neither do you we all suck at this table no Rory

  • 1:54

dresses a lot better than you and I yeah that's true I just dress for Comfort I think it's important to be self-aware I

  • 2:01

think self- awareness is important and I think that's lacking in in today's Community by the way I dress bad my dresses bad though I

  • 2:10

will say I think I'm getting better uh by yearly I just went shopping I'm about to be better lit see my problem is I did

  • 2:17

all my shopping when I was thicker right hey yo I us did my wait

  • 2:24

now I know how women feel I just I just left my mom's house and stepped off a scale my first time you got your life my

  • 2:30

first time stepping scale right [ __ ] you Rory I'll acknowledge your whack joke uh

  • 2:38

it said 205 damn it didn't say 2011 like a real one Jersey

  • 2:45

City continue on please does anybody think that you're

  • 2:51

funny I think I'm pretty great yes do Rory do you think she's funny funny without knowing that she's funny thank

  • 2:57

you you said one funny thing in our podcast group chat the other day yeah what did I say that was pretty good it

  • 3:02

was the only thing I've ever heard you say yeah it was fny but we can't say it on here I don't even remember what it was it was about somebody and we're

  • 3:08

[ __ ] so we're going to keep that oh wait tell yeah tell me oh cuz the mics can't picking anything up no didn't no

  • 3:14

cuz y'all [ __ ] I might say it all right so anyway but yeah so I was looking I was on Instagram right and I

  • 3:22

noticed that Rory dresses like those guys that's why he's a hipster no that's

  • 3:27

why that's not I don't hipster it no no no no no don't do that don't do that don't do that cuz you have your when you

  • 3:32

turn into Rory the body yeah yeah Rory dresses like those Instagram uh uh

  • 3:39

Street Wear guys and he carries his little [ __ ] napsack bag yo Rory is

  • 3:44

Rory doesn't exist without plagiarism is what I noticed what no for real

  • 3:51

    embodiment of yes this nigga's like [ __ ] he's

  • 3:56

like a spongy just so he's like [ __ ] rth so what so all right so if that's the case and all all

  • 4:04

of a sudden I now dress cuz I've dressed this way well before Instagram out before you say that what are you guys

  • 4:09

what original style are you Rory I just said before you say that Journal Square before you say that cuz I want you to

  • 4:16

tell your joke correctly all right enough about Rory enough about Marissa

  • 4:21

Marissa are you wearing a LeBron hoodie I don't know what I'm wearing I just found it in my closet see this is my problem y but the funny part about that

  • 4:28

is that's how my brain got on on clothes because you look better than I'm used to seeing you look too thanks what's that

  • 4:34

hat say hey uh yeah no did you just take my hat no this is my [ __ ] hatd okay

  • 4:40

cuz you took my hat last time over oh wait so cuz I'm in a really good mood and I'm lit that's my hat it's

  • 4:46

my I can't he hey wait hey two children my podcast will not consist of the two of

  • 4:52

you arguing about that hat that hat is not even dope enough to argue about

  • 4:57

listen even the same color as your hat uh I'm lit I'm in a great mood can I

  • 5:03

talk about what we were just talking about uh sure only because we're talking

  • 5:08

about plagiarism okay yeah sure uh so Rory does plagiarism for a living oh I

  • 5:15

want to I'm going to talk about both uh and that's not because I'm short of material uh listen I have plenty to talk

  • 5:20

about today on the plagiarism I said it so that's someone on the plagiarism Rory and who's your

  • 5:27

little whole other friends crew Rory and Cam and low and Raven and who else

  • 5:34

what's the uh yeah Cass uh what's the guy that I like Chris I like that guy I

  • 5:39

didn't like the [ __ ] he was with they were horrible yeah that was pretty am I allowed to say that does he have a girlfriend he wasn't with them in that

  • 5:46

type of way but no he doesn't have a girlfriend I don't give a [ __ ] that he wasn't with them in that type of run way my image of Chris Styles at Henny paloa

  • 5:54

and my image of Chris Styles in my airb a are two totally different people and I want those people to never look that way

  • 6:00

again cuz at at Hen in La that [ __ ] Chris DS was getting low key the [ __ ] out of here all low key do on the mic is

  • 6:06

host that [ __ ] just and and and and swag surf that's it that [ __ ] Chris uh

  • 6:11

was uh pop Millie Rock uh that [ __ ] was doing everything and hosting and swag

  • 6:18

surfing and bodying lowkey Chris is the energy of until I saw him in my ear B

  • 6:25

and B mhm I never want to see that again never I agree with you never never Chris hey we going to keep that

  • 6:31

between me and you cuz you my man I will not even discuss it any further on this podcast cuz I love you but oh my God I

  • 6:38

bet her never never don't even bang no that's good

  • 6:44

Chris don't do that again so now anyway Biz they do any pooa Biz sell

  • 6:51

[ __ ] what does he actually do no one knows Biz is everywhere that's his cat

  • 6:59

and think it's appropriate yeah Biz is everywhere now I on this podcast I don't

  • 7:04

know why Biz is everywhere but I'm an adult and I'm

  • 7:10

oldfashioned and I'm I'm grown so I come from the school of it's certain thing that men it's certain things men just don't ask me I don't care how men make

  • 7:18

their their living and their income I don't know what Rory does for a living

  • 7:23

now I have never known what Rory does for and I've only seen hey you got a

  • 7:29

nice living room seen Rory's living room uh when I was Instagram yeah Shoto was it was nicer than the living

  • 7:36

room I envisioned you owning well I took that picture so quickly that no it's much better than what that picture was too my living room bus is selling

  • 7:42

[ __ ] Henn Henn I won't say it because I don't want to promote it because it's plagiarism Biz whatever you doing with

  • 7:50

Henny not that uh them [ __ ] own Henny cuz they don't but Biz Biz Biz Biz you

  • 7:58

will I'm going to talk to you about this in person Biz I will not waste any more of this podcast time speaking about

  • 8:04

things uh uh speaking on people who I have their phone number I won't do that I will call or text you but you will

  • 8:11

have to answer for this Behavior that's the problem today people ain't having an answer for [ __ ] and everybody's just

  • 8:17

running the [ __ ] muck now do we got all that out the way oh and Raven I love

  • 8:22

you I would never ever say a bad word about you baby I want to make myself 100 C Joe

  • 8:30

Button DJ verified WJ BMC 101.9 I am your host oh that's my [ __ ] yeah I'm

  • 8:36

sorry but anyway Raven I would never never never oh shout out to Raven anyway so off of that well no let me get the

  • 8:42

quick plugin Miami tickets are on sale now that's next Saturday New York is on sale Atlanta is on sale right now

  • 8:48

hen.com uh buy some tickets continue I don't feel how do y'all promote how did even

  • 8:56

that happen henoa all social media Forbes did a little article on us about how that's what I remember strictly uh

  • 9:03

started from social media it's interesting how parties are now following that blueprint not to say that we were the first party to do it but we

  • 9:08

have been one of the more successful ones up until recent that was strictly based on social media well who are the

  • 9:15

big ones as far as promoting big

  • 9:20

now grits and biscuits was was really big at one point oh my God wait wait time out time out there's a grits and

  • 9:26

biscuits uh don't quote me I don't know how popular is now um cuz those two gentlemen that do it I played in NFS

  • 9:33

with and are really really good guys I'm just not sure if they're still doing it because I'm not out here looking for other parties oh no no but I've been to

  • 9:38

their parties in the past and they're really I to spend too much time on these parties cuz it's not compelling enough to keep talking about but I would I love

