hip-hop is, "Yo, did you hear what happened to Troy

A?" Like the question. And that's not to knock Troy A, but when you when somebody

says that, it's like you're talking about like Michael Jackson or like somebody

everybody knows or if it's not somebody everybody knows, then some [ __ ] really

happened. So, it was the latter. It was the latter. So, let's get right to it. Uh, TI performs in Irving Plaza, uh,

venue I'm very familiar with. I performed there over the years. Uh, plenty of my fans have seen me perform

there over the years. Is Irving Plaza? Do they have a history of violence? Not

that I know. Not to my knowledge. I wouldn't think so. I mean, just guessing. Plenty of safe events that I've been Yeah. I'm not I'm not I

French and dish and you said Davies is consistent consistently delivering. He

is Davies quiet is kept. New York is not as quiet as outsiders would like to make

us believe we are. Joy Badass just put out a dope does the biggest record in the [ __ ] world. That doesn't count. Joy Bad from Brooklyn. We're owning it.

Mayo and Uncle Murder perform. Did Troy AB perform? He did not make it to Troy did not perform. Well, he performed. I

Mayo, y'all are having too much fun at Troy A's expense. At his expense, just

listen. So, while Mayo and Uncle Murder were on stage, uh, something happened.

Oh, I was about to do the OS3 line and I forgot how it goes. Something happened up there. I don't know. Some I don't

know what happened and there's not but so much I'm willing to speak on, but something did. But some some things

occurred. Troy AB's in jail. Other people are other places. And here we are

podcast. And before we even do any of this, I do want to say rest in peace to the young man Banger who lost his life.

Um I won't say that I was the best of friends with him, but I was pretty cordial with him whenever I saw him in Troy A and he was the friendliest,

sweetest guy um ever. So I don't want to lose the fact that a man like a man a

very young man who it was tweeted by Veto Leo that

he didn't even want to go out that night. Banger damn man. I don't want that to get lost in any of this

because while we're making light of this uh and by making light I say laughing

and and you know just you know this is a few days old so the edge of it is off so

we're able to play that way maybe or maybe not but we did but even bigger than that I don't want this to get lost

because it's Troy A. I know that everybody hates Troy

A. Troy A has made himself very easy to hate. I've said that on this podcast

multiple times and we've agreed. Even bigger than that, one month actually story time with

Joe. Not a month, but a year ago, maybe a year and a half ago, Troy A tweeted

some very disparaging words toward people who suffered from depression.

That struck a chord with me. I don't play like that. I immediately DM'd

Hovane cuz I will not talk to somebody stupid enough to say those things about

that topic. So I tweet I DM' Hovane and I said dog get your

man. Y'all have some good things going on and he is alienating

himself from a large group of people. some of those people his contemporaries

and soon to be peers hopefully. That's what I said to uh

Hovane. Hovane said copy. Let me make my stance clear. I think Hovane is a very

very very very intelligent man and I think that Hovane still has a bright future in hip-hop.

Then Troy A has a beef with Joey

Bada$$. And the way that he went about that, we won't spend time on that, but he said some very disparaging words

toward someone who was deceased, no longer with us.

So he then alienated himself even further for an entire group of people

now who maybe are suicidal have battled suicide, [ __ ] depression, cyber

bullying since you just are bugging now. Your energy that you putting into this

world. So let's get to that because there's so many [ __ ] things at play here. I believe energy is at play. This

is energy and karma we looking at here. I believe that [ __ ] this is unprecedented because

this is new age ramifications. This is what happens when

[ __ ] from the old old uh old uh school

of ethics and codes try to play and dabble in this new school [ __ ] So

energy is at play. Troy A, your energy is called to the carpet. Hovane, you

endorsed it. You stopped it. None. You are to be called to the

carpet. [ __ ] Nelson. You are to be called to the

carpet. This is too close to home for me. I'm not talking about this. I I'll certainly backpack off everyone

involved. I'm not saying any specific names. This isn't just to Troy AB. It's to everyone in the building that night.

The energy that you manifest, you have to face. This is way bigger than the

building that night, right? I mean, no, this is this is more than two people. This is That's my point. We're agreeing.

But naming anyone involved in it, I do not feel comfortable doing on a podcast. All of you.

