Live from New York City, you guessed it, baby. The [ __ ]

  • 0:10

best podcast in the universe. We're back. Hey. Hey. I heard your calls. Oh

  • 0:18

my god. Did we? I read the tweets. Did we? We left you with poor Elliot and

  • 0:24

them. Shout out to Elliot and them. Nory, you

  • 0:30

still supposed to do my podcast, jerk. Uh, so here we are. We are back. Uh, the

  • 0:37

pettiness in me is angry that you other podcasters got a number up. I know. And

  • 0:44

our number didn't rule. We could be super petty and just put our

  • 0:49

number like the last. Yes. No. We so ill even when we didn't do nothing, my

  • 0:56

[ __ ] That's a week. were. Oh lord. We still existed. So technically we we

  • 1:02

real. I'll name this podcast later episode 80.

  • 1:09

Back by annoying demand. Holy. So listen. So boy. All right. So let's

  • 1:16

get all the small stuff out the way first. That's how you know it been a while. I ain't even fix my [ __ ] levels. Come on, Joey. Turn a real [ __ ]

  • 1:22

up in here. Uh so listen. Oh, that's my bad. That was me. My bad, Joey. I curse you out for no reason. So, listen to

  • 1:28

this. Let me pour some water cuz it sounds dope. Let's get all the other [ __ ] out the way first. I knew that the

  • 1:34

Warriors would win. You don't bet against a team that won 80% of the last 200 games they

  • 1:42

played. And OKC has had trouble closing in the fourth all season. That's a

  • 1:49

nonstory. Unlike ESPN, we will not regurgitate the same storylines just

  • 1:55

because the same players are in the finals. Especially when in hip-hop, we have a much more interesting storyline

  • 2:00

happening. This Is there anything else we need to hit first? Just [ __ ] go. We'll get to

  • 2:07

it. No, get to it. Yeah. All right. There are so many things at play

  • 2:14

here, right? Well, let's not get into what's at play for this situation is many things. This situation is a lot of

  • 2:21

things. Many things. Many things are happening. Shout out to our Uber driver from Atlanta. This is one of those

  • 2:27

situations where you remember where you were when you read it and you remember

  • 2:32

your reaction. So, let me give you mine. I was in LA. All of the LA hoes were in

  • 2:38

Vegas being hoes. So, LA had a really good energy. LA was peaceful. LA was beautiful. LA was not a lot of traffic.

  • 2:44

Before you start, the people that have listened to this podcast in the past know that your LA stories are pretty

  • 2:50

bad. Is this a good one? There is no LA story. I'm going to save our listeners.

  • 2:55

Shut the [ __ ] up, Rory. Uh, there's no LA story, dick. And you knew that, so shut up. Uh, so yeah, the energy was

  • 3:02

really good in LA. And as we were on our way to 7-Eleven maybe I think Johnny

  • 3:08

says from the back seat or Ammani says, "Yo, did you hear about Troy A?"

  • 3:17

No. First of all, for that to even be a line,

  • 3:22

you know, some [ __ ] happened. Wait a second. that often in

  • 3:28

hip-hop is, "Yo, did you hear what happened to Troy

  • 3:34

A?" Like the question. And that's not to knock Troy A, but when you when somebody

  • 3:39

says that, it's like you're talking about like Michael Jackson or like somebody

  • 3:45

everybody knows or if it's not somebody everybody knows, then some [ __ ] really

  • 3:50

happened. So, it was the latter. It was the latter. So, let's get right to it. Uh, TI performs in Irving Plaza, uh,

  • 3:58

venue I'm very familiar with. I performed there over the years. Uh, plenty of my fans have seen me perform

  • 4:05

there over the years. Is Irving Plaza? Do they have a history of violence? Not

  • 4:10

that I know. Not to my knowledge. I wouldn't think so. I mean, just guessing. Plenty of safe events that I've been Yeah. I'm not I'm not I

  • 4:16

haven't fact checked, but I would assume Feels good. Yeah. I'm rolling with it. I'm rolling with it. I'm rolling with it. We're going to go with that. No violence ever in a ring vlog. It's never

  • 4:23

happened. Please don't. No, never. No. Mad safe place. One of the safest

  • 4:28

places. Pretty much I heard the safest place in New York City to be honest. Yeah. In the world. That's what they say. That's what his tagline is

  • 4:34

actually. So So TI is performing at Irving Plaza. He is. I love TI. And I

  • 4:43

would normally love to see a TI show. Let me put my hat on cuz Rory's

  • 4:49

recording me. I have a cut. No, it's Snapchat. Oh, Snapchat. That's a joke. I don't have Snapchat. Oh, wait. So, oh, Marissa, you should record me then. Uh,

  • 4:56

somebody should record so we could get popular again. I'm the only one that gets us popular, not y'all. Uh, so listen,

  • 5:02

[ __ ] uh, you're the rapper out of the bunch. I'd imagine or Marissa was the rapper at our last live podcast, so I

  • 5:08

don't know why you're saying that. Um, back to this now. What I'm saying here, make Rory hold it cuz I hated holding

  • 5:14

it. I'm periscoping. So, put it down. No one hears about That's nasty. We're getting sidetracked.

  • 5:21

Here, somebody press the button here. Take it. Take this. We're going to cut this out. Hold the thing, Marty. It's best for the betterment of the podcast.

  • 5:26

So, listen. Ti is performing at Irving Plaza. I love TI. So, I would love to go and see TI perform right now. You're not

  • 5:36

going to that show. Well, I wouldn't. No, no, no. That's what I'm getting to. A TI show. I would go to, but No, you

  • 5:42

wouldn't. Let him get to his butt. I wouldn't go to a T. Wor. But that's not

  • 5:48

because of TI. I don't go to shows. Valid. Unless it's in my bedroom. Hey,

  • 5:54

wait. Why did I You know what, man? I'm not here for this energy. So, listen. Our energy's

  • 6:00

off for us. Even though I wouldn't have gone to a TI show for the sake of this story, I would have went to a TI show.

  • 6:07

Same. Totally same. Ti with friends I don't know about. So now Mayo and

  • 6:13

Uncle Murder's performing. I love what Mayo and Uncle Murder have been doing. They've been putting out just real hard

  • 6:19

hard hard [ __ ] and they haven't stopped. Glad that somebody from New York is consistently delivering outside of

  • 6:26

French and dish and you said Davies is consistent consistently delivering. He

  • 6:31

is Davies quiet is kept. New York is not as quiet as outsiders would like to make

  • 6:37

us believe we are. Joy Badass just put out a dope does the biggest record in the [ __ ] world. That doesn't count. Joy Bad from Brooklyn. We're owning it.

  • 6:45

I don't count it either. He got bras in Atlanta, bro. But yeah, but that's negative. You can keep those. So Mayo

  • 6:50

Mayo and Uncle Murder perform. Did Troy AB perform? He did not make it to Troy did not perform. Well, he performed. I

  • 6:58

don't know who the [ __ ] else perform, but on camera. While Mayo Hello. While

  • 7:04

Mayo, y'all are having too much fun at Troy A's expense. At his expense, just

  • 7:09

listen. So, while Mayo and Uncle Murder were on stage, uh, something happened.

