site and they'll tell you all

  • 1:46:05

about it like racial crimes have been up a lot in the last several years now what i was about to say is it's not new for

  • 1:46:13

um racists to be in public office it's not new for them to be in positions of

  • 1:46:19

um authorities were slave owners like no i'm just talking about authority like judges

  • 1:46:24

lawyers uh doctors like kk they was talking about yo imagine the kkk people that was coming with the sheets

  • 1:46:31

but then imagine the kkp kkk people that were ceos or that was doctors letting [ __ ] die on the table or you know what

  • 1:46:38

i'm saying [ __ ] like that like they be they in all areas of society [ __ ] i saw

  • 1:46:43

people asking the question of when all the rico's came down with um oh you're selling everything too i was like

  • 1:46:49

okay why is it kkk because it's them that's why

  • 1:46:55

or their cousins i want to know where yeah what do i think we run this [ __ ] it's us where did this kid work

  • 1:47:01

where'd he get to work where did he work he's 18 years old he might not get that gun where did he get that gun in that

  • 1:47:06

ammunition that's a good point where to get it good

  • 1:47:12

these are just questions that i have when these kids walk around with these war war rap weapons man the more i read

  • 1:47:18

into that one yo this dude went to that store multiple times like this dude

  • 1:47:23

playing this [ __ ] out um like the security guard said oh my god what are you doing he said i'm collecting consensus data

  • 1:47:30

that's what he and that's what he told me and he wrote down y'all i'm gonna have to make sure the security guard is to go back to my point earlier about

  • 1:47:37

patrolling the internet in the way that they do and do not do at times he didn't just pull this idea of getting

  • 1:47:43

this gun in the right kind of [ __ ] out of nowhere he researched how to get the right tactical gear and the right gun

  • 1:47:49

and how to set up the stream on the like but how do you i'm with you

  • 1:47:54

how do you effectively police that like if it's a million people searching up [ __ ] when they got on the internet

  • 1:48:01

i can't say the word frigidaire without getting ads on my phone yeah yeah i don't know i'm gonna when i open up i

  • 1:48:06

don't have an air conditioner waiting right there for me suspect's history neighbors of the grendren family

  • 1:48:13

told abc news that the suspect is a former student at broome community college part of the state university of

  • 1:48:18

new york college system a detail confirmed by a spokesman for the school police in broome county were called by a

  • 1:48:24

local high school in june 2021 after they reported that grin grindren threatened

  • 1:48:30

threatened a shooting at graduation or during that time law enforcement sources familiar with the matter confirmed to

  • 1:48:36

abc abc news can you get out of here with your exclusive report and [ __ ] following off following a police

  • 1:48:42

investigation that no charges were filed against grindren who received a mental health evaluation and counseling after

  • 1:48:48

the incident see that see that's what my people stop stop

  • 1:48:53

right there right because the obvious question if you're a

  • 1:49:00

black person sitting home reading and watching this for years and years and years knowing the history of

  • 1:49:06

this country is well how do you protect against that type of

  • 1:49:13

white person right but you can't ask that

  • 1:49:19

because it seems like you're asking something that

  • 1:49:24

you're not or implying something that you're not and that's where we always have our conversations right because

  • 1:49:31

white people don't need to ask that about us because every system in place

  • 1:49:37

is to protect them from dangerous black people or just black people that they feel

  • 1:49:42

uncomfortable around yeah that's better right and that's where it's tricky for me

  • 1:49:48

when i when i read this i instantly thought of and i didn't watch the clip

  • 1:49:54

damn man we should get metal detectors and

  • 1:50:00

and put them in front of tops grocery stores think about that and

  • 1:50:05

i said that to myself and i heard myself like excuse me right like normally metal detectors

  • 1:50:13

you go through it because you want to make sure that the people in here are safe

  • 1:50:19

but it's reverse if they put them shits around when they think black people was coming in about to shoot some [ __ ] up

  • 1:50:24

but like we need to just keep him for like him

  • 1:50:33

whites need to start telling each other but even even with that yo in this instance only

  • 1:50:39

the metal detector wasn't even the matter no and he started shooting people from the car

  • 1:50:45

so metal detector or not once he started shooting people he would have came past the metal detector he had the gun in his

  • 1:50:50

hand he wasn't trying to conceal it right the metal detector is really only effective

  • 1:50:55

i wouldn't well not your point like they put the metal detectors thinking that's all our schools

  • 1:51:01

yeah all of that they don't have metal detectors in certain community schools they don't they have them in ours

  • 1:51:07

it's i mean and as a black man i don't want to hang my hopes on white people should start

  • 1:51:13

telling themselves i'm not saying other selves to each other because i can speak as a

  • 1:51:18

white person i there's been plenty of times where some other white guy comes up to me and starts saying some crazy [ __ ] thinking that i probably just think

  • 1:51:24

like that you subscribe to it yeah and that i think that any white person can probably relate to that

  • 1:51:30

now whether they do anything about it or say anything about it or bark back like even how jj reddick did on espn to

  • 1:51:35

homeboy even though that was you know thinly valued different but the same same

  • 1:51:40

um one one of my guys that works for me he uh he's italian but he grew up in bradley

  • 1:51:46

court the only white boy in the projects in bradley court in newark and uh

  • 1:51:51

he a union taper like that you know sheetrock when they put the white [ __ ] on and he he italian

  • 1:51:57

heavyset big italian and he then got fired off a couple jobs for punching people

  • 1:52:02

because all his friends he don't have a one white friend he never dated a white girl in his life everybody in his circle

  • 1:52:08

is black and he said yo you'll be down south jersey and they'd be on a job and you just gonna start talking [ __ ]

  • 1:52:13

because you think i'm gonna identify with you he's got fired off of mad jobs he's gotten fired off telling me some

  • 1:52:19

story about a white old white couple that called uber oh yes you guys see that

  • 1:52:25

they call it trying not to watch it so this couple and the uber guy comes he picks him up

  • 1:52:32

they open the door and he says oh thank goodness you speak english or something like that to that effect and

  • 1:52:38

he was like huh and i'm like no no i was just happy that you know you're one of us you speak english and he's like you know what

  • 1:52:45

don't don't get in and then they were like what do you mean he was like that comment was inappropriate

  • 1:52:51

and he was like are you serious and he was like yeah and then he the husband's there the woman the wife said it but the

  • 1:52:57

husband is standing right behind her and um and then the husband's like i should punch you in your [ __ ] face

  • 1:53:02

you [ __ ] lover blah blah to the man and then he was like all right cool i'm calling the cops it was in pa

  • 1:53:10

and the people on the restaurant or some store npa he's like yeah you guys are the owners right cool i'll make sure to

  • 1:53:16

put that on the news and i'm calling the cops to report you guys and he's like so without punching it and he called him a [ __ ] lover but then you [ __ ] you say

  • 1:53:23

[ __ ] like and this is not me saying it but you say [ __ ] like in in trying to explore how you solve

  • 1:53:29

some of this and like everybody and everybody gets pins and needles

  • 1:53:36

everybody gets cause you can't say that blasphemy how could you even think that

  • 1:53:41

well yeah yeah i'm with y'all because who wants to do that

  • 1:53:47

but this this is disgusting it's just it has to be another way right

  • 1:53:56

not not as long as again man and i go it goes back to that kkk comment as long as data one's

  • 1:54:03

up there in power and you can time stamp that one of those words as long as they're

  • 1:54:08

the ones in office writing these laws and doing x y and z [ __ ] you do

  • 1:54:14

and you can't arm yourself more importantly not writing laws yeah and that's why we have these

  • 1:54:20

conversations you and i especially or you and me and corey where i say that

  • 1:54:27

it's about inclusion and it's going to take time because we started from such a huge deficit that we going to be behind