  • 9:43

grits and I love biscuits that's why I asked I think so if there was somebody doing no the uh uh grits and B I don't

  • 9:49

know what are the biggest ones H and what wait there was other ones that you guys like combin I I go to the greatest

  • 9:56

day ever or some [ __ ] like no no oh greatest day wait was there a brunch bounce the brunch bounce I said wait no do they do brunch bounce now that that's

  • 10:02

closed greatest day ever I we're not I don't I'm talking about yeah asking the

  • 10:07

wrong greatest a was like a combination of things Spanish men don't like me oh wait no no no hey wait Spanish men are

  • 10:12

starting to like me that's important Spanish men hate me so which I'm okay that's important to me when did I figure

  • 10:19

this out that Spanish men are starting to like me oh when I stopped [ __ ] um bartenders that's nice at least you know

  • 10:25

the root of the problem yeah no really let me tell you something uh out this podcast later listening and we ain't

  • 10:31

even introduce this podcast uh to be honest oh [ __ ] yeah and I like it like that so [ __ ] it we just kep talking so

  • 10:37

anyway uh what were we just talking about uh why Spanish men like you oh yeah yeah yeah Spanish B SP listen a

  • 10:42

    Spanish [ __ ] will not like you over uh a [ __ ] even he ain't even have to [ __ ] the [ __ ] a Spanish [ __ ] will just hate

  • 10:48

you but that's my experience with a couple Uptown [ __ ] mine so that's that

  • 10:53

but uh no I think they still do brunch b i I go to party out shout out to Whitney shout out to shout out to brunch bounce

  • 10:58

uh sh yeah shout out to Kap but all right so off of that now on to more pertinent

  • 11:04

issues that I wanted to talk about because I thought I would be the only one on time but I [ __ ] pulled on the Block and saw a green Mercury Milan the

  • 11:11

    first car on the Block I said [ __ ] Marissa's here at [ __ ] 611 right so

  • 11:16

then I go and I pull up and I try to I fight some [ __ ] for a parking spot damn near and when I park get out my car I

  • 11:22

put the little C meter thing they finally fixed the meters on this block I'm really mad about that did they I didn't pay today I figured it didn't fix

  • 11:29

[ __ ] n you got to check the meters on 54th Street been broke for two months we've been living

  • 11:37

great they almost got me too but any can we edit where you just said the location going ain't nobody showing up we Ain

  • 11:43

bopping like that y'all only ones want to do a remote live podcast in Alaska

  • 11:49

somewhere it's great weather up there so my cousin was there we could stay with her shut the [ __ ] up so yeah so listen

  • 11:55

modify my lifestyle Spanish [ __ ] don't long hate me stop [ __ ] bartenders right listen to this right big step for

  • 12:00

Joe Buton maturation holess deleted I went on my Instagram the other day when I had insomnia I stayed up all night

  • 12:06

know what I did you guessed it I deleted every single picture on Instagram yes

  • 12:11

I'm that IG th honey that is deleting relationship pictures I deleted no no but not relationship picture I left some

  • 12:18

of those but I left Kaitlin that's nice because some of those pictures meant a

  • 12:23

lot to me I got to hear you the [ __ ] out of here I got all of that out of here really please you go girl

  • 12:29

but I wasn't there to delete her my point was I deleted every picture of

  • 12:34

hookah nice a hookah bar and a Barton you have any photos on

  • 12:40

Instagram do you still smoke and a woman not really not like that really not a lot I'm home a lot to be honest yeah but

  • 12:47

you have a thousand hooka things at your house I'm too lazy to light them true but anyway listen to this know what I

  • 12:53

noticed when I removed all of those pictures what my Instagram Pi no plenty pictur there but my

  • 13:00

Instagram is now full of nothing but the things that I love a your dogs my dogs

  • 13:05

music you staring out my friends window my family it is such a much more

  • 13:12

accurate depiction of who I am that's you're about to be wifey material bro

  • 13:18

that's what I'm thinking because your Instagram is really like uh your dating resume yeah that's why I keep it very

  • 13:24

Min that's horrible no no no no no I was really late to that party dating

  • 13:29

late huh like career too though it like shows what you do and that's not true cuz I know mad people with pictures of a

  • 13:35

thousand rappers that don't do a goddamn thing no I'm saying well for people that do do it that also shows their career

  • 13:40

highlights it's like a highlight anyway I just thought that was real interesting we won't talk about me acting like IG honey anymore so listen real quick mty

  • 13:47

you step out of this uh I know I've probably asked this before but I'll start here and I don't want to stay here

  • 13:52

uh because tonight is Kobe Bryant's last game do either of you remember where Kobe Bryant uh where you were when you

  • 13:59

watched uh your first Kobe Bryant game oh yeah totally it was like so

  • 14:05

crazy do you Ro the exact game oh wait y'all were real young I'm sorry yeah

  • 14:11

y'all might have been real yeah I forg I forgot yeah I'm buing I'm sorry no I forgot that he started that long ago

  • 14:17

yeah so forget that um but it's a big thing it is a big thing at least I'm sure the two of you know that it's a big

  • 14:24

thing is he ending at home tonight yeah Utah is at La and them

  • 14:31

tickets ain't cheap uh TDE spent 20 racks they said TDE has a lot more to

  • 14:38

spend they're fine yeah exactly that's not impressive to me I it's never impressive to me when when people start

  • 14:44

telling me what millionaires are buying that's true they are really rich yeah like I know some [ __ ] that get some

  • 14:50

gifts from Millionaires and they be really excited about it eh it's like saying like a doire

  • 14:57

bought you a chocolate bar yeah ass like it's the same as me buying a Snicker or a [ __ ] but I don't think aaire is what

  • 15:04

you said E40 said it in the song recently she did say that and I wasn't even candy Mar might affect a doire now

  • 15:12

that I think about it but moving forward um so yeah the tickets for for L LA

  • 15:17

versus Utah are really really high but they should be for Kobe Bry Kobe be Bryant's last game so I don't know if we

  • 15:24

are tuning it like it's amazing I started with the NBA because tonight is such a historic NBA night between the

  • 15:30

Lakers and Utah Kobe's last game and Steph and Company going for

  • 15:36

73 tonight we will never see that again that will never happen in our lifetimes

  • 15:42

ever ever ever ever ever a lot of us didn't think we would see the 72 get

  • 15:49

beat but the more you delved into it I mean they won 68 last year yeah but that

  • 15:57

going into the season I didn't think it wouldn't even crossing my mind that they would have done this I mean I knew there was going [ __ ] ton of games because why

  • 16:03

would that cross our mind and then what was what was their streak where did they end at 20 something uh early it ended

  • 16:10

early 25 and0 240 I didn't check but somewhere around but even then I was like n they're not going to do that no

  • 16:16

this has been phenomenal to watch by the way yeah this is greater than you know what though especially as a Nicks fan

  • 16:22

cuz I actually have something to be excited for when I turn on the TV word yeah word me too I hate the Knicks and I

  • 16:27

saw a report that the Knicks arey trying to uh I really hope this false cuz Chris brousard reported it and I don't trust

  • 16:34

any of Chris brassard's friends or him or his sources or his pets or his family

  • 16:39

or where he lives or his judgment or his logic or anything remotely related to

  • 16:45

Chris Brad I don't trust it okay but I like him because he's a man of God but I don't trust his [ __ ] Source anyway

  • 16:50

back to uh the Warriors where was I going just that

  • 16:56

fast okay no no no no the oh that's what I want to talk about the heat why didn't that team do this