  • 7:17

Oh, I was about to do the OS3 line and I forgot how it goes. Something happened up there. I don't know. Some I don't

  • 7:23

know what happened and there's not but so much I'm willing to speak on, but something did. But some some things

  • 7:29

occurred. Troy AB's in jail. Other people are other places. And here we are

  • 7:37

podcast. And before we even do any of this, I do want to say rest in peace to the young man Banger who lost his life.

  • 7:43

Um I won't say that I was the best of friends with him, but I was pretty cordial with him whenever I saw him in Troy A and he was the friendliest,

  • 7:49

sweetest guy um ever. So I don't want to lose the fact that a man like a man a

  • 7:57

very young man who it was tweeted by Veto Leo that

  • 8:04

he didn't even want to go out that night. Banger damn man. I don't want that to get lost in any of this

  • 8:11

because while we're making light of this uh and by making light I say laughing

  • 8:17

and and you know just you know this is a few days old so the edge of it is off so

  • 8:24

we're able to play that way maybe or maybe not but we did but even bigger than that I don't want this to get lost

  • 8:30

because it's Troy A. I know that everybody hates Troy

  • 8:36

    A. Troy A has made himself very easy to hate. I've said that on this podcast

  • 8:42

multiple times and we've agreed. Even bigger than that, one month actually story time with

  • 8:50

Joe. Not a month, but a year ago, maybe a year and a half ago, Troy A tweeted

  • 8:56

some very disparaging words toward people who suffered from depression.

  • 9:02

That struck a chord with me. I don't play like that. I immediately DM'd

  • 9:08

Hovane cuz I will not talk to somebody stupid enough to say those things about

  • 9:15

that topic. So I tweet I DM' Hovane and I said dog get your

  • 9:21

man. Y'all have some good things going on and he is alienating

  • 9:27

himself from a large group of people. some of those people his contemporaries

  • 9:33

and soon to be peers hopefully. That's what I said to uh

  • 9:40

Hovane. Hovane said copy. Let me make my stance clear. I think Hovane is a very

  • 9:45

very very very intelligent man and I think that Hovane still has a bright future in hip-hop.

  • 9:55

Then Troy A has a beef with Joey

  • 10:01

Bada$$. And the way that he went about that, we won't spend time on that, but he said some very disparaging words

  • 10:09

toward someone who was deceased, no longer with us.

  • 10:14

So he then alienated himself even further for an entire group of people

  • 10:19

now who maybe are suicidal have battled suicide, [ __ ] depression, cyber

  • 10:25

bullying since you just are bugging now. Your energy that you putting into this

  • 10:30

world. So let's get to that because there's so many [ __ ] things at play here. I believe energy is at play. This

  • 10:37

is energy and karma we looking at here. I believe that [ __ ] this is unprecedented because

  • 10:46

this is new age ramifications. This is what happens when

  • 10:53

[ __ ] from the old old uh old uh school

  • 10:59

of ethics and codes try to play and dabble in this new school [ __ ] So

  • 11:06

energy is at play. Troy A, your energy is called to the carpet. Hovane, you

  • 11:14

endorsed it. You stopped it. None. You are to be called to the

  • 11:21

carpet. [ __ ] Nelson. You are to be called to the

  • 11:27

carpet. This is too close to home for me. I'm not talking about this. I I'll certainly backpack off everyone

  • 11:34

involved. I'm not saying any specific names. This isn't just to Troy AB. It's to everyone in the building that night.

  • 11:40

The energy that you manifest, you have to face. This is way bigger than the

  • 11:46

building that night, right? I mean, no, this is this is more than two people. This is That's my point. We're agreeing.

  • 11:53

But naming anyone involved in it, I do not feel comfortable doing on a podcast. All of you.

  • 12:01

You have to name names. Yeah, everybody. every single one of

  • 12:06

you and you know who you are. We will keep your identities

  • 12:12

anonymous. All of you are called to the carpet. We all get a turn. That's the beautiful thing about life. We all get a

  • 12:19

[ __ ] turn. So anyway, we we play around on these Twitter with these all

  • 12:24

    of this [ __ ] [ __ ] and then the [ __ ] [ __ ] occurs and now we're all as a whole, as a culture

  • 12:30

in a state of mourning. I just want to know who's to be held

  • 12:36

accountable. That's all. That's where I'm at with it today. I believe all people should be held accountable. Troy

  • 12:43

A definitely should be held accountable for his because in those pictures and I'm familiar with those pictures, those

  • 12:48

Troy AB pictures that leaked. I know about that because when I was in court for two years fighting that uh that case

  • 12:54

for when the [ __ ] lied on me, the Daily News and all them [ __ ] they was right there every time. Mhm.

  • 13:01

They didn't miss a beat. They walked you in the court. They walked you out the court. They caught you when you was

  • 13:07

coming out the little bullpin side pocket corner. So those pictures that surfaced, Troy A and I can't speak to

  • 13:14

what was on his brain. He looked concerned. He looked a bit flustered. Yes. Right. And rightfully so. Yeah. His

  • 13:21

story though. His story. The video is disturbing. We all saw the video. But as

  • 13:27

his attorney stated, that is a video that the police put out. The police put out an excerpt,

  • 13:34

right? Yeah. It wasn't the entire video, and they're saying that there was something that happened before that that he was shot. Well, of course. Well, which is very irresponsible from the

  • 13:40

police and the Daily News, New York Times, whoever the [ __ ] put that picture out. It was very lazy journalism. It was

  • 13:47

making facts the next morning. And they said these were stone cold facts. They kept dragging Mayo's name into it when

  • 13:52

it's been confirmed by like every single person there that he literally had nothing to do. The daily news is

  • 13:58

still a layup. It was a layup for the police and the media. They want to vilify the rappers. You have someone

  • 14:04

named Uncle Murder on stage and people are being murdered backstage. It's a

  • 14:09

layup. Of course. While that's not the case at all and murder had nothing to do with it, it's a layup. I don't know if

  • 14:16

this is going to be a layup, by the way. Oh, no. I'm saying the next day I think in these new with these latest

  • 14:21

developments, Mayo's getting further and further removed from it. Thank God. I don't think they're I don't think they're This ain't going to have nothing to do with Mayo. No, it doesn't. But I'm

  • 14:28

just saying they're going to stop being annoying and misreporting information. I feel bad. This affects our whole summer.

  • 14:34

It affects the whole genre. Like it affects everything. I feel bad for Mayo and Ti. Ti for sure is losing [ __ ]

  • 14:40

money cuz they are probably two two people that two of the last people in hip-hop that should be near anything

  • 14:46

like that. Mhm. They've had enough troubles, especially which Mayo said. Mayo stated that on Instagram and and

  • 14:52

both of them, of course, you can say their their prior records. Both of them don't move that way, though,

  • 14:57

right? Whatever happened backstage, that sloppy [ __ ] Neither of those two gentlemen move that way now at all. But

  • 15:03

let me tell the street [ __ ] this because I do feel like if somebody were

  • 15:08

actually in Troy AB's camp that were concerned about his better interest that that this probably could have been

  • 15:15

avoided, right? Like why? Why you let your man do? I feel like the gentleman that passed away was that person

  • 15:20

unfortunately. No, but what I'm You don't trouble one other person. No. No. But what I'm saying is No.