You have to name names. Yeah, everybody. every single one of

you and you know who you are. We will keep your identities

anonymous. All of you are called to the carpet. We all get a turn. That's the beautiful thing about life. We all get a

[ __ ] turn. So anyway, we we play around on these Twitter with these all

of this [ __ ] [ __ ] and then the [ __ ] [ __ ] occurs and now we're all as a whole, as a culture

in a state of mourning. I just want to know who's to be held

accountable. That's all. That's where I'm at with it today. I believe all people should be held accountable. Troy

A definitely should be held accountable for his because in those pictures and I'm familiar with those pictures, those

Troy AB pictures that leaked. I know about that because when I was in court for two years fighting that uh that case

for when the [ __ ] lied on me, the Daily News and all them [ __ ] they was right there every time. Mhm.

They didn't miss a beat. They walked you in the court. They walked you out the court. They caught you when you was

coming out the little bullpin side pocket corner. So those pictures that surfaced, Troy A and I can't speak to

what was on his brain. He looked concerned. He looked a bit flustered. Yes. Right. And rightfully so. Yeah. His

story though. His story. The video is disturbing. We all saw the video. But as

his attorney stated, that is a video that the police put out. The police put out an excerpt,

right? Yeah. It wasn't the entire video, and they're saying that there was something that happened before that that he was shot. Well, of course. Well, which is very irresponsible from the

police and the Daily News, New York Times, whoever the [ __ ] put that picture out. It was very lazy journalism. It was

making facts the next morning. And they said these were stone cold facts. They kept dragging Mayo's name into it when

it's been confirmed by like every single person there that he literally had nothing to do. The daily news is

still a layup. It was a layup for the police and the media. They want to vilify the rappers. You have someone

named Uncle Murder on stage and people are being murdered backstage. It's a

layup. Of course. While that's not the case at all and murder had nothing to do with it, it's a layup. I don't know if

this is going to be a layup, by the way. Oh, no. I'm saying the next day I think in these new with these latest

developments, Mayo's getting further and further removed from it. Thank God. I don't think they're I don't think they're This ain't going to have nothing to do with Mayo. No, it doesn't. But I'm

just saying they're going to stop being annoying and misreporting information. I feel bad. This affects our whole summer.

It affects the whole genre. Like it affects everything. I feel bad for Mayo and Ti. Ti for sure is losing [ __ ]

money cuz they are probably two two people that two of the last people in hip-hop that should be near anything

like that. Mhm. They've had enough troubles, especially which Mayo said. Mayo stated that on Instagram and and

both of them, of course, you can say their their prior records. Both of them don't move that way, though,

right? Whatever happened backstage, that sloppy [ __ ] Neither of those two gentlemen move that way now at all. But

let me tell the street [ __ ] this because I do feel like if somebody were

actually in Troy AB's camp that were concerned about his better interest that that this probably could have been

avoided, right? Like why? Why you let your man do? I feel like the gentleman that passed away was that person

unfortunately. No, but what I'm You don't trouble one other person. No. No. But what I'm saying is No.

Yeah. I mean, yeah, but to to a degree. I'm not saying I'm saying that he was

Buddha behind it. I'm saying anybody could have seen this coming from Troy A is what I'm saying. Like if I'm stopping

Hovane to speak to him a year ago, it's just it's just it's it's

unfortunate. I'm just mad at all parties involved, especially Troy, you would do I mean again, if he he wasn't the aggressor, but whatever the case is.

Well, from what I read, he is. But why would you do this at the at the like do it on your own time? Do it on your own

turf. Do it at the show of a man who's been behind you 100% all this time like backing you and then you do that to him.

Like you literally just took money out of his pocket. Well, again, and this isn't specific to Troy A, but when you

manifest a certain energy around you, emotions will get attached and you're not going to think clearly and bad

things will happen in one second that will ruin your entire [ __ ] life. See, and I thought about this on the way here. See, this is what happens back in

the day, right? When when tempers flared. What day was that? Just a long

long long time ago. What specific day was it? Come on, Roy. I have time for your shenanigans. Damn it. Can you pass

me the water? Um, back in the day there was time for things to escalate and then

times for them to be diffused. Like if me and you fist fought and I beat your ass and then you was going back to get a

crew to come and jump me or going to get some guns, maybe some of the OGs could have stepped in and blah. But what

happens now is that social media is the fight. M you have it in your pocket at

your thumbs and you need to reply right away by that standard. Social media is the fight now. So that is the fight. Now