  • 1:54:33

the eight ball for some time but i think we're gaining ground and some people say yes and some people

  • 1:54:38

say no i just think that we're gaining ground because the more people in the room the more inclusive the room gets

  • 1:54:45

because that's the only way to continue gaining ground i mean the black people uh minorities um the

  • 1:54:52

disenfranchised like as some people like aoc some people hate aoc but aoc represents a huge

  • 1:54:59

population of marginalized people that she represents

  • 1:55:05

or speaks for from their perspective and she goes hard and she goes super hard like i don't even i agree with some of the [ __ ] she

  • 1:55:11

says and i vehemently disagree with some of the [ __ ] she says however that particular demo is being represented in

  • 1:55:18

congress you hear what i'm saying and so i think the more inclusive that we are starting to become i think that's when

  • 1:55:24

you see the real change and some people look good will one day table scraps now sometimes we got to eat

  • 1:55:30

them it might be one more [ __ ] at the table one turn into two two turn into five like that's what has to happen i think

  • 1:55:36

for us to get some level of uh of real equity that's my personal opinion like i just

  • 1:55:41

think that that has to happen it's happening slower than a lot of us would like but in the end there's

  • 1:55:48

the reason why well another reason why that takes a lot longer is the flip side to that is

  • 1:55:54

you get one of let's say us in the room and you become them that happens a lot assimilation

  • 1:56:01

it does so we need ones that will stay with us once they get in i wouldn't give a [ __ ] how you how you all looked at me if we

  • 1:56:08

were just governed the same no but you can't say it because why not

  • 1:56:14

that's an oxymoron how because them looking at you in a certain way

  • 1:56:20

is why we're not governed the same you said i wouldn't give a [ __ ] how you looked at me how they look at you

  • 1:56:26

determines how you're governed so how we look at it that's why i'm saying what i'm saying you know but you

  • 1:56:31

can't have a job hold up listen to what you said oh you

  • 1:56:36

might have worded it wrong it meant something different i know i'm worried the way i want to where did we go you said i don't care how you look at me

  • 1:56:43

if we're governed the same you need them to look at you in a different light to govern you the same

  • 1:56:49

because they'll look at you as you're the same yeah it's a meme going around and it says yo what did you do and it's a white boy in the back no scars no

  • 1:56:56

bruises no nothing he's in cuffs and they're back it's a cartoon but they're both in the back of a hand and i saw a

  • 1:57:02

police car could you take ten minutes and tell me about the meme come on and so i'm telling them though the meme says yo

  • 1:57:07

what'd you do and the white boy was like uh shout out to school what'd you do and he was like oh i had a busted tail light

  • 1:57:13

and the black dude is beat the [ __ ] up that is based on perception and how somebody views you

  • 1:57:19

the black dudes are automatically viewed as a threat yeah no matter what that's how they look at you so that's what we can't govern everything's clear and so

  • 1:57:26

that goes into governance that's not true this is a chicken in the egg company yeah that's yeah no i'm with you that's

  • 1:57:33

not true you can hate black people all day long and uh the rules in which we have to live by

  • 1:57:39

as a society not reflect that that could be your personal choice and your personal right to run around and

  • 1:57:44

impossible y'all y'all are saying that uh it has to be combined well it's always been combined that's why we talk

  • 1:57:50

about systemic oppression yeah but the view you're not just talking about how you personally feel right like if you spoke to a lot of

  • 1:57:57

black people about what donald sterling said on that tape regarding the clippers a lot of black people was like hey man

  • 1:58:03

what's in private he can say what he wants a lot of black people said he was in private that was [ __ ] up she taped him

  • 1:58:08

he should have lost his whole business we'd say man foul [ __ ] and probably i heard a lot of people say that but

  • 1:58:15

the rules and how this is set up

  • 1:58:21

i'm with parts this is this is chicken and egg y'all are right it's designed this way because they hate us but our

  • 1:58:26

problem isn't with y'all hating us i disagree hey if he could go shoot 10 people and then somebody else could go

  • 1:58:33

shoot 10 people and they both are treated the same hey then now we talking

  • 1:58:39

[ __ ] then now we talking that's true but i'm talking about i don't think that ever stops

  • 1:58:46

based on how somebody is viewing somebody i think that the racism the

  • 1:58:51

impartiality the unfair treatment based is based on your view of me

  • 1:58:57

if one white kid gets pulled over he's going 100 and he gets treated like this and one black kid get pulled over and

  • 1:59:03

he's treated like this that's based on the view of black people that the people pulling them over have

  • 1:59:09

and i may even i'm gonna even go further than what you're saying and i don't pretend to know i'm not an

  • 1:59:14

expert in any of this but if even that was the case then what the hell is he running around shooting

  • 1:59:20

people for the setup you got it the setup you got it y'all got it y'all got everything you have to have a bigger

  • 1:59:27

plan then hey let's just kill the ball no because his his his ideal is yeah we got it but

  • 1:59:35

we're losing it him killing 10 people did what nothing nothing and then

  • 1:59:40

what did it do respectfully speaking yeah

  • 1:59:54

nasty little kid yeah that's what i mean in the grand scheme of things

  • 1:59:59

nothing he didn't indent a pro he didn't do nothing i want to know what he was trying to do

  • 2:00:06

if he i'm trying to think how to work this if he really believes this whole

  • 2:00:13

replacement theory thing they got going and whatever group he subscribes to they

  • 2:00:19

all believe this too all right i went and killed 10. you know you you got 30. you got this

  • 2:00:26

many you because this ain't an isolated event so you could potentially think he's a sacrificial lamb yeah like that's

  • 2:00:32

they're looking at i did my part i'm playing a part in the entire in the big scheme of things it might be very a very

  • 2:00:38

very small part but you did a part you did a part you and it adds up and we can shift and make a difference that's what it sounds like

  • 2:00:47

higher learning you remember how to reuse the dude remy on higher learning

  • 2:00:55

they used him as a flunky to go do some [ __ ]

  • 2:01:00

to get a result so if you had a whole bunch of flunkies carrying out your bidding you

  • 2:01:06

could potentially over a period of time make a dent in the population

  • 2:01:13

you don't remember uh remy yeah yeah and they and they basically use this dumb ass i'm thinking they use this

  • 2:01:19

dumb ass to to carry out a task then give a [ __ ] about him they just use them yo white supremacist

  • 2:01:26

you're gonna you're gonna eventually get outnumbered you are because that's that's the thing right that's the thing if this is the

  • 2:01:33

whole the whole manifesto whatever [ __ ] it's called they want to stop integration from happening you're going

  • 2:01:38

to lose that battle i'm sorry to tell you so you might as well you've already lost yeah actually you've already lost facts

  • 2:01:46

what do you want to talk about this country specifically you're going to lose eventually

  • 2:01:52

worldwide got to be worldwide got to be deeper than just that man i wish i knew

  • 2:01:57

got to be more um gotta be warm and you won't joe if you we won't know something if

  • 2:02:05

    i don't like that manifesto [ __ ] that [ __ ] that [ __ ] pissing me off hey the dc sniper wrote some [ __ ] too y'all didn't call it that

  • 2:02:11

he called it a plan manifesto mad sexy

  • 2:02:16

sophisticated manufacturer yo the wording even by the biggest people seeing in

  • 2:02:22

all of the tops when you start looking at the wording it'd be crazy no doubt i think they're

  • 2:02:28

all complicit absolutely they're all so complicit there's a little nasty nasty ecosystem going around they're

  • 2:02:35

formed we're not even going around just right in front of us both in politics and in media you know the beef between

  • 2:02:41

cnn and fox and the beat between the right and the left the republicans and the democrats but when they write this