  • 15:28

Yeah. I mean, yeah, but to to a degree. I'm not saying I'm saying that he was

  • 15:33

Buddha behind it. I'm saying anybody could have seen this coming from Troy A is what I'm saying. Like if I'm stopping

  • 15:40

Hovane to speak to him a year ago, it's just it's just it's it's

  • 15:46

unfortunate. I'm just mad at all parties involved, especially Troy, you would do I mean again, if he he wasn't the aggressor, but whatever the case is.

  • 15:52

Well, from what I read, he is. But why would you do this at the at the like do it on your own time? Do it on your own

  • 15:58

turf. Do it at the show of a man who's been behind you 100% all this time like backing you and then you do that to him.

  • 16:03

Like you literally just took money out of his pocket. Well, again, and this isn't specific to Troy A, but when you

  • 16:09

manifest a certain energy around you, emotions will get attached and you're not going to think clearly and bad

  • 16:15

things will happen in one second that will ruin your entire [ __ ] life. See, and I thought about this on the way here. See, this is what happens back in

  • 16:22

the day, right? When when tempers flared. What day was that? Just a long

  • 16:29

long long time ago. What specific day was it? Come on, Roy. I have time for your shenanigans. Damn it. Can you pass

  • 16:34

me the water? Um, back in the day there was time for things to escalate and then

  • 16:41

times for them to be diffused. Like if me and you fist fought and I beat your ass and then you was going back to get a

  • 16:48

crew to come and jump me or going to get some guns, maybe some of the OGs could have stepped in and blah. But what

  • 16:54

happens now is that social media is the fight. M you have it in your pocket at

  • 17:01

your thumbs and you need to reply right away by that standard. Social media is the fight now. So that is the fight. Now

  • 17:10

when I see you that's already there's no need anymore. Oh no no no baby. No. We

  • 17:18

passed that. We passed time for a buffer. That's why people just need to be very responsible for themselves. And

  • 17:25

that's it. I'm not even going to spend too much time on this. Rest in peace. Yeah. To banger. This especially is very

  • 17:32

close to New York City. That's briefly speaking about it. I'm still saying a prayer for all parties. All parties. All

  • 17:41

all all all parties involved because nobody just wants to start their summer

  • 17:46

this way. Yep. That's not the right note. To a good segue into Henny Palooa,

  • 17:51

we had to meet with the precinct the day prior. anyone that was doing an event that I mean we'll call spade a spade

  • 17:57

that had black people at it had to meet with the precinct the day before the Memorial Day weekend. They gave us this

  • 18:02

whole spiel about how they're gonna have the [ __ ] task force out there and all that [ __ ] So at Henny Palooa, which we

  • 18:08

have been going on for 3 years now, and not have had one single physical altercation, had the task force at

  • 18:15

Webster Hall, like automatic weapons waiting and they almost look and while

  • 18:21

the cops were respectful, I don't want to make it sound like the cops were were harassing people cuz they weren't. But I will say at the end of that event, I did

  • 18:28

go outside to look at a few of the police's face and they almost looked disappointed. Like they were surprised

  • 18:34

that absolutely nothing happened. Mhm. It was nothing but smiling faces coming out of Webster Hall and they're on

  • 18:40

[ __ ] edge thinking someone something's going to pop off. You you know two two things and and and not to

  • 18:48

backtrack but feeding off of what you just said like you hear gentlemen like like if you listen to Bobby Schmur and I

  • 18:54

feel so bad every time I listen to him talk because his message is yo I'm

  • 18:59

targeted. I'm targeted. I'm targeted. I was targeted. I was targeted. They was following me. And that's what he's

  • 19:05

hanging his head on. Poor poor uneducated kid. Can't really articulate

  • 19:11

it. And I want to say, yeah, you were targeted. You are

  • 19:16

targeted. I want to speak to the young black men, especially the young black men in

  • 19:22

Brooklyn. Anywhere that they looking to gentrify,

  • 19:28

you are targeted. They are getting you and your shenanigans the [ __ ] out of

  • 19:35

there. They're not just looking at you, Bobby Schmurder. They looking at that entire area. That's one. Two, to the

  • 19:43

street [ __ ] and the goons in the world. Everyone's phone is a camera.

  • 19:52

Now, that's really just it. It's important to know that as you move about. Everyone's phone is a camera.

  • 20:01

That's one. And two, and I'm going to say this just because of the Troy AB [ __ ] and the Bobby Schmurder [ __ ] Whatever street [ __ ] you [ __ ] want to

  • 20:07

get into. For the love of Jesus Christ, you

  • 20:13

have got to stop doing it in the heart of Manhattan. For real. They are not

  • 20:18

playing with y'all. Nope. And not only the phone and the camera thing. You

  • 20:23

don't think the cops are on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter searching names?

  • 20:29

Like, I never understood that part. Let's get bigger than that. You talking about the cops like these kids have

  • 20:36

money and guns on on Instagram. They I don't think there's like some weird thing. They think like, oh, it's they're not allowed to look on our social. No,

  • 20:42

they're allowed and they're allowed to use that. Like, but they pulling them shits up in court. Big Oh, there we go. Bigger than that. Bigger than the

  • 20:48

cops. I know. When I was in court, the judge was made aware of everything I

  • 20:54

tweeted about the uh police department. It didn't bode well come um I'm sure

  • 21:00

that didn't go over well come bail time. It didn't really matter what you had to say. There is a a code of what do they

  • 21:06

call it? Blue wall, blue shield, whatever the [ __ ] they [ __ ] Yeah. Yeah. I mean that exists. That exists.

  • 21:13

That judge looked at me at 1:00 a.m. and said 20 10 whatever it was. Oh, 20 bond

  • 21:23

    10. Now, who the [ __ ] was going somewhere and to come right back in 5 minutes with [ __ ] 10 grand cash at 1

  • 21:31

in the morning on a Tuesday? They didn't really give a [ __ ] about none of that. Nope. Nope. They didn't care. We got it

  • 21:38

    though, [ __ ] They've uh they've canled Joey Badass's show at Irving Plaza, I believe, for

  • 21:43

    they're going to cancel all the [ __ ] show. Yeah. I mean, there's mult there's

  • 21:48

multiple things there a word together. Yeah. Well, Joey Badass, first of all, because he has a history with Trey, if anybody would Google can find that out.

  • 21:54

Irving Plaza, I'm sure, is already in a weird place and then it's a rap show. There's they could [ __ ] Larae at

  • 22:00

Irving Plaza that day and cancel. Like so now, and I and I said this to uh some

  • 22:06

personal friends of mine, but when the weather gets hot in New York and the [ __ ] [ __ ] happens, it normally sets a a

  • 22:12

precedent for the rest of the summer, and [ __ ] [ __ ] just happens for the rest of the summer. So now today, uh there's

  • 22:17

a shooting at UCLA. Mhm. Um I know the last that I read there were two two dead

  • 22:24

was the last I read, too. I hope that hasn't res.