  • 17:04

and I I only bring them up because they went on that 32 game win streak or

  • 17:10

something like that I think they could have easily done that just watching The

  • 17:16

Chemistry Between The Warriors and watching The Chemistry Between that Heat team you can see the complete difference

  • 17:21

in that team game I think that the Spurs redefined the thinking of the league to

  • 17:30

where for a long time now the regular season is not important is much much

  • 17:37

much less important because teams are focused on the the the the big the big dance the playoffs they're resting their

  • 17:43

players uh they're getting their players healthy uh you know they they're they're starting they're start they're playing

  • 17:48

the end of the bench a little more seeing who's ready seeing who's not because you got to get your playoff rotation in in order and intact um I

  • 17:55

think that Miami team could have done that I see a lot of people bring up that 01 Lakers team uh that team was phenomenal a lot

  • 18:02

of people say that team was one of the greatest teams uh ever um I don't think this team uh do we think this team could

  • 18:10

be the Bulls I hate that debate if they play in 96 no way on God's green earth

  • 18:16

do these Warriors beat those Bulls if they play under those rules okay in

  • 18:24

2016 well if you can't put a hand on Michael Jordan and then I I've had this

  • 18:29

debate a thousand times and I no longer really want to have it cuz we've gone all the way all the way down to the matchups have we had it uh I think so I

  • 18:37

think I I I think you're the person because you're the person I think I broke this whole thing down with when I

  • 18:42

said I thought that the Warriors would have a shot because Pippen and Jordan would be on clay and Steph right Jordan

  • 18:50

can't leave Steph and Jordan has to play Steph from the half court soon as he crosses that kind of takes him out the

  • 18:55

mix and those Bulls were dangerous in the passing Lanes the same way Mii was the same way these Warriors are um

  • 19:01

Rodman I don't know how effective he would be because he would be have he would have to guard Draymond would bring

  • 19:07

him away from the rim I don't know how much he could rebound but I think Raman would punch him in the face well that

  • 19:12

was the biggest X Factor in all the debates that I've had is taking Rodman away from the paint because he has to Now cover Draymond that's been the big X

  • 19:19

Factor I think in all this conversation because you're not stopping Jordan you're not um not stopping Steph I think it comes down to the Draymond uh Rodman

  • 19:25

conversation I do too and this is why I now pick the Bulls where I used to pick the Warriors this is why I pick the Bulls now watching the last few Warriors

  • 19:33

games and then I'm getting off of this Draymond Green and I'm sure that uh Greg papovich has said this to someone in the

  • 19:39

organization that nigga's a hotthead he's a hotthead and he's the emotional leader of that team he's very easy to

  • 19:45

get to Rodman is one of the Kings and I will say this again Kings of

  • 19:53

getting to people young people I know y'all think that Kevin Garnett uh I know y'all think that who else who else who I

  • 19:59

don't know who y'all think but Rodman Charles Barkley like free well like

  • 20:04

Payton like a Barkley like those [ __ ] they do that for a living it would be real easy to get under draymond's uh

  • 20:11

skin real easy uh he was bugging the other night so I want to get off of them I don't know which game I'm going to watch that's a a scheduling conf you

  • 20:18

think to end the conversation you think the Warriors are going to do it 1,000% the Warriors are going to do

  • 20:24

it what don't you know it's at home and they've rested for 4 days oh and by the

  • 20:32

way they've lost one two times there since

  • 20:37

2012 so I mean what am I supposed to think and no that's not factual but it's somewhere near there and I'm not

  • 20:43

factchecking so now let's get off of that let's talk some real [ __ ] the first seat in the east no mty we getting off

  • 20:49

of that baby okay excited one thing I know I don't know what that means it means you suck a Cavalier dick no I did

  • 20:55

not one point I know some from Cleveland m h no slim oh you sucked the Cleveland

  • 21:01

dick then we've talked about him on the podcast for I don't want to talk about any dick that you've sucked uh what's

  • 21:06

big what's big what do we need to start with um the B thing is still going

  • 21:12

refesh my way here and it was still going all right mty fill us in with this

  • 21:18

uh ER hey hey and be clear from this point moving forward when it's time to let someone know the backstory it's you

  • 21:25

that should do that always is all right good so let's go um Erica do was on Twitter last night talking about um

  • 21:31

sexualization of young women and saying that women too should be responsible for their skirt length in schools and it

  • 21:38

doesn't it's not just the men that should be all right so you don't really know what's going on I can always tell

  • 21:43

when I've done more research that Marissa has hey Rory up the Tweet Phil Phil Phil Maran I mean she's a blogger

  • 21:49

and I read this from her but she has no idea what's going somehow miraculously didn't have a good uh thing but yeah so

  • 21:56

she basically read an article that said high school girls should lower their skirts so male teachers should not be distracted and she agreed with it okay

  • 22:03

well there was much more yeah it's much much much more cuz I think that was the reaction that all of Twitter got and

  • 22:08

didn't look deeper into what she was trying to say no and I actually understand what she's saying like yeah it's not their fault but by nature men

  • 22:16

are going to be attracted to a woman of childbearing age and do you all agree with uh Erica Badu or not skip me the

  • 22:23

Gregory Hines tap dancing I don't need to hear all this [ __ ] [ __ ] that y'all talk do you agree do you not agree very

  • 22:28

all for women having equal rights and all other [ __ ] but but sometimes y'all should shut the [ __ ] up right at no oh

  • 22:34

this isn't this isn't an equal right but I do feel like there there could be respon like we don't have to dress like

  • 22:40

a [ __ ] horn and be like hey it's your fault for looking at me like come on we could take some responsibility you don't

  • 22:45

have to wear a short skirt to high school I think people took that as a man

  • 22:51

hearing she's 13 and being attracted not she looks attractive and like a woman

  • 22:58

that's not her age cuz people immediately went to thinking and thought Badu was saying oh if a man he is she's

  • 23:06

12 he's going to be attracted which is kind of creepy that's the way I saw

  • 23:11

reactions because she was saying a woman that is childbearing and in that context from how I interpret it is a woman that

  • 23:18

looks of age she has a figure she doesn't look like a little baby girl yeah where they may not be creepy and

  • 23:25

she was clear about that she said Shia bearing we knowy 13y old [ __ ] withi espcially

  • 23:32

Ian [ __ ] I apologize cuz we I'm not talking like that right now I live right by a very big high school in Jersey City

  • 23:38

I've walked past that high school and seen girls coming out and say there's no [ __ ] way that girls in high school

  • 23:44

yeah they putting something in the chicken nowadays I mean we don't we don't need to [ __ ] so I think where people were super outraged like holy

  • 23:50

[ __ ] uh Badu is saying it's okay for men to be attracted to girls that are young

  • 23:55

    we're not sitting there and going oh [ __ ] she's she's okay now I'm attracted that's not what

  • 24:01

it is let me let me interject with a few points here uh okay this is how I feel Point number one I love Erica

  • 24:10

Badu okay that's important because sometimes our bias for people affects

  • 24:15

our judgment for sure absolutely so a lot a lot of people are unable at least you're able to admit that a lot of

  • 24:21

people are unable to have objective conversations because they're so invested so I do want to start with how

  • 24:27

I feel about her I love her and I love her music and you know I won't even talk

  • 24:33

about that right now but she's she's at the top of one of my LIF um now with

  • 24:38

that said two I hate age so it's okay I hate

  • 24:44

very much people's reactions I hate it cuz a lot of y'all are stupid and don't

  • 24:50

read like a lot of y'all this is what I've learned is going on in the in the

  • 24:55

universe like context is becoming a thing of the past mhm which I was on the train thinking