  • 2:02:46

[ __ ] somebody did a split screen when they invited two articles

  • 2:02:52

and it was like 18 year old black man accused of xyz

  • 2:02:57

and then 18 year old teenager when describing a white kid like just white teenagers just little [ __ ] like

  • 2:03:04

that frames your mind to as a kid but that goes into the view that joe

  • 2:03:09

talked about and how they view us i remember when um katrina was happening and they had a

  • 2:03:15

white girl and a white guy in the water oh yeah yeah and they were carrying like food and [ __ ] looting versus uh no they

  • 2:03:21

had refugees looting refugees versus um like starving people

  • 2:03:28

looking for pillaging for food and shelter and how you word that [ __ ] is based on how you

  • 2:03:35

view the people so you can't effectively govern if you viewing me as a piece of [ __ ] already

  • 2:03:41

when i come into your courtroom or when you pull me over you're not going to talk to me like an adult you're not going to talk to me like the cops talk

  • 2:03:47

to us like little boys dog they come to your window with an attitude

  • 2:03:52

where you going sometimes you don't got to say [ __ ] they already be on 10. see

  • 2:03:57

that bothers me too now they said he's doing critical he's doing data census research census research collecting data

  • 2:04:04

what did he say he was doing um because then y'all show me oh y'all show me all of these commercials

  • 2:04:10

come since this time they show me all of these commercials trying to get black people to do the senses and y'all never address why black

  • 2:04:17

people don't really feel confident in doing the census and in doing that we can't never get the

  • 2:04:24

resources that we truly need because we're not doing consensus we won't do it

  • 2:04:30

i'm not telling you how many people's in my house i'm not telling you i'm not telling you [ __ ] go figure it out yeah but that's how we get our money i

  • 2:04:36

know so but but now we bought the we bought the beef but we don't trust y'all what you're about to

  • 2:04:43

do with that information that's true we don't trust you trust with what you will do with that

  • 2:04:49

information and frankly how much reason have we been given to word trust right

  • 2:04:54

you showed us nothing that says okay that we got your best interest in mind no that's [ __ ] up you mentioned how

  • 2:05:01

they view us and stuff i i flash back to one time you did the show sobs and we were

  • 2:05:07

heading back to jersey and um like mm-hmm

  • 2:05:14

blow [ __ ] anonymity this is the greatest joke can i get a round of applause for ish real quick

  • 2:05:20

let's just take a break it's just the man of that yo i gotta work with samuel he's spanish

  • 2:05:25

he was born in 79 on this block these are views these are his friends ain't millions of people this way

  • 2:05:32

the [ __ ] was telling this platform's huge what was your name

  • 2:05:37

but we were leaving and we had just came out i wrote with him it was like his cousin like there's a group of us in the

  • 2:05:42

car this thing is doing the cousin of somebody's driving he's doing like 110

  • 2:05:49

coming out the tunnel on route 3 in jersey we get pulled over i'm like i'm i'm [ __ ] bricks oh god

  • 2:05:55

here they go well you stayed up all night for the traffic ticket so i sure did go ahead got it dismissed the

  • 2:06:00

next day but cop comes up to the car and he yo would you stop me for like

  • 2:06:06

attitude like you inconveniencing me nothing happened

  • 2:06:12

you know what i yeah my uncle's a cop something he gave shot him some names said whatever whatever cop said all right cool just slow it down a little

  • 2:06:18

bit i was blown away cause i'm like [ __ ] i do 80 and two cop cars are pulling up

  • 2:06:25

off the rip we was doing a buck 10. we were supposed to be out that car and that [ __ ] told

  • 2:06:30

and you was talking sassy yeah nothing happens man i'm walking from on view last last week i'm going from on

  • 2:06:37

view to hollywood just that game that boston shouldn't have lost that they lost they was at home that the bucks won it was up 12 in the fourth i'm walking

  • 2:06:43

from oh i think you also dub on that one too but it's all good

  • 2:06:48

on that game yeah it's all good i think it was me and corey that made the bets

  • 2:06:54

right he's right oh i gotta jump a oh i was right about all everything else

  • 2:07:00

and they won the series anyway but i'm walking from on view i'm walking from arm view to hollywood

  • 2:07:06

    uh i say the [ __ ] uh person i'm with i'm looking around it's a beauty it's a beautiful night

  • 2:07:13

the [ __ ] wind from the water it just feels nice out there i'm like yo it's a lot of police out here there's more

  • 2:07:19

police like as black people you just you gotta know that's interesting i wonder what

  • 2:07:25

happened right and i walk in hollywood little dude i know that they're having a hennessy event in there shout out to val

  • 2:07:31

    but that's when i text cory all y'all [ __ ] in there let's do all the all the [ __ ] oh [ __ ] it's against the party

  • 2:07:37

i'm hugging everybody and there's said hey

  • 2:07:42

this is why hey [Music] now i'm mad

  • 2:07:48

now i'm mad do that bad i don't have nothing else to say about it no i i yeah i get it

  • 2:07:54

    somebody's been informed that they're they're congregating

  • 2:08:00

hey there's some hennessy going on you know hennessey get a [ __ ] little on the other side

  • 2:08:06

i'm just saying a little agitated a little quicker my father used to say to me and i used to laugh him out of the room

  • 2:08:11

every time but just wherever we were yo when you learn how the world works you

  • 2:08:17

will learn nothing is by accident here oh shut up dad it's like the 50s and 60s

  • 2:08:23

though we're rocking harry in that [ __ ] went back to the 60s in our in our lifetime i

  • 2:08:30

mean it was always there but summon [ __ ] yeah i remember having that mentality you know what i'm saying

  • 2:08:36

talking to my parents the same exact way you know what i'm saying they were protesters and all that [ __ ] in the 60s and like oh man you know we over here

  • 2:08:43

chilling super integrated crew everyone you know i mean like we're not even thinking about that [ __ ]

  • 2:08:48

and then the last the middle of america boy i'm telling you

  • 2:08:54

this [ __ ] is different and we kind of oblivious a little bit because we just live in a metropolis

  • 2:09:01

where everybody's really living on top here yeah i'm from 40 minutes away from where

  • 2:09:07

this man was from i'm not talking about i'm talking about us here i know like and you're here down here now right so

  • 2:09:13

your neighbor could be asian your other neighbor across the way could be hispanic your neighbor could be like

  • 2:09:18

we're in a melting pot and you could go over there and get some oxtail yo you coming over yo bring some coronas bring your a-game we

  • 2:09:25

yeah that but in a lot of places in america fam it is definitely segregated

  • 2:09:32

it is definitely segregated even in the metropolis cities be clear it's still segregated

  • 2:09:38

more interaction though more interaction more interaction definitely more working together going to college together i'm

  • 2:09:44

talking about states where it's three percent black the whole state is two and three percent black that exists in

  • 2:09:50

america today for sure you started [ __ ] with them dakotas wyoming [ __ ] like that upstate new york yeah but yeah

  • 2:09:56

it's issues you're saying you saying that and thank you for what you're saying yeah there's a point to that

  • 2:10:04

but even in in my our hood that one little stretch

  • 2:10:11

they got the spanish gang members up there mm-hmm if you drive straight this way the

  • 2:10:17

asians got the whole on smash the land the market this the dad

  • 2:10:22

the people that get the permits to put the buildings up like this and yeah i feel safe we're forced to

  • 2:10:29

integrate though even in everything you're saying you're right everybody has their little stretch

  • 2:10:35

but we're forced to integrate you're gonna see every day you come out your door you're gonna see some asians you're too great of a monopoly player for this

  • 2:10:41

no listen what i'm saying if i don't have no property in the board how long can i integrate with you i'm not do listen to what i'm saying i'm talking

  • 2:10:47

about something different every day you come out your door you're gonna see white people black people spanish people asian people every day if