  • 22:29

Yeah. Um, and I think this person was uh uh made did he commit suicide? I don't know. I I read so much. There was so

  • 22:35

much going on and it's still in the midst of happening. So, I'm not going to speak on it, but my heart goes out to

  • 22:41

anybody. I retweeted a gentleman uh who was on his way to the school cuz his daughter was hiding in a bathroom. God,

  • 22:48

that feeling has to be heart-wrenching. Yeah. So, he was on his way up there. So, just to just to read some of that

  • 22:54

that [ __ ] is just alarming. And be very careful. just be very very aware and

  • 23:00

cognizant and just careful this summer. That's that's really my main point that

  • 23:08

I want to drive home. I need everyone to be careful. That's it.

  • 23:16

Oh, and that's the message from Uncle Joe. All right. So, what else is going on live? Uh let's go to a light lighter

  • 23:21

note. Lighter. Well, here's my for anybody who wants to

  • 23:27

hear conspiracy theorist. Joe, h don't sign me up on that list.

  • 23:33

Well, you aren't on any I'm on a list. Just so we're clear, I don't know that

  • 23:39

you're on not one list that I have. Well, good. I don't want to be on your [ __ ] list. Good thing. So, anyh who,

  • 23:47

um, conspiracy theorist Joe says this. What does he say?

  • 23:53

Our [ __ ] Drake Instagram clips went out, right? But one of them were about

  • 23:59

Hoveve. Oh god. Okay. I don't know where you're going with that. Which one was about Ho?

  • 24:04

Refresh my memory for the listeners. The very first one. What did you say? Oh, let's pull it up. You can paraphrase it.

  • 24:11

We don't need I It's me. You're talking about my memory. I can't paraphrase. But the first one was about Hoveve being

  • 24:17

Drake's competition and whatever's going on up there. Whatever Hoveve and Drake are fighting about, I would like uh I

  • 24:24

would like to know cuz whatever's going on in that room. Yeah. And then coincidentally,

  • 24:32

oh wait, I also said, just so I'm clear, I also said you can fool them. You can't

  • 24:38

fool a real [ __ ] Yeah, we might need to make those t-shirts. I just can't sell them. Hey, record this. Record

  • 24:44

this. Let me put my hat on. Record this. Well, this is on Periscope. I don't need your phone. Actually, no, not Periscope.

  • 24:49

I know. I need your phone that you have in your [ __ ] hand. Listen to this. Uh, people if you want to hear

  • 24:55

conspiracy theorist, Joe, some people don't. So, that's what happened on the Drake podcast. On the Drake podcast, we

  • 25:02

said uh I just said it. I just said it. Oh, we was talking about Drake and Hoveve. Them two competing and whatever

  • 25:09

room is up there, uh, you know, all that [ __ ] Yep. Mhm. And coincidentally,

  • 25:16

Hoveve comes out. Here he comes. On the All the Way Up remix. Yes. And out of

  • 25:21

the clear blue sky says, "I'm in a room where real [ __ ] not allow."

  • 25:31

What? Nothing. I'm just reaching for something. Let me hear it. If I'm reaching, I want to hear it. Well, if

  • 25:37

I'm reaching, tell me about it. I I don't think it's by coincidence.

  • 25:42

I like you. You're a good person, but I You're crazy. I don't know if I've heard that. You're crazy. I said, "Oh, let me

  • 25:48

reply." It's not by coincidence. I mean, a whole internet just know that it is

  • 25:54

not by coincidence that that happened. So, I want to be very clear of the energy

  • 26:02

that's going on just in case anything takes place in the future where this

  • 26:09

energy needs to be documented about. Okay. Well, hope if you do listen to our podcast, I want to let you know I'm a

  • 26:15

subscriber of title. Uh I like dooay from time to time. I

  • 26:21

heard that that whole the the vocals for that entire remix were off.

  • 26:26

I read that. Um, did you listen to it? No. Me neither. Uh, they were all But

  • 26:31

every time I Every time I did hear it, every time I did hear it, it did sound off. They picked a different pocket. It

  • 26:37

wasn't the traditional pocket from the first one. Remy did it, and I think Joe did it, too. They all did it. It was a

  • 26:44

little weird pocket, but it was a pocket. Was it a hot pocket? No, I think they was all corny. Why did I say that?

  • 26:49

Even though I don't see how artists of that magnitude are putting out a record

  • 26:54

or recording with an engineer that would even make such a novice mistake. So you're blaming Guru is what you're saying. Call him out. Let him know. Why

  • 27:01

would it be Guru? I'm assuming Guru did Jay's vocals. What do you think? Guru does every single thing that Jay [ __ ]

  • 27:07

does ever? [ __ ] one verse in Mad Long. Yes, I'm sure Guru did it. Yeah, Guru got [ __ ] to do, [ __ ] Yeah, he's

  • 27:14

he's pumping some [ __ ] start up. I saw on man guru keep something to do. Oh, he DJing now. He did. Um, don't

  • 27:21

think that [ __ ] just somewhere sitting. He ain't when we went to DC. Oh, can I just say that I love Guru? We don't talk

  • 27:27

enough about the people that we love on this podcast. Well, Marissa does and it be a bunch of dicks. So, let's talk about like let's talk I love Shout out

  • 27:34

to Cleveland. Shout out to Tide Dollar. Shout out to the European Startup Group from London.

  • 27:40

  • 27:51

  • 28:03

  • 28:08

  • 28:14

you're taking on Instagram. Why? I'm just out here thriving. You know what I

  • 28:20

mean? I had a new DM come up recently. It was lit. Is that what it's called? Thriving. Yeah, I'm thriving. You know,

  • 28:26

just out here driving and driving. You continue to thrive, baby. Marissa Mendes on Instagram if you guys want to see my

  • 28:32

  • 28:38

  • 28:44

eyebrows. Trying to w out and I don't see any mustache at all cuz I never

  • 28:50

[ __ ] have one thanks to bevel. There we go. Oh, Rory, it's the most awesomest. I

  • 28:59

want to thrive on Instagram. Oh my god. You too can thrive like me in my Kelvin

  • 29:06

and and like me. Uh, as you can hear, the three of us love using Bevil. It

  • 29:12

keeps us all looking extra clean, smooth, and fresh to death.

  • 29:18

Fresh to death. Wait, who says fresh to death anymore? People that had a hit in

  • 29:23

[Laughter] 2003. Wait, I don't even know what this

  • 29:29

is in your email talking about the ethnic aisle in drugstores. What are they talking about? Hey, Bevel, get this [ __ ] the [ __ ] out of here. You can find

  • 29:36

Beville in the ethnic aisle address. Oh my god. What type of

  • 29:41

racist? What is in your email? 12:30 p.m. tonight till 12:30 a.m. All ethnic

  • 30:31

the Tell them Joe sent you with what code one more time. Joffrey. All right,

  • 30:37

now we got that out of the way. Oh, we're talking about Jay-Z in the Versus. We got two Hoveve features in like a week. That's rare. Hove is on the all.