  • 25:02

this exact way like more it's like more and more apparent for some of us now I

  • 25:09

hate reactions so I try to and a lot of them are knee-jerk reactions uh just for retweets and

  • 25:17

banner I ha yeah for jokes so this is my other point this is the other thing that

  • 25:22

I hate well not hate but I recognize that the world is divided this way

  • 25:27

between a uh people who see how the world is and

  • 25:34

B people who see how the world should be that's how the world is divided now

  • 25:41

this argument here Erica by do I totally agree with and I side with not because I

  • 25:48

love her music but because I fall on the side of this is just the way of the world exactly do I think that men should

  • 25:55

be [ __ ] children and I she was suggesting made she made it very clear

  • 26:01

that women can and should be able to wear whatever they would like to wear and I wholeheartly agree with that too I

  • 26:07

agree a woman should be able to go out and not have the fear of a Man attacking her because she's dressed a certain way

  • 26:14

100% so let me be clear on that for the feminist I want to be very clear on

  • 26:20

where I stand on that on that side of the fence um I agree with you I'm all

  • 26:26

for the [ __ ] women's rights and equality and and I couldn't dare imagine what

  • 26:32

    y'all have to go through and endure on a day-to-day basis because men aren't [ __ ]

  • 26:38

mm that's one I agree but I read the newspaper and I watch the

  • 26:46

news and I have a kid who is in high school every other week a high school

  • 26:52

teacher is [ __ ] a kid yep hey and sometimes it's not a high

  • 26:57

school teacher it's a junior high school teacher mhm people are going to jail

  • 27:03

people are losing jobs schools are being sued if anybody reads the

  • 27:09

paper or just are if you're trying to be aware of your surroundings the world and

  • 27:15

the [ __ ] current events this is happening on a regular basis I tweeted this the other day uh CU I was talking

  • 27:21

about Sin Santana and this is unrelated but it is related we'll come full circle in a minute I was talking about Sin Santana and because you [ __ ] uh

  • 27:28

mental midgets on Twitter think that every time somebody talks about a girl he's sticking his dick in her I wanted

  • 27:33

to be very clear cuz I care about Sin and I know her exes and I and I care

  • 27:39

about them too that I'm not [ __ ] her so what I said was I don't play those games I don't play with people like that

  • 27:44

I I don't play men will kill you over who they love that's a fact if you don't

  • 27:50

believe me you can pick up a newspaper or you can watch the news all of this is factual [ __ ] I thought that Erica B do

  • 27:57

handled herself very well under that kind of scrutiny M she knew she knew it was coming I think yeah I don't think

  • 28:04

think you ever know you can never know you can never know you can know when you

  • 28:10

doing something like like Rory tweets a lot he Rory knows a lot when he's about to get killed like you just know when

  • 28:16

you're about to get killed when you're saying something where a particular section of people will have a problem with what you're saying you can anticipate that type of thing to what

  • 28:23

degree to what degree there's been a lot of times where I've refreshed my mentions and it's been

  • 28:28

    100 and I've been holy [ __ ] say something yeah that's what I'm saying I think that was a moment with her I don't

  • 28:34

think I think you knew that's a very sensitive topic I think you know yeah I don't think that much like the next day

  • 28:39

type of thing but I hey can I actually let me ask y'all a question and I don't want to stay on this too long because we said how we feel but what topic is not

  • 28:46

sensitive nowadays right it's so [ __ ] like that that that that's what's getting annoying to me well that's the

  • 28:51

problem with Twitter and pretty much the internet together is that you say these things and you put them out and you're

  • 28:57

not exactly sure who you're speaking to I'm speaking to the two of you so you guys understand who I am I don't

  • 29:03

understand every single person that reads my tweets so they can interpret something not the way I meant it and now

  • 29:09

it becomes something I didn't say and now that just gets retweeted and retweeted and other people are consuming

  • 29:14

it and now you are on a whole different tangent and I'm all of a sudden my at name is next to something I didn't say

  • 29:21

that was me on true and that's what's terrifying about Twitter Rants and

  • 29:26

especially with Twitter rants because you say multiple and certain things get retweeted yes well well another thing

  • 29:34

about Twitter and not only Twitter but anything where characters are involved I.E

  • 29:40

text uh translation is lost often oh yeah you can't tell emotions sarcasm is

  • 29:47

never picked up no no there's no tone so even your tone is being

  • 29:53

insinuated like and interpreted based on their own personal experience you can't give people on the internet I'm being

  • 30:00

naive here and saying you should be objective going onto the internet you should already know there's going to be

  • 30:06

opinions that you don't agree with especially about topics that you're very emotional or you know have a problem

  • 30:12

with you should be objective because I know every single person that gets offended on Twitter has said something offensive about something they didn't

  • 30:18

really have anything invested in mhm so don't mock other people's sensitivity

  • 30:24

and then get mad when they do the same I'm very objective on Twitter I see a lot of tweets that are about subjects

  • 30:30

that I hold near and dear to me but I don't say a [ __ ] word because I also do the same thing and I understand where

  • 30:35

I'm at and I'm objective when I go on to the internet and I wish more people behave that way and the internet would

  • 30:40

not be such a chaotic [ __ ] place and we could have these conversations yeah I know it's it's very tough to be

  • 30:46

objective I know that there's a lot of times where I'm emotionally invested in something and I cannot be objective I've

  • 30:52

learned to step away when I know I cannot be objective in a situation well the internet shouldn't be for any thing

  • 30:58

that who let I'll take that back I'll take that back Twitter right not the internet yeah well

  • 31:06

Twitter 75% at a time uh 75% of the time should not be for things you are really

  • 31:11

passionate about yeah talking [ __ ] and Li hearted up like I mean yeah word yo

  • 31:17

just get the jokes off and [ __ ] these [ __ ] my [ __ ] like I mean that's really all there is to do or promote

  • 31:23

yourself your brand whatever it is you're trying to do to better yourself do that but all that other [ __ ] save it for the birds right so now I feel like

  • 31:31

we need theme music for Everything directly associated with the streaming

  • 31:38

Wars that I continue to speak about what type of theme music I don't

  • 31:46

know Rocky no when you think stream you think cloud and clouds are soft so you

  • 31:52

want something soft and [ __ ] okay like no love lost that was

  • 32:00

kind of soft that was soft you know what all love lost was soft too in

  • 32:05

retrospect yeah you were just you were just more sad that's all oh so while you uh but where were you going there what

  • 32:11

what do you mean by theme music I didn't quite catch what you made theme music please what was I asking for theme music between the two uh streaming Wars I

  • 32:18

now so I thought I wanted to correct something that I said oh I do so about last week I want to send a huge apology

  • 37:07

to Lupe Fiasco I ow you a huge apology and I don't apologize often I think I said something about Lupe last week uh

  • 37:14

not wanting to collab or something did I do that in the podcast yeah was that the I've said that so much like two weeks

  • 37:21

ago but well whenever it was the other day I saw oh you said he too scared to collab with you took it in just I take

  • 37:28

it no I was I was I was joking I was totally joking and he would know that but I'm only apologizing cuz the other day I think it was two days ago I saw

  • 37:34

him I saw someone tweet or retweet him saying he's retired I didn't know that

  • 37:41

so you retired him from the podcast no what are you apologizing for I'm apologizing because there's nothing

