Well, some of y'all don't know. Maybe back then you might not have had it. You learn how like I learned how to drive by getting in accidents. Like I

didn't I couldn't drive until I could drive. But it took like two years. You get between like 16 and like 19 like

maybe five. God damn. And now that explains it. Now I'm a great I'm a great driver.

Successful. You just went on the whole thing about your tires and the side of the road. Yeah. But that that's that's skill

driving. That's like that's like stunt driving. Five accident. Those that age is when you are supposed

to get into all your accident. That's why Well, under 125, right? That's when I got my accent. So, yeah. I'm saying after

I mean, some of them was like sideswiping cars, [ __ ] like that. You know what I mean? Like little little things. Sideswiping cars, parked cars.

Pennsylvania drivers have a little bit of a reputation. We think New York drivers, Jersey drivers have a reputation. Jersey drivers have a reputation.

Crashing and insurance and all of that stuff is normally one of the first

lessons black people get in not putting [ __ ] in other people names.

True. Yes. We didn't know when we let the person we love get insurance in our name and then

they kept crashing or the other way around. Yo, what? Trying to get the insurance in your name

at a certain age. Like again, I tell y'all I worked in insurance. A lot of the shits that worked against you, your

zip code. So if you lived in certain inner cities, it's higher. Oh, wait. By now, by now the audience

crash out, but at the very least a major battle between uh Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. They've been going crazy on the

internet, the back and forth. I'm bothered by it, but I can't stop. It's like a car crash. I keep watching it

even though I know I shouldn't and even though it's really unhealthy. Once they got started the next day at around 2:00

can't wait for 1:00. They going to get right back to it again." And sure enough, as God would

to to the wrong address, but I went to East Orange. You went to this I get you. Like you typed in the address, but you went to

the East Orange version. Yes, I was driving like a girl. That's what I said. I kept getting confused. It's too much.

Mark, it's difficult. I think coming from where we from, it's just difficult. It's like congestion is difficult. Then people from Jersey can't drive. So all

that together is hard. It's nasty. I've come up here a couple times from Philly. It's a pain ass. I stop doing

address and like I was thought I was had to be on time somewhere and I got out and he had left. I'm now I'm just at the

So, I'm glad that and and you're new, so it's going to take a while to learn how to get to where what you put in the the

like crazy cuz we don't understand it. everything is like encrypted like only speak to the barbs only barbs can

understand the language or something because it doesn't make any sense to everybody else right but when you start talking about stuff like I'm a prophetus

and Jesus is going to do this like I'mma send Jesus on you right that's almost like getting like religious psychosis

like sliding over there that sounds like like somebody need to see if she okay like that's how I feel about and I absolutely love Cardi saying and

I was like, "This is not funny." When Cardi said that her kid's favorite color was five, I said that is not funny and

My respect level goes down though for for people talking about people kids. Yeah, it's disgusting. When Cardi tweeted stuff that was like

sound like almost she was concerned. You think she was being smart or was that for real? Yes, I think she was being smart. I think both of them have been being smart

about all of this. Figning concern for each. I didn't like the fertility stuff either. And I I appreciated that Nikki um kind of walked

that back and said, you know what I mean? Like um we shouldn't make fun of people for being f not being fertile or having fertility issues. Like again,

like you they threw a punch and pulled it a little bit, but I thought that needed to be said. Making fun of people's kids, making fun of people's health, all that [ __ ] should be off

limits. It should be. It should be. But like we said last part, I I do feel like certain women play at a different

clip. Like they get nasty. Too nasty. Like Michelle Michelle Obama says, "When they go low, we go high." But what they

say, "When you go low, I go. We go lower. We go to hell." Yeah. That's what they say.

Yeah. Yeah. Like I couldn't do that even if somebody was doing it to me. Same like I I would

feel like my karma is affected. You couldn't do at no point in your life would you have been there you would go

back eight years early. I had my son I was 20 years old. So you feel like as a parent you can't do it cuz you understand

but even and I saw some people saying this to Cardi like where where I come from you're not even supposed to do that

when you're pregnant. Oh no you're not you're not not pregnant. We supposed to be just trying to get a healthy baby out.

Yeah it's a superstition that like something bad happen. Also, just leave people kids out. Whether you got even if you ain't got no kids, don't plan on

having no kids. Just leave people kids out. That [ __ ] to me agree is a very basic rule. The other piece of

this is if my kid is slow, I know it and you ain't got to tell me. There's that

like like help community like don't I don't that that's crazy too. Yeah,

because we have the conversation here about uh well, we've had it before about

this country and how they are quick to throw that tag on the kids

and some of the medicine and how it relates to that and the numbers spiking

recently about kids that are that it's it's serious. It's serious. I can get tricky though.