  • 30:43

It ain't no [ __ ] rare. Hove is on the all the way up remix. Two features in one week from Hoveve is it's rare

  • 30:49

occurrence these days. My theory is after Lemonade, he's doing anything to get out of the house at this point.

  • 30:55

That's my theory. Old people with that joke.

  • 31:02

I saw you tweet that last night. Old married people will get that. Oh, that's pretty funny. Mighty hate when Rory's

  • 31:08

funny. You already tweeted it. Yeah, I already tweeted it like it's not like it came

  • 31:13

from my brain. So, but why are you hating and telling the people that didn't know because it wasn't funny anymore. It was funny the first time

  • 31:19

though. It was still funny to me. But anyway, yeah. Uh what is he on? All the way up remix and what's the other one now? Push joint that I haven't heard

  • 31:25

yet. No, I like it. Today on Twitter, everyone was calling and I was a bit

  • 31:30

offended because I am a host stand especially cuz he listens to the podcast now that he was called lazy. Hove is

  • 31:38

lazy now. I'm not doing this. No, that was the

  • 31:43

consensus on Twitter from a lot of people that he was lazy. And I'm wondering how you think a 46-year-old

  • 31:50

husband, father, and business owner who's given us 17 years of legendary

  • 31:56

disography albums artist is now lazy. I think that you shouldn't talk to people

  • 32:01

who say stupid stuff. I read it. There's stupid things on Twitter. Don't act like it's a bunch of intelligence when you

  • 32:08

scroll on your [ __ ] uh timeline. That's why I'm trying to get you to not scroll on your timeline and elevate your

  • 32:13

mind and be greater than. Oh lord. Did you see X-Men? No, I'm like Apocalypse.

  • 32:18

I want you to realize the full strength of your powers. Oh, goodbye.

  • 32:24

Which which if I'm introducing If I'm introducing the people to really really weird Joe intro Rory joke somewhere

  • 32:32

here. Great. If I'm introducing the people to really really weird Joe, which I'm not,

  • 32:37

which you're always Yeah. I believe introducing them to Joe that life imitates art and art imitates life. And

  • 32:45

I do believe that in however many hundreds of years, what happened in X-Men Apocalypse

  • 32:51

is going to happen. That's what I think. That's amazing. Thank you so much for sharing that

  • 32:57

theory. I feel I feel like a better person. I feel like you I feel like you both would want to know about human

  • 33:02

extinction. No. No. It's not really on the top of my list. I is like, "Oh my god, are you telling me Dr. Miami is

  • 33:09

going to be gone? You're telling me that before I get there, he's gone? than Dr.

  • 33:15

My [ __ ] out of here. I saw Bruce Willis blow up an asteroid.

  • 33:20

    Why can't we all survive? I can't have these talks with [ __ ] but yeah, I I

  • 33:27

do want to talk about how this laziness this was a big thing on Twitter. I know you didn't see it, but we we do have a lot of retards that listen to us. You're

  • 33:32

not all retards, but that's not a nice name to use. Oh, you want you want to discuss this? All right. Who thinks that

  • 33:38

Hov is lazy and why? No, because I said on Twitter what I just said. I'm surprised Motti didn't say he said that

  • 33:44

on Twitter already. Um, and a lot of people that I'm sure know me from this podcast replied with, "Yes, we're

  • 33:50

calling him lazy." Which is And then more people said, "Ho can be critiqued. You're

  • 33:56

saying he can't be critiqued." Nowhere in my statement did he say he cannot be critiqued? I'm saying the word lazy is a

  • 34:03

lazy critique. How on earth is he lazy? You're good at playing devil's

  • 34:08

advocate. No. Be a 18-year-old. First of all, you're the person that always plays

  • 34:14

devil advocate just for the sake of it. I can't I don't there's no other side to this argument. Think I really think that

  • 34:20

I don't know how I don't know what the other side of this argument is. Hoveve is an entrepreneur.

  • 34:27

Hove is rap is not his first, second, third or like new rap is not his

  • 34:34

top is not in in his top 10 forms of income. Since we since we all agree,

  • 34:39

I'll try let me try to put it in perspective for our listeners. Let's say I'm an architect and I build the

  • 34:46

    greatest skyscrapers you've ever seen for 17 [ __ ] years. I am the best. I

  • 34:51

say, "Hey, I think I want to go into real estate and sell skyscrapers. I

  • 34:56

don't want to build them anymore." But couple years pass, I'm still passionate

  • 35:01

about building [ __ ] So, I go and I build a house just because I like to. Am I a lazy architect now?

  • 35:10

Um, you can at me about that, guys, that have been adding me all day. I'm going to go with no, even though I didn't

  • 35:15

really hear all that [ __ ] Yeah, I was actually staring at Joey's man. If I'm just going to listen to the end of it and try to surmize what you were saying,

  • 35:20

then Yeah. No, it doesn't make you really dark. And then when X-Men comes at the end, everything blows up.

  • 35:27

Everything is gone. Yeah. So, this guy is great. everyone. The more important conversation to have about Jay, if

  • 35:33

there's ever a way to if if there's ever a critique about Jay, it's how he handled uh his split from

  • 35:40

Dame. That That's really just it. How can you critique his career?

  • 35:46

Oh, well, I have no idea. I can't. What would you critique about the Dame thing? About what? About the Dame situation?

  • 35:53

Uh, probably how it was handled. Probably how it was done. Well, you were there. What happened? Uh, I don't know.

  • 36:00

I wasn't near like that. Weren't you signed to Rockefeller that day? Yep. For I was signed to Rockefeller for all of

  • 36:05

45 minutes. I don't know. I just feel like this is my own personal opinion. Nobody No, no one else is. I feel like

  • 36:11

to get to the level that Jay-Z is at. You'll you'll have to make some tough

  • 36:16

decisions. You have to [ __ ] I can't speak what goes into that decision-m cuz

  • 36:21

I've never been that successful and I've never had to make that type of decision. I could only say what I think I would do

  • 36:28

if I were there. And I don't think I would do what he did. I'm open to being

  • 36:33

wrong cuz I I believe that we never know what we'll do until we're there. I don't know. Never. Yeah. People, we got all

  • 36:40

these false perceptions of ourselves. So, we judge all these other people on

  • 36:45

what they doing uh by what we think we would do until we there. The parenting, all that [ __ ] Yeah. So, I can't I can't

  • 36:52

I can't I I can only but if I had to critique Hoveve, if I was forced to,

  • 36:58

that would be my only critique. I can't critique that man's career, his

  • 37:03

work ethic, what he's done for music, um where he is, uh his track record, his

  • 37:10

battle record, his underground record, his commercial record. He's successful on on every level.