  • 2:10:52

you stay outside your door more than an hour you're going to see them where you live i'm talking about [ __ ] that

  • 2:10:58

never see black people never seen a hispanic person in their

  • 2:11:03

life that's what i'm talking about all right i don't know so that ideology mentally

  • 2:11:08

is being fueled by the [ __ ] that you're seeing on tv because you don't have to integrate with them joe you're not a racist dude because you talk to

  • 2:11:16

[ __ ] on a day-to-day basis i've seen you walk through something yo man how your muscles get that big man what i

  • 2:11:21

gotta do to do that you see me flirting with some [ __ ] wow

  • 2:11:26

wow but even in that on the flip side of that because i can't speak to what it's just told me i didn't grow up that way

  • 2:11:32

like i wasn't in that but today right the black people that i see when i walk out the door and look

  • 2:11:38

out that ain't that's an altered that's altered

  • 2:11:43

perception that ain't reality the when i see the black people these are black people that have excelled in their

  • 2:11:49

[ __ ] if their career path did awesome and decided to put a fish tank and all white

  • 2:11:55

marble in the kitchen like there's also mad races that ain't like the queens come from where you come from no fact so

  • 2:12:02

their mentors aren't that i'm talking about the mental people the mental capacity of these people

  • 2:12:08

you know what i mean like yo this boy i don't know where this boy's from what's the name of his city uh conklin i

  • 2:12:13

believe conklin and he knew that it wasn't enough black people to kill around here so they said he made a

  • 2:12:18

conscious effort to drive the [ __ ] buffalo so where he's growing up his next door

  • 2:12:24

neighbor might not be the cool black kid that sleeps over my house that's what i'm talking about and that

  • 2:12:30

feeds that [ __ ] that's it it definitely does i'm with you there like you forced when

  • 2:12:36

you start going to college on big campuses like you go to university of maryland university of michigan [ __ ]

  • 2:12:42

lsu [ __ ] like that bro you have no choice but to be dormed up with some

  • 2:12:48

mixed race you not just all around all blacks you're not just around all whites and

  • 2:12:53

now guess what y'all might be in a group sex oh all that being said though the most diverse county i think in the world

  • 2:12:59

and there's some racists right over there of course it is you know what i'm saying like of course it is but you guys are going to be racist all over the

  • 2:13:05

world yeah everywhere it's going to be racist divisiveness has been going around since the beginning of the time

  • 2:13:11

and there's no way to really spot him or point them out oh yeah in africa it was tribal

  • 2:13:18

you know what i mean like you go to dr there's certain dominicans that don't like these dominicans you go to india

  • 2:13:23

some indians like these and they don't [ __ ] with the other it's just divisiveness is everywhere you go you can't stop it

  • 2:13:31

see that that's no i'm not trying to stop dividing this i'm trying to stop all others we could be divisive i'm not introvert yo

  • 2:13:38

i'm all for what people wanting to be alone and not [ __ ] with people it's the extras

  • 2:13:44

it's the other stuff like access to these weapons

  • 2:13:50

laws that incentivize these people to do these criminals because that's my thing right

  • 2:13:55

you think you think it's just arrogance you think the people that you murdered that this dude murdered don't have

  • 2:14:02

nobody in the family that's willing to ride i don't i never think that

  • 2:14:09

i never think that i often go to me and the people i know when

  • 2:14:14

like that type of you're gonna do something to somebody's family yo and somebody's gonna take a ride but now we gotta think about

  • 2:14:21

the system that we gotta deal with when we take that ride we won't be able to go do that and get your gun back

  • 2:14:27

and ask for it huh all right let me turn this music up man

  • 2:14:33

yo rest in peace to those that tragically lost their lives in tops

  • 2:14:38

i don't wish that on anybody [Music] prayers thoughts warm warmth and love to

  • 2:14:45

the families that have to now deal with that

  • 2:14:51

and all the people that were just in the grocery store shopping that had to witness that and the

  • 2:14:57

people yeah the survivors yeah like it's traumatizing change your life what life life changing day

  • 2:15:03

life changing day and it didn't have to be extremely unfortunate and i hope to not have to report on

  • 2:15:09

this type of shoe yeah yeah honestly uh i think brandy will rip jack harlow

  • 2:15:16

wait wait what what what happened i think brandy will get him get him they said they want to do a versus

  • 2:15:22

he don't want to do that with brandon longest night of his life no jack harlow

  • 2:15:29

learned on air that brandy and ray j were brother and sister or more notably

  • 2:15:34

that's the headline said more notably he just didn't recognize angel in disguise to be a brandy song i'm not mad at that

  • 2:15:41

he wasn't he was a kid he wasn't born he didn't he's young how old is it he didn't know nothing about angel in

  • 2:15:47

disguise i hate that we keep putting the kids in these spots dude you know there's two pockets yeah this tupac record he's not

  • 2:15:54

wrong from kentucky like yeah come on so nothing wrong with that uh

  • 2:15:59

but they had a little phone with that in the headlines and brandi responded the other day saying i'll mark this dude and

  • 2:16:04

rap at 43 on his own beats and then sing his ass to sleep oh [ __ ]

  • 2:16:10

    [Music] do that to me

  • 2:16:15

sing me to sleep brandy's angelic voice

  • 2:16:20

wow see i can have a little fun too hehe all of now great that she's having fun but

  • 2:16:25

brandi has rapped and sounds great doing it great

  • 2:16:31

doing it that's all i'll say to that because i don't think that'll go any further yeah that's not going down all right you had 30 topics on your list i

  • 2:16:38

was just with the with the jack harlow thing i was just really annoyed at everybody saying oh you know you're in

  • 2:16:43

this culture you should know this and that like fam yeah what do you want him to do go back and

  • 2:16:49

research everything that's related to r b rap it's black music you in this

  • 2:16:55

culture what culture is he in wait till i start the real podcast i'm gonna tell i'm gonna tell

  • 2:17:05

why do you think this is your culture yeah y'all sold this culture a long time ago honestly for cheap

  • 2:17:12

and it was a whole argument over that and i'm just like yeah i got it i just left it alone

  • 2:17:18

you just sold the culture that [ __ ] sold the culture yes i don't need to watch it i watch drink champs and see the founding

  • 2:17:24

fathers of hip-hop on there what more i need to see

  • 2:17:31

hmm also patreon you disagree what is there to say about it oh yeah we could definitely go y'all

  • 2:17:37

could talk well i'm not doing that wish hey you will not i am not your race bait buddy

  • 2:17:43

you will not get me into this well also i want to say uh rest in peace

  • 2:17:49

a little key oh yeah atlanta based rapper passed away at uh 24 years old and the cause came out that

  • 2:17:58

it was liver and kidney failure damn so yeah it was like i saw

  • 2:18:04

a lot of his family his friends his fans just it just came out like you passed

  • 2:18:10

nobody knew what happened right it was real sudden you know you're 24 as a kid

  • 2:18:17

that's horrible liver and kidney failure complained of serious stomach pain days before death

  • 2:18:23

why don't people get overlooked when you complain about pain i don't like hearing that afterward like kevin samuels man complaining about

  • 2:18:29

chest pain do you see kev on atlanta i know you're not watching atlanta no man we won't go to the doctor

  • 2:18:36

we'll just eat it and suck it up your [ __ ] leg could be numb for four weeks and you'll just be walking around on the

  • 2:18:42

on on the funny leg you know what i'm saying and then some real serious [ __ ] will happen we just won't go to the doctor especially

  • 2:18:48

black men we got to start going to the doctor me included like we just overlook certain [ __ ]

  • 2:18:54

our body will tell us it will and we won't listen we all listen though we won't listen yeah you think you think we