My wife works with children and she tells me horror stories about parents that should put their kid through some sort

of medication or something and don't because of the stigma against it, right? And this kid is literally like

assaulting teachers and other students and there's literally nothing that nobody can do about it because [ __ ] him up.

[ __ ] him up. Just for the record before they attack us, we're not suggesting that anything is wrong with

Nikki's kid at all. I'm not talking about nobody's kid. I know. I just want to be clear cuz I

don't need my time. We don't even post her baby enough for you to be able to judge it for real. [ __ ] we come from different times. We

wasn't for grandma, you wouldn't be here. So, you don't think that if grandma passes away that you should

I'll get to this absole freestyle after this. This What do y'all think about the

uh gray area gray area in the language being used? The judge is saying that uh

acquitted behavior can still be considered when sentencing. So the

people that are on one side are like, "Hey, that's not fair. That's not right. Shouldn't do that. I was acquitted. I'm

not on trial for none of that stuff." The judge is saying, "Eh, I can indeed consider that." Well,

I was one of the people saying you shouldn't um hold people accountable for things they were found not guilty for. And I do that

does scare me as a legal precedent. What again, we always have to say this, it's not because I defend Diddy. It's not cuz I I have any uh any soft feelings for

Diddy in terms of his actions or behavior or character. It's just that I don't want to set a standard where you can get acquitted for something and the

judge and they can back door you and punish you for something you didn't do or something that you were not found liable for.

However, the judge legally can do that. She or the judge Supermanian um cited case law to show that that you can do

it. So legally you can. But beyond that, when I thought about it more and read more about it, I was like I mean there

is an argument. Sometimes you can be found not guilty but still agree to some of the facts of the case. Right? So, for

example, um I'm just going to pick one off the top of my head, but let's say I go into let's say I go in there and

let's say I'm I I agree that I attempted a robbery. Okay? I I agree that I went

into the bank and and they charged me with a bunch of stuff. I get acquitted for a lot of the stuff attached to the robbery. Let's say I even get found not

guilty of the robbery, but I in defending myself. 50 months. 50 months.

That's what he got. 50 months. There you go. How long he been in? I ain't got to talk.

He been in for a A year 12. He said a sentence over 11 years is not reasonable. Even the probation

department recommends a sentence less than half of that. But 14 months time served would not be sufficient.

He got 50 or 60 months. 50. 60 is common in the feds. I never hear nobody get

60 is what the probation department recommended for him. 60 is common. That's something they give out all day long. So 40 years one year that he did

and then every year you get a certain amount of good time. Federal good time is like 50 days. Yeah. You get like two

months. So you really only doing 10 months on each fed year. So you got to count it in 10 months. And then he go to the halfway house when he got like

13 months left. Yo, this prison math is crazy. If he got one now and it's a lot it's a lot of programs. He's already been involved and

started program. That's not I mean it's it's that's not that bad. That ain't he probably do another two and a half, three in real time.

He probably do another two and go to halfway house. Go like a year and a half and go straight to halfway house. That ain't that bad now. I'm certain.

You get two months off each year. Oh, I'm sure he's I'm aware but it's just I don't I don't know. How do we

prostitutes for for companionship and for and for their time, not for sex." Um, the judge found that not plausible

and said, "Your your statements are contradicted by reality." When judges start saying [ __ ] like that to you in a courtroom, they're showing some some

some what side they leaning towards. Yeah, exactly. Like, I'm not buying that [ __ ] you selling. That's a croc of [ __ ]

But why would you say that? Exactly. Why would you That's a [ __ ] That's dumb. Because plenty of that prostitutes got up there and said, "He I didn't do

framing this as a victimless crime, the defense. And the judge is saying there are plenty of victims including Cassie

and including these prostitutes that I agree with. So, but I think their point is you might not have been using them for sex, but they were used for sex. And

so therefore, and I and I think that's tricky cuz I actually don't think sex work should be stigmatized and criminalized.

But if you if you begin from the premise that it is, and the judge seems to, cuz that's kind of their job to,

then you have to say, okay, this was not victimless. Not if the victimless crime the judge seemed to have a particular

pardon expression, contempt for. And I think that hurt Diddy a lot. seems harsh, but I mean every step along the

way they gave you something to let you know that that's how they would be considering this. Yeah. Yeah. And it's not as harsh as it could have

been. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, it's bad news, but not the worst news for him. For him and his

family who were expecting him home soon. He going to be 60 when he comes home. He might be close to 60 when he

around the the actual criminal legal system and the criminal process like okay you were

acquitted for these things so now I'm going to roof you on the thing the one thing that we did get you for and again I'm not defending Diddy's behavior. I

don't it's hard for me to even come up with what's a fair sentence because of how I think about the system itself as abolitionist. Um, but it's it's it's a

messy it's it's a messy outcome. And I don't know what the right answer is, but I'm the judge's behavior and the judge's