  • 37:48

worse than that you're home you're retired you're chilling you are chilling

  • 37:55

in your house and here comes some young punk you know what you scared [ __ ] like dog we don't need that

  • 38:01

  • 38:07

that way now that I know he's retired I will remove that uh Lupe scared like

  • 38:12

hashtag which I I feel good about now cuz Lup was too nice for me to look at him like he was scared all right now

  • 38:17

streaming Wars let's get double disc double disc double disc double disc double disc scares me even more now is

  • 38:31

the back the [ __ ] a double disc we know already Drake I told you on one of these podcast you're too big of an artist to ever keep anything in secret as soon as

  • 38:37

somebody know wait a minute now wait a minute all right I didn't want to talk about Drake but the views is coming and

  • 38:43

I want to talk about it being a double disc relevant we can talk about it yeah but there more something more important

  • 38:49

[Music] why all right give me two seconds you seem a little flustered get yourself

  • 38:54

together why the [ __ ] is old D dancing around behind and Drake's backyard with all the [ __ ] [ __ ] yo one of my

  • 39:01

favorite tweets from you came from that though somebody ret no no that tweet was

  • 39:06

great that was gold that was probably one of my best Tweets ever but they was so stupid that they didn't laugh I know

  • 39:12

I said uh damn I said damn Odell Odell

  • 39:17

back there making him forget all about moji's dance mov that was pretty great it was funny it was real funny but that

  • 39:24

was the other day I had to screenshot that and hit the chat with that one it was a better one some some blog tweeted

  • 39:30

out uh Odell is staying with Drake during the views recording session someone retweeted it and said Drake

  • 39:35

definitely beat and I thought that was very very very funny fer it's not funnier than that but I see it's it's a

  • 39:42

ignorant funny it was it was hilarious I laughed out loud in my living room I want to know why Odell Beckham Jr is

  • 39:48

dancing in in in front of Drake's mountains in his backyard with the water running down I'm glad I missed the video

  • 39:54

there was a video why oh wait y'all don't no oh no no no no no no no no no

  • 40:02

y'all will look at this immediately I will not be the only one to see this and

  • 40:07

discuss it because this is this is worse than we've seen him I think he did a

  • 40:13

split no come on or he jumped in the air and did something look at it find it we

  • 40:20

will not move further until y'all look at this [ __ ] I will talk y'all find it

  • 40:26

find on the why the [ __ ] is Old Dell Beckham Jr dancing in front of water

  • 40:34

flowing down big Rocky Mountains bang in TR

  • 40:39

house with men behind him and I want to know why the wait just the icon is scar

  • 40:47

oh my and I want to know why the video started with the four [ __ ] looking fruity and then oel jumped in and now

  • 40:56

these [ __ ] at Cor graph bucking dance moves and I'm a and I'm a Giants fan so

  • 41:02

is this what we have to look forward to all right we going watch hold

  • 41:10

up oh this a that's the one that's the one I have

  • 41:16

to watch all three just this one just this one make it

  • 41:21

big oh my god well who who are they Odell I don't

  • 41:29

know I don't see Odell is that y I think so no all these young guys look the same

  • 41:37

to me but look at this now oh this is come in yes just wait

  • 41:43

just watch hey what the [ __ ] I don't want to watch all three minutes he jumps

  • 41:50

in the part I saw was a quick clip yeah go forward go for it go forward ain't nobody want to see yeah we don't want to

  • 41:56

see this is it though the part I saw was a

  • 42:02

clip yes but it was shot like with somebody's phone this look like a real video

  • 42:08

yeah anyway find it but it's that no here he is here he is oh God oh my Jesus

  • 42:16

Christ you saw it yeah old one oh my God we'll probably have to edit some of this

  • 42:21

out no we don't leave it all oh my God

  • 42:27

he whoa hey oh my God

  • 42:33

    no look Jesus Christ oh

  • 42:42

my all right I've had enough I mean that's cool listen to this I think it's cuz he's a football player going to call

  • 42:49

    Odell Beckham Junior gay I'm not because I'm I realized that I'm a old [ __ ] and

  • 42:57

    I'm out of touch and Odell's 21 I don't know no no no he's 22 23 he's young so

  • 43:03

my point is I would say 2 I I don't well that's still young so I don't know what the kids are doing nowadays that's what

  • 43:09

they do I think it's just weird coming from a macho man football player kid but he never said he was a macho man

  • 43:14

football no that's what I'm saying like the assum assumed well we know he gets football on the field why well that well

  • 43:19

he's a skill player on the field I don't know and I'm not saying it's uh wide receivers aren't tough I'm just saying

  • 43:26

    that's considered a he's receiving something

  • 43:31

wi oh that's funny but Drake beat wasn't

  • 43:37

funny as a Giants fan I want Odell to do what the [ __ ] he

  • 43:42

wants to do I want to have a blast and if he's gay so what I don't give a [ __ ] but I don't think he's gay I just think that the kids move like this like when

  • 43:49

John Wall was a rookie I used to hate seeing him dance cuz he used to do that what was real big back then the uh na ne

  • 43:56

douge the na neigh or the douge John Wall used to do one of them a lot and my old [ __ ] ass I didn't know was happen

  • 44:03

just looked like a Fruity Dance to me until I met John Wall at the Dwayne Wade spay tournament John Wall is one of the coolest guys you could ever meet in life

  • 44:09

I've seen him at a bunch of clubs we we we kick it like he's cool he's cool he's a great guy I don't even remember that

  • 44:14

dance video now I don't remember none of that John Wall [ __ ] from back then I don't remember um we' seen DeMarcus

  • 44:20

Cousins dance so I mean I don't know it's the dancing generation no there's nothing wrong with a d we've all listen

  • 44:26

when I was a when I was a kid we had kid and play we had like and dancing was big

  • 44:32

well [ __ ] the kid play everybody knows the kid play even if you don't know K play right so and then from there uh you

  • 44:38

know I can give you all the people that was you know Another Bad Creation I don't want to sound too old but I can name everybody that was dancing and the

  • 44:45

boys even though that wasn't rap damn remember the boys I'm really show my age anyway let's get off for that I don't

  • 44:51

think Odell is gay I just don't know what the kids are doing nowadays it's just the dancing seems to be influenced by voguing

  • 44:58

and that is a bit gay that's maybe where sty of dance but I mean maybe the kids

  • 45:03

maybe that's popular I'm not going to call a man gay without having proof that's what this generation likes to do a lot like well it doesn't matter either

  • 45:10

way Joe shut up Ry so well that's not the views from the

  • 45:15

six that I wanted to see those weren't the views I was

  • 45:22

looking for yeah I was looking for different views uh but that's what I got this double dis thing worries

  • 45:29

me not many people have successfully pulled off the double dis yeah except

  • 45:35

dipl mounts volume one I'm still trying to successfully pull off the single

  • 45:41

disc the double dis is a complicated thing there let's see let's go through

  • 45:47

them before you get into that I said on this podcast many many episodes ago when

  • 45:52

Drake was the man after the meek [ __ ] that this little confidence boost that he had is going to be his downfall he's

  • 45:59

extremely cocky now putting out any [ __ ] thing he wants and a double disc

  • 46:04

cockiness is going to be his downfall I said it I called it the gift and the curse I well I won't say I called

  • 46:10

anything cuz I'm not going to dare say that you know I'm not going to talk about Drake's career and where it's

  • 46:16

headed hey I was defending you know what and I want to be clear right I want to be perfectly

  • 46:22

clear that I talk about some of this stuff that I talk about on this

  • 46:27

podcast just off the strength just on the strength that this is a podcast of course I want to be perfectly clear on