  • 2:18:59

could just tough our way through it we've been taught [ __ ] yeah tough it up oh man it's just gas no [ __ ] you having

  • 2:19:05

a heart attack yeah that's how we rock no [ __ ] no

  • 2:19:11

you're absolutely right [ __ ] just think it's normally piss ain't coming out in one line

  • 2:19:38

my son definitely learned how to pee on his own uh lex he learned to pee on his own watching you

  • 2:19:44

no because they want to be big boys like so you watch you know what i mean they just want to emulate i was so happy that

  • 2:19:50

he learned that look here's where he got it from but he started just going to the bathroom and doing his own thing and i

  • 2:19:56

like that as a dad be independent go do your thing but now

  • 2:20:01

sometimes you just like do [ __ ] i think to piss me off like just pissed on the old wall

  • 2:20:07

of the day like you know you're figuring out your dick let me see what happens if i make a little left this way

  • 2:20:13

oh [ __ ] i could direct no oh [ __ ] you know why you're right cause sometimes i try to get fancy like an idiot

  • 2:20:20

and i won't stand directly in front of the toilet like i stand sideways and try

  • 2:20:26

to be steph curry with the piss because it's a smaller basket i try to be lethal shooter

  • 2:20:31

oh my god it's there curry with the piss boi

  • 2:20:37

you can't do that takes years of skill and training yo jesus man shout out to my baby

  • 2:20:43

uh anyway be real is mad at versus yeah and i don't think swiss went to that uh

  • 2:20:49

that uh onyx versus uh cypress cypress did swiss go

  • 2:20:56

i don't know be real is upset and and i kind of agree with him um

  • 2:21:01

he he basically said like they put this verses wasn't streamed on instagram live

  • 2:21:06

it was completely behind the paywall this is the first one to be completely behind the paywall so he said

  • 2:21:13

they took the verses and pretty much made this a side act to their boxing event that's

  • 2:21:19

what they've been doing no no no no no no no no they have their way around the box and opened up for those

  • 2:21:25

they still promoted this as the versus this was tw uh trailer fight night

  • 2:21:31

and we got a cypress hill onyx versus happening um so it was like they gave us the back

  • 2:21:36

seat to it and you put it behind a paywall so not a lot of people saw it so yeah he was upset i've read someone

  • 2:21:42

tweeting that they did a different format too or apparently they did like three songs and then three songs

  • 2:21:48

yeah i heard it was a different format all the way down to the corners did three songs and then onyx did three songs and you had to save your hits for

  • 2:21:55

the la for the end or something there was a list of rules that they had this time i said what i said last

  • 2:22:01

episode same yeah i ain't coming here to tell you all what i heard about it i didn't see a peep about it and i wasn't looking

  • 2:22:07

for it mm-hmm but as they got me already when fredro battled keith

  • 2:22:12

murder but but as which is still one of the greatest battles oh but we got another one coming up

  • 2:22:18

we'll talk about you good but as as the participant here i'm i

  • 2:22:25

understand his frustration like dawg i came here versus just doing what it's been doing for the legacy acts

  • 2:22:32

and y'all highlight [ __ ] over here where nobody sees it right [ __ ] what's the point of this

  • 2:22:38

you gotta be real is the man yo he is cybercell is underrated uh group

  • 2:22:45

he got paid i like seeing them get disrespected sure i'm sure to get yeah but both cypress hill and onyx are

  • 2:22:51

disrespected on the totem pole of hip-hop i think they got thrown into like uh

  • 2:22:57

[ __ ] that white people like category it did both of them both which means they sold a whole lot

  • 2:23:03

of records but they didn't necessarily get to get the critical acclaim no the hood of some of their appearances

  • 2:23:08

yeah yeah the hood declared i i feel him though and i understand yeah i get that i understand and it

  • 2:23:15

probably wasn't marketed to them that way you know what i mean they probably didn't even know until those verses

  • 2:23:20

verses they thought it was the same [ __ ] like dog yeah goddess we not even ig

  • 2:23:25

youtube y'all have had other versus joints that was on the the trailer app but you also streamed it on

  • 2:23:32

instagram mm-hmm you cut that for us why do you think they do that so it's going to uh they want the subscription they can

  • 2:23:38

make all the money from your subscriptions right at some point we have to allow versus to make their money sure for sure

  • 2:23:43

right so they did they did their deal and got their money

  • 2:23:49

now triller has to get their money mm-hmm so you're not going to subscribe to trailer if you could watch yourself

  • 2:23:55

for free on the gram yeah they knew that they tried the first off when they first did it you know you get different camera

  • 2:24:01

views you get the higher quality production yeah yeah so you got that and that wasn't enough

  • 2:24:07

this shouldn't have been the first one that they did that on i mean someone has to be unfortunately though so somebody's gonna be the first one on a big one but

  • 2:24:13

they should have they should have like did a a whole festival damn near versus to

  • 2:24:18

make it more appealing to people that would actually show up and pay it because if this was an undercard or the

  • 2:24:24

main card and there was a bunch of other [ __ ] happening that day that i cared about i probably would have paid the three again i think they running low on

  • 2:24:30

people that's willing to do this oh i think that like just hypothetically if they did the [ __ ] you got to

  • 2:24:35

subscribe we give you the chris brown usher versus the subscriptions would have went through the window you can't

  • 2:24:40

do that with this as your first trip um versus behind the paywall yeah i

  • 2:24:46

think there's no disrespect to these gentlemen yeah i just think no it's not not a shot at them at all those are legendary groups

  • 2:24:54

unfortunately that's a damn shame though yeah they you just don't do that to

  • 2:24:59

somebody like you said somebody's gonna have to be the first group you don't really want to start with a

  • 2:25:05

i don't want to call them smaller but most people cannot name 20 songs from

  • 2:25:12

either group correct there you go i can't especially uh cypress hill

  • 2:25:18

i don't know the name of the onyx songs but i could probably sing 20 songs

  • 2:25:25

again that just tells me i think that versus is is slim pickings at this point

  • 2:25:31

yeah yeah i will always disagree when y'all say that it's not slim pickings yo slim

  • 2:25:37

tickets for what they want to pay oh that's that might be a difference that's what i'm talking about they have

  • 2:25:42

to make their way but that has to be acknowledged by the fan base right when they was over at apple we're speculating

  • 2:25:48

here we heard a few artists come out and say yo we got a bag and we know the type of bags that went around round then they sold and then we

  • 2:25:55

heard i think that was three cents come out on that one six swiss came out and was like yo y'all are charging y'all

  • 2:26:00

want money that y'all are not even getting at your show you want us to pay it what he's saying

  • 2:26:06

there is yo i sign well i got my deal i got mine now i'm not taking mine and going to dump it back to now pay y'all

  • 2:26:13

this is the trillar thing now it's not even my thing i came up with ip and i i could be wrong because i don't need

  • 2:26:19

people i know calling me i'm just saying i can't i came up and no swiss is on the

  • 2:26:25

yacht the big one with magic johnson somewhere like it ain't the little tiny rapper yachts that we be on

  • 2:26:31

like they own you know the name he lives i live in iron man's house yo the minnow

  • 2:26:37

i can't call them little ones the minnow after you see the real yacht just like the vote from uh gilligan yeah something else

  • 2:26:44

yeah no that's real i'm just saying we you gotta be a new name they say they're on the yacht and

  • 2:26:50

where's the where the rest of the yacht yeah these fans are [ __ ] nuts hey this morning i tweet i say uh hey jj

  • 2:26:56

reddick and pat beverly need a show i got at least 20 people to hit me back and say yo you a network get it poppin

  • 2:27:06

all right you're right you're right you're right play it out with me i wish y'all could

  • 2:27:13

not be fans and like we could do this more often in real time how much does one of them cost a lot