  • 37:18

Yeah, that's all I had to say about that. Don't stop speaking to kids about rap. Well, I didn't reply to any of

  • 37:23

them. Yeah, man. Sometimes you I just got a lot of replies and every time I refreshed, people were [ __ ] on this

  • 37:29

Jverse on the push a t-shirt and and wait now. So, we still haven't All right. So, I But I don't think a lot of

  • 37:35

these kids can relate to that content. And I'm not saying because they didn't sell drugs, but they don't come from the

  • 37:40

era where drug rap was very relevant. Exactly. Like when I was talking to you earlier about how I love Little Yachty

  • 37:45

now and he's [ __ ] 18. He cites his big inspiration like his main why he

  • 37:50

does rap as Soulja Boy. Soulja Boy is it. He was 10 years old when Soulja Boy was I think they're confused as [ __ ]

  • 37:55

when they hear Push and Jay rap about that [ __ ] I think we need push a tea appreciation day. Yes, I agree. That was

  • 38:03

bad, right? Yeah, that was bad. Yeah, that wasn't good. That didn't sound like I would like a push a tea appreciation

  • 38:08

day only because I think push a tea is great. I don't think Push A is as appreciated as he should be. And I have

  • 38:15

plenty reason to not like him. We have We have to do it before the

  • 38:21

X-Men come and ruin the world. Rory, I see that you're hanging on to that little [ __ ] joke there. Confusing

  • 38:27

[ __ ] in the world to me. I know because your brain is a little We know about your brain. My brain is me. Mighty, we

  • 38:34

know about your brain. Yeah, we need to push it to appreciation day. I haven't heard this record, but I've heard great things about the Pusha and Hoveve

  • 38:39

record. Uh, Inflex We Trust just put out some email chain bof some [ __ ] [ __ ]

  • 38:44

between push and ho push and ho and he told ho that his inspiration was the the I support in flex we trust but genius

  • 38:51

did that they took it from Genius and put it on I don't know I just saw shout out to

  • 38:58

Genius around um and now Hov is giving us the all the way up remix. We still haven't gotten the Hoveve and Future

  • 39:04

Record. Yeah. Now that's an interesting dynamic. Or the Drake vocals.

  • 39:10

I'm not on Snapchat, but apparently that's trending. Khaled has just been on Snapchat saying the Drake vocals aren't here yet. No. Okay. Khaled for two weeks

  • 39:18

and it was trending. Marty, you the blogger with Wi-Fi and Okay, we should know these things. Um, Khaled for two

  • 39:25

weeks has been tweeting, "Did the Drake vocals come in?" Some real [ __ ] want

  • 39:30

to know. Hey, hey, listen. I catch myself waking

  • 39:35

up in cold sweats wondering, did they come in? Did the vocals come in or not?

  • 39:41

Some real [ __ ] actually have a theory about that, too. You know what? Let me just use my

  • 39:46

podcast to get all my theories out cuz when I get my theories out, our

  • 39:52

podcast gets attention. So, here's my other

  • 39:58

theory. [ __ ] Cali. Cal may think I'm you're shooting uh if you're shooting

  • 40:03

honor pardon, you're batting a thousand% with your theories that have gone viral. Let's not [ __ ] up this average.

  • 40:10

All right, so let me think about this one. Twitter agreed with you on the Drake [ __ ] So let me think about this one first. I want to keep this average

  • 40:16

high. All right, so I'm not ready to go with this one yet. I'd like to I I know your theory and I want to keep it quiet

  • 40:22

right now. All right, I'm keeping my theory quiet against my better judgment. I will listen to my good friend who I

  • 40:28

know has my better interest. All makes sense. The mission is too great to speak on. Young Ro the god. That's true. The

  • 40:34

mission is too great. Hey, but real [ __ ] want to know if the vocals came. So all my [ __ ] that I've been curving

  • 40:39

with the mission is too great right now. It'll all make sense soon. I haven't used it yet. That's what I said to all

  • 40:45

my [ __ ] And now all my [ __ ] are the mission. Every time I talk to them, they're like are in missionary. Hey

  • 40:52

whack. Yeah, that was that was supposed to be. I told you this little month run.

  • 40:57

You say month run for like 6 months. And it's over. We finally found it. No one

  • 41:02

would come. Mission missionary. Let me look at Rory's swag. I didn't see less dorky

  • 41:10

today. Like less weird. There's nothing floral. That is not a tan. Red. He doesn't have a tan. It's

  • 41:17

red. Yeah. That's how you know when got his little porcupine cut going. Oh man, you look like my uncle Phil today. That

  • 41:24

is not your haircut all the time. Look how fast you lie. I'll go find a million pictures where your haircut is not like that. But this is not compelling for the

  • 41:30

listeners. So, we will not do this for 10 years. Listen, bro. The listeners don't want to hear this. We have not gotten the Jay-Z future record yet.

  • 41:37

Yeah. When is that supposed to come? There's no time table. Drake is doing

  • 41:42

OVO radio this weekend, right? Yep. Personally, you think he's going to drop that French record?

  • 41:50

Drake wouldn't be dropping a French and Hoveve record, right? No. Oh, he would never future. Wait, wait a minute. Time

  • 41:56

out. That I mean, that's what I meant. that that Hoveve and that and uh Hoveve and Future record. Is that a Khaled

  • 42:02

record? Yes, that could go on Apple Music. But Drake wouldn't drop it. Khaled has his own [ __ ] on Apple. Khaled

  • 42:07

would drop it. Yeah, but Drake's randomly I don't know if he'll be able to do it on Apple Music because it has

  • 42:13

hoes on it. Yeah, he wouldn't be. Yeah, he probably wouldn't be able to. Very confusing. This is horrible. But if

  • 42:19

Drake is doing his own blood and cry, how do you know that he's doing that? What do you mean? How How do we know

  • 42:25

he's hosting OVO radio? announced it on Instagram. He hype.

  • 42:32

Calm down, Drake. You mad. You mad. Thursday. Thirst. I feel like a [ __ ] like going to Miami this weekend. [ __ ]

  • 42:40

out of here. Packing for Miami. Need a new swimsuit for Miami. Thursday. Miami last year.

  • 42:46

Hosting my own radio show this weekend, guys. [ __ ] out of here, Drizzy. All right. So, that should be interesting.

  • 42:51

I'll be tuning in. Same. I'll have the blog post. will be too again. I'll be

  • 42:57

sitting Indian style in the studio staring at the speaker. Well, let's see. Well, let's see. Let me see. Let me see.

  • 43:03

Saturday. Is this Saturday he's doing that? Yeah. Yeah. I think that's when they usually are. I'm off.

  • 43:10

Are you going? You're not going to the roots picking roars? Uh, I don't think so. No, I really do want to go, but not going to ask you that answer. Yeah.

  • 43:16

Yeah. No, he was actually we were talking about going just cuz Usher was performing and DMX with Swizzy. I'm a

  • 43:22

big Usher guy, by the way, and a big DMX Swiss guy. M um let me get a finals prediction on you guys. Well, you're

  • 43:28

going Cleveland, of course. 216 the land. What's up? 21 six the land. Okay.

  • 43:35

Yep. You got it. Cavs and six. Really? Mhm. Get out of town. I'm I'm

  • 43:42

going to say ditto. I'm not too confident in my prediction. I'm the only Warrior guy here. Dubs up. Mine isn't

  • 43:48

logical. It's more of what I want as a guy. I do love the Bay though. See, I'm so torn. Why do they pick my two? I'm a Warriors fan, which is crazy. I don't

  • 43:54

even [ __ ] with LeBron like that. And I love the Warriors, but I still I would rather see until the Knicks get their act together. I'm over here with this

  • 44:00

new [ __ ] I I like more people in the Bay. You know what? This new [ __ ] makes me feel good. Sweet about it. Yeah, this

  • 44:05

new [ __ ] She's a winner. I think I think I'm going with the Warriors, actually. I got me a man with money now.