  • 46:34

that um I I even say most times that I don't give a [ __ ] about most of this

  • 46:39

stuff early on if you've been a podcast listener from the uh early days I used to be as blunt as to say I don't give a

  • 46:46

[ __ ] about this stuff and move on it was you guys who told me not you guys but the fans who said Joe you have a podcast

  • 46:52

so we can hear your thoughts on some stuff so that's the only reason not do it don't attack me in my [ __ ]

  • 46:58

mentions right I say all of that to say well I don't say that to say don't attack me in my mentions but I say that to say I am a believer

  • 47:08

in and I I hate to be so cliche or so meeky I believe in

  • 47:14

levels so meeky you're a lot of times when I see

  • 47:20

fans um an anr when I see fans an anr you know the

  • 47:27

living room anrs we've all played it every now and then when I see fans usually coming from people that don't know what it stands for

  • 47:35

1,000% but um an ARS are my favorite by far my favorite but when people do that

  • 47:41

I always laugh because I'm playing a game that that they've never played people are quick to give advice on games

  • 47:49

they've never played I want to be clear in that Drake is playing a game not many

  • 47:55

of us have ever played play I me a good majority no no no no no

  • 48:01

no no no but when I say that I'm I want to let me add some more context when I say that I'm talking about even the great yeah I'm talking about that's

  • 48:09

exactly what I said last week the great it's a whole different era the only one

  • 48:15

that's kind of playing the same game as Drake currently is Kanye and he's not

  • 48:22

really playing the game the same way cuz he's a Kardashian number one and because he's a fashion Mogul number two he is

  • 48:29

not rapper third or fourth is Kendrick not playing this game no no let's put

  • 48:36

context to the game what game we talking about so when I say when I say game I say this Drake has command Drake when I well

  • 48:44

last week I said Drake was today's Jay-Z yeah and what I meant by that was last episode was good listen back the same

  • 48:51

way that the same way that all of us uh the harder generation and I don't say

  • 48:57

that to say we were harder but it just that sound uh and Jay was talking that drug

  • 49:03

fly [ __ ] and he was the best doing it and there was a NS he had a NS and there

  • 49:09

was a biggie and [ __ ] Def Jam even had Jay-Z as a second tier artist under DMX

  • 49:15

for a good majority of time I don't think very many people know that but the

  • 49:20

times have changed um the culture's changed everything uh the way we listen to music has changed the way we we sell

  • 49:27

music has changed the way we buy music has changed everything has changed again

  • 49:32

think of your phone from 10 years ago remember its capabilities and look at your phone today you're probably

  • 49:38

listening to me right now on your phone I could not listen to me on my next t 10 years ago I couldn't do it so Drake

  • 49:44

having command of today it's new what I mean is the game it's new ground it's new

  • 49:50

territory all a lot of what's Happening Now is brand spanking new and the kids

  • 49:56

are doing new stuff when I say Kendrick is not playing that game I only

  • 50:03

mean Kendrick is not competing with anyone okay and if he is it doesn't feel

  • 50:11

that way all right that's what I mean and kendri is competing with there but wait

  • 50:18

wait let me go even further there's nothing kendri has really done from day

  • 50:24

Zero section 80 and that's not day Zero but you know what I mean to now that even looks like he's trying to

  • 50:32

uh appeal to fans yeah yeah he's that's why I say Kendrick is not playing any

  • 50:38

game Kendrick is just rapping and that's it he's so old school I remember being at the [ __ ] uh BET Awards when

  • 50:45

swimming pools had just dropped and boy them BET Awards was running uh Kendrick

  • 50:51

Kendrick performed swimming pools I was deal with whoever the [ __ ] I was deal with right I think I was there you might

  • 50:58

have been there yeah and he performed that song Atlanta we were in Atlanta yeah yeah yeah ain't nobody in that crowd uh know that song really no that

  • 51:06

    [ __ ] was up there killing that [ __ ] and the song was hard a nobody know that [ __ ] [ __ ] want to [ __ ] with that [ __ ] that's the same night he won

  • 51:13

Lyricist of the year or something he won an award that night that I or maybe not that night but he kept going up there a

  • 51:20

lot and I was like why is he up there so much

  • 51:27

like his album's about to come out I think they don't really know this song I

  • 51:32

like this song like if you look at Kendrick's roll out and we would have to

  • 51:37

go back so don't quote me on this but if you look at Kendrick's roll out for that first album and just his run it don't

  • 51:45

even look like the label thought he was going to sell too many records no I went to I went to the listening session that

  • 51:51

the label threw for good kid Mad City how it look and it that's my point was

  • 51:56

that uh where did you do the no love lost uh [ __ ] no it was in oh oh yeah

  • 52:02

right there right there right there so it was uh walked in wasn't that

  • 52:10

pack I mean they had to do two of them but it was very select like it didn't look like the label care the label was upstairs in their little [ __ ] uh top

  • 52:17

Booth thing on the second floor nobody was downstairs mingling with people the way label reps do do when they really believe in an artist uh push a t came

  • 52:25

everyone was surprised K slay was there it was like a weird invite list because

  • 52:30

no one I could tell the label didn't push it out I could tell that Pusher came off the strength of Kendrick and Kendrick colone yeah did not believe in

  • 52:37

the law yeah that [ __ ] took the [ __ ] over come the next

  • 52:42

week yeah yeah yeah yeah that's how it went yep so that's why I say that about

  • 52:50

Kendrick Drake his uh path has gone a bit differently Cole they all have

  • 52:57

different paths but but D like I saw a meme yesterday and this is why I hate

  • 53:02

people and stupid people and stupid people having access to showing people how stupid they are I saw a meme

  • 53:08

yesterday and it it said it was a video Meme and the T it was cut in half it was Drake at a festival and Kendrick at a

  • 53:14

festival and said this is Kendrick at a festival and it was him that just he just performed somewhere two weeks ago

  • 53:21

somewhere I don't know he was he just performed somewhere recently and it was big cuz I was watching on TV it must

  • 53:26

have before a big game or some [ __ ] but whatever he was killing that [ __ ] they

  • 53:31

was rocking with him there other words but he's too lyrical for them to know the words and he's up there kicking

  • 53:39

substance to a crowd of of what looked like 50,000 people outside so the top

  • 53:45

one said and this is drink in a festival and it was uh the whole [ __ ] crowd 50,000 people singing uh Legend I was

  • 53:53

like boy people are stupid people are really dumb they did that that with Cole with a video me once I forgot Cole was

  • 53:59

after Rock The Bells it couldn't have been Rock The Bells it was something like rock the bells some Summer Festival Cole wasn't after Rock The Bells Rockell

  • 54:04

his popularity no it just ended like two years ago I'm saying was he on the bill ever he might have been oh I think his

  • 54:11

success headlining of Festival was not when Rock The Bells ended but neither here nor there it was like that and he

  • 54:16

was just miked up for the stream for the video it was going on TV and the whole meme was can you hear one person

  • 54:23

speaking mhm to people that don't understand how mics work yeah when they mic up something for TV they mic up the

  • 54:31

person there's no mic in the crowd so it's very difficult to hear people

  • 54:36

because they are trying to focus all the audio on the artist and minimalize the screaming so you can hear the

  • 54:42

artist yeah pretty much so this confident guy made this meme to show how boring jcole was and he turned out to be

  • 54:49

the stupid one like a [ __ ] idiot I love when that happens by the way I'll say this and this is to my oh ignorance