  • 2:27:20

and even if i had it would i want to lose it

  • 2:27:26

what i want to go get if you're right it's an investment but now we're at the negotiating table just that fast

  • 2:27:32

hey bad bad i don't want to put numbers on him but it's going to be seven and not one

  • 2:27:39

j.j reddick hey pull out my little calculator probably going to be seven figures

  • 2:27:44

not one probably a real nice set for that i probably want to call j will and get him in the mix too talking about probably a

  • 2:27:50

10 million 15 million outfit if you had it would you want to put your feet in the

  • 2:27:56

ground and go do that work or spend your money

  • 2:28:01

sure that's true and hope the espn picks that up and just watch it

  • 2:28:07

    enjoy hey [ __ ] as a family i'm with y'all they don't need a show [Applause]

  • 2:28:19

yeah i would love to watch that these [ __ ] fans man fans are great that was a great uh uh

  • 2:28:26

first take though i enjoyed it and they run get up bad bad needs a tom brady contract before i'm

  • 2:28:31

concerned he's better not really but bad bad i'll watch whatever he's on and

  • 2:28:37

what i mean not really yes paypal tom brady money [ __ ] i'm talking about huh what's the [ __ ] out here

  • 2:28:47

he got on there and just was him and jj reddick are great together that's all i have to say i don't even

  • 2:28:52

know what to say they have different viewpoints but they both get right to it he spent the whole

  • 2:28:58

he hit like multiple shows i didn't like him dissing cp3 though i thought that was corny

  • 2:29:04

everyone was like yo parker's gonna go in there kill cp3 i'm like i feel bad now actually like

  • 2:29:09

yo my man was getting slaughtered yeah um i don't know y'all

  • 2:29:14

they call it with street what are you called when you see the cone there and you make

  • 2:29:20

a move what the cold do that's not nice what do you say all defensive team seven times like stop

  • 2:29:26

stop nine times stop yeah stop [ __ ] you talking about that gun stop it man i know what i don't like he just don't

  • 2:29:32

like this is what i don't like this is what i wanna go oh i don't like that

  • 2:29:38

you not good be clear every night in the nba is good every night in the nba can walk in any

  • 2:29:44

summer league in the world and drop 50. but now we're talking apples to apples

  • 2:29:49

you not good compared to your couch the [ __ ] that you are criticizing is a first ballot

  • 2:29:55

hall of famer one of the top 10 point guards to potentially yeah i can be strong in saying one of

  • 2:30:02

the top 10 point guards to ever play basketball you can't sit there as a point guard and critique him get the [ __ ] out of here

  • 2:30:08

yes you can no you can't you're not to me you can why and cause if he if you listen to cb3

  • 2:30:15

where does that put you you're saying what matt barnes said matt barnes was like we're both role

  • 2:30:20

players cp is too accomplished for you to speak on them that way indeed i agree with that

  • 2:30:26

okay but pat beverly can critique

  • 2:30:31

the game in a way that the other analysts cannot i agree with that pat beverly sees things in a way that the

  • 2:30:39

other analysts have not jj yeah jj too he sees things differently than that's what makes it great because

  • 2:30:45

it's two players and they both have all the respect in the world for each other jj reddick

  • 2:30:50

every time uh he's about to play make a point he says pat and you know this yeah so he keeps saying you've been in

  • 2:30:57

the locker room like there is a like me i am not anywhere near as

  • 2:31:02

accomplished as so many people i talk about i don't talk about them because i think that and i i get that i get some hate

  • 2:31:09

from fans because like all right you sound like a hater because you never reach that amount of success but the truth of the matter is

  • 2:31:15

no i just been there and i see it differently i'm not i'm

  • 2:31:21

just giving you a different way to look at it because i was in the locker room i was in the game i know they're in the working of the system pat bev can do

  • 2:31:27

that he can now what he should not do but this is his first time as journalist man sitting there what you should not do

  • 2:31:33

and you have to learn this is to bring your personal gripes to your job and you're a rat

  • 2:31:38

you rap yeah he ratted on poor george man like your dog this is my thing no

  • 2:31:44

you are a rapper you're a recording artist so there's intimate knowledge that you have about being a recording

  • 2:31:51

artist but you have never gotten to the level of a kanye of a drake of a jay-z so even

  • 2:31:58

in you being a recording artist they're still unknowns to you because there's certain things that they

  • 2:32:03

had to deal with at the height of their careers or throughout their careers that you have never had to deal with and it's

  • 2:32:09

the same thing about when it's above my pay grade sometimes but on the flip side of that coin

  • 2:32:16

yeah i've never reached that amount of success but i've sat next to drake and had conversations to where i might know

  • 2:32:22

some of the thinking indeed i've sat next to jay-z i might know his thinking i might know

  • 2:32:27

what the greats think in some of them hey i know personal things about some of these people so or

  • 2:32:34

what their stance would be you're privy to privy to different things yeah that's all of them so what i'm saying is there are some commonalities and i don't like

  • 2:32:40

when they do that they [ __ ] on like they [ __ ] on kendrick perkins like they [ __ ] on it he won one he won he was killing

  • 2:32:45

it too no he was a role player he's a great role player yo but that's but when you do great in this seat it's cause you

  • 2:32:51

gotta you gotta come and do that and maybe alienate some friends some people

  • 2:32:56

you have relationships with some teams that were good to you right like it's a tough spot

  • 2:33:02

it's a tough spot patbev gave it up a little too much and it's it's like you said joe he was

  • 2:33:07

disrespectful he bought his person was just so respectful he was personal [ __ ] to it yeah but you could even i can't and that's what you're right i can't be

  • 2:33:14

disrespectful to jay-z you can't do that ever kobe like there's some peace

  • 2:33:21

y'all gotta shut up about them yes like they that's what i mean it's different

  • 2:33:27

personal [ __ ] is fair game i feel like you i think all of us have brought some personal [ __ ] yes you have he's about

  • 2:33:32

drawing a line at disrespect when you bring the personal [ __ ] in there i can't say we might harp on someone that you

  • 2:33:37

wouldn't normally harp on but you can't because because pat beverly's is starting well he ain't even a starter

  • 2:33:43

but pat beverly is a point guard in the nba pat beverly has never bore the burden of carrying a franchise

  • 2:33:49

on his shoulders ever he's only been a role player in the [ __ ] nba right you get what i'm

  • 2:33:55

saying and you just starting to get that because you're kind of mouthy and now you sound like charles barkley who said if you're not driving the bus shut the

  • 2:34:01

[ __ ] up you know i don't even believe in that i don't believe in that again there's some commonality they share the

  • 2:34:06

experience they've been to college they've been high school all americans et cetera et cetera but now you can't

  • 2:34:12

talk about certain [ __ ] you never had to experience beverly's never had the experience

  • 2:34:18

carrying a franchise chris paul has carried four that's true shut your [ __ ] ass up my name all

  • 2:34:23

right come on let's move on from pat bev because i do have other sports [ __ ] that i want to uh ask y'all also on espn

  • 2:34:32

you know we have recency bias they start talking about who's the best player left i was watching this who's the best who's

  • 2:34:37

the best player left in the playoffs all the way around and it was the luke all across the board are they out there

  • 2:34:44

who would you like to have the ball in their hands steph with the game on him what's his name

  • 2:34:50

wardell right what's your name how do you say it i think it's ward uh well i don't even introduce his name to these topics show

  • 2:34:58

    like what the [ __ ] and i understood they're thinking but i don't no i don't either as long as

  • 2:35:04

wardell is playing why am i talking about luca why am i talking about anybody

  • 2:35:10

let me throw this out there [ __ ] hot take that's not such a hot take cause i told y'all what wardell does he hears