  • 44:11

    Yeah, [ __ ] [ __ ] the Knicks. I'm going with you, Warriors. I just I have more

  • 44:16

friends in the Bay than in Cleveland. So, what a switch. Oh my god, women.

  • 44:22

Slim, you're amazing. The land [ __ ] loyalty for some cheap for some cheap

  • 44:28

dick in the bay. I'll be dick. I didn't mean it literally. Okay. Figurative dick. Cuz there is a lot of All my

  • 44:34

friends are male. Yo, how you going to leave two [ __ ] Because I got to do it for my my my bae people. You know what

  • 44:40

I'm saying? Wait, wait, wait, wait. Okay. So, wait, wait. I hate to keep getting back. She going to crawl. She going to crawl right back to Cleveland

  • 44:45

when the bay does her dirty. No, I love the bay, man. Dirtier. Cuz I think she's dirty. That's so nice.

  • 44:53

Yo, listen. We We keep getting off hold. Do we think that these leadups are leading up to something is what I want

  • 44:58

to ask without an album or something? Yeah, he doesn't put this much energy into music unless there's a reason.

  • 45:04

Well, he's definitely going to put Well, I mean, I say definitely. Maybe it's all just a disarm podcast. It's going to be

  • 45:10

a title exclusive. We know that. Well, no, but I do think Great prediction. Thank you. Title's had such a great

  • 45:16

year. I think a Hoveve album adds to that. I do think Hoveve uh too heard uh

  • 45:21

lackluster reception from his last album. Um and I think he'd like to address it. He always does. After every

  • 45:27

album that people said wasn't so good, his next album was kind of nutty. Yeah.

  • 45:33

His wife was on tour. Got the crib to himself. Yeah. So if he puts that album out,

  • 45:39

    [ __ ] Becky. Oh man. We're about We're about to see [ __ ] nuclear We're about to see [ __ ] World War II and hip-hop.

  • 45:46

It's happening. Is it two? Three or one? Is it three? How many wars have we had

  • 45:51

in Well, this is like big one. There was Nelly. There was Nelly vers one.

  • 45:56

Definitely. Probably the biggest beef that hip-hop has ever seen. Yo, when he dissed him on number one, that was

  • 46:02

crazy. Hypothetically speaking here, cuz when just when we thought there was no

  • 46:07

room for Jay to to walk in that he hasn't been in, this is how amazing he

  • 46:12

is. If if energy leads to him and someone from this era exchanging words

  • 46:19

again Mhm. Mhm. that puts Jay

  • 46:26

with Big in the 90s. Jay beefed with

  • 46:32

Pac. Well, Pac beefed with everybody. Yeah. Jay beefed with Nas. That's three decades of [ __ ] the

  • 46:39

prominent rapper beefing. I don't care if he won or lost. I mean, that's for

  • 46:44

argument. Do you You're kind of stealing my theory about you that we talked about in the studio.

  • 46:50

You've dissed with eras and generations and more to come.

  • 46:56

[Laughter] No [ __ ] No. It's going to be so

  • 47:07

Oh, lord. Going to be [ __ ] lit, dude. Yeah, now that did you say that, Rory? I maybe you did say that in the studio.

  • 47:13

You did say that, but I was too I was too focused. But I get it. Yeah, that's a good point. But I don't really credit

  • 47:19

me with any of that cuz the kids don't know all the beef and I did. It don't like if the kids don't remember that it

  • 47:25

happened, it kind of didn't a tree fell in the forest and no one was there. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah. The kids don't

  • 47:30

remember. I did do a whole lot of beefing though. Listen to the kids, bro. Yo, speaking of something like that, um,

  • 47:36

did you guys get to read Andrew's book yet? I started [ __ ] I couldn't put it down. I did it in three and a half hours

  • 47:42

the other day. It was the most amazing. I had to put it down cuz I had a show. Amazing. Valid reason. I had nothing to do. I usually like normal. Yeah, it was

  • 47:50

just Yep. No, it was I did purchase it. I think I might purchase the audio one, too. And I only say that just cuz her

  • 47:56

voice is so recognizable. It would be kind of dope to listen to her do it cuz you could when you read it to you read

  • 48:01

it in her voice. She like she writes how she speaks and then she's like mentioning Flex comments. You could hear that in his voice. Ebro [ __ ] It was

  • 48:08

really cool. It was cool history moments and stuff. Uh, do we have anything else on your list?

  • 48:13

Joey, where are we at? Who cares? Let's just keep talking.

  • 48:20

Oh. Oh, why do I think it was way way longer than that? Well, you could tell us a little bit about your LA trip cuz

  • 48:25

all I want to talk about was Little Y. Nothing really happened in LA. I mean, the shows were amazing. The shows were really, really, really, really, really

  • 48:31

good. Great energy. A great reception, great crowds, great great everything

  • 48:37

from them. You stole my friend. Who? Zoms. Oh my god, I love Mike Zombie,

  • 48:43

man. You can't steal my friends. My friend Mike Zombie is such a great guy. I love Zums. He's literally the

  • 48:49

greatest. Yeah, but you love everyone, so it doesn't really count. No, but I really love Zs. So, what we did, what we did out there, people, is this. You know

  • 48:56

how the girls always take the girl trips? Yeah, we're doing that in June. And Zoms is coming. But the girls don't have enough money, so they all just

  • 49:03

go sleep in a room. Share a two. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's horrible. They go We're getting a house. They go stay at the

  • 49:08

[ __ ] Econo Lodge. All 10 of them. Yeah. So So the guys, the fellas, me,

  • 49:14

Johnny, Ryan, a few of us, Mike, uh, we got a big ass Airbnb with a pool.

  • 49:20

Huh? No. No. It didn't go. It didn't go. We got some big beautiful mansion Airbnb [ __ ] and just laid in the pool. Didn't

  • 49:26

stop. Well, well, chilled in the pool and barbecued the whole time. That's what I did. I did not leave this Airbnb.