  • 54:57

when it's confident is the best thing in the world oh my God it's the greatest and strong is hilarious it's the best

  • 55:02

it's it's one we you make a list of the top three that go with that but um oh [ __ ] just that oh to my Uncle Joe Point

  • 55:09

while we're talking about uh this Kendrick and all this [ __ ] who do y'all think are the

  • 55:15

top three rappers it would be Kendrick it would be Cole it would be Drake Dr

  • 55:20

right yeah Kanye I just put in a different yeah I don't think he's there we've had this conversation

  • 55:27

I think and this is me this is just me it's by no

  • 55:33

coincidence and this is just again this is me going with Uncle Joe hip hop

  • 55:38

lineage hip hop lineage family type tree ancestry.com type [ __ ] it's by no

  • 55:44

coincidence to me anyway that the people behind these men are who

  • 55:52

they are how so hve father in

  • 55:58

Cole um Dre some will say fathering

  • 56:04

Kendrick and Drake being ushered in by way yes that is by absolute

  • 56:12

no coincidence to me anyway at all and it plays a large part in in in some of

  • 56:19

these and things that will be happening soon like in the in the future

  • 56:26

like people are going to have to pick a side soon all this Unity [ __ ] is going to get the [ __ ] out the

  • 56:32

window of course more happens behind the scenes that we can see as far as Jay mentoring a jcole of some sorts but Jay

  • 56:39

ignored that [ __ ] for a little while a long time you couldn't even catch photographs in the same room going

  • 56:45

on tour with the dollar and the dream [ __ ] like him and his team believed when a lot of people at Rock Nation did not

  • 56:53

it was like a huge deal when he came toit let me clarify because I don't want to be misconstrued I am aware of that and I

  • 57:00

agree I am by no means saying that Jay-Z did all he could in getting Cole where

  • 57:07

he is now nor am I saying that Jay is largely responsible for but he did give

  • 57:13

him a leg up and gave him more of a an chance to be seen than without giving

  • 57:19

him the co JayZ Dr Dre and Wayne what a great crew right like what

  • 57:27

a great what a great and this is why we do need a hip-hop Hall of Fame I know

  • 57:33

I'm going around on tangents but my brain works this way this is exactly why we need a hip hop Hall of Fame I read

  • 57:39

this with the whole Ice Cube Jean Simmons back and forth I read this on your blog um yeah that you didn't even read

  • 57:45

or write I did write it speak [ __ ] [ __ ] out of here but anyway

  • 57:53

uh Dr Dre should be in some Halls somewhere no yeah I don't think anybody would argue that well I mean he is now

  • 57:59

rock and roll all right well all right let's forget about Dr D and W Jay-Z should be in a hall somewhere yeah what

  • 58:06

Hall would he be in that the hip-hop Hall of Fame that doesn't exist yeah rockers seem a bit upset that rappers

  • 58:12

are going into the Rockers you stolen everything shut the [ __ ] up that's it

  • 58:18

that's it it's nothing and if you want to discuss that anyone that would like to debate that with me can is invited to

  • 58:23

my next podcast I'm with that that's a debate I would love to to have and I'm well prepared to have that one but that

  • 58:29

would be a horrible debate to have on the other end I don't know why anybody would that and I don't think any of our

  • 58:34

listeners would you would have to be uninformed the other end of that debate or just racist or Jean Simmons or well

  • 58:43

no no he thinks that hip hop does not belong in the in the Hall of Fame at all period and but he never said he doesn't

  • 58:49

think that we should have our own he think he he keeps saying that we should and I agree let us know let me know when

  • 58:56

Led Zeppelin gets into the hip-hop Hall of Fame well he made a point Led Zeppelin will never be in the hip-hop Hall of Fame but it was a bad point

  • 59:02

because we don't have a hip-hop Hall of Fame exactly A and B I feel like they mean rock and roll is more less about

  • 59:07

the direct genre more about the lifestyle of well I could 100% categorize NWA as

  • 59:15

rock and roll at one point in their career if I want if I just wanted to debate some [ __ ] I could yeah just with the way the uh [ __ ] music sounded go

  • 59:22

watch uh Straight Out of Compton again oh don't mind if I did go watch it again hey and listen to some of those chords I

  • 59:28

mean if you want to but forget about that Jay-Z should be in aall somewhere he should Eminem should be in aall

  • 59:33

somewhere Nas Nas should be in a hall somewhere Wayne should be in a hall somewhere Master should be in a hall

  • 59:39

somewhere DMX should be in a hall somewhere Puff Daddy should be in a hall somewhere Pac should be in a hall big should be in a hall Big L should be in a

  • 59:46

hall kiss should be in a hall the lock should be in a hall uh who else should be in a hall man [ __ ] you're being I'm

  • 59:51

not going to list down rap but my point no no my point in that but there are but there are more names to be named right

  • 59:58

and a lot of them right so cuz that is my point cuz I was trying to ponder do we have enough names to even go Inu

  • 1:00:06

especially if we're only doing like four a year or something like that like they do hell so I would like to address Mr

  • 1:00:13

Carter hey Mr in the event oh Jay not uh Wayne um they're both on that song well

  • 1:00:20

either one of you [ __ ] I would like to address anyone with enough out in

  • 1:00:26

hip-hop I think that Jay is one of those people I think that Dre is one of those people I don't think we have many of

  • 1:00:32

those people now well that's what I'm saying where do we draw the line if we have this hip-hop Hall of Fame E40 a

  • 1:00:39

legend in my opinion for sure but where are we Drawing the Line like where Rock and Roll Hall of Fame does like you said

  • 1:00:45

Matt Dre Matt Dre for Bay music was a [ __ ] Legend pretty much started a whole different genre of hip-hop for

  • 1:00:51

that alone he has to go exactly okay that influence influence asking where is

  • 1:00:56

the line drawn on who over the culture like who gets in and who doesn't that's a great rapper like is Red Man in there

  • 1:01:06

oneing wait I'll leave don't stop I'll leave I'll can I finish my can I finish

  • 1:01:13

my point not about Redman use somebody else I know your point I don't want you to say that about

  • 1:01:20

Redman okay please for me cuz I can't have it buck shot that cool all right

  • 1:01:28

shot I'm in amazing very prominent in the 90s and bringing that sound and that

  • 1:01:34

cam clip and everybody n n does he get in there n and I know I know Twitter's

  • 1:01:39

going to kill my mentions because I stopped that red man they're going to say you comparing bu shot red man no I'm not no no no we're not comparing them to

  • 1:01:44

but where do you draw the line let's talk about Red Man red man is Eminem's favorite rapper

  • 1:01:51

that means nothing red man has Sol a million records still relevant 20 years later uh red man

  • 1:01:59

has done movies red man has a bunch of singles uh I can't think of why he

  • 1:02:05

wouldn't be in meth too of course more so meth would be in I think that's where you misunderstood me I'm not picking

  • 1:02:11

apart what they've done but where do you draw the line that as a Jay-Z and a red man are not on the same level uh where

  • 1:02:18

are we drawing the impact line oh but no no no no oh you're saying criteria to get in that's exactly what I'm saying I

  • 1:02:24

mean over time you know what Red Man a legend amazing I love red but like is he

  • 1:02:31

in the category with Dre and [ __ ] Jay no but he's a Hall of Famer exactly they

  • 1:02:36

don't all have to be on the same playing field nobody's in the same category J guys I'm saying where in those tiers

  • 1:02:43

that we have red man being a legend Jay-Z being a legend both Legends not on the same tier where are we drawing the