  • 2:35:15

this i told y'all that yeah and he get mad and he say

  • 2:35:21

mental no now you're facing a killer your face but he's a young killer you might not know

  • 2:35:28

how all the intricacies of the gun yet but mark my words i might even bet this one

  • 2:35:34

because i've been i've been picking two right they're gonna smack them one of these first games dallas's i mean no no no no

  • 2:35:41

blow them out one of these games and if not the blowout that's going to do something that you've never seen

  • 2:35:46

before game one unless you've gone with parker they've had they have an extra game boys off tonight i heard all that [ __ ] y'all been saying i heard it

  • 2:35:53

all right because this is the chico with the warriors and i'm getting off of sports

  • 2:35:59

is steph on the offensive end and draymond on the defensive end that's the one player

  • 2:36:05

is steph's ability with draymond leading it's draymond hart with steph hey luke

  • 2:36:10

is going to have to deal with draymond at the end of the game on him defending him hey do that to him if you win you

  • 2:36:16

win that match up but now steph get to rome free for the game

  • 2:36:21

just stop sorry i'm sorry i seen what that did you drew holiday in

  • 2:36:26

that series having to be mr man on offense and then guard the best player on defense it's tiring

  • 2:36:33

go ahead i'm agreeing with you i think one draymond has not had to deal

  • 2:36:39

with somebody like luca i mean just go ahead you know what because y'all tell me he's the

  • 2:36:46

back-to-back mvp y'all tell me jovic is the man every week and he's not sticking george cause the [ __ ] he did

  • 2:36:53

all right he did i just want you to show him

  • 2:36:58

luca brings the ball up luca hits the three off the dribble luca takes you off there it's a different ball game i'm not

  • 2:37:04

dissing draymond i like draymond i think draymond's the engine for the team i think the the the the the x factor for

  • 2:37:11

golden state is going to be pool i think the x factor for golden state is going to be pool um i think steph's not

  • 2:37:18

going to be here they need an x factor to beat down yeah yo dallas ain't those trumps i think this is what i think

  • 2:37:23

listen maybe she may be six maybe six i know i think

  • 2:37:30

golden state will win i don't know they take a game over i don't think it's going to be as i don't think it's going to be a swedish you're going to get up

  • 2:37:36

3-1 and then go have a great night and chill out yeah i'm going to win again i don't think it's going to be as sweet

  • 2:37:42

as we think i think it's going to be close games i think that if if because steph got played d it's sweet

  • 2:37:48

the rest of the way and let's go and that's boston makes it to the final steps got to play let somebody on golden state get hurt i don't see this is sweet

  • 2:37:54

the rest of the way for golden state unless boston gets there to make it tough because matchups make fights

  • 2:38:00

a good matchup for them boston can't beat them no no i don't think they came no nobody left can beat them

  • 2:38:07

personally i picked them before the season started boston that's where i'm at i think

  • 2:38:12

boston is up very well tough with their perimeter defenders and the big dudes down low like crawford

  • 2:38:18

and robert williams no they think what boston is and the black coach i love the blind coach the jokers that are really

  • 2:38:24

really really good offensively you kind of neutralize them a little bit when you make them play d

  • 2:38:30

in most instances steph don't really be having the d nobody

  • 2:38:35

you feel me yeah he got d them [ __ ] in dallas he has to d them in dallas brunson can get 30. then woody can get

  • 2:38:42

    30. he has to play d in dallas so we're gonna see where how it neutralizes him if it does who's gonna have to play more

  • 2:38:47

dude that was that yeah who gets tired first yeah

  • 2:38:52

hey we both got to play d and the man i'm sticking just it depends pulling from the other dotted line but that's not that that'll tower you out

  • 2:38:59

brunson gonna be attacking the basket that tires you out you know brunswick's gonna be down here with the giants steph curry is uh probably the best ever at

  • 2:39:06

moving without the ball and it tires

  • 2:39:13

they move no i'm saying top three without the ball wow you so you feel like well you don't put reggie in the

  • 2:39:18

top three reggie's written up here two or one ray allen ray allen

  • 2:39:25

hamilton ran that baseline brown is not in that mix all right he's number four well that's the mix

  • 2:39:31

in there too without the ball oh yo yo yo yo yo nah nah stop stop stop

  • 2:39:36

stop stop round of applause round of applause man congratulations shout out to omar cook

  • 2:39:43

  • 2:40:18

omar cook as a top new york athlete and then to see the end of his career like that's old you know look at him walk up

  • 2:40:43

he's been the man imagine knowing how that's like from being the man from high school and then yeah come on man come on

  • 2:40:49

shout out marco congratulations congratulations what a career um i said

  • 2:40:54

you guys you have some more lebron lebron's albums come on we can end this thing man we're getting nothing we can take the

  • 2:41:00

picture parks lebron james top five

  • 2:41:06

the chronic doggy style black album life after death and um

  • 2:41:12

it was written but i have so many more to name for real he forgot oh you've got a few that's

  • 2:41:19

fine he can say he definitely gets a a huh i'm not i'm not mad at him that's a

  • 2:41:25

nice only one before y'all answer this or or speak to this

  • 2:41:31

did y'all see the meme going around now i'm meme culture reporting that [ __ ] drives my gears grinds my

  • 2:41:37

gears i tell you um did y'all see that little meme that went around about hey why every time lebron james reading the

  • 2:41:42

book he's on page one yeah i've seen that every single and they went and found

  • 2:41:48

every picture it was always page one so you don't think you ever made past the intro on none of these

  • 2:41:54

don't do that i'm just saying looking at this list now i won't try to ever play lebron because i do believe that he

  • 2:41:59

really listens to a lot of music a lot of music i believe you don't be seeing him jim but this list just looks like

  • 2:42:07

i took the bet the album i think is best from the people i think of the best

  • 2:42:13

it definitely it don't throw you it don't throw you for a loop it does not

  • 2:42:18

but when you listen all right you gotta remember his age and when you look at top five all time

  • 2:42:24

from his age that's not it why not because black album ain't holds

  • 2:42:31

first or second best album there are people like myself who have black album as hope's number i don't talk to people

  • 2:42:37

like y'all i'm just telling you that there are people that

  • 2:42:43

i get it everybody i know but you don't have to we still talk though we still got voices but you ain't livid you witnessed it from your folks pad

  • 2:42:49

scribbled in your notepad and created your life our favorite is our it's number one for us

  • 2:42:55

how old is bro my age how do you 37 37

  • 2:43:01

one of them the chronic and doggy style brown was 12

  • 2:43:07

ten nine actually probably no i think i think he went and did the science on that

  • 2:43:13

i do believe him to have done the science yeah i'm just saying that's 84 chronicles

  • 2:43:22

they're not far-fetched to have done the science fiction those two chronic and doggy style i ain't like the um before

  • 2:43:27

it was written either i ain't like the um

  • 2:43:32

i like that five the black album don't belong in this conversation same same opinion that's my only complaint about

  • 2:43:38

it if i have to find a complaint i know a lot of people love that album i just yeah like i said his favorite that's

  • 2:43:44

when i do my jay-z albums in ranking order black album there's always one

  • 2:43:51

what can you say to the person that says that it's his opinion it's not my opinion black album not even

  • 2:43:57

in my top three or four jay-z over to my top six that's perfectly fine i'm not

  • 2:44:10

opinion about hole's catalog that i just don't share but i might have said it before

  • 2:44:15

what's that i don't know if i'm ready to say it right here i don't think reasonable doubt is the greatest album me neither is jay-z's greatest album i

  • 2:44:22

    know i don't think it's his greatest album i don't think it's the greatest album i don't i don't feel like that about

  • 2:44:28

that i don't know that's your hot topic yeah that's number one or two of mine yeah you could switch that in blueprint