  • 49:32

It was uh uh such the break that my brain needed, especially after last week, all that spending night in the

  • 49:39

studio and all this other [ __ ] Oh my god. Um I needed [ __ ] therapy. Yeah, we all we all needed a break. Hope you

  • 49:44

got it cuz we're back at it, right? We're back at it again, baby. Look at worried to death. I'm excited

  • 49:51

about that. No, I think everyone that walked cuz me and Joe had been there the longest and I think people were walking

  • 49:56

into that studio staring at me and Joe in fear. Yeah. Yeah, we look nuts. Yeah. I mean, you guys usually do. I would I

  • 50:02

would like if someone had a camera. No, we did have a camera on us. Somebody take I don't think I want to look at that footage. I if if if that footage

  • 50:10

ever is to be released, I'm sure you and I will look a little nuts spending the

  • 50:15

night in the studio. But we got a lot done. Oh, I can't wait to Oh, man. That got a lot done. Uh, I'm trying to pick

  • 50:22

my sleeper song before [ __ ] uh Marissa picks some Tokyo Garage Band group. I have two different ones this

  • 50:28

week cuz I just got two shots this week. Don't ever say this girl, this girl is

  • 50:33

an ambitious. This is amazing that you have two of them. [ __ ] you guys. My first one I was telling before about

  • 50:39

Little Yachty. I don't know what happened, but I became like obsessed with him because he's like so bad. He's good. He kind of sounds like Elmo mixed

  • 50:45

with Young Thug and it's just so randomly funny and awesome and like everything he does is great. So, I'm

  • 50:52

going to go with Young um Look, look at my to be the old guy. But like remember

  • 51:00

when someone would explain a new rapper to you be like it's like beans mixed with like Scarface. She just said I know

  • 51:06

    that's why I said it's funny. Hello. That's the point. That's why I said it's so bad. It's good. That wasn't a shot at

  • 51:11

you. That was a shot at what this has become. I just want to know how much money he's getting paid. I'm not I don't

  • 51:16

even know this guy and I tweeted him cuz I wanted to clarify a lyric so I could tweet it and he didn't answer me. You got to know everybody Western Union. You

  • 51:24

    [ __ ] That was abrupt. Yeah.

  • 51:33

[Music] I don't know you. I do. Yeah, but he

  • 51:38

said all. And he calls himself the little boat. Like how funny is that? Cuz these little yachties. Monty, can you turn this off? No. It's so mean. I don't

  • 51:45

care what they You have to turn this off. No, no, no. For real. Don't make Thank you. And then

  • 51:51

my other one is an R&B track and it's kid is a kid named Fabo. He's from Florida and uh the song is called Ocean

  • 51:59

Blue. Yo, M just go to her her email and check who I don't the money. The money

  • 52:04

came. All right. This one cash real quick. No. [ __ ] you guys. This [ __ ] is lit. This one is loo.

  • 52:11

Hold on. It won't download. This one is uh 500 in your account. That must be the

  • 52:18

hook. I hate you guys. No wonder Marty looking

  • 52:25

all good now. [Music] Got her lips done. I did not get out of

  • 52:32

what [ __ ] nose. No, I have a cute nose. Botox. No, none of these things.

  • 52:37

So why is your neck so slim? because I lost weight. I know she did. That's my point. Pretty soon we're gonna see Marty

  • 52:44

tweeting about watching TV with cable and then we'll really Have y'all listen to Fabo?

  • 52:52

Oh, so this is the real song you like. Yeah, I like this song sounds good. You were on a little streak until you start

  • 52:58

taking money. I not taking up cuz this song sounds nice.

  • 53:03

    shried. [Music]

  • 53:08

Hey, I'll be one of my [ __ ] Hey,

  • 53:14

    pretty dope. I'm feeling it. I know. I know. That's why I didn't charge

  • 53:20

him on the house. On the street. This is on me.

  • 53:26

    All right, [ __ ] How much time you want to give, [ __ ] I told him 200 for 10 seconds.

  • 53:35

She learned a lot from if y'all want to pay to emailed him up. Say, "No, no, no. I don't." Yeah. If y'all want to pay.

  • 53:43

All right. Rory, you take my take. Rory always Rory's so arrogant with his music. He always feels he should go

  • 53:48

last. So, I'll go. I mean, I have been killing y'all for months. No, you haven't. No, you haven't. Monty's been

  • 53:54

killing. Thank you. Shout out to the bay.

  • 53:59

All right, let's see. Mhm. Oh, I'mma just play my [ __ ] Tori.

  • 54:05

[ __ ] you know it's Little Bo. Um, even though there is a Drake song I

  • 54:10

really like. Let me see. I'm about to just play a [ __ ] rage track just to spite you. Oh, look at my Z. Oh, that's

  • 54:16

what I should do. Actually, what? Play a rage song. No,

  • 54:23

no, I'm not doing it. Next week, probably though. [Laughter]

  • 54:28

All right. No, no, no. Hey, what's wrong with Joe's the [ __ ] Let's just leak the album before it's mixed. You get

  • 54:34

real on the pill and I like it. All right, here's this song that I love from Tor. Oh, this is called

  • 54:42

unforgettable Tory Lane. He sampled. London's on the track, by

  • 54:49

the way. Oh, thank you. I was just about to ask. Yeah, this is London on the track. And Keelani on the sample. Shy,

  • 54:56

    you ain't got a [ __ ]

  • 55:03

Troy, you can open up. It's so cute the way your face lights up when you hear them. You two make me like really still

  • 55:09

    believe in love. Relationship.

  • 55:15

Move over Beyonce and Jason. There's a new [Music]

  • 55:21

    couple name which

  • 55:27

one turning up. Yo, Roy tries to make everybody's music

  • 55:34

I like be bae. I mean, you go pretty hard for Tory Lanes. You go hard almost

  • 55:39

as hard as me for Tidal's mind. Don't look at me like that. It's true.

  • 55:46

Shut up. I'm just trying to see uh like six, seven years from now like Tori blow up be the biggest R&B artist in the

  • 55:52

world. Joe's on this podcast like it's well documented that I supported this

  • 55:58

guy. Roy, I don't care about your little jokes, bro. I don't care. That's Hey,

  • 56:04

right here. WJBMC 101.9. Remember where you heard it first? That's a new track from a brand

  • 56:09

new artist, Story Lane. Unforgettable. Are you coming home with me today? Pause. Hey. Yo. Uh, probably I have to

  • 56:15

stop at Home Depot. Heads up. Get a filter for my air conditioner. Maybe I'll buy some

  • 56:21

Tupperware. Um, do they sell it at Home Depot? Mine's not so much of a sleeper

  • 56:26

to most people, but I just want to highlight an amazing album, Chance's album, if you have not listened to it

  • 56:31

yet. Oh, you should play the Little Yachty song. No, this is Summer Friends. And I really like it. I think

  • 56:40

Rory gets paid. Not for this. I doubt Chance needs me. Not for this, but some of your other

  • 56:46

randos. Like that girl from like a month ago. She's not paying me. She's just dope.

  • 56:51

Just like all my Bay Area people. Shut up. And Western from the UK that you guys keep getting on me about. Oh, and

  • 56:58

    Jeremiah's on this. [Music]

  • 57:05

Oh, Rory trying to get us out of here. Roy done invited his friends over to

  • 57:10

sing. This one y'all don't never heard cuz y'all don't have it. They did it in my

  • 57:16

living room. This is Chance the Rapper. One of the biggest albums out. It's not even really a sleeper. I don't care.

  • 57:22

It's the most unslept record I've ever played during I haven't heard it yet. The album. I haven't heard Chance's album yet.

  • 57:32

    [Music]

  • 57:40

Socks on concrete ranch. I was talking back and now I got a st my bunch of tank

  • 58:32

nasty. God damn, you're nasty. He's like a black AR. You're nasty. Jesus. That

  • 58:38

was [ __ ] disgusting. He likes it. Who's he?

  • 58:44

Oh, all of them. It was a group DM.

  • 58:49