  • 1:02:49

line on the we have to draw well I think that if this were to come into play there should be a board if you want me

  • 1:02:56

to be honest the same way the NFL just got a board together after [ __ ] kept beating up women they got a board

  • 1:03:01

because they figured hey we probably aren't women so we don't know so we should go get some people that know this

  • 1:03:07

should be a board because if you were to ask Jay-Z or Eminem or Dre or anybody that

  • 1:03:16

belongs in like the people that belong in can recognize Who belongs in everybody would say red man goes in I

  • 1:03:23

don't think everybody says buck shot goes in right well that's why I said I want to make that clear that we're not

  • 1:03:28

comparing Buckshot well Buckshot never sold I was just trying ACH of record right bugshot never sold a bunch of

  • 1:03:35

Records but it's cool cuz that don't have to be a prerequisite um there's no classic album there I have

  • 1:03:43

black Moon's first album nah um got you open with a hit of course

  • 1:03:50

and uh and I loved listen who got the pr was one of the first beats I've ever rhymed to let me be clear I just so

  • 1:03:55

Buckshot at southb I Buckshot I was in the same room with Buckshot Manny fresh

  • 1:04:01

damn who another person who belongs in the some South and that's when I texted you

  • 1:04:06

I just saw pck shot kid the candy but there was somebody else real important for me in the room I don't remember

  • 1:04:13

because I I remember blatantly saying I said yo so many people are in this room

  • 1:04:18

who have impacted and influenced me as an MC like Manny fresh er er he owned

  • 1:04:27

the whole [ __ ] era of hip-hop like as did for me Buckshot

  • 1:04:32

Helter Skelter that whole Smith and Wesson that whole I'm I don't want to get too hip-hop here what did we

  • 1:04:39

originally start talking about oh the Hall of Fame I think there should be a board does everyone that started get in everybody no what is the criteria for

  • 1:04:47

the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame do we know the [ __ ] out of here I'm just saying what do we know what the criteria for rock and roll whenever they do

  • 1:04:52

hip-hop brackets they put [ __ ] every person from the 8S because they started it because their Legend because they

  • 1:04:58

started but they should I know some of the Legends hate me now they started it but they did something pretty major for

  • 1:05:05

    the [ __ ] genre believe they of I'm not saying there's I agree with you m I'm saying there's not no no I'm

  • 1:05:10

disagreeing with that [ __ ] if we all start something at the same time and some of y'all is bad at it and some of us is good at it well I'm not shouting

  • 1:05:16

y'all out cuz y'all started when I started now that's now wait that's not my call to make that's the point I was

  • 1:05:23

going to earlier so let me rewind all the way earlier cuz that's important I got off of it Drake is playing a game no

  • 1:05:29

none of us have played so when when when if he gets something wrong like okay

  • 1:05:35

that's fine it's new charted BL territory he's the first one trying

  • 1:05:41

certain things this was my exact point to you last episode I certainly have never had a a micro cosm of that success

  • 1:05:52

so I'm only speaking from my limited knowledge and my brain and my experience cuz

  • 1:05:59

that's important people should shut the [ __ ] up about [ __ ] that they don't know about I see that on Twitter all day [ __ ] long all day long people talk

  • 1:06:05

about the [ __ ] they know absolutely zero about oh wait so do do we even care that

  • 1:06:10

future is really Petty with the whole Sierra [ __ ] I thought it was cute I'm worried future wasn't Petty this time

  • 1:06:16

Sierra was petty this time she didn't say his name she didn't say his name when she was announcing the Billboard Awards

  • 1:06:22

nominees okay time out MH they both were Petty well we said this time and I'm not

  • 1:06:29

going to say that she was petty that was pretty Petty that was literally when you're naming every single I could see

  • 1:06:36

if they were alternating she said every name but his stopped I don't he popped

  • 1:06:42

in and then she continued speaking Yeah but I can't speak for what effect saying that name has on her oh for sure oh yeah

  • 1:06:48

I would have to assume so because [ __ ] her kid is named the same [ __ ] cuz

  • 1:06:53

    that's what I first thought I said [ __ ] you can't say the [ __ ] name your kid is the same [ __ ] name but I can't speak

  • 1:06:59

to how saying the name affects her so I don't know if she was just doing what she had to do and it seemed like

  • 1:07:05

Terrence was that Terrence I forgot that was next to her probably it was ludicrous I'm sorry ludicrous uh what up

  • 1:07:11

Luda uh and what up Shaka uh [ __ ] yeah he seemed to pick it up rather quickly I don't I don't know if that was

  • 1:07:17

a conversation they had had prior to or that was his professionalism but I won't call her Petty but future they're

  • 1:07:22

friends I'm sure future sure you do that's Petty now that was P it was real funny though I love Petty yeah Petty's

  • 1:07:29

the best wait so how was future Petty Here what did he oh y'all didn't see it oh he did you respond or something oh my

  • 1:07:35

god oh man it was the greatest thing ever so there was pictures mhm it was

  • 1:07:41

four pictures you know how to do the slides so the first picture was future and the caption was oh my God I'm going

  • 1:07:49

to [ __ ] it up but the it said uh de packed on this two of we having a

  • 1:07:56

body party then this next slide said it's mad goodies in

  • 1:08:01

here and then uh next uh next one said I promise the next then it was one more it

  • 1:08:08

was one more he made this he posted it yeah are you serious well let me tell

  • 1:08:14

you something all right let me be clear I saw this I don't know if he himself

  • 1:08:20

did it so I take it back positive he didn't do that oh man that's going to make it so less funny if

  • 1:08:26

of course you think future sat there and did that yeah no no no no why not cuz no

  • 1:08:32

cuz we haven't seen future [ __ ] respond to Sierra before right no that

  • 1:08:39

would that's beyond the realm of [ __ ] possibility he hasn't tweeted in three days so it's not fa all right so it's

  • 1:08:44

not from future but whatever whoever made that [ __ ] didn't kud to you that [ __ ] was funny as a [ __ ] all right is there anything we need to get

  • 1:08:50

out of the way because I didn't realize I was rambling for this long time I was rambling for a long time

  • 1:08:56

and I know that because my parking thing expires so I'm going to [ __ ] y up hey oh we got to stay a little bit afterwards

[ __ ] say anywhere but Scarlet anywhere but Aces take me with

  • 1:14:10

you anywhere withies I love uh James font and all that he's put out on his SoundCloud but there's nothing that

  • 1:14:16

matches to when him and no ID do this the cocaine 80s [ __ ] nothing matches

  • 1:14:22

    that [ __ ] I don't think it's cocaine 80s without no IDE 1,00% I think no ID's actual Twitter

  • 1:14:29

handle is cocaine yeah like um but no I love James font and all the stuff he does by himself but the production of no

dick long like a bung cor all right check this out now this isn't quite uh

  • 1:16:16

well it's a sleeper in her catalog this is not a newer record I just think that this is one of uh Anita Baker records

  • 1:16:24

that people don't really play or speak about very often and I heard uh Jersey City

  • 1:16:29

DJs kill this mix when we used to carry the son's around back in 96 U 95 96 um

  • 1:16:35

but anyway yeah oh yeah baby I feel like this is

  • 1:16:40

one of Anita Baker's better records and I know this is my old Uncle Joe [ __ ] I was going to say is this part of your

  • 1:16:46

like marketing plan this your roll out just too mad old [ __ ] no but that is a good idea or a really bad idea

  • 1:16:52

yeah that's a really good ide idea or a really bad idea it's one of them we'll talk about it yeah

  • 1:17:23