  • 2:44:34

depending on what this is [ __ ] see i like volume one is also very high for me i like i'm also weird

  • 2:44:41

for me dynasty is super high for me americans is a great album

  • 2:44:47

so look oh this is good i'm the jay-z guy

  • 2:44:53

american gangster is amazing lyrically sonically mm-hmm

  • 2:45:01

it's to me i'm getting scared and i think i know

  • 2:45:06

where you're going yeah i'm getting my sleep already well i'm going to show you give the show give him get his [ __ ] off it's kendrick

  • 2:45:12

i know that's where he was going and i love american gangster he's saying that the the the lyrics i love american

  • 2:45:19

gangs not really make good songs i love american gangster but it's kendrick s i'm looking for a sleeve

  • 2:45:24

so i know where you're going it uh i'm a volume one dude me too same [ __ ]

  • 2:45:31

be dissing volume one fan i don't know how i don't know you like volume one super hard [ __ ] be this in volume one

  • 2:45:37

i like that's number three i told you my whole hot take i like volume three two [ __ ] don't be like in volume three in

  • 2:45:43

volume one i like that volume three is bottom three on my list and that's that's

  • 2:45:48

yeah yeah you was you was looking at the light bulb you could fight about hold on pedro i think we've had this we had this fight we had to fight the fight

  • 2:45:55

i like that nas had it was written i mean i was that brown hat it was written over illmatic

  • 2:46:00

i agree yeah pronounce 12. again you can't tell a person they wrong for

  • 2:46:06

whatever yeah no you can't no you can't i just see where he's coming from same

  • 2:46:12

here but that's fine you can still tell somebody they wrong you don't have to be right when you tell somebody they're wrong tell me that you know to me this i

  • 2:46:19

don't have better than this like when i said you can't you can say it exactly that's

  • 2:46:26

what we just said yeah you said whatever you want but you won't be right and saying you have to be right and yeah you can say whatever you want say whatever

  • 2:46:31

you want so but see certain albums you felt them so if he wasn't outside when they really

  • 2:46:37

dropped and that's why but that's why i wasn't careful with that and that's why i was outside i saw what it did and that's what i don't understand though

  • 2:46:43

right how could how could you really feel the chronic i don't you didn't feel what i'm not

  • 2:46:48

saying you brown was a kid the chronic

  • 2:47:20

when it hit jersey i was in sixth seventh grade that's all right i know that that sounds about

  • 2:47:25

right a little radio that's how i remember some music yo

  • 2:47:31

where was that what grade i was in i remember all of that i remember everything but i'm just saying like for us it was videos because

  • 2:47:37

that's when the nut and but the g thing i was in 12th grade i remember that that's what introduced me to a lot of [ __ ] now i got a target

  • 2:47:44

i was in 12th grade i remember that well yeah i'm not mad at that list i'll switch maybe two albums off of that

  • 2:47:51

but three out of five i'm rolling they all mine as well but what and what i will take the chronic out i'll put

  • 2:47:57

good kid max city these are just my favorite rap albums ever and

  • 2:48:02

life after death would come out for me but what wow

  • 2:48:07

i'm not even saying what i put in here easy no no no

  • 2:48:13

    no no no stupid

  • 2:48:21

no it's not us oh man you let an offense not you oh i've changed you're not letting the fight i'm just changing

  • 2:48:28

my [ __ ] 101 oh man 101 goes look at the world's coming too to answer your

  • 2:48:33

question if you must know i knew that i knew that oh geezy yeah 101 cheesy that was a good

  • 2:48:38

album though that was a good ice need to be from new orleans or somewhere like every time you

  • 2:48:43

say something like hip-hop [ __ ] man why because he had the no limit chain for

  • 2:48:49

real in real life but look he really did look look see the problem with that is

  • 2:48:55

my error we got all the hip hop from everywhere the world started becoming smaller around my era

  • 2:49:02

like yeah y'all was literally just the music that was made near in your region

  • 2:49:07

so cast in la was only hearing that cassandra bay was only hearing that cass in miami was only hearing that

  • 2:49:13

once the once we started coming into our own and the music videos and the internet started

  • 2:49:19

rolling out a little bit more the world became smaller so now i'm hearing music from here from there from there i'm

  • 2:49:26

telling you bro that's what i'm like 89 and i started blending in a little bit more that's when

  • 2:49:31

ice cube in them dropped 89.90 i was a freshman i remember west coast hip hop started to really

  • 2:49:38

infiltrate over here 89.90 but a lot of that and again a lot of that time

  • 2:49:44

there was music their music videos were infiltrating over here that's what you're just hearing that's true no no snoop and dre were huge mtv

  • 2:49:51

    that's what don't forget

  • 2:50:07

that's true y'all i've never heard this type of [ __ ] before yeah your own tv raps are influential and bring in west

  • 2:50:12

coast and just in just combining the world was a lot smaller

  • 2:50:23

i know that that is something that i do that i should get better at what did you say if you ain't learning if you ain't

  • 2:50:28

learn your hip-hop from outside then i look at it i look out of your way if you claim to

  • 2:50:34

be a hip-hop historian because hip-hop and this is i guess what

  • 2:50:39

the what the younger generation says to me about kendrick like kendrick makes them feel away

  • 2:50:46

a feeling that you get when you listen to kindred so for me i felt the way when the

  • 2:50:51

memphis miss would come on i remember being outside all night with a [ __ ] walkman on listening to the infamous i

  • 2:50:57

remember uh uh uh me against the world outside all night

  • 2:51:02

standing outside i remember the only one in class playing protect your neck i was the only one going crazy i remember like

  • 2:51:09

you said you can't learn wu-tang from mtv like you can't learn wu-tang from remember you can't i they can't even i

  • 2:51:16

disagree with all that i know you do i just i remember uh you was the only one in class i was the

  • 2:51:21

only one in class playing bone thugs in harmony and they got like these fast rapping this was before they was the only [ __ ] in class

  • 2:51:28

i was i know straight up not until that second album came out exactly exactly now that [ __ ] um i remember but now

  • 2:51:34

it ain't hard to tell [ __ ] was walking around the streets sneaker uzi on the island in my army i

  • 2:51:40

remember how [ __ ] was like what the f like this [ __ ] was like jesus nas first two albums [ __ ] in our hood

  • 2:51:47

was like this [ __ ] is a different type of person all right they do not need us to unpack classes

  • 2:51:55

like so it's a feeling that you get i'd look at you a little funny when you uh just a little bit i just say let people

  • 2:52:01

fall in love with hip-hop where they fall in love with it at and whatever matters to them let it matter to them who are we the police oh

  • 2:52:08

because you wasn't here when this dropped he wasn't living this that's what [ __ ] is doing he's right that's not true that's exactly what y'all doing

  • 2:52:14

that's not true it is policy see that's true that these new [ __ ] made up [ __ ]

  • 2:52:20

you're gatekeepers and i'm not gatekeeper you hate these birds hate these buzzwords it's not a buzzword yeah

  • 2:52:25

    that's what he's already with all that's what's happening your hip-hop wasn't oh you're not a hip-hop historic

  • 2:52:31

well i hate that term see you pulling him you full of them he said it first hip-hop you said that one first

  • 2:52:37

but what i'm saying is you just said i don't talk i'm not even talking to them who didn't get their hip-hop from there

  • 2:52:43

don't matter where i got my hip-hop yes it does no it don't yes or no this [ __ ] is a part of my life

  • 2:52:50

straight up how i got introduced to it does not matter yes it does and that's what we're doing that's where

  • 2:52:55

we on the different side of the well different thing i want i want hip-hop is global you

  • 2:53:01

don't become this global by people not being introduced to it from all different facets of the world right you

  • 2:53:06