when I see you that's already there's no need anymore. Oh no no no baby. No. We

passed that. We passed time for a buffer. That's why people just need to be very responsible for themselves. And

that's it. I'm not even going to spend too much time on this. Rest in peace. Yeah. To banger. This especially is very

close to New York City. That's briefly speaking about it. I'm still saying a prayer for all parties. All parties. All

all all all parties involved because nobody just wants to start their summer

this way. Yep. That's not the right note. To a good segue into Henny Palooa,

we had to meet with the precinct the day prior. anyone that was doing an event that I mean we'll call spade a spade

that had black people at it had to meet with the precinct the day before the Memorial Day weekend. They gave us this

whole spiel about how they're gonna have the [ __ ] task force out there and all that [ __ ] So at Henny Palooa, which we

have been going on for 3 years now, and not have had one single physical altercation, had the task force at

Webster Hall, like automatic weapons waiting and they almost look and while

the cops were respectful, I don't want to make it sound like the cops were were harassing people cuz they weren't. But I will say at the end of that event, I did

go outside to look at a few of the police's face and they almost looked disappointed. Like they were surprised

that absolutely nothing happened. Mhm. It was nothing but smiling faces coming out of Webster Hall and they're on

[ __ ] edge thinking someone something's going to pop off. You you know two two things and and and not to

backtrack but feeding off of what you just said like you hear gentlemen like like if you listen to Bobby Schmur and I

feel so bad every time I listen to him talk because his message is yo I'm

targeted. I'm targeted. I'm targeted. I was targeted. I was targeted. They was following me. And that's what he's

hanging his head on. Poor poor uneducated kid. Can't really articulate

it. And I want to say, yeah, you were targeted. You are

targeted. I want to speak to the young black men, especially the young black men in

Brooklyn. Anywhere that they looking to gentrify,

you are targeted. They are getting you and your shenanigans the [ __ ] out of

there. They're not just looking at you, Bobby Schmurder. They looking at that entire area. That's one. Two, to the

street [ __ ] and the goons in the world. Everyone's phone is a camera.

Now, that's really just it. It's important to know that as you move about. Everyone's phone is a camera.

That's one. And two, and I'm going to say this just because of the Troy AB [ __ ] and the Bobby Schmurder [ __ ] Whatever street [ __ ] you [ __ ] want to

get into. For the love of Jesus Christ, you

have got to stop doing it in the heart of Manhattan. For real. They are not

playing with y'all. Nope. And not only the phone and the camera thing. You

don't think the cops are on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter searching names?

Like, I never understood that part. Let's get bigger than that. You talking about the cops like these kids have

money and guns on on Instagram. They I don't think there's like some weird thing. They think like, oh, it's they're not allowed to look on our social. No,

they're allowed and they're allowed to use that. Like, but they pulling them shits up in court. Big Oh, there we go. Bigger than that. Bigger than the

cops. I know. When I was in court, the judge was made aware of everything I

tweeted about the uh police department. It didn't bode well come um I'm sure

that didn't go over well come bail time. It didn't really matter what you had to say. There is a a code of what do they

That judge looked at me at 1:00 a.m. and said 20 10 whatever it was. Oh, 20 bond

10. Now, who the [ __ ] was going somewhere and to come right back in 5 minutes with [ __ ] 10 grand cash at 1

in the morning on a Tuesday? They didn't really give a [ __ ] about none of that. Nope. Nope. They didn't care. We got it

though, [ __ ] They've uh they've canled Joey Badass's show at Irving Plaza, I believe, for

they're going to cancel all the [ __ ] show. Yeah. I mean, there's mult there's

precedent for the rest of the summer, and [ __ ] [ __ ] just happens for the rest of the summer. So now today, uh there's

a shooting at UCLA. Mhm. Um I know the last that I read there were two two dead

was the last I read, too. I hope that hasn't res.

Yeah. Um, and I think this person was uh uh made did he commit suicide? I don't know. I I read so much. There was so

much going on and it's still in the midst of happening. So, I'm not going to speak on it, but my heart goes out to

anybody. I retweeted a gentleman uh who was on his way to the school cuz his daughter was hiding in a bathroom. God,

that feeling has to be heart-wrenching. Yeah. So, he was on his way up there. So, just to just to read some of that

that [ __ ] is just alarming. And be very careful. just be very very aware and

cognizant and just careful this summer. That's that's really my main point that

I want to drive home. I need everyone to be careful. That's it.
